BREAKING: Hunter Biden charged with myriad federal crimes

Well, officials have finally officially moved ahead and indicted the President's drug and prostitute abusing son, Hunter, on a federal gun charge on Thursday out of Special Counsel David Weiss' investigation.

The worst son was charged with making a false statement [aka lying] when he bought a handgun; another false statement [aka another lie] about required information to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer; and one count of possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance such as crack cocaine, allegedly Hunter's drug of choice.

An original plea deal fell apart when the judge actually read what Hunter's defense was requesting. He was initially expected to plead guilty in July to a pair of misdemeanor tax counts regarding willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid prison time on a felony gun charge.

But now the most intelligent man alleged President Biden knows, has plead not guilty to two misdemeanor and one felony gun charge, and let the chips fall where they may.

Of course, this is a developing story so don't get your hopes up that anything resembling criminal justice will result from all of this nonsense. Kids, we live in a society where the elite have become judgment-proof while people who wear horns get significant jail time for trespassing.

Hunter Biden expected to be indicted soon, or so they say

We can believe it when it happens but not before. The Hunter Biden special council is seeking a new indictment on alleged President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden,

Federal prosecutors are apparently planning to ask a grand jury to indict Hunter by the end of this month, according to court documents filed Wednesday. While specific charges were not clear, it seems they are related to a gun possession charge while having a firearm while being an illicit drug user. He also lied on ATF Form 4473 in making the claim that he was eligible to own a firearm, and worst of all, he discarded the weapon in a dumpster like a common thug.

He has also been under investigation by federal prosecutors for his allegedly shady business dealings that probably involved his father, President Joe Biden, but that will probably not be in the court case because it looks bad for Joe who obviously doesn't need more help looking bad.

U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss, newly named a special counsel in the case, referred to a seeking an indictment before Sept. 29 in a status report required by Judge Maryellen Noreika, a Trump-appointed Democrat who symbolically peed in Hunter's "sweetheart" plea deal that his lawyers tried to sneak past her. See, there are good Democrats if you look hard enough.

Hunter originally pleaded guilty, but when Noreika smoked out the bull crap in the plea deal, he pleaded not guilty.

The deal contained an immunity clause against federal prosecutions for additional potential crimes but fell apart in July.

News of a possible new indictment comes as House Republicans claim that they are preparing for a likely impeachment inquiry of President Biden over unsubstantiated claims that he played a role in his son’s foreign business affairs during his time as vice president.

“If you look at all the information we have been able to gather so far, it is a natural step forward that you would have to go to an impeachment inquiry,” House Speaker Kevin McCarthy told Fox News recently.

Hunter, who has a history of photographing himself doing drugs, doing prostitutes, and speeding in his car, has all but said that he is untouchable. Meanwhile, he has been targeted by congressional GOPers for some reason. In fact, three House committees are investigating several lines of inquiry related to both Joe and Hunter Biden and are attempting to connect Hunter's financial shenanigans directly to his nearly brain-dead father, who recently acknowledged the fact that he has another grandchild as a result of his son being unable to keep his zipper zipped.

Alleged President Joseph Robinette Biden carefully walked along the White House lawn as reporters shouted questions at him regarding the 'ringer' who Attorney General Merrick Garland assigned to get Hunter Biden off the legal hook and back into the pool of prostitutes he so desperately misses now that the spotlight is shining on him. The 'ringer' is Attorney General David Weiss but Biden ignored the questions, as is his wont. 

Reporters wanted to know if Joe expects to be impeached by the House of Representatives and about Hunter's involvement in international business dealings as the president's bag man.

Joe flashed his vacant signature dentures at the cameras but did not stop to satisfy the press as he stiffly made his way toward Marine One and has set historic marks by his ongoing refusals from taking questions from the media. He did, however, appear on the Weather Channel for a softball interview at which time he got to touch the female interviewer's chest to supposedly remove an insect that landed there. [H/T Fox News]

Speaking of David Weiss, he's the prosecutor who had investigated Hunter's business dealings and brought charges against him in Delaware. He will be serving as "special counsel" in the "ongoing investigation and prosecutions referenced and described in United States v. Robert Hunter Biden, as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation."

That wording leaves open the possibility that additional Biden family members, including Babbling Biden, could be part of this investigation. 

When asked earlier in the day if "President" Biden is being investigated as part of the probe, a DOJ official refused to comment. But even if the Bidens are found culpable of any wrongdoing, not to worry--they are, like many folks in politics, above the law.
