Swalwell says he's running for CA gov. on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Swalwell had a spy in his eye

"Eric Swalwell, famous for more than simply dating a Chinese Communist spy, just announced he's running for governor of California on Jimmy Kimmel's failing comedy hour, because of course he did."

I need you to picture this: Fang Fang's favorite congressman waddles out on national television, gets a standing ovation from a room full of people who think "late night comedy" still means something, and declares that California, the greatest country in the world (his words, not mine), needs him to save it from... checks notes... affordable groceries and border enforcement.

"I love California. It's the greatest country in the world," the genius actually said, to thunderous applause from the same crowd that thinks $9 avocados are a human right.

He then launched into the standard Democrat fever dream about Californians "running through the fields where they work from ICE agents" which is apparently now the official party imagery instead of, say, the tent cities, feces promenades, rolling blackouts, and shoplifting flash mobs that define the Golden State in 2025.

And because nothing says "I'm ready to lead" like a late-night couch confession, he squeezed out this gem:
"I've been in these fights…but I'm ready to bring this fight home. So, I came here tonight, Jimmy, to tell you and your audience that I’m running to be the next governor of California.”
So, after years of auditioning to be the most annoying guy on the House floor, Eric "Let’s Nuke Gun Owners and Blast a Stinker"  Swalwell has decided the next logical step is to take his talents to Sacramento, where the real damage can be done.

His campaign video, naturally posted to X because that’s where serious people launch serious campaigns these days, promises that the number-one job of the next governor is to keep "the worst president in our history" out of California homes and streets.

"No one will keep Californians safer than I [and Chineses spies] will," he says in the video. "No one."

Eric, the bar is so low at this point that a houseplant could probably keep Californians safer than the current crew, but sure, tell me more about how the guy who got honey-potted by a Chinese spy is suddenly Mr. National Security.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Kimmel, still employed for reasons that can only be explained by Disney’s money-laundering division, grinned like he'd just been handed the nuclear codes and quipped: "The president is not going to like this show tonight." Then Jimmy held back tears of happiness after allegedly pulling out a nosehair.

But Trump already torched the whole operation on Wednesday:
'Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air? Why do the TV Syndicates put up with it? Also, totally biased coverage. Get the bum off the air!!!"
Preach, sir. Preach.

Bottom line is that California hasn't elected a Republican governor since Arnold was still terminating things on screen, and now Eric Swalwell thinks it's his turn to steer the Titanic after it's already hit the iceberg, sunk, and been turned into an underwater tourist attraction.

If this is the Democrats' idea of fresh blood, somebody check the expiration date, because this carton's been sitting in the sun since 2019 and like something else, Swalwell is very familiar with, it stinks.

Kathy Hochul says crime is down and GOP is lying to you: guess what

The 3 Stoogettes

Unelected Gov. Kathy Hochul's (D-NY) nose grew several inches on Friday after she claimed that Republicans, especially her political nemesis Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), were lying about the amount of crime eating away at New York over the past year. Zeldin is running against Hochul in the gubernatorial race on Nov. 8.

Hochul's lie came even as Democrat-friendly CNN showed statistics revealing that overall crime was up 31% from Oct. 2021 to Oct. 2022 in New York City.

“Because they’re being dishonest about it,” Hochul claimed when asked why GOP candidates are gaining grounds in polls while talking about crime. “They’re not having a conversation about real solutions.”

Democrat solutions is to allow criminals to walk out of custody, bail-free and in some cases, to lessen the charges and sentences.

While Hochul acknowledged that crime is a problem in New York City, she claimed that the real issue was the number of guns on the street and that Republicans were “tough on crime, but soft on guns.”

Yes, by taking guns away from people who are willing to turn them in [aka law abiding citizens] only criminals will have guns.

“That’s not going to give anyone any comfort,” Hochul said of the crime data. “It says we still have a problem, I understand that, but let’s talk about real answers and not just give everybody all these platitudes.”

She is an idiot to think that gun confiscation is going to reduce crime--just tell that to Paul Pelosi.

Obviously guns are not the only problem where crime is an issue.

Earlier this week, Hochul also accused Republicans of being “master manipulators” on the crime topic.

“They have this conspiracy going all across America to try to convince people in Democratic states they’re not as safe,” she claimed. “Well guess what? They’re not only election deniers, they’re data deniers. The data shows that murders and shootings in our state are down by 15%, down almost 20% on Long Island where Lee Zeldin lives.”

But Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams, Jamie Raskin, Kamala Harris [who said Trump was an illegitimate president as did Hillary], and others over the past ten years and more, are not supposed to be election deniers because?

The New York Post documented data that shows violence is surging in New York City, regardless of what Hochul says.

“…citywide murders last year were 67% higher than in 2017, and that, though they’ve fallen slightly this year, other crimes continue to soar,” The Post recently reported. “As of Sunday, rapes in Gotham were up 10.9% over last year, robberies 32.4%, grand larcenies 38.5% and car thefts 34.5%.”

If anything is to blame for the rise in crime, New York's bail reform law of 2019 stands out. It bans cash bail except for the “most serious misdemeanors and felonies.” Judges have no discretionary power to hold defendants based on their "perceived dangerousness," and Politico points out that they are required to use the “least restrictive means” of ensuring charged individuals return to court. Yeah, kind of like illegal aliens returning in a year or two for their hearing. Good luck with that.

Just days ago, a mother was killed in front of her young children by her estranged husband who was let out of jail without bail despite being arrested for beating her as seen in a video she had provided the court.

NV GOP gov. candidate shatters fundraising record: AOC blames it on inflation

A GOP candidate for Nevada governor destroyed tho old fundraising records for both parties and he did it without having to do it as a transgender woman. He's hoping to flip the state red and it's looking pretty good for the Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo.

Meanwhile, Democrats are saying that he raked in $3,100,000 only because the dollar lost its value for some reason.

Lombardo is one of nine GOPers fighting for the nomination, and since he announced his candidacy in late June, donations have been pouring in like migrants at the border.

New York Congresswoman and former mixologist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Socialist) said of Lombardo's record-breaking fundraising: "The only reason he got all of those dollars is because the dollar has lost its value. In real numbers he took in less than half. I know; I have a degree in economics from Boston University. If it wasn't for inflation, he'd have nothing to brag about."

The fundraising amount is record-breaking for a non-election year and has out-raised any Democrat or Republican with the aim of defeating and unseating Democrat Gov. Steve Sisolak. In the 2020 presidential election, Joe Robinette Biden Jr., defeated the incumbent Donald J. Trump in t

"I'm truly honored by the tremendous show of support my campaign has received so far," Lombardo told Fox News in a statement. "For far too long, Steve Sisolak and Nevada's radical, single-party state rule have failed us, and I think these numbers clearly reflect that Nevadans are ready for something new."

"To every Nevadan who is desperate for safer streets, better schools, and a stronger economy: Hold on, help is on the way," he continued. "My campaign is just getting started, and we're on the way to deliver true leadership in 2022. Together, this will be the year we take back our state!"

AOC reassured her Nevada Instagram followers that with her backing and sexual allure, there's no way a Constitution-clutching white guy with a gun can win the gubernatorial race, now that she has learned what gubernatorial means.

"And I know Joe Lombardo is only running because he wants to date me, and date me hard," the firebrand Latinx said.

Warren Wilhelm Jr. [aka Comrade Bill de Blasio] plans to run for NY governor

Among his accomplishments are: his ability to hide his wife's $800,000 of taxpayer money for ThriveNYC; his putting city workers out of work who refuse to abide by his COVID vaccine mandate; his miserable presidential campaign debacle; his support of the Sandinista National Liberation Front, a socialist Nicaraguan political party; and his height, Mayor Bill de Blasio [aka Warren Wilhelm Jr.] is reportedly planning to run in the New York 2022 gubernatorial election.

Two [anonymous] sources told this to the New York Post on Monday. But the sources do not know when the comrade mayor plans to make the announcement as he is winding down his final two months as a failed mayor in the Big Apple.

Speculation over a de Blasio run to fill in the big shoes of former Gov. Andrew Cuomo [aka Handy Andy] ramped up last week after Politico New York said that the 'Big Drink of Water'  had finalized forms for the creation of a candidate committee with the state Board of Elections.

De Blasio gave a Bidenesque response when asked in a Monday night interview with NY1’s Errol Louis about the committee — which doesn’t list his specific future political plans.

"They're asking about the $800 thousand. Where'd you hide it?"

Called “New Yorkers for a Fair Future,” de Blasio replied that the committee “is a vehicle that I’ll be using to get the message out about things we need to do differently in New York City and New York State.”

Without confirming a gubernatorial run, the commie mayor went on about his desire to help move the “state forward,” noting: “There’s a lot of things that need to be fixed in Albany,” like getting rid of capitalism and free speech.

“I’m really looking forward to getting into this bigger discussion about where this state is going,” he told Mr. Louis.

A third source told The Post that de Blasio has been ramping up his outreach to his socialist political allies about jumping into next year’s race. He would join New York Attorney General Letitia Jones, who called for Cuomo's indictment so the office would be vacant and she could jump in as a democratic challenger to incumbent, albeit unelected, Gov. Kathy Hochul. She took over as governor after Handy Andy was forced to resign over several sex scandals. However, he still gets to keep his Emmy Award for best actor.

If de Blasio somehow gets elected, the state will get exactly what they deserve, good and hard.

Andrew Gillum of CNN "inebriated" in Miami Beach hotel room with meth

Now I'm not saying Andrew Gillum, a Comedy News Network contributor and former Democratic gubernatorial candidate for Florida, was caught screwed up on methamphetamine the cops found in the hotel room in which he was screwed up in, but I am saying that Gillum has some 'splainin' to do.

The almost governor of Florida was found "inebriated" early Friday morning in a hotel room where meth was recovered with two other totally screwed up men who didn't know up from down when they were found by Miami Beach police.

Police were responding to an apparent drug overdose report when Gillum, 40, was also in the room at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach with the two other men. The cops arrived shortly after midnight.

“Officers then attempted to speak to Mr. Gillum,” an officer wrote in the incident report. "Mr. Giullum was unable to communicate with officers due to his inebriated state.”

In other words, he was stoned or drunk out of his gourd to the point where his speech was worse than Joe Biden's.

Paramedics responded a second time to the hotel to conduct a welfare check on Gillum, the report says.

“Fire Rescue stated that he was in stable condition and his vitals were normal,” the report says.

"I was in Miami last night for a wedding celebration when first responders were called to assist one of my friends,” Gillum claimed to a Miami Herald reporter. “While I had too much to drink, I want to be clear that I have never used methamphetamines," he also claimed.

He went on: "I apologize to the people of Florida for the distraction this has caused our movement. I’m thankful to the incredible Miami Beach EMS team for their efforts. I will spend the next few weeks with my family and appreciate privacy during this time."

The people of Florida don't need his apology. They didn't vote him into office, but it really came close and this guy could have become governor.

The incident report says that officers observed in plain sight three small clear plastic baggies containing suspected crystal meth on both the bed and floor of the room.

Gillum left the hotel and returned to his residence without incident, the report says.

“At this time the incident is not being investigated as a criminal matter,” Miami Beach Police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez told Fox News.

The person who suffered the drug overdose was identified in the police report as Travis Dyson, 30, not to be confused with James Dyson of vacuum cleaner fame.

The man who called police, Aldo Mejias, 56, told them that he gave Dyson his credit card to rent a room.

He told police, according to the report, that when he arrived in the room he discovered Dyson and Gillum under the influence of an unknown substance, but for sure, it could not have been meth because Gillum said it wasn't.

“Mr. Mejias observed Mr. Gillum inside of the bathroom vomiting,” the report says.

Gillum joined the Crappy News Network as a political commentator in January 2019.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment because they any network that employs Jim Acosta has nothing useful to say to the real media.

Gillum had served as mayor of Tallahassee and ran for governor in 2018. Luckily, he was defeated by Republican Ron DeSantis in a very close race.

He was investigated for ethics violations as mayor and basically seems to suck as a person, but makes a fine politician.

Fla. gov. race: Gillum's ties to anti-Semitic radicals more than first thought

"Woo!"
Andrew Gillum called Ron DeSantis a racist--no big surprise because that's basically the only thing Democrats have going, the race card. While DeSantis, has been a staunch supporter of Israel and promised to block Israel boycotts as Florida's governor, it was recently discovered that Gillum has even more ties to anti-Semitic groups than previously known.

Gillum has connections to several organizations that have sponsored anti-Israel events and promoted the BDS [Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions] movement against Israel. BDS is an anti-Semitic movement that wages economic war against the Jewish State. His ties to these groups are in stark contrast to his lies on the campaign trail where he attempted to distance himself from the most radical, anti-Zionist elements of the progressive movements.

One pro-BDS group, Dream Defenders, has publicly endorsed anti-Zionist Gillum, calling him one of the "most progressive" candidates in the country. This Florida-based advocacy group has emerged as a leader in the Black Lives Matter movement, supports efforts to abolish U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and is mixed in with backers of the BDS movement, which has made common cause with BLM.

Dream Defenders frequently criticizes Israel for perpetuating "genocide" of the Palestinians while the Palestinians commit homicide of Israelis. The group has led no less than "two delegations to Palestine," the newly created country claiming Israel as theirs.

"Palestine is the site of a continued settler colonial project, the state of Israel," the hate group writes on their website, using typical anti-Israel language used by anti-Semites to delegitimize Israel. "The colonial project was born out of a political ideology called Zionism, established in the late 19th century."

Except not in the Old Testament and honest history books.

And although Gillum says he is loosely affiliated with Dream Defenders, the group's founder, Phillip Agnew, considers Gillum "part of the movement."

On a 2016 trip, Dream Defenders employed convicted terrorist Mahmoud Jeddah as a tour guide. Jeddah was a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine--a U.S. designated terrorist organization [aka PFLP]. He spent 17 years in an Israeli prison for planting four hand grenades on a Jerusalem street, wounding nine pedestrians, non-combatants. He was eventually released in a prisoner swap.

Gillum also worked for over ten years at People for the American Way, of PFAW, a George Soros backed organization.

Gillum left PFAW in January 2017 and has gone on to sponsor at least one anti-Israel event alongside a pro-Palestinian organization called Samidouan. They advocate for imprisoned terrorists and is tied to the notorious terrorist group PFLP.

PFAW is one of many organizations supporting Samidoun's Global Day of Action, which took place in November 2017, to protest "against Walls of oppression from Palestine to the U.S.-Mexican border."

The anti-Israel rally protested "Israel's apartheid Wall on Palestinian land" and the "thousands of deaths every year" according to Samidoun propaganda.

Samidoun has also been accused of clouding its ties to the PFLP and has come under fire for defending Palestinain terrorists who have murdered Jewish civilians.

Hopefully, pro-Israel voters in Florida, with its large Jewish population, will see through the BS of Gillum and vote for DeSantis, a man who actually stands with Israel and its right to exist, and stands firmly against the BDS movement.

NY Dems slammed for campaign mailer implying Cynthia Nixon is anti-Semitic

The New York State Democratic Committee is catching hell from every direction for sending out campaign propaganda implying that gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon is anti-Semitic.

She was married to a Jewish man, Dann Mozes, before she came to know that men don't do it for her. Her two oldest children have strong Jewish ties and Nixon herself is an active member of Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, a LGBTQ synagogue in Manhattan.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily prove she isn't anti-Semitic, but there is no evidence she is, and there is evidence that she has no problems with her two Jewish children.

It's becoming increasingly clearer that the left has nothing of substance to run on, even against members of their own party. So they go to their one staple: identity politics.

The propaganda mailer they promulgated read, in part:
"With anti-Semitism and bigotry on the rise, we can't take a chance with inexperienced Cynthia Nixon."
It went on to claim that Nixon is against funding of yeshivas and also lied about her being "silent on the rise of anti-Semitism" and supporting the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.

It's one thing to have a history of strong support of Israel, as Andrew Cuomo [Nixon's competition], but to lie about something by making false anti-Semitic claims about someone, is not only wrong, it's the Democratic way of campaigning.

I despise Nixon's political views--I find socialism immoral and repugnant, but the Democrats keep showing their dirty side and voters in New York still vote along party line.

Cuomo denies any knowledge of the mailer and we all know that this is simply the other lie--the one coming after the lie about Nixon. Of course he is going to deny it because of the blowback the mailer received.

Fla. Dem. scores upset primary but targeted by city's corruption probe

It is said by many psychologists that people who are clinically depressed see much of everything in the world in hopeless, sad terms. People who are suffer from anxiety disorder see the world as a dangerous place.

It seems reasonable, therefore, to think that people who see everything in racial terms, believing everyone's statements they disagree with are racially motivated, are quite likely to be racists themselves.

Leftist Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, a Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez fan boy, just finished up with an upset victory in Florida's gubernatorial primary. His two socialist Economics 1.1 dropouts were glowing with praise for him, as he clashed with Trump-supported Rep. Ron DeSantis.

Gillum, however, is involved with a controversy of an FBI investigation over possible corruption in Tallahassee, in which he was mayor since 2014.

Of course Gillum denied any wrongdoing, just like Anthony Weiner denied tweeting to underage girls, claiming his Twitter account was hacked. [We all know how that turned out].

Gillum claims the FBI told him that he is not a focus of the investigation, and perhaps he's telling the truth--we shall see.

Rep. DeSantis who won the GOP nomination for the governorship Tuesday told Fox News, "This guy can't even run the city of Tallahassee. There is no way Florida voters can entrust him with our entire state."

Because as a socialist, Gillum will eventually run out of other people's money.

"With Andrew Gillum, Florida Democrats have selected a radical far-left politician who remains at the center of an FBI anti-corruption investigation," the Republican Governors Association said on primary day.

President Trump has thrown his support months ago to DeSantis and on Wednesday tweeted [believe it or not]. He accused Gillum of allowing "crime" and "many other problems" to flourish in Tallahassee. He didn't go into detail about those 'many other problems.'

"Not only did Congressman Ron DeSantis easily win the Republican Primary, but his opponent in November is his biggest dream ... a failed Socialist Mayor named Andrew Gilum who has allowed crime & many other problems to flourish in his city. This is not what Florida wants or needs!"

After the election, however, DeSantis made a comment that the Democrats jumped all over [in the race-labeling way they have].

DeSantis warned voters not to "monkey this up" by voting for a socialist.

You judge a man by his actions and his past. If DeSantis had a history of racism or racist remarks, well, then the Democrats might have a case--but DeSantis does not have a racial bias history.

The word 'monkey' was said to be a racially inflammatory word against blacks; and they might be correct if that was the intention DeSantis had. But it takes a racist like an Al Sharpton, for example, to see everything in racist terms.

The Democrats accused DeSantis of using "racist dog whistles" because Gillum is black. Even Gillum, who promises to bring the people together [as once did a president named Obama], asserted that the word was racially motivated.

The DeSantis campaign dismissed the claim his words had a racial dimension, saying that it's "absurd."

And with the diverse population of Florida, it would be foolishly absurd for DeSantis to alienate a large population of people of color--that would be political suicide. It therefore stands to reason that he never meant the term 'monkey up' to be racial in undertone, but probably meant 'muck up' but it sounded too close to the "F" word and his tongue skipped on past it and grabbed the closest word to describe how Gillum would muck up the state as he did the city.

If Gillum somehow pulls off a victory in the election, he would be the first black mayor and first socialist to muck things up in the state.

Dems clueless and leaderless

On MSNBC's "MTP Daily" a show over 100 people nationwide casually watch, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe was unable to name a single person in the Democratic Party who he considers the leader.

Instead, he skirted the question saying there are "many leaders of the Democratic Party." In other words, there are too many chiefs, not enough Native Americans [you know what I mean, Elizabeth Warren].

When pressed for one name, McAuliffe say he wouldn't, but what he really meant was that he couldn't name one person who is leading the Democrats and they are running around like the Keystone Kops.

"I'll say the governors who are leading their states, creating jobs, building infrastructure, building an education system that works."

Not President Trump--he gets no credit from McAuliffe.

But if Obama were still POTUS, he would be the one getting the credit for those accomplishments.

See how it works?

Chris Christie pitches for RNC head

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie wants the top job of the Republican National Committee (RNC). This is probably the best he's going to get, if he gets it, after two former associates were convicted on "Bridge Gate" involving the illegal closure of lanes entering the George Washington Bridge.

Christie had been the head of the Presidential Transition Team but was ousted in early November. Reince Priebus, left as head of the RNC to become Trump's White House Chief of Staff.

Gov. Christie insisted that he would finish out his term as governor, which ends on January 18, 2018. "For some reason, people think I'm equivocal about this, and I'm not . . . I will continue my term," he told the media.

Then he kind of did a Hillary: "Now, I said this on the radio last week and somebody said it was equivocal, because I said if the president of the United States comes to you and asks you to do something, you don't say no before they ask."

BREAKING: Kasich finally calls it quits

BREAKING: Current Ohio Gov. John Kasich was handed another humiliating defeat in yesterday's Indiana presidential primary.

Kasich, who never knows when to quit, not because he's a fighter, but because he never knows when to quit, collected a feeble 7.3 % of the Indiana vote, mostly from family members and close friends as well as a couple of people who felt sorry for him.

His family is not devastated because they had so much time to prepare for this humiliating defeat, a defeat at the hands of Donald J. Trump, a man who never ran for any public office and who never revealed any of his secret plans to make America great again.

Kasich will return as Governor of Ohio and do those immeasurable things he has done, and continues to do for that great state and for our nation. He will continue to speak as though he was making a speech, and many will continue to nod their heads or take a bathroom break.

Gilmore drops out of race as nation buys Valentine gifts

A collector's item
If you are shocked that former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore suspended his presidential campaign, you might be low on Haldol or some other anti-psychotic medication, but dropped out he did.

The GOP candidate was the only veteran among the other contenders but in spite of that, his polling was lower than a Bill Clinton moral decision in a room filled with naked female interns.

Gilmore's campaign just never got started, unless you consider the 12 votes he received in the Iowa caucuses and the 133 votes in New Hampshire a testimony to his viability as POTUS.

The fact that he stayed in the race beyond Iowa and New Hampshire is an example of just how egotistical one must be to run for the nation's highest office. Beneath the surface that we see, nobody is humble.

Gilmore promises to continue speaking out on behalf of the GOP and will continue taking shots at Hillary Clinton and socialist Bernie Sanders (pronounced "Sandahs").

"My campaign was intended to offer the gubernatorial experience, with the track record of a true conservative, experienced in national security, to unite the party. My goal was to focus on the importance of this election as a real turning point and to emphasize the dangers of continuing on a road that will further undermine America's economy and weaken our national security," Gilmore said.

With more time left on the clock, Gilmore continued: "Nonetheless, I will continue to express my concerns about the dangers of electing someone who has pledged to continue Obama's disastrous policies."

The only thing Jim Gilmore lacked was big personality status. He probably would have made a good president, but in order to do that, he needed to be electable.

Ding. Ding.

Your time is up, sir.
