Trump to halt refugee processing for Syrians

President Trump will order the government to stop accepting Syrian refugees and suspend the issuing visas to people from seven countries, predominantly Islamic, according to a draft executive order.

According to the AP the draft order shows that Trump intends to suspend the US's broader refugee program for 120 days. 

The seven countries include: Iran, Libya, Iraq, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, and Yemen.

But the countries that are not on the list that are also considered hotbeds for terrorism are: Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bosnia. 

The first on the list, Saudi Arabia, is the seat of Islam and Wahhabism, a violent form of Islam. There are more beheadings in Saudi Arabia as part of sharia justice, than ever before.

Bosnia was where the Boston Marathon bombers came from. 

Pakistan was the home of Tashfeen Malik, of the Orlando massacre husband-wife terror team and where Osama bin Laden was given sanctuary. 

And Afghanistan has the Taliban. Cha cha cha.

I don't know why he is overlooking these countries because they're no less a hub of terrorism than the others.

Apple has a worm

Two religious kids out for a jihad

San Bernadino D.A. Mike Ramos believes the Muslim jihadist Syed Farook's iPhone may have information on it that could uncover a possible third shooter in the December jihad massacre that killed 14 infidels. 

I know this description of the event may sound harsh, but that's exactly how the gunman and gunwoman viewed their "religious" mission.

Ramos filed an amicus curiae (aka: amicus brief) stating, "At the time that the murders were being perpetrated at least two 911 calls to the San Bernadino Police Dispatch center reported the involvement of three perpetrators."

The brief went on to add: "Although the reports of three individuals were no corroborated, and may ultimately be incorrect, the fact remains that the information contained solely on the seized iPhone could provide evidence to identify as of yet unknown co-conspirators who would be prosecuted for murder and attempted murder in San Bernadino County by the District Attorney."

Although it was confirmed that Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik did the shooting, the FBI has not ruled out the possibility of a third shooter being involved. Indeed, some eyewitnesses insisted there were three. One of those eyewitnesses, Sally Abedlmageed, said, "I know what I saw."

Ms. Abedlmageed doesn't seem to have an ax to grind.

Dead jihadists who murder innocent non-Muslims have zero privacy rights, and any evidence that can help us understand the situation and gather intelligence that may prevent further harm should be made available to law enforcement immediately. His phone can provide us with evidence of the crime, at the very least, and at best, prevent another one.

In any case, there may or may not be a third shooter, but what if the iPhone can provide data of another jihadist connection? Wouldn't that be a possible gold mine of intel?

The first officer on the scene, Lt. Michael Madden said he saw no evidence pointing to a third gunman. There's no doubt that such violence can cause people to see what may not be true. 

If you Google weapon focus effect, for example, it says:

Weapon focus is a factor affecting the reliability of eyewitness testimony. Weapon focus signifies a witness to a crime diverting his or her attention to the weapon the perpetrator is holding, thus leaving less attention for other details in the scene and leading to memory impairment later for those other details.

Now the issue is how intimate to the scene, the violent action, were the witnesses? If they believed their lives were in danger, then this phenomenon would apply. But if they didn't believe their lives were in danger, than their testimony is more believable.

Ramos tried another approach to get the iPhone opened for FBI search. He said in the filing the the phone "may contain evidence that can only be found on the seized phone that it was used as a weapon to introduce a lying dormant cyber pathogen that endangers San Bernadino County's infrastructure."

Ramos is probably referring to the possible existence of a "virus" or "worm" malware that would attack government computer networks and the like.

Apple does not need to change their system or be made to build something they don't want to build--that would be a form of slavery. All they need to do is a bypass of the password that, if tried and failed ten times would delete all phone data.

But Apple seems to have its own worm.

C'mon Tim Cook--do the right thing. If you don't, I'm trading in my iPhone for an android.

Dem. Sen. iPhones wife to ask where he left his glasses

In a strange twist of events Apple CEO Tim Cook has agreed to fully comply with FBI Director James Comey's request to create a "back door" into encrypted iPhone data. The change of heart comes after Cook's expensive home was hit by rocket and mortar fire by ISIS sleeper cells.

"We cannot sit on our hands when we have the ability to be one step ahead of these bas**rds," Cook said. He was most upset over the disappearance of his Middle Eastern personal cook, Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Ali bin Omar bin Ben. Cook believes the cook may have been taken hostage.

Director Comey did not need to follow through with his promise that if Apple refused to comply with the original court order, he would take the matter to the highest court.

Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump had called for a boycott of Apple products and was relieved that he didn't need to follow through with the threat. 

Mr. Trump uses iPhones and other Apple products extensively. "Those losers are lucky they got bombed. If they didn't, I was ready to do it myself. Anyway, now we don't have to boycott those suckers," Trump told his audience of 23,000 screaming fans.

The purpose of the request was to hack into the encrypted phone of San Bernadino jihadist Syed Farook. He, along with his not very lovely wife, Tashfeen Malik, killed 14 people in the attack in the name of ISIS and the religion of peace.

At the time, Mr. Cook was totally unaffected and his concerns were centered around his company rather than the security of our country. Since the rocket and mortar attack that somehow made his personal chef disappear, he is singing a different iTune.

Eenie meenie meinee visa

The U.S. has revoked over 122,000 visas and of those, about 9,500 were revoked due to terrorism concerns. This means that 122,000 visas were issued to people who should not have received them initially, and 9,500 of those people likely got the visas to enter the U.S. and perform terrorist acts against Americans.

The really frightening thing isn't the issuance of the visas, although it shows how stupid our government is, but the fact that the State Department doesn't know where thousands of these possible terrorists are.

"You don't have a clue, do you?" Rep. Jason Chaffetz, (R-Utah) told Michele Thoren Bond, assistant secretary for the Bureau of Consular Affairs.

Bond's straightforward admission when pressed by Chaffetz was a simple "I don't know," reminiscent of Obama's response when he told the American public that he finds out about things just like we do--in the media. 

This line of questioning came at a point in the hearing when administration officials were asked about what safeguards are in place to reduce the risk of would-be Islamic terrorists to be in the country. The big picture is the question of just how closely the government vets the background of people seeking entry into the U.S.A., including reviews of their social media.

Even some Democrats were taken aback at the lack of scrutiny we give to people from terrorist spawning countries, like Syria, for example. Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-Mass) said "If half the employees are doing it in the United States of America, if colleges are doing it for students, why wouldn't Homeland Security do it? We don't even look at their public stuff, that's what kills me."

Let's hope that it doesn't kill him or anyone else, but one has to be skeptical about the government protecting us.

Homeland Security Secretary and highly incompetently placed Jeh Johnson said that "There are some legal limits to what we can do."

WTF???? Legal limits?

People coming from other countries have no Constitutional rights like we do. They don't have any right to privacy unless we ask them to undress at the airport to check that strange bulge in their burqa. 

Homeland Security and the rest of the government involved with vetting foreigners have the responsibility to use every avenue available to them to ensure that there are no more Tashfeen Maliks and her ilk. Heck, she and her scumcrumpet American husband were communicating even before they were married about waging jihad in the U.S.

If I may use a Trumpian term: Jeh Johnson is a loser and so are the rest of the administration who fail to do their job.

The trouble with Trump

GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump knew there would be repercussions over his plan to ban foreign Muslims from entering the U.S., even though it is to be a temporary ban. 

"I knew there would be a storm," he told "Fox News Sunday" in a taped interview, but argued that extreme members of the religion who support terrorism are "sick people" who pose a risk to the country.

The religion he was referring to is Islam. The "sick people" he was referring to are not "sick," they are religious and take Islam, as the Koran delineates it, literally. Kind of like "Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them," and all.

So even the politically incorrect Trump carefully walks the fine line of PC and not PC, but many people love him because he is saying the things out loud that they are thinking.

The Donald made the ban proposal after the recent attacks in Paris and San Bernadino, where the terrorists had apparent connections to ISIS and al Qaeda.

Tashfeen Malik, the semi-ugly Pakistani Muslima with 'Mohamed Atta eyes' tried to contact the terror groups, before coming to the U.S. They didn't answer her call, or the line was busy, but after the attack, ISIS congratulated her on her jihad.

Malik and her husband, Syed Farook, killed 14 and wounded 21 in the San Bernadino attack. They were killed in a shootout with police (Black Lives Matter was not available for comment) and more information is being discovered every day.

For example, Malik had no difficulty entering the US from Pakistan on a fiancee visa in spite of having publicly stating her desire to commit jihad here. The reason this slip-up occurred was due to the fact that the government has the oversight on our security and, like Barack Hussein Obama, is incompetent beyond collecting taxes and instituting useless corporate regulations.

"They're sick people," Trump said of the terrorists, not the government, but he could have.

His plan to restrict Muslims from entering the United States was hugely (to use a Trump word) criticized by both parties, including the fresh-out-of-the-box GOP House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan, who said Trump's proposal is un-American.

Tell that to the Americans.

Not one to allow a criticism of him to go unnoticed, Trump criticized Ryan's thinking and said "He's big on amnesty. That's not the kind of thinking we need. We need strong leaders."

As it currently stands, the Donald has increased his poll numbers, according to a Monmouth University survey last week, to 35% of the vote between the GOP candidates. That's a tremendous difference.

Trump's big numbers seem to be a reflection on how the voters feel about the BS factor that exists in modern politics (see, for example, Hillary Clinton on Benghazi, emails, women's rights and credibility regarding rape and Bill Clinton).

The trouble with Trump is he often shoots from the hip and misses the target, then has to tweak his statements a bit. 

The voting public doesn't seem to care, however. They want Trump to say to Obama "You're fired!"

And 2017 can't come soon enough.

How to vet a refugee

It now appears that Tashfeen Malik, the wife of Syed Farook, was radicalized before she ever stepped on American soil. Farook too was probably radicalized by the time the loving couple entered the USA as husband and wife.

Malik, originally from Pakistan (not Pahkeestahhn, as Obama calls it) gave authorities a non-existent address when she came here. Nobody apparently checked on her information.

One thing is obvious: we need a better vetting process for immigrants and refugees because the process we are using now is as effective on terrorism as the Obama administration.

I believe that a face-to-face interview can glean the sensitive information that can distinguish an Islamic terrorist from a moderate Muslim. The questions I would pose are suited for Muslims and are not appropriate for other religious fanatics. I have graciously provided answers to these questions.

Question: You are about to shoot up a Christmas party when you realize there are Muslims in attendance among the infidels. Who would you kill first?
Answer: First the Jews, then the Christians. You save the Muslims for last in case they have a change of heart and join your jihad.

Question: A dog, a cat and a camel walk into a bar. Who doesn't belong there?
Answer: You. What are you doing in a bar, infidel pig?

Question: Mohammad (peace be upon him) comes down to earth from Paradise and tells you he wants to have sex with your wife. Which wife would you give him?
Answer: The 9-year-old. He really goes for the young chicks.

After you have asked these three key questions and obtained the correct answers that assure you the refugee is Islamic, you should close the interview thusly:
"I am going to draw Mohammad, (peace be upon him). What color should I draw his beard?"

If the refugee fails to attack you, allow him entry into the country in spite of the answers he/she gave. After all, it's going to happen under Obama's watch anyway.

Stating the oblivious

Here's a scary question: if the government cannot uncover falsified information given by a future terrorist, how can the government possibly screen and accurately rule out Syrians whose intentions are to kill infidels?

Simple: they can't. 

Tashfeen Malik, the San Bernadino terrorist and wife of Syed Farook, was able to enter the United States on a K-1 visa, aka "fiance visa" that listed a false address in her home country of Pakistan (pronounced Pahkeestahn by President Obama) according to ABC News. 

The media tried to contact the Department of Homeland Security but they didn't respond, possibly due to a high level of embarassment triggered by an even higher level of incompetence.

Malik evidently did not like the baby shower gifts she received for little Mohammad, or whatever the name of her 6 month old baby is, from the people she and Syed killed in the San Bernadino terrorist attack. (They were probably hoping for a Koran or a leather-bound set of Haditha.)

But she fell through the cracks of HSS because this is how government agencies operate.

Farook traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned to the United States with Tashfeen in July 2014. They married in August and had a 6-month-old daughter, who they hoped would one day follow in their jihad.

As mentioned here, Farook was in contact with several Islamic terrorist organizations. He was a terrorist, like his wife, and killing them probably saved more infidel lives in the future, in spite of what the family lawyers would have you believe.

Now we have a president who is obviously more sympathetic to Muslims than he is to Christians and Jews who wants to allow 10,000 Syrians into the USA in the guise of refugees. There is no reason to think that they will be better screened than the Muslim Angel of Death, Tashfeen Malik.

I am almost sertain that there will be more to come .  .  .  unfortunately.

The government is oblivious.

What more we know about the San Bernadino terror attack

According to a federal law enforcement official who wished to remain anonymous because Obama would have his head, told the LA Times that Sayed Rizwan Farook (the actual spelling of his name is a mystery) was in contact with Nusra Front, Al Qaeda's terrorist group, and Al Shabaab of Africa.

He's got Mohammad Atta eyes

Farook (or possibly Farooq) along with his Pakistani terrorist wife, Tashfeen Malik, attacked a Christmas party killing 14 people, many of whom had thrown a baby shower for the loving dirtbags just a few months prior to the attack. The liberal media referred to this party as a "holiday party" to avoid offending Muslims and the left.

The official told the Times Farook had "some type" of contact with the Islamic terror groups. Exactly what was said, is as much a mystery as the spelling of his first and last name. More than likely it had nothing to do with congratulating Farook and 'Tash' on the birth of their child (whom they handed off to granny just before they set their guns a blazing).

Here's why she covered her face

Fox News confirmed that Tash pledged her allegiance to the flag of ISIS and to the beheaders for which it stands as the morning of the Islamic terror attack began on Wednesday. The Facebook post was confirmed by another official who wished to remain anonymous lest Obama discover his identity.

Tash and Farook were killed in a police shootout.

Two so-called attorneys for the Farook family spoke at a press conference yesterday, making it painfully clear that wherever they attended law school should be investigated for educational incompetency. 

The comedy team barely acknowledged the dead that the radical Muslims caused, but did all they could to debunk the notion that the terrorist attack had anything to do with terrorism. The culprit might have been global warming.

In spite of the FBI asserting the attack by the radical Muslims was a terror attack, the Farook legal team of David Chesley and Mohammad (who'd a thunk) Abuershaid said that nobody should be called a terrorist without concrete evidence and media should not make such assumptions on somebody's statement.

So I suspect these idiots don't think the FBI is as credible as CAIR. 

Just because the terrorists wiped clean their online digital "fingerprints" is no reason to make accusations. Heck, even Hillary Clinton tried to do the very same thing and she may become our next leftist president. What difference, at this point, does it make?
