A Virginia traitor, Kevin Patrick Mallory, 60, was arrested Thursday at his home in Leesburg, Virginia. He has been charged with espionage for transmitting top-secret documents to Chinese officials.

The scum wafer is to appear in U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

Mallory is a self-employed consultant, a US Army veteran and a POS. The charges involve gathering or delivering defense information to aid a foreign government and for making material false statements under the federal Espionage Act, something that Hillary Clinton was able to get away with based on her political connections.

Malloryis fluent in Mandarin and traveled to Shanghai in April. He was caught with $16,500 in his carry-on bags when he returned to O'Hare International Airport. He failed to declare the money.

In May, the FBI interviewed him and he admitted he met with two people from a Chinese think tank, whom he believed were Chinese intelligence agents. He told the FBI they gave him a special communications device for transmitting documents. 

He said in the affidavit that the only documents he transferred were two unclassified blacked out security classification documents that he had written on U.S. policy matters.

When the transmitted documents were analyzed, it showed that two of them were classified as "secret," and one of them was "top secret."

Court records indicate the alleged traitor worked as a special agent for the Diplomatic Security Service at the State Department. It is not yet known if Hillary Clinton was involved, but it isn't out of the realm of possibility.

If convicted, Mallory could face life in prison, and if certain conditions are met, even face the death penalty. But the chances of the latter being meted out are as likely as Hillary Clinton being tried and convicted of the same charge when she wittingly used a private email server to transmit and receive classified information (that went beyond "top secret" in the form of "Special Access Programs").

Let's wait and watch what happens in both cases.

Hillary: I call them the Federal Bureau of Security Inquiries

You've no doubt heard the expression, "If her lips are moving, she's lying." Well, attribute that saying to people like Hillary Clinton, the "Mother of Mendacity." Is there anything she will not lie about? She even lies about not lying.

For months Clinton has lied about the FBI investigation into her private email server. She referred to it over and over as a "security inquiry." This server was used to send and receive classified government emails, some of which are known as "Special Access Programs" (SAP).

SAP has a higher level of secrecy than Top Secret documents because it contains information about field operations and names of agents that could easily get them killed--as dead as the four men in Benghazi who were killed having nothing to do with the lie that it was over some obscure video.

On Wednesday, FBI Director James Comey was asked by Fox News about Hillary's claim that the FBI probe was merely a "security inquiry."  Comey said that he doesn't know what the term 'security inquiry' means and added, "We're conducting an investigation . . . that's what we do."

When Comey was informed that Hillary Clinton uses the phrase "security inquiry," he reiterated that  he's "not familiar with the term security inquiry."

Comey was also asked about the timing of the investigation since Clinton is the presumptive Democratic felon presidential nominee. He said he'd rather do the investigation "well" rather than fast and he's not "tethered" to a schedule.

FBI investigators have been meeting with Muslim Brotherhood affiliated, wife of Anthony Weiner, and top aide to Hillary Clinton, the magnanimous Huma Abedin. They have also met with Cheryl Mills who walked out of the questioning when the questions got tough.

Clinton and her campaign team of miscreants have described the investigation (as to whether Hillary Clinton should be charged under the Espionage Act, or whether she has used the Clinton Foundation to help fund her campaign, which is illegal, or if her aides were given access to her password and thereby her server) as a security inquiry.

On "Face the Nation" this Sunday, Hillary used the term 'security inquiry' when asked how she would respond to people worried the FBI probe is a "big deal."

"I say what I've said now for many, many months," the Mother of Mendacity said. "It's a security inquiry. I always took classified material seriously. There was never any material marked classified that was sent or received by me, and I look forward to this being wrapped up."

But of course, the emails don't actually need to be marked "Classified" to be classified--that's only in the movies, and Hillary knows that, but, like another Democrat, Jonathan Gruber, she's counting on the stupidity of the American voter.

That's why we have the liberals on the far left--we want all the stupid American voters where we can see them.

Hillary's straw man lies

Hillary Clinton's lips moved during last night's debate with socialist Bernie Sanders so it was no surprise that she was lying a multitude of times.

Regarding the email scandal in which it has been shown she sent and received highly classified material using her private server, the first lie came when she claimed the entire FBI affair was a "security review" not of her, but of the whole email system thingy.

Bull ploppings--the FBI investigation is about investigating whether or not Hillary Clinton broke the law and should be indicted for doing so.

She also said that no confidential information was transmitted. Prior to this she initially said the same thing then changed it to no emails "marked classified" were sent or received by her.

Balderdash--the facts prove that over 1,000 emails were classified, and that it doesn't matter whether it was marked as such, and that the agency from which the email was "born" is the responsible agency for its classification. It doesn't need to be marked, it needs a competent receiver of the email to understand that it's confidential.

Besides, over 20 of the emails were classified as "Special Access Program (SAP) which are security protocols that are above the category of "Top Secret" with safeguards and access restrictions well beyond regular classified information, such as a "black project" with operatives in the field whose lives are at risk if they are exposed to the enemies of our nation. 

These SAP emails were discovered among the deleted emails Hillary thought were gone forever but were recovered by the FBI.

Then Hillary went on to say what kids often tell their mommies: other Secretaries of State did the same as me. Why aren't you punishing them? 

She used Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell as examples. (Is that also considered racist? Only if they were Democrats I suppose.)

Another quiver of the lips, another lie from Hillary.

Neither Rice nor Powell had a private server. Neither used their private email account to send or receive classified information. Hillary is simply trying to blow smoke up the exhaust tubes of Americans by equating them with her using the straw man fallacy, or, as Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) put it, an "everybody did it defense."

The final Clinton lie in the debate came at the end when she said about the investigation, "I have absolutely no concerns about it whatsoever," adding that she's "100 percent confident" the FBI investigation will fizzle.

She is worried but her ace in the hole is President Obama. I suspect she is giving serious thought to having him appointed as a Supreme Court Justice if she becomes our next failed president. 

Imagine two incompetent leftists in these positions of power.

Obama, who is not privy to any FBI findings as yet has already weighed in on Clinton's guilt saying that he does not believe what she did posed a "national security problem."

This may be due to the fact that Obama does not believe in our nation.

Hillary's rich, white privilege may get "SAP-ed"

In an exclusive report by FoxNews.com, the emails on Hillary Clinton's Colorado bathroom-based private server contained intelligence from the U.S. government's most secretive and highly classified programs. This information comes from an unclassified letter by a highly ranked inspector general to senior lawmakers.

The January 14th letter from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III enumerated the findings of a comprehensive review by intelligence agencies in which "several dozen" additional classified emails, including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP) were identified. 

The SAP classification goes well beyond "top secret," which have already been labeled as such on at least two of her emails, and it makes one wonder, how much more evidence of blatant mishandling of highly classified material will it take before she's indicted. 

"There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material," a former senior law enforcement source with decades of investigating SAP procedures told Fox News. "It is the most sensitive of the sensitive."

The IG letter states, in part: "To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element. These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the confidential, secret, and top secret/sap levels. According to the declarant, these documents contain informatin derived from classified IC element sources."

Only "the president, the Secretaries of State, Defense, Energy, and Homeland Security, the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence, or the principal deputy of each" can authorize special access programs, states Executive Order 13526. 

Clearly, if Hillary Rodham Clinton was a poor, black person, instead of a rich, white woman, she'd be in an orange jumpsuit by now.
