ICE Drops ‘Uncontrolled’ Fraud Bombshell Involving Thousands of Foreign Students, ‘Phantom Employees’

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons just dropped a massive reality check on yet another immigration program that's been running wild. Homeland Security Investigations officers have uncovered potentially thousands of fraudulent foreign workers [aka illegal aliens]. Acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Todd Lyons announced that federal investigators have uncovered more than 10,000 foreign students connected to "suspect employers" as part of another potentially massive fraud scheme, this time involving the federal STEM Optional Practical Training (OPT) extension program.  

At a news conference Tuesday, Lyons said the cases uncovered thus far are "just the tip of the iceberg."

OPT is a U.S. immigration program that lets international students on F-1 visas work temporarily in the country in jobs related to their field of study. Lyons said that when the program was first created under the Bush administration and expanded under the Obama administration, the Department of Homeland Security expected "only a few thousand foreign students would receive training approval before returning home."

"Instead," Lyons said, that OPT "ballooned into an uncontrolled guest worker pipeline with hundreds of thousands of foreign students working in the United States." He added that "as the program size exploded, so has the fraud."

"Today, we are announcing we have identified over 10,000 foreign students who claim to be working for highly suspect employers, and that’s just among the top 25 OPT employers. This is only the tip of the iceberg," Lyons said. "We’ve dramatically expanded our oversight of OPT and can report that we found fraud nationwide."

According to Lyons, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officers have visited "problematic OPT worksite employers" in Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Florida. He said that many of the suspicious employers include nongovernmental organizations [NGOs].

According to Lyons, investigators have "discovered empty buildings and locked doors at addresses where hundreds of foreign students are allegedly employed." Investigators have also found hundreds of foreign students listed as working out of residential addresses. But no Learing Centers were discovered in the operation.

"In many places," he continued, "multiple OPT employers claim to operate from the same address, but none actually lease the facility."

"When someone does open the door, their statements are inconsistent, or they claim no knowledge of the business," said Lyons. It's akin to the guy stopped by cops who, when searched say, "These are not my pants."

The ICE director also said investigators uncovered what he referred to as "phantom employees," who he said are foreign students who obtained work authorization through OPT but never actually showed up for work at the sites they claimed to work out of.

"This is not accidental," Lyons concluded. "This is deliberate, coordinated and criminal."

He added that "this fraud is not victimless," calling it a "blatant attack on the goodwill of the American people."

Vice President JD Vance, who President Donald Trump appointed "fraud czar," celebrated the discovery in an X post as "another great win for our fraud task force."

Vance wrote that the administration "will not tolerate foreign nationals abusing our visa system at the expense of the American people."

President Trump to sign executive order to get TSA agents paid

President Donald Trump said he will sign an executive order to address airport disruptions, announcing the move in a Truth Social post Thursday that framed the situation as a national emergency. And if you have been in line at any international airport lately, you would likely agree.

"Because the Democrats have recklessly created a true National Crisis, I am using my authorities under the Law to protect our Great Country," Trump wrote.

"Therefore, I am going to sign an Order . . . to immediately pay our TSA Agents in order to address this Emergency Situation."

The White House said funding from legislation backed by Trump will be used to ensure TSA agents are paid during the disruption.

"Not unlike actions taken during the first Democrat-shutdown (i.e., paying the troops), President Trump has determined that congressional Democrats have created an emergency situation that cannot be allowed to continue," White House Office of Management and Budget Communications Director Rachel Cauley said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin praised the move, writing on X that he "want[s] to thank
@POTUS for his leadership in finding a way to pay our TSA officers to end this chaos at our airports."

"These hours long lines and thousands of Americans missing their flights was caused solely by the Democrats reckless @DHSgov shutdown," Mullin added, calling on Democrats to "stop playing political games with our national security" and reopen the department.

Look, this is exactly the kind of mess you get when Democrats decide to play chicken with national security just to score cheap political points. The move comes as a 41-day partial government shutdown has disrupted the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), causing long lines at airports nationwide amid a standoff over DHS funding and immigration enforcement.

Folks, this is not complicated. Democrats own this chaos at the airports, and President Trump is stepping in, as he always does, to protect the American people while the left keeps playing their games.

Trump wants to deport 'Maryland Man' Abrego Garcia to Uganda

The Trump DOJ is throwing the book at Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 gangbanger and illegal immigrant, calling him a "clear danger" who needs to be held accountable. And let me tell you, this guy's not exactly the poster child for the American Dream.

So, here's the deal: Garcia is facing some serious human smuggling charges, and the DOJ and Homeland Security are playing hardball. They allegedly told Garcia's legal team on Friday, "Look, your boy can take a plea deal, or we're shipping him off to Uganda." Not exactly a Carnival cruise destination. 

If he doesn't sign by Monday, ICE is ready to start the deportation process. But, if he plays ball, they might send him to Costa Rica instead. Pina coladas or a one-way ticket to nowhere; tough choice, huh?

Garcia's legal team is crying foul, screaming "coercion" louder than a college kid at a protest rally. But the DOJ isn't having it. They're like, "Coercion? Nah, we're just trying to keep this 'clear danger' away from law-abiding Americans." 

They dropped this gem: "A federal grand jury has charged Abrego Garcia with serious federal crimes … underscoring the clear danger this defendant presents to the community. This defendant can plead guilty and accept responsibility or stand trial before a jury. Either way, we will hold Abrego Garcia accountable and protect the American people." The DOJ’s keeping it coy, though, neither confirming nor denying the Uganda threat. Classic government move, keep 'em guessing.

Now, here's where it gets juicy. The Left tried to spin Garcia as some kind of martyr, a poor "Maryland man" wrongfully deported to El Salvador, where he's supposedly dodging gang threats. Democrat politicians and the legacy media were all in, painting him as a family guy who just got caught in Trump's big, bad deportation machine. But lets not kid ourselves, Garcia's not exactly Mr. Rogers. We're talking alleged MS-13 ties, accusations of sexual misconduct with young girls, and running an illegal alien smuggling ring. He even allegedly hit his wife or baby momma or whatever her pronouns are. 

The DOJ's case hinges on a traffic stop in Putnam County, Tennessee, back on November 30, 2022. Our pal Garcia was cruising in a Chevrolet Suburban with nine other people packed in like sardines. One of them, a 15-year-old kid, wrote his age down for the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Daily Wire's Leif Le Mahieu was in the courthouse breaking this down. Homeland Security's Peter Joseph dropped a bombshell: that kid is still missing. "We don’t know right now" if he's okay, Joseph said. Six of the nine in that Suburban were confirmed illegal aliens from places like Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras. This isn't a road trip to Disneyland, folks.

And get this, Garcia was released from jail on Friday and sent back to Maryland to await trial. If he's found guilty, he's staring down 10 years in the slammer and a $250,000 fine for conspiracy to transport aliens, plus another potential 10 years for each illegal he smuggled. That's a lot of time to think about his life choices.

So, there you have it: the Left tried to make this guy a saint, but the facts paint a different picture. Another day, another dollar, another story the mainstream media won’t touch with a ten-foot pole. Change my mind.

N. Mexico Supreme Court bans judge after alleged TdA gangbanger arrested at his home

Alright, let’s dive into this mess with the kind of swagger only a disgraced judge and a shady Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gangbanger could inspire. 

Picture this: Joel Cano, once a big shot in New Mexico’s Doña Ana County Magistrate Court, got himself in a pickle so sour it cost him his gavel for good. Last month, the dude bailed on his judge gig after cops nabbed a suspected Tren de Aragua thug—yeah, that Venezuelan crime crew—right at his house. Now, the New Mexico Supreme Court’s dropped the hammer, banning Cano from ever sitting on a bench again. 

No judicial robes, no wedding gigs, nada. “Joel Cano can never hold a judicial office again, be a candidate for a judicial office, and cannot exercise any judicial authority in the state, including officiating at weddings,” an Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) spokesman told Fox News Digital. 

The guy is done. Finito.

The court was supposed to have a big disciplinary showdown this Thursday, but with Cano’s cases tied up, they’ve kicked that to the curb. Cano, who was slinging rulings in Las Cruces, sent his “peace out” letter on March 3, though the AOC says the Supreme Court and 3rd Judicial District Court didn’t get it until March 31. His last day? March 21. 

In his letter, he’s all warm and fuzzy, like he’s leaving for a beach vacation: “All the best to everyone of you. I wish all of you a happy retirement once you are ready yourself.” 

Bro, you’re not retiring—you’re running from a scandal. Your status is lower than whale poop.

Now, let’s get to the juicy part. 

Back in January, Homeland Security Investigations in Las Cruces started sniffing around Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a Venezuelan who snuck across the border in December 2023 and was allegedly tied to a criminal gang. Court docs call him “an illegal alien from Venezuela and a suspected member of a criminal gang” living with other border-jumpers and flexing firearms like he’s auditioning for a cartel flick. 

On Feb. 28, the feds swooped in with two search warrants at a house owned by Cano’s wife, Nancy Cano. They hauled Ortega-Lopez and his crew out, snagging four guns from the place. Plot twist: the house belongs to Nancy, and the guns? Linked to their daughter, April Cano.

Ortega-Lopez was out here posing with weapons on social media, bragging that April let him “hold and sometimes shoot various firearms.” Classy. He told the feds he met Nancy Cano in El Paso while installing a glass door—real handyman vibes. After getting evicted from his apartment in April 2024, Nancy offered him the “casita” behind her and Joel’s place. 

Cozy setup, right? Until the feds rolled up.

So, Cano’s out, his rep’s trashed, and Ortega-Lopez is cooling his heels in custody. This is the kind of story that makes you wonder who’s vetting the help—and the judges. New Mexico’s courts are done with Cano, and honestly, it’s hard to blame them.

SecDef Hegseth's adviser placed on administrative lead amid DoD leak probe

Okay guys, get ready for another episode of D.C.’s favorite soap opera: Leaks and Leave!

Dan Caldwell, a top adviser to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, just got the boot—well, a “placed on leave” boot—pending an investigation into some shady leaks at the Pentagon. [H/T The Daily Wire]

The Daily Wire's Mary Margaret Olohan dropped the bombshell on X:

“NEW: Defense Department official confirms to @realDailyWire that Dan Caldwell, a top advisor to Secretary Pete Hegseth, has been placed on leave related to an investigation into DOD leaks.”

Short, sweet, and dripping with intrigue.

Reuters chimed in, saying Caldwell was frog-marched out of the Pentagon over what some anonymous source called “an unauthorized disclosure.” What got spilled? Nobody’s saying—yet. Hegseth’s keeping his lips sealed, which is more than we can say for whoever’s leaking like a sieve.

This isn’t new for Team Trump. His first term was a leaky faucet of classified info, and the current crew’s had enough. They’re going full Law & Order on leakers. 

Over at Homeland Security, Secretary Kristi Noem’s breaking out the polygraphs like it’s a game show. Her PR gal, Tricia McLaughlin, told Fox News Digital, “Under Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS is unapologetic about its efforts to root out leakers that undermine national security. We are agnostic about your standing, tenure, political appointment or status as a career civil servant – we will track down leakers and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.” 

Translation: Lie detectors don’t care who you are; they’re coming for you.

Not to be outdone, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s swinging a big stick at the intel community’s loose lips. She fired off this zinger: “Politically motivated leaks undermine our national security and the trust of the American people and will not be tolerated. Unfortunately, such leaks have become commonplace with no investigation or accountability. That ends now. We know of and are aggressively pursuing recent leakers from within the Intelligence Community and will hold them accountable.” 

Oof. That’s the kind of talk that makes leakers leak through their suits.

So, here we are, folks—Washington’s playing whack-a-mole with leakers, and Caldwell’s the latest to get popped.

Homeland Security and ICE arrest illegal aliens and the business owners who allegedly harbored them

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) recently caught eight illegal immigrants during a raid at a workplace in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. The owners of the business are now in big trouble and facing serious charges for hiring and hiding these workers, who weren’t allowed to be in the country.

This all went down at Abby’s Bakery in a border town called Los Fresnos. The authorities say the owners, Leonardo Baez and Nora Alicia Avila-Guel, knew these workers were illegal immigrants but still gave them jobs and a place to stay.

Here’s what was posted online: “NEW: ICE & HSI in the RGV conducted a worksite operation at a bakery in Los Fresnos, TX, arresting 8 illegal alien employees and charging the owners with federal felonies for harboring & aiding the illegal aliens via 8 USC 1324. This is the law Tom Homan has been repeatedly…” followed by a picture link.

An HSI special agent wrote in a legal document that the illegal immigrants even admitted the owners knew they weren’t supposed to be in the U.S. For example, one of the workers caught, Roberto Ibarra Otero, is from Mexico and didn’t have any papers to stay here legally. The authorities said, “Roberto Ibarra Otero is a citizen of Mexico with no documents to remain in the United States.”

The owners are being charged under a law called 8 USC 1324, which says it’s illegal to hide or protect people who aren’t supposed to be in the country. If they’re found guilty, they could get fined or even go to jail for up to ten years for each worker they helped.

This bust might be part of a new plan by the Trump administration to stop illegal immigration by cracking down on business owners who hire or hide illegal immigrants. Some states already have laws that make businesses use a system called E-Verify to check if job applicants are legal, but Texas only requires it for government workers and a few specific jobs. Meanwhile, states like California and Illinois actually make it harder for businesses to use E-Verify, even if they want to.

Pro-Hamasshole students ready to be deported

Before the door to the Oval Office fully closed on Monday, President Donald Trump was signing executive orders.

 One of them is focused on "protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and other national security and public safety threats."

"It is the policy of the United States to protect its citizens from aliens who intend to commit terrorist attacks, threaten our national security, espouse hateful ideology, or otherwise exploit the immigration laws for malevolent purposes," the order declares.

This statement spells trouble for visa holders who support terrorism, particularly those on college campuses who advocate for groups like Hamas.

"The Secretary of Homeland Security shall take immediate steps to exclude or remove that alien unless she determines that doing so would inhibit a significant pending investigation or prosecution of the alien for a serious criminal offense or would be contrary to the national security interests of the United States," the order further stipulates.

President Trump, alongside the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department, are evidently focusing on visa reform, especially targeting nations perceived as adversarial to American values, as explicitly outlined in the order.

"To protect Americans, the United States must be vigilant during the visa-issuance process to ensure that those aliens approved for admission into the United States do not intend to harm Americans or our national interests. More importantly, the United States must identify them before their admission or entry into the United States. And the United States must ensure that admitted aliens and aliens otherwise already present in the United States do not bear hostile attitudes toward its citizens, culture, government, institutions, or founding principles, and do not advocate for, aid, or support designated foreign terrorists and other threats to our national security," the order explains.

The pro-Israel group Betar has already compiled a list of such individuals.

The group, Betar, has about 30 names of students from nations such as Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Canada, and the United Kingdom currently enrolled in some of the nation’s top universities, including Columbia, UPenn, Michigan, Syracuse, UCLA, The New School for Social Research, Carnegie Mellon, and George Washington University.

"We have started compiling lists of Jew-hating foreign nationals on visas who support Hamas," said Ross Glick, director of the US chapter of Betar.

So instead of a US President supplying Iran and their proxies with money, we finally have a President who is being proactive and is removing the problem from our country.

MA Air National Guardsman, the kid with top secret clearance because why?

Boston -- The Massachusetts Air National Guardsman, Jack Teixeira is in federal custody and will face a judge Friday. The 21-year-old enlisted young man is being charged under the Espionage Act for allegedly sharing classified military documents on an online gaming forum. 

Homeland security so called expert questions Teixeira's access to classified documents

"We talk a lot about what we classify. Once it's classified, we now need to start talking about who has access to it," former Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Juliette Kayyem said, as she questioned the military's oversight and Teixeira's access to sensitive information.

Teixeira is an Airman 1st Class in the Guard's 102nd Intelligence Wing with an E-3 ranking, meaning he is very low in the military hierarchy and had very little time in the military. 

"Someone had confidence in him, that possibly they did a background check," Kayyem said. "Why are they not capturing this really weird behavior online?"

WBZ asked that question directly to Army intelligence officer Lt. Col. Paul Lushenko, the Deputy Director of Cornell's Tech Policy Institute.

"There's any number of ways this E-3 in the Air Force at 21-years-old could have gathered this information. Potentially deceiving his authorities to gain access to information in classified spaces," Lushenko said, which implies his authorities are idiots.

Attorney General Merrick Garland described the alleged traitor's behavior as bravado not ideology, despite sharing information about the Ukraine war and other top national security issues. This is because Attorney General Merrick Garland is quick to excuse behavior that smacks of anti-Americanism and award behavior that supports the left's agenda.

"We know that there is a whistleblower mentality with people like Edward Snowden. Regardless of that this is a violation of national law," Lushenko said, in what may seem like a minimization of traitorous behavior.

Teixeira being arrested

Sources say Teixeira will remain in FBI custody Thursday night and will make an appearance in federal court in Boston Friday.

Meanwhile, Teixeira's arrest begs the question as to how this low man on the totem pole could have such high-level access to highly classified material. For example, he leaked critical information about the war in Ukraine and Chinese relations which he posted on a chat app called Discord.

Garland said that Teixeira is being investigated for the "alleged unauthorized removal, retention, and transmission of classified national defense information."

"It is treason," former Bush 43 chief speechwriter Marc Thiessen told "The Story" on Thursday, "The idea that a 21-year-old kid can expose sources and methods of how we spy, how we have penetrated the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, because apparently we've exposed the fact we know they have a new hypersonic missile that can reach the United States, that they exposed our penetration of the Russian Defense Ministry, that could affect the war in Ukraine. I mean, the incompetence is stunning.

"And it wasn't, unlike Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning, it wasn't ideological," Thiessen added. "It was some kid trying to show off to his friends in a gaming chat room and has literally affected global national security by doing so. How this happens is just beyond me."

Sen. Tim Scott, (R-SC), told "America Reports" the leak is a "massive, catastrophic occurrence that should never have happened."

"We're talking about imperiling likely American lives," Scott said. "We're talking about weakening our relationship with our allies, emboldening the strength of our adversaries and revealing plans about attacks and coordination for Ukraine and other allies."

The big question is who vets these people who have such sensitive access? Joe Biden?

Ted Cruz schools Dem. Mazie Hirono after lying about federal agents

Sen. Mazie Hirono (Dummy-HI) is one of the dumbest Democrats in all of Washington, D.C., [only to be challenged for the title by Rep. Ted Lieu (Dumbell-CA) and Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Dimwit-NY).

Hirono made the mistake of going up against one of the brightest people in Washington, D.C., Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) making the false claim that federal officers in Portland were "unidentifiable" when she spoke at the Senate Subcommittee on The Constitution's "The Right of the People Peaceable to Assemble: Protecting Speech by Stopping Anarchist Violence" hearing on Tuesday.

The mentally challenged Hawaiian senator claimed that officers deployed to protect the Hatfield Federal Courthouse after multiple nights of riots could not be identified with the agency they were working for. That may be the case for Hirono, as she might not be able to read the word "POLICE" in all caps on their uniforms, but most people over seven can and even younger children who have learned to sound out the letters can figure out the word as well.

"Nobody is condoning violence against anyone, by anyone. This hearing is titled, quote, The Right of the People Peaceably to Assemble: Protecting Speech by Stopping Anarchist Violence, end quote. But the hearing we should be having is one called 'The Right of the People Peaceably to Assemble: Without Being Beaten Up by Unidentifiable Federal Agents.' That would address an actual problem lawful protesters are facing and the rest of us are seeing in this country," Hirono, whose cheese slid off the cracker said.

Hirono, who is working with an unformatted disk, then added, "On July 4, unidentified federal agents arrived in Portland, outfitted as if for war, wearing camouflage and heavy gear. To justify this unnecessary deployment of federal officers, President Trump and his administration have repeatedly portrayed Portland protesters as violent anarchists and members of Antifa."

"Thank you, Senator Hirono. I will note at the end of that video that is narrated, it says, describes law enforcement officers as unidentified while the video shows them with the words 'police' in bright yellow all caps across their chest. So that’s a curious way to describe a law enforcement officer as unidentified," Cruz said after the eggplant from Hawaii finished her opening statement.

Hirono, who tends to breathe through her mouth, was not the only Democrat in the hearing who described the federal officers as either "secret police" or "unidentifiable," as both idiot Senators from Oregon,  Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley used the same descriptors during their statements.

In addition, Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Ken Cuccinelli explained how officers can be identified by the patches on their uniforms.

"I see in bright yellow, in all caps, the word 'police.' And we're far away in COVID times, we're pretty spread out. How exactly is someone with giant all caps with 'police' across their chest, how are they secret police? What am I missing?" Cruz asked the bag of meat.

"Nothing secret about it and for those who have questions why we use 'police,' it is the internationally recognized identification of law enforcement," Cuccinelli said, speaking slowly so Democrats would understand.

Sens. Hirono, Wyden, and Merkley all took notes in red crayon, then raised their hands and asked to be excused to go to the bathroom.

H.R. McMaster says there's more than 1-way to go with NoKo's threat

President Trump's national security adviser H.R. McMaster said Wednesday that the administration is considering additional strategies on how to deal with North Korea. The military option is still very much on the table.

In a security conference along with Homeland Security Chief John Kelly, McMaster said that "The threat is much more immediate now and so it's clear that we can't repeat the same approach--failed approach of the past."

Using Einstein's famous quote in paraphrase he said it would be insanity to continue to do the same thing the U.S. has done for years and expect a different result.

McMaster's words come just a day prior to Trump meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in. The new South Korean leader vowed to stand firmly with President Trump against North Korea, mainly because he'd be a fool not to. Moon downplayed his past desire for a softer, gentler, weak approach toward the hermit nation.

"Together we will achieve the dismantlement of North Korea's nuclear program, peace on the Korean Peninsula and eventually peace in Northeast Asia," Moon said, as he took a deep drag off a fat one.


The talks between Tweetin' Trump and Moonbeam Moon begin tonight and then there will be formal talks tomorrow, Friday.

China wants Trump to negotiate with Kim. That's about as likely as Kim doing a TV ad for Nutri System in spandex biking pants. Trump is frustrated with China's anemic effort to pressure the North with economic pressure.

And corpulent Kim is showing no signs that he wishes to restart talks on giving up his nuclear aspirations. He'd sooner give up his favorite testicle than give up his nuke program.

Moon told liberal newspaper The Washington Post that North Korea's Kim Jong Un is "unreasonable" and "very dangerous." The Washington Post didn't know that.

Moon believes that North Korea needs to be pressured to get compliance from them and bragged that he got a B+ in Political Science, which was obvious when he delayed the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile defense system the U.S. was going to deploy to the South. It would protect the citizens of South Korea as well as the 28,000 U.S. forces on the peninsula from ballistic missile attacks by the North Koreans.

No big deal, right Moon?

Moon ordered an environmental review before allowing additional launchers for THAAD because not only is he an idiot, he is also worried that shooting off a missile disturbs the hearing of some species of frogs.

Stockholm terror attack--at least 3 killed

Developing -- A terrorist driving a truck has gone on a jihad plowing into a crowd at a shopping center in central Stockholm. Three people are known dead and other injured Friday.

At least one scumcrumpet has been taken into custody, according to Prime Minister Stefan Lofven.

"Sweden has been attacked," Lofven said. "This indicates that it is an act of terror."

While no shouts of "Allahu akbar" have been reported, this type of indiscriminate killing has all the butt-marks of an Islamic terror attack, although there was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Police said a truck ran through a crowd at Ahlens Department Store, injuring "a large number of people." The central train station in Stockholm has been evacuated, whether by precautions or otherwise, is still unknown.

SVT, the Swedish media, said that at least five people have been killed but police couldn't immediately confirm that number. Other reports said that at least two people were killed, but as is typical of a breaking story, these numbers will be adjusted.

There were also reports that shots were fired in other parts of the city, but spokeswoman Towe Hagg could not confirm this.

Photos on scene showed a beer truck sticking out of a department store. Aftonbladet Daily reported that Swedish beer maker Spendrups said one of its trucks had been carjacked early Friday.

"During a delivery to the restaurant Caliente, someone jumped into the driver's cabin and drove off with the car, while the driver unloads," communication director Marten Lyth told TT news agency.

Homeland Security officials are monitoring the situation in Sweden.

"We stood inside a shoe store and heard something . . . and then people started to scream," witness Jan Granroth told Aftonbladet Daily. "I looked out of the store and saw a big truck."

Swedish news agency TT said that several people were rushed away in ambulances and live footage showed smoke pouring out of the department store that was smashed into by the truck.

BREAKING: Another White House intruder caught

A man who is probably not a big fan climbed a White House fence on the south side, and gained access to the grounds before being arrested, the Secret Service reported to CNN shortly after noon on Saturday.

The incident occurred "at the end of the day," Friday, around 11:38 p.m. officials told Fox News.

It is believed President Trump was asleep in the White House when the incident occurred.

The intruder remains unidentified and it's anyone's guess what his motive might have been. He scaled the outer-perimeter fence on the complex's southeast side and was arrested without incident. An officer in the agency's Uniformed Division made the arrest.

The man was carrying a backpack and was able to get close to the White House's south portico residence entrance on the Washington Monument side of the complex.

There was no hazardous material found inside the backpack and a search of the complex grounds resulted in "nothing of concern to security operations," the Secret Service said.

The intruder has no "previous history" with the agency, according to the Secret Service.

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly was briefed on the incident.

There is currently no status update regarding the individual, and he will likely be handed over to local police as is standard procedure.

US fails to vet 15,000 immigrants

Homeland [In]Security erred on the side of heedlessness as fifteen-thousand applicants for immigration were not vetted by the FBI's name-check database, The Washington Times reported.

By the time government "workers" noticed the error, 175 unvetted immigrants were granted US citizenship along with all the constitutional rights that come with it, such as those granted by the Second Amendment.

Since the screwup was found, naturalization ceremonies have been stopped and government officers of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have been banned from approving new citizenship applications because terrorists can be among them.

The screwup was caused by a computer code malfunction and was made public by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (whose name would make him a 'natural' barista). He said the problem was disclosed in an internal email to which he had access.

This is the government so it should come as no surprise that people responsible for protecting our homeland are about as competent as Hillary Clinton discussing 'fake news.'

Earlier in the year, hundreds of criminals were granted citizenship because Homeland [In]Security had only checked their fingerprints through their limited database and not with the thousands of fingerprints that are still only on paper and need to be put into the system.

You can't make this stuff up.

Deplorables Win! Now for the cabinet

It is November 9th in America. Half of the nation is celebrating, the other half have threatened to move to Canada. Warm up the buses.

But seriously, for the first time in American history, the Clintons got what they deserve. But hopefully they will get more, yet it seems only a remote possibility.

The people have shown their disgust with the direction the country had gone in the last eight years, a direction that Trump has promised to change and undo--it isn't going to be easy. It isn't going to be fixed by a bunch of promises.

Obamacare has been a disaster, costing some people more than they pay on their morgage. Socialism still doesn't work.

Hillary Clinton is probably very shocked over her defeat. She thought America owed her the presidency. What we owe her is about 20 to life.

Now Trump will need to plan for his cabinet; I have a few ideas for him.

For Press Secretary: Sean Hannity. 

Sean will easily memorize a new set of talking points and be adept at slipping the standard points into any response. 

"Sean, is Mr. Trump still going to build a wall?"

"Good question, Steve. Yes, President Trump will not only build a wall, he is going to have Mexico pay for it, just like he promised. We need a wall, Steve. We need to keep out the illegal aliens. Our country already has 47 million people on food stamps, 94 million people are no longer in the labor force. And pushing granny over the cliff is not going to happen. Things are going to change, Steve, but some things are going to stay the same, like the right of the people to bear arms. The Second Amendment, Steve.  I've owned a gun for years and I sure don't want the government taking it away from me. Thank heaven Hillary Clinton didn't win--she would have confiscated all our guns; I'm sure of that.

"And a President Trump is going to actually fight for women's rights, Steve. Not like Hillary, a woman who took money from countries where women can't drive, can't leave their house without a male escort, and are worth half of what a man is worth. It's a no-brainer." 

For Secretary of State: Anthony Weiner.

Weiner already has a handle on classified State Department issues and will be monitored by President Trump's favorite online website, WikiLeaks. He is also learning how to ride a pony which may come in handy. If he can keep his mind above his waist, he might be a valuable asset, at least in part.

For Secretary of Defense: Huma Abedin

While Huma probably doesn't know much about defense, she obviously knows who the enemy is and how to anticipate their moves. Let's face it, anyone with 'moles' inside the Muslim Sisterhood and Brotherhood has sensitive intel that can help us defeat the Islamic terrorists--especially when those 'moles' are family members who might not be moles at all.

For Homeland Security: Chuck Norris

Nobody messes with Chuck Norris and no terrorist is going to do us harm with him at the helm of Homeland Security. He's a guy who brushes his teeth to clean his toothbrush and he can slam a revolving door.

For FBI Director: James Comey

Comey had been and will continue to be a major asset in the Trump administration. His intrepid pursuit of justice and incredible sense of timing is unprecedented in the FBI annals.

For Foreign Affairs adviser: Melania Trump

Melania speaks five languages and has traveled extensively. While it appears Donald is more experienced with foreign affairs, Malena deserves a shot. 

Trump has a lot of road to hoe and a lot of Obama executive orders to undo beginning at the end of January. Having the right people behind him is paramount and the one thing he has a history of doing is hiring the right people to get the job done. He has proven that ability by hiring Mike Pence as his VP.

Now let's remind those who said they would move to Canada to start packing.

California couple charged for enslaving a woman

San Diego -- a couple, with suspiciously Arabic (aka Islamic) names have been arrested and booked for enslaving an Indonesian woman for domestic labor.

The complaint filed Friday alleges that Firas Majeed, 44, and Shatha Abbas, 38, forced a woman to slave for them up to 18 hours a day doing housework in their El Cajon apartment. The slave was not paid and she speaks no English and had no passport in her possession.

The woman supposedly came to the U.S. last November after having worked for these scumcrumpets for years in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Last month, a visiting nurse came to the apartment for a professional visit and the slave slipped her a note seeking help. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations began the investigation last month.

It is not unusual for Muslims to have slaves, even sex slaves--slaves are mentioned in the Koran, for example, and slave owners are permitted by sharia to have sex with them whenever they want. ISIS and other religious terrorist organizations do it all the time.

Currently, there are around 35.8 million slaves in the world and over half are women and girls.

Muslim refugee: "I want to blow myself up--I am against America"

Texas--an Iraqi refugee who's facing charges of helping ISIS wanted to set off bombs at two Houston malls. He was in the process of learning how to make electronic transmitters that are capable of detonating explosive devices. 

Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan came to Houston, Texas from Iraq in 2009. He was indicted last week on three charges, which includes attempting to provide support to a designated terrorist organization (not Obama's buddies, the Muslim Brotherhood). Al Hardan pleaded not guilty to all charges on Wednesday.

Bail was denied by U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes as it was ruled that there would be a serious risk if Al Hardan fled once released, which he would, if he could. She made her decision after hearing testimony from Homeland Security Agent Herman Wittliff. 

Agent Wittliff said that in addition to Al Hardan wanting to set off bombs at two malls, including the Galleria mall, the misinterpretor of Islam was also learning how to make electronic devices that would be capable of setting off bombs remotely, which would allow him more than one opportunity to wreak havoc and mayhem. "He wanted to build them (the transmitters) for ISIL," the agent said.

For some strange reason, Al Hardan's arrest prompted criticism of Obama's refugee policies from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. The governor has led Republican governors calling for a halt to resettlement of Syrian refugees in their states.

Immigrant advocates who will not be living in the close proximity of any refugees say they have total confidence in the vetting process even though it cannot be done effectively according to rational law enforcement authorities such as Jim Comey, head of the FBI.

Al Hardan's older brother, Saeed Faraj Saeed Al Hardan al Gore bin Al Qaeda, said his brother has denied any wrongdoing and that neither his brother or anyone in their family had ever expressed any support for the Islamic State--at least not openly.

Prosecutors say that Al Hardan was working along with another scumcrumpet Iraqi refugee living in Jerry Moonbeam Brown's state of California. Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab and Al Hardan communicated through Facebook messenger from April 2013 to October 2014. They talked about getting weapons training and slithering their butts to Syria to fight alongside ISIS, Wittliff said.

"Once I get the passport I will leave America; I will leave. I will make a widow of you," Al Hardan said to his cloth-coffin-covered wife, an court excerpt read. "I will go to Syria. I am not a wacko. I am not wacko. I am speaking the truth. I want to blow myself up. I want to blow myself up . . . I am against America."

Then after he does that, he'll make the electronic detonators.

The solution is obvious, according to the Obama administration. Just bring in more refugees. They will point out who the bad guys are and we can send them back to Syria with a baggie lunch/

Eenie meenie meinee visa

The U.S. has revoked over 122,000 visas and of those, about 9,500 were revoked due to terrorism concerns. This means that 122,000 visas were issued to people who should not have received them initially, and 9,500 of those people likely got the visas to enter the U.S. and perform terrorist acts against Americans.

The really frightening thing isn't the issuance of the visas, although it shows how stupid our government is, but the fact that the State Department doesn't know where thousands of these possible terrorists are.

"You don't have a clue, do you?" Rep. Jason Chaffetz, (R-Utah) told Michele Thoren Bond, assistant secretary for the Bureau of Consular Affairs.

Bond's straightforward admission when pressed by Chaffetz was a simple "I don't know," reminiscent of Obama's response when he told the American public that he finds out about things just like we do--in the media. 

This line of questioning came at a point in the hearing when administration officials were asked about what safeguards are in place to reduce the risk of would-be Islamic terrorists to be in the country. The big picture is the question of just how closely the government vets the background of people seeking entry into the U.S.A., including reviews of their social media.

Even some Democrats were taken aback at the lack of scrutiny we give to people from terrorist spawning countries, like Syria, for example. Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-Mass) said "If half the employees are doing it in the United States of America, if colleges are doing it for students, why wouldn't Homeland Security do it? We don't even look at their public stuff, that's what kills me."

Let's hope that it doesn't kill him or anyone else, but one has to be skeptical about the government protecting us.

Homeland Security Secretary and highly incompetently placed Jeh Johnson said that "There are some legal limits to what we can do."

WTF???? Legal limits?

People coming from other countries have no Constitutional rights like we do. They don't have any right to privacy unless we ask them to undress at the airport to check that strange bulge in their burqa. 

Homeland Security and the rest of the government involved with vetting foreigners have the responsibility to use every avenue available to them to ensure that there are no more Tashfeen Maliks and her ilk. Heck, she and her scumcrumpet American husband were communicating even before they were married about waging jihad in the U.S.

If I may use a Trumpian term: Jeh Johnson is a loser and so are the rest of the administration who fail to do their job.

ISIS jihadist detained in Turkey: undergoes Jeh Johnson test

An ISIS jihadist was detained in Ankara, Turkey, suspected of planning a suicide attack against the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul. The man, who comes from the land where Obama has a warm place in his heart, Syria, has been "detained" for several days, an official who wishes to remain anonymous due to the love he has for life, said.

The ISIS jihadist was identified as Muhammed Raghil al-Hardani (of the "Exploding Hardani Brothers").

A Kahramanmaras court, a city close to the Syrian border where people of all persuasions are dying to come to America, jailed the ISIS terrorist wannabe. The city, known for its tongue-twister name, plans to have the terrorist questioned by anti-terror police. The police will ask him such questions as:

1. Are you a terrorist?2. Is any member of your family a terrorist?3. If you were stranded on a desert island with a terrorist woman, what would you do?4. If you could blow up any U.S. Consulate in the world, which one would you choose?5. How many Jewish terrorists does it take to screw in a light bulb?

How to avoid Syrian draft

These questions have been suggested by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and overseen by Jeh Johnson, a man single-handedly designed the tricky questions that are still used today for the fool-proof  K-1 "Fiancee" Visa used to screen potential threats to the citizens of America. Okay, maybe he didn't actually come up with the questions, but he sure didn't offer any alternative ones.

And we all know how that worked out.

The U.S. Embassy in Ankara was on "limited operations" for the past two days due to an unspecified security threat.

Turkish intelligence found that al-Hardani crossed into Turkey "a while ago," being as specific as they are known to be, and that he planned to blow himself to smithereens at the consulate. He had been traced to Samsun, a city in northern Turkey (known as "Telephone Town") and his movements were monitored by Turkish intelligence. When he reached Kahramanmaras (say that three times fast) he was stopped before heading to Gaziantep province on the border of Syria. 

Turkey was targeted by two suicide bombings, blamed on a Turkish ISIS cell back in July and also in October. Over 130 people were killed in those attacks and we are going to take them into our country just to see what happens next.

You may recall, an article in the National Review reported how Turkey arrested 8 ISIS jihadists posing as refugees back in November.

Stating the oblivious

Here's a scary question: if the government cannot uncover falsified information given by a future terrorist, how can the government possibly screen and accurately rule out Syrians whose intentions are to kill infidels?

Simple: they can't. 

Tashfeen Malik, the San Bernadino terrorist and wife of Syed Farook, was able to enter the United States on a K-1 visa, aka "fiance visa" that listed a false address in her home country of Pakistan (pronounced Pahkeestahn by President Obama) according to ABC News. 

The media tried to contact the Department of Homeland Security but they didn't respond, possibly due to a high level of embarassment triggered by an even higher level of incompetence.

Malik evidently did not like the baby shower gifts she received for little Mohammad, or whatever the name of her 6 month old baby is, from the people she and Syed killed in the San Bernadino terrorist attack. (They were probably hoping for a Koran or a leather-bound set of Haditha.)

But she fell through the cracks of HSS because this is how government agencies operate.

Farook traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned to the United States with Tashfeen in July 2014. They married in August and had a 6-month-old daughter, who they hoped would one day follow in their jihad.

As mentioned here, Farook was in contact with several Islamic terrorist organizations. He was a terrorist, like his wife, and killing them probably saved more infidel lives in the future, in spite of what the family lawyers would have you believe.

Now we have a president who is obviously more sympathetic to Muslims than he is to Christians and Jews who wants to allow 10,000 Syrians into the USA in the guise of refugees. There is no reason to think that they will be better screened than the Muslim Angel of Death, Tashfeen Malik.

I am almost sertain that there will be more to come .  .  .  unfortunately.

Top officials violate the law, federal judge orders them to appear in court

Andrew Hanen, a federal judge in the district court of South Texas, has ordered top officials of Homeland Security to appear in Brownsville, Texas next month to explain why they should not be held in contempt for violating an injunction issued against President Obama's executive amnesty order. 

This order also includes Secretary Jeh Johnson, yet another Obama appointee who believes, like many on the left, that Obama's word is the law.

When Obama announced the amnesty action on November 20th, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who was then the state's attorney general, filed the suit on December 3rd.

Judge Hanen called Obama's response to his February 16 injunction "unacceptable" and "unprofessional" and said that he is "shocked and surprised at the cavalier attitude the Government has taken" in the way they disregarded it.

The problem stems from the federal government's failure to show why the DHS issued two thousand work permits to illegal aliens after the injunction was in place. The Injustice Justice Department announced that in May, but DHS never explained why they approved the applications.

Hanen is giving them until the end of July or else appear before him on August 19th.

"Each individual Defendant must attend and be prepared to show why he or she should not be held in contempt of Court," Hanen ordered. 

This makes one wonder if Obama is going to use his pen and phone to intervene and make the law of the land "go away." If he does, and is successful, then call it another victory for anarchy.
