NSA agent arrested for supplying gov't secrets to undercover FBI agent, feds say

J
Jareh Sebastian Dalke of Colorado Springs, CO is a 30-year former NSA agent who was arrested after he tried to sell government secrets to an undercover FBI agent he believed was a foreign operative. He made his first court appearance Thursday and was hit with espionage-related charges for allegedly trying to transmit National Defense Information (NDI) to a Russian operative.

Dalke used an encrypted email account to send classified documents to a person he thought worked for the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, but was an FBI agent, the Department of Justice reported.  "Dalke subsequently arranged to transfer additional classified information in his possession to the undercover FBI agent at a location in Denver, Colorado,” the DOJ said.

Dalke was an information systems security designer for the NSA from June and July this year. He was arrested Wednesday when he went to meet with his contact to sell classified information, he thought.

The DOJ said that Dalke told an undercover FBI agent that he was still working for the agency and that he would exchange secrets for a specific cryptocurrency. The information in question reportedly related to U.S. cyber security.

“On or about Aug. 26, 2022, Dalke requested $85,000 in return for additional information in his possession. Dalke also told the FBI undercover agent that he would share additional information in the future, once he returned to the Washington, D.C., area. Although he was not employed by the NSA while communicating with the FBI, Dalke re-applied to the NSA in August 2022,” the DOJ said.

Court documents show that scumbag allegedly told the undercover agent that he “recently learned that my heritage ties back to your country, which is part of why I have come to you.” [Fun Fact: Dalke, in Russian, means traitorous asshole.]

According to the charges, one of the documents that were intended to be sold were classified as “secret,” while two more were “top secret.” He was charged with three violations of the Espionage Act.

If convicted, Dalke could be sentenced to life in prison or execution, unlike Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell (CA) who actually had crazy monkey sex with a Chinese spy.

BREAKING: Edward Snowden granted Russian citizenship but will he fight in Ukraine?

Serial scumbag and former U.S. intelligence contractor Edward Snowden is now a Russian citizen by order of Russian President [for life] the execrable Vladimir Putin.

Putin signed the order granting the traitor Russian citizenship on Monday. Snowden has been living in Moscow since 2013, evading U.S. authorities after exposing top secret military information to the world. He had received permanent residency to remain in Russia in October 2020.

Snowden was a contractor for the National Security Agency in 2013 when he left the NSA's Hawaii facility and went to Hong Kong at which time the POS released thousands upon thousands of U.S. documents revealing surveillance programs in the U.S. and abroad along with security operations.

Some on the Left praised his actions because they hate the United States, while others called him a traitor as the U.S. sought his extradition to prosecute him on charges of violating the Espionage Act.

Before moving into the private sector, this high school drop out was a systems administrator for the CIA.

He contracted with Dell and later with Booz Allen Hamilton. It was at Dell that he did contract work for the NSA, where he worked at a facility in Japan then moved to Hawaii. In early 2013, Snowden left Dell and went to work for Booz Allen, staying at the same Hawaii-based NSA facility.

It was in 2013 when Snowden downloaded thousands of classified documents on U.S. and foreign intelligence operations and probably endangered the lives of the once-covert agents. He shared these documents with journalists who exposed the classified contents, irreparably impairing field operations.

The House Intelligence Committee began an investigation into the leaks in 2014 and published a 38-page report two years later highly critical of the former intelligence contractor. Snowden is “not a whistleblower,” the report said.

“Snowden caused tremendous damage to national security, and the vast majority of documents he stole have nothing to do with programs impacting individual privacy interests – they instead pertain to military, defense, and intelligence programs of great interest to America’s adversaries,” it continued.

The POS moved to Russia to receive asylum protections from U.S. authorities. While there, he openly criticized the U.S.'s treatment of journalists, but never spoke out about Russia's treatment of journalists, some of whom no longer live above ground and those who do are limited in their reporting.

After receiving permanent residency in Russia in 2020, comrade Snowden applied for Russian citizenship so he could hold the same citizenship as his son, who at the time was not yet born.

Now the question remains: with Russia engaged in open conflict with Ukraine, will Snowden volunteer to fight for his adopted country and carry the hammer and sickle in battle?

New Clinton emails found--some with classified info end used texts for gov't business

I guess that rag for wiping Hillary's server clean wasn't good enough, nor was BleachBit, as Judicial Watch, the conservative watchdog group, revealed that the FBI released 37 pages of new Clinton emails showing that the former Secretary of State Clinton used her unsecure, non-government, illegal, unauthorized, ridiculously easy to hack email to transmit classified information.

The new emails also show that she, in addition, she used text messages for government business, something that is clearly stupid and irresponsible. The documents, produced to Judicial Watch after a review by the State Department, include 13 new Clinton emails.

According to Judicial Watch, the State Department didn't reveal where the emails were discovered nor why they were not previously provided. They also don't say whether or not more records will be forthcoming.

In February, a Justice Department attorney was not able to tell how and where the FBI found the new trove of Clinton emails--perhaps Huma Abedin knows, but that's not a certainty.

Previously, the State Department claimed they had produced all reasonable Clinton emails, including the ones she withheld or tried to destroy with BleachBit. The department initially said, in 2018, that all responsive emails had been produced, but found additional ones, for the first time early last year.

Can you smell it?

Last November, the State Department first disclosed to the court that the FBI found the latest batch of emails and they were produced due to the intrepid work of Judicial Watch and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for all of Hillary Clinton's government emails sent on her secret, illegal server, when she served as Secretary of State, as well as all emails by other State Department employees to Clinton regarding her non-"state.gov" email address.

One of the latest uncovered emails dated January 23, 2012 was from former British Prime Minister Tony Blair to Clinton's personal email containing information that was redacted as classified.

Another email containing classified information on August 30, 2011, then-Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs suggested Clinton meet with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati in Paris to discuss Syria and other issues.

But perhaps the most disturbing one was an email sent on April 10, 2012, where Hillary forwarded an intelligence memo on Egypt's Election campaign that contained information on the Muslim Brotherhood that she received from Sidney Blumenthal, and her then-Deputy Chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan. In the memo, Blumenthal claims to have “Sources with access to the highest levels of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, and Western intelligence and security services.”

There's more but the point is made that Hillary Clinton has been violating the Espionage Act over and over, with no consequences to this day. As it stands now, the FBI recovered about 5,000 of the 33,000 government emails Clinton grabbed and tried to destroy. But the case remains open and she gets to wander the woods ruminating over how the country just cannot admit that she is the real President of the United States of America!

Only 23 violations of security protocols found by Dept. of State in Clinton emails

How many security-breached emails does it take to indict a Clinton for violating the Espionage Act? The answer must be 24 because 23 hasn't been enough, unless things change now that her protector James Comey is gone.

The State Department revealed Monday that no less than 15 people mishandled former Secretary Clinton's emails with a total of 23 different violations. Lordy, thank goodness it wasn't 24.

The revelation came in a letter written to Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley.

The letter states that 15 people received write-ups for breaking state department rules, The Washington Times reported, and if this happened anywhere in the Middle East, heads would roll.

State Department assistant secretary, Mary Elizabeth Taylor, in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs wrote in the letter: “To this point, the Department has assessed culpability to 15 individuals, some of whom were culpable in multiple security incidents.”

“DS has issued 23 violations and 7 infractions incidents. … This number will likely change as the review progresses,” she added. “The department considers and violation of security policies to be a serious matter.”

But not serious enough for an indictment of Hillary Clinton, who will never become the first female President of the United States of America.

Grassley is currently overseeing the review and responded Tuesday morning to the State Department’s findings via Twitter:
Glad state dept responded 2 my inquiry & disclosed 23 violations + 7 infractions from 15ppl mishandling classified info in Clinton email review I’ve been doing oversight on this since 2015 Classified info must b handled by the book & violators shld b held accountable

— ChuckGrassley (@ChuckGrassley) June 18, 2019
President Trump acknowledged the findings were “really big.” But he didn't move to lock her up, referring to Hillary Clinton, who thus far has avoided incarceration for her use of a private, unprotected and totally illegal email server, which is uncontroversial and should have landed her in prison.

President Trump tweeted:
Wow! The State Department said it has identified 30 Security Incidents involving current or former employees and their handling of Crooked Hillary Clinton’s Emails. @FoxNews This is really big. Never admitted before. Highly Classified Material. Will the Dems investigate this?

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 18, 2019
The State Department said that its investigation should end in early September and acknowledged how time-consuming the probe has been.

Mary Elizabeth Taylor wrote, “Given the volume of emails provided to the Department from former Secretary Clinton’s private email server, the Department’s process has been necessarily more complicated and complex requiring a significant dedication of time and resources.”

She said that disciplinary actions were pending and that “all valid security incidents are reviewed by DS and taken into account.”

While the letter did not mention any specific names, the State Department promised an additional update once the investigation is complete.

We shall see what happens, but don't hold your breath over Hillary going to the crowbar hotel anytime soon.

'Final batch' of damning Clinton emails tied to ;delete or destroy' uncovered

Almost four years have passed since Judicial Watch (JW) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking all emails sent and received by Hillary Clinton and her staff via her unsecured private email server [located in a bathroom] during her tenure as Secretary of State. JW has finally received what appears to be the "final batch" of those emails Hillary "tried to delete or destroy" that the FBI managed to recover.

Among this newly uncovered crapload of emails, which amount to 756 pages of documents, JW uncovered what appear to be five more email exchanges containing classified information.

It only takes one classified document to indict someone under the Espionage Act, and this latest batch only added to the number of classified material on her illegal server. And this find apparently contradicted Clinton's oath-sworn insistence that she turned over all of her sensitive work-related emails to the State Department, and it also included a load of classified communications on issues from foreign policy to State Department personnel matters.

"Hillary Clinton repeatedly stated that the 55,000 pages of documents she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 included all of her work-related emails," Judicial Watch explained in its announcement of the release of the final batch of emails. "In response to a court order in another Judicial Watch case, she declared under penalty of perjury in 2015 that she had 'directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done.' In 2017, the FBI uncovered 72,000 pages of documents Clinton attempted to delete or did not otherwise disclose."

JW noted that this should be "the final batch" of emails because the production of documents in this case has now "concluded." In total, the FBI was only able to recover or find less than a fifth, about 5,000 of the 33,000 government emails Clinton "took and tried to destroy."

The files came from a trove of 72,000 documents the FBI recovered and turned over to the State Department in 2017.

The documents, representing a small proportion of the tens of thousands of emails still unaccounted for from Clinton's 'Bleach Bit' server, also underscored the significant political threat that the Obama administration felt it faced at the hands of Israel.

Additionally, according to the email dump, Clinton spoke with former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair about foreign policy before she was sworn in, aided the application of at least one State Department applicant who was connected to her daughter, Chelsea, and apparently met with Putin-aligned Georgian oligarch Bidzina Ivanishvili before he became prime minister on a staunchly pro-Russian platform -- and with reported help from a Russian interference operation

In some of Clinton's conversations with Blair -- which included a classified 2011 conversation on foreign policy, and another classified 2011 conversation concerning a "speech" -- she apparently discussed job-related topics on January 16, 2009 -- while George W. Bush was still president but after the Senate Foreign Relations Committee had approved her for the position of Secretary of State. In one email thread with the subject line "Re: Gaza," dated January 16, 2009, Blair said he wanted to have a matter "resolved before Tuesday," apparently referring to Obama's inauguration.

Clinton replied: “Tony – We are finally moving and I am looking forward to talking w you as soon as I’m confirmed, tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. Your emails are very helpful so pls continue to use this address,” hr15@att.blackberry.net."
Blair responded: “It would be great if we could talk before any announcements are made.”

In closed-door testimony last year, former FBI special agent Peter Strzok acknowledged that the Justice Department "negotiated" an agreement with Clinton's legal team that ensured the FBI did not have access to emails on her private servers relating to the Clinton Foundation, even as they probed her handling of classified information.

And so far, nobody has been prosecuted for any of this crap.

Below is the JW summaries of and links to the "classified" communications:

On April 27, 2011, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair sent classified information discussing Palestinian issues to Clinton’s personal unsecured email account.
On May 19, 2011, Blair again sent classified information to Clinton’s personal unsecured email account discussing a “speech.”
A classified email exchange between Blair and Clinton took place from January 16, 2009 (while George W. Bush was still president) and January 24, 2009. The subject line is “Re: Gaza.” Blair on January 16, 2009, relayed information he learned from Middle East leaders and noted that he wanted to get something “resolved before Tuesday” (when Obama would be sworn in as president). Clinton responded to Blair on January 19, 2009, writing “Tony – We are finally moving and I am looking forward to talking w you as soon as I’m confirmed, tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. Your emails are very helpful so pls continue to use this address,”[email protected]. Blair followed up by saying “It would be great if we could talk before any announcements are made.”
Retired Army Gen. Jack Keane sent Clinton classified information, apparently during early 2009. The subject line of the email is redacted, but the text appears to show a discussion on information about Iraq.
In September 2, 2010, email exchange marked classified, longtime Clinton confidante Lanny Davis tells Secretary Clinton that he could serve as a private channel for her to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying he had a “private and highly trusted communication line, unofficial and personal, to PM N[etanyahu].” Davis goes on to say “[N]o one on the planet (other than your wonderful husband) can get this done as well as you.…” Secretary Clinton responds with classified information, saying “I will reach out to you directly and hope you will continue to do the same w me. The most important issue now is [Redacted B1].”
Judicial Watch notes that, based on what the documents revealed, Clinton had already been assigned an official government email address which she could have used.

Instead, she arrogantly chose to use her unapproved, unsecured private server. One email contains a comment from her former chief of staff as a senator discussing getting "a secure computer set up soon."

She has thus far gotten away with her illegal behavior, but that's only because Lady Justice has a hole in her blindfold that Hillary gave her after she wiped her server with it.

Chelsea Manning didn't off himself

Lipstick and eyeliner doth not a woman make
Chelsea Manning, the Army traitor who sent WikiLeaks tens of thousands of classified documents, posted two tweets Sunday night hinting that he was contemplating suicide, an unfortunate part of the mental illness suffered by transgender individuals.

Since then, his tweets have been deleted.

Shortly after the tweets, Manning's Twitter handle reported that he is safe and was on the phone with friends.

"Thanks everyone for your concern and please give her some space," the tweet read. (Italics mine.)

Manning lives in Bethesda Maryland and announced his run for U.S. Senate earlier this year. He was sentenced to 35 years in prison for violating the Espionage Act and leaking to WikiLeaks, much like Hillary Clinton and the Weiners violated the Espionage Act and got away with it.

But former President Obama commuted his sentence in his last days in office, because the espionage Manning committed was not against a country Obama really liked anyway.

Manning posted a picture that appeared to depict a person looking down to a street below from atop a building.

"I'm sorry - I tried - I'm sorry I let you all down," he wrote in a now-deleted tweet, reported by The Daily News. "I'm not really cut out for this world - I tried adapting to this world out here but I failed you - I couldn't do this anymore - I can take people I don't know hating me but not my own friends," the mentally ill transgender traitor added. "I tried and I'm sorry about my failure."

That should help him secure more votes on the left for his senate run. They love the intersectionality of a guy like Manning: a transgender traitor to the United States who got his "Get Out of Jail Card" from the first black leftist president.
Manning as he breaks Barack Obama's heart

In Manning's case, he became despondent after a debate on social media with Dawn Ennis, a former ABC News assignment editor, who criticized Manning's remark that "voting won't change anything."

Ennis, who is also a biological man came out as a transgender in 2013, and he posted on Twitter: "I am looking forward to an update on Chelsea's well being in the morning. I truly wish her well. And I expect a new wave of online anger and hate to greet me, too. Be kind to all those who struggle. I myself will work harder to bear that in mind."

Fact: a full 40 percent of transgender individuals will at one point in their life commit suicide or attempt to commit suicide. And it has nothing to do with whether they have begun or completed the transition or if they have been under overt stress from the community.

Sadly, because society bends over backwards to go along with their delusion, transgender men and women don't receive the psychological intervention they need.

And they call conservatives the 'science deniers'.

Chelsea (nee Bradley) Manning apparently wants to have sex with cops

On the day the country recognizes cops, known as Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Tuesday, convicted spy and Obama hero, Chelsea Manning, went on Twitter to take his love for the police one step further. He wants to have hot transgender sex with all of law enforcement.

"F--k the police," the Manning the man tweeted with the hashtag "DisarmThePolice #WeGotThis."

By "disarm," Mr. Manning probably meant the idea of saying something sweet to sweep cops off their feet.

When he tweeted the hashtag "#WeGotThis" he probably meant that he has jock itch and so do others he hangs out with.

Then the guy tweeted out a series of unsourced stats having to do with law enforcement.

Manning released over 700,000 classified government documents on WikiLeaks, the website that is not true friends with President Trump, in spite of his cheering it on when it helped him politically.

Manning, along with his XY chromosomes, was arrested in 2010, convicted in 2013 of 20 counts including Espionage Act violations, theft and computer fraud (like Hillary Clinton) and was cleared by the left of his most serious charge of aiding the enemy.

Even though he did.

In his final days in office, President Obama granted Manning clemency and he was released from prison last May after only serving 7 years of his 35-year sentence.

It is not known whether or not the former failed president and Mr. Manning have been seeing each other since his release.

Judge orders investigation of 3 Clinton lawyers

Annapolis, MD -- An investigation was ordered by a Maryland judge of three shyster lawyers who helped former secretary of state and "computer illiterate" Hillary Clinton delete her emails on an illegal private server.

Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Judge Paul F. Harris Jr. said the complaints against Clinton's lawyers, Cheryl Mills, David E. Kendall and Heather Samuelson were egregious and the state bar could not dismiss them as frivolous.

"There are allegations of destroying evidence," Harris said Monday and pointed out that the state's rules require investigation by the bar no matter who raises the complaint. In other words, one cannot brush aside accusations simply because they voted for Hillary Clinton for president and cannot tolerate her loss to a television personality.

The announcement by Judge Harris came one day before Clinton released her latest book of excuses for her second presidential loss titled "What Happened." Apparently her lack of insight in how the public is repulsed by her was the inspiration for the book's title.

The Maryland bar complaint was given by Ty Clevenger, an attorney who has attempted to achieve sanctions against Clinton and her legal team in several venues. He also pressed the FBI to release details of its investigation into Hillary's illegal activities that so far have most politicos looking at the squirrel hiding its nuts.

Federal courts as well as bars in D.C. and Arkansas, have poo-pooed Clevenger's requests. He is seeking to have Clinton's lawyers either suspended or disbarred. (Some of you might even hope for incarceration of the attorneys in a cell next to Hillary.)

Judge Harris, however, said Mr. Clevenger's request seems to have merit and that Maryland will need to at least launch an investigation and demand a response from the three legal eagles.

The FOIA request Clevenger issued for the FBI to release information into Clinton's case was denied at first because it was judged that there wasn't enough "public interest" in the case to continue its pursuit. But alas, that has been reversed as the Justice Department agreed the case met the threshold of intense public interest. (You're reading this, right?)

Clinton's use of a secret [illegal] email server she kept in her New York home was used to conduct official State Department business. Over 100 emails were listed as classified--it only takes one classified email to violate the Espionage Act.

The FBI agreed with common sense that the email setup risked national security and it's highly probable the classified emails were hacked by foreign entities.

According to USLegal.com:
The Espionage Act is a federal legislature enacted in 1917. The act criminalizes and punishes espionage, spying and related crimes. The Act prohibits not only spying but also various other activities, including certain kinds of expression. The Act Pursuant to 18 USCS § 793, provides that a person will be punished with fine or imprisonment not more than ten years if s/he copies, takes, makes, or obtains, or attempts to copy, take, make, or obtain any sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, document, writing, or note of anything connected with the national defense. The Act deems any person a criminal if s/he is found obtaining information with respect to the national defense with a reason to believe that the information to be obtained is to be used to the injury of the U.S.
Hillary's defense was that she's computer illiterate--just a poor, stupid woman who thinks the term "wiping a computer" is done with a cloth.

So the former, fired FBI director James Comey did not recommend charges against Clinton because she was too inept to understand the risks she was running.

However, having your head up inside your nether regions isn't a requirement to absolve Clinton of indictment, and it wasn't Comey's call to make in the first place--it was the Department of Justice's call.

The former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, recused herself after secretly meeting with Bill Clinton for 30 minutes before the case was to be decided. She claimed they spoke about grandchildren and personal garbage, but the public didn't buy the lie.

But the DoJ could have assigned the Deputy AG to handle the case rather than allow Comey, whose job it was to simply investigate the case and present his findings to the DoJ.

When it was discovered she had a private secret server, Clinton belatedly returned thousands of emails to the government but deleted the rest, claiming they were personal. However, the FBI probe found thousands of emails that were work-related and weren't turned over to the government.

That alone should have been enough to indict her.

Clinton had her lawyers scour her account--that's what landed them in potential jeopardy.

Let's hope justice prevails--just don't hold your breath.

Hillary still on the email hook

The Hillary Clinton illegal email farce appears like it's not going to be ending in the near future. State Department officials say they haven't a clue when they'll be finishing the task of sorting through and releasing previously BleachBit, hammer-broken and otherwise deleted hidden messages.

More illegally stored classified documents of the former secretary of state keep showing their ugly faces.

The Trump administration doesn't know if all documents Clinton secretly sent from her illegal private server in her home have been hunted down.

But even if more top secret and emails of higher classification are discovered, it doesn't matter. Everyone knows nothing will come of it--heck, she's Hillary Clinton, the "OJ Simpson of Capitol Hill," and he got away with murder.

"At this time, we do not have an estimate for completion of processing all of these documents," a State Department official told The Washington Times.

The review in February 2016 by the State Department looked at over 30,000 emails on Clinton's illegal private server. She turned them over in December 2014 and the State Department sat on their hands for nearly two years after she left office to fully analyze them.

Last summer, the FBI provided the State Department with tens of thousands of additional emails gathered from its investigation, and the department continues to process them pursuant to court orders.

In June of this year, the FBI provided 7,000 additional documents recovered from the laptop computer shared by Clinton's top aide, Huma Abedin and her disgusting husband Anthony "Look-My" Weiner.

The one finding that was uncovered regarding Clinton is that with all those classified emails on an illegal personal server, she should have been indicted, tried and probably convicted of violating the Espionage Act.

How many Special Access Program (SAP) emails, those that identify our covert intelligence agents, have to be uncovered before Hillary Clinton is marched off in handcuffs?

And former FBI Director James Comey was wrong about the law--and he's a lawyer--when he said that based on Clinton's lack of intention, no prosecutor would indict her.

That simply is a lie.

This leads one to believe that Comey should be disbarred or indicted for obstruction of justice.

But there's nothing that will be done about them.

It was so bad that one email from Abedin was nearly totally redacted because it would have revealed foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources, as mentioned above regarding SAP emails.

Another email from Dennis Ross, a former U.S. envoy to the Middle East, was redacted of confidential information regarding an Israeli military offensive in November 2012 against Hamassholes in the Gaza Strip. This email included discussions regarding cease-fire negotiations.

While Clinton originally handed over about 30,000 emails in December 2014, she erased (with BleachBit) another 32,000 emails she claimed were personal.

The struggle for transparency in Clinton's emails has broken ground in open-records laws and it isn't over yet.

At this time, Judicial Watch, a conservative legal watchdog group, has been leading the fight to make the emails public. There are currently at least nine Freedom of Information Act lawsuits pending.

Last week, Judicial Watch won a victory when District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta ordered the State Department to expand its search for Hillary Clinton's emails related to the terrorist attack on a U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi that led to the killing of four Americans.

A cover-up is suspected when the Obama administration first downplayed the attack in the run-up to the 2012 presidential election, when then-UN Ambassador Susan Rice repeatedly claimed the attack was due to a YouTube video that mocked the so-called prophet of Islam Mohammed.

The State Department must now search the servers for email accounts of Cheryl Mills, Jacob Sullivan and Huma Abedin.

President Trump made Clinton's email scandal a top campaign issue when she ran against him. In fact, he promised to appoint a special counsel to investigate Clinton.

But those were empty words--he backed down once elected saying he didn't want to "hurt the Clintons" and that she had already "suffered greatly."

That, unfortunately, is bull crap. Clinton is too arrogant to suffer greatly. It's more likely that she was irate and never thought she did anything wrong because of who she is.

Trump changed his tune again after special counsel Robert Mueller intensified the Russian interference investigation over the 2016 presidential election and last month he tweeted:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions has taken a VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes (where are E-mails & DNC server) & intel leakers!"
When asked about the slow pace of the Clinton email search, the White House did not respond.

BOMBSHELL: Comey's leaked memos contained classified info

Oh, Comey's going to be in soooo much trouble.

The former FBI Director James Comey is being accused by the President of illegally leaking classified information to his 'friend' at Columbia University who was then told to leak it to the New York Times, which he did.

More than half of the Comey memos detailed Russia-related conversations with President Trump.

The Hill reported overnight that Comey wrote a total of seven memos describing his conversations with Trump on the Russia case, and four of the memos had markings indicating they contained classified material at the "secret" or "confidential" level. The information obtained by The Hill was supplied by "officials familiar with the documents."

The memos were recently shown to Congress, according to the report, and the FBI claimed they were all government documents, despite Comey, "the-Boy Scout's"saying they were personal.

President Trump booted up his presidential computer and tweeted: "This is so illegal!" using his signature exclamation point.

If President Trump is correct, then James Comey will be going to prison. . .

Where he will be visited by a unicorn ridden by Kim Jong Un.

Comey's "illegal" release of classified memos will likely receive the same treatment that Hillary Clinton received for her illegal email server. The claims in The Hill about Comey's memos are reminiscent of Hillary's, and the irony regarding who investigated her actions aren't lost on us.

There seems to be a 'special class' of individuals who can literally get away with murder . . . or, in this case, violation of the Espionage Act.

Senate report warns of national security fallout from leaks

A Senate report released Thursday warns that the Trump administration is experiencing an "alarming" and "unprecedented" scads of media leaks that pose a real danger to national security.

The Republican-generated report estimates the administration has dealt with about one leak per day. It was sent to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and urges law enforcement officials to press harder in their investigation of these leaks exposing potentially sensitive information.

"To ensure the security of our country's most sensitive information, federal law enforcement officials ought to thoroughly investigate leaks of potentially sensitive information flowing at an alarming rate," the report's executive summary read.

The 24-page report, titled "State Secrets: How an Avalanche of Media Leaks is Harming National Security," was compiled by Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), along with the committee's majority staff.

The report authors analyzed media leaks that began on Trump's Jan. 20 inauguration to May 25, his 126th day in office. In that time period, the Trump administration faced one leak per day involving potentially destructive information to national security under the standards laid out in an executive order by then-failed-President Barack Obama in 2009.

The leaked information is "potential violations of federal law, punishable by jail time."

The report notes that the leaks flowed "seven times faster" under Trump's administration than the first 126 days of both Obama and George W. Bush's presidency.

"It is also apparent that the arguments often used to justify leaks are at odds with the Trump administration--that leakers are bringing to light potentially illegality, unwise policies, or concerns about the President's temperament--have no legal basis," the report found.

A total of 78 leaks were about the probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election and potential collusion with the Trump campaign, revealing intelligence community intercepts, FBI interviews and intelligence, grand jury subpoenas, and "the workings of a secret surveillance court."

Some of the violations may fall under the Espionage Act, which are punishable by up to 10 years in prison--something that Hillary Clinton is apparently immune to.

A letter by Johnson to Sessions with the report said it's the "responsibility of the Justice Department" to decide if the leaks justify criminal prosecution.

Of course they do.

Person charged with giving top-secret docs to China.

Alleged human excrement
A Virginia traitor, Kevin Patrick Mallory, 60, was arrested Thursday at his home in Leesburg, Virginia. He has been charged with espionage for transmitting top-secret documents to Chinese officials.

The scum wafer is to appear in U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

Mallory is a self-employed consultant, a US Army veteran and a POS. The charges involve gathering or delivering defense information to aid a foreign government and for making material false statements under the federal Espionage Act, something that Hillary Clinton was able to get away with based on her political connections.

Malloryis fluent in Mandarin and traveled to Shanghai in April. He was caught with $16,500 in his carry-on bags when he returned to O'Hare International Airport. He failed to declare the money.

In May, the FBI interviewed him and he admitted he met with two people from a Chinese think tank, whom he believed were Chinese intelligence agents. He told the FBI they gave him a special communications device for transmitting documents.

He said in the affidavit that the only documents he transferred were two unclassified blacked out security classification documents that he had written on U.S. policy matters.

When the transmitted documents were analyzed, it showed that two of them were classified as "secret," and one of them was "top secret."

Court records indicate the alleged traitor worked as a special agent for the Diplomatic Security Service at the State Department. It is not yet known if Hillary Clinton was involved, but it isn't out of the realm of possibility.

If convicted, Mallory could face life in prison, and if certain conditions are met, even face the death penalty. But the chances of the latter being meted out are as likely as Hillary Clinton being tried and convicted of the same charge when she wittingly used a private email server to transmit and receive classified information (that went beyond "top secret" in the form of "Special Access Programs").

Let's wait and watch what happens in both cases.

Dude serves under 7 yrs of 35 for espionage- free as a little bird

Pfc. Manning in drag
Thanks to political correctness and a former president who put that concept ahead of the country, Chelsea Manning (formerly known as Bradley Manning) was set free as a little bird Wednesday.

Pfc. Bradley Manning was convicted in 2013 of illegally disclosing classified information to WikiLeaks and sentenced to a mere 35 years in prison instead of being shot as a traitor to the United States.

But Bradley Manning wanted to be Chelsea Manning and based on that, former President Obama granted him clemency and cut his sentence short--about 29 years short.

Manning, a transgender soldier, will remain on active duty; and if all goes as expected, he will have his male genitals removed at taxpayer expense whereupon he can think of himself as a woman in spite of biological science.

An actual woman and spokesperson Lt. Col. Jennifer Johnson, said Manning will be on "excess leave" while his court-martial conviction is under appellate review. In that status, he'll not be paid but will be legally entitled to have his penis and testicles removed to help give him the look of a woman.

And we will pay for the surgery because there is nothing more important for the mentally ill than to go along with their delusions and pretend that he will magically become a woman for lacking his junk.

"In an active-duty status, although in an unpaid status, Manning is eligible for direct care at medical treatment facilities, commissary privileges, morale welfare and recreation privileges, and exchange privileges," Johnson wrote in a statement.

Manning was an intelligence analyst in Iraq and a native of Crescent, Oklahoma.

He was convicted in a military court martial of 20 counts, including six Espionage Act violations, theft and computer fraud. The dude was acquitted of the most egregious charge of aiding the enemy, in spite of the fact that he did.

The scumbag Manning acknowledge leading the materials, saying he wanted to expose what he considered to be the U.S. military's disregard of the effects of war on civilians. The traitor also said he didn't think the classified information would harm the U.S., but he was full of it and the information he released endangered information sources.

It's disgusting that because Manning falls into a "special category" (aka transgender) he was given clemency by Obama. The classified material that went public was in the hundreds of thousands of documents. Traitors have been shot for a lot less.

POTUS tweets Manning a new one

President Donald Trump ripped Bradley-Chelsea Manning as an "ungrateful TRAITOR" after the scumcrumpet ex-Army intelligence analyst wrote an op-ed critical of former President Obama--the person who commuted the turd's prison sentence, reducing it by 28 years.

Just three days prior to his leaving the White House, Obama commuted Manning's 35-year sentence for leaking over 700,000 classified documents to WikiLeaks.

Manning's clemency was the most outrageous in a slew of decisions our seditious former president ordered. POS Manning is to be released on May 17th. He will be identifying himself as a woman and wants the taxpayer to foot the bill for the removal of his penis.

Even with the commutation of his sentence, it didn't stop him from writing the op-ed for the Guardian on Thursday wishing for "a strong and unapologetic progressive to lead us."

The traitor wrote: "Unfortunately, despite [Obama's] faith in our system and his positive track record on many issues over the last eight years, there have been very few permanent accomplishments." He also said that Obama's detractors have criticized him for being "too weak, or too soft or too sympathetic."

Then he said: "The one simple lesson to draw from President Obama's legacy: do not start off with a compromise."

President Trump tweeted about the scum: "Ungrateful TRAITOR Chelsea Manning, who should never have been released from prison, is now calling President Obama a weak leader. Terrible!

Ungrateful TRAITOR Chelsea Manning, who should never have been released from prison, is now calling President Obama a weak leader. Terrible!

Manning took aim at 'wrongs' that have not yet happened under a Trump administration, but why not talk in possibilities rather than realities when you're traitorous garbage?

"People will probably be targeted because of their religion. Queer and trans people expect to have their rights infringed upon," Manning wrote, forgetting to point out that queer and trans people are executed by the very people he sought succor from--the Taliban. "Our lives are at risk--especially for immigrants, Muslim people and black people."

He obviously didn't care about whose lives he put at risk by making classified information military information available to the enemy.

What an asshat.

Gen. pleads guilty for lying

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has pleaded guilty to making false statements to Congress during the Benghazi investigations and her private server.

When asked if she understood the charge, she said, "I do."

The offense is espionage and carries a maximum--wait! I got it all wrong.

It wasn't Hillary Clinton who admitted to making false statements, it was Retired Marine General James Cartwright (his friends call him "Hoss") and the guy is going to prison, although probably not for the 5 years maximum he could receive, but more likely 6 months.

His sentencing is scheduled for January.

Gen. Cartwright, 67,  told investigators that he wasn't the source of classified information that was contained in a book by New York Times "journalist" David Sanger, according to charging documents unsealed by prosecutors.

But neither the book nor classified subject were identified in the court documents. Sanger's book, "Confront and Conceal" is about a covert cyberattack on Hillary Clinton's private server Iran's nuclear facility and the use of a computer virus to temporarily disable the uranium enrichment centrifuges of the Iranians.

The charges also state that Cartwright misled prosecutors about the classified information shared with Daniel Klaidman, another journalist.

Cartwright was vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2007 to 2011, and was a key advisor to Barack Obama. He was a former fighter pilot and known for his expertise in cyber-warfare and the USA's nuclear endeavors.

It's rather alarming that he's going to prison and Hillary Clinton may be going to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Hillary aider testifies

Hillary Clinton aider and FBI Director James Comey testified Wednesday that Hillary Clinton's chief of staff Cheryl Mills and another top aide had "some" classified material on laptops that they turned over to the liberal-leaning bureau in its "probe" (LOL) of Clinton's private and therefore illegal server. Not surprisingly, Comey granted Mills immunity in spite of her involvement in the case.

The Clinton aider made the acknowledgment in his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.

Liberals feel that the only reason Comey is being asked questions about a crime is for political reasons, not because Hillary Clinton is actually guilty of breaking the law by her simply using a private server in a bathroom to carry out her business as secretary of state, and possibly for the Clinton Foundation.

Comey, who refused to answer certain legal questions and suggested they be redirected to Clinton's lawyers, then had it both ways--he claimed the finding did not constitute a crime. So, as a lawyer FBI director, he can make that claim, but as a Clinton probing FBI director, he redirects the legal questions to other lawyers.

Of course, Comey declined to directly answering a question as to whether having classified material on a laptop or other private electronic device was against federal regulations.

This is puke-worthy balderdash politics at its worst.

"You'd have to know the circumstances," the Clinton aider told committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA).

Yes, Jason Chaffetz was right when he said the FBI handed out immunity "like candy." Kind of like a load of candy.

State Dept. official thought Hillary used personal email for friends & family

A State Department official thought that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was merely using her unauthorized personal email to "stay in touch with family and friends." He also knows that Elvis is working at a shopping mall in Sheboygan.

Lewis Lukens gave a two-hour deposition with Judicial Watch last week and said that he volunteered to set up a "stand-alone" computer for Hillary's personal emails. He was told that the woman who wants to run our country, doesn't know how to run a computer. That is she "does not know how to use a computer to do email."

Lukens' testimony was released on Thursday, the day after the State Department IG released his report criticizing Clinton's email setup, explaining that it violated federal records rules and cybersecurity guidelines.

In other words, she probably broke the law as it applies to the Espionage Act and her next pantsuit should be orange.

The investigation by the FBI is exploring the possible incompetent and illegal handling of classified information that never went to the proper [government] server, but instead, went to Hillary's server in the basement of her Chappaqua, N.Y. home.

So the woman who does not know how to use a computer to do email exposed herself to strangers--something the Clintons are famous for--and compromised the nation's security. She has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, sounding like Bill denying he had "sex with that woman . . . Monica Lewinsky."

Lying seems to run in the family--it's their oxygen.

"This report makes clear that personal email use was the practice for other secretaries of state," the Queen of Benghazi told ABC News. "It was allowed. And the rules have been clarified since I left."

And chickens have lips.

Lukens first suggested a computer that could be "connected to the internet, through a separate system, which would allow her to check emails from her desk. He said he proposed that in order to make it easier for her to "log on." He said that " .  .  .  at that point, as far as I knew, there was no requirement for her to be connected to our system."

The system wasn't installed and he told Hillary that she could only send and receive emails on her Blackberry smartphone.

Lukens said he couldn't recall discussing Clinton's personal email use with other officials and assumed she was using "a commercially available email account."

There are five more named witnesses to be called on this investigation. There is no "security review" as Clinton called it. That's simply another lie.

Cheryl Mills is scheduled to testify (aka, not answer any direct questions) Friday.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that recordings of her deposition are to be kept sealed due to concerns that it might be used "as part of partisan attack" against Clinton. Partisan attacks against Hillary are defined by something called "truth."

Hillary lied like a dog, bow-wow

In a Fox News exclusive report, a U.S. government official said that one of Hillary Clinton's classified email chains on her personal, unsecured, Colorado-based-in-a-bathroom server, discussed an Afghan national's ties to the CIA along with a report showing him on the CIA's payroll.

Even President Obama, with his connections to terrorist-supporting organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood, and jihad-supporting mosques, said that unauthorized disclosures are "presumed to cause damage to the national security."  And this is coming from a POTUS who appears to be as concerned about the nation's security as a snake is about a shark.

The official told Fox that the Clinton exchange, referring to the NY Times report, was mixed among the 29 classified emails provided to congressional committees with specific clearances to review them. Of these, 22 were "top secret" and deemed too damaging to our nation's security to release.

I can hear Hillary barking like a dog as I write this.

The Democrats had argued that the classified documents on Hillary's illegal private server are over-classified, but none of these liberals are CIA field operatives from Afghanistan or otherwise and don't need to concern themselves about being tortured and killed. The fact that a CIA asset was part of the information on the emails goes way beyond the notion that they were over-classified.

These emails are proof, at the very least, that Hillary Clinton is not fit to be president, and is incompetent as well.

But her use of the server alone should be enough to put her in federal lockup. What is contained on the server that she tried to delete, is proof that she is guilty of crimes against the Espionage Act.

Bow-wow, Ms. Clinton, bow-wow.

"Three Hots and a Cot" for Hillary?

A document with classified information is a classified document. Does that confuse you, Mrs. Clinton? It does not have to be marked classified to be classified. It's all in the flavor.

Let me 'splain.

If I give you orange juice in a plain, unmarked glass, it is still orange juice. Just because it doesn't say "Orange Juice" doesn't make it something else.

Hillary laughed when CNN's Jake Tapper explained that, while Bernie Sanders may have said "the American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails," there are "a lot of people who are not, including FBI officials."

That didn't stop the Scandal Queen--she continued to cackle like a crow on hallucinogenics as Tapper continued the interview.

But Tapper didn't let her off the hook.
What, me worry?

"And this is something else that is very confusing to me. With all your experience, why wouldn't you anticipate that over the course of four years, handling very sensitive diplomatic negotiations, overseeing military interventions and surveillance, why wouldn't you anticipate that something classified, whether about North Korea or Iran or drones or an informant for the CIA, that it wouldn't be emailed to you? And why wouldn't you consider that having it on your personal account with some server in Colorado might be a potential risk?" he asked the Democratic presidential candidate whose main qualification for the position is her lady parts.

That's when she doubled-down on the "marked classified" nonsense, saying that "nothing that I was sent or that I sent was marked classified."

So Tapper said, "The inspector general of the intelligence community said some of this stuff contained classified information when it was generated whether or not it was marked classified."

"Well, that is just a very strong difference of opinion. The State Department does not agree with that . . . " She babbled on to say, "All the time there was nothing marked classified, and that is the fact that hasn't changed."

Hillary could fertilize Nebraska with her excuses.

As it stands, the FBI's investigation into Clinton's emails is reportedly focused on possible violations of the Espionage Act in how she handled national defense information.

That's nothing to chuckle over, Hillary.

The investigators are specifically focusing on those sections of the Espionage Act that addresses security clearance holders who permit national defense information to be separated or abstracted from its secure location due to the security holder's "gross negligence."

If the Espionage Act also contained a section on "gross arrogance," Hillary would be in even deeper poo.

The Espionage Act also requires the security clearance holder "to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer." (My italics.) The punishment is a fine, imprisonment up to 10 years, or both.

Hillary has made it abundantly clear that in no way, shape or form is she a "he," so she doesn't believe she has anything to worry about. But if somehow she's nabbed for being grossly negligent, she's opting to pay the fine--she can easily afford it with the Clinton Foundation money.

Of course, if someone knew there was an investigation going on, and tries to impede it by, say, destroying emails or documents, or threatening witnesses, that would likely be a separate charge and could land Hillary in the slammer by the time she's wearing adult diapers (if that time has not yet arrived).

Although the Scandal Queen has denied using her private email server to send or receive classified information, the inspector general has already found that she lied about two such emails that included "top secret" information at the time they were sent.

If that doesn't get her "three hots and a cot," I don't think anything more will.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
