"Moderate" Governor Hires Anti-Catholic FBI Agent to Reform Prisons

Virginia’s self-styled “moderate” governor, Abigail Spanberger, has made another bold statement about moderation. She has handed the co-chairmanship of her new Community Partnership Council on Corrections to Stanley Meador, the former FBI special agent in charge in Richmond who presided over the now-retracted 2023 memo that treated traditionalist Catholics as a fresh domestic-terrorism opportunity.

The council, Spanberger announced, will advance “safety reforms by hearing directly from [corrections] staff, incarcerated individuals, and communities across Virginia” on reentry, public accountability, and “conditions of confinement.” It will create “a permanent, structured forum for dialogue and action on the issues that matter most” so that the governor’s reforms “take root, and build a foundation for Virginia long after I am no longer in this office.”

Many things, she added, are “systemically wrong” with the state’s prisons. Meador is the man for the job. While he ran the Richmond field office, the FBI produced an internal document titled “Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical-Traditionalist Catholic Ideology Almost Certainly Presents New Mitigation Opportunities.” The memo proposed keeping an eye on Catholic churches in Virginia and drew its analytical horsepower from the Southern Poverty Law Center, an outfit now facing wire-fraud charges for its long practice of labeling conservative Christians as extremists.

The memo leaked. The FBI yanked it back.

Bishop Barry Knestout of Richmond called it a “threat to religious liberty.” Then-Attorney General Merrick Garland told the Senate Judiciary Committee it was “appalling. It’s appalling. I’m in complete agreement with you.” FBI Director Christopher Wray told the House Judiciary Committee he had been “aghast” and ordered the thing withdrawn the moment he saw it.

The Justice Department inspector general later concluded the memo failed basic analytic standards and lacked sufficient evidence. Meador met with diocesan leaders and expressed regret for the “negative attention.” He did not, however, express regret for the memo itself. When one of his own subordinates apologized for having helped draft the document, Meador replied in an email: “No apology needed. I’m glad you are on the team and thankful for your commitment. Keep that head up, this too shall pass. Will make for a great chapter in your memoirs some day!”

That is the fellow Spanberger has now placed in a position to shape prison policy by listening to “incarcerated individuals.” The same administration that once worried traditional Catholics might radicalize has decided the urgent task is to give convicted criminals a structured forum in which to explain what is “systemically wrong” with their living arrangements.

Spanberger billed herself as a moderate on the campaign trail. Since taking office she has stocked her administration with a former Obama adviser who favored masking two-year-olds and mandatory COVID shots, a trans activist, and an advocate tied to a Soros-funded criminal-justice group. Appointing the man who ran the Richmond office during the Catholic memo was apparently just the next logical step in that program of moderation.Virginia’s prisons have recently featured MS-13 gang members, here illegally and already convicted of violent crimes including murder, stabbing three corrections officers.

At Red Onion State Prison, inmates set themselves on fire; the Department of Corrections said there was “no evidence” this was a protest and that the prisoners were simply trying to get moved.

Spanberger’s council will address these matters through dialogue, visitation-hour extensions, and a one-page code of ethics that instructs staff to “Do the Right Thing” and embrace a “People First” culture. The governor reports that her administration has already “immediately actioned” about 85 percent of the concerns raised by advocacy groups. She also cites a 56 percent drop in serious inmate-on-staff assaults and a 47 percent drop in confirmed overdoses. Other numbers, she notes, reflect how staff handle prisoners rather than any actual reduction in violence.

Meador was placed on leave and removed from the FBI in June 2025. CatholicVote national political director Logan Church observed that Spanberger’s decision to elevate him “tells every Catholic in America that violating our civil liberties isn’t a problem, it’s a pathway to advancement.” In the world of contemporary Democratic moderation, that is apparently high praise.

MS-13 dude serving time for murder sues Trump: wants to be recognized as a woman

So, let's get this straight. An MS-13 gang member, locked up for murdering a 14-year-old kid, now wants to be "recognized" as a woman, albeit one with a pee-pee, and is suing President Donald Trump to force the issue. Because, you know, that's the hill to die on when you're serving 21 years for kidnapping and slaughter. Obviously, he's afraid to be around tough inmates because they might just beat the crap out of him because they don't particularly like guys who hurt kids.

Reduxx Magazine dropped this gem on Sunday, laying out how Oscar Contreras Aguilar, aka "Atrevido" in his Mara Salvatrucha days, yeah, that MS-13, the crew famous for hacking people up with machetes, has decided he's now Fendi G. Skyy.

This turd was nailed in 2017 for his role in the 2016 murders of 17-year-old Edvin Mendez, a rival gang member, and 14-year-old Sergio Triminio, who Contreras Aguilar and his pals thought was snitching to the cops.

Fast forward to 2024, and after years of whining about prison life, claiming his own MS-13 buddies tried to shank him for being an informant, Contreras Aguilar suddenly declares he's a woman, and he’s filing lawsuits against Trump and the Bureau of Prisons because they won’t play along with his new identity.

Apparently, "transgender women prisoners in men's prisons" get "harsher, more degrading treatment than their cisgender counterparts," or so he claims.

This is the same guy who, back in 2022, tried suing then-Attorney General Merrick Garland, claiming he was a good little informant for the Suffolk County PD and the FBI's Long Island Gang Task Force in 2016 and 2017. His 21-year sentence? Just part of a plea deal, he said. "While in the community, [Contreras Aguilar] was working with the Suffolk County Police Department and the Long Island Gang Task Force of the FBI in New York as an informant," his complaint whined.

That lawsuit got tossed in early 2024, and within months, he has a new name and a new cause.

So here we are, a convicted murderer, once a proud MS-13 thug, now demands the world bend to his gender whims. And he's got the balls [literally] to sue the President of the United States over it.

Hey guys, if you enjoy Brain Flushings, I hope you'll consider supporting my work with a small donation to Buy Me a Coffee. It fuels my late-night writing sessions with fresh ideas. No pressure.

Suspected Antifa sympathizer pleads guilty to detonating shrapnel-filled device by Alabama AG's office

A guy with lots of names, Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, pleaded guilty in federal court to the malicious use of an explosive device that he had planted outside the Alabama Attorney General's office earlier this year. The device was loaded with nails and screws used as shrapnel in order to cause massive bodily injury to anyone in the blast area, the Department of Justice said.

Calvert, 26, of Irondale, Alabama, is suspected of having Antifa [antifascist] sympathies. He set the device off on February 24 in the early morning hours; fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The home-grown terrorist admitted he made the device himself and lit the fuse then retired quickly safely away from the area.

He was arrested on April 10th.

Calvert had posted Antifa fascist ideas on social media, stating the violence should be directed at the government and he even place Antifa stickers near the crime scene, the DOJ stated, although he claimed to have no affiliation with those scumcrumpets--a far-left organization that pretends to be an anti-Nazi movement while using fascist techniques for their ends.

Calvert faces between five and 20 years in prison. The case is being investigated by the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

"This defendant built a bomb using nails and screws as shrapnel and detonated it outside the Alabama Attorney General’s Office, endangering a public institution and members of the community," Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement. "Public servants should never be targeted for doing their jobs. The Justice Department will not tolerate such conduct, and we will use every resource at our disposal to prevent these attacks and hold perpetrators accountable."

Court documents also said the man was "dangerous" as he had "described his inability to control his own violent, aggressive impulses."

Some of the stickers allegedly posted by Calvert around the area included one that had "An Antifa logo superimposed over a rainbow flag background, with the words, "ANTI-FASCISM IS COMMUNITY SELF-DEFENSE," which makes as much sense as "SCREWING FOR VIRGINITY" makes sense.

Some of the sticker this idiot posted reportedly read, "DEATH TO FASCISM," "ARM THE HOMELESS," "F--K WORK LET’S RIOT!" and "NEVER WORK."

ATF Director Steven Dettelbach said Calvert perpetrated an attack on the American justice system.

"Violent, targeted attacks like this, aim to harm, whether physically or through fear and intimidation, the civil servants and public officials who serve our communities and country," Dettelbach said.

"ATF is committed to holding those who attack American institutions accountable. I commend the work of the ATF and all our federal and local partners in bringing this defendant to justice."

Heritage Foundation’s Overnight Project says Bowman should be charged the same as J6 folks

Conservative watchdog group, The Heritage Foundation’s Overnight Project, has pointed out that Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) should be charged with obstruction of the business of government the same as the January 6th “rioters,” some of whom have received long prison sentences.

Bowman was caught red-alarm-pulling-handed on camera pulling a fire alarm in the House of Representatives building during tense talks to avoid a government shutdown last weekend. He gave a lame excuse that only a gullible person or a Democrat [but I repeat myself] would believe, saying that he didn’t realize it was a fire alarm and thought it was a thing one pulled to open a door [that had a sign in front stating that it was for emergency exit only].

Regarding the bill that was to be signed to avoid the shutdown, the Democrats claimed they didn’t have time to read it, but back when it come to Obamacare, Nancy Pelosi told lawmakers to sign it so they could know what’s in it.

In a letter seen by Fox News Digital, Heritage stated that Bowman’s criminal violations includes a federal obstruction statute, the same one used by the Biden DOJ to prosecute alleged rioters who entered into the Capitol Jan. 6, 2021, and in Bowman’s case calls for up to a five-year prison sentence.

Of course, the chances that a Democrat politician of African-American heritage would be sent to prison for allegedly supporting his fellow Democrats is as probable as getting run over at Times Square by a boat.

Better to leave the jacket unbuttoned than to have this look

"Rep. Bowman’s actions violated federal law in addition to D.C. criminal law. The Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigations have made ample use of similar legal theories recently to investigate and prosecute individuals across the country," the letter states.

It was sent Thursday to Democrat U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, corrupt FBI Director Christopher Wray and the leaders of the U.S. Capitol Police and D.C. Metropolitan Police departments, some of whose staff held the doors open for the Jan. 6 protesters.

The federal statute states:

"Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States, or the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress…shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years," the federal statute states.
The D.C. codes Heritage suggests Bowman violated say it’s a misdemeanor "for any person or persons to willfully or knowingly give a false alarm of fire within the District of Columbia," and that anyone who "corruptly, or by threats of force, any way obstructs or impedes or endeavors to obstruct or impede the due administration of justice in any official proceeding," can be sentenced to prison for at least 3 years.

The New York Post's, [not to be confused with the Bezos-owned rag, The Washington Post] editorial board criticized Bowman’s fire alarm stunt saying it was "moronically irresponsible and wrong.”

Mike Howell, president of the Oversight Project, scolded the relevant government organizations for having "come under significant scrutiny from the American public in recent years due to politicization and weaponization against your political adversaries."

Howell noted that, in an interview aired on CBS' "60 Minutes" Oct. 1, Garland stated, "We do not have one rule for Republicans and another rule for Democrats. We don’t have one rule for foes and another for friends. … We have only one rule; and that one rule is that we follow the facts and the law, and we reach the decisions required by the Constitution, and we protect civil liberties.”

But of course they do.

"Similarly, at a recent Congressional hearing, Director Wray denied a double standard at the FBI stating, ‘The idea that I’m biased against conservatives seems somewhat insane to me, given my own personal background,’" Howell noted in the letter.

"This case presents an opportunity for course correction. The law should be enforced equally and without regard to political party," he concluded.

Better watch out for that boat in Times Square folks.

Justice Department sued for not registering Hunter Biden as foreign agent

Attorney General Merrick Garland along with the Biden Justice Department have been sued for failing to require Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent. But why let a little thing like that worry us when Hunter had illegally ditched a handgun in a dumpster, and when he registered it, he lied on the ATF Form 5320.1 when he failed to admit he was a drug user? Nothing happened to him then, and it's a good bet that nothing will happen to him now. However, suing Garland and the DOJ might prove to be interesting, just don't hold your breath.

Garland is the defendant in the lawsuit where the America First Legal (AFL) allegations date back to the Obama administration, when Hunter directly represented Ukraine's Burisma energy company in dealing with the Obama White House.

This lawsuit involves a violation of Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) under 22 U.S.C. § 611(b), according to the complaint.

"As detailed in our complaint, the record is quite clear," AFL VP and General Counsel Gene Hamilton wrote in a statement. "Hunter Biden appears to have used his unique access and position to the benefit of multiple foreign principals. Any other American would have been criminally prosecuted for failing to register as a foreign agent for this conduct — but not under Merrick Garland's Department of Justice, which continues to go out of its way to help President Biden, his family, and his radical liberal allies.

"The attorney general has a non-discretionary duty to ensure that Hunter Biden registers as a foreign agent under FARA and provides the American people with transparency into his activities on behalf of foreign principals."

C'mon, man. It's good old Hunter we're talking about here.

AFL cited evidence from emails revealed in other litigation against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), which confirmed Hunter Biden directly represented Burisma and its interests "as a foreign principal" in dealing with the Obama White House and, specifically, the office of then-VP Joe Biden, and he failed to register.

Under FARA, an "agent of a foreign principal" is defined as "any person who acts as an agent, representative, employee, or servant, or any person who acts in any other capacity at the order, request, or under the direction or control, of a foreign principal or of a person any of whose activities are directly or indirectly supervised, directed, controlled, financed, or subsidized in whole or in major part by a foreign principal."

Garland, a Democratic operative, has neither required Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent, nor followed the law to give him a waiver under FARA, the complaint alleges. It seeks a DOJ investigation and wants to tack Garland's balls to the proverbial wall.

"AFL requests that the Department of Justice investigate whether Hunter Biden engaged in activities covered by FARA and unlawfully failed to register as an agent of a foreign principal," the complaint concluded.

The Bidens, including Joe's brother James, have all been involved in dirty dealings with foreign entities, but I said it before and I'll say it again: don't hold your breath for something to hit a fan for these clowns,

MA Air National Guardsman, the kid with top secret clearance because why?

Boston -- The Massachusetts Air National Guardsman, Jack Teixeira is in federal custody and will face a judge Friday. The 21-year-old enlisted young man is being charged under the Espionage Act for allegedly sharing classified military documents on an online gaming forum.

Homeland security so called expert questions Teixeira's access to classified documents

"We talk a lot about what we classify. Once it's classified, we now need to start talking about who has access to it," former Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Juliette Kayyem said, as she questioned the military's oversight and Teixeira's access to sensitive information.

Teixeira is an Airman 1st Class in the Guard's 102nd Intelligence Wing with an E-3 ranking, meaning he is very low in the military hierarchy and had very little time in the military.

"Someone had confidence in him, that possibly they did a background check," Kayyem said. "Why are they not capturing this really weird behavior online?"

WBZ asked that question directly to Army intelligence officer Lt. Col. Paul Lushenko, the Deputy Director of Cornell's Tech Policy Institute.

"There's any number of ways this E-3 in the Air Force at 21-years-old could have gathered this information. Potentially deceiving his authorities to gain access to information in classified spaces," Lushenko said, which implies his authorities are idiots.

Attorney General Merrick Garland described the alleged traitor's behavior as bravado not ideology, despite sharing information about the Ukraine war and other top national security issues. This is because Attorney General Merrick Garland is quick to excuse behavior that smacks of anti-Americanism and award behavior that supports the left's agenda.

"We know that there is a whistleblower mentality with people like Edward Snowden. Regardless of that this is a violation of national law," Lushenko said, in what may seem like a minimization of traitorous behavior.

Teixeira being arrested

Sources say Teixeira will remain in FBI custody Thursday night and will make an appearance in federal court in Boston Friday.

Meanwhile, Teixeira's arrest begs the question as to how this low man on the totem pole could have such high-level access to highly classified material. For example, he leaked critical information about the war in Ukraine and Chinese relations which he posted on a chat app called Discord.

Garland said that Teixeira is being investigated for the "alleged unauthorized removal, retention, and transmission of classified national defense information."

"It is treason," former Bush 43 chief speechwriter Marc Thiessen told "The Story" on Thursday, "The idea that a 21-year-old kid can expose sources and methods of how we spy, how we have penetrated the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, because apparently we've exposed the fact we know they have a new hypersonic missile that can reach the United States, that they exposed our penetration of the Russian Defense Ministry, that could affect the war in Ukraine. I mean, the incompetence is stunning.

"And it wasn't, unlike Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning, it wasn't ideological," Thiessen added. "It was some kid trying to show off to his friends in a gaming chat room and has literally affected global national security by doing so. How this happens is just beyond me."

Sen. Tim Scott, (R-SC), told "America Reports" the leak is a "massive, catastrophic occurrence that should never have happened."

"We're talking about imperiling likely American lives," Scott said. "We're talking about weakening our relationship with our allies, emboldening the strength of our adversaries and revealing plans about attacks and coordination for Ukraine and other allies."

The big question is who vets these people who have such sensitive access? Joe Biden?

National Archives reveals a load of documents in office of Biden's lawyer

A total of nine boxes of documents were removed from the law office of Patrick Moore, our alleged President Joe Biden's attorney, however the National Archives does not yet know what's in those boxes.

But with the problems the Bidens currently face for having classified documents in an office at the Penn Biden Center, you can imagine those in his family who are still lucid and drug-free, are worried of being busted.

At least Joe isn't concerned as his biggest worries are staircases and the location of toilets.

Documents were also found at his Wilmington, Delaware, home, but again, not to worry--Attorney General Merrick Garland has put in place Robert Hur as special council to "investigate" the handling of Biden's classified document trove that he has been collecting since he was a senator after former President Lincoln was assassinated. Hopefully Hur, a registered Republican, will render a fair investigation and Biden is removed from office forthwith.

The existence of the nine boxes of documents was disclosed by Debra Steidel Wall, acting archivist of the United States, in a letter to Republican Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Chuck Grassley of Iowa. Grassley, you may know, was critical of Tucker Carlson's releasing of video at the Capitol Hill demonstration on Jan. 6th 2021. He along with 10 other Republicans were against Carlson's First Amendment rights and, in this case, responsibilities.

In response to a question from Johnson and Grassley about whether there were classified documents in the boxes, the reply said the contents are still a mystery four months after they were obtained.

“NARA [National Archives and Records Administration] has not reviewed the contents of the boxes found at Mr. Moore’s Boston office,” the letter said, revealing that they knew about the documents since Nov. 3, the day after the Penn Biden Center classified documents were uncovered. The American public did not learn of this find until weeks later.

“NARA contacted President Biden’s personal counsel on November 3, 2022, to arrange to pick up boxes from the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., they informed NARA that Mr. Moore had moved other boxes from the Penn Biden Center to Mr. Moore’s law firm in Boston,” the letter said.

So you can almost bet there will be confidential material in this find. Luckily for Joe Biden, he's incompetent to stand trial.

Journalist John Solomon posted:
Biden’s document story keeps changing, this time by nine boxes | Just The News https://t.co/AW9oHSQReI

— John Solomon (@jsolomonReports) March 9, 2023
“[W]hen NARA referred this matter to the Office of Inspector General on November 4, 2022, NARA informed the OIG that some boxes had been moved to Boston,” the letter said.

The letter said the boxes were moved to Boston sometime in October.

Things are looking bad for Joe Biden, but he'll only be mildly aware.

DOJ actually does its job: charges over a dozen alleged enemy spies

Attorney General Merrick "Judy" Garland made an announcement Monday that the DOJ is charging 13 people for allegedly spying for the Chinese in the United States. This is the first time since assuming the position of AG that Garland has done something good for the country.

Garland made the charges public at a news conference at the Justice Department and described the situation as a "significant national security" investigation. Thus far, only two of the alleged spies have been arrested while the other eleven remain at large.

The charges involve three separate criminal cases, two of which are being prosecuted in the DOJ’s Eastern District of New York and the third filed in the District of New Jersey where you are not permitted to pump gas for yourself.

One set of charges came from information obtained from a double agent. The DOJ said the person works for the FBI, but agents of the People's Republic of China believed his allegiances were with the forever smiling Xi Jinping.

The double agent met with suspected Chinese intelligence officers who allegedly sought insider information on a criminal probe into a Chinese-controlled telecommunications company.

In a different case, alleged Chinese spies are accused of harassing a Chinese-born American resident with the intent of bullying the person into returning to China. The agents even appeared at the target’s New York home and threatened him with multiple Chinese finger traps.

The home visits amounted to “harassment and attempted repatriation by force” of the victim, according to the DOJ.

Seven defendants face charges in connection to the home visits. Of these, two have pleaded not guilty and five remain at large in China, according to  NBC News.

The remaining set of charges involve four Chinese nationals who allegedly tried to recruit American academics and federal law enforcement individuals to work as Chinese state spies. This is almost as bad as having a spy working as a Democratic Senator's driver, or a spy sleeping with a Democratic Congressman from California, or having the President's family tied to the CCP via their bank records.

These Chinese spy recruiters have allegedly been attempting to ensnare Americans into working for China from 2008 to 2018, according to the DOJ.

FBI Director Christopher Wray pointed to the indictments as evidence that the United States government is finally working against the potent threat of Chinese espionage.

“Beijing may think our adherence to the rule of law is a weakness, but they’re wrong,” Wray said. “We’re disrupting Chinese government criminality and aggression not just while adhering to our values, but by adhering to our values.

Josh Hawley demands Merrick Garland testify under oath for FBI raid pro-life activist

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) is livid that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland presided over the FBI "guns-out" raid of pro-life activist Mark Houck, a Catholic and father of seven.

Hawley wants Garland to testify under oath about this incident in which about 20 armed FBI agents in 15 vehicles raided Houck's home.

Houck heads a nonprofit group that provides counseling at abortion clinics in Philadelphia. Last year he and his 12-year-old son were involved in an incident at a Planned Parenthood abortion mill when an aggressive Planned Parenthood escort began harassing the boy using vulgar language and basically being a puss-puddle. Mark Houck was protecting his son and pushed the escort to the ground where he ended up unhurt. The scumcrumpet tried to press charges but the case was dismissed by a federal court in Philadelphia.

Enter Sen. Josh Hawley.

“If the shocking reports about the FBI arresting a man Friday in rural Pennsylvania are true, then you have a lot to answer for,” Hawley said in the letter to Garland after Houck's arrest.

“These reports state that federal authorities obtained a warrant under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act to arrest Mark Houck for allegedly committing a single count of simple assault by pushing a man near an abortion clinic,” he continued. “Houck contends that he only did so to defend his child against the man, and local authorities have already dismissed a separate criminal complaint against Houck for the conduct.”

Yes, the case was dismissed so why did the FBI raid Houck's home?

“Not only did your office turn a local dispute into a national case, but the FBI reportedly executed the search warrant in as extreme a manner as one can image,” Hawley asserted.

“As Houck’s wife said, when they saw 20 or more agents arrest their father at gunpoint, ‘the kids were all just screaming,’” Hawley said. “To say the least, using this kind of force to make an arrest for a single charge of simple assault is unprecedented.”

Hawley positioned the arrest against the DOJ seemingly sleeping on the dozens of attacks against pro-life pregnancy centers and churches by abortion extremists following the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

“I want to know from Merrick Garland directly why Biden’s DOJ is arresting Catholic protestors like terrorists – complete with SWAT-style tactics – while letting actual terrorist acts like fire-bombings go unpunished,” he said.

“The corruption & abuse of law is out of control,” Hawley stated. “Come January, the new Republican Congress must launch a thorough, public investigation of DOJ & the FBI – from their targeting of parents to religious protestors to political opponents.”

“What Biden is doing is wrong,” the senator slammed. “And dangerous.”

“I believe you must testify, under oath, before the Senate Judiciary Committee about your selective use and apparent political weaponization of the FACE Act,” Hawley wrote to Garland.

The senator demanded answers “within 10 days” to three questions concerning Houck’s arrest, including why it took 20-25 armed feds to execute an arrest for an alleged simple assault.
The corruption & abuse of law is out of control. Come January, the new Republican Congress must launch a thorough, public investigation of DOJ & the FBI – from their targeting of parents to religious protestors to political opponents. What Biden is doing is wrong. And dangerous

— Josh Hawley (@HawleyMO) September 26, 2022

Is the Biden administration now in the business of weaponizing the DOJ and its agencies against conservatives? It sure as hell seems like it.

DOJ's Garland admits FBI seized "attorney-client privileged information" in Mar-a-Lago raid

The Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland, head of the Department of Justice has just made that department an oxymoron. When it comes to justice, one needs to look elsewhere. The AG finally admitted in a court filing Monday that FBI agents seized documents “potentially contain[ing] attorney-client privileged information” in the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

Rather than having the walnuts to admit they grabbed attorney-client privileged information, Garland gave a half admission until the next shoe is forced to drop.

The admission comes as U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon suggested that she plans to appoint a special master to oversee the FBI’s review of materials they grabbed on August 8th when they ran an unprecedented raid on a former US president. Trump’s legal team requested the special master last week, claiming that the former president needed a safeguard against the DOJ obtaining privileged information. This makes perfect sense to anyone who has been following the behavior of the FBI. (Efrem Zimbalist Jr. must be rolling in his grave. Google him if you don't get the reference.)

Efrem Zimbalist Jr.

The DOJ said in the filing:
Although the government will provide the Court more detail in its forthcoming supplemental filing, the government notes that, before the Court issued its Preliminary Order, and in accordance with the judicially authorized search warrant’s provisions, the [FBI] Privilege Review Team … identified a limited set of materials that potentially contain attorney-client privileged information, completed its review of those materials, and is in the process of following the procedures set forth in paragraph 84 of the search warrant affidavit to address potential privilege disputes, if any.
On Saturday, Judge Cannon issued an order giving the Justice Department until Tuesday to produce a more detailed list of items seized at Mar-a-Lago, as well as the proceedings of the Department of Justice’s “filter team” that is going through all of Trump’s documents. The DOJ also said on Monday it will comply with Cannon’s request and file the documents under seal by Tuesday.

Trump filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida after the raid, in which he stated that his Fourth Amendment rights had been violated--you know, the unlawful search and seizure thingy--in which the seizure of some documents, including two of his passports, "helped" Merrick Garland & Cronies realize they screwed up and better fess up now rather than try blowing smoke where the sun don't shine and obfuscating what they did.

In the lawsuit, Trump’s lawyers said the Mar-a-Lago raid was likely motivated more by politics than the rule of law. “[T]he Government has failed to legitimize its historic decision,” the suit claims while adding that Merrick Garland took the “unheard-of step” of holding a press conference over the raid and agreeing to release part of the search warrant application.

Imagine if Garland ever got to land on the Supreme Court.

On Thursday, Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ordered that a redacted version of the affidavit that led to the execution of a search warrant on Mar-A-Lago be released (last) Friday morning. When the heavily redacted affidavit was released as ordered, the FBI was absolutely crushed on social media, which included charges of “grave travesty” and “no reason for [the] raid.”

But the redactions were so copious that it led to a shortage of black ink across the country.

Meanwhile, Garland et al., have their walnuts in a vice and it's slowly closing in on them. This should be very interesting in spite of the incredible levels of corruption in government that suggests these scumwafers may get away with their disgusting behavior.

BREAKING: 11 Sets of Documents Removed from Mar-A-Lago by Feds: some marked "Top Secret"

Photo: Joe Raedle / Getty Images

Federal law enforcement agents removed eleven sets of documents from former President Donald Trump's Mar-A-Lago residence in Florida over the week.

The Wall Street Journal reported that some of the materials removed were “marked as top secret and meant to be only available in special government facilities.”  This report was also confirmed by Fox News and said the warrant gave permission to search “the ‘45 Office,’ all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by POTUS and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate.”

Four sets of top secret documents were recovered along with three sets of secret documents and three sets of confidential documents, according to the report. Around 20 boxes of items were removed from the property and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland approved the search warrant and continues to suck both at his job and as an individual.

“Just now the Justice Department has filed a motion in the southern district of Florida to unseal a search warrant and property receipt relating to a court-approved search that the F.B.I. conducted earlier this week” at Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, Garland said. “The department filed the motion to make public the warrant and receipt in light of the former president’s public confirmation of the search, the surrounding circumstances, and the substantial public interest in this matter.”

“I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter,” Garland added. “Second, the department does not take such a decision lightly. Where possible, it is standard practice to seek less intrusive means as an alternative to a search and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken.”

The Washington Post claimed in a report on Thursday that officials were allegedly searching for highly classified documents on “nuclear weapons” when they searched the property. The feds evidently worried that the former President would use the plans to build a nuclear weapon to become "Ruler for Life" of the United States.

The report said that those familiar with the matter did not offer any specific details on whether the alleged documents on nuclear weapons were about weapons that were possessed by the United States or a foreign nation, and they did not disclose what was recovered during the search. This is mainly due to the fact that there has not been enough time to come up with believable "specific details."

If this turns out to be a "nothing burger" as the previous hoaxes did, the press will scramble to provide cover for these scumcrumpets who have a target and are in search of a crime. But this just might be the biggest mistake they've made other than all the others.

US is now Orwellian: FBI confiscates cell phone of GOP congressman

Flatulent Blowhards Inc. (FBI) took a personal cellphone belonging to Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) while he was traveling with his family on Tuesday, he said.

What the hell is going on with our government? Are they looking to permanently divide the country or are they too stupid to realize that this is exactly what they're doing?

“This morning, while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone,” Perry said in a statement. “They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish. I’m outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ, would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress.”

“My phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends. None of this is the government’s business,” Perry added.

Perry also invoked former President Trump, who was raided by the FBI on Monday, in his statement.

“As with President Trump last night, DOJ chose this unnecessary and aggressive action instead of simply contacting my attorneys,” Perry said. “These kinds of banana republic tactics should concern every Citizen — especially considering the decision before Congress this week to hire 87,000 new IRS agents to further persecute law-abiding Citizens.”

While it's unknown why his cellphone was seized, Fox News noted that he had been a target of the Democrat's Jan. 6 House select committee as he's a loyal Trump ally and made frequent contact with the Trump White House.

This crap needs to blow up in the Democrats' faces.

The country is fast tracking to the left and the administration just hired 87,000 IRS agents who you know are going to make life miserable for conservatives and middle income families in general.

AG. Garland misses deadline to give Senate info on basis for school board memo

Imagine, this guy could have been a Supreme Court Justice. Thanks Mitch.

Attorney General Merrick Garland, perhaps the worst AG ever to be in office, told Senate members of the Judiciary Committee last week that the Department of Justice would provide information regarding the DOJ's intervention in matters explaining their actions and words directed toward school board officials. The promise was to be completed by November 1, but so far they failed to provide the committee with the information. It may be due to Garland's incompetence as AG, but it's more likely due to the absence of additional information.

On the day that Garland testified, a letter was sent by eight GOP committee members addressed to Garland and calling for any information that acted as a catalyst for the memo other than the letter the National School Board Association sent to the Biden administration calling for federal action to their baseless claim, as we now know it to be. Garland agreed that the letter had a big effect on the DOJ's decision, but he pretended there was more that influenced his decision and that the letter wasn't the only basis for the memo.

Garland said that the incidents cited in the NSBA letter did not provide the basis for the memo. He claimed that other evidence including "public reports of violence and threats of violence" informed his decision-making, but he did not specify which ones.

"Pursuant to this commitment," the GOP members' letter said, citing Garland's agreement to turn over information, "please provide all evidence you personally used or relied on between Wednesday, September 29, 2021, and Monday, October 4, 2021 – other than the content of the NSBA letter dated Wednesday, September 29, 2021 – that formed the basis for the memo issued by the DOJ dated Monday, October 4th that addressed '…harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff," the letter requested.

"Because you were able to distill your evidence and craft a memo that fixed the gaze of the FBI directly on concerned parents across this country in just four days, you should be able to share that evidence with us in the same period of time," the letter said.

The request was signed by Sens. Ben Sasse, (R-NE), Charles Grassley, (R-IA), Mike Lee, (R-UT), Tom Cotton, (R-AR) Thom Tillis, (R-NC) Lindsey Graham, (R-SC), Marsha Blackburn, (R-TN), and John Kennedy, (R-LA).

The senators said they specifically chose November 1 as the deadline because it was exactly five days after the hearing. There should have been no problem, no time constraint on Garland's DOJ to gather the information the committee members requested.

But they either failed, or refused to do so.

Parents not wanting their children being taught that the are bad because of their skin color and arguing with the scumcrumpets on the school boards is not violence and the parents are not terrorists.

DOJ, FBI investigating "disturbing spike' in freedom of speech targeting school administrators

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Monday has ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate a recent spike in people's First Amendment rights, aka, freedom of speech. He labels this freedom as "harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence" against Marxist-inspired school administrators who call for revolution, harassment and threats of violence as also witnessed by leftist.

When Trump won the presidential election, leftists rampaged through the streets, randomly destroying property and screaming at the sky. The latter was their constitutional right, but not the former whereby innocent people were victimized. Maxine Waters (D-CA) told people to harass Trump supporters from public places and gas stations, and nobody on the Left batted an eye.

Hillary Clinton divisively called Trump voters "deplorables," and Democrats across the country cheered her on. Some Trump voters were intimidated at their workplace and even terminated before the election.

Leftists got in the face of GOP members while they sat with their families in restaurants but Garland fails to talk about this kind of intimidation because it comes from the Left.

The Left only likes the U.S. Constitution when it serves their purposes and they undermine it when it protects their political opponents, especially when it comes to the First Amendment.

The Department of Justice [a department whose title has become an oxymoron] published a memo by Garland directing U.S. attorneys and the FBI to work with local officials to identify and curb threats to school administrators. What he defines as "threats" is the anger parents are voicing about schools teaching Marxism and anti-American sentiment in the classrooms. Anger is not the same thing as calls for violence.

“In recent months, there has been a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools,” the memo said, without citing specific examples. “While spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, the protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views."

Spirited debate in Loudon County, Virginia is what sparked Garland's intervention. The school board is being challenged by parents who object to their children being taught Marxist critical race theory. But as far as spirited debate is concerned, they are only allowed to speak for 60 seconds to voice their objections. Tell me, how can the average person get their points across in such a limited period of time?

A host of The Daily Wire, Matt Walsh, spoke at one of the school board meetings and was able to quickly and succinctly present his case against the current curriculum. Since Walsh did not live in the school district when he first presented, the school board changed its rules stating that one must live within the district in order to be at the meetings--a ploy designed to get rid of his input.

So Walsh rented an apartment in the district and his landlady charged him one dollar a month rent just so he can have a voice.

In his initial presentation, Walsh called on school board members to present evidence to back up their universal mask mandate for all students at school. He went on to cite official data on total number of cases for children since the beginning of the pandemic, around 4.2 million, and the extremely low death rate among children, which Walsh compared to the common flu. Forcing students to be masked, he argued, is “cruel” and a form of “child abuse.”

These idiots are running scared because parents don't want their kids being taught how terrible America is, and how they are bad because of their skin color.

Just imagine if Merrick Garland had gotten onto the Supreme Court at the end of the Obama administration when he was nominated but blocked by Mitch McConnell.

Boston Marathon bomber wants leniency and might get a stimulus check

Convicted murdering jihadi who killed 3 and injured over 260 people at the Boston Marathon in 2013 Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has now revised his $250,000 lawsuit against the federal government! This piece of human excrement is suing the U.S. taxpayer because he is suffering  from "psychological injury, emotional distress, and destruction of my family relationships," the Boston Herald reported.

What is the world coming to?

The scumbag is appealing to Biden's anonymous advisor's pick, incoming Attorney General Merrick Garland to grant him additional privileges in his maximum-security prison in Colorado.

In an amended, handwritten complaint, the 26-year-old POS said he was suffering "psychological injury, emotional distress, and destruction of my familial relationships."

Part of that familial destruction occurred when his brother Tamerlan was shot and wounded, but in an effort to escape the law, Dzhokhar ran him over with a getaway vehicle which killed him.

Now the crap weasel has appealed to Garland to intervene, claiming the Federal Correctional Complex Florence is stopping him from sending photos to his beautiful [terrorist] family and hobby crafts to his lawyers, WHDH also reported.

Tsarnaev reportedly whined that he is forbidden to communicate [and possibly indoctrinate] with his younger nieces and nephews. His phone calls are monitored and his mail is "censored," to ensure he isn't making any plans that might harm others.

He wants to be moved to a Level 2 security level and requested that the $2,300 currently on hold in his prison canteen account be released to him, according to reports.

Speaking of money, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), claimed that Tsarnaev would receive the second $1,400 stimulus check under President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID relief package approved by the Senate Saturday without any Republican support. Sources say Biden is not aware of that, or much else.

"Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Bomber, murdered three people and terrorized a city," Cotton tweeted Saturday. "He'll be getting a $1,400 stimulus check as part of the Democrats' "COVID relief" bill."

Besides the killings, the pressure cooker bomb he and his brother set off, permanently maimed so many others who will have to deal with their injuries and scars for the rest of their lives, while taxpaying Americans pay for Tsarnaev's "3 hots and a cot."

Cotton, as well as Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), and Ted Cruz (R-TX), offered an amendment on the Senate floor Saturday to block checks from prisoners. It failed on a party-line vote, 49-50, with Democrats showing sympathy for murderers like Tsarnaev and others like Dylann Roof.

Sen. Dick [coincidence or could momma read the future] Durbin (D-IL), argued that prisoners' children could be affected by withholding the money from them. Except Tsarnaev and Roof have no kids, and that argument makes no sense.

"Dylann Roof murdered nine people. He's on federal death row," Cotton also tweeted. "He'll be getting a $1,400 stimulus check as part of the Democrats' ‘COVID relief’ bill."

Seriously, what is this world coming to?

Cory Booker doesn't care if Kavanaugh is innocent or guilty, like him

Booker discussing how it's impossible for him
to be a sexual predator
Democratic Senator from New Jersey and alleged assaulter Cory Booker, admitted in a press conference Tuesday that his reasoning that Brett Kavanaugh should not be confirmed to the Supreme Court has nothing to do with the lack of the preponderance of evidence against him, or even if he's totally "innocent or guilty" of assault like Booker, but by the fact that his name has been sullied.

Booker, whose name has been sullied by abuse allegations along with the existence of a video showing him dragging his former girlfriend off of his bed and using strong profanity toward her, is, as mentioned, a Democrat. That makes all the difference to the party that has an ass as its symbol. [See also these Democrats: Bill Clinton, Anthony Weiner, Al Franken, Andrew Jackson, Richard Mentor Jackson, James Buchanan, William Rufus King, Grover Cleveland, William Campbell Preston Breckenridge, Woodrow Wilson, David Walsh, John F. Kennedy, Wilbur Mills, Allan Howe, Wayne Hays, Fred Richmond, Robert Leggett, Joseph P. Wyatt Jr., Gerry Studs, Gary Hart, Gus Savage, Austin J. Murphy, Charles S, Robb, Brock Adams, Mel Reynolds, Gary Condit, Mark Foley, Tim Mahoney, John Edwards, Eric Massa, David Wu, John Conyers Jr., Keith Ellison, but mostly Bill Clinton and Cory Booker.]

The fact that Kavanaugh was visibly upset when defending himself against allegations that would ruin his career is all Booker needed to make his "brilliant" assertion that this is reason not to confirm him to the "sacred institution."

Evidently,  "Almost Spartacus" doesn't know the difference between the words 'sacred' and 'important.'

Now that the FBI investigation over the allegations of sexual misconduct is almost completed, the Democrats are saying that not enough time was budgeted to do a proper investigation. They'd like the agency to search at least until the midterm elections are over in November because they're hoping to win a majority of seats--a really good reason to go and vote for the GOP, my friends.

If the investigation finds nothing, and it likely will not since those who were alleged to have witnessed the assault, deny being there or even knowing Brett Kavanaugh, there will still be unsatisfied Democrats. Nothing will satisfy them unless Trump selects Merrick Garland.

Sorry, elections have consequences.

Senate GOP goes nuclear

Well, it's going to be a done deal. The Grand Old Party has set the nuclear option' to finalize the appointment of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court.

Thanks to Harry Reid (who first used the 'nuclear option' to push through the Democrat's picks and thumb his nose at the Republicans) the GOP is now in the driver's seat.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says he now has the votes to end the Democrat's veto power and have Gorsuch confirmed Friday. The voting should take place at around 11:30 a.m.

The rule change would change the 67 vote threshold needed to a mere majority of 51 votes.

Gorsuch, 49, is a highly qualified justice with a decade of federal appeals court experience and Senate Republicans say he will be a strong addition to the court.

Democrats say putting him on the court will result in more decisions favoring corporations over working-class Americans. These hypocrites are whining over the refusal last year to consider Obama's liberal choice of Judge Merrick Garland in spite of Joe Biden's rule of not seating a Supreme Court judge in the final days of a presidency until after the next election.

There are four Democrats who voted with the GOP for Gorsuch: Michael Bennet (D-CO), Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Joe Donnelly (D-IN).

Thank you Hairy Weed.

Do what she says, not what she does

Uber liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor believes the Supreme Court needs fewer Ivy league school graduates, fewer Jews and fewer Catholics to fill the vacancy left by Justice Antonin Scalia. But as a Catholic and Yale Law School graduate herself, she refuses to step down and make her wide chair available in order to practice what she's preaching.

"I . . . think there is a disadvantage from having (five) Catholics, three Jews, everyone from an Ivy League school," the Latina said at Brooklyn Law School on Friday. But she did not mention the Chicagoan, Merrick Garland, who also went to Harvard Law School and is Jewish.

Garland was recently nominated for the Supreme Court by lame duck president Barack Obama but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said he won't hold nomination hearings with a lame duck Obama in the White House.

Instead, McConnell is taking Joe Biden's sage advice when as a Senator, George W. Bush had a full year and a half to go as president and with the possibility of an empty seat on the Court made his famous suggestion to G.W. (see video).

Sotomayor told the law school audience that several of the justices are from the Big Apple and don't have criminal defense law outside white-collar settings. She believes that in order to be a good judge of whether what politicians are doing is legal, it's best to work with street scumbags as their council before working with politicians.

The logic is incontrovertible.

Regarding the Garland nomination, Obama argues that he has a constitutional obligation to submit a nominee to Congress, but as president and commander in chief, he has no constitutional obligation to follow the uh, Constitution when his ideas are better.

Some liberal groups, using liberal logic, would like to see an all female Supreme Court because, after all, "'The Supremes' were all women and they sang real good."
