FBI analyst charged with removal of classified docs for over a decade

If her name were Hillary Clinton she'd have nothing to fear, but it's Kendra Kingsbury and she worked as an FBI intelligence analyst. She has been charged with removing caches of classified documents for over ten years and storing them at her home. Some of the documents included highly sensitive information on government informants and national defense.

Was she planning on writing a spy novel? Was she selling intel to the Russians that would get our agents killed?  Was she also sleeping with Peter Strzok?

The unsealed indictment against Kingsbury, 48, of Dodge City, Kansas, charged her with two counts of unauthorized possession of national defense documents. But there is nothing to indicate that she shared the information, as far as the FBI knows. 

Her arraignment is schedule June 1st in Kansas City, MO. 

"The breadth and depth of classified national security information retained by the defendant for more than a decade is simply astonishing,” Alan E. Kohler, Jr. assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division said. “The defendant, who's well trained in handling classified information, put her country’s sensitive secrets at risk."

So she knew that what she was doing was illegal and dangerous to the nation's security but she did it anyway beginning in 2004 and continuing through December 2017, at which time she was placed on suspension.

Prosecutors said that many of the classified documents "describe intelligence sources and methods related to U.S. government efforts to defend against counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and cyber threats." 

Sources and methods put human lives in danger.

"The documents include details on the FBI’s nationwide objectives and priorities, including specific open investigations across multiple field offices," prosecutors stated. "In addition, there are documents relating to sensitive human source operations in national security investigations, intelligence gaps regarding hostile foreign intelligence services and terrorist organizations, and the technical capabilities of the FBI against counterintelligence and counterterrorism targets."

Some of the material, according to court documents, provided information about terror operatives affiliated with al-Qaeda and a "suspected associate" of the group's leader Osama bin Laden.  

"In addition, there are documents regarding the activities of emerging terrorists and their efforts to establish themselves in support of al-Qaeda in Africa," prosecutors charged.

"Kingsbury was not authorized to remove and retain these sensitive government materials, nor did she have a need to know most, if not all, of the information contained in those materials," Justice officials said. "Kingsbury knew the unauthorized removal of classified materials and transportation and storage of those materials in unauthorized locations risked disclosure and transmission of those materials, and therefore could endanger the national security of the United States and the safety of its citizens."

During Kingsbury's tenure, she was assigned to drug trafficking, violent crime, criminal gangs, and counterintelligence squads.

Critics blasted Lightfoot’s decisio from all sides Wednesday. Beyond the journalists who noted that they were shut out by the policy limiting interviews, Lightfoot faced criticism from a Latino news organization, which refused to interview the mayor after she refused to lift the moratorium on white journalists, per Fox News.

She also faced blowback on Twitter, where racial justice advocates suggested that Lightfoot was likely using the policy to distract from her inability to handle questions of violence. “Lori Lightfoot presided over an enormous increase in homicides, almost all of them in African American or Latino communities, and she’s hoping these PR stunts get liberal America to give her a pass for failing to save people’s lives,” journalist Zaid Jilani pointed out.

Indeed, on the same day that the mayor’s office announced the policy favoring “black and brown” reporters, Lightfoot aides announced that “a compromise plan to make past police disciplinary records available to the public,” essentially turning down a request from Chicago’s racial justice activists to expand police transparency.

Local media reporters in Chicago are alleging that Democrat Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is selecting who gets to do one-on-one interviews with her based on the race of the interviewer.

NBC 5 political reporter Mary Ann Ahern made the initial allegation on Twitter, writing: “As ⁦ @chicagosmayor ⁩ reaches her two year midway point as mayor, her spokeswoman says Lightfoot is granting 1 on 1 interviews – only to Black or Brown journalists.”

Chicago PBS news anchor Paris Schultz responded: “I was told the same thing.”

Lightfoot’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Daily Wire or Fox News.

Australian political commentator Rita Panahi responded to the allegations by writing on Twitter: “More ‘anti-racist’ racism. Almost amusing how regressive race-obsession is celebrated among the Left.”

“Racism in the name of wokeism is still racism,” another commentator said. Another added, “So wouldn’t that make her a racist?”

“It is unclear when such a practice was enacted and if it only applies to local reporters, particularly after her MSNBC appearance with Stephanie Ruhle on Monday,” Fox News reported. “During her MSNBC interview, Lightfoot told Ruhle she would ‘encourage’ Chicago residents to continue wearing masks despite the new CDC guidance allowing those with the coronavirus vaccine to go without them.”

“I know for me personally, I’m going to continue to wear a mask in public and I’m going to encourage others to do so,” Lightfoot told Ruhle. “We’ve got to make sure that people are continuing to follow the public health guidance that has gotten us this far, and masks, I think, are a big and important part of that.”

Lightfoot said on Tuesday afternoon that her decision to continue to encourage people to wear masks was not based on distrust of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“But I think their guidance last week regarding masks has people confused…We need clarification,” Lightfoot said. “We still have a long way to go to hit the critical mass (of vaccinations) or herd immunity. I don’t want people to have false confidence.”

“To say, ‘If you’re vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask,’ that’s great. But what about all of the other people who are out there that aren’t vaccinated?” Lightfoot added. “There’s no way to know that. So I think for the time being, most people are gonna continue to wear masks outside of their homes.”

Hillary aider testifies

Hillary Clinton aider and FBI Director James Comey testified Wednesday that Hillary Clinton's chief of staff Cheryl Mills and another top aide had "some" classified material on laptops that they turned over to the liberal-leaning bureau in its "probe" (LOL) of Clinton's private and therefore illegal server. Not surprisingly, Comey granted Mills immunity in spite of her involvement in the case.

The Clinton aider made the acknowledgment in his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee. 

Liberals feel that the only reason Comey is being asked questions about a crime is for political reasons, not because Hillary Clinton is actually guilty of breaking the law by her simply using a private server in a bathroom to carry out her business as secretary of state, and possibly for the Clinton Foundation.

Comey, who refused to answer certain legal questions and suggested they be redirected to Clinton's lawyers, then had it both ways--he claimed the finding did not constitute a crime. So, as a lawyer FBI director, he can make that claim, but as a Clinton probing FBI director, he redirects the legal questions to other lawyers.

Of course, Comey declined to directly answering a question as to whether having classified material on a laptop or other private electronic device was against federal regulations.

This is puke-worthy balderdash politics at its worst.

"You'd have to know the circumstances," the Clinton aider told committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA).

Yes, Jason Chaffetz was right when he said the FBI handed out immunity "like candy." Kind of like a load of candy.

More Clinton emails released, more classified among them

Big surprise, more of Hillary Clinton's emails, which really belong to we, the people, have been released by the State Department Saturday,  and of these, 84 have been marked "classified."

Of course this isn't a surprise. If Clinton had only one server, how did she send or receive classified information as Secretary of State? Classified information comes with the job.

The Department of State released a total of 551 pages of emails because they had to--there was a court order--and it had nothing to do with Clinton's lie that she wanted to release them. It took a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to have them released.

Hillary has called the FBI investigation a "security review." The FBI only does criminal investigations--they don't do security reviews. 

Hillary's lips moved again.

Hillary's emails show a lot about her testimony

In light of newly released emails from her private server, Hillary Clinton may have been lying about her testimony regarding Benghazi and the role Sidney Blumenthal may have played. If so, nothing will happen to her, I predict. Unless she publicly beheads a puppy on NBC and drinks the blood, she will not spend any time in prison for her total incompetence and disregard to the pleas for increased security by Ambassador Chris Stevens that never came, and  led to the death of him and three brave Americans at the Benghazi mission, (and the mission of the mission is still unknown to us).

Hillary lied that Blumenthal did not act as her adviser when she was the incompetent Secretary of State under so-called President Obama. The emails Blumenthal sent and received to and from Clinton suggests he was indeed telling her how to do her job, in spite of her claim that "He's a friend of mine. He sent me information he thought might be of interest. Some of it was, some of it wasn't, some of it I forwarded to be followed up on. He had no official position in the government and he was not at all my adviser on Libya."

Hillary told the truth on one point in the above statement: "He had no official position in the government." Yes, that is true and because it is true, should have made headlines across the country because the Clintons tell the truth as often as Halley's Comet makes its journey in our solar system (Google it).

Of course she'd say he had no official position in the government--Obama forbade it and told her to keep him away from her job. She said she would, but alas, she lied even to her boss.

Blumenthal sent an email in February 2011 advocating for a no-fly zone over Libya: "U.S. might consider advancing tomorrow. Libyan helicopters and planes are raining terror on cities." Hillary got the email and forwarded it to Jake Sullivan, her deputy chief of staff. She asked Sullivan: "What do you think of this idea?"

I'd call that advising and my dictionary would agree. I'd also would call Hillary Clinton a liar because she lied at the House Committee Hearing on Benghazi.

After British PM Tony Blair advocated for the same thing the following month, Hillary advocated for a no-fly zone and was able to get the Obama folks on her and Blumenthal's bandwagon.

In March 2012, Hillary used Sidney as an information gatherer as the emails showed Libya to be in a state of political chaos and fragmentation after Qaddafi was thrown out of power.

But Hillary testified under oath that Blumenthal wasn't acting as her adviser.

However, another document by Blumenthal to Clinton states that Jonathan Powell, an adviser to Blair, is setting up secret channels between insurgents and government, "and then, where appropriate, developing these negotiations."

It only took 2 hours for Hillary's response saying "I'd like to see Powell when he's in the building." Her staff responded "Will follow up."

I'd call that advising too.

When Clinton lied under oath when asked by Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-Kan) that none of the requests for more diplomatic security reached her, he responded: "That's over 600 requests. You've testified here this morning that you had none of those reach your desk; is that correct also?"

Her lips moved, which caused her to lie: "That's correct," she said.

But the State Department website clearly states that it is the Secretary of State who has the overall responsibility for the "well-being" of personnel on assignment and it doesn't end with "security professionals," as Clinton's lying lips said.

And while it is clear that Clinton had the responsibility of providing adequate security to the Ambassador and the others at the mission, she also lied about email requests not reaching her desk--they clearly did. 

There was an August 22, 2011 email from Chris Stevens requesting humanitarian aid, such as milk and food and the request was provided to her staff and delegated for action in less than an hour. Clinton responded within 17 minutes after receiving the email with "Can we arrange shipments of what's requested?"

Hillary apparently treated sensitive material like it was no big deal. One email from February 2012 reveals that she sent an urgent message to an office manager regarding the fact that she had left a white briefing book, used for classified and sensitive information, on her desk. The office manager told her it was correctly stored in the safe. Oh boy, could she have gotten into trouble.

But could she? Will she?

I wonder what "The View" thinks of her face

Hillary uses her lack of technology to relinquish her from responsibility and having to deal with consequences of her incompetence. "Oh poor me; I'm just a 68 year old girl who thinks that wiping a server requires a clean, lint-free cloth."

Our so-called president also tends to think of the truth as an inconvenience. He told CBS' "60 Minutes" that he didn't know Hillary had a personal account, in spite of the spate of emails uncovered by a FOIA request. Unfortunately, these emails will not be released under the FOIA request until Obama finally leaves office and America tries to recover from his socialist policies.

Insofar as Hillary's claim about emails not being "marked" classified, that's not an excuse. Information is "born classified" and the State Department can only declassify information that it alone has produced.

There are a lot of questions that remain unanswered but the one thing that should be abundantly clear is that Hillary Clinton is a liar with poor judgment and cannot be trusted to be president.
