Articles of Impeachment Filed Against Democrat Gov. Tim Walz

A Minnesota lawmaker just filed articles of impeachment against Gov. Tim Walz, a far-left Democrat.

Walz has drawn ire and national heat after reports exposed a huge fraud scandal in his state, mostly tied to Somali residents. Federal prosecutor Joseph Thompson held a bombshell press conference last month confirming that $9 billion (or possibly more) in taxpayer dollars may have been stolen on Walz's watch, and many believe that he knew about it and may have possibly personally benefitted from the fraud.

GOP state Rep. Mike Wiener announced on Facebook Monday that he officially filed the articles. "I have officially filed Articles of Impeachment against Governor Tim Walz, initiating the impeachment process in the Minnesota House of Representatives," he posted.

The articles charge Walz with corrupt conduct and violating his oath of office.

The four specific articles claim Walz knowingly concealed widespread fraud in the Department of Human Services despite repeated warnings, interfered with lawful oversight and investigations into the fraud, put political considerations ahead of lawful administration, and failed to faithfully execute state laws, especially those protecting public funds. If true, Timmy is in deep poo.

"Democrat control of our state has led to 9 billion dollars of fraud that we currently know about," Wiener told Newsweek. "Governor Walz said ‘the buck stops with him.’ Since he refused to resign the next step is impeachment. Our taxpayers are demanding this, and if the Democrats don’t support the impeachment they are complicit with the fraud."

This impeachment push needs to pass the Minnesota House and Senate, where control is split 67-67. Wiener says he'll need at least one Democrat in committee to vote with him just to get it to the full House.

Thompson outlined how 14 taxpayer-funded programs have been hit hard by fraud since 2018. Those programs total $18 billion, and he said half or more could be fraudulent claims.

"I think we're an outlier in a bad way," Thompson said of Minnesota. "You don’t see fraud on this scale in other states. … Every day we look under a rock and find a new $50 million fraud scheme. That shouldn't be the case in a state of our size. Certainly other states have problems with frauds, but I think our problem is unique."

Walz, who's squarely in the hot seat, calls Thompson's comments "sensationalism" and insists there's "no evidence" the fraud hits $9 billion or higher.

Earlier this month Walz, knowing he has a snowball's chance of winning, said he won't run for reelection as governor. In a long-winded statement, the man who put Tampons in the boys' bathrooms across the state, claimed Minnesota is being unfairly targeted by the Trump administration and, rather than yelling "squirrel," pointed to the ongoing fraud scandals the Justice Department is investigating and prosecuting.

"Like many Minnesotans, I was glad to turn the page on 2025. It was an extraordinarily difficult year for our state. And it ended on a particularly sour note," Walz said.

Dem. who didn't call for Biden's impeachment, calls for Trump's: "It isn't about partisanship"

"This is not about partisanship," claimed Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-MI), who did nothing to impeach a braindead Democrat president but wants to impeach President Trump.

On Monday, Thanedar introduced seven articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump, kicking off a bid that has as much chance of succeeding as this guy has of winning the Lottery twice on the same day. 

Congress is led by the GOP so it's obvious Thanedar is simply trying to make a name for himself.

The impeachment resolution accuses Trump of “high crimes and misdemeanors” over alleged constitutional violations related to taxpayer funds, deportations, tariffs, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) effort led by Elon Musk, retaliation against the press, and others. All the things the majority of Americans voted for when we elected Trump.

“Donald Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is unfit to serve as President and represents a clear and present danger to our nation’s constitution and our democracy,” Thanedar said in a statement, plagiarizing the words of the late author Tom Clancy. 

“His unlawful actions have subverted the justice system, violated the separation of powers, and placed personal power and self-interest above public service. We cannot wait for more damage to be done. Congress must act.”

In a video posted on social media, Thanedar claimed the “final straw” was Trump defying a Supreme Court ruling that the government must “facilitate” the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien, alleged MS-13 gang member, and known wife-beater deported to his home country of El Salvador.

The announcement came hours after Michigan state Rep. Donavan McKinney launched a 2026 primary campaign for the Detroit-area district against Thanedar, a 70-year-old, below average, Indian immigrant serving his second term in the House. McKinney joins former state Sen. Adam Hollier, who is challenging Thanedar for a third time, and has already received an endorsement from the leftist Justice Democrats.

“People like our congressman, Shri Thanedar, are the problem,” McKinney said in an announcement video. “A multimillionaire who spent millions to buy a seat in Congress, who has more in common with Donald Trump and Elon Musk than people like us.”

Due to the fact that the House and Senate are controlled by Republicans who are largely aligned with the President, Thanedar’s articles of impeachment are likely to become landfill. That has been the case with articles of impeachment announced by the execrable Rep. Al Green (D-TX), who accused Trump of committing “dastardly deeds” in the first couple of weeks of his second term.

How President Trump is portrayed by the Left

“This is not about partisanship,” Thanedar lied in his statement. “It’s about protecting our democracy and ensuring that no one, not even a President, is above the law.”

Referring to what has been dubbed “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) was among those to mock the latest impeachment attempt.

“It’s a day that ends in ‘-Y’, which means liberal Democrats are again trying to impeach [the president] for delivering the will of the people,” Mullin said in a post on X. “TDS is strong. MAGA is stronger.”

USAID had a hand in Trump's impeachment?

USAID is set to shut down this Friday. Most of its employees will be put on leave as the agency gets merged into the State Department. Under President Trump's direction, Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency has uncovered a lot of corruption, waste, and fraud that's not exactly surprising but still pretty shocking. Democrats are really upset about this agency being dismantled, and there might be a reason for that. It looks like they helped fund and had a big role in the 2019 impeachment of Donald Trump.

The agency seems to have been behind the scenes of the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), which was referenced several times by the CIA whistleblower who started the whole impeachment drama about Trump, Ukraine, and military aid. Independent journalists Michael Shellenberger and Alex Gutentag did some serious digging into this shady government network, where OCCRP's purpose wasn't typical journalism—USAID seemed to have a big say in what they did, who they hired, and what their mission was.

This story on Public really got OCCRP upset, leading them to threaten Shellenberger and his team with a lawsuit, saying the story was wrong and damaging. But they didn't provide any evidence to counter the journalists' claims.

The second part of the story goes into detail about USAID's relationship with OCCRP, with OCCRP trying to distance itself. But even USAID officials have made statements that question OCCRP’s claim of being independent, which even respected news outlets like ProPublica acknowledge. Drop Site News, run by former Intercept reporters, did a good job exposing this murky relationship, and they've also faced legal threats. Here’s what was found in the investigation:

"In the complaint, the whistleblower claimed to have heard from White House staff that Trump had, on a phone call, directed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to work with his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, to investigate Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. The whistleblower who triggered the impeachment was a CIA analyst who was first brought into the White House by the Obama administration."

"Reporting by Drop Site News last year revealed that the CIA analyst relied on reporting by a supposedly independent investigative news organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), which appears to have effectively operated as an arm of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which President Trump has just shut down. The CIA whistleblower complaint cited a long report by OCCRP four times."

In a 2024 documentary by Germany’s NDR about OCCRP’s ties to the US government, a USAID official confirmed that USAID oversees OCCRP’s "annual work plan" and approves key hires. NDR worked with several media organizations on this investigation, including Mediapart, Il Fatto Quotidiano, Reporters United, and Drop Site News.

However, according to Mediapart, NDR censored the broadcast after "US journalist Drew Sullivan, the co-founder and head of the OCCRP, placed pressure on the NDR management and made false accusations against the broadcaster’s journalists involved in the project."

On December 16, Ryan Grim from Drop Site posted a link on X to the 26-minute documentary. “NDR, Germany’s public broadcaster, is facing a censorship scandal and has defended itself by saying it never killed a news report about OCCRP and its State Department funding — b/c no report was ever produced to kill,” said Grim. “That was absurd — and dozens, maybe hundreds, of journalists knew it to be false, and now of course, someone has leaked it.”

This investigation showed that OCCRP got its initial funding from the State Department, and a USAID official noted, “Drew’s just nervous about being linked with law enforcement,” referring to Sullivan. “If people who are going to give you information think you’re just a cop, maybe it’s a problem.”

OCCRP doesn’t work like typical investigative journalists; it seems they aim to interfere in foreign politics, including elections, to change regimes. Sullivan told NDR his group had “probably been responsible for five or six countries changing over from one government to another government… and getting prime ministers indicted or thrown out.”

This means the CIA, USAID, and OCCRP were involved in Trump's impeachment in ways similar to how they operate abroad, which is illegal and possibly treasonous when done in the U.S.

We thought the Clinton Foundation was bad, but USAID makes it look like small-time players in the world of funding left-wing causes. They've also kept certain media outlets like Politico, Associated Press, The New York Times, and Reuters financially supported, which are key for pushing narratives.

Here are some more details from the Public piece about USAID and OCCRP:

OCCRP threatened Public with a lawsuit, claiming, “The premise of your article is factually false and defamatory,” wrote Miranda Patrucic, the Editor in Chief of OCCRP. “The claim by Dropsite News and partner media that USAID has control over editorial appointments has been disproven and we suggest you read our response to that.”

But there's no proof that Drop Site's allegations are wrong, and they stand by their reporting.

OCCRP says on their site that USAID's oversight is misunderstood, but there's nothing in the agreements suggesting USAID's control doesn’t affect the editorial content.

USAID official Shannon McGuire emphasized in the NDR documentary that USAID controlled OCCRP through what's called a “substantial involvement clause.”

Patrucic told Public, “I am the editor-in-chief of OCCRP and was appointed during a USAID grant, but my CV was never sent to USAID and no approval was sought or received. OCCRP is governed only by its board of directors and no one else.“

But another USAID official, Mike Henning, said to NDR filmmakers that USAID approval goes beyond just logistics or admin.

“A cooperative agreement has more strings attached,” said Henning, “than a grant… Some of the strings that are attached in a cooperative agreement are approval of key personnel, approval of an annual work plan, approval of sub grants of a certain amount above a certain amount.”

USAID would approve “the editor in chief or who’s the CEO, who’s the, you know, managing editor,” Henning added.

Meg Gaydosik from USAID admitted she helped push for funding for OCCRP and even helped rewrite their application for a major grant. She said, “It was from USAID,” about OCCRP’s initial support.

OCCRP also threatened Drop Site News with legal action. “The news outlets involved in this project, including Drop Site, have been on the unpleasant end of increasingly aggressive legal threats from Drew Sullivan, co-founder and head of OCCRP,” the authors wrote. “While we strived to be as fair as possible, and have posted most of Sullivan’s responses, what we’re not going to do, of course, is back down to threats, even ones backed with the resources of the federal government.”

In the end, we're left with the CIA whistleblower citing an OCCRP report, which is closely linked with USAID, in the impeachment of President Trump in 2019. With USAID shutting down its overseas missions this Friday, the flow of funds might stop, but what other secrets are hidden in these grants? The Department of Government Efficiency will continue to investigate.

ISIS terrorists crossed our border and GOPers demand answers

Islamic State terrorist have crossed into the United States through our southern border. Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham (SC) and Rand Paul (KY) are demanding to know why and seek additional information from Homeland Security [an oxymoron] Alejandro Mayorkas after a number of these jihadis came here through our border with Mexico. A number of arrests were made in major cities last week.

The terrorists were processed through the asylum system and paroled into the country rather than being deported back to where they came from.

Sen. Paul serves as the Ranking Member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and Sen. Graham is the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“We, as the Ranking Members of committees with jurisdiction over immigration and national security, are writing to request additional information concerning the recent apprehension of several individuals from Tajikistan with suspected ties to the Islamic State. According to media reports, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently arrested multiple individuals with suspected ties to ISIS on immigration violations in various cities across the country, including New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles, following their entry into the United States through the southwest land border," Paul and Graham wrote in a letter to Mayorkas Monday.

“The circumstances of these arrests have highlighted significant potential vulnerabilities within our border security and immigration screening processes. Given the serious national security implications of these deficiencies, it is imperative that we receive detailed information to fully understand the scope of these issues and to ensure that our border infrastructure and national security systems are adequately safeguarding against such threats," they continued.

The senators are requesting a series of documents and communications about the situation by June 28. If they do not receive them by this deadline, nothing will happen and the show will go on.

The effeminate Mayorkas was impeached in April by the U.S. House of Representatives over his deliberate failure to secure the border.

House Republicans can't get things done

The Alejandro Mayorkas impeachment has gone as expected: the GOP failed to stand together as a solid unit and Mayorkas dodged a bullet. Mayorkas is the Homeland Security Secretary and is as useful as ice skates on a blowfish as the border has more illegal migrants coming across as China's got communists.

Along with the miscreants comes the fentanyl, cocaine, sex trafficking, murderers and terrorists, but there are some good people too who are looking to take jobs away from Americans, or at least take our tax money to pay for their stay, and even hand them a credit card for all their shopping needs.

Chinese nationalists have been coming into the country in record numbers. What could go wrong?

Anyway, the Republican lawmakers did not hold together with enough of them voting with Democrats and defeating the resolution. Had they held, Mayorkas would have been the first secretary to be impeached since 1876. The vote was 214-216.

Republican defectors, aka RINOs, included Reps. Ken Buck (R-CO), Tom McClintock (R-CA) and Mike Gallagher (R-WI).

House GOP Vice Chairman Blake Moore (R-UT) reportedly flipped to a “no” vote at the last moment to give Republicans another chance to bring up the impeachment resolution in the future.

Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) was the sole missing vote. He has been away from Washington for several weeks to undergo a stem cell transplant as he battles blood cancer. He needs to get his priorities straight. . . just kidding.

Rep. Al Green (D-TX), who had missed earlier votes, showed up just in time to cast a “no” vote against impeachment.

Meanwhile, Mayorkas is laughing at the GOP and you know what? They deserve it.

Fulton County DA Fani Willis faces articles of impeachment for how she's handled the Trump case

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes--in this case, it's impeachment.

Articles of impeachment against Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney, are now official. She is alleged to have engaged in an affair with the special prosecutor she hired in the case against former President Donald Trump in the Georgia election interference case. The irony is, by going after Trump and attempting to eliminate him from the presidential election, the left is openly engaging in election interference.

GOP state Rep. Charlice Byrd, a Trump ally and chairwoman of the Georgia Freedom Caucus, introduced H.R. 872 on Friday, seeking to impeach the anti-Trump Democrat DA for using her prosecutorial position "not to pursue justice but for political gain," which should be obvious.

In a 10-page House resolution,  it alleges that Willis engaged in "acts of malfeasance, tyrannical partiality, and oppression" in the "wrongful" indictment of Trump and his 18 co-defendants, constituting "the severest case of gross abuse of discretion." 

Byrd claims Willis "grossly violated" her oath of office, in which she swore "impartiality" "without fear" or "favor." It seems, however, that to her, and many others, those words are merely for show.

Byrd also accuses Willis of engaging in an "inappropriate" and "unethical" relationship with lead prosecutor [who has no experience whatsoever with RICO cases of which Trump has been indicted] Nathan Wade — relations from which she has "financially benefitted" and "profited," Byrd alleges, citing the DA's vow to take "only my lawful compensation."

The day after Willis hired Wade as prosecutor, he filed for divorce.

Willis and Wade allegedly wasted taxpayer money on lavish vacations the two took together using Wade's $653,000 salary from the Fulton County district attorney's office, according to bank statements recently uncovered in Wade's messy divorce case.

The Damning List

"Fani Willis has a laundry list of potential conflicts that make her unworthy and unfit to be the District Attorney in Fulton County," Byrd said. "Someone elected to their office is expected to uphold the law and not weaponize their office for political gain. Since Day One when she was elected, Fani Willis has embarrassed the criminal justice system in Fulton County and our state."

We shall wait and see what the outcome will be, but I'm not expecting justice to be served. Justice under this administration is a myth.

House advances articles of impeachment against DHS waste Alejandro Mayorkas

House Republicans revealed on Sunday two articles of impeachment against Alejandro Mayorkas, the incredibly incompetent Homeland Security Secretary. DHS is so impotent that it might as well be dismantled altogether.

Mayorkas the articles say, has failed to do his job by not only allowing thousands upon thousands of illegal aliens, record breaking numbers, to enter the country unvetted, but has all but welcomed them at taxpayer's expense and personal security.

The articles accuse the arrogant and somewhat effeminate POS of willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law and breach of public trust.

We will know on Tuesday whether the House Homeland Security Committee approves of the charges that Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) vowed to hold a floor vote.

The first article says Mayorkas chose not to enforce the law, specifically a requirement that asylum seekers who illegally cross the border “shall be detained” until there is a decision on their status — with release into the US interior only allowed on a case-by-case basis.

 Mayorkas, 64. isn't the only Cabinet secretary to be impeached, but he's certainly the only one since 1876 when Secretary of War William Belknap received the dishonor.

Hopefully, this will be a clear message to the current clusterfrack of an administration that Americans are fed up with the border crisis and are not going to sit by and do nothing.

Hunter will grace the House committee on dad’s impeachment inquiry—but there’s a condition

Hunter Biden, 53, has agree Friday that he will grace the U.S. House of Representatives and be present for a disposition in the impeachment inquiry into his father, President Joe Biden. He has done so as to avoid a vote next week to hold him in contempt of Congress.

Hunter's attorney, Abbe Lowell, sent a letter to Congress on behalf of the crack head, whore mongering only surviving son of the almost late President agreeing for Hunter to sit for the disposition.

“If you issue a new proper subpoena, now that there is a duly authorized impeachment inquiry, Mr. Biden will comply for a hearing or deposition. We will accept such a subpoena on Mr. Biden’s behalf,” Lowell wrote.

The House Judiciary and Oversight committees voted separately Wednesday to hold the President's son in contempt — after he rudely crashed the Oversight hearing, pissing off Republicans after he ducked his scheduled Dec. 13 interview but did a little press conference in front of the building where he was supposed to appear.

Contempt of Congress is punishable by no less than 30 days behind bars, though a decision to prosecute would be made by Daddy's Justice Department appointees if the full House clears the sanction. So the chances of him serving any jail time is about the same as running into a Moose on Juneteenth in Times Square.

It was not immediately clear Friday whether Republicans will shelve the contempt legislation, but Hunter doesn't seem to be worried about that.

The new communication claims that the original subpoenas were flawed, which is nonsense, but Hunter is hanging his skivvies on that claim.

NM Gov. gets her comeuppance on gun-ban move

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-of course) seems to believe that she has the authority to ban law abiding citizens from being allowed to carry guns in Albuquerque and the surrounding county for the next 30 days or more.

The far-left governor signed an executive order Thursday stating that gun violence is a public health emergency, implying that her definition of health is twisted. While health is the state of being free from illness or injury, the gun "health emergency" is more of a societal problem which the left refuses to address.

On Friday, Grisham used her political position to suspend open and concealed carry laws in Albuquerque and the surrounding area and threatened to lengthen or renew her unconstitutional order.

Although she basically agreed that her order might be unconstitutional and she might lose in court, she went ahead and became New Mexico's first dictator.

Her decision was so crazy that even far, far-left anti-gun activist David Hogg criticized her.

“I support gun safety but there is no such thing as a state public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution,” Hogg posted on X.

Even far, far-leftist and anti-intelligence Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) had negative words about Grisham's executive order, causing many Republicans to experience the vapors upon hearing his words of reason:

“I support gun safety laws. However, this order from the Governor of New Mexico violates the U.S. Constitution,” Lieu wrote on X. “No state in the union can suspend the federal Constitution. There is no such thing as a state public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution.”

New Mexico GOP state Reps. Stefani Lord and John Block on Saturday said that they were going forward to impeach Grisham.

“I am calling on counsel to begin the impeachment process against Governor Grisham,” Lord said. “This is an abhorrent attempt at imposing a radical, progressive agenda on an unwilling populous. Rather than addressing crime at its core, Governor Grisham is restricting the rights of law-abiding gun owners. Even Grisham believes this emergency order won’t prohibit criminals from carrying or using weapons; a basic admission that this will only put New Mexicans in danger as they won’t be able to defend themselves from violent crime.”

Block said that there was “no such thing as a state public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution.”

And what makes anyone on the left really believe that if you take the rights of law abiding individuals to defend themselves, that lawless miscreants would go along with the gun ban? All it serves to do is leave the good people of Albuquerque defenseless.

Elon Musk responded on his X platform to Grisham’s order posting:

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) responded, “She’s nuts, but she’s taking what the tyrants did during COVID (forced jabs, travel bans, closed businesses, suppressed speech — with no laws passed) to the next level.”

She's also doing what the Nazis did to the public by taking away their means of self-defense against a tyrannical government. Who does she think she is anyway? Gretchen Whitmer?

Hunter Biden expected to be indicted soon, or so they say

We can believe it when it happens but not before. The Hunter Biden special council is seeking a new indictment on alleged President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden,

Federal prosecutors are apparently planning to ask a grand jury to indict Hunter by the end of this month, according to court documents filed Wednesday. While specific charges were not clear, it seems they are related to a gun possession charge while having a firearm while being an illicit drug user. He also lied on ATF Form 4473 in making the claim that he was eligible to own a firearm, and worst of all, he discarded the weapon in a dumpster like a common thug.

He has also been under investigation by federal prosecutors for his allegedly shady business dealings that probably involved his father, President Joe Biden, but that will probably not be in the court case because it looks bad for Joe who obviously doesn't need more help looking bad.

U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss, newly named a special counsel in the case, referred to a seeking an indictment before Sept. 29 in a status report required by Judge Maryellen Noreika, a Trump-appointed Democrat who symbolically peed in Hunter's "sweetheart" plea deal that his lawyers tried to sneak past her. See, there are good Democrats if you look hard enough.

This is the "smartest guy" Joe Biden knows

Hunter originally pleaded guilty, but when Noreika smoked out the bull crap in the plea deal, he pleaded not guilty.

The deal contained an immunity clause against federal prosecutions for additional potential crimes but fell apart in July.

News of a possible new indictment comes as House Republicans claim that they are preparing for a likely impeachment inquiry of President Biden over unsubstantiated claims that he played a role in his son’s foreign business affairs during his time as vice president.

“If you look at all the information we have been able to gather so far, it is a natural step forward that you would have to go to an impeachment inquiry,” House Speaker Kevin McCarthy told Fox News recently.

Hunter, who has a history of photographing himself doing drugs, doing prostitutes, and speeding in his car, has all but said that he is untouchable. Meanwhile, he has been targeted by congressional GOPers for some reason. In fact, three House committees are investigating several lines of inquiry related to both Joe and Hunter Biden and are attempting to connect Hunter's financial shenanigans directly to his nearly brain-dead father, who recently acknowledged the fact that he has another grandchild as a result of his son being unable to keep his zipper zipped.

PINO Joe Biden was in Warsaw, Poland Friday where he met with US troops of the 82nd Airborne and told them they will be going to Ukraine because Biden is an idiot and says things before engaging his two remaining brain cells. Then he sat down with them and before they were served, he began trying to chow down on a slice of pizza topped with jalapeño peppers. 

As Commander in Chief, he must have been starving because normally, officers eat only after their men are served. Biden couldn't wait and he ate his slice like his life depended on the sustenance.

“We’re based on an idea,” Biden told the men. “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all women and men are created equal. Sounds corny, but it’s the truth of who we are. We’ve never lived up to it, but we never walked away from it.”

That sounds corny? The Declaration of Independence sounds corny to a guy who can't string a complete sentence together without sounding like a mumbling, bumbling nursing home patient? He speaks about our founding document so dismissively? 

He is clearly cognitively in decline, was never bright when he wasn't, and he should be impeached or resign the presidency and allow his incompetent vice president Kamala Hahaharris to run the nation into the ground.

After Biden ate pizza with the soldiers, he met with Polish President Andrezj Duda. As our PINO spoke, he coughed into his hand and took a sip of his drink, turned to Duda and said, “I was visiting our troops and I had pizza pie with hot peppers on it, oh the dudah day.”

Pete Hegseth of Fox News was as pissed off as this writer and his guest, Charlie Hurt, spoke of Biden's rhetoric about the Declaration of Independence.

Hurt added, “He is not fit for this.”

New York's GOP announce Cuomo impeachment resolution

"She was like so"

New York State Assembly Republicans finally announced an impeachment resolution against Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) on Monday. They believe he has lost all "credibility and trust" and now has an "inability to lead" the state in the midst of five sexual harassment allegations against him and even more damning was his mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic.

The impeachment plan was put forth by NY State Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay along with others in the party.

"We’re going to introduce this resolution because we believe the time has come," Barclay said. "In order to lead this great state as governor, you need to have credibility and trust … and unfortunately, we feel the governor has lost that and now has an inability to lead."

He added that "there is been one bombshell after another."

"I don’t think I’ve used the term ‘bombshell’ especially this week, any time more in my life, it has been one bombshell after another," Barclay said, referring to the horrific week Cuomo had.

While Cuomo is facing [at last count] five allegations of sexual harassment and a federal probe into his administration’s tally on COVID-19 deaths tied to nursing homes, it's the latter that should not only be grounds for impeachment, but a ticket for an orange jumpsuit fitting.

"We had the AG report come out saying that the governor was underreporting nursing home deaths by as much as 50%," Barclay explained. "We had that secret political meeting where he had his top aides say they weren’t reporting the nursing home deaths because they were worried about a Department of Justice investigation—they were worried about the political fallout." 

So screw the elderly.

Barclay said that over the weekend, "Thirty members of the assembly majority" said the governor "ought to resign."

"As you heard the governor say yesterday, I’m not going to resign, if you want to get rid of me, start impeachment," Barclay recalled Cuomo saying. "But we think now is the time to act. We think it’s time to commence impeachment."

In fact, it's better that he doesn't resign because now we can expose his nursing home mandates during the COVID pandemic and show he was covering up what he did that led to the deaths of over 11,000 and possibly up to 15,000 elderly. 

And the stone cold audacity of Cuomo to have his staff belittle Fox News' Janice Dean who lost both of her husband's parents in a nursing home due to his stupid, authoritarian mandate forcing nursing homes to accept COVID patients whether their facility was prepared or not.

Barclay admitted that Republicans "won’t be able to force a vote," but said they would "keep pounding on this issue." 

Democrats and the media don't want to see Cuomo impeached over the nursing home scandal because it shows them to be "in bed" with the governor, even awarding him an Emmy for his 9 comedy routines with his brother, Fredo, on CNN and writing a self-congratulatory book while people were dying in his state. They look foolish now, but an impeachment would make it even more damning for them.

"We hope that the political pressure keeps getting greater and greater," Barclay said. "We’re hoping by doing this, we’re going to keep reminding the majorities that it’s time for them to act."

He added: "If they really believe in resignation, why not start the impeachment process?"

Cuomo is also facing calls to step down from Democrats, but again, it's mainly due to the sexual misconduct allegations which are nothing more than a distraction from the real issue.

Impeach him for the deaths he caused, then put him on trial for them so that justice can be served.

Trump says: MAGA "has just begun" after acquittal

Now that former President Trump has been acquitted for the second time after the Senate Impeachment trial, [which is a record] he said in the immortal words of "The Carpenters" that his political movement has "only just begun."

Trump thanked his legal team, one of whom [Michael Van der Veen] is a personal injury attorney, for "upholding justice and defending truth."

Trump is hoping to set more historical records in the future and wouldn't even be opposed to being impeached again if he decides to run and win in 2024. He promises to have more to share with the public in the near future.

“Our historic, patriotic and beautiful movement to Make America Great Again has only just begun. In the months ahead I have much to share with you, and I look forward to continuing our incredible journey together to achieve American greatness for all of our people,” he said in the statement.

The vote in the Senate was 57 to 43 thus acquitting Trump of high crimes and misdemeanors for “willfully inciting violence against the Government of the United States.” 

A two-thirds. or 67 votes [do the math], was needed to find the controversial former President guilty.

Seven GOPers, the usual suspects, voted to find Trump guilty, even though the proceedings were unconstitutional in the first place.

The one thing Trump was guilty of was not immediately responding to the riot on Capitol Hill as soon as it began, but that isn't impeachable unless he actually incited the rioting. 

If anyone should be impeached over incitement of violence, half the Democrats would make good candidates.

The twits at Twitter banned Trump a few days after the Capitol riot and once the impeachment trial began, he has stayed out of the public eye, which is an excellent strategy for him.

We will see whether or not the seven Republicans that voted to impeach Trump will be primaried in the midterms if their term is up.

In Trump's statement, he gave his “deepest thanks” to the Republicans in the Senate who he said “stood proudly for the Constitution we all revere and for the sacred legal principles at the heart of our country.”

“I also want to convey my gratitude to the millions of decent, hardworking, law-abiding, God-and-Country loving citizens who have bravely supported these important principles in these very difficult and challenging times,” he said.

Trump decried what he described as the “latest phase of the greatest witch hunt in the history of our Country.” 

Nothing that happens to Trump is anything less that the greatest whatever in the history of our country.

CNN lawyer doesn't know the First Amendment due to TDS

Jennifer Rodgers, the Comedy News Network's so-called legal analyst, apparently understands the U.S. Constitution to the same degree a spitting cockroach understands Einstein's theory of relativity in its application to the existence of black holes.

Rodgers spoke during a discussion about this week's scheduled Senate impeachment trial of Donald Trump and attempted to discredit Trump's lawyer's legal argument that impeaching someone who is no longer in office is "unconstitutional." The grounds, the Left is using stems from Trump's Jan. 6 remarks at a rally which preceded the Capitol riot, which his lawyer says is protected by his First Amendment right to free speech.

"Yeah, those are wrong," Rodgers pontificated about that argument. "I mean, you don't have a First Amendment right to lie. You don't have a First Amendment right to put people in danger. And he did both of those things."

Bong! Rodgers is wrong. 

While you don't have the right to call for violence and put people in danger, you sure as hell have the right to lie. CNN and the rest of us do it all the time. This isn't about truth in advertising, which is a totally different animal; it's about having the right to say what you want to say as long as it doesn't call for violence or put people in danger, such as yelling 'fire' in a crowded theater.

And Trump was crystal clear before the protest when he called for a "peaceful" and "patriotic" protest. Most people at the rally were, in fact, peaceful and were not calling for a coup [an overthrow of government] but were calling for the government to look into the election proceedings that seemed questionable. 

The idiots that were rioting were outliers and nobody on the right, outside of they themselves, support what they did, in spite of how the Left is trying to put all conservatives, libertarians and Trump supporters in the same category.

For now, all we can do is pray for Reps. Alexandria Obviously-Callow (D-Twitter) and Rashida "Aunty Semitic" Tlaib (D-MI) who, while they were nowhere near the action at the Capitol, nevertheless believe they deserve the role of victim in order to forward their agenda, an agenda they laughingly call democracy.

Maxine Waters doesn't want you to believe your lying eyes

Repulsive Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) would like us all to forget the time when she yelled into a tinny-sounding microphone in 2018 unmistakably called for supporters to get in the faces of members of the Trump administration and harass them.

The lying Democrat was asked by MSNBC's leftist Ali Velshi if she ever "glorified or encouraged" violence against Republicans and she denied the hell out of it.

" As a matter of fact, if you look at the words [you cannot look at words] that I used, the strongest thing I said was tell them they're not welcome," she lied. "[I said] Talk to them. Tell them they're not welcome. I didn't say go and fight. I didn't say anybody was going to have any violence. And so they can't make that stick."

No, no, no, no, no--she told her supporters to "absolutely harass them" when appearing in public.

"They’re not going to be able to go to a restaurant, they’re not going to be able to stop at a gasoline station, they’re not going to be able to shop at a department store," she said. "The people are going to turn on them, they’re going to protest, they’re going to absolutely harass them."

Her words came after former press secretary Sarah Sanders and her family were confronted and harassed along with her children and other family at a public restaurant, and former Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen suffered the same fate.

Waters needs to be prosecuted for her words as long as Trump is being impeached for his. 

Trump told his supporters to "peacefully" and "patriotically" protest at a Washington, D.C. rally that was scheduled before his speech was even given. And while impeaching a U.S. citizen is not a thing, and is also unconstitutional, the Left is trying to make a show of it.

During the interview with Velshi, no remorse was shown by Waters as she tried to convince Republicans to distance themselves from Trump if they don't want to be "owned by a dishonorable human being." 

"The Republicans should be afraid, not only about the destruction of our democracy but if they continue to support him and allowed themselves to be guided by him, they're going to have to live with a president that dictates to them every vote they can take, every vote they cannot take," she said. "He's going to be in their primaries. They will be owned by this dishonorable human being."

And when it comes to dishonor, Waters, as you will see at this link, can give a clinic.

Trump’s lead impeachment attorney Bruce Castor is apparently planning to use Waters' incendiary comments in his arguments during the former president's Senate impeachment trial this week. He was asked by Fox News host Laura Ingraham on "The Ingraham Angle," if he plans to use "dueling video" with Democrats who will likely attempt to make their case that Trump was responsible for inciting the Capitol riot violence on Jan. 6th.

"I think you can count on that," he told Ingraham. "If my eyes look a little red to the viewers, it's because I've been looking at a lot of video."

Why not go all the way? Why not show the video of Sen. Chuck Schumer encouraging the protesters at the Supreme Court to force Gorsuch and Kavanaugh to rule the way he wants them to rule?

BREAKING: Patrick Leahy hospitalized: now impeachment how?

The illegitimate impeachment of former President Donald Trump has become a total crap-fest. 

First, Justice John Roberts decided not to preside over the trial because Trump is out of office and a private citizen and the U.S. Constitution is clear that the purpose of impeachment is to remove a president from office. 

Now, the person who was tasked to take Justice Roberts' place, Democrat Sen. Patrick Leahy (VT), an 80-year-old leftist, has been hospitalized Tuesday because he does not feel well.

Leahy was examined in his Capitol office by the attending physician, according to David Carle, his spokesman.

“Out of an abundance of caution, the Attending Physician recommended that he be taken to a local hospital for observation, where he is now, and where he is being evaluated,” Carle said.

Leahy’s hospitalization comes hours after he was sworn in to preside over the Senate’s impeachment trial. The proceedings are expected to begin the week of Feb. 8, but it appears divine intervention has thrown a monkey wrench into the engine of Trump hatred disguised as democracy.

Leahy, the Senate president pro tempore, is constitutionally the second-highest-ranking official in the upper chamber behind Vice President Harris, who is the president of the Senate under Article I. He is third in line in the order of presidential succession after Harris and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). 

The Vermont lawmaker was first elected to the Senate in 1974. He is the only sitting senator to have served during the Ford administration and one of only two to have served during the Carter administration while doing nothing useful for the nation.

It was not immediately clear if Leahy is faking it or if he's really sick and will be able to head the proceedings, but whether or not he is able to be at the proceedings is a moot point because Donald Trump will not be found guilty because, while he may say stupid or wild things, he is not guilty. 

In fact, Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters, Bernie Sanders, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and others on the left have done much more to incite violence.

AG Barr warned Trump about his legal team

Never one to ordinarily mix bovine excrement language with his legal opinions, Attorney General William Barr reportedly broke that rule and warned President Trump that his legal team was telling him a fib about the election being stolen by calling "bulls**t" on it.

The AG made that statement at a Dec 1st meeting with Trump and other top aides, according to Axios, a left-leaning outlet which has consistently been highly critical of the administration.

The reason for the meeting was allegedly due to Trump being angry that Barr gave an interview to the Associated Press that contradicted what Trump's legal team was saying publicly.

In that interview with the AP, Barr said that federal investigators were looking into allegations of voter fraud but said that they had “not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”

In truth, probably all elections ever run in the USA and everywhere else, has some voter fraud associated with it, but if it doesn't swing the election, then the will of the people has spoken. 

 Axios reports about the confrontation with Trump:

“These things aren’t panning out,” Barr told Trump, as he stood beside his chief of staff Will Levi. “The stuff that these people are filling your ear with just isn’t true.” Barr explained that if Trump wanted to contest the election results, the president’s internal campaign lawyers would have to do it, not the DOJ.

The Justice Department, he continued, had looked at the major fraud allegations that Trump’s lawyers had leveled. “It’s just bullshit,” Barr told the president. [White House counsel Pat] Cipollone backed up Barr by saying the DOJ was investigating these claims.

The report also said that Cipollone along with others within earshot were stunned over Barr's blunt and brutal manner, although they agreed. In addition, Barr is reported to have called Trump's legal team "clownish."

“I’m a pretty informed legal observer and I can’t f***ing figure out what the theory is here,” Barr reportedly said in reference to the claims that Trump’s legal team were making. “It’s just scattershot. It’s all over the hill and gone.”

“Maybe,” Trump said, according to Axios. “Maybe.”

Axios explained how it sourced its report:

Barr had been a nostalgic favorite amongst Trump supporters but has since resigned 3 weeks prior to the end of Trump's term and strongly criticized him over the Capitol riot that took place Jan. 6.

Trump will not attend Joe Biden's inauguration on Jan. 20. He will be the fourth President to snub his replacement. The others were John Adams, the second U.S. President; John Quincy Adams, the sixth President and son of John Adams; and Andrew Johnson, the 17th President and the first to be impeached.

Like Trump, all the others were one-term presidents.

Lix Cheney censured for her impeachment vote

The Republican Party Central Committee in Carbon County, Wyoming, has unanimously voted to censure Rep. Liz Cheney (D-WY) after she voted to impeach President Trump.

“The censure resolution passed in a unanimous vote by the 45-member central committee,” The Washington Times reported. “It included a demand that Ms. Cheney appear before the committee to explain her actions.”

Carbon County Chairman Joey Correnti IV told the Times: “Our representative did not represent our voice.”  Thus she failed the Party by going rogue.

The resolution says Cheney defied the will of most Wyoming Republican voters when she voted in favor of the Democrats’ rushed impeachment article, denying President Trump due process.

Due process of the law is the idea that a person is presumed innocent until proved guilty, a process revered by Republicans and shunned by many on the left.

“The wind in Wyoming has been horrendous today—with gusts up to 65 miles per hour. That is nothing compared to the whirlwind created by Representative Cheney’s announcement that she would be voting to impeach President Trump, and her subsequent follow-through of doing just that,” the party said in a statement, to The Daily Wire. 

“There has not been a time during our tenure when we have seen this type of an outcry from our fellow Republicans, with the anger and frustration being palpable in the comments we have received. Our telephone has not stopped ringing, our email is filling up, and our website has seen more traffic than at any previous time. The consensus is clear that those who are reaching out to the Party vehemently disagree with Representative Cheney’s decision and actions.”

“This insurrection caused injury, death and destruction in the most sacred space in our Republic,” Cheney herself said in a statement last Tuesday, blaming the President for the behavior of others.

“Much more will become clear in coming days and weeks, but what we know now is enough,” she continued. “The President of the United States summoned this mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack.”

Except the siege of the Capitol was planned prior to Trump's speech about a "peaceful, patriotic" protest [Trump's words].

“Everything that followed was his doing [unlike the time when a gunman was inspired by Sen. Bernie Sanders (Communist-VT) to shoot Republicans at a ballgame and nearly killed Sen. Steve Scalise]. None of this would have happened without the President. The President could have immediately and forcefully intervened to stop the violence. He did not. [This part is true, but you cannot blame him for what others did unless he specifically directed them to do it.] There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of his office and his oath to the Constitution.”

“I will vote to impeach the President,” she announced, before all the facts were available.

Last Monday, House Democrats released their single article of impeachment against President Trump for allegedly inciting what they claimed was an “insurrection” at the Capitol.

Again, no Republican, no conservative, and no independent voter who voted for Trump believes the attack on the Capitol was anything but horrible. But Democrats always try to lump all Trump supporters in the same category, like Hillary Clinton's "basket of deplorables" categorization of all his supporters. 

And Liz Cheney gave the left exactly what they want.

Trump's words at the speech were: 

“I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. Today, we will see whether Republicans stand strong for the integrity of our elections.”

These words sound very typical of how political people speak and they clearly do not call for violence or insurrection.

I believe Liz Cheney voted her conscience but I also believe she needs to be voted out of office in the next primary election.

GOP Rep. will file for impeachment of Biden on day one

Georgia freshman Rep. Marjorie Greene (R) said on Wednesday she would file articles of impeachment against Joseph Robinette Biden on day one of his presidency. [H/T NewsmaxTV]

"I would like to announce on behalf of the American people, we have to make sure that our leaders are held accountable. We cannot have a president of the United States that is willing to abuse the power of the office of the presidency and be easily bought off by foreign governments, foreign Chinese energy companies, Ukrainian energy companies," Greene said.

"So on January 21st, I will be filing articles of impeachment on Joe Biden," she added.

Greg Kelly, host of the TV show, said the effort would have a slim chance of success since the House of Representatives is controlled by the Democrats. He asked Greene if the move was merely symbolic.

"Well, like I said, I'm a big believer of having people in office that are actually willing to do the job. And I can't imagine people in this country being so fearful of a future of a Biden presidency that they may be willing to commit violence like they did in the Capitol here in Washington, D.C.," the congresswoman said.

"We cannot have that, I do not condone that violence. The American people need hope," she explained. "They need to know that there are Republicans in Congress that are willing to stand up and fight for them, regardless of being in a minority, regardless of having all odds against us, against me, or against anyone in Congress. We have to hold people accountable."

Greene went on Twitter:

"On January 21, 2021, I'll be filing Articles of Impeachment against Joe Biden for abuse of power."

Her spokesperson told TheBlaze the following:

Rep. Greene simply wants to be a voice for the voiceless. American conservatives have been banned, censored, de-platformed and physically attacked. Unfortunately that removes hope from the people. Congresswoman Greene wants to defend these Americans and represent the Silent Majority.

Not everyone thinks Greene's plan is a good one, including many Republicans. Some have said that she's going after Biden in order to raise campaign funds and gain political points. Greene has also been criticized for previously supporting the QAnon conspiracy theory, which is crazy at its core. Google it.

Greene made the impeachment announcement the same day President Trump's second impeachment debates began.

Michigan state lawmakers call for a Whitmer impeachment hearing

The Michigan state lawmakers are calling for the impeachment hearings against Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Her office responded by ridiculing Republicans for not wearing masks that have recently been shown to be useless against contracting the coronavirus.

The Michigan state lawmakers are calling for Whitmer to be impeached for ignoring court orders that struck down coronavirus restrictions she demanded. The irony is that her husband attempted to use his status as Whitmer's emasculated husband to put his boat in the water while others were denied this luxury.

Republican state Rep. Matt Maddock [aka Mad Matt] along with several of his colleagues announced they are seeking to hold "impeachment hearings for Governor Whitmer" in the state House of Representatives, WXYZ-TV reports.

The social media post lists several reasons why the Republicans contend that Frau Whitmer should be impeached. The most obvious is the ignoring the court orders and due process and the legislature. They also point out that Whitmer was "using our kids as political pawns and denied special needs students who depend on the services that occur during in-person classes."

The Michigan Constitution provides the power of the state House of Representatives to impeach "civil officers for corrupt conduct in office or for crimes or misdemeanors."

In an attempt to toss the blame back on the GOP, Whitmer's office claim the governor "doesn't have any time for partisan politics or people who don't wear masks." In spite of the fact that the claims by the GOP have nothing to do with that but have everything to do with her blatant disregard for the law.

The statement made by Tiffany Brown, Whitmer's press secretary, claims:

"Governor Whitmer doesn't have any time for partisan politics or people who don't wear masks, don't believe in science, and don't have a plan to fight this virus. Right now, she is focused on saving lives. The governor will continue to work hard for all 10 million Michiganders. This is about Michigan vs. COVID-19. Governor Whitmer doesn't care if you're a Trump Republican or a Biden Democrat. We are all in this together,"

Actually, Whitmer cares a great deal if you are a Trump Republican or a Biden Democrat. In fact, that's all she cares about, but she still said, "Part of the problem throughout this pandemic has been that there's been so much partisanship around this public health crisis. Unfortunately, while we've done a lot of outreach with the Michigan legislature, Republican leaders have shown very little seriousness around this issue."

Yes, the partisanship came from the "Orange Man bad" mentality. The left went against everything Trump said, no matter what, and went after him for not wearing a mask when making speeches. 

Whitmer criticized Republicans for refusing to wear masks and said "they don't even know how to protect themselves." 

Recent Danish studies  have found that masks do not protect the wearer but may protect others from the wearer's droplets. However, there is the additional problem whereby most people do not know how to properly use a face mask. In fact, medical students have an entire class dedicated to its proper use. So masks are often rendered totally ineffective and Gov. Whitmer is wrong. 

The governor on Monday claimed she has the authority to issue a second stay-at-home order in response to surging coronavirus cases that have led to an increase of hospitalizations and deaths in the state. She also believes she has the authority to wage war and to make Michigan a country within a country.

New coronavirus restrictions will be put into effect Wednesday in her state. High schools and colleges must stop offering in-person classes, restaurants must end indoor dining, and entertainment businesses such as movie theaters, bowling alleys, and casinos must close for three weeks. Married couples may soon be forced to wear masks at home, including when they go to bed, go to the toilet and to throw out the garbage. Social distancing will be extended to 100 feet. 

Just kidding--she's an idiot. 

The Michigan Supreme Court previously ruled that the idiot's first coronavirus-related executive orders were "an unlawful delegation of legislative power to the executive branch in violation of the Michigan Constitution." The new restrictions came from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, not from the governor's office directly, potentially bypassing the court's order in a weasel move.

After the court ruled in October, Whitmer said she would use "alternative sources of authority" to implement coronavirus restrictions that "were not at issue" in the court's decision. She may need to call in the Michigan National Guard and force her will upon the residents of the state.

Unless they impeach her and kick her autocratic butt out of office.
