'Maryland Man' Kilmar Abrego Garcia, may be deported to Eswatini after snubbing Trump's deal

The border security circus just keeps getting wilder and yes, more entertaining. 

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the accused MS-13 gang member and El Salvador national, is now staring down deportation to the beautiful nation of Eswatini, a speck of a country in Southern Africa.  This is because he had the audacity to thumb his nose at a deal from the Trump administration. "You can’t make this stuff up," as the kids say.

This guy, a one-time Maryland resident accused of human smuggling, was already yo-yoed back to the U.S. after a brief stint in El Salvador earlier this year. On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security and ICE dropped the hammer via email, informing Garcia's camp of his impending one-way ticket to Eswatini, the teeny tiny jerkwater town where even the waterbuffalo refuse to roam.

Eswatini was chosen after Garcia, 30, handed ICE a laundry list of 22 countries he claims he can't live in due to "fear of persecution or torture." Uganda, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Brazil, and a boatload of other South American nations made the no-go list, per the removal notice obtained by Fox News. "Sounds like someone’s been workshopping their sob story," as any red-blooded skeptic might mutter.

Here’s the best part: Garcia could have taken a plea deal on his human smuggling charges and served time in Costa Rica, the land of beaches and piña coladas. Instead, he rolled the dice and lost. El Salvador was happy to lock him up in their notorious Terrorism Confinement Center on the ides of March, but thanks to a Supreme Court ruling, they cut him loose back to the U.S. in June. He landed in Tennessee's Putnam County Jail, only to be sprung on Aug. 22 under electronic surveillance and home confinement in Maryland. "Because nothing says 'tough on crime' like ankle bracelets and Netflix," quips the ghost of common sense.

DHS initially threatened to ship this alleged transnational criminal to Uganda, but now they've pivoted to Eswatini, a landlocked kingdom so obscure it sounds like a rejected Star Wars planet. Fox News got their hands on the ICE letter to Garcia's lawyers, and let's just say the guy is not exactly packing his bags with enthusiasm. He's still whining about "persecution or torture" in 22 countries. "Buddy, at this point, you’re just throwing darts at a map," I can hear the ICE agents chuckling.

The Trump administration has already sent five deportees to Eswatini's maximum-security slammer, and the legal challenges are piling up faster than a sovereign citizen's unpaid parking tickets. 

The Legal Aid Society is crying foul for one deportee, a Jamaican national who claims he was "inexplicably and illegally" sent to Eswatini despite his home country being ready to take him back. DHS, naturally, says that's a load of bull pucks.

For those keeping score, Eswatini's the last absolute monarchy in Africa, ruled by King Mswati III, who's got 16 wives and a gaggle of kids. It's a pint-sized nation squeezed between South Africa and Mozambique, where 32% of the population lives below the poverty line, according to The World Bank. 

"Sounds like a real paradise for an MS-13 gangbanger," said no one ever.

So, here we are, watching another chapter in the deportation drama unfold. Will Garcia end up in Eswatini, or will his lawyers pull another rabbit out of the hat, or wherever their rabbits are pulled from?

Will this be the smoking gun that nails Adam 'Shifty' Schiff?

Well, well, well, look who’s finally caught in the crosshairs of their own sanctimonious web. Adam Schiff, the California Democrat senator who’s made a career out of slinging mud at Donald Trump. The bug-eyed senator is staring down the barrel of a federal investigation. 

This isn’t some tinfoil-hat conspiracy or right-wing fever dream. On Tuesday, Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division dropped a bombshell, flagging 'Shifty' for alleged mortgage fraud. 

A criminal referral’s already been fired off to the Department of Justice, and according to a senior administration official, the Federal Housing Finance Agency is demanding a full probe. If the allegations stick, Schiff could be looking at criminal charges for every single monthly mortgage payment he made with those shady documents. 

This is the same guy who spent years weaponizing the justice system against Trump, chasing him through every legal rabbit hole from Russia to tax returns to who-knows-what. Now, the tables have turned, and Schiff’s the one sweating under the federal spotlight. 

Karma’s got a wicked sense of humor, doesn’t it?

Here’s the deal, and it’s as simple as it is damning. Back in 2023, word got out that Schiff claimed a $1.7 million Maryland home as his "primary residence" on federally-insured loan documents. The purpose of doing this was to snag a sweeter mortgage rate, of course. 

This wasn’t some clerical oopsie or a "my dog ate the paperwork" excuse. It was a calculated lie about where he actually lived. Problem is, Schiff’s been a California politician, representing Burbank since 2003. Last I checked, you can’t hold office in the Golden State while claiming your "primary residence" is in Maryland. That’s not just a whoops, that’s a felony-level face-plant.

Now, you’d think the Biden administration, with its sterling track record of impartiality (sarcasm alert), would’ve jumped on this like a pair of make believe MAGA supporters on Jussie Smollett. But you'd be mistaken because the case vanished faster than a politician's proposition on Epstein Island. 

The same Justice Department that spent years chasing Trump for increasingly unhinged "crimes" couldn’t spare a moment to investigate one of their own party’s favorite attack dogs. But those days of selective justice are over, folks. The free pass expired.

And here’s where it gets deliciously bad for Schiff. A newly unearthed video has surfaced, and it’s the kind of thing that makes defense attorneys break out in hives. 

In the video, Schiff declares, with all the confidence of a man who thinks he’ll never get caught: "But our principal residence, our primary residence, is in California. It always has been, always will be." Oh, Adam. You didn’t just step on the rake, you did a full-on triple backflip onto it.

Let’s break this down. 

Schiff doesn’t just say his primary residence is in California, he doubles down, using both "principal residence" and "primary residence." And then, just to make sure there’s no wiggle room, he adds that it "always has been" in California. 

Here’s the damning thing: this interview happened after he signed those Maryland loan documents. That "always has been" line isn’t just a slip-up; it’s a prosecutorial gift basket wrapped with a bow. If his primary residence was "always" in California, then claiming that Maryland property to score better loan terms wasn’t just a little white lie, it was fraud, plain and simple. No amount of spin can square that circle.

The legal fallout could be catastrophic for Schiff [although I doubt it]. If he lied on those loan documents, he’s not just looking at a slap on the wrist. We’re talking potential federal charges that could make his political career go the way of dial-up internet. 

The irony in all this is that the Democrats, who spent years cheering as the justice system was weaponized against their enemies, are now facing the monster they created. They set the standard: no mercy, no restraint, just relentless lawfare against anyone they don’t like. Well, guess what? That standard’s coming home to roost, and Schiff’s the first in line. Don’t cry foul now, this isn’t revenge; it’s just the law doing what it’s supposed to do. Equal justice doesn’t care about your party affiliation.

This isn’t just about one senator’s shady real estate deals. It’s a litmus test for whether the justice system can finally play fair, no matter who’s in the hot seat. For years, Democrats have skated by, dodging accountability while preaching about "rule of law." Well, the bill’s come due, and Schiff’s mortgage mess might just be the first domino to fall. Get ready, because accountability is knocking, and it’s not here to play nice.

Unfortunately, I don't believe that Schiff is going to spend one minute in prison for his illegal shenanigans, because Republicans don't seem to have the testicular fortitude to put him there. I hope I'm wrong. What do you think? Feel free to comment in the section by the same name.

POTUS accuses 'scam artist' Adam Schiff of lying about Maryland home, committing mortgage fraud

In classic Trump fashion, the President came out swinging Tuesday morning, torching Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) with a fiery Truth Social post, accusing the longtime political thorn in his side of pulling a fast one on America with alleged mortgage fraud. Trump, never a shriveling violet, branded Schiff a "scam artist" and claimed he gamed the system by lying about his primary residence for over a decade to score better mortgage rates. 

Schiff, naturally, says it’s all hogwash [aka "Squad Wash"].

"I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud," Trump blasted on Truth Social. 

"Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA. I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook. The FRAUD began with the refinance of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until the Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on October 13, 2020."

Trump’s post didn’t stop there. "Mortgage Fraud is very serious, and CROOKED Adam Schiff (now a Senator) needs to be brought to justice,” he wrote, though he didn’t drop any receipts to back up the claim. 

Later, when Fox News’ Peter Doocy pressed him on what "brought to justice" meant, Trump dialed back the specifics but kept the heat on: "I don’t know about the individual charge, if that even happened, but Adam Schiff is a serious lowlife." When Doocy doubled down, Trump reiterated, "I’d love to see him brought to justice."

The beef stems from allegations, first raised in 2024, that Schiff played fast and loose with his Maryland property, snagged in 2009 while he was a congressman. According to Trump, Schiff falsely listed the Maryland home as his primary residence to secure sweeter mortgage terms from Fannie Mae, which has been under federal conservatorship since the 2008 financial crash. Schiff, who became a senator in January, only switched the designation to a second home in 2020, per the claims. The accusations first surfaced thanks to Christine Bish, a Sacramento-based real estate sleuth and former GOP congressional candidate, who filed an ethics complaint against Schiff.

Just the News reported that Schiff listed both his Maryland home and a Burbank, California condo as his "principal residence" on various mortgage and election forms going back to 2003. In 2009, 2011, and 2013, he refinanced the Maryland property as his "principal residence" while simultaneously claiming the California condo as his primary home in other documents. Constitutionally, Schiff wasn’t required to live in California full-time, only to be an “inhabitant” at election time, but the dual designations raised eyebrows.

Schiff fired back, framing Trump’s attack as just another chapter in their long-running feud. "Since I led his first impeachment, Trump has repeatedly called for me to be arrested for treason," Schiff posted on X. "So in a way, I guess this is a bit of a letdown. And this baseless attempt at political retribution won’t stop me from holding him accountable. Not by a long shot." 

His spokesperson doubled down, telling Fox News Digital the accusations were "debunked" and that the lenders knew Schiff’s congressional gig required him to split time between the two homes, neither of which were vacation properties. They sidestepped directly addressing whether the Maryland home was listed as primary.

Fannie Mae, for its part, stayed silent, declining to comment on the claims. This isn’t the first rodeo for Trump and Old Bug Eyes. The senator, as former ranking member and chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, was the poster boy for the now-discredited Trump-Russia collusion probe in 2016, repeatedly claiming "ample evidence" of collusion despite the Mueller report finding no criminal conspiracy. 

Trump and his allies have long accused Schiff of leaking classified info during that saga. Schiff also led the charge as a House impeachment manager during Trump’s first impeachment over the Ukraine call and served on the Jan. 6 committee, voting to impeach Trump twice.

Maryland dad back in US to face trafficking charges of thousands including MS-13 club members

The Maryland dad, adoring husband, and member of the MS-13 men's club, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, is back in the USA from El Salvador. The young gentleman is facing human trafficking charges, a "full-time job" that he allegedly held for almost then years, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.

“He was a smuggler of humans and children and women,” Bondi said at a press conference announcing the federal charges. “One hundred trips, the grand jury found, of smuggling people throughout our country.”

On May 21, a federal grand jury indictment was issued in Tennessee, charging Mr. Garcia with participating in a conspiracy lasting years, to help illegal aliens travel from the Texas border to other states. Some of those people are alleged to be members of the MS-13 men's club.

The scheme in which Abrego Garcia allegedly took part spanned nearly a decade and transported thousands of illegal migrants from Mexico and Central America, including members of the Salvadoran club MS-13.

Mr. Garcia is also has a legal history of domestic abuse.

Sensitive Maryland Dad suspected of "getting paid" to traffic fellow illegal aliens, body cam suggests

In a bombshell revelation, body camera footage from a 2022 Tennessee Highway Patrol stop exposes Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien with MS-13 ties, as a likely human trafficker. The Trump administration deported Garcia to a Salvadoran prison, but the saga of this so-called “Maryland man” [he's also a 'dad'] just keeps unraveling like a sari in a twister.

Tennessee officers pulled Garcia over, suspecting he was smuggling people into the country. Driving a car crammed with eight other illegal aliens like himself, Garcia flashed an invalid Maryland license while his passengers had none, nada, zip. 

“He’s getting paid to haul these people, probably to Maryland, I would say,” one officer noted, pointing out the vehicle’s extra row of seats. 

Another officer warned, “Sometimes they come in with dope.” Garcia’s story flipped faster than a politician’s promises—first claiming he was headed to St. Louis for construction work, then admitting he was Maryland-bound but would return to Missouri. 

Oh, and the car? Allegedly his boss’s, straight out of Houston.

The officers, sharp as tacks, sat Garcia in their patrol car—no cuffs, mind you—and called the FBI and ICE. But in Biden’s America, ICE ghosted them, and the FBI advised against detention, despite the glaring red flags of trafficking. Fast-forward, and Garcia’s now rotting in El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, a mega-prison for MS-13 and Barrio 18 thugs. 

Democrats, ever the faux bleeding hearts, jetted to Central America, begging for his return. Good luck with that.

Court documents paint an even uglier picture. Garcia allegedly bragged he could murder his wife and skate free. “Me and my kids are afraid now. He kicked me, pushed me, slapped me in the face and threatened me,” his wife said, claiming she’s got a recording of him boasting to her ex-mother-in-law: “even if he kills me no one can do anything to him.” Charming guy, only a Democrat could love.

The Supreme Court, in its infinite wisdom, ruled Trump’s team must “facilitate” Garcia’s return. But Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele, meeting at the Oval Office last month, laughed off the idea. “The question is preposterous, how can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?” 

Checkmate.

This is what happens when borders are sieves and enforcement’s a suggestion. Garcia’s not just a deportee—he’s a walking case study in why the system’s broken.

Rookie Navy Chief of Naval Ops "regrets" wasting money on costly missile when a cheap one would do the trick

Well, well, well, look who's got a case of missile envy! New acting Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. James Kilby is kicking himself for the Navy’s obsession with flashy, overpriced missiles to swat down Houthi pests in the Red Sea. "I regret it," he whined to reporters at the Sea Air Space conference in National Harbor, Maryland, promising to hunt for cheaper toys to play with.

Kilby’s all swagger, claiming he’s "not concerned" about the Navy keeping its 350 USS Carney sailors safe or guarding commercial ships from rogue rebels. No, his real heartbreak? "Not having better ways to more economically attrit the threat." Translation: he’s tired of blowing millions on missiles when a bargain-bin zapper would do the trick.

Back when he was vice chief, Kilby was apparently drooling over "a high-end laser – 500kW to one megawatt – and I have regret for that." Oh, the tragedy of dreaming big!

"I had not been thoughtful enough to think about the UAV threat," he admitted, realizing a less juiced-up gizmo could’ve handled those pesky drones. Now he’s swearing the Navy is pivoting to "much more cost-effective" tech to squash autonomous Red Sea nuisances, while nagging the defense industry to churn out ammo faster. 

"We have to get after our industrial base or munitions industrial base the same way we have to get after our shipbuilding industrial base," he barked. Inspiring stuff.

When quizzed if the Navy’s got enough ammo to keep the Houthis at bay, Kilby smirked, "I think we need more munitions." 

Gee, you think? 

"We certainly need more depth of magazine, if we’re going to get into a protracted conflict." Better stock up, Admiral—those $2 million missiles don’t grow on trees, unlike the Houthis’ $2,000 drones that keep eating them for breakfast. Since the March 15 offensive, those rebels have even bagged three $30 million MQ-9 Reapers. 

Kilby got the acting CNO gig in February after Adm. Lisa Franchetti got the boot in Trump’s military leadership purge—along with Gen. C.Q. Brown and Gen. James Slife. 

No word yet if Kilby’s auditioning for the permanent role or just enjoying the temp spotlight. Either way, he’s sticking to Franchetti’s dream of 80% combat-ready ships, despite subs limping at 67%, ships at 68%, and carriers at 70%. "Awareness seems to be higher," he bragged to Fox News Digital about the shipbuilding mess, adding, "it's going to take a national effort." 

He’s also "super focused" with the Marine Corps on reviving the Medium Landing Ship (LSM) program—because nothing screams efficiency like a stalled project meant to ferry Marines onto beaches to blast anti-ship missiles and snoop around. "We’re doing it now not when our ship’s in construction," Kilby said. "I’m optimistic here." 

Sure, buddy, optimism’s free—unlike those ships.

Oh, and about the sailor shortage? "I’ll take that 23,000-person gap, make it 18,000 this year and 8,000 the next year," he boasted. Bold words for a Navy that’s been firing million-dollar shots at Dollar General drones. 

Good luck, Kilby—sounds like you’ll need it. Har, har, har.

Two airport workers arrested, allegedly leaked DC plane crash video to CNN

Two employees from the agency that runs Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport were arrested for allegedly leaking surveillance video of last week's fatal plane crash to the Communist News Network (CNN). The crash happened when an American Airlines flight collided with an Army Black Hawk helicopter, killing 67 people.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) said the workers are charged with making an unauthorized copy of records and computer trespass.

The video, which was obtained by CNN, showed the tragic accident over the Potomac River in a new and chilling way, according to ABC News.

Here's how it was described:

"The Wednesday night collision between a Black Hawk helicopter and an American Airlines passenger jet killed all 67 people on both aircrafts."

The videos gave a clearer view of the disaster, with one showing the helicopter quickly moving from the left side of the screen as the American Airlines plane was coming in for landing.

Another clip captured the moment:

"A second short clip shows the Black Hawk, which was carrying three soldiers, and the Bombardier CRJ700 steaming toward each other before the two smash into each other and explode."

These videos were recorded on cell phones, CNN reported on Friday.

The arrested employees are Mohamed Lamine Mbengue, 21, from Rockville, Maryland, and Jonathan Savoy, 45, from Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Mbengue was arrested and released, while Savoy was given a summons and let go.

"The CNN video offered a closer look at the horrifying collision."

The MWAA didn't release more details on Monday night.

This authority, which was set up by Congress over 30 years ago, is responsible for managing both Reagan National and Dulles International airports.

Recovery efforts started on Monday, with most of the victims' bodies already retrieved from the cold river. The plane's wreckage was being brought ashore, after which the Black Hawk would be recovered.

The helicopter had Army Capt. Rebecca Lobach, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Eaves, and Staff Sgt. Ryan O’Hara on board, while the commercial flight was carrying several people from the figure skating community.

An investigation by a federal agency is still underway to find out how this tragic midair collision happened.

MD federal court says parents have no "fundamental right" to opt their kids out of radical gender theory curriculum

“The Hebrew word for parents is Horim, and it comes from the same root as Moreh, teacher. The parent is, and remains, the first and most important teacher that the child will have.” – Rabbi Kassel Abelson

No matter what anyone says, it's parents who are the ultimate role models and teachers of life for their children, even if they don't intend it to be so, but a federal court in Maryland on Thursday ruled that parents do not have the right to opt their children out of a leftist curriculum that includes books on radical gender theory.

Deborah L. Boardman, a Biden-advisor-appointed judge said that parents'  “asserted due process right to direct their children’s upbringing by opting out of a public-school curriculum that conflicts with their religious views is not a fundamental right,” Fox News reported.

Now if that isn't unconstitutional then nothing is unconstitutional. 

The Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) introduced 22 new books last year into elementary-aged classrooms. These books featured lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer characters (LGBTQ) and radical gender theory topics and prohibited parents from opting their children out of the sexuality and gender instruction in March.

The indoctrination program predictably enraged numerous religious parents and others who don't want to see their children being coaxed into having their genitals cut from their tiny bodies. Becket Law in conjunction with these parents filed a lawsuit challenging the district's decision in May. Many concerned parents requested a preliminary injunction to permit them to opt out their children from the LGBTQ curriculum when school begins in a week.

The curriculum is slated to teach children from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. It includes gender mutilation procedures referred to as sex change procedures, men dressed as whorish-looking women known as drag queens, gay pride parades, and forced speech in the guise of preferred pronouns.

One of the books in question claims that doctors "guess" a baby's sex at birth, and those who believe that having to guess the sex is not crazy also believe that they follow the science.

“Today, the district court decided parents have no right to notice when extreme ideology is pushed on their elementary-age children during story hour,” Becket senior counsel Eric Baxter posted to X Thursday. “With the new school year beginning, the case is on the fast track to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals—and the parents plan to appeal the decision.”

“Children are entitled to enjoy a period of innocence and be guided by their own parents on how and when to approach the complex and sensitive issues being pushed by the School Board,” he added.

The leftist judge argued that the school district banning the opt-out policy does not infringe on parents’ religious beliefs evidently due to her belief that the schools and the government should raise our children.

“The no-opt-out policy does not pressure the parents to refrain from teaching their faiths, to engage in conduct that would violate their religious beliefs, or to change their religious beliefs. The policy may pressure them to discuss the topics raised by the storybooks with their children, but those discussions are anticipated, not prohibited, by the parents’ faiths,” Boardman said. “The parents are not pressured into violating their religious beliefs in order to obtain the benefits of a public education.”

Meanwhile, the MCPS school district has been involved in many sexual abuse cases in recent years and has been forced to pay out over a million dollars in settlements after lawsuits accusing teachers and school staff of sexually assaulting children that were supposed to be in their care.

Illegal border crosser allegedly sexually abused 14-year-old child with disabilities

An illegal alien is alleged to have sexually abused a 14-year-old child with disabilities in Frederick County, Maryland, according to police.

Ricardo Cruz Mendoza, a 37-year-old scumcrumpet, was arrested in April and has since been charged with four counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual offense.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office said that Mendoza sexually abused a 14-year-old minor with disabilities. This office works directly with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through the 287 (g) program to quickly contact the agency when illegal aliens are apprehended and charged with crimes.

The program is a thorn in the side of not only criminal illegal aliens, but also to the Biden administration and the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. He would like to get rid of the 287(g) program in order to allow an increase in illegal immigration.

In May 2021, for instance, Mayorkas claimed the 287(g) program has “pernicious practices,” though he did not cite examples because he has none.

Maryland senate Dems. propose legislation that allows for infanticide up to 28 days

The Maryland state Senate has proposed legislation that allows babies to be murdered, that is, left to die, for up to 28 days after birth. This legal analysis comes from a pro-life attorney.

Under this evil proposed law, Senate Bill 669 could be interpreted to allow for infanticide through the first month after the baby is born, according to LifeSiteNews. The bill is also known as the Pregnant Person's Freedom Act of 2022 and demonstrates how the left's language can make chocolate ice cream out of feces.

They still refer to a mother as "person" to keep in line with the woke garbage that men can be women and vice versa and thinking can make it so. And they call us science deniers. 

Senator William Smith, a Democrat of course, sponsored the legislation, which was scheduled to be heard on March 15 but has been canceled for now.

“[T]he bill also proposes a revision of the fetal murder/manslaughter statute that would serve to handcuff the investigation of infant deaths unrelated to abortion,” American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) attorney Olivia Summers wrote in her analysis. Thus, the legislation prohibits investigations and criminal prosecutions for women and medical professionals for a “failure to act” in relation to a “perinatal death.”

“In other words, a baby born alive and well could be abandoned and left to starve or freeze to death,” Summers wrote, “and nothing could be done to punish those who participated in that cruel death.”

Of course the Democrats will try to convince you that they would never perpetrate such a vile act, but they also used to tell us that abortions should only be "safe and rare." They were and are never safe for the baby and they are not rare. In fact, more black babies in New York City are murdered by Planned Parenthood than are born.

 

Summers explained that the language used in the proposed legislation is unclear, so the law could be interpreted to “prevent investigations into the death of infants at least seven days AFTER their birth, and may extend to infants as old as four weeks!”

The Maryland Code does not define “perinatal,” Summers said. A 2020 law does define “perinatal care” as the “provision of care during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum and neonatal periods.” 

Summers, with the ACLJ, noted in her analysis that the state already has a safe haven law that allows parents to leave a newborn baby with a responsible adult without fear of prosecution.

“Under the Safe Haven law, a distressed parent who is unable or unwilling to care for their infant can safely give up custody of their baby, no questions asked,” the Maryland Department of Human Services explains. “Newborns can be left at hospitals or law enforcement stations.”

Racist Maryland Democrat blasted by sheriff for interfering in police business re: Black driver

Frederick County, Maryland sheriff Chuck Jenkins (R), accused a Democratic county council member Kai Hagen of putting one of his deputies at risk by intervening in a traffic stop involving a Black motorist--a risk the councilman had no business being involved in.

"The actions of Councilman Hagen were unlawful, totally inappropriate, unnecessary, and created both an officer safety issue and traffic safety issue," Jenkins wrote in an email to County Executive Jan Gardner and the council leadership. "His actions created an unnecessary risk to himself, my deputy and other motorists."

But perhaps Hagan believed he was saving the Black driver from the clutches of an evil officer of the law because the deputy was White and, according to Critical Race Theory, all White people are racists, especially those who don't believe they are and don't see race as an issue that should divide us. It's a perfect illogical logic trap.

"He [Hagan] demonstrated a complete disregard for the safety of anyone involved, and disregard for the law," the letter continues.

The pair got into their verbal scrap during a Wednesday radio interview, with Jenkins calling Hagen’s actions "outrageous" and asking, "Who the hell does he think he is?"

Obviously, Hagan puts himself in the same category as Miep Geis, or any of the others who harbored the Jewish child Anne Frank and her family and hid her from the Nazis during the Second World War. Hagan sees himself as a legend--a legend in his own mind.

"My wife and I were driving up Route 15," Hagen said after calling into the show. "We noticed that a deputy was pulling over a car that wasn't speeding, so we didn't know what that was all about, and obviously it could be a lot of different things. And as we drove past ... we noticed that it was a Black driver."

Apparently, in Hagan's analytic mind, the only reason a deputy should pull a car over is for speeding.

"I was polite to him, and we left as soon as one very basic question was answered," Hagen claimed, also saying his car was mostly on the road but "ever so slightly" off, in the spirit of the Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots with their arson, looting, street violence and several killings were "mostly peaceful."

Hagan, who has served as a councilman since 2018, said in the interview that he wasn’t "saying that the deputy did anything wrong" before going after Jenkins during the call. 

No, the only person that did anything wrong seems to be Hagan.

"...You don't believe that there's any such thing as systemic racism in — not only Frederick County but law enforcement in the United States," Hagen said, failing to point out exactly which "systems" he was referring to that are racist. 

It seems as though the Civil Rights Act made systemic racism illegal. In fact, the only current racism that favors one group over others is the Affirmative Action laws that favor Blacks over Whites and Asians, but we aren't allowed to say that.

"That's correct. I do not," Jenkins responded. "If there's a racist on the line, it's you, my friend."

Hagan had no business [note the word 'business' has 'busy' as its root] interfering with the lawful process the deputy was conducting. In fact, the deputy should have given him a traffic ticket for the way he parked, but he didn't.

And Jenkins is correct: treating Black people as perpetual victims who are less capable of dealing with their own issues, infantilizing them, having them look up to the woke White person for support, is the hard bigotry of low expectations. 

Hagan is a bigot.

Maryland police say cops "permitted to use force" when suspects resist arrest

Ocean City, MD -- Police released a statement on Sunday stating its officers "are permitted to use force" when subjects resist arrest. This came after videos shown on social media depict a cop using his knee to hold down a resisting man and another cop using a Taser in another incident involving multiple arrests.

Several videos appear to show the incident that happened on the boardwalk around 8:30 p.m. Saturday after officers approached a large group vaping in a prohibited area.

"We are aware of the social media videos circulating regarding this incident. Our officers are permitted to use force, per their training, to overcome exhibited resistance," the statement said. "All uses of force go through a detailed review process. The uses of force from these arrests will go through a multi-level examination by the Assistant Patrol Commander, the Division Commander and then by the Office of Professional Standards."

One video shows a man with his hands up as a group of officers stands in front of him. The young man is ordered to get on the ground but he appears to lower one hand to unhook his backpack when a cop fires his Taser at him. The young man collapses to the ground as witnesses scream and shout expletives.

Another series of videos posted on Instagram shows a group of cops setting up a perimeter on the boardwalk while making multiple arrests. A group of officers can be seen holding a man on the ground when one officer drives his knee into the man a number times.

Officers can be heard yelling, "Back up!" as a large crowd of bystanders gathered and yelled profanities while recording the incident on their phones.

In a subsequent video posted by the account, a man and an officer can be seen wrestling with one another person who is resisting arrest. An officer then deploys a Taser that brings the man to the ground.

Police said the incident began when cops observed a large group vaping in an area where it is not allowed due to local smoking laws and informed them of the ordinance. Officers approached the group again to address the violation after observing a man in the group begin vaping again as they walked away.

The young obnoxious man, identified as 19-year-old Brian Everett Anderson, of Harrisburg, PA, refused to show his ID and became disorderly as a large crowd began to form around the officers, police said. The behavior by the crowd was obviously threatening to the police as they attempted to arrest Anderson for failing to show his ID and for violating the smoking law, but the miscreant resisted, the police said.

As officers were dealing with Anderson, another idiot, 19-year-old Kamere Anthony Day, also of Harrisburg, yelled profanities at officers and approached officers during the "lawful arrest," police said.

Day ignored officers’ orders to back up and, as he was being arrested for disorderly conduct, he resisted officers, police said.

Officers and public safety aides tried to set up a perimeter to separate the "aggressive and hostile crowd" that had formed as officers were making the arrests, according to the statement.

During the incident, 18-year-old Jahtique Joseph John Lewis, of Harrisburg, pushed a public safety aide in the chest, yelled profanities, picked up a police bicycle and tried to throw it at a public safety aide, police said.

Officers grabbed the bike from John Lewis, but he tried to assault the aide again, police said. He resisted arrest as officers tried to take him into custody, police said.

The fact that the cops did not beat the crap out of Lewis showed great restraint.

A fourth man, 19-year-old Khalil Dwayne Warren, of Harrisburg, was also arrested after police found him standing on private property next to two "no trespassing" signs, police said. Warren was asked to exit the property but became disorderly, and he resisted arrest as officers tried to take him into custody, police said.

The four Harrisburg men arrested were released after being charged with multiple offenses, police said.

Anderson was charged with disorderly conduct, resist/interfere with arrest, assault second degree, and failure to provide proof of identity.

Day was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing and hindering, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, resist/interfere with arrest, and assault second-degree.

John Lewis was charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, obstructing and hindering, assault second degree and resist/interfere with an arrest.

Warren was charged with trespassing-posted property and resist/interfere with an arrest.

Many teachers who claimed to be too scared to work did not get vaccinated

About 30% of Montgomery County, Maryland school staff refused to get protected from the coronavirus in spite of their fear to actually go to work. The remaining 70% who were jabbed still fear going mask-less even when alone in a cornfield because they are so gullible, they believe that Dr. Anthony Fauci has a direct line to Jesus. But at least they're honestly afraid of their own shadows, unlike their colleagues.

The 30% loudly objected to allowing schools to open for most of the year and the teachers union went along with this by demanding the schools remain closed, citing educator's commitment to over-the-top cautionary measures.

Montgomery County Public Schools Chief of Teaching, Learning and Schools Janet Wilson said that 25% to 30% of its employees, over 6,000 teachers, haven't been vaccinated according to the Bethesda Beat, despite the county being offered a vaccine to anxious teachers before normal citizens. Only 75% of the employees even requested a vaccine, possibly because they felt safe in their homes and never planned on leaving them unless going on vacation to the Caribbean. 

The suburban Maryland school system, one of the largest in the country, was closed for about a year, with teachers repeatedly objecting to administrators’ plans to reopen by saying they feared the virus and non-organic tofu.

The system had planned to reopen last fall, but relented when the lazy-ass union objected. That plan “is wholly inadequate to protect the health and safety of students and staff,” the Montgomery County Educators Association (MCEA) union wrote and lied at the time.

Later, when the district proposed returning a small number of children to school in March, MCEA called that plan “irresponsible,” writing that “MCPS is refusing to acknowledge that the lack of available vaccines is preventing educators from receiving the protection they need, and exposing them to unnecessary risk of harm in the in-school setting.”

Virginia Christine Lewis Brown, 36, really, really doesn't want anybody to get the COVID-19 vaccine and plowed her car allegedly through a vaccination tent while screaming "No vaccine!" 

If she wasn't going to get pricked, nobody else would get pricked and it takes one to think that way.

The lunatic allegedly drove her Chrysler SUV through the tent in Maryland, Tennessee, on Monday at high speed as she screamed the slogan.

She was pictured crying in her mugshot after she was charged with seven counts of reckless endangerment, about the same number of people endangered with clotting problems out of the 7,000,000 folks who received the Astra Zeneca shot. 

It sucks getting caught.

Brown is said to have screamed abuse at terrified volunteers and patients while her car tore through the tent; some fearing for their lives, which is one reason some of the vaccine recipients showed up in the first place.

The anti-vaxxer claims to have driven through at around 5mph, [as if she kept an eye on her speedometer while screaming at her intended victims] but her frightened audience and possibly intended victims, say she was hauling ass and had them fearing for their lives.

Deputy Kevin Snider, who was in his cruiser, was among those who said they witnessed Brown plowing through the tent at the Foothills Mall. Hey, but he's a cop and you can't believe the law.

The vaccine site opened in March, according to WBIR. Typically, people drive slowly through its course, which is marked by cones, and into the tent to get their "shot-a-go-go."

They are then required to drive out the other side, and park up for 15 minutes to be monitored for possible adverse reactions to the vaccine.

But Deputy Snider says he immediately noticed Brown's erratic driving as she made her way through the traffic cones like a freaking slalom speed event into the tent and exited the other side, before racing through the remaining cones.

The arrest report stated that there were at least 15 people in the parking lot tent in an ironic attempt to stay alive from the dreaded virus only to see their lives flash before their eyes as they heard the shrill screams, "No vaccine! No vaccine, you dirty *&%$@rds!"

Members of the health department and National Guard were among those inside the makeshift vaccination site at the time of the incident. It is possible that under the Biden administration that the National Guard will receive medals of bravery for being in the tent when it all went down.

Snider's report says he spoke to everyone in the tent and thankfully, there were no initial reports of injuries, though witnesses say her car was just inches away from hitting people because millimeters just wasn't in their lexicon.

'Several victims stated that they thought the driver was going to kill them,' the incident report added, according to The Daily Times.

WBIR reported that several people quickly approached Deputy Snider to tell him about what had happened, leading him to give chase, according to Snider's report.

Afterwards, Snider performed a traffic stop, where Brown claimed her actions were a form of protest, according to Snider's report.

Yeah, so were the Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots across the country. Maybe she was hoping that Biden would excuse her rampage because since she didn't hit anyone with her car, it was a mostly peaceful protest.

Virginia Christine Lewis-Brown was booked into Blount County Jail and is being held on $21,000 bond, with a court appearance set for June 7. 

Even after her booking, she still looked like a dude.

Local media reporters in Chicago are alleging that Democrat Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is selecting who gets to do one-on-one interviews with her based on the race of the interviewer.

NBC 5 political reporter Mary Ann Ahern made the initial allegation on Twitter, writing: “As ⁦ @chicagosmayor ⁩ reaches her two year midway point as mayor, her spokeswoman says Lightfoot is granting 1 on 1 interviews – only to Black or Brown journalists.”

Chicago PBS news anchor Paris Schultz responded: “I was told the same thing.”

“It is unclear when such a practice was enacted and if it only applies to local reporters, particularly after her MSNBC appearance with Stephanie Ruhle on Monday,” Fox News reported. “During her MSNBC interview, Lightfoot told Ruhle she would ‘encourage’ Chicago residents to continue wearing masks despite the new CDC guidance allowing those with the coronavirus vaccine to go without them.”

“I know for me personally, I’m going to continue to wear a mask in public and I’m going to encourage others to do so,” Lightfoot told Ruhle. “We’ve got to make sure that people are continuing to follow the public health guidance that has gotten us this far, and masks, I think, are a big and important part of that.”

Lightfoot said on Tuesday afternoon that her decision to continue to encourage people to wear masks was not based on distrust of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“But I think their guidance last week regarding masks has people confused…We need clarification,” Lightfoot said. “We still have a long way to go to hit the critical mass (of vaccinations) or herd immunity. I don’t want people to have false confidence.”

“To say, ‘If you’re vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask,’ that’s great. But what about all of the other people who are out there that aren’t vaccinated?” Lightfoot added. “There’s no way to know that. So I think for the time being, most people are gonna continue to wear masks outside of their homes.”

Derek Chauvin's defense witness' tenure as chief medical examiner to be investigated

Maryland officials plan to conduct an investigation into all the deaths that occurred to those in police custody that were overseen by former police officer Derek Chauvin's defense witness. So if you testified on behalf of Chauvin, they're coming after you. 

The person in this case is state's chief medical examiner, Dr. David Fowler.

Dr. Fowler was Maryland's chief medical examiner from 2002 to 2019 and is now a member of a consulting firm. He testified that the primary cause of George Floyd's death was a sudden heart rhythm disturbance that occurred during police restraint due to underlying heart disease.

He also said the fentanyl and methamphetamine in Floyd's system, and possible carbon monoxide poisoning from auto exhaust, were contributing factors in his death. But his testimony contradicted the prosecution's experts who said Floyd, a notorious scumcrumpet, died due to a lack of oxygen. Fowler also classified the manner of death in the case as "undetermined," contradicting Hennepin County's medical examiner who ruled it as a homicide.

The investigation announcement came from Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh and Gov. Larry Hogan (D) on Friday less than 24 hours after the AG's Office received a letter from Washington, D.C.'s former chief medical examiner Roger Mitchell, and signed by 431 doctors [Dr. Jill Biden was not among the signees] from around the country. 

The letter stated that Fowler’s conclusions were so far beyond the bounds of accepted forensic practice that all his previous work could come into question.

The letter called for probes at the state and federal level into Fowler’s medical license as well as a review into the Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner during Fowler's 17-year tenure.

"Dr. Fowler's stated opinion that George Floyd's death during active police restraint should be certified with an 'undetermined' manner is outside the standard practice and conventions for investigating and certification of in-custody deaths," the letter said. "This stated opinion raises significant concerns for his previous practice and management."

"We agree that it is appropriate for independent experts to review reports issued by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) regarding deaths in custody," Coombs said in a statement. "We are already in conversations with the Governor's Office about the need for such a review, and have offered to coordinate it."

Bruce Goldfarb  the chief medical examiner's office spokesman, said the agency is "committed to transparency and will cooperate fully with an inquiry."

Illegal alien child rapist released from jail by Maryland sanctuary county still at large

The political operatives of a sanctuary county in Maryland need to be held accountable. Along with offering illegal aliens sanctuary, they keep releasing dangerous criminals from jail in order to shield them from federal law enforcement.

And it's never the lawmakers themselves who are directly affected by the laws they make--it usually the poor and the vulnerable.

The county recently released a scumbag from El Salvador who, with his new-found freedom from the law, raped a seven-yer-old girl multiple times. This was not the child of any officials in Montgomery County, the leftists who freed this piece of scum, because it never is.

So instead of honoring the detainer issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), these horrible officials let 56-year-old Rene Ramos-Hernandez go free on bond.

Court documents obtained by a local media outlet say the pedophile reportedly lives illegally in Brentwood “forced unwanted sexual intercourse” with the girl “at least ten times.”

In 2017, the alleged victim came forward to Montgomery County Police and in August 2018, detectives filed for an arrest warrant.

Although it took nearly two years, the police found Ramos-Hernandez last month and he was booked at the Montgomery County Detention Center (MCDC) in Rockville. He was charged with one count of sexual abuse of a minor and two counts of second-degree rape.

The day after he was booked, ICE's Baltimore Field Office lodged a civil immigration detainer against the alleged human scum, an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador.

But on that same day, Montgomery County District Court Judge Zuberi Williams granted Ramos-Hernandez a $30,000 unsecured personal bond. Williams tacked on a number of restrictions Ramos-Hernandez was unlikely to abide by, including electronic monitoring and curfew, plus ordered him to have no contact with minors.

On June 23, MCDC called ICE's Law Enforcement Support Center in Vermont around 9:20 a.m. to report that the accused child rapist cum crap-weasel was processing out of jail and would likely be released within an hour. 

ICE believed it was not possible to scramble agents to the jail in that timeframe, so, Ramos-Hernandez "walked." He gave a bogus residential address and according to ICE, the 56-year-old douche nozzle remains at large.

Court records note that Ramos-Hernandez is divorced, has one child, and works as a "remodeler." He faces up to only 70 years in prison in the child rape case

The state government must do something about those responsible for making Montgomery County a sanctuary county, and put them on trial for reckless dereliction of their responsibilities to the public. Of course, this will never happen; that isn't how this works.

In a statement issued by ICE, they blast Montgomery County officials for protecting illegal aliens who commit state crimes.

“Montgomery County continues the practice of not honoring lawful ICE detainers and release potential public safety threats back into the community,” said acting Baltimore Field Office Director Francisco Madrigal. “When they refuse to give adequate notification of an impending release to allow a safe transfer of custody, it shows their actions are insincere. ICE believes the best way to protect public safety is for law enforcement to work together.”

This case is an example of a national crisis caused by local governments around the country that offer violent illegal immigrants sanctuary from the law. Under a local-federal partnership known as 287(g), ICE is to be notified of jail inmates in the country illegally so that they can be deported after serving time for state crimes or making bail like the accused rapist in this case.

Unfortunately, there are virtue-signaling liberals who want to make themselves feel righteous and better than those of us who follow the law. These idiots, immune to the outcomes of their decisions, are releasing illegal aliens, whether they have serious convictions such as in this case, or other offenses even including murder, rather than handing them over to federal authorities for removal back to their own wonderful countries.

This is sickening. Truly sickening.

Mass shootng in Maryland

Aberdeen, MD -- Law enforcement responded to a shooting Thursday morning at around 9:06 a.m. involving "multiple victims." The victim "may have been a woman" the public has been told, but in these times, it likely depends on how the shooter identifies him- or herself.

"We can confirm there was a shooting in the area of Spesutia Road and Perryman Road. Multiple victims. The situation is still fluid Please avoid the area," came the sheriff's office tweet.

FBI Baltimore said it is responding to an active shooter situation but still refuses to investigate Christine Blasey Ford's allegation against Judge Brett Kavanaugh during his SCOTUS hearing as they had already done so and found no reason to continue the unsubstantiated, fuzzy claim.

But FBI Baltimore tweeted:

We now know the suspect is no longer a threat and is in the hospital in critical condition, possibly suffered at his or her own hand gun, which was recovered at the scene.

"We are closely monitoring the horrific shooting in Aberdeen. Our prayers are with all those impacted, including our first responders. The State stands ready to offer any support," Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said, referring to support beyond standard thoughts and prayers.

Bad guy dead, good guy triumphs

A bad guy with a gun shot and wounded two students at Great Mills High School in Maryland. The bad guy with a gun was confronted with a brave good guy with a gun [not to be confused with the Broward County Sheriff's deputy who had guns but were afraid to go into the fray to stop a massacre] and was shot and killed. 

The brave guy is Blaine Gaskill.

The bad guy was the only fatality but a female student and a male student were also shot and are in stable condition.

"Our school resource officer [SRO] was alerted to the event. He pursued the shooter, engaged the shooter, fired a round at the shooter," St. Mary's County Sheriff Tim Cameron said. "The shooter fired a round as well. In the hours and days to come, we'll be able to determine if our school resource officer's round struck the shooter."

Meaning that it's possible the bad guy was so scared of being shot and not immediately killed, that he quickly killed himself to avoid the pain.

I suspect the good guy with a gun hit his target--he has a lot of firearms experience and the bad guy with a gun was, thankfully, a lousy shot.

The Maryland State Police, the FBI and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are on the scene helping with the investigation. In all probability, tobacco had nothing to do with the crime.

The school has about 1,600 students and is located near the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, about 60 miles from Washington D.C. The scene there is said to be "contained."

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) tweeted that his office was "closely monitoring the situation at Great Mills High School."

"Maryland State Police is in touch with local law enforcement and ready to provide support." Then he pulled out his bipartisan political talking points flashcard and tweeted: "Our prayers are with [fill in the blanks] students, school personnel, and first responders."

House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md) who was en route to the school to probably give his thoughts and prayers and use gun control as a solution, tweeted that he'll be at a press conference regarding the shooting.

A POS self-described "reporter" named Jeff Pearlman labeled the SRO "a gross, despicable human being." 

Of course, for Pearlman to say something so disgusting and despicable only shows that he was self-revealing and has to be as stupid as a dead bottle fly.

Perhaps Pearlman was simply trying to become relevant, but it isn't working. He's as relevant as algebra to a blowfish trying to decide on what to have for

dinner.

Last month, St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office arrested two teenage boys for "Threats of Mass Violence." A 39-year-old scumwafer was also arrested on related charges after the teens threatened a mass shooting at Leonardtown High School, which is only 10 miles from Great Mills High.

 Police obtained a search warrant that led them to find semi-automatic rifles, handguns and other weapons along with ammunition.
