White lives also matter: Miami Beach spring breakers face murder charges

If she was Black and murdered by White men, all the Leftist media would be on this case like wet on water or stupid on Cuomo. But Christine Englehardt wasn't Black and so it wasn't a big enough deal to say much about it, if anything was said at all.

Two Black men from North Caroline are accused of drugging and raping the 24-year-old tourist during spring break in Miami Beach this year and are facing first-degree murder charges.

Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 25, both from Greensboro, were found to be responsible for the March 18 fentanyl-induced death of Ms. Englehardt and they remain in a Miami jail awaiting trial.

Englehardt is from Richboro, PA.

Englehardt met the young Black men while visiting South Beach and went with them to her room at the Albion Hotel, prosecutors said, before she later was found dead.

A three-page grand jury report accuses the pair of killing Englehardt with their "unlawful distribution of fentanyl" while committing sexual battery and burglary. The men allegedly took Englehardt's credit cards and made illegal purchases at SOBE Liquors and the Sugar Factory. [They may claim they found her credit cards and I have a unicorn petting zoo.] Both men were seen on surveillance video as they entered the hotel with the victim and later leaving without her.

Collier eventually confessed to giving Englehardt a "green pill" and that they sexually assaulted her in the hotel room as she lay unconscious. Such gentlemen they are.

It was determined by the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner that the "green pills" were "rapidly fatal" fentanyl [likely supplied by the Communist Chinese government]. Her blood alcohol level when she died was almost 0.2%, about three times the legal limit to drive.

In July, the ME said she died from 'prone positioning' while "under the influence of fentanyl and ethanol," People Magazine reported.

"Although the concentration of fentanyl detected is fatal, a component of positional asphyxia, with her face pressed down into soft bedding as a result of physical restraint and/or chemical impairment to facilitate sexual assault, cannot be excluded," the medical examiner stated at the time.

But Collier’s attorney, Phil Reizenstein, told the Miami Herald he's "stunned" by the murder indictment. Yes, we are all stunned they allegedly raped and drugged a young woman and allegedly caused her death. Totally stunned, Phil.

He argues that the medical examiner found Englehardt had ingested so many different drugs that it was nearly impossible to pin down what caused her death. So he's arguing that all they did was give her drugs and rape her then diddybop on down the line as they left her there.

A second charge of first-degree murder was added to Taylor by the grand jury for supplying fentanyl to Walter Riley, 21, from Chicago. He was found unconscious on a nearby street and later died on March 20, just two days after Englehardt's death.

Woman found dead in Miami Beach hotel: 2 males caught on video and now in custody

L-R: Christine Englehardt, Evoire Collier and Dorian Taylor

A young woman, Christine Englehardt, 24, was drugged, raped and found dead in her room in a Miami Beach hotel on March 18th.

Englehardt’s Facebook page describes herself as the assistant manager at Jules Thin Crust, a pizza shop in Philadelphia.

The young woman was found semi-naked at the Albion Hotel on South Beach Thursday after she had been drugged and raped allegedly by Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, both from Greensboro, North Carolina.

The two Black men were arrested Monday on charges that they drugged and raped Ms. Englehardt and stole her credit cards, police reports cited to the New York Post.

Both men were caught on surveillance footage entering the Albion Hotel with Ms. Englehardt, who was observed to be impaired, at around 1 a.m. on Thursday, police said.

Investigators are still trying to determine whether the victim’s death was due to an overdose from a pill allegedly supplied by the men. If that’s the case, the two could also potentially face manslaughter or murder charges, the Miami Herald reported.

The national legacy media (CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NY Times) has yet to report the incident, although NBC Miami did report it.

A half-hour after arriving at the hotel, the two men were seen leaving without the woman, according to NBC Miami.

Collier has now been arrested and appeared at a bond hearing on Monday, March 22.

During the bond hearing, Collier's sister pleaded with the judge saying he has never been in trouble before.

His sister said: "I’m severely bewildered by these charges and accusations against him, but I can attest for his character and I can attest for the responsibility of him standing trial for whatever charges.

"If you please let my brother come home and let our family handle the situation appropriately, we will do whatever is necessary that Miami-Dade County asks of us."

A Miami Beach detective testified during the bond hearing that Collier said he believed a green pill given to Christine Englehardt was the pain reliever Percocet. Evidently, all the pair planned to do was beat and rape her.

Dorian Taylor, 24, is the second man arrested in connection with the death of Englehardt. He is charged with sexual battery, burglary with battery, theft, and credit card fraud.

If investigators believe that a drug the men supplied to her contributed to her death, Taylor could possibly face manslaughter or murder charges alongside Collier.

During Monday’s bond hearing, Miami Beach Detective Luis Alsina testified that Englehardt was staggering so badly that Taylor had to prop her up as they entered the hotel.

Alsina said: “The defendant was holding her from behind, holding her by the neck so she could stand.”

Ms. Englehardt's father told NBC Miami that his daughter traveled alone to Florida.

During a Monday bond hearing, a prosecutor said that Englehardt was so intoxicated while she was at the hotel that she could not give consent to either of the accused men who allegedly drugged her.

Judge Mindy Glazer said in court: “The victim couldn’t even pick up the phone to call the police or 9-1-1 after they did what they did to her."

Englehardt's cause of death is pending along with a toxicology report.

GoFundMe page has been set up to help her family cover funeral expenses.

"Anyone who knows this beautiful girl knows that she had the biggest heart there was and her laugh was nothing short of memorable," the page says. "She would do anything for a person in need and was always fun to be around no matter what."

Andrew Gillum of CNN "inebriated" in Miami Beach hotel room with meth

Now I'm not saying Andrew Gillum, a Comedy News Network contributor and former Democratic gubernatorial candidate for Florida, was caught screwed up on methamphetamine the cops found in the hotel room in which he was screwed up in, but I am saying that Gillum has some 'splainin' to do.

The almost governor of Florida was found "inebriated" early Friday morning in a hotel room where meth was recovered with two other totally screwed up men who didn't know up from down when they were found by Miami Beach police.

Police were responding to an apparent drug overdose report when Gillum, 40, was also in the room at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach with the two other men. The cops arrived shortly after midnight.

“Officers then attempted to speak to Mr. Gillum,” an officer wrote in the incident report. "Mr. Giullum was unable to communicate with officers due to his inebriated state.”

In other words, he was stoned or drunk out of his gourd to the point where his speech was worse than Joe Biden's.

Paramedics responded a second time to the hotel to conduct a welfare check on Gillum, the report says.

“Fire Rescue stated that he was in stable condition and his vitals were normal,” the report says.

"I was in Miami last night for a wedding celebration when first responders were called to assist one of my friends,” Gillum claimed to a Miami Herald reporter. “While I had too much to drink, I want to be clear that I have never used methamphetamines," he also claimed.

He went on: "I apologize to the people of Florida for the distraction this has caused our movement. I’m thankful to the incredible Miami Beach EMS team for their efforts. I will spend the next few weeks with my family and appreciate privacy during this time."

The people of Florida don't need his apology. They didn't vote him into office, but it really came close and this guy could have become governor.

The incident report says that officers observed in plain sight three small clear plastic baggies containing suspected crystal meth on both the bed and floor of the room.

Gillum left the hotel and returned to his residence without incident, the report says.

“At this time the incident is not being investigated as a criminal matter,” Miami Beach Police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez told Fox News.

The person who suffered the drug overdose was identified in the police report as Travis Dyson, 30, not to be confused with James Dyson of vacuum cleaner fame.

The man who called police, Aldo Mejias, 56, told them that he gave Dyson his credit card to rent a room.

He told police, according to the report, that when he arrived in the room he discovered Dyson and Gillum under the influence of an unknown substance, but for sure, it could not have been meth because Gillum said it wasn't.

“Mr. Mejias observed Mr. Gillum inside of the bathroom vomiting,” the report says.

Gillum joined the Crappy News Network as a political commentator in January 2019.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment because they any network that employs Jim Acosta has nothing useful to say to the real media.

Gillum had served as mayor of Tallahassee and ran for governor in 2018. Luckily, he was defeated by Republican Ron DeSantis in a very close race.

He was investigated for ethics violations as mayor and basically seems to suck as a person, but makes a fine politician.
