CAIR is suing Texas over what??

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is suing the great state of Texas. While there are probably a few anti-Semites living there, as far as CAIR is concerned, there aren't enough. They want the entire state to be anti-Semitic.

But Texas flipped them off with legislation to ensure that it isn't anti-Semitic.

So CAIR has shown its true nature--viz., the scorpion in the pond.

Yes, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is announcing a lawsuit against the state of Texas for passing anti-BDS legislation last year.

The boycott, divest and sanction movement (BDS) against Israel aims to strangle the Jewish state economically while at the same time calls for the flooding of Palestinians into Israel to destroy the Jewish character of the state. If you don't believe this, ask Linda Sarsour and the Women's March movement or others who support BDS.

According to the definition of anti-Semitism by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance and officially adopted by the U.S. (along with 31 other nations), the BDS movement has been deemed to be an anti-Semitic movement.

The main reason anti-Semitism can be attributed to the BDS movement is because it "[applies] double standards by requiring of [Israel] a behavior not expected or demanded of by any other democratic nation."

There are no less than 100 land disputes across the globe that are not subject to “BDS” movements because they are not the land of the Jews.

In their lawsuit against Texas, CAIR says Texas’ anti-BDS legislation infringes upon their First Amendment rights. This is a BS claim, a non sequitur when one applies this accusation to its logical conclusion.

First we must ask: How is legislation against anti-Semitism an infringement on their rights? What CAIR actually means is that the lawsuit infringes on their rights to be anti-Semitic, which many believe is required by sharia [Islamic law].

While it is every individual’s right in the United States to hold and express their opinions no matter how disgusting they are (as long they do not lead to immediate violence), this is a far cry from an organ of the government expressing such views or acting in an illegal way by doing so.

In addition, the U.S. Constitution spells out clearly that it is illegal to discriminate based on religion. Thus, the United States government has made its legal opinion known on the worldwide scourge of anti-Semitism.

CAIR labels itself as a “Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization” and pretends to speak for all Muslims. A 2011 Gallup poll found that more than 88 percent of Muslims felt that CAIR does not represented their interests).

The truth is, CAIR speaks for Islamist supremacists – Muslims who believe that sharia law--which is not at all in alignment with the U.S. Constitution--should be enacted as a worldwide system of government.

In a press release announcing the Texas lawsuit, CAIR billed the BDS movement as a movement for Palestinian rights, [like the right to terrorize and kill Israelis] in spite of the Palestinians themselves who feel the movement only hurts them by destroying jobs they otherwise had with Israeli companies forced by the movement to relocate out of the disputed territories.

CAIR was designated as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror-funding trial in U.S. history. The trial found executives of the Holy Land Foundation guilty of funneling millions of dollars to Hamas in 2008. Despite a legal appeal launched by CAIR to have this status changed, the next year, a U.S. district court upheld CAIR’s designation as an unindicted co-conspirator because of “ample evidence” linking it to Hamas.

Never forget that fact.

Another fact: in November 2014, CAIR was designated as a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates along with other Muslim Brotherhood-linked entities.

Islamist anti-Semitism is as old as Islam itself. CAIR, along with other Islamists, have worked overtime to create a new strategy to introduce this long-standing bigotry into mainstream discourse, and in many U.S. universities and leftist culture, it's working.

They have done this through creating the “Islamophobia” narrative, which serves two purposes: First, it asserts that Muslims are victims of racism, in spite of the fact that Islam is not a race. But lately, the definition of racism has expanded, so take it for what it's worth.

Second, one of the worst things to be called in the West is a racist. Nobody wants to bear that title. And this is what the Islamophobia narrative tries to do.  By doing so, it immediately shuts off all criticism of Islamic ideology and the dialog is over.

Now that Islamists made Muslims out to be a privileged group because of their intersectional status as victims, they made alliances with other victim-status groups, such as the Women's March in the U.S. and the Yellow Vests in France.

Once Islamists established that that Muslims were a privileged group (because of their victimhood status), they went about making alliances with other victim-status groups, where anti-Semitism has become the rallying cry for grassroots political movements. Now the Yellow Vests and Women's March movements can  blame the country’s ills on the Jews, and it's easy to bring out this ancient canard as a rallying point.

CAIR’s latest tactic against the state of Texas should be exposed for what it really is: blatant anti-Semitism.

Women's Hypocrisy March starring Linda Sarsour

Here's a rich one: the leaders of the Women's March held a "vigil" to oppose anti-Semitism. That's like an alcoholic holding a vigil against drinking. And the Louis Farrakhan-loving leader of the march was Linda "Down-With-Israel-and-Them- Jews" Sarsour, good old rodent-face herself.

The real purpose of the Women's March wasn't actually to oppose anti-Semitism; that would be out of character of an organization that supports the Boycott Divest and Sanction [BDS] movement against the Jewish State.

The real purpose was to oppose the presidency of Donald J. Trump and score some points with the Democratic Party whose leaders fully stand with anti-Semites like Farrakhan, Sarsour, Tamika Mallory, Carmen Perez and Al Sharpton, just to name a few.

The Women's March conflated what really happened in this tweet:
"Today we are turning our grief to action with @jewishaction to send a clear message that these anti-semitic and xenophobic attacks can never happen again."
The attack on the Tree of Life synagogue had nothing to do with xenophobia, or the fear of strangers. That dilutes the anti-Semitic reason for the attack on Jews. By associating "anti-Semitism" with "xenophobia," it makes it sound as if the attack on the Jews was really about the campaign against people who want to stop out of control migration.

The organization followed up that tweet with a photo of Sarsour addressing the crowd:
"We've gathered outside the @WhiteHouse with @jewishaction and communities of faith to echo the call: #WeWillOutliveThem."
Then they supply a link to their livestream.

Notice how the @jewishaction isn't capitalized, but White House is. Interesting, isn't it?

Jewish Action is the organization telling President Trump to stay away from any memorial for the victims of the shooting in Pittsburgh until he denounces white supremacy. As if they actually feel saddened by the death of the eleven Jewish worshippers. Any organization that refuses to denounce Louis Farrakhan, a scumbag who incessantly spouts anti-Semitic sentiment, calls Jews "termites," and calls for the end of Israel, has no credibility with their call to end anti-Semitism--they nurture it.

Tamika Mallory, [mentioned above] has close connections to Farrakhan. She appeared at his Nation of Islam mosque and attended his "symposiums," where he preaches hatred against the Jewish people.

Mallory attended his recent "Savior's Day" celebration where the POS told his audience, "White folks are going down, and Satan is going down, and Farrakhan by G_d's grace has pulled the cover off of that Satanic Jew--and I'm here to say, your time is up."

Sarsour and Perez appeared at a Nation of Islam rally in 2015 and Sarsour addressed the crowd, praising the Palestinian people, calling them "brave," "oppressed" and "courageous," and spewing hatred about white supremacy and how "black liberation" will "liberate all of us,"--as if the past is the present and the laws never changed.

When asked why the Women's March didn't denounce Farrakhan, Perez told Refinery29, "In regards to Minister Farrakhan, I think that is a distraction. People need to understand the significant contributions that these individuals have made to Black and Brown people. There are no perfect leaders."

Right. Even Hitler had poor table manners and suffered flatulence.

The Anti-Defamation League says Farrakhan "has espoused anti-Semitism and racism for over 30 years as NOI leader," and has been the "leading anti-Semite in America" for years.

Even the Southern Poverty Law Center--a far left group by which most lefties judge non-profit organizations--have denounced "the deeply racist, anti-Semitic and anti-gay rhetoric" of Farrakhan and other NOI leaders, whose conduct "earned the NOI a prominent position in the ranks of organized hate."

So let them talk. Let Sarsour and her ilk denounce Trump and Israel then claim the president is anti-Semitic. If she can fool people into believing that she is not herself anti-Semitic, in spite of her anti-Zionist hatred and her words, then those she can fool are fools.
"Just in case it's not clear, I am unapologetically Palestinian-American and will always be unapologetically Palestinian-American. I am also unapologetically Muslim-American. And guess what? I am also a staunch supporter of the BDS movement. What other way am I supposed to be, as a Palestinian-American who's a daughter of immigrants who lived under military occupation and still has relatives in Palestine that live under military occupation? I should be expected to have the views that I hold."
She has called President Trump an anti-Semite and told Muslims to resist "humanizing" their "oppressors." She has praised the Muslim Brotherhood, a terrorist organization, and openly embraced "anti-Zionist" efforts that are against the state of Israel and the Jewish people.

This is why the Women's March changed its tune on Sunday and conflated anti-Semitism with "anti-xenophobic," connecting the shooter's obvious anti-Semitism to the issue of white supremacy and even retweeting comments by those who blamed Jewish leaders for the merciless killing of their own people.

NY Dems slammed for campaign mailer implying Cynthia Nixon is anti-Semitic

The New York State Democratic Committee is catching hell from every direction for sending out campaign propaganda implying that gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon is anti-Semitic.

She was married to a Jewish man, Dann Mozes, before she came to know that men don't do it for her. Her two oldest children have strong Jewish ties and Nixon herself is an active member of Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, a LGBTQ synagogue in Manhattan.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily prove she isn't anti-Semitic, but there is no evidence she is, and there is evidence that she has no problems with her two Jewish children.

It's becoming increasingly clearer that the left has nothing of substance to run on, even against members of their own party. So they go to their one staple: identity politics.

The propaganda mailer they promulgated read, in part:
"With anti-Semitism and bigotry on the rise, we can't take a chance with inexperienced Cynthia Nixon."
It went on to claim that Nixon is against funding of yeshivas and also lied about her being "silent on the rise of anti-Semitism" and supporting the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.

It's one thing to have a history of strong support of Israel, as Andrew Cuomo [Nixon's competition], but to lie about something by making false anti-Semitic claims about someone, is not only wrong, it's the Democratic way of campaigning.

I despise Nixon's political views--I find socialism immoral and repugnant, but the Democrats keep showing their dirty side and voters in New York still vote along party line.

Cuomo denies any knowledge of the mailer and we all know that this is simply the other lie--the one coming after the lie about Nixon. Of course he is going to deny it because of the blowback the mailer received.

Anti-Semite Jeremy Corbyn condemned for describing creation of Israel as 'racist'

British Labor Leader called for his party to adopt a personal statement which would have permitted anti-Semite activists to describe "Israel, its policies or the circumstances around its foundation as racist."

Corbyn seems to have read the Quran but obviously didn't read the Old Testament.

The anti-Semite said that he doesn't believe it's anti-Semitic to describe the creation of Israel as racist in a move which has cause even greater fractions with the Jewish community.

The human garbage heap Labor Leader was overruled by the party's ruling body, which chose to accept the international definition of anti-Semitism in full while still acknowledging the right of anti-Semitic so-called Palestinians to free speech.

He was widely condemned by Jewish groups who said that Corbyn is part of the problem not the solution.
