Eric Swalwell and the Chinese Honeypot That Keeps Giving

This is getting almost too good to be true.

We already knew former Rep. Eric "Boom-Boom" Swalwell (D-CA) had a rather unusual relationship with a Chinese intelligence-linked honeypot named Christine Fang, aka Fang Fang. Now, thanks to documents released by the FBI, we apparently get to see what was happening behind the curtain, and it should scare normal Americans.

And suddenly, the California political scene looks even more entertaining.

According to newly released FBI memos, investigators believed 'the Fangster' may have compromised a Democratic congressman through sex, foreign interns and potentially illegal campaign donations. The FBI was even trying to recruit her as an informant because of her connections to Chinese intelligence.

The whole thing sounds less like congressional politics and more like the rejected plot of a low-budget spy movie.

Swalwell admitted to having a physical relationship with Fang., who he says he met in 2012, and diddled up until 2015.

The FBI eventually dropped Swalwell from the investigation and focused exclusively on Fang's alleged activities. So, at least according to the bureau, the congressman somehow managed to survive an investigation involving a Chinese intelligence-linked woman, while the woman herself remained the person of interest.

The FBI documents, obtained after President Donald Trump declassified them, describe a probe into Swalwell and Fang that was opened on March 17, 2014, under the wonderfully ominous name “Freshman Fifteen.”

The investigation centered on allegations that Swalwell provided congressional internships in exchange for campaign contributions. Investigators identified Fang as the alleged facilitator of the arrangement and accused her of using intermediaries to disguise the source of prohibited foreign donations.

“The FBI developed evidence that a Chinese woman with direct ties to that country’s intelligence service had potentially compromised a Democratic congressman from California with sex, foreign interns and illicit donations while she was being recruited to become a bureau informant a decade ago, according to bombshell memos that expose another threat to America’s political system from Beijing.”

That is quite a sentence.

Apparently, the FBI was not merely investigating a congressional intern who happened to have a funny accent. Investigators believed they were looking at a Chinese national with connections to Beijing's intelligence apparatus who had cultivated relationships with American politicians.

The documents say the FBI opened its investigation after allegations emerged that congressional internships were being exchanged for campaign contributions. Fang was allegedly the person making the arrangements.

“Investigation has revealed Fang ‘Christine’ Fang, a Chinese foreign national residing in the United States, is the facilitator of a scheme to trade access to Swalwell and internships in his congressional office in return for campaign contributions […]” the memo reads.

The FBI also alleged that Fang “used conduits to conceal herself as a prohibited Foreign National source,” for illegal campaign contributions “at least twice in 2013 and at least two more times in 2014.”

And then there is Jack Smith.

During the early stages of the investigation, the FBI regularly briefed the Justice Department's Public Integrity Section, which was then headed by Smith. Smith would later become famous for leading the Biden administration's investigations and prosecutions of Trump.

Washington really does have a remarkable talent for producing recurring characters.

Eventually, after interviewing Swalwell multiple times, the FBI determined that it had not found evidence that the congressman himself had violated federal statutes. On February 8, 2017, the bureau reclassified the investigation, dropped Swalwell as a subject and concentrated on Fang's alleged campaign finance violations.

So Swalwell survived.

Politically speaking, this was apparently the congressional equivalent of walking away from an exploding building without even getting dust on the suit.

But the FBI's interest in Fang went considerably further than her relationship with Swalwell.

Before investigating her alleged illegal activities, bureau agents spent months trying to recruit her as an informant. They used an undercover employee and even created a fictitious company in an effort to persuade Fang to cooperate.

The objective was to obtain information about Chinese influence operations targeting American public officials, several of whom Fang was reportedly close to.

The operation was given the appropriately subtle name “Rusty Thumbs.”

According to the memos, an undercover FBI employee met with Fang several times, learned about her background and offered her a consulting position with the fictional company. The proposed job would have involved using her Chinese connections to assist the business.

Fang apparently wasn't eager to provide a detailed biography of her life in China. The memos say she was vague about her past, declined to explain her parents' positions with the Chinese government and would not disclose where she attended undergraduate school.

She was apparently much more comfortable discussing her political activities in America.

Those activities reportedly included helping connect donors to Swalwell's congressional campaign.

Eventually, Fang agreed to work with the fictional company. On June 14, 2013, she signed a contractor agreement for the consulting position.

The FBI has the contract in its files.

So there you have it. A Democratic congressman, a Chinese national with alleged intelligence connections, congressional internships, campaign contributions, a physical relationship, an undercover FBI operation, a fake company and something called “Rusty Thumbs.”

At this point, all that seems to be missing is Tom Clancy receiving a royalty check.

The important distinction, of course, is that the FBI ultimately concluded it had not established federal criminal violations by Swalwell himself. But the newly released documents nonetheless provide a remarkable look at how seriously the bureau viewed Fang's activities and the possibility that Beijing was using relationships with American politicians to gain influence.

And somehow Eric Swalwell still gets to participate in American politics.

Apparently, surviving a Chinese honeypot scandal is now considered a qualification for higher office in California.

NBC News sides with Chinese agent, worried her arrest would cause racial backlash

Well, this headline from NBC News proves that the brain rot on our college campuses seeps into the workplace—you already knew that. You saw glimpses of it at The New York Times when they forced Bari Weiss, a liberal by the way, out of her job over her pro-Israel and free speech stances.

When an elected official is busted for being a foreign agent, that’s a problem. It’s a story. What’s not a story is the speculation that some racial backlash could happen. Alas, that’s what the outlet found to be the most pressing matter (via NBC News):
The resignation of a Southern California mayor who pleaded guilty to acting as a foreign agent for China has sparked backlash and reignited fears of anti-Asian discrimination.

Earlier this week, Eileen Wang, 58, admitted to federal law enforcement that she “secretly served the interests of the Chinese government,” according to the FBI. She agreed to plead guilty to a single count of acting as an illegal agent of a foreign government and resigned as mayor of Arcadia, a predominantly Asian city in the San Gabriel Valley east of Los Angeles.

Political figures including Bernadette Breslin, a spokesperson for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, said the indictment was another example of Chinese-led plans to weaken the United States from within.

But racist comments began to appear on social media feeds soon after FBI Director Kash Patel announced on X the case against Wang. Many replies to Patel’s post announcing the charges suggested investigating other prominent Asian American women political figures. Others suggested violent punishment for her.

Advocates said they are concerned that this rhetoric is part of a long history of fear and discrimination that has proliferated for generations in regard to Asian communities, especially Chinese immigrants. Experts who spoke to NBC News said Asian people in the U.S. are often treated as perpetual outsiders, which can motivate violence in some cases.
It seems that those perpetrating acts of political violence are anti-Trump leftists, but it obviously goes against the narrative.

Brain Flushings tried to reach Eric Swalwell for his take on the situation, but he was indisposed with someone who goes by the name Fang Fang--just kidding, sort of.

Swalwell says he's running for CA gov. on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Swalwell had a spy in his eye

"Eric Swalwell, famous for more than simply dating a Chinese Communist spy, just announced he's running for governor of California on Jimmy Kimmel's failing comedy hour, because of course he did."

I need you to picture this: Fang Fang's favorite congressman waddles out on national television, gets a standing ovation from a room full of people who think "late night comedy" still means something, and declares that California, the greatest country in the world (his words, not mine), needs him to save it from... checks notes... affordable groceries and border enforcement.

"I love California. It's the greatest country in the world," the genius actually said, to thunderous applause from the same crowd that thinks $9 avocados are a human right.

He then launched into the standard Democrat fever dream about Californians "running through the fields where they work from ICE agents" which is apparently now the official party imagery instead of, say, the tent cities, feces promenades, rolling blackouts, and shoplifting flash mobs that define the Golden State in 2025.

And because nothing says "I'm ready to lead" like a late-night couch confession, he squeezed out this gem:
"I've been in these fights…but I'm ready to bring this fight home. So, I came here tonight, Jimmy, to tell you and your audience that I’m running to be the next governor of California.”
So, after years of auditioning to be the most annoying guy on the House floor, Eric "Let’s Nuke Gun Owners and Blast a Stinker"  Swalwell has decided the next logical step is to take his talents to Sacramento, where the real damage can be done.

His campaign video, naturally posted to X because that’s where serious people launch serious campaigns these days, promises that the number-one job of the next governor is to keep "the worst president in our history" out of California homes and streets.

"No one will keep Californians safer than I [and Chineses spies] will," he says in the video. "No one."

Eric, the bar is so low at this point that a houseplant could probably keep Californians safer than the current crew, but sure, tell me more about how the guy who got honey-potted by a Chinese spy is suddenly Mr. National Security.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Kimmel, still employed for reasons that can only be explained by Disney’s money-laundering division, grinned like he'd just been handed the nuclear codes and quipped: "The president is not going to like this show tonight." Then Jimmy held back tears of happiness after allegedly pulling out a nosehair.

But Trump already torched the whole operation on Wednesday:
'Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air? Why do the TV Syndicates put up with it? Also, totally biased coverage. Get the bum off the air!!!"
Preach, sir. Preach.

Bottom line is that California hasn't elected a Republican governor since Arnold was still terminating things on screen, and now Eric Swalwell thinks it's his turn to steer the Titanic after it's already hit the iceberg, sunk, and been turned into an underwater tourist attraction.

If this is the Democrats' idea of fresh blood, somebody check the expiration date, because this carton's been sitting in the sun since 2019 and like something else, Swalwell is very familiar with, it stinks.

Holy Swalwell! Alleged Chinese Spy in Kathy Hochul’s Inner Circle Was Forging Signatures Like It Was No Big Deal?

You seriously can’t make this stuff up, folks.

Linda Sun, a high-flying New York Democrat insider who served under both Andrew "Love Gov" Cuomo and current Governor Kathy Hochul, has been indicted for allegedly acting as a straight-up Chinese agent. We're talking fraud, bribery, money laundering, and, just imagine this, failing to register as a foreign agent for the Chinese Communist Party.

But the juiciest part is how this woman was apparently so brazen that she was forging Kathy Hochul's 'Jane Hancock' on love letters to Chinese officials, like it was just another Tuesday in Albany. The New York Post dropped the bombshell details from the ongoing trial:
Alleged Chinese mole Linda Sun brazenly forged then-Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul’s signature in glowing missives sent to dignitaries from the Henan province, according to the feds and documents presented at her bombshell trial.

Jurors in Brooklyn federal court were shown copies of letters purportedly sent by Hochul on March 26, 2018, inviting a six-member delegation from the province in central China to a meeting with then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
But the letters bore clearly forged versions of Hochul's signature, that featured "overly loopy" handwriting, her former chief of staff Jeff Lewis testified.

"From my experience, this is not how she would sign her name," Lewis told jurors last week. That’s federal-prosecutor speak for "we caught your butt red-handed."

Prosecutors say Sun was running a full-on influence op: cozying up to Beijing, pushing their talking points inside New York government, blocking Taiwanese reps from events, and even trying to get Hochul to parrot CCP propaganda. All while her husband's business raked in millions from Chinese-connected deals and the family got gifted everything from fancy meals to a pet hamster [really].

This wasn't some low-level staffer. She was a top aide with the keys to the governor’s office; first Cuomo's, then Hochul's. A literal alleged Chinese mole burrowed deep inside New York’s power structure that would make even Eric Swalwell and Dianne Feinstein proud.

And somehow this isn't 24/7 wall-to-wall national news? I cannot imagine why.

We have Chinese spies popping up in California, in our universities, on military bases, and now allegedly forging signatures in the lieutenant governor’s office.

Wake up, America! But sure, keep telling me the real national security threat is parents at school board meetings and those pesky MAGA Republicans.

Unbelievable.

Treasonous Techie Tries to Spill Secrets, Gets Snagged by FBI

Here we go again with another genius thinking they can play spy games and not get caught.

Nathan Laatsch, a 28-year-old IT geek at the Defense Intelligence Agency, decided he didn’t “agree or align” with the Trump administration’s values and thought the best way to stick it to 'the man' was to try peddling classified information to a foreign government.

According to the DOJ, Laatsch, who’s been a DIA employee since 2019 with a top-secret clearance, got nabbed in Virginia on Thursday after the FBI got a tip back in March 2025. Apparently, this guy was itching to share “completed intelligence products, some unprocessed intelligence, and other assorted classified documentation” because, you know, he’s got a beef with the current administration.

Shades of Edward Snowden.

The FBI, doing what they do best, set up a sting operation. Laatsch thought he was chatting up a foreign agent, but surprise, it was an FBI undercover operative.

Over multiple conversations, he bragged about transcribing classified info onto a notepad at his desk like he’s auditioning for a bad spy movie. The DOJ says he smuggled the stuff out of his workspace over three days, perhaps thinking he was saving the world.

The feds arranged a drop-off at a park in northern Virginia, because nothing screams “covert” like a public park, right? On or around May 1, the geek dropped a thumb drive loaded with a message and documents marked Secret and Top Secret. His note was a cocky little boast about providing “a decent sample size” of classified goodies to show off what he could access.

By May 7, after the thumb drive was “retrieved,” Laatsch, got greedy, hinting he wanted something in return. The next day, he laid it out: “citizenship for your country” because he’s not optimistic about America’s future. Oh, and he’s “not opposed to other compensation” but doesn’t need “material compensation.” So it appears the dude has principles, but he’s not above a little side hustle.

From May 15 to May 27, he kept at it, scribbling more secrets and sneaking them out by stuffing notes in his clothes like a kid hiding candy. Finally, on Thursday, he showed up at another prearranged drop spot, ready to hand over the goods. The FBI swooped in causing him to soil his skivvies, and now he's cooling his heels, facing a court date on Friday in the Eastern District of Virginia.

I suspect he'll be losing his top secret clearance and probably his freedom as well.

Look, we all know that politics can make people lose their minds. But going full Benedict Arnold because you don’t vibe with the administration? That’s a special kind of stupid.

Laatsch thought he was outsmarting everyone, but all he did was gift-wrap his future for the feds. Maybe next time, stick to angry Reddit threads, pal.

Former FAA contractor and naturalized citizen pleads guilty for spying for Iran

A former FAA contractor named Abouzar Rahmati, a 42-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen, just pleaded guilty to playing secret agent for Iran, funneling sensitive U.S. aviation and energy data to Tehran like it was a side hustle.

Seven years of this nonsense, from December 2017 to June 2024, according to the DOJ.

That’s right, while most of us were binge-watching Seinfeld, this guy was downloading 172 GB of restricted files—think U.S. National Aerospace System, airport radar systems, and radio frequency data—and slipping them to Iranian intelligence on "removable media" like some low-rent spy flick.

Rahmati, who once moonlighted as a first lieutenant in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (you know, the U.S.-designated terrorist outfit), wasn’t just content with aviation secrets. Oh no, he also tossed in private U.S. solar industry docs and FAA intel on airports and air traffic control towers. Because why stop at treason when you can go full buffet?

This all lands as President Trump’s "maximum pressure" campaign on Iran is cranking up to eleven. Tehran’s nuclear ambitions are in the crosshairs, and after they blew off direct talks last month, Trump didn’t mince words: "If they don't make a deal, there will be bombing. It will be bombing the likes of which they have never seen before." Classic Trump, serving up diplomacy with a side of kah-boom!

Rahmati’s facing up to 10 years for acting as Iran’s errand boy and another 5 for conspiracy. He’ll find out his fate on August 26, but let’s just say he’s not winning any Patriot of the Year awards. This is what happens when you let a fox guard the henhouse—or in this case, the airspace. Stay vigilant, folks; the world’s a messy place, and not everyone’s playing for Team USA.

Rep. Swalwell lies: Republicans "want to ban interracial marriage"

"I can hold it in; I can . . .  I can. Oops!"

It's one thing to sleep with a Chinese Communist spy; it's another thing to marry her. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) did not marry Fang Fang, he just boffed her. So here he is now saying on Tuesday that Republicans all think like him and want to ban interracial marriages. I guess he thinks yours truly doesn't count, or the countless Republicans with interracial marriages. Swalwell is a much better farter than he is s Congressman.

He made the bizarre statement after SCOTUS's draft opinion [assuming it isn't a hoax] outlined the majority's intention to ban Roe v. Wade. If this draft is the real thing, and if the decision to ban it pans out, we can thank the three Trump-appointed justices for the change.

Swalwell, obviously pulling this garbage from his butt, said that Republicans would not be content with "banning abortion," and also want to ban marriage between people of different races. It's obvious he makes stuff up as he goes along.

Even Mitch McConnell's wife is of a different race, she's Asian, but get a load of former MSNBC host, Chris Matthews' son's wedding guests photo [below] and check out all the diversity in the crowd.
The Left's idea of diversity: it's the "where's Waldo" of diversity.

"The Republicans won’t stop with banning abortion. They want to ban interracial marriage. Do you want to save that?" Swalwell wrote. "Well, then you should probably vote."

There is not a single source he can show that supports his wild lie.

The left is so afraid that Roe v. Wade will be overturned and women who seek an abortion might need to travel to another state that permits the killing of babies in the womb or soon thereafter. Banning it will not take away the state's rights to keep abortion on the books.

Biden warned that if the Supreme Court moves to overturn Roe v. Wade, as it signaled in the leaked opinion to Politico, issues regarding right to marriage, right to contraception and more come into question. The Catholic Church has not yet weighed in with their opinion as to whether Biden will go to hell or purgatory.

"One of the issues this court, many members of the court, have not acknowledged is there is a right to privacy in the Constitution," Biden mumbled about the right to privacy, which is not in the Constitution just as the right to an abortion is missing. Even the late RBG agreed that Roe v. Wade was a poorly conceived piece of legislation.

Matt Gaetz compares Eric "Boom-Boom" Swalwell to ex-congressman

California Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-"Sleeps With Enemy") may forever be remembered as the guy who broke wind on national television, and the guy who kept claiming that President Trump colluded with the Russians in the 2016 presidential election, a claim fully disproven by the Muller probe.

Ironically, it has become known that "Boom-Boom" had a relationship with a Chinese woman, a probably CCP spy named Fang Fang, and was probably having a sexual relationship with her. She was disguised as an exchange student and the Congressman may have exchanged information with her, although we don't know that for certain. She was also romantically involved with at least two Midwest Democratic mayors that we know of, according to Axios.

In spite of his being outed over the affair, Swalwell refuses to resign from the House Intelligence Committee, which he heads, and also refuses to resign from the House of Representatives.

On Monday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) compared Swalwell keeping his Intel Committee seat to putting former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner on the Ethics Committee. You may remember Weiner's weenie photo on social media that he sent to a 15-year-old girl and for which he was sentenced to 21 months in the slammer.

There are calls for Swalwell to step down from the committee because he has become compromised in the honey trap scheme.

Swalwell met the Chinese seductress spy while a city councilman in Dublin, California. He stayed in contact with her as his political capital rose, until the FBI warned him about Fang Fang in 2015.

Fang supposedly took part in fundraising for Swalwell's 2014 reelection campaign but she didn't give a yen nor was there evidence of illegal contributions. However, like Dianne Feinstein's Chinese spy driver, Fang placed at least one intern spy in Swalwell's office and stayed in touch with Boom-Boom during events over the years.

Aside from lying about Trump, Swalwell hasn’t been accused of any wrongdoing and Fang is not currently suspected of stealing any classified information.

Gaetz slammed the media's coverage of Swalwell and Fang during an interview with "Fox & Friends" earlier this month.
Boom-Boom and Fang Fang

"I'm old enough to remember when Lev Parnas showed up and made a few donations at Republican events, Gaetz said. "That was wall-to-wall coverage from the media, but when Eric Swalwell engages in a very close relationship with -- clearly -- an agent of Communist China ... Well, that's deemed as something we can just accept and move on."

Gaetz explained how media outlets protect Democrats while going after Republicans.

"When Democrats are targeted by foreign intelligence, they get a defensive briefing," Gaetz added. "When Republicans are targeted, they get impeachment, investigations ... and threats of jail time, so it really is a double standard."

Others on the right agree with that assessment.

Senate Intelligence Committee Acting Chairman Marco Rubio, (R-FL) told Fox News' "The Story" that Swalwell needs to reveal all details about his relationship with Fang Fang.

Did Boom-Boom chitty-chitty bang-bang Fang Fang or what?

America has the right to know.

Bagged and tagged Swalwell tries to go on offense after alleged sexual relationship with Chinese spy

Eric "Stinky" Swalwell has allegedly been schtupping a Chinese spy named Fang Fang aka Christine Fang. When a spy has sex with someone for secret information, this is known as a honeytrap.  And the man who made public flatulence fashionable, Eric Swalwell, was indeed dipping into the honey, allegedly.

Now that he has been caught, he is demanding a probe into finding out who ratted him out. Perhaps it was Fang Fang herself who spilled the beans (apparently Swalwell's favorite side dish); we don't know, but if the allegations are true regarding the sex part, it's irrelevant. In fact, even if sex were not involved, it's still a boatload of crap for the California Democratic congressman to be buddies with a spy while being on the House Intelligence Committee.

When asked directly if he and Fang Fang had sex, Swalwell keeps refusing to answer the question [probably because he did]. Interestingly, the Fangster is Facebook friends with his family!

The odiferous Swalwell told the Communist News Network (CNN) Wednesday, "I hope it is investigated into who leaked this information."

He then tried to blame . . . wait for it . . . President Trump.

"At the same time this story was being leaked out is the time that I was working on impeachment on the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees," the Democratic horny toad continued. "And if this is a country where people who criticize the president are going to have law enforcement information weaponized against them, that's not a country that any of us want to live in."

Yeah, sure. Everything is Trump's fault--he's an evil genius and an idiot wrapped up in an orange outer layer. Sorry guys, you can't have it both ways.

Then when Swalwell was informed in 2015 that he may have been doing things with a Chinese spy, she returned to China, implying that Swalwell may have spilled the beans again.

Since these revelations, Swalwell has vehemently refused to discuss specifics of his relationship with Fang, including whether or not he slept with her. He claims the information is 'classified.' which, of course, is a load of bull crap because it isn't classified--it's sex.

Swalwell's brother Joshua, and his father, Eric, remain friends with Fang Fang on Facebook.

Fang "liked" a 2016 post from Joshua featuring a video of him and the congressman together AFTER SWALWELL RECEIVED A DEFENSE BRIEFING ON COUNTERINTELLIGENCE CONCERNS OVER FANG'S BEHAVIOR AND ACTIVITIES IN 2015.

Swalwell alleges that he immediately cut off ties with her in 2015 when officials alerted him on their security concerns. He also said that he can get you a great deal on an historic bridge in Brooklyn, New York.

"What it appears though that this person — as the story reports — was unsuccessful in whatever they were trying to do," Swalwell said, as he distanced himself from her gender by referring to her as "they."

Meanwhile, Donald Trump Jr. claimed they had a sexual relationship and described Swalwell as a "threat to national security."

Tucker Carlson on Tuesday night said his team had asked Swalwell's office whether the reports of a sexual relationship with Christine Fang were true, but his office declined to comment, making the ridiculous claim that where Swalwell's "little soldier" goes, is a mater of national security.

Two Dem mayors and Eric Swalwell, involved in a honey trap with China spy

She is suspected to have been a honey trap to at least two anonymous Midwestern Democratic mayors according to an  Axios teport. She goes by the panda bear sounding name, Fang Fang, and sometimes she uses Christine Fang as a pseudonym or a real nym, but whatever her real name is, Democrats, including Rep. Eric "Stinky" Swalwell (D-CA) found her irresistible.

Fang Fang, a Chinese national alleged spy, developed political contacts primarily in California and attended conferences for U.S. mayors, growing her network of political contacts across the country.

The Fangster also engaged in sexual relationships with no less than two horny mayors of Midwestern cities over a three year period, according to a U.S. intelligence official and a former elected official.

“At least two separate sexual interactions with elected officials, including one of these Midwestern mayors, were caught on FBI electronic surveillance of Fang, according to two intelligence officials,” Axios reported, but said they were not able to identify or speak to the elected officials.

Axios published photos of Fang with Democrat U.S. Reps. Mike Honda (D-CA) and Judy Chu (D-CA), as well as local California officials Fremont Mayor Bill Harrison (D) and San Jose city councilman Ash Kalra (D).

Democrats all.

According to Axios, the lovely Ms. Fang also volunteered for the unsuccessful campaign of now-Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA). Fang was also a host for a 2013 event with Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI).

In the spirit of the Hogan's Heroes character, Sergeant Schultz, a Gabbard spokeswoman claimed the congresswoman “has no recollection of ever meeting or talking with her, nor any recollection of her playing a major role at the fundraiser.”

I know nothing, I see nothing.

And then there's Eric Swalwell.

The flatulent young congressman said on Tuesday that the Axios story about his ties to a Fang Fang was somehow payback by the Trump administration for his [baseless] attacks on Trump over Russia. But like Swalwell's attacks, his claims also provided absolutely no evidence Axios got it wrong.

Fang Fang, “targeted up-and-coming local politicians in the Bay Area and across the country who had the potential to make it big on the national stage” through “campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and romantic or sexual relationships,” Axios reported. “Even though U.S. officials do not believe Fang received or passed on classified information, the case ‘was a big deal, because there were some really, really sensitive people that were caught up’ in the intelligence network, a current senior U.S. intelligence official said.”

“Amid a widening counterintelligence probe, federal investigators became so alarmed by Fang’s behavior and activities that around 2015 they alerted Swalwell to their concerns — giving him a defensive briefing,” Axios reported. “Swalwell immediately cut off all ties to Fang, according to a current U.S. intelligence official, and he has not been accused of any wrongdoing.”

Other than possibly getting caught with his pants down.

Fang has since skipped the country, returning to Communist China after breaking Democrat hearts.

C'mon, man, gimme a break. You know you want to follow Brain Flushings--it's free and worth every penny. And remember, every time you click on an ad, an angel gets its wings and a liberal sheds a tear. C'mon, check out the ads. Christmas is coming.

WHAT THE?? FBI 'altered evidence' that falsely painted Carter Page as a Russian spy

The Inspector General (IG) of the Department of Justice Michael Horowitz made his report public Monday and in it he alleges that FBI misconduct in "surveilling" the Trump campaign found that the agency "altered" evidence which cast former Trump presidential adviser Carter Page as a Russian spy.

According to The Federalist co-founder Sean Davis and journalist Mollie Hemingway, the report “found that the FBI falsely claimed to the FISA Court not only that Carter Page was a Russian agent, but also falsely claimed that an unnamed intelligence agency had told the FBI that Page was ‘not a source’ in their efforts to surveil and curtail Russian intelligence efforts.”

Davis and Hemingway explain that Page had previously worked as an informant and witness for the US in a federal espionage case against a Russian intelligence official. However, Page was targeted by the Obama FBI as a spy working for Putin to steal the 2016 election from Hillary "Bleach Bit" Clinton.
“According to the IG report, before the FBI and DOJ went to the FISA Court to apply for a warrant to spy on Page, an unnamed U.S. intelligence agency had told the FBI that Carter Page had previously assisted that agency’s efforts against Russian spies. Although exculpatory information about potential spy targets is required in spy warrant applications, Obama’s FBI and DOJ deliberately withheld that information from the spy court in order to paint Page in the worst possible light.
“Ahead of an application to renew the spy warrant in 2017, a top FBI lawyer doctored evidence from the unnamed agency which confirmed that contrary to FBI claims that he was a Russian spy, Page had in fact assisted the United States in its efforts to counter Russian operations,” The Federalist added “An e-mail from the agency that clearly stated Page was ‘a source’ for them was doctored by Kevin Clinesmith, a top FBI national security lawyer, to give the opposite impression to the federal spy court."
The IG's report found that the renewal applications that followed the initial request, also failed to include exculpatory information regarding his relationship with another U.S. government agency nor did include the information Page shared with that agency about his contacts with Russian intelligence officers. This occurred even after the Crossfire Hurricane team re-engaged with the other U.S. government agency in June 2017.

None of the inaccuracies and omissions Davis and Hemingway identified in the renewal applications were brought to the attention of OI before the applications were filed. As a result, similar to the first application, the Department officials who reviewed one or more of the renewal applications, including Yates, Boente, and Rosenstein, did not have accurate and complete information at the time they approved them.

The IG report found that the FBI made 17 “serious” errors in getting a FISA application on Carter Page and said that the FBI “fell far short” in correctly doing its job.

The report stated that investigators were “deeply concerned that so many basic and fundamental errors were made by three separate, hand-picked investigative teams; on one of the most sensitive FBI investigations; after the matter had been briefed to the highest levels within the FBI; even though the information sought through use of FISA authority related so closely to an ongoing presidential campaign; and even though those involved with the investigation knew that their actions were likely to be subjected to close scrutiny.”

This is a clear indictment of the FBI and something needs to be done as a follow up. Maybe James Comey has some ideas.

Yeah, sure.

US Navy: sailor pleads guilty to espionage, gets light sentence

A U.S. sailor was planning to give a journalist classified information about the Navy’s nuclear-powered warships and then defect to Russia. Rather than putting him to death like in the good old days, he was sentenced to only three years in prison, officials said Friday.

U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Stephen Kellogg III pleaded guilty to two counts of espionage earlier this month.

The creep admitted to contacting Sevmash, a Russian shipbuilding enterprise. In an email to the ship maker, he wrote: “I am willing," the FBI said in a statement.

The 26-year-old scumwafer also admitted to authorities that he knew releasing the classified information could degrade the ability of nuclear-powered warships and cause injury to the United States, Jeff Houston of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service wrote in an email to the Associated Press.

As a nuclear electrician’s mate, Kellogg had access to information related to the capabilities, operations and maintenance of nuclear propulsion systems.

Had the information became public, potential U.S. adversaries could have learned the capabilities and limitations of the United States’ nuclear-powered warships, a pre-trial statement said. This, of course, would compromise the Navy's fighting ability and likely lead to American deaths, but Kellogg only got three measly years.

“This sailor’s attempts to disclose classified Navy nuclear propulsion information posed a significant threat to national security and endangered the lives of American service members,” FBI Special Agent in Charge Garrett Waugh said.

Authorities learned of the plot after Kellogg was arrested on Aug. 27 for drunken disorderly conduct at a San Diego airport where a Delta Airlines employee stopped him from boarding a flight to New York.

He was being belligerent and had purchased a one-way ticket to visit a high school friend who works as a journalist, telling him he had a big story, court documents said. Kellogg joined the Navy in 2014 and served on the carrier U.S.S. Carl Vinson from 2016 to 2018.

In July and August 2018, Kellogg search online for flights to Moscow and contact information for the Russian Consulate in San Diego, the FBI said.

The FBI said Kellogg admitted to taking photographs of areas containing sensitive information about the Navy’s nuclear propulsion program on the ship. He then sent the photos to his father and girlfriend.

But in spite of his espionage attempt, he was only sentenced to three years!

He will receive a reduction in rank and a dishonorable discharge, the FBI said.

Big freaking deal.

By the way, wanna bet POS Kellogg wasn't a Trump supporter?

Russia's Snowden still sucks and has no cred

Former National Security Agency contractor/spy Edward Snowden thinks that he has the right to make his traitorous opinions known after he fled to Russia in to escape the law in a case of espionage in which he exposed government information about our surveillance programs.

He exposed tons of classified information in 2013 to WikiLeaks. For some strange reason, some Trump supporters as well as the president, "like" WikiLeaks and Julian Assange, it's founder because they also went after Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

Now Snowden, the pencil-neck weasel, is ripping President Trump over his CIA pick, Gina Haspel, because she managed black-site prisons.

Who gives a rat's butt?

Snowden and his liberal buddies would have the targets of those prisons come to the US as illegal immigrants as long as they'd vote Democratic.

Haspel is alleged to be a key player in the enhanced interrogation techniques that took place at the black-site prisons. This will obviously come up in the hearings for her Senate confirmation.

While some media outlets are claiming she was directly involved, it's hardly credible they would know--that's why they call them "black-sites."

Snowden, on the other hand, has likely gotten CIA clandestine agents killed.

Person charged with giving top-secret docs to China.

Alleged human excrement
A Virginia traitor, Kevin Patrick Mallory, 60, was arrested Thursday at his home in Leesburg, Virginia. He has been charged with espionage for transmitting top-secret documents to Chinese officials.

The scum wafer is to appear in U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

Mallory is a self-employed consultant, a US Army veteran and a POS. The charges involve gathering or delivering defense information to aid a foreign government and for making material false statements under the federal Espionage Act, something that Hillary Clinton was able to get away with based on her political connections.

Malloryis fluent in Mandarin and traveled to Shanghai in April. He was caught with $16,500 in his carry-on bags when he returned to O'Hare International Airport. He failed to declare the money.

In May, the FBI interviewed him and he admitted he met with two people from a Chinese think tank, whom he believed were Chinese intelligence agents. He told the FBI they gave him a special communications device for transmitting documents.

He said in the affidavit that the only documents he transferred were two unclassified blacked out security classification documents that he had written on U.S. policy matters.

When the transmitted documents were analyzed, it showed that two of them were classified as "secret," and one of them was "top secret."

Court records indicate the alleged traitor worked as a special agent for the Diplomatic Security Service at the State Department. It is not yet known if Hillary Clinton was involved, but it isn't out of the realm of possibility.

If convicted, Mallory could face life in prison, and if certain conditions are met, even face the death penalty. But the chances of the latter being meted out are as likely as Hillary Clinton being tried and convicted of the same charge when she wittingly used a private email server to transmit and receive classified information (that went beyond "top secret" in the form of "Special Access Programs").

Let's wait and watch what happens in both cases.
