ISIS inspired to attack NYC Jewish Center, a Pakistani national enters surprising plea

A Pakistani national charged with plotting an ISIS-inspired terrorist attack on a Jewish center in New York City pleaded guilty on Wednesday, federal prosecutors said.

Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, a 21-year-old Pakistani citizen living in Canada, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to commit acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries. The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.

Khan was arrested while attempting to illegally enter the United States through the northern border. He planned to inflict significant casualties, according to the Department of Justice. “Khan planned a mass shooting at a Jewish center in New York City, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the October 7th Hamas attacks, with the explicit goal of killing as many Jews as possible,” Assistant Attorney General for National Security John A. Eisenberg said.

Khan considered Brooklyn’s large Jewish population as the “perfect” venue for his attack, authorities said, and claimed his plan could have resulted in the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil since September 11.

“Muhammad Shahzeb Khan intended to come to New York City and carry out an ISIS-inspired act of terror against our city’s Jewish community,” NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch said. “The NYPD, in close coordination with our federal partners, was able to stop this dangerous plot before it could become a devastating attack.”

Investigators began tracking Khan in November 2023 after he posted ISIS propaganda videos on social media and openly expressed support for the terror group, according to authorities. Prosecutors said Khan began plotting terrorist attacks in the United States, sharing specific details with two individuals he didn’t know were undercover law enforcement officers. During those exchanges, Khan told an undercover officer he had a U.S.-based associate and planned to use AR-style assault rifles in an unidentified city to “target Israeli Jewish chabads,” prosecutors said.

About a year later, authorities say Khan shifted his focus to a Jewish religious center in Brooklyn, hoping to carry out his attack around the first anniversary of the Hamas-led October 7 terror attacks against Israel.

On social media, Khan encouraged what he believed were co-conspirators to acquire AR-style rifles and hunting knives to “slit their throats.”

A month before the planned attack, Khan attempted to cross the U.S.-Canada border with the help of a human smuggler. Authorities arrested Khan near Ormstown, Canada, approximately 12 miles from the border.

Khan is set to be sentenced on August 12.

This case is a stark reminder of the persistent threat posed by Islamist extremism, even in its apparently foiled manifestations. A young man, radicalized through the familiar channels of online propaganda, crossed borders and oceans in his mind, if not yet fully in body, to pursue the murder of Jews in the very heart of a great American city. The target was not random. It was chosen with precision, timed with malice to mark the anniversary of the October 7 massacre, and animated by the explicit desire to kill as many Jews as possible. That such hatred finds fertile ground among certain communities, and that it can travel so easily across continents, should trouble anyone who still believes that integration and modernity have tamed the older, darker impulses of religious totalitarianism. The authorities acted swiftly and effectively here. Yet the plot itself reveals once again how the ideology of jihad, with its insatiable appetite for Jewish blood, continues to seek new theaters in the West, undeterred by distance, law, or the decency of the societies it seeks to wound.

BREAKING: Shocker--Multiple shootings in a gun-free zone in Brooklyn, for some reason

Possibly two or more shooters shot numerous people in Brooklyn, NY in a gun-free zone [aka shooting gallery]. For some reason, bad people with guns refuse to follow the law. The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. on Franklin Avenue, in the Crown Heights section.

Law enforcement discovered about 36 gun casings were found and will be inspected for fingerprints as nobody has yet been taken into custody.

We know that there are at least three people who have died and dozens injured. The shootings took place at or near a hookah bar, which is historically populated by Muslims, but still we have no information as to the shooters and their victims, for some reason.

The CCTV footage has shown the suspects but the city refuses to release any information about them. For some reason, this is sensitive information.

Social Democrat [aka socialist] Zohran Mamdani has yet to address the shooting for some reason. He is running for mayor and had promised to keep citizens informed, but perhaps he forgot his vow.

It's obvious the left will call for stricter gun laws, in spite of the strictest gun laws on the books in New York City. They will blame the guns, not the shooters. The goal for the left is to ban all guns except for police and security details for politicians.

Alleged anti-Israel arsonist accused of torching 11 NYPD cars arrested by feds: source

The feds nabbed a 21-year-old "Free Palestine" firebug, Jakhi Lodgson-McCray, on Monday after a month-long manhunt for allegedly turning a Brooklyn NYPD parking lot into a fiery graveyard of 11 squad cars, law enforcement sources told The Post. The June 12 blaze racked up a cool $800,000 in damages, and this wasn’t his first dance with chaos.

Lodgson-McCray, a repeat offender with a rap sheet screaming protest antics, strolled into federal custody and is set to face a judge later Monday, sources said. The NYPD had been hot on his trail, plastering his mug across the city and dangling a $30,000 reward for anyone who could pin him down.

"We have him on video for about 40 minutes prior to the incident. He is by himself, and, like I said, a substantial video canvass after the fact, where we track him all the way back to Manhattan," NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said last month, painting a picture of a lone arsonist slinking through the night.

But torching cop cars wasn’t enough for this guy. Cops say Lodgson-McCray, already a known face in the protest scene, also trashed a Columbia University statue during a wild September rally. "He’s also wanted for a criminal mischief incident in Columbia University back in September, where he disguised himself as a student and caused over $1,000 of damage to a statue on the campus," Kenny said. "We believe, based on his social media, that he’s very active in the protest community, involving the Free Palestine movement."

The scumcrumpet is no stranger to cuffs. His arrest record kicks off in January 2023, with busts for resisting arrest at an anti-ICE protest and a string of other stunts, like burning a flag at a city embassy and raising hell at anti-Israel demos. Surveillance footage even caught him slipping into a bodega after allegedly setting the NYPD cars ablaze, cool as you like. Those 11 torched vehicles are going to cost taxpayers at least $800,000 to replace, the NYPD reports. Just another day in the life of New York’s protest underworld.

DOJ starts criminal investigation into NY AG Letitia "I'm Coming for Trump" James

The Department of Justice is diving headfirst into a spicy criminal investigation of New York’s Attorney General Letitia James, and it’s got all the makings of a political cage match. 

A source with the inside track says a grand jury in Virginia’s Eastern District is slinging subpoenas like bowls of hash, zeroing in on claims that James played fast and loose with the truth about a single-family home in Virginia. Allegedly, she called it her “primary residence” to snag sweeter loan terms. Shady? Maybe. 

But wait, there’s more! The feds are also sniffing around another accusation: James supposedly puffed up the number of livable units in a Brooklyn multifamily property to, you guessed it, score better loan rates. If this smells like déjà vu, it’s because James built her career accusing others of the same financial sleight-of-hand--can you say Donald Trump?

The plot thickens with a criminal referral from William Pulte, Trump’s pick to lead the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Pulte’s not messing around—he’s the one who waved the red flag and told the DOJ to take a hard look at James. 

This all comes hot on the heels of James being the legal thorn in Trump’s side, leading the charge that made him the first U.S. president branded a felon. Remember that case? James went after Trump and his organization, claiming they fudged business records to cozy up to lenders. The result: 34 felony counts, a $350 million fine, and Trump’s still fighting the conviction like it’s a cage match.

Now, James’ attorney, Abbe Lowell, is swinging back, and he’s not pulling punches. “These baseless and long-discredited allegations, put to rest by my April 24 letter to the Department of Justice, are suddenly back in the news just days after President Trump publicly attacked Attorney General James,” 

Lowell sneered. He’s calling this a political hit job, straight-up “retribution” from Trump, despite U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi’s promise to the Senate that the DOJ wouldn’t be weaponized. Lowell’s ready to throw down, saying, “If prosecutors are genuinely interested in the truth, we are prepared to meet false claims with facts.”

Lowell’s not done. He fired off a letter to Bondi, accusing Trump of turning the DOJ into his personal vengeance machine. “The stunning hypocrisy of President Trump’s complaint that the Justice Department had been ‘politicized’ and ‘weaponized’ against him is laid bare as he and others in his administration are now asking you to undertake the very same practice,” Lowell wrote, probably while sipping a coffee laced with righteous indignation. He’s got receipts, too, pointing to Trump’s public jabs at James and calls for revenge.

On the Virginia home fiasco, Lowell’s got an explanation, albeit a questionable one: James never meant to call it her primary residence. A power-of-attorney letter saying otherwise? Just a clerical oopsie, he claims, backed by other documents where James told her lender the truth. 

As for the Brooklyn property, Lowell says Pulte’s leaning on an outdated 2001 certificate of occupancy, ignoring updated records that list the place as a four-unit multifamily residence. Sounds like a paperwork food fight, but the stakes are high.

Here’s the kicker: James has been a ringleader among Democratic AGs suing to block Trump’s agenda since he kicked off his second term. So, is this investigation legit, or is it Trump settling scores with the woman who slapped him with a historic conviction? 

Either way, the DOJ’s wading into a swamp of accusations, counterclaims, and enough political bad blood to fill a miniseries. Grab the popcorn—this one’s gonna get uglier before it’s over.

NYPD ups synagogue security before Passover holiday and surge of anti-Semitic hate crimes

As the festival of Passover looms on the horizon, the New York Police Department finds itself compelled to bolster its ranks around synagogues and Jewish institutions throughout the sprawling metropolis. The reason? A chilling surge in anti-Semitic hate crimes, which now constitute a staggering 62% of all such offenses in the city—a statistic that ought to make any decent person’s blood run cold.

NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch, with a resolve that echoes through her words, has vowed to shield the Jewish community from this rising tide of malice. “No one should feel afraid to worship. No community should feel like a target,” she declared, laying out a plan of intensified patrols, a conspicuous police presence, and close collaboration with community leaders throughout the holiday. It’s a promise that carries the weight of necessity, for the alternative—a city where fear dictates faith—is unthinkable.

Deputy Inspector Gary Marcus of the Hate Crimes Task Force minced no words in calling anti-Semitism “the single largest category of hate” in New York. The numbers bear out his grim assessment: 2024 saw a 7% uptick in anti-Jewish incidents, with 345 cases staining the city’s record, a trend that has stubbornly persisted into 2025. But it’s not merely the quantity that alarms—it’s the sheer audacity and savagery of these acts.

Consider the Brooklyn woman, struck in the face at a subway station as her assailant shrieked, “You dirty Jew, I hate all of you.” Or the Jewish teenager in Manhattan, hurled to the ground by a pack of peers spewing antisemitic venom. Then there are the repeated desecrations—swastikas and hateful graffiti defacing synagogues and Jewish schools in Queens and the Upper East Side. 

These are not mere statistics; they are wounds inflicted on a community, verbal daggers, physical blows, and symbolic outrages that demand our attention.

The Jewish population of New York, a city that prides itself on its diversity, now finds itself gripped by a creeping dread. To walk to synagogue or don attire that marks one’s faith is to invite peril, unless it's a hijab—a reality that should shame us all. 

The NYPD, to its credit, has called on the public to stay watchful, to report anything that smacks of threat or suspicion. Meanwhile, voices from within the community demand more—education to uproot ignorance, laws with teeth to punish the perpetrators.

With Passover just days away, the NYPD insists this heightened security is no mere show. It’s a clarion call, a line in the sand: New York will not abide antisemitism. And yet, one cannot help but wonder—how has it come to this? In a city that fancies itself a beacon of tolerance, the shadows grow long indeed.

Jew hating pro-Hamas protestors get violent in New York's largest Jewish community

A group of Jew hating demonstrators infiltrated the Orthodox Jewish neighborhood of Brooklyn's Borough Park [known colloquially as Boro Park] and unleashed violence and chaos, as seen in video and reports. The neighborhood is home to more than 600,000 Jewish people with more than 300 synagogues.

Several fights broke out as the agitators chanted, "Zionists go to hell," and waved Palestinian flags.

The protest was led by the anti-Semitic "Pal-Awda" activist cretins, who said they were flooding Borough Park to demonstrate against the sale of "stolen Palestinian land," according to the group’s Instagram account. They said they were targeting an event that was selling real estate in Israel.

Of course the attack by these slime-buckets comes on a day when it was announced the Bibas children and mother died as hostages of the terrorists Pal-Awda supports.

The Times of Israel reported that the crowd separated into 3 parts. The anti-Israel protesters and a group of pro-Israel counter-protesters gathered inside opposing barricades on the street while a crowd of Jewish residents watched from the opposite sidewalk. 

There was a heavy police presence who mainly pulled people off of each other with only one arrest of a 42-year-old terrorist supporter who punched a 61-year-old man in the face. The man was treated at the scene by EMS.

Footage also shows a large knife on the ground. Police said they were not aware of the knife being used in any attack.

"How many kids did you kill today?" the anti-Israek protesters chanted to the beat of a snare drum, the Times of Israel reported. A better question might have been: "How many human targets did you use in Gaza for your propaganda bull crap?"

Some flashed their middle fingers [after removing them from their nose] at the Jewish pedestrians while children on their way home from local yeshivas [Jewish schools] watched from their school bus windows, the outlet reported.

"Settlers settlers go back home, Palestine is ours alone," the Jew haters yelled. Of course, they lack historical credence about this claim, while the Jews have lived in Israel thousands of years before Islam was created by a terrorist named Mohammad.

Counter-protesters waved Israeli flags and some carried MAGA flags and signs, which tells you how much religious Jews believe President Trump is a Nazi.

The Pal-Awda supporters were blasted online by Rep. Ritchie Torres, (D-NY) who represents parts of the Bronx and one of the few Democrats who supports Israel.

"It should come as a shock to no one that the pro-Hamas mob targeting Jews and promising to ‘flood’ Boro Park has descended into violence," he posted to X Tuesday night.

"Violence is not a bug but a feature of the so-called ‘Free Palestine’ movement, which has no desire to free Palestinians from Hamas."

Violence has for centuries been a feature of Islamic conquest, and no one should be afraid to point that out.

Former CIA engineer who gave Wikileaks "Vault 7" secrets, sentenced to 40 years

Note that some of what is written here is meant as sarcasm, snark, and my opinion about the guy. It should be easily recognizable to those of you who read Brain Flushings.

Joshua Schulte, 35, is a former CIA software engineer who provided Wikileaks with a treasure trove of stolen CIA secrets that was released to the public in 2017. It is described as the biggest theft of classified information in CIA history. 

He was sentenced in Manhattan federal court on Thursday and will serve only 40 years in prison.

But along with the classified information, Schulte was also found to be in possession of child sexual abuse images and videos, making him not only a traitor, but a pile of human garbage. 

"We will likely never know the full extent of the damage, but I have no doubt it was massive," Judge Jesse M. Furman said as he announced the sentence.

The so-called Vault 7 leak exposed how the CIA hacked Apple and Android smartphones in overseas spying operations, and efforts to turn internet-connected televisions into listening devices. 

Prior to his arrest, Schulte had helped create the hacking tools as a coder at the agency's headquarters in Langley, Virginia. So he learned to code but perhaps should have been a coal miner and would have avoided the incarceration. Oh wait, he still would have been busted for the child porn.

In requesting a life sentence, Assistant U.S. Attorney David William Denton Jr. asked for a life sentence. He said Schulte was responsible for "the most damaging disclosures of classified information in American history."

Given a chance to speak, Schulte complained mostly about harsh conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, calling his cell, "my torture cage." 

Boo-freaking-hoo.

The traitor also claimed that prosecutors had once offered him a plea deal that would have called for a 10-year prison sentence and that it was unfair of them to now seek a life term. He said he objected to the deal because he would have been required to relinquish his right to appeal. It looks as if he chose the wrong door and won the booby prize.

"This is not justice the government seeks, but vengeance," the piece of human excrement whined.

Immediately after sentencing, the judge criticized some of Schulte's half-hour of remarks, saying he was "blown away" by Schulte's "complete lack of remorse and acceptance of responsibility."

The judge said Schulte was "not driven by any sense of altruism," but instead was "motivated by anger, spite and perceived grievance" against others at the agency who he believed had ignored his complaints about the work environment and lack of child porn access.

Furman said Schulte continued committing crimes from behind bars by trying to leak more classified materials and by creating a hidden file on his computer that contained 2,400 images of child sexual abuse that he continued to view from jail. 

I don't know about you, but I'm all in for the death sentence for people who commit and support child sexual abuse if it can be clearly proven.

During a two-hour proceeding, Furman noted a one-page letter the government had forwarded from CIA Deputy Director David S. Cohen, who described Schulte's crimes as causing "exceptionally grave harm to U.S. national security and the CIA."

Cohen added: "His actions cost the Agency hundreds of millions of dollars; degraded its ability to collect foreign intelligence against America's adversaries; placed directly at risk CIA personnel, programs, and assets; and jeopardized U.S. national security by degrading the CIA's ability to conduct its mission. In short, Mr. Schulte's actions inflicted heavy costs on the United States."

A mistrial was declared in 2020 at Schulte's original trial after the jury was deadlocked on the most serious counts, including illegal gathering and transmission of national defense information. 

He was convicted at a July 2022 trial of charges in connection with the classified leak.

Last fall, he was convicted in the case over the child sexual abuse images, which originated when a computer that Schulte possessed after he left the CIA and moved to New York from Virginia was found to contain the images and videos that he had downloaded from the internet from 2009 to March 2017.

Of the 40-year sentence, Furman said the bulk of it was for the CIA theft while six years and eight months of it were for the convictions over the child sexual abuse materials.

In a statement afterward, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said Schulte "betrayed his country by committing some of the most brazen, heinous crimes of espionage in American history. When the FBI caught him, Schulte doubled down and tried to cause even more harm to this nation by waging what he describe as an 'information' war' of publishing top secret information from behind bars."

Meanwhile, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange remains in Britain, where he has battled the courts for years to avoid being sent to the U.S., where he faces 17 charges of espionage and one charge of computer misuse.

U-Haul intentionally plows into 8 NYC pedestrians, 1 dead

A 62-year-old man drove a U-Haul truck through the streets of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn where he intentionally plowed into people on Monday, killing a 44-year-old person and seriously injuring 7 others. The police pursuit lasted miles through the streets but he was finally stopped when the vehicle was pinned by police near the entrance of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel that connects Brooklyn to Manhattan.

Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell described it as a "violent rampage," but said there was no evidence of "terrorism involvement."

The driver, Weng Sor, has a history of violent behavior, but it isn't known if he knows karate.

Sor rented the U-Haul in Florida on Feb. 1st and drove it to New York where he used it as a deadly weapon and then led the cops on a 3 mile chase until he was finally caught. 

His son, Stephen Sor, 30, said that his father has a lengthy history of mental illness and had been living in Las Vegas until recently. He had been convicted and served time for multiple acts of violence, including stabbing his own brother."Very frequently he'll choose to skip out on his medications and do something like this," Stephen Sor said in an interview outside his Brooklyn home. 

"This isn't the first time he's been arrested. It's not the first time he's gone to jail."

The late morning attack was reminiscent of the 2017 vehicle attack in lower Manhattan on the West Side Highway bike path that killed 8 people and injured 20 others. That attack was carried out by an Islamic jihadi named Sayfullo Saipov who was recently convicted on all 28 counts and is awaiting to find out if he will receive the death penalty.

The first report of the attack into pedestrians and cyclists came in at 10:30 a.m., police said. Other reports of the lunatic followed as he drove through a crowded section of Brooklyn, just north of the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge.

One witness, Katherine Aronova, said she saw the U-Haul run a red light, hit a delivery worker on an e-bike in the middle of the road and drag him a short distance.  "His face was covered with blood. He was unconscious," and his shoes were scattered on the sidewalk, she said. "The electric bicycle was destroyed completely."

A security camera captured the truck hitting a scooter, swerve onto a sidewalk and nearly struck a pedestrian, who dived to safety just in time. 

A police patrol car chased the truck down the sidewalk at high speed. One cop who responded to the incident was among the injured.

After Sor was capture, the vehicle was examined for explosives and found none.

Sor rented the truck in West Palm Beach, Florida on Feb. 1 and was due to return it there on March 3, U-Haul spokesperson Jeff Lockridge said. He provided a valid driver's license and paid for a 30-day rental in advance. U-Haul had no record of Sor previously renting from the company, Lockridge said.

Stephen Sor said he was surprised when Weng Sor showed up in Brooklyn in the middle of the night about a week ago. He said they didn't speak often and described their relationship as "rocky."

"I try to just distance, as long as he leaves us alone," Stephen Sor said.

In 2015, Weng Sor stabbed his brother in Las Vegas and served about 17 months in a Nevada prison, according to court and prison records. In 2020, he stabbed someone in the arm and chest with a knife and was sentenced to 364 days in county jail, with about 10 months of time already served.

Before pleading guilty in that case, Sor underwent several months of evaluations at state psychiatric facilities until he was found competent to face charges, court records show. The records don't list a possible diagnosis, but note that Sor was placed on medications. My guess is that he was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

In an earlier case in Nevada, Sor was ordered to undergo counseling and perform community service after pleading guilty to misdemeanor battery in 2005. The judge noted at the time that Sor was moving to New York and ordered him to submit to a mental health evaluation once there.

Let this recent incident be his mental health evaluation. He needs to be put away where he can do no harm.

2nd Lawyer in NYPD car torching sentenced to 15 months in prison

Urooj Rahman, 34, a former lawyer, was sentenced to 15 months in prison after she made and tossed a Molotov cocktail at an unoccupied NYPD vehicle during an anti-cop protest in Brooklyn in 2020.

Ms. Rahman pleaded guilty to one charge related to the incident in October 2021, according to John Marzulli, spokesman for the District Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. The sentence was handed out by Judge Brian Cogan.

The former lawyer [she has since been disbarred] was originally indicted in June 2020 along with another former lawyer, Colinford Mattis, 36, on seven federal counts that included the use of explosives, arson, using an explosive to commit a felony, arson conspiracy, use of a destructive device, civil disorder, possessing and making a destructive device, and creeping meatballism.

Mattis, who drove the getaway car, got a slightly lighter sentence of one year and a day. 

Rahman and Mattis took part in protests in Brooklyn in May 2020, just days after the killing of George Floyd, federal prosecutors said. Floyd, a scumbag, drug addled thug, had died at the hands of several Minneapolis police. Due to his race and assigned victimhood, riots broke out across the country enabling Antifa and professional virtue signalers to strut their violence.

At the Brooklyn protest, Rahman approached an empty NYPD vehicle with an already broken window and tossed in a makeshift explosive device, according to court filings. A witness said she also “attempted to distribute Molotov cocktails to several other individuals and to incite them to use the Molotov cocktails in the course of the protests.”

Rahman fled the scene in a van driven by Mattis, court records show. Police stopped the vehicle and found “precursor” items to build explosives, including a lighter, a Bud Light bottle filled with toilet paper and a gasoline tank.

The dynamic duo had both attended top-tier schools – Rahman is a graduate of Fordham Law School and Mattis completed New York University Law School after graduating from Princeton University – and have backgrounds that indicate they are devoted members of their families and communities.

At a 2021 hearing, the prosecution read a series of text messages exchanged between Rahman and Mattis. The couple joked about burning down police headquarters and courthouses.

“I hope they burn everything down,” Rahman told Mattis in a message hours before protests formed. “Need to burn all the police stations down… probably all the courts too.”

When Rahman joined protesters that night, she wrote to Mattis: “Throwing bottles and tear gas … lit some fires but were put out … fireworks goin and Molotovs rollin.”

These scumcrumpets will not do well in the slammer, but at least they will have the opportunity to meet and be greeted by George Floyd-ish inmates.

Terrorist lawyer who helped firebomb NYPD car sentenced to prison

Brooklyn, NY -- A federal judge on Thursday sentenced Colinford Mattis, a corporate lawyer who firebombed an NYPD police car during a Black Lives Matter riot in 2020 was sentenced to only a year in jail. He argued that his elite education--boarding school, Princeton University, a law degree from NYU--should make him be considered a peacekeeper, in spite of his throwing a firebomb at a police car on a public street where anything but peace was taking place.

“You’re not one of the oppressed. You’re one of the privileged,” senior Eastern District of New York Judge Brian M. Cogan told the arrogant person, in spite of the judge expressed admiration for what the 35-year-old had accomplished in his life.

This sentencing marked the climax to a two-and-a-half year legal battle along that he and his co-defendant Urooj Rahman, 33, fought and made them symbols of America's divisions and political upheavals. The case spanned the Trump and Biden administrations and there have been mixed emotions on both sides of the political spectrum.

Insofar as the Heritage Foundation is concerned, they were "terrorists." But far left New York magazine claimed that they could be seen as "civil-rights heroes, even martyrs." And The Daily Mail called them "woke lawyers." In the pages of former newspaper New York Times, they were described by a guest contributor as victims of "deeply ingrained injustices."

Yes, they were the victims, not the businesses that were torched, along with police vehicles, and people who were attacked and in some instances severely beaten. This privileged lawyer and his co-defendant were somehow the victims because their ideology somehow excuses their behavior.

The DOJ in the Trump administration tried to put them away for 45 years at minimum, but under the Biden administration, when he appeared to become president, the DOJ settled for much less. The pair ended up pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit arson last summer, and both will lose their law licenses, as well they should.

Rahman will be spending 15 months in jail for her part.

But these clowns should not give up hope. MSNBC and CNN both have warm seats that might be waiting for them in a year. In CNN's case, that seat might need a good anti-Toobin alcohol cleaning.

NYPD arrest Access-A-Ride jihadi in attack on 78-year-old Brooklyn woman

Cops arrested Elsakran Mohamed, 46, an Access-A-Ride driver from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn after allegedly dragging a 78-year-old, frail woman out of his car and trying to rob her last week.

The guy was charged with attempted robbery, vehicular assault and grand larceny in connection with the August 31 incident caught by a third-party on his camera phone, the New York Post reported.

The video shows the elderly lady sprawled out on her back in the street. She appears to be defending herself from the driver by swinging her cane at him. Apparently, she was on her way to a physical therapy appointment when the driver pulled her out of the vehicle and onto the street in Marine Park.

Mohamed is then seen driving into the bystander, nearly running her over, before fleeing the scene like a coward.

The woman is heard in the video shouting “Call the police! He robbed my phone!” 

The person shooting the video got his license plate and face on video and that was how he was quickly tracked down.

The NYS Federation of Taxi Drivers identified Mohamed as the driver and called for his Taxi and Limousine Commission driving privileges to be immediately suspended or revoked, the Post reported.

“The video is brutal and shows no compassion or respect for the elderly,” the group said in a statement. “Mohamed’s actions will not be tolerated, there is NOTHING that can justify throwing an elderly women [sic] out of a car and into the street,” it said in a statement evidently not an English major.

Woman who supports Hitler killing the Jews, threatens and spit on Jewish children was arrested

In her defense, a woman in Brooklyn is likely retarded, as demonstrated by her verbally assaulting Jewish children and spitting on them saying "Hitler should have killed you all."

The NYPD arrested her on hate crime charges after she allegedly threatened to kill a group of Jewish kids playing on the street. She also spit on an 8-year-old boy because he was born a Jew through no effort of his own.

The woman has a name that reminds me of Joy Reid, Joy Behar and Sonny Hostin. In other words, like their names don't fit their character, this woman's name is Christina Darling and she is 21-years-wasted.

She is neither a Christian nor a darling. She is an anti-Semite and disgrace, hopefully not a reflection on how her own mother raised her.

This woman is facing charges of aggravated harassment and menacing as hate crimes, the NYPD announced Friday. The case was investigated by Hate Crimes Task Force Detectives.

On Friday, Jan 14., this scumcrumpet was seen on camera spitting at a group of three Jewish siblings in the Marine Park neighborhood of Brooklyn.  What blows this writer's mind is that the incident occurred in my former neighborhood and it truly disgusts me. I've left that neighborhood a decade ago and I never saw such a hateful incident, nor heard of one occur there.

“Hitler should have killed you all,” she told them. “I’ll kill you and know where you live.”

This garbage of a person then spat in the face of the 8-year-old, who was playing with his siblings aged 7 and 2, before fleeing. 

The victims’ father, Aryah Fried, told local CBS2 news on Wednesday that his son leapt to the defense of his younger sister after Darling made the vile Hitler comment. Imagine, an 8-year-old standing up to this piece of human garbage.

“I gotta teach him not to engage, but he engaged. And she came running back at him, spat in his face and told him we will kill you all, I know where you live, and we’ll make sure to get you all next time,” Fried said.

NYPD arrest anti-Semite who allegedly attacked 2 Brooklyn men, one was wearing an IDF sweatshirt

The NYPD has arrested a 27-year-old scumcrumpet from Staten Island in connections to an unprovoked attack of two Jewish men at the end of last month.

The Hate Crimes Unit announced Tuesday morning that Suleiman Othman, has been charged with assault in the third degree and hate crime and aggravated harassment and hate crime for the two assaults.

The two Jewish men were assaulted in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn on Dec. 26 after Othman, who was accompanied by another man, spotted that one of them, Blake Zavadsky, was wearing a sweatshirt with the Israel Defense Forces emblem. 

After insulting the pair as “dirty Jews,” Othman allegedly told Zavadsky, “You have five seconds to take off that sweatshirt or I’ll rock you.” 

Finding it too challenging to count all the way to five, he then punched Zavadsky twice in the face while the other man threatened to attack his friend, Ilan Kaganovich. Iced coffee was thrown over Zavadsky’s shirt as a final insult and the anti-Semites ran away.

However, a photo of Othman was plastered all over the internet and he was eventually found.

In the aftermath of the attack, Zavadsky noted that his family had moved to the US from the Soviet Union in search of a “better life” that would allow them to express their Judaism and their support for Israel.

NY State judge convicted of obstruction of a federal probe

A New York State Supreme Court judge, Sylvia Ash,  64, was convicted Monday of obstructing a federal probe into one of the nation's largest and oldest credit unions. The Municipal Credit Union serves over half million New York City workers, including hospital, state and federal employees.

After a two-week trial, Justice Ash, of Brooklyn, was convicted of obstruction of justice and making a false statement to a federal agent, and conspiracy. She was acquitted of a different obstruction count.

The verdict was returned in Manhattan federal court and given after evidence was heard supporting charges that Ash took a series of steps over multiple months to obstruct the investigation into financial misconduct at the MCU during the time she was on the board of MCU from May 2008 to August 2016, when she resigned. She served as the board's chair from May 2015 until her resignation.

Politics is obviously not the issue in a criminal case, but suffice it to say, Sylvia Ash was not a Trump voter. 

“Obstruction of justice, particularly by a sitting state court judge, is a serious crime, and Ash now faces punishment for her obstruction scheme,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a release.

According to prosecutors, Ash pocketed tens of thousands of dollars in reimbursements and other benefits from MCU from 2012 through 2016 in the forms of hotels and entertainment for her and a guest to attend conferences here and abroad, airfare included, as well as annual birthday parties at a minor league baseball stadium, cable bill and phone payments and electronic devices.

Whatever she was making as a federal judge was not enough for her needs or her greed.

The big irony is, however, that along with her duties as judge, she also served on New York State's Commission on Judicial Conduct. Their mission is "to enforce high standards of conduct for judges, who must be free to act independently, on the merits and in good faith, but also must be held accountable should they commit misconduct."

Sentencing was set for April 20.

NYPD looking for black women who assaulted Jewish children in Brooklyn

The New York Police Department wants the public's help in finding these suspects who were allegedly involved in relation to three separate attacks on two Jewish children and a teenager over the weekend. The attack occurred in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn.

The NYPD has narrowed down suspects to the same group of three black women caught on surveillance footage.

The first attack was on Friday, Nov. 26, at approximately 6:00 p.m., when one of the women slapped a 3-year-old boy in the face. Yes, a 3-year-old toddler. Imagine what kind of hatred it takes to do that to a child, a baby.

The next two attacks occurred around 5:30 pm on the following Sunday, the first night of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. The attacker pulled an 18-year-old girl to the ground, and a 9-year-old boy was slapped in the head by one of the black, anti-Semitic women.

The attackers were obviously anti-Semitic because all the victims were wearing traditional Jewish clothing when they were attacked. 

The NYPD Hate Crimes Unit has set up a tip line to report any information related to the attacks, which can be reached by calling 1-800-577-8477, visiting the NYPD Crime Stoppers website or by messaging @NYPDTips on Twitter.

As of this past September,  the NYPD Hate Crimes Dashboard, the NYPD has registered 416 hate crimes in New York City this year. Of these reported hate crimes, 144 — more than a third — have been committed against Jews, 55% higher than the same period last year when 93 of 206 attacks were reported against Jewish people.

And while the woke likes to claim that other groups, such as blacks and gays are more victimized, for example, it's the Jews who are usually at the top of the list.

Coney Island councilman wants to preserve part of wooden boardwalk and de Blasio remains an idiot

Brooklyn, NY -- Ari Kagan, an incoming City Council member, will be representing Coney Island once he takes office. He plans to fight the tall idiot running the city, Comrade Warren Wilhelm Jr., [aka Bill de Blasio] who wants to replace Coney Island's wooden boardwalk [known formally as the Riegelmann Boardwalk] with a plastic one. And while it isn't known if the plastic will warp from the sun like my toy rifle did when, as a child, I left it in the back window of my dad's car, the idea of replacing the iconic boardwalk with plastic is as vapid and stupid as the man who wants it replaced.

The boardwalk runs from outside the private community known as Seagate, through all of Coney Island, to Brighton Beach, about 2.7 miles total. [Not to inject myself too much into this post, but I have run the length of it hundreds of times in preparation for the NYC Marathon.] 

Kagan is a Democrat and will be replacing Mark Treyger in January. His pronouns are: he, it, zzzt.

The wood has been replaced before and the city wants to replace the existing hardwood with crappy plastic planks and concrete. Kagan wants to preserve the hardwood area that covers Luna Park and its famous Cyclone roller coaster and other attractions. It's basically a five block stretch.

[Fun Fact: the Cyclone ride takes approximately 1 minute and 28 seconds from start to finish--your times may vary based on weight of the screaming occupants.]

“We need to do everything possible to maintain the historical nature of the boardwalk,” Kagan said. 

Two weeks ago comrade de Blasio announced the $114.5 million Parks Department renovation as the first phase of a huge reconstruction of the boardwalk. While the plastic is apparently more durable than wood, it is as aesthetic as the photo below, also taken by me in Coney Island some years ago.

[Fun Fact: in practicing for the New York City Marathon in 1985, I tripped on a board along the boardwalk due to a nail sticking up and catching my foot. I sprained my ankle and missed running that race and the Long Island Marathon several weeks later. But do you really care?]

The city has not yet decided which part of the walkway to target for phase one, but my bet would be the Seagate area since that beach is less populated in the summer and there would be less disruption.

Once Eric Adams replaces de Blasio as Mayor of New York in January, he will make the decision as to the boardwalk's fate. Kagan says he would like to work with Adams on a solution but for now, Adams has declined comment. 

Parks Department spokes cis gender woman Meghan Lalor defended the city’s plan, saying it “has a long-standing policy of reducing the use of tropical hardwoods.”  Because wood has feelings too.

Criminal recidivist who shouted racial slurs at Asian cop arrested again by feds

Not many criminals are intelligent, and even those who are, usually get caught. But getting caught on a video that has gone viral where you're hurling racial epithets at an Asian cop in Washington Square Park when you're wanted by the law, isn't going to put you in the front row of a Mensa meeting.

Shermaine Laster, of Brooklyn was arrested at JFK International Airport Friday according to an FBI spokesperson. An arrest warrant had been filed in the Northern District of Texas, whereby he was charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon, according to the FBI.

Laster made headlines earlier this month when he was caught on camera repeatedly calling Officer Philip Huynh a “c—k” while he and other cops tried to clear protesters from the Greenwich Village park. I'm not sure what a "c--k" is, but it's evidently not nice.

“I’m on the sidewalk, what you gonna do?” Laster screamed at Huynh on the video. “What’s your name? You’re not even from this country. You piece of s–t. You f–king ch–k!” the incredibly stupid Laster allegedly yelled at the NYPD officer in Washington Square Park. You would think a person with a warrant out for their arrest would not make a scene, but Laster didn't figure that out yet.

Laster is alleged to have a rap sheet so long that it could be put through a shredder and serve as confetti for an entire Manhattan gay pride parade. The dude has 13 arrests, which include seven felonies with four arrests for weapons related charges according to a secret source.

Protesters block traffic, square off with cops on Brooklyn Bridge

Brooklyn, NY -- Protesters blocked traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge and clashed with police at around 10:30 p.m. Dozens more walked along the Manhattan-bound roadway, blocking cars and being a nuisance to people who just wanted to get somewhere.

One man can be seen in the photo below claiming, "He's breaking my finger," referring to the police officer who was not breaking his finger. 

“What am I being arrested for?,” another moron is heard asking, as swarms of officers disperse several dozen protesters coming off the bridge onto Centre Street in lower Manhattan, just a stone's throw from City Hall where the worst mayor of any city in the United States can be found when he isn't breaking his own covid rules.

About a half dozen protesters were given appearance tickets for obstruction of vehicular traffic, according to police. There were no injuries reported, police said and the protester who claimed to have a broken finger was able to quickly reinsert it in his nose.

Large teams of bike cops could be seen directing protesters off the bridge’s roadway into the city in additional footage shared on social media.

NYC: 4 killed, 11 wounded overnight

Four people — including a 28-year-old off duty city Correction officer, John Jeff — were killed and at least 11 were shot overnight as New York City is morphing into Dodge City of the old West.

The latest fatality occurred shortly after 6:30 a.m. Saturday in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, when police from the 67th Precinct responded to reports of a person shot at the corner of East 39th Street and Avenue D.

Police found a 30-year-old man shot once in the torso. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Although there were no immediate arrests made, the cops are looking for a woman who fled the scene in a gray SUV and they believe the incident "may be domestic in nature."

The latest shooting occurred at 10:30 a.m. A 40-year-old man was shot in the arm on a subway platform at Grand Central Terminal, according to The Post. It is believed to be a random attack and the gunman got away and remains at large.

Other shootings took place in Brooklyn. A man was grazed by a bullet in the back of his head. The shooting happened at 12:30 a.m. on Herkimer Street, police said.

The Bronx also joined the carnage at 1 a.m. when a 30-year-old man was shot on 128th Street in Harlem and he was pronounced dead at Harlem Hospital. As usual, there were no arrests and the investigation is ongoing, yadda, yadda.

The gunplay continued with four shootings in less than two hours, police said.

I could go on, but you get the picture. The point is, New York City has become more dangerous than Afghanistan in spite of New York's notoriously strict gun control laws that merely keeps the guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens.

And the Democrats want to take all guns away from law abiding citizens, except for their personal security.

The beat goes on as St. Patrick's in NYC is desecrated by anarchists

Protests continue to take place all across the country in cities run by progressives and some in the media who deny that anything like rioting is taking place. In New York City, thousands of people, some of whom are New Yorkers, took to the streets to spread mayhem, hate and general anarchy. All this rioting has virtually been excused by the left [including Gropey Joe Biden] as justified and understandable because George Floyd was killed by a rogue cop.

Nobody is okay with what former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin did. But in order to virtue signal and try to score political points, the left blames Trump for some sort of dog whistling that only they can hear.

There were riots in Brooklyn, Harlem, Times Square, Union Square, and the West Side Highway. Businesses were burned out, buildings were destroyed, looting was rampant, and George Floyd's memory was stained with the anarchy.

This was the scene all over the nation. 

NYPD officers were physically hurt during the protest, NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea said, including some who had teeth knocked out.

"It is by the grace of God that we don't have dead officers today," he said Saturday.

They should have thrown nets over the protesters and sorted out those with bricks in their backpacks or who were seen creating violence.

I left out the vulgar graffiti

Back in Manhattan, St. Patrick's Cathedral was desecrated by the cowards with vulgar and angry graffiti and stained stairs. On one wall along Fifth Avenue and 51st Street, the graffiti read: "F**k F**k" in red letters. The adjacent wall vandals scrawled "BLM" for Black Lives Matter and "No justice no peace" in black letters.

Their idea of justice and peace is schizophrenic.
