House releases Gaetz misconduct allegations report

The House Ethics Committee released the report Monday from its investigation into alleged misconduct by former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL).

The Committee confessed that it rarely releases reports on former members of Congress, but in this case they chose to do so because of all the public interest in the allegations. Thus, the majority of the Committee members voted to release the report despite Gaetz having resigned from Congress. [He is slated to have a show on OANN in January.]

The Committee said in the 42-page report that it found “substantial evidence” of the following:
From at least 2017 to 2020, Rep. Gaetz regularly paid women for engaging in sexual activity with him. [The kids call this prostitution.]

In 2017, Representative Gaetz engaged in sexual activity with a 17-year-old girl. [He originally claimed when he learned her age, he stopped mid-grope.]

During the period 2017 to 2019, Rep. Gaetz used or possessed illegal drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, on multiple occasions.

Rep. Gaetz accepted gifts, including transportation and lodging in connection with a 2018 trip to the Bahamas, in excess of permissible amounts.

In 2018, Rep. Gaetz arranged for his Chief of Staff to assist a woman with whom he engaged in sexual activity in obtaining a passport, falsely indicating to the U.S. Department of State that she was a constituent.

Rep. Gaetz knowingly and willfully sought to impede and obstruct the Committee’s investigation of his conduct.
Rep. Gaetz has acted in a manner that reflects discreditably upon the House.
The Committee said that based on its findings, they conclude that there was “substantial evidence” that Gaetz “violated House Rules, state and federal laws, and other standards of conduct prohibiting prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use, acceptance of impermissible gifts, the provision of special favors and privileges, and obstruction of Congress.”

The Committee noted that they did not find enough evidence to decide that Gaetz had violated federal sex trafficking laws. This was something that federal prosecutors investigated him for in a separate criminal investigation.

The Committee said that Gaetz was “uncooperative” throughout its investigation and did not appear for an interview after they subpoenaed him.

“The Committee then sent Representative Gaetz a set of written questions, to which he issued a public response that ignored most of the direct questions about his misconduct and mischaracterized the Committee’s investigation and his participation up to that point,” the Committee said.

Compromised News Network "reporters" hugged and cried after Trump nominated Matt Gaetz for AG

CNN's chief legal affairs writer Paula Reid indicated that so called journalists were seen consoling each other in the hallways of the network after learning President-elect Trump had nominated Matt Gaetz for his Attorney General. She revealed this during a segment in the laughingly named "The Situation Room" with Wolf 'Take-a-Breath' Blitzer.

Ole Blitzer asked the panel what they thought about Trump's nomination as to what it would mean for the Justice Department. Reid then pointed out that due to Gaetz's current investigations by the House Ethics Committee, Trump's selection is controversial.

"But just because you‘ve been investigated, right, Hillary Clinton has also been criminally investigated, but not charged, it doesn‘t mean you can‘t be attorney general," she explained.

Reid then revealed how some so called journalists, who are supposed to be politically neutral, handled the news.

"But he‘s not going to receive a very warm welcome from the career folks there (the DOJ)," Reid added.
OMG LMAO 🤣🤣🤣

CNN says reporters were seen crying and hugging after learning of Matt Gaetz' nomination. pic.twitter.com/I3BE4xsrqm— Rusty (@Rusty_Weiss)
Gaetz, not known for holding back on his rhetoric aimed at the Left, created a mental health issue among the CNN operatives.

"We‘ve seen people today, our fellow reporters crying, hugging in the hallways," Reid said. "I‘ve gotten sources — text messages from sources, Trump Administration, the Biden Administration, no one is endorsing this.”

Trump still has the Left living in his head.

Bipartisan lawmakers give strong warning to Biden amid Iran attack

Republican and Democrat lawmakers were quite vocal with alleged President Joe Biden after Iran, in an unprecedented event, attacked Israel with dozens of drones on Saturday. Since then, Iran has fired over 350 weapons aimed toward Israel, in which 99% of them were destroyed.

Biden's brilliant response to Iran a day before they launched the attack was "don't." This caused the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khomeini to quake in his winter lungi. Not.

Biden is as intimidating as the character Bernie from "Weekend at Bernie's." World leaders not only fail to see him as a convincing threat, they tend to see him as barely sentient and often incontinent.

After Iran's attack, Republicans criticized him for his impotent global policies.

For starters, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) blamed the Biden Administration, saying that Biden’s lack of threat toward Iran aggravated the country's attack.

Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) stated that Biden drives the U.S. towards WWIII, adding that Americans need Trump back in office more than ever.

And GOP firebrand Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz pointed out important differences concerning U.S. foreign policy between the Trump and Biden administrations. (Guess who's the one that earns global respect, or at least fear.)

Former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn blamed the Biden Administration for the attack, saying that D.C. Democrats are funding the attacks on foreign countries.

And let's not forget that Biden handed Iran a big sack of money, which he hope will feed Iran's hungry LGBTQ community.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) did not hold back on his thoughts either as Israel braced for an attack.

“Iran has encircled Israel and has been attacking our Israeli allies from almost every front for months. They have launched attacks from Syria, Iraq, Yemen, the West Bank, Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon, and of course the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. Now they have escalated by launching attacks directly from Iranian territory," Cruz said in a statement. "These attacks are enabled and financed by deliberate policy choices made by Joe Biden and Biden officials, who have allowed roughly $100 billion to flow to Iran since 2021. Americans and Israelis have been made catastrophically more vulnerable by these policies."

So the attack happened and Israel's military defense along with the help of the U.S., UK, France, Jordan and the Saudis, pushed Iran back over 10 yards with fourth down coming up.

BREAKING: Marjorie Taylor Greene files motion to vacate Speaker Mike Johnson

Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) or MTG as she is called by people who refuse to use all three of her names, appears to be the GOP's rake and all Republicans need to do is step on it. She has filed a motion to have the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson removed from his speakership.

The House voted in favor of a comprehensive $1,200,000,000,000 government funding bill to avoid a shutdown and now it goes to the Senate. To put it in perspective, if one had to count to this number at one second intervals, we could do the math:
1 trillion is equal to 1,000,000,000,000 (12 zeros) and 200 million is equal to 200,000,000.

So, the total number would be 1,000,000,000,000 + 200,000,000 = 1,200,000,000,000

Since you would be counting in one-second intervals, it would take a total of 1,200,000,000,000 seconds to count to one trillion, two hundred million.

Now, let's convert this to years:

1 year = 365 days = 365 days x 24 hours = 8,760 hours = 8,760 hours x 3600 seconds = 31,536,000 seconds

To calculate the number of years it would take to count to 1,200,000,000,000 seconds, you would divide 1,200,000,000,000 by 31,536,000:

1,200,000,000,000 / 31,536,000 ≈ 38,016.872 years
Therefore, it would take approximately 38,016.872 years to count to one trillion, two hundred million in one-second intervals.

So that's a lot of seconds and a heck of a lot of dollars when you put it in perspective.

"All 100 senators will need to green-light a vote to pass the bill before the midnight deadline," explains NBC News. "If that doesn’t happen, the government would be forced into a partial shutdown on Saturday morning. President Joe Biden has called on Congress to pass it quickly and said he’ll sign the bill."

“This hasn’t been a perfect process. But we should never let the perfect be the enemy of the good,” House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), said. “This is a good result for the American people.”

The bill funds the departments of Homeland Security, State, Labor, Defense, Health and Human Services as well as other agencies. Together with the $459 billion bill passed earlier this month, it fully funds the federal government to the tune of $1.659 trillion through September, after months of stopgap bills and negotiations.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski, (RINO-AK) said the impending two-week recess would motivate the Senate to get unanimous consent to vote quickly and pass the bill. “This is the United States Senate,” Murkowski said. “We’re motivated by recesses.”

The legislation was negotiated by Speaker Johnson, (R-LA) Senate Majority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY), top appropriators in both parties and the White House.

Both parties scored some wins: Democrats said they “defeated outlandish cuts” proposed by Republicans and kept out abortion restrictions so that babies can continue to be killed in the womb and maybe someday soon after they leave it.

GOP leaders touted more immigration funding for border agents and detention beds for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

A reported 112 Republicans voted against the bill, while only 23 Democrats voted against it. And MTG  is said to be so unhappy that she has filed a motion to remove Speaker Johnson  from his position, according to a report from Punchbowl's Jake Sherman.

BREAKING NEWS -- @RepMTG has filed a motion to vacate @SpeakerJohnson, according to multiple sources on the House floor.

Stay tuned for more info.....— Jake Sherman (@JakeSherman) March 22, 2024
Greene reportedly voiced "extreme opposition" to a $1.2 trillion spending bill prior to her making her move against the Speaker. According to Axios, "Greene isn't yet forcing the vote to remove Johnson as speaker — but the move lays the groundwork for another historic showdown on the House floor."

Last year another GOP firebrand, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) filed a motion to vacate the speakership after the passage of the stopgap resolution funding the government for another 45 days without new aid for Ukraine.

Republicans only have a thin majority in the House and that has become even thinner, so they can't afford this internal bickering. This only gives Democrats the advantage and makes the GOP look like a bunch of 3-year-old fighting over a toy in a sandbox.

Just freaking stop it.

Matt Gaetz attacked by Democrat in Florida

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) was attending an event that he was involved with in Miramar Beach on Saturday with his wife, when he was attacked by a Democratic woman.

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the report on Tuesday afternoon, saying in a statement that officers “responded to an incident at an event in Miramar Beach Saturday involving Representative Matt Gaetz.”

[Meanwhile, Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Socialist-NY) is making public claims that it's Republicans who instigate violence--a very dangerous thing to say.]

“A 41-year-old Tallahassee woman, Selena Chambers, was arrested after it was found she intentionally threw a glass of wine at Representative Gaetz after shouting obscenities at him,” police said. “She was charged with battery on an elected official and issued a $1,000 bond. She was released the following day.”

The face of the Left

Gaetz said in a statement that Chambers is a “registered Democrat and self-described member of the ‘Resistance.’”

“I will never allow the safety of Northwest Floridians to be compromised,” Gaetz said. “I will be pressing charges against this individual in order to uphold the civility our community deserves. Thank you to the Walton County Sheriff’s office for taking swift action.”

You can see the video on Gaetz's Twitter feed here.

The Matt Gaetz investigation implodes

The FBI went after Republican Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz in a sex-trafficking  investigation and it turned out to be nothing more than a political leftist hit on the congressman as prosecutors recommended that NO CHARGES be filed. But will the left broadcast this piece of important information to the naive on the other side of the aisle? You would have a better chance of being struck by a meteor in Times Square at 11:00 p.m.  on New Year's Eve.

For the past several years, Gaetz has faced myriad allegations from the far-left with zero evidence to back up their claims that he broke the law. Zero. But this garbage got published and opinions were created by the creative writers of the Democrat Party. Even The Washington Post is reporting that it was all for nothing as the two main witnesses have credibility issues.

Now it's up to the corrupt DoJ to abide by the recommendations of its prosecutors and allow Gaetz to be vindicated of all claims.
Rep. Matt Gaetz likely to avoid charges in sex-trafficking probe as federal prosecutors recommend against them, people familiar say https://t.co/kfshVa01RL

— The Washington Post (@washingtonpost)

Senior department officials haven't yet decided on whether to charge Gaetz, but it is rare for such advice to be rejected, these people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity told The Washington Post. If additional information comes forward, that would change things, of course.

The investigation began in late 2020 and involved an allegation with a 17-year-old girl years earlier. Gaetz consistently denied the allegation saying he never paid for sex and that the only time he had sex with a 17-year-old was when he was also 17.

The DoJ and the press are hoping that additional information will be forthcoming--they love the schadenfreude. But the probability of more evidence is highly unlikely because you know they looked under every rock for a slug that would talk against him.

This story was not about a regular investigation but one in which targeted government leaks were used to build a narrative around Gaetz in an attempt to politically destroy him because he is simply too likable to independent voters.

Busted: TV cameraman for ABC, CNN and Conan O'Brien arrested for threatening Rep. Matt Gaetz

A man was arrested for threatening the lives of Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and his children in a foul-mouth phone message to Gaetz's office, according to reports.

Eugene Huelsman was arrested last week in the Los Angeles area for a call made in January to Gaetz's office, according to Politico, three days after the U.S. Capitol riot.

The indictment was handed down in May but was sealed pending Huelsman's arrest, according to Fox News.

The indictment refers to Heulsman's target only as M.G., but the congressman has since confirmed to the media that he was the target.

“Tell [M.G.] to watch his back, tell him to watch his children,” Huelsman said in the call, the indictment states, which was obtained by Politico. “I’m coming for him, he’s gonna f—king die … I’m gonna f—king kill him."

Huelsman allegedly continues with, “Watch your back, I’m coming for you. I’m gonna put a bullet in you and I’m gonna put a bullet in one of your f—king kids too,” allegedly sounding like a vulgar wicked witch of the west.

Huelsman, of Thousand Oaks, CA, was a longtime camera operator in TV and film. He worked with “Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” according to Politico, and also worked for ABC and CNN, according to Fox.

It is possible that his work with Don LeMon and Chris Fredo Cuomo may have influenced his hate for Trump supporting Matt Gaetz, but there is no proof of that at this time.

Gaetz had recently said on the House floor that federal investigators were not taking the threats against him and his children seriously and believed those statements may have been the catalyst for the arrest.

“An indictment was issued in May, and has now been unsealed the week after my criticism,” Gaetz reportedly said. “If they if they took our security seriously, they would arrest all of the people who violate federal law and the threats to kill us, not just some of them … I think that the Department of Justice is biased against Republicans.”

Ya think?

Joy Reid smear attempt of DeSantis with her crystal balls

MSNBC propagandist and homophobic Twitter tweeter Joy Reid had fellow leftist federal prosecutor, Glenn Kirschner on her show and the pair tried to imply that Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) might perhaps be implicated in an alleged sex trafficking scandal because it came to her in a dream and later validated in her tealeaves. That was all the "proof" she needed to make the moronic allegation.

The silly segment focused on Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who has been accused of being involved in sex trafficking, allegations that he vehemently denies. Gaetz has also not been charged with any crime and thus far, there has been no evidence to support the allegations.

“So, the question for Gaetz, because obviously Greenberg has to give somebody bigger than him, that would be Gaetz,” Sister Joy said. “Here is at least, per the reporting, the people who were on that Bahamas trip. Notice if you see somebody’s name that rings a couple of times.”

“[You] had at least five women, per Politico, you had Gaetz; you had a guy named Jason Pirozzolo, the hand surgeon and GOP fundraiser to Ron DeSantis, who apparently Gaetz wanted to turn into the attorney general of Florida,” Reid continued. “There’s Halsey Beshears, a former state legislator and former appointed official in the DeSantis administration.” Which by Reid's crystal-balling bullcrap makes DeSantis guilty by association.

“If you’re Ron DeSantis, does this feel like it’s creeping closer to you?” Reid asked Kirschner. “Because these are your friends, these are your allies.”

Well let's take it one step further: Joy Reid works at a cable network that employed Chris Matthews, her colleague accused of sexual harassment and inappropriate Nazi comments. Does that implicate her in any way?

And let's look at Reid's own history of homophobic blog posts, her claim of being hacked, then admitting she wrote them. But she still has a job at the leftist cable network because her political views suit their needs.

The left is scared witless out of their minds over the possibility that Ron DeSantis might be the GOP Presidential candidate in 2024. They are trying to do everything they can to destroy him with the legacy news media, whose patina is more closely associated with Communist newspaper Pravda than ever before.

Pelosi's conspiracy theorist Lt. Gen, Honore should be disqualified from Capitol security review

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee do not want to allow Speaker Pelosi to appoint Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré to lead the investigation into the Capitol riot that took place on January 6th.

[H/T Fox News]

Based upon Honoré's "offensive" comments, he appears to be a conspiracy theorist whose thoughts takes precedence over information and facts. This should disqualify him, says the GOP members of the Committee.

In the letter to Pelosi, eight Republicans, including Rep. Matt Gaetz, (R-FL), and Jim Jordan (R-OH), ask for information about the decision-making process in selecting him.

"Although we are grateful for his service to our country, LTG Honoré has made many comments critical of U.S. Capitol Police officers and certain Members of Congress -- statements that call into question the supposed impartiality of his review," they say according to Fox News’ "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

"LTG Honoré is entitled to his personal opinions, but we are concerned that his selection will undermine the serious purpose of this review: to develop a fair and clear-eyed assessment of the systematic security and leadership failures concerning the events of January 6," they say all too politely.

Gaetz said on "Tucker Carlson Tonight" that Honoré's comments "would disqualify him from even a jury pool on these questions and yet he’s in charge of this review."

Some of the unsubstantiated, prejudice things this lunatic said were that USCP officers were "asshats" for having him follow security protocols when he visited the Capitol. Had they not done so, he might have complained the security was too loose; when you prejudge an entity negatively, everything the entity does will be judged negatively.

Honoré also said, without a shred of evidence, that USCP officers "allowed their buddies in" to the building -- and that rioters had help from those inside the force and that 30 - 40% of USCP officers are "Trumpsters." If you recall, Donald Trump was the President of the United States, and even if this claim is true, [and here too, Honoré has not done a survey to determine the accuracy of his claim] this merely indicates Honoré's mindset and should make him ineligible to judge the situation.

"To call these remarks inflammatory is an understatement. These statements are deeply offensive and should be disqualifying for anyone to lead a serious and objective review of the Capitol’s security," the Congress members say.

Pelosi praised Honoré when she announced last month that he would head an investigation into the security situation at the Capitol. She likes him because he hates Trump and his supporters.

"The General is a respected leader with experience dealing with crises," she said on Jan. 15. "House Leadership has worked with General Honoré, seen up close and personal his excellent leadership at the time of Katrina, particularly Mr. Clyburn was the head of our Katrina task force. So, he and I and others know full well how fortunate we are that the General has accepted, is willing to do this."

Honoré had already raised concern about his suitability after comments aimed at Republicans. He described Sen. Josh Hawley, (R-MO), as "downright crazy" and said he should be "run out of DC," leading Hawley to conclude Honoré was unsuitable [and highly biased].

"This is somebody who has no business, no business, leading a security review," he told Carlson.

Honoré apparently hates Republicans and this has blinded him to the point where he cannot make rationale decisions. He said that USCP should put Rep. Lauren Boebert's "stupid ass on the no-fly list." What kind of "leader" talks like that?

The GOP lawmakers asked Pelosi if she knew of Honoré's controversial comments and whether her office asked him to delete statements from his social media.

"The American people and the Congress deserve full and unfettered answers about what happened on January 6 and in the days leading up to it," they write. "We have serious reservations that LTG Honore is the right person to provide those answers."

But when all is said and done, Honoré will probably get the appointment because Democrats want to divide and conquer while pretending they want to unify.

Matt Gaetz compares Eric "Boom-Boom" Swalwell to ex-congressman

California Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-"Sleeps With Enemy") may forever be remembered as the guy who broke wind on national television, and the guy who kept claiming that President Trump colluded with the Russians in the 2016 presidential election, a claim fully disproven by the Muller probe.

Ironically, it has become known that "Boom-Boom" had a relationship with a Chinese woman, a probably CCP spy named Fang Fang, and was probably having a sexual relationship with her. She was disguised as an exchange student and the Congressman may have exchanged information with her, although we don't know that for certain. She was also romantically involved with at least two Midwest Democratic mayors that we know of, according to Axios.

In spite of his being outed over the affair, Swalwell refuses to resign from the House Intelligence Committee, which he heads, and also refuses to resign from the House of Representatives.

On Monday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) compared Swalwell keeping his Intel Committee seat to putting former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner on the Ethics Committee. You may remember Weiner's weenie photo on social media that he sent to a 15-year-old girl and for which he was sentenced to 21 months in the slammer.

There are calls for Swalwell to step down from the committee because he has become compromised in the honey trap scheme.

Swalwell met the Chinese seductress spy while a city councilman in Dublin, California. He stayed in contact with her as his political capital rose, until the FBI warned him about Fang Fang in 2015.

Fang supposedly took part in fundraising for Swalwell's 2014 reelection campaign but she didn't give a yen nor was there evidence of illegal contributions. However, like Dianne Feinstein's Chinese spy driver, Fang placed at least one intern spy in Swalwell's office and stayed in touch with Boom-Boom during events over the years.

Aside from lying about Trump, Swalwell hasn’t been accused of any wrongdoing and Fang is not currently suspected of stealing any classified information.

Gaetz slammed the media's coverage of Swalwell and Fang during an interview with "Fox & Friends" earlier this month.
Boom-Boom and Fang Fang

"I'm old enough to remember when Lev Parnas showed up and made a few donations at Republican events, Gaetz said. "That was wall-to-wall coverage from the media, but when Eric Swalwell engages in a very close relationship with -- clearly -- an agent of Communist China ... Well, that's deemed as something we can just accept and move on."

Gaetz explained how media outlets protect Democrats while going after Republicans.

"When Democrats are targeted by foreign intelligence, they get a defensive briefing," Gaetz added. "When Republicans are targeted, they get impeachment, investigations ... and threats of jail time, so it really is a double standard."

Others on the right agree with that assessment.

Senate Intelligence Committee Acting Chairman Marco Rubio, (R-FL) told Fox News' "The Story" that Swalwell needs to reveal all details about his relationship with Fang Fang.

Did Boom-Boom chitty-chitty bang-bang Fang Fang or what?

America has the right to know.

BREAKING: Ethics complaint filed by lawmakers over Pelosi tearing up SOTU speech

Maybe she was just looking for something to do with her hands--those hands that cannot remain motionless for more than a microsecond. But House Speaker Nancy "Dem Dentures" Pelosi (D-CA) is having action taken against her by multiple lawmakers for ripping up President Trump's State of the Union Address on Wednesday night after he finished presenting it to Congress and the American people, as reported by the Daily Wire.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) tweeted:
“BREAKING: I’m filing an ethics complaint against @SpeakerPelosi for destroying @realDonaldTrump’s State of the Union speech. Her conduct was beneath the dignity of the House, and a potential violation of law (18 USC 2071). Nobody is above the law. She must be held accountable.”
There is even some who claim that there's photographic evidence that Pelosi pre-tore the pages below the dais level where she sat while trying to keep her dentures from doing the "Electric Slide."

In a letter addressed to Ethics Committee Chairman Ted Deutch (D-FL), Gaetz requested that the Committee open an investigation “into Speaker Pelosi’s flagrant violation of decorum, as defined in clauses 1 and 2 of House Rule XXIII, and request a criminal referral for her potential violation of 18 U.S.C. §2071 (Concealment, removal, or mutilation of documents), following President Trump’s recent State of the Union address of February 4, 2020. Her unseemly behavior certainly warrants censure.”

“It is hard to overlook the symbolism of such a gesture — the sense that Speaker Pelosi was utterly dismissive of the President’s achievements, and, more importantly, the achievements of the American people,” Gaetz wrote in the letter.

Regarding the violation of 18 U.S.C. §2071 it states:
(a)Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b)Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
Rep. Kay Granger (R-TX) introduced a resolution going after Pelosi for ripping up the document [one page at a time] on national television, calling it was “a breach of decorum,” and noting that it brought “discredit on the House.”

“Speaker Pelosi’s actions last night were appalling and shameful,” Granger said in a statement. “Regardless of her personal feelings, she had a responsibility to conduct herself with civility as the presiding officer representing the House of Representatives. She is not the Speaker of the Democrats, but of the People’s House.”

Yeah, tell that to Pelosi.

“Not only were her actions disrespectful of the Office of the President and the millions of Americans who elected President Trump, they were a slap in the face to the American heroes and their families he honored in his address,” Granger explained. “The privileged resolution was introduced under Rule 9 of the standing rules of the House. It is expected that the House will vote on the resolution later this week.”

Granger tweeted:
Today, I introduced a privileged resolution strongly disapproving @SpeakerPelosi’s appalling actions following President @realDonaldTrump’s #SOTU2020 address. Speaker Pelosi ripped up far more than a speech.
She is not the Speaker of the Democrats, but of the People’s House! pic.twitter.com/LXZNa0KvNY

— Rep. Kay Granger (@RepKayGranger) February 6, 2020
Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) also tweeted Wednesday that he was introducing a resolution censuring Pelosi for her actions and called her actions a "classless outburst" and "[I]n a new low, she violated the Code of Official Conduct requiring Members 'behave at all times in a manner that shall reflect credibility on the House.'"  pic.twitter.com/gvf6KWNpSM

It's difficult to imagine that the GOP is doing more than just spinning its wheels because nothing ever seems to stop the Democrats from their untoward behavior. If Hillary Clinton can get away with violating the Espionage Act and their Party can get away with a politically-driven impeachment attempt, nothing seems punishable.

I hope I'm wrong.

There should be more to follow on this breaking story.

Creative News Network hires 'the Bull Whisperer'

The Creative News Network (CNN) announced Friday the hiring of 'Lyin' Andy' McCabe, the disgraced FBI Deputy Director. He was fired from the bureau for lying just days before he was to retire, and that's when CNN knew that this was the guy for them and they scarfed him up. Who better to comment and "report" on President Trump and the GOP than "The Bull Whisperer?"

McCabe was canned in March 2018, merely hours before he was set to retire with a pension, after a Department of Justice Inspector General report found that he "lacked candor, including under oath" over the revelation that he leaked to the media. Due to the fact that justice is unequal and often political, McCabe is able to walk among us a free man.

The lizard brains at CNN complained incessantly this week over Fox News hiring former White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders and went equally ballistic when another former White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, landed an ABC "Dancing With The Stars" gig, because to them, everything is political.

CNN, also known colloquially as the Comedy News Network and as the Compromised News Network and formerly the Clinton News Network, had a crap-fest of a week. Their "Trump" propagandist, April Ryan, was giving a speech and her bodyguard was charged with assaulting a journalist. In other words, a so-called journalist allowed another journalist to be attacked by her bodyguard for the crime of doing journalism.

Then there's Chris Cuomo who in gangland style threatened to throw a man down a flight of stairs for calling him "Fredo," the dumb brother of the Godfather in the movie by the same name. In spite of the fact that Cuomo once referred to himself as Fredo, and the name was used on CNN in the past, "Don" Cuomo was super-pissed and went into a profanity-laced tirade which seemed to confirm the label he was given. Of course, it was wrong to call him Fredo in the first place, but Cuomo's response was over the top.

And then we have Don Lemon, an openly gay CNN host who makes Chris Cuomo seem like Stephen Hawking on Prevogin. A lawsuit has been filed in court against Lemon over sexual assault allegations, for which there is an alleged witness. A man in a bar asked Lemon if he could buy him a drink to which Lemon allegedly put his hand down into his skivvies, allegedly rubbed his balls and then allegedly shoved his fingers into the man's mustache and allegedly asked him if he liked d**k or p***y.

So political folks and journalists went on social media to share their thoughts about the hiring of McCabe.

Never the one to be shy about anything going on in the world that he could comment on, especially anything negative about CNN, President Trump reached into his limited bag of insults and tweeted: "Disgraceful!"

Dana Loesch tweeted: "So those at CNN who were up in arms over Fox hiring Sanders and Spicer appearing on dancing with the stars are celebrating their network’s hiring of Andrew McCabe, who, unlike Spicer and Sanders, lied under oath and was referred for criminal charges by the IG."

Perhaps my favorite is this one in which Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) tweeted: "It's not every day @CNN can hire someone with "failed coup attempt" on their resume..."

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) tweeted: "Andrew McCabe: fired for lying to the FBI, caught by the Inspector General for unauthorized media leaks, and—worst of all—one of the ring-leaders in spreading the debunked and disastrous "Russian collusion" conspiracy theory. His reward? A paid CNN contract. Comical."

Except it isn't really comical--it's downright disgusting.

Journalist Yashar Ali tweeted: "McCabe is still the subject of a federal criminal investigation. McCabe is suing the Justice Department and the FBI. Is CNN going to disclose that fact every time he is on air? I'm assuming they're hiring him to talk about matters related to criminal justice and not the stock market."

Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) tweeted: "McCabe->the FBI’s former Acting Director fired for leaking to the media & lying about it to the FBI, including under oath & “failing to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, & accountability”. Nothing to see here...let’s just be outraged Spicer is dancing on ABC."

Donald Trump Jr. tweeted: "REMINDER: Andrew McCabe was fired by the FBI for leaking and getting caught lying about it. ANOTHER REMINDER: @CNN ceased being a 'news organization' a long time ago. They’re now a fully integrated anti-Trump propaganda network and they don’t even try hiding it anymore."
"I can do the same thing with my finger"
So whether you call them the Comedy News Network, Creative News Network, Commie News Network, Clinton News Network, or even the Compromised News Network, they are not to be taken seriously.

Can the FBI be as corrupt as they appear?

Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is demanding answers from the FBI after the agency admitted to working with the far-left leaning Southern Poverty Law Center.

The FBI has a long history of collaborating with the SPLC, a group that labels Christian groups such as the Christian Family Research Council (FRC) as a hate group, while giving a free pass to actual hate groups such as Antifa.

In a 2009 memo, the FBI described the SPLC as a "credible" organization. Credible. How incredible they would do so.

In a letter obtained by Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Gaetz said the FBI "admitted to working with the SPLC," which he calls "surprising and worrisome."

SPLC labels groups hate groups based on their politics, not actual hatred. For example, ACT for America, founded by Brigitte Gabriel to educate the public about the ideology of Islamic terrorism, is labeled a hate group and claims that it is 'anti-Muslim." It is by no means anti-Muslim; it is anti-extremism. Muslims are people, not the extremist ideology the group opposes. SPLC has clearly mischaracterized her good work.

Gaetz pointed out that after the FRC was labeled a hate group by SPLC, Floyd Corkins shot an FRC employee and admitted later that he targeted the group as the SPLC labeled them it as "anti-gay."

The FRC sees gay sex as a sin but does not hate gay people--they pray for them and support those who refuse to bake a cake for gay weddings, for example. That isn't hate.

"The SPLC's conflation of mainstream political advocacy groups with legitimate hate groups and domestic terror groups is absurd, frequently indiscriminate and dangerous," Gaetz said.

The alleged relationship between SPLC and the FBI are unclear, but what is clear is the 2009 memo, and that SPLC has briefed the FBI on alleged domestic terror threats in the U.S.

Gaetz's letter requests more information on the ties the FBI has to the group, including how much credence the FBI gives to SPLC designations of "hate groups" and what input, if any, the bureau provides to the hateful SPLC.

Although the DOJ wouldn't confirm nor deny any relationship, Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered that any such relationships be re-evaluated.

"The attorney genera has directed the FBI to re-evaluate their relationships with groups like this to ensure the FBI does not partner with any group that discriminates," a spokesperson said in a statement.

The SPLC recently issued an apology and a $3.3 million settlement to Maajid Nawaz and his organization, the Quilliam Foundation, for including them in a list of "anti-Muslim extremists."

Their walk-back went like this:
"Although we may have our differences with some of the positions that Mr. Nawaz and Quilliam have taken, we recognize that they have made important contributions to efforts to promote pluralism and that they are most certainly not anti-Muslim extremists," the statement said.
Nawaz is a Muslim himself, and at one time in his life, was a terrorist but has since reformed and is now a strong anti-terrorism advocate. His understanding of the terrorist mind is accurate and useful in the fight against terrorism.

The SPLC would rather be politically correct than correct. Just Google these morons and understand who the real hater is. Some on their hate group list is quite accurate, but it's the groups they leave out that's most disturbing, along with some they label as a hate group.

The SPLC cannot suck enough and the fact the FBI even considers their political tripe is unsettling.
