Pentagon confidential info leaker Jack Teixeira gets plea deal: admits releasing military docs

Pretty boy Jack Teixeira, a traitor who leaked classified military information on the Russia-Ukrainian war, copped a plea deal after admitting what he did, and will be sentenced to 192 months in prison. This had been one of the most damning security breaches in years and he is lucky to receive such a light sentence.

Teixeira, 22, was a Massachusetts Air National guardsman and looked spiffy in his orange prison jumpsuit
and shackles as he shuffled into court. He waved to his family before proceedings proceeded,  according to a Washington Post reporter on X.

The scumbag pleaded guilty to all six counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information against him — charges that could have slapped him with 720 months in prison.

 

He was arrested in April 2023 for [at the time] allegedly abusing his security clearance to post top-secret Pentagon documents on the gaming app Discord, according to court documents reviewed by The New York Post.

Some of the documents this weasel released to the general public was  detailed intelligence assessments of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, showing "how the equipment would be transferred, and how the equipment would be used upon receipt," a federal indictment shows.

As part of Teixeira’s plea deal, the former guardsman agreed to accept a prison sentence of between 11 and 16 years and eight months. A federal judge will ultimately decide how much time he gets, according to ABC News, but with this current "hate on America" atmosphere, it's more likely to be closer to 11 years than 16.

Teixiera’s deal with prosecutors also means he will be charged a $50,000 fine and face three years of supervised release once he gets out of federal prison.

He was also ordered to have a debrief with members of the Department of Defense and the Justice Department and to return any national security documents that may still be in his possession, according to the court documents.

Additionally, he agreed “that he has a continuing legal obligation to refrain from the unauthorized oral or written disclosure of classified information, or information relating to the national defense,” the plea deal reads, so WikiLeaks can forget about contacting him in the future.

In exchange, federal prosecutors said they would not charge Teixera with additional crimes under the Espionage Act, so he's getting off easy.

Teixeira  enlisted in the US Air National Guard in 2019 — and despite being a low-level airman, for some crazy reason he was granted top-secret security clearance in 2021, according to the DOJ.

During that time, Teixeira worked as a cyber transport systems journeyman for the 102nd Intelligence Wing of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, at Otis Air National Guard Base in Cape Cod, where he performed his treasonous behavior.

By December, 15 members of the 102nd Intelligence Wing, including his former unit commander, were also disciplined for failing to supervise him and neglecting to inform authorities about his espionage-like behavior.

Former CIA engineer who gave Wikileaks "Vault 7" secrets, sentenced to 40 years

Note that some of what is written here is meant as sarcasm, snark, and my opinion about the guy. It should be easily recognizable to those of you who read Brain Flushings.

Joshua Schulte, 35, is a former CIA software engineer who provided Wikileaks with a treasure trove of stolen CIA secrets that was released to the public in 2017. It is described as the biggest theft of classified information in CIA history. 

He was sentenced in Manhattan federal court on Thursday and will serve only 40 years in prison.

But along with the classified information, Schulte was also found to be in possession of child sexual abuse images and videos, making him not only a traitor, but a pile of human garbage. 

"We will likely never know the full extent of the damage, but I have no doubt it was massive," Judge Jesse M. Furman said as he announced the sentence.

The so-called Vault 7 leak exposed how the CIA hacked Apple and Android smartphones in overseas spying operations, and efforts to turn internet-connected televisions into listening devices. 

Prior to his arrest, Schulte had helped create the hacking tools as a coder at the agency's headquarters in Langley, Virginia. So he learned to code but perhaps should have been a coal miner and would have avoided the incarceration. Oh wait, he still would have been busted for the child porn.

In requesting a life sentence, Assistant U.S. Attorney David William Denton Jr. asked for a life sentence. He said Schulte was responsible for "the most damaging disclosures of classified information in American history."

Given a chance to speak, Schulte complained mostly about harsh conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, calling his cell, "my torture cage." 

Boo-freaking-hoo.

The traitor also claimed that prosecutors had once offered him a plea deal that would have called for a 10-year prison sentence and that it was unfair of them to now seek a life term. He said he objected to the deal because he would have been required to relinquish his right to appeal. It looks as if he chose the wrong door and won the booby prize.

"This is not justice the government seeks, but vengeance," the piece of human excrement whined.

Immediately after sentencing, the judge criticized some of Schulte's half-hour of remarks, saying he was "blown away" by Schulte's "complete lack of remorse and acceptance of responsibility."

The judge said Schulte was "not driven by any sense of altruism," but instead was "motivated by anger, spite and perceived grievance" against others at the agency who he believed had ignored his complaints about the work environment and lack of child porn access.

Furman said Schulte continued committing crimes from behind bars by trying to leak more classified materials and by creating a hidden file on his computer that contained 2,400 images of child sexual abuse that he continued to view from jail. 

I don't know about you, but I'm all in for the death sentence for people who commit and support child sexual abuse if it can be clearly proven.

During a two-hour proceeding, Furman noted a one-page letter the government had forwarded from CIA Deputy Director David S. Cohen, who described Schulte's crimes as causing "exceptionally grave harm to U.S. national security and the CIA."

Cohen added: "His actions cost the Agency hundreds of millions of dollars; degraded its ability to collect foreign intelligence against America's adversaries; placed directly at risk CIA personnel, programs, and assets; and jeopardized U.S. national security by degrading the CIA's ability to conduct its mission. In short, Mr. Schulte's actions inflicted heavy costs on the United States."

A mistrial was declared in 2020 at Schulte's original trial after the jury was deadlocked on the most serious counts, including illegal gathering and transmission of national defense information. 

He was convicted at a July 2022 trial of charges in connection with the classified leak.

Last fall, he was convicted in the case over the child sexual abuse images, which originated when a computer that Schulte possessed after he left the CIA and moved to New York from Virginia was found to contain the images and videos that he had downloaded from the internet from 2009 to March 2017.

Of the 40-year sentence, Furman said the bulk of it was for the CIA theft while six years and eight months of it were for the convictions over the child sexual abuse materials.

In a statement afterward, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said Schulte "betrayed his country by committing some of the most brazen, heinous crimes of espionage in American history. When the FBI caught him, Schulte doubled down and tried to cause even more harm to this nation by waging what he describe as an 'information' war' of publishing top secret information from behind bars."

Meanwhile, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange remains in Britain, where he has battled the courts for years to avoid being sent to the U.S., where he faces 17 charges of espionage and one charge of computer misuse.

Chelsea Manning tries to kill himself in jail legal team claims

Former Army intelligence analyst who formerly went by his given name, Bradley Manning, tried to "take her [his] own life" in a Virginia jail on Wednesday just prior to a court date, his legal team said.

Manning has been recovering from the alleged suicide attempt and is still expected to appear in court for a hearing Friday after he refused to testify before a grand jury in a WikiLeaks probe, the attorneys said.

Manning, who believes he is a woman and dresses the part, was re-arrested last May for failing to comply with the subpoena to testify after serving two months for the same issue.

A judge is ready to rule Friday on a motion to terminate the civil contempt sanctions stemming from his May refusal.

He told the judge in May he’d “rather starve to death” than comply with the subpoena. He is probably lying because he loves himself too much to go through with it.

“In spite of those sanctions -- which have so far included over a year of so-called 'coercive' incarceration and nearly half a million dollars in threatened fines -- she remains unwavering in her refusal to participate in a secret grand jury process that she sees as highly susceptible to abuse,” his legal team wrote in a statement complying with his wish to go along with his gender delusion.

Manning was found guilty of espionage and theft in 2013 and was sentenced to 35 years in prison after he leaked classified documents to Wikileaks. Had it not been for the equally despicable Obama administration, that commuted the traitor's sentence in 2017, he would still be in prison.

They will probably make a Netflix series about this POS and glorify him.

DOD linguist charged with revealing intel to Hezbollah

A Department of Defense linguist was arrested last week on charges of providing top-secret information, including details on U.S. intelligence assets [aka spies], to a Lebanese individual with ties to Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed Lebanese terrorist group.

Mariam Taha Thompson, 61, had a top-secret security clearance. She was arrested Thursday for espionage at a U.S. military facility in Erbil, Iraq.

Taha Thompson accessed dozens of files that had the names and photos of intelligence sources, and the intel they provided to the U.S. government.

Officials noticed, back in December, a "notable shift" in her computer activity after a U.S. airstrike on Iranian-backed forces in Iraq. They searched her living quarters and found a note under her mattress that had names of intelligence sources along with information regarding DOD computer systems.

In her computer searches, she accessed information about eight intelligence sources, putting their lives in danger.

The traitor was returned to the U.S. and appeared in court. She's being held without bond until March 11 and will then appear for a bond hearing. Hopefully, a bond will not be granted as she is probably a flight-risk.

Prosecutor John Cummings, at the initial hearing said that Taha Thompson poses “a grave and imminent threat to U.S. assets in a military zone.”

She is charged with transmitting highly sensitive classified national defense information to a foreign national with apparent connections to Hezbollah and unlawfully possessing government information.

If found guilty of these charges, the traitor could face either life in prison or the death penalty. The chances that the latter penalty would be imposed, is probably low however. She has not yet entered a plea.

“If true, this conduct is a disgrace, especially for someone serving as a contractor with the United States military. This betrayal of country and colleagues will be punished,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers.

DOD officials say they are "taking all necessary precautions” to protect American forces and intelligence sources due to the security breach.

If any American is killed because of this intelligence breach, the death penalty should be imposed.

CIA coder charged in massive leak: he was being 'vindictive'

New York -- A CIA software engineer is on trial for the largest leak of classified information in the agency's history. He was "prepared to do anything" to betray the CIA, federal prosecutors said Monday. His defense lawyer argued that the coder had been scapegoated for a breach that exposed highly classified cyber-weapons and spying techniques.

A Manhattan jury heard conflicting portrayals of Joshua Schulte, a former CIA coder who has been accused of sending WikiLeaks a large portion of the agency's computer hacking arsenal used to conduct foreign espionage. WikiLeaks is the website that had compromised the security of the United States by leaking a myriad of classified information provided to them by US Army's Bradley Manning, a man who identifies as a woman.

Schulte left a trail of evidence despite learned attempts to erase his digital fingerprints, Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Laroche said in closing arguments. Schulte became disgruntled at the CIA, he said, and took meticulous steps to plan -- and cover up -- the 2016 theft.

"He was the only one who had the motive, the means and the opportunity to steal the information," Laroche said. "He was prepared to do anything to get back at the CIA."

He should be shot and hanged then shot again.

Defense attorney Sabrina Shroff called Schulte a patriot who was wrongly accused by an agency under intense pressure to solve the embarrassing leak. The four-week trial raised more questions than it answered and exposed alarming security lapses within the agency, she said, without evidence.

"The government cannot tell you which of the many people with access to this data" stole the classified archive, she said. "It wasn't Mr. Schulte who did this." It was Trump, if you ask her.

Jurors are expected to begin deliberating Tuesday. Schulte faces counts of illegal gathering of national defence information, unauthorized computer access, theft of government property and making false statements, among other charges. If found guilty, unlike Hillary Clinton who used a private bathroom-located private server for her government classified emails, Schulte will go to prison.

Schulte, 31, worked for a CIA group in Langley, VA. His team designed computer code used to spy on foreign government adversaries. The Vault 7 leak, as it is called, revealed to our enemies how the CIA hacks into Android and Apple cell phones.

Prosecutors have said the leak was devastating to national security, as it exposed CIA operatives, brought intelligence gathering to a halt and left allies wondering whether the U.S. could be trusted with sensitive information.

Shoot once, hang, then shoot again.

"The defendant was prepared to burn down the United States government," Laroche said. "He is an angry and vindictive man."

While it hasn't been publicly announced, Schulte is planning to ask for Bradley's [aka Chelsea] junk in marriage if he can walk away from this situation without going to the slammer.

Manning, as you may recall, had his prison sentence commuted by then-President Obama and was released in 2017 after serving only seven years in prison.

He should have been shot, then hung, and shot once more.

Schulte is also accused of attempting to leak secrets after his arrest by using a contraband cell phone in the federal lockup where he is being held and creating encrypted email and secret social media accounts, proving that he isn't very smart and possibly not a very good coder.

UCLA professor faces 219-year prison sentence for sending missile data to China

Yi-Chi Shih, a  professor in electrical engineering and adjunct professor at UCLA, was found guilty last month by a Los Angeles jury of smuggling data chips with military applications to China.

He was convicted on 18 counts, including making an illegal export and multiple fraud charges.

Shih and another Chinese defendant, Kiet Ahn Mai, worked together to defraud an American semiconductor chip manufacturer. According to prosecutors, Mai posed as a potential customer to obtain chip designs from the unnamed company, then illegally sent the products to China.

In a statement, prosecutors said the chips were sent to a Chinese company where Shih was president. He paid for the scheme through a US-based bank account, which was funded through another company based in China.

The chips stolen in the scheme “are used in missiles, missile guidance systems, fighter jets, electronic warfare, electronic warfare countermeasures and radar applications,” according to the statement.

Shih was hoping the state of California would offer him sanctuary in the case, but that was not the case. The spy is going to for a long time, if not the rest of his life.

Industrial espionage is a key point of dispute between the US and China, an issue that has recently intensified as trade negotiations heat up between the two countries. In the past, the US has accused prominent Chinese companies, including Huawei, of stealing technology from American businesses.

Shih’s sentence will be determined at a later date, but it doesn't look good for him.

The UCLA electrical engineering program will miss Shih greatly. "All this over a bag of chips," a school spokesperson said.

US Navy: sailor pleads guilty to espionage, gets light sentence

A U.S. sailor was planning to give a journalist classified information about the Navy’s nuclear-powered warships and then defect to Russia. Rather than putting him to death like in the good old days, he was sentenced to only three years in prison, officials said Friday.

U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Stephen Kellogg III pleaded guilty to two counts of espionage earlier this month.

The creep admitted to contacting Sevmash, a Russian shipbuilding enterprise. In an email to the ship maker, he wrote: “I am willing," the FBI said in a statement.

The 26-year-old scumwafer also admitted to authorities that he knew releasing the classified information could degrade the ability of nuclear-powered warships and cause injury to the United States, Jeff Houston of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service wrote in an email to the Associated Press. 

As a nuclear electrician’s mate, Kellogg had access to information related to the capabilities, operations and maintenance of nuclear propulsion systems.

Had the information became public, potential U.S. adversaries could have learned the capabilities and limitations of the United States’ nuclear-powered warships, a pre-trial statement said. This, of course, would compromise the Navy's fighting ability and likely lead to American deaths, but Kellogg only got three measly years.

“This sailor’s attempts to disclose classified Navy nuclear propulsion information posed a significant threat to national security and endangered the lives of American service members,” FBI Special Agent in Charge Garrett Waugh said.

Authorities learned of the plot after Kellogg was arrested on Aug. 27 for drunken disorderly conduct at a San Diego airport where a Delta Airlines employee stopped him from boarding a flight to New York.

He was being belligerent and had purchased a one-way ticket to visit a high school friend who works as a journalist, telling him he had a big story, court documents said. Kellogg joined the Navy in 2014 and served on the carrier U.S.S. Carl Vinson from 2016 to 2018.

In July and August 2018, Kellogg search online for flights to Moscow and contact information for the Russian Consulate in San Diego, the FBI said.

The FBI said Kellogg admitted to taking photographs of areas containing sensitive information about the Navy’s nuclear propulsion program on the ship. He then sent the photos to his father and girlfriend. 

But in spite of his espionage attempt, he was only sentenced to three years! 

He will receive a reduction in rank and a dishonorable discharge, the FBI said.

Big freaking deal.

Assange indicted on 18 counts, alleged coordination with Manning to leak security docs

A federal grand jury returned an 18-count superseding indictment on Thursday and charged WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange with a number of offenses over his alleged role in one of the largest leaks of classified information in U.S. history.

It's alleged in the indictment that Assange coordinated with former Army intelligence analyst then-Bradley, now-Chelsea Manning to leak classified documents related to U.S. war and diplomacy efforts around the world.

U.S. officials say Assange worked in concert with Manning to hack into a classified government computer, kind of espionage-ish.

Manning, who served only a few years in prison for leaking to WikiLeaks, was again jailed in March after he refused to testify to a grand jury regarding WikiLeaks.

Ben Brandon, a U.S. government attorney, said in court earlier this month that American investigators had acquired details of communications between Manning and Assange in 2010. The two had allegedly “engaged in real time discussions regarding Chelsea Manning’s dissemination of confidential records to Mr. Assange.” 

Brandon said that the downloaded records from a classified computer included 90,000 Afghanistan war activity reports, 250,000 State Department cables, 400,000 Iraq war reports, and 800 Guantanamo Bay detainee assessments.

Earlier this month, Assange, 47, told a British court he would not agree to be extradited to the U.S. where he’s facing the charges of conspiracy to hack a classified Pentagon computer.

He addressed the court on May 2 via video link from a prison in London, saying he wouldn’t “surrender myself for extradition for doing journalism that has won many awards and protected many people.”

Hacking into a classified computer isn't journalism. It's espionage and if Assange is found guilty, which he probably would be, he would face extremely long prison time.

That May 2 hearing came just a day after the WikiLeaks founder was sentenced to 50 weeks in prison in the U.K. for jumping bail in 2012 and hiding in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London in an effort to avoid extradition to Sweden where he was wanted for questioning over rape and sexual assault allegations.

Russia's Snowden still sucks and has no cred

Former National Security Agency contractor/spy Edward Snowden thinks that he has the right to make his traitorous opinions known after he fled to Russia in to escape the law in a case of espionage in which he exposed government information about our surveillance programs.

He exposed tons of classified information in 2013 to WikiLeaks. For some strange reason, some Trump supporters as well as the president, "like" WikiLeaks and Julian Assange, it's founder because they also went after Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

Now Snowden, the pencil-neck weasel, is ripping President Trump over his CIA pick, Gina Haspel, because she managed black-site prisons. 

Who gives a rat's butt?

Snowden and his liberal buddies would have the targets of those prisons come to the US as illegal immigrants as long as they'd vote Democratic.

Haspel is alleged to be a key player in the enhanced interrogation techniques that took place at the black-site prisons. This will obviously come up in the hearings for her Senate confirmation. 

While some media outlets are claiming she was directly involved, it's hardly credible they would know--that's why they call them "black-sites."

Snowden, on the other hand, has likely gotten CIA clandestine agents killed.

Manning gets solitary confinement, poor dear

Leavenworth, Kansas -- Chelsea Manning, formerly a fully-equipped dude and now a transgender soldier, is serving a mere 35-year sentence for leaking classified information to WikiLeaks' Julian Assange. 

Now Manning is facing 14 days in solitary confinement in part for attempting to off him/herself, according to a bleeding heart group, Fight For the Future, supporting him and her.

On Thursday, Manning was given 14 days in solitary for a July suicide attempt and for having a "prohibited" book: "Hacker, Hoaxer, Whistleblower, Spy," by Gabriella Coleman. This was confirmed by his/her lawyer. 

Half of the 14 days were suspended but if she/he/it screws up in the next 6 months, those days could be added on again. Manning said in a statement that she/he could appeal the sentence and there is no confirmed date of when the discipline is to begin.

Manning was arrested in 2010 as Bradley Manning and convicted in 2013 in a military court for leaking over 700,000 secret military and State Department documents to WikiLeaks. Hillary Clinton has allowed all of her secret State Department documents to be hacked from her illegal private server and is running for "PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!" she likes to scream.

The ACLU filed a lawsuit in 2014 against the US Department of Defense over its refusal to remove Manning's penis and make his genitals appear somewhat like those of a woman due to his gender dysphoria.

Nancy Hollander, a woman and a lawyer for Manning said in an email, "Forcing Chelsea back into solitary confinement as a punishment for her suicide attempt is extremely worrisome to me and counterproductive to Chelsea's mental and physical health. Essentially she is now being tortured as punishment for an act of desperation."

Poor dear Chelsea. All she did was give away state secrets that set back America's intelligence community for decades. I believe her jailers should have allowed her/him to do what she/he/it wanted to do to itself.

I give Manning no sympathy.

Did Hillary's private server kill Amiri?

Iranian nuclear scientist Shahram Amiri was executed by Iran for treason, specifically, for spying on behalf of the United States. The question is, was Hillary Clinton's email server the source of information that provided Iran with the information?

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark) said on Sunday's "Face the Nation,"  "I'm not going to comment on what he may or may not have done for the United States government, but in the emails that were on Hillary Clinton's private server, there were conversations among her senior advisors about this gentleman." He was referring to Amiri, who gave us information about Iran's nuclear program.

Cotton made the point that this lapse in secrecy proves Clinton is incapable of keeping the country safe, stating: "That goes to show just how reckless and careless her decision was to put that kind of highly classified information on a private server. And I think her judgment is not suited to keep this country safe."

Some think that the email lapses in judgment could hurt Clinton's political presidential chances but they forget that she has the media in her corner and Donald Trump going after her "corner men" rather than her. 

Also, Hillary is a master at obfuscation and bull throwing. Her statements such as how she "short-circuited" in the Chris Wallace interview are being considered as a test for schizophrenia by those who make sense of them.

Iran confirmed Sunday that Amiri had been hanged for treason and was convicted on spying charges in a death sentence case, the Associated Press said.

"This person who had access to the country's secret and classified information had been linked to our hostile and Number One enemy, America, the Great Satan," a spokesman for the Iranian judiciary said, which the Obama administration replied: "They're only kidding."

Amiri's body was returned to his mother. He had rope burns around his neck, to which Ms. Clinton said, "His neck, his shoulders . . . what difference, at this time, does it make?"

It's quite likely that public knowledge about a private server, one that was quite possibly hacked, would reduce the number of people willing to spy for the United States.

In 2009 Amiri went off the radar while on religious pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia (where women can't drive, according to Sean Hannity). In 2010 he resurfaced in the U.S. where he visited the Pakistani embassy's Iranian interest section and demanded to be sent home to Iran.

Amiri told the media that he was being held against his will by the Saudis and the U.S., but U.S. officials said he was receiving millions of dollars for information regarding Iran's nuclear program. 

Amiri's name came up in Hillary Clinton's emails back in 2010, nine days before he returned to Iran. 

Richard Morningstar, a former State Department special envoy for Eurasian energy, wrote: "We have a diplomatic 'psychological' issue, not a legal one. Our friend has to be given a way out. Our person won't be able to do anything anyway. If he has to leave so be it."

Whether Clinton's private server was hacked or not, the fact that she had one is illegal. And if her defense was that she never sent or received classified emails and that was the only server she had, what was her plan if she needed to send or receive a classified email in the years she worked as Secretary of State?

Chelsea nee Bradley Manning fails at suicide too

Traitor and scumcrumpet,  Chelsea Manning, is serving a mere 35-year sentence for his role in leaking U.S. government secrets. 

Chelsea, who changed his name from Bradley (because he wanted to be born a woman) tried to hang himself and was found in time and sent to hospital. 

The transgender traitor was convicted in 2013 of espionage as well as other offenses after he sent Wikileaks over 700 thousand digital files that included diplomatic files, battlefield logs and video clips. Unfortunately, he was not sentenced to death, but it seems that he's having a tough time dealing with his future.

The suicide attempt occurred at Fort Leavenworth, an all-male facility in Kansas, and CNN reports that Manning, be he Chelsea or Bradley, has been released and is under suicide watch.

Chelsea recently wrote an article for The Guardian regarding the new U.S. rules allowing for men who feel like women, women who feel like men, and both men and women who feel neutral, to openly serve in the military. 

I suspect he supports the idea that transgender people be allowed to serve openly, in spite of the fact that it might compromise the morale, and that Manning serves as an example of why it isn't a good idea (if you believe the existence of a relationship between sexual identity confusion and espionage).

"Gender presentation should reflect the person that you are," Manning wrote. "When you lose control of your gender presentation you lose an important aspect of your identity and existence. By setting so many caveats, time lines, standards, and training, the military is making this far, far, more complicated and bureaucratic than it needs to be. The simple reality is that we are who we say we are."

Good thing he doesn't say he's an anal sphincter.
