FAA wants to hire intellectually and psychiatrically impaired experts

The Federal Aviation Administration is currently recruiting workers with "severe intellectual" disabilities or psychiatric problems, and others with mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative spelled out on the agency’s website. 

I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see how this all ends up. 

"Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring," the FAA’s website states. "They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism."

The initiative is part of the FAA’s "Diversity and Inclusion" hiring plan, which claims "diversity is integral to achieving FAA's mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across our nation and beyond." 

How does diversity and inclusion ensure safe and efficient travel? There is nothing wrong with hiring people with mental or physical disabilities, but please don't tell me it makes travel safer or more efficient. I don't have a problem with hiring people with disabilities as long as they are placed in jobs they can handle and that will not cause them stress. 

The FAA’s virtue-signaling website shows the agency’s guidelines on diversity hiring were last updated on March 23, 2022.

The FAA, which is overseen by Secretary Peter "The Chest-feeder" Buttigieg's Department of Transportation, is a government agency charged with regulating civil aviation and employs roughly 45,000 people. He has done a bang-up job as Secretary, because a lot of things like trains and planes go "bang!" since he got the cushy position. 

Things also tend to crack or fall off of planes lately. One cannot blame Buttigieg directly, or can one?

Elon Musk tweeted on X just a week ago: "Do you want to fly in an airplane where they prioritized DEI hiring over your safety?. That is actually happening."

"The DEI Rot In The Airline Industry Is Way Worse Than You Think," Daily Wire's Matt Walsh wrote in an op-ed last week.

Critics of such commentary have pushed back on the argument that prioritizing DEI has made traveling less safe, with civil rights groups slamming Musk, for example, for the "abhorrent and pathetic" tweet.

The FAA website claims that folks with "severe" mental and physical disabilities are the most under-represented segment of the federal workforce.

Perhaps that's because some of them had gone "postal." There was a time we weren't even allowed to use that word.

Fox News, Having No Humility, Secretly Celebrates Pride Month

Fox News has given the term 'foxhole' an entirely new meaning. That is, the outlet is digging themselves an even deeper "Fox Hole" than they dug when they fired Tucker Carlson. The network is no longer considered to be the go-to source for conservative views and has gone woke in the spirit of CNN and MSNBC.

When Tucker was fired, ratings fell faster than the skivvies of a Bill Clinton aide, not only in Tucker's 8 p.m. prime time slot, but in the time slots of shows before and after his. Jessie Watters, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham all lost myriad viewers once Tucker left.

Still, the network pretended to be conservative and the voice of those on the right, until Harris Faulkner announced that Fox was going to the DEI agenda [diversity, equity and inclusion] into its business model to comply with New York's marxist laws.

However, Fox was hiding one thing they didn't want to trumpet, but then Daily Wire's Matt Walsh revealed the find on Tuesday. He went on Twitter and unmasked the out-of-the-way page on Fox's website: "America Together: Celebrating Diversity." The theme on the entire page was LGBT "Pride Month." 

“FOX News Media celebrates the contributions to America by the LGBTQ+ community,” the page quietly read. So Walsh tweeted out:

Like Bud Light and Target, Fox News is in a hole and doesn't know to stop digging and seems quite happy to jump on the child gender mutilation, diversity, and everybody wins a trophy bandwagon. 

Perhaps it's only a matter of time when Greg Gutfeld goes woke. He and the rest of the Fox News staff are not allowed to utter the words "Tucker Carlson" lest they suffer the same fate.

So who the hell is going to watch Fox News? Liberals certainly won't because as bad as Fox has become, they are still too conservative for their woke taste.  And conservatives who know they have choices also will go elsewhere. 

The not so foxy LGBTQ website is not who put Fox at the top of cable television and it's a betrayal of these conservatives. If you have any principles, you need to consider going elsewhere for your news and information because Fox News has been corrupted. Try Daily Wire, Megyn Kelly's podcast, Breitbart, Newsmax, and there are plenty of other choices.

Matt Walsh will hold "Rally to End Child Mutilation"

Matt Walsh, host of the Daily Wire, documentarian and children's author is not just talking about the issue of child mutilation [otherwise known as transitioning children] he's doing something about it to bring it to the public's attention.  Walsh is holding a rally at the Tennessee state capitol in Nashville that is aimed at calling for an end of "child mutilation" in the state.

The rally is to take place on October 21st. 

Walsh tweeted:

“Join us on October 21 at the state capitol as we rally to end child mutilation across the state. We are going to put a stop to gender ideology’s assault on our children. Come and be a part of the movement.”

Matt will speak at the rally, which begins at 4:00 p.m. and there will be more speakers there as well--announcements to follow. The bestselling author also encouraged his followers to reserve a free ticket to the rally to “send a message to the entire nation that radical experimentation is not ‘medical care’ as the left has claimed—it is child mutilation, and Americans will not allow it to continue.”

It was Walsh who uncovered the practices of Vanderbilt University Medical Center where surgeries are being performed on children and whereby a large number of lawmakers demanded an investigation into the Nashville pediatric gender clinic. Shocking videos by a Vanderbilt doctor from the clinic described certain transgender surgeries as "huge money makers," and went into detail as to the post operative care people would require both in doctor intervention and medication costs.

A health law scumbag also called conscientious objections to transgender surgeries “problematic.” That is, if a doctor has, for example, a religious objection to cutting off a young girl's breasts, that doctor can find another hospital in which to practice.

“I just want you to take home that saying that you’re not going to do something because of your religious beliefs is not without consequences and it should not be without consequences,” said Vanderbilt health law expert and pediatrician Dr. Ellen Wright Clayton.

“If you don’t want to do this kind of work, don’t work at Vanderbilt,” Clayton added.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s (R) office also said he is in contact with state lawmakers about legislation regarding transgender care for minors.

“We should not allow permanent, life altering decisions that hurt children, like we saw on display at VUMC. The Governor is in communication with Leader Johnson and Leader Lamberth about legislative solutions, and we look forward to working with them and many other Tennesseans who are passionate about protecting children,” Casey Sellers, a spokeswoman for the governor, said in a statement to The Daily Wire.

The clinic performs “gender-affirming” double mastectomies on minor girls and offers puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors as well, according to Walsh. 

In one video uncovered by Walsh, a Vanderbilt "sado-doctor" affiliated with the adult transgender clinic, not the pediatric one, can be seen emphasizing how gender surgery is a big money maker.

“It’s a lot of money. These surgeries make a lot of money,” VUMC Clinic for Transgender Health’s Dr. Shayne Sebold Taylor said.

This horrible doctor said that “gender-affirming” double mastectomies could bring in $40,000, and a female-to-male phalloplasty could bring in upwards of $100,000.

Fake Conservative, phony Christian and anti-Semitic butt munch says: "Jews are not welcome in Conservative movement"

A consultant for a Republican candidate did a livestream video where he stated Tuesday evening that the United States is “an explicitly Christian country” and conservatives belong to “an explicitly Christian movement.” [H/T The Jerusalem Post]

The consultant, Andrew Torba, is the CEO of Gab, a social media network that Brain Flushings used to post on until this story came out. Anyway, Torba consults for Doug Mastriano, who is running for governor of Pennsylvania as a Republican.

It was reported recently that Mastriano spent $5,000 on advertising on Gab and also paid for "campaign consulting" from Gab, with users programmed to automatically follow him, The Post noted.

The outlet said that Torba claimed that many other candidates have been running ads on Gab, but didn't name a single one. He said in the video:

“This is the most important election of the 2022 midterms because Doug is an outspoken Christian, We are going to build a coalition of Christian nationalists, of Christians, of Christian candidates, at the state, local and federal levels and we’re going to take this country back for the glory of God.”

The Gab founder then became very non-Christian in his sentiment. If Jesus were to comment on his words, He would have clearly challenged Torba's lack of Christian morals:

“My policy is not to conduct interviews with reporters who aren’t Christian or with outlets who aren’t Christian and Doug has a very similar media strategy where he does not do interviews with these people. He does not talk to these people. He does not give press access to these people.”

“These people are dishonest. They’re liars. They’re a den of vipers and they want to destroy you. My typical conversation with them when they email me is ‘repent and accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior.’ I take it as an opportunity to try and convert them.”

Imagine an anti-Semite, racist like Torba trying to convert people to Christianity. 

Torba called Mastriano’s Jewish opponent, Josh Shapiro, a “Soros puppet.” Soros is a Jew by birth and an atheist by choice.

Regarding non-Christian – actually, Jewish – conservative commentators Ben Shapiro and Dave Rubin, he said:

“These people aren’t conservative. They’re not Christian. They don’t share our values. They have inverted values from us as Christians. So don’t fall for the bait of Populism Inc, don’t fall for the bait of this pseudo-conservatism, big tent nonsense. This is a Christian movement. This movement needs to be centered on the gospel and truth of God’s word and of Jesus Christ, our lord and savior and king. That is the only way that this is going to work…

“We don’t want people who are atheists. We don’t want people who are Jewish. We don’t want people who are, you know, nonbelievers, agnostic, whatever. This is an explicitly Christian movement because this is an explicitly Christian country.

“We’re not saying we’re going to deport all these people or whatever. You’re free to stay here. You’re not going to be forced to convert or anything like this because that’s not biblical whatsoever. But you’re going to enjoy the fruits of living in a Christian society under Christian laws and under a Christian culture and you can thank us later.”

This guy is a raging maniac. 

Furthermore, “Ben Shapiro and other non-believers are not allowed to have a prominent voice in our movement because they don’t share our values…They’re trying to subvert Christian nationalism. Turn off Ben Shapiro. This is not a Judeo-Christian movement. Those two terms are actually contradictory.”

If anything, Ben Shapiro often speaks and writes about Judeo-Christian ethics and values, which he strongly promotes. The Daily Wire co-founder, Jeremy Boreing, is a devout Christian as is Andrew Klavan, Michael Knowles, Candace Owens, and Matt Walsh. 

Torba is a pinheaded pile of crap whose religion isn't really Christianity--although he hides behind it--his religion is hate and fear of the "other." He doesn't even want you to hear Ben Shapiro or anyone who is the "other."

Mastriano obviously has bad judgment to have picked this guy to speak on his behalf. But most likely, he picked him because he agrees with those anti-Semitic sentiments.

Film critics afraid to review Matt Walsh's "What is a Woman"

Their bravery is only excelled by Alexandria Obviously-Commie's who was not quite killed on January 6th by a guy in buffalo horns at the Capitol riots. The bravery I'm referring to is to those film critics who refuse to look at "What is a Woman?", a documentary by Daily Wire's Matt Walsh that explores the question the left cannot or will not answer: the definition of the word 'woman.'

People who lack a cohesive argument are quick to call others racists and bigots if they don't share the same ideologies, and in the case of this documentary, these film critics are obviously too scared to put themselves out in the public eye and actually critique the artistry of the movie, and the message it expresses. They know that if they had the courage to see it and provide an honest review, they would be cancelled and stripped of their freedom of expression by the mob on the left. They are so scared that they are refusing to watch it.

When the documentary was first live-streamed on Daily Wire and was the single most-trafficked live stream ever presented by them, progressive film critics refused to view it and hurled profanity and insults accusing it of being "transphobic" bigotry. Also, someone tried to block the premiere stream from being seen 

The word 'transphobic' is a make-believe term. It is used to shut people up who, for example, do not want their young children being read to by a man dressed as a sexualized woman wearing clown makeup at the public library's "Drag Queen Story Hour." It's the same strategy the left uses with the word 'racist,' which means whatever the left doesn't like. 

And while leftist film critics didn't watch it, they gave it bad reviews. This should tell you about their film review credibility and moral courage. 

But fans love it — although only one critic had the courage to offer a review, audience members gave the original film a 98% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

On Friday, Matt Walsh shared some email responses from so-called film critics invited to watch "What is a Woman?" by Daily Wire VP of Publishing Alyssa Cordova.

Despite “What is a Woman?” being “the most talked about film in the country right now and a smash hit,” according to Walsh, film critics “were less than enthusiastic” when given the opportunity to share their thoughts. [By being "less than enthusiastic," they were more than cowardly.]

“Hard f***ing pass. I won’t give that transphobic bigot a platform on my site,” added another, ignorant of the content of the film. “Never email me again!”

“Absolutely f***ing not. He’s a bigot and you should be ashamed to be associated with him,” offered a third. “Have a great weekend!”

“Yeah, I’m not reviewing a film by a bigot,” another lashed out.

How is Matt Walsh a bigot? Perhaps Matt should do another documentary "What is a Bigot?" It's beginning to sound a lot like racist and the truth is, the people who call him that have likely never listened to his program on Daily Wire. The left loves to use moving target definitions that always suit their arguments.

Cordova said that she realized “if we received any reviews as a result of this pitch that many — or even most — would be scathingly bad.” But she was surprised that even film critics are “so ideologically hollow that they can’t stand to actually WATCH the movie to give it a bad review.”

It isn't that they cannot stand to watch the movie; it's that if they do, they would be blackballed and canceled by others who did not watch the movie.

Opinions based in ignorance are acceptable to the left as long as they concur with their preconceived notions.

Those of us who watched the film — which is available on demand for Daily Wire subscribers — aren't surprised to see that the so-called “experts” refuse to view it or even engage with ideas that challenge their unscientific and illogical worldview.

In "What is a Woman?" Matt sits down with medical professions, lawmakers, activists and other promoters of radical gender theory as he looks to find the answer to that very simple question. He is usually met with definitions like "a woman is someone who identifies as a woman," which is circular and unacceptable as a definition, or clear anger and attacks on his character for even asking the question. It's fun to watch how these so-called "experts" can't even offer a real definition of what is a woman.

Former conservative Matt Schlapp defends transgender narrative in Lia Thomas' sports competition

The chairman of the American Conservative Union (ACU) went on Twitter to say that male swimmer Lia Thomas, who changed his name from Will Thomas, [and thereby magically became a female] "deserves our compassion," rather than the women with whom he competed and easily defeated in swimming competitions. 

Thomas went from the men's swim team at UPenn to the women's team at the school and as a man with XY chromosomes and a penis which he proudly has no qualms to display in the ladies locker room, has smashed the existing female swimming records of the school. When he swam against men, he was mediocre at best and placed 554 nationally in the 200 freestyle. He also scores in the mid-500s in other events against men.

According to an anonymous female on the UPenn team, Thomas admitted that he is still sexually attracted to women, not men, so it's obvious that he's a disgusting, selfish prick who doesn't care that he's competing unfairly and possibly taking away the chances of other women to compete at higher levels in their category. If there's anyone who deserves our compassion, it's the women, not the dude known as Lia Thomas.

Matt Schlapp shared a New York Post article about Thomas pushing back against his critics on March 6th. The ACU chairman captioned the article, “No matter what one thinks of Lia’s ability to swim with women her story deserves our compassion. It will be interesting to hear Lia’s pov in 30 years.”

Her story? WTF?

Referring to Thomas as "her" is giving in to the narrative that he's a female and going along with the Left.

Sorry Mr. Schlapp, I have more compassion for the women who have to put up with Thomas exposing his bat and balls in the lady's locker room and his self-serving behavior. I have absolutely no compassion for him and I believe Schlapp showed his lack of backbone in an attempt to show his virtue.

The editor-in-chief of Swimming World Magazine wrote that the “numbers paint a clear picture” when Thomas competed as a male versus competing now as a female, highlighting the existence of a serious advantage Thomas has over the women he’s competing against.

“The fact that the University of Pennsylvania swimmer has soared from a mid-500s ranking (554th in the 200 freestyle) in men’s competition to the top-ranked swimmer in women’s competition tells the story of the unfairness which is unfolding at the NCAA level.”

Schlapp received some well-deserved pushback on social media. John Cardillo, a former Newsmax host wrote:

“No Matt. HIS story deserves no compassion. He’s a spoiled brat ruining college sports for his female teammates and competitors. I have compassion for them and want to hear their stories. You establishment ‘conservatives’ will cave every single time.”

Cardillo nailed it with the last sentence.

That’s not all you said, Matt. You can’t walk back calling a man “her” under the guise of “love and compassion.” Love and compassion requires speaking truth.

Conservatives, this is an open call from Matt to abandon CPAC because he is unwilling to stand for truth.

Schlapp has lost my respect and I hope Mercedes talks with him about what he said about Thomas and what he said to Jenna Ellis. She, Ellis, did not deserve that kind of remark, and he, Thomas, did not deserve compassion for what he is doing in the world of swimming competition.

DOJ, FBI investigating "disturbing spike' in freedom of speech targeting school administrators

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Monday has ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate a recent spike in people's First Amendment rights, aka, freedom of speech. He labels this freedom as "harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence" against Marxist-inspired school administrators who call for revolution, harassment and threats of violence as also witnessed by leftist. 

When Trump won the presidential election, leftists rampaged through the streets, randomly destroying property and screaming at the sky. The latter was their constitutional right, but not the former whereby innocent people were victimized. Maxine Waters (D-CA) told people to harass Trump supporters from public places and gas stations, and nobody on the Left batted an eye. 

Hillary Clinton divisively called Trump voters "deplorables," and Democrats across the country cheered her on. Some Trump voters were intimidated at their workplace and even terminated before the election. 

Leftists got in the face of GOP members while they sat with their families in restaurants but Garland fails to talk about this kind of intimidation because it comes from the Left.

The Left only likes the U.S. Constitution when it serves their purposes and they undermine it when it protects their political opponents, especially when it comes to the First Amendment.

The Department of Justice [a department whose title has become an oxymoron] published a memo by Garland directing U.S. attorneys and the FBI to work with local officials to identify and curb threats to school administrators. What he defines as "threats" is the anger parents are voicing about schools teaching Marxism and anti-American sentiment in the classrooms. Anger is not the same thing as calls for violence.

“In recent months, there has been a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools,” the memo said, without citing specific examples. “While spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, the protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views."

Spirited debate in Loudon County, Virginia is what sparked Garland's intervention. The school board is being challenged by parents who object to their children being taught Marxist critical race theory. But as far as spirited debate is concerned, they are only allowed to speak for 60 seconds to voice their objections. Tell me, how can the average person get their points across in such a limited period of time?

A host of The Daily Wire, Matt Walsh, spoke at one of the school board meetings and was able to quickly and succinctly present his case against the current curriculum. Since Walsh did not live in the school district when he first presented, the school board changed its rules stating that one must live within the district in order to be at the meetings--a ploy designed to get rid of his input. 

So Walsh rented an apartment in the district and his landlady charged him one dollar a month rent just so he can have a voice.

In his initial presentation, Walsh called on school board members to present evidence to back up their universal mask mandate for all students at school. He went on to cite official data on total number of cases for children since the beginning of the pandemic, around 4.2 million, and the extremely low death rate among children, which Walsh compared to the common flu. Forcing students to be masked, he argued, is “cruel” and a form of “child abuse.”

These idiots are running scared because parents don't want their kids being taught how terrible America is, and how they are bad because of their skin color.

Just imagine if Merrick Garland had gotten onto the Supreme Court at the end of the Obama administration when he was nominated but blocked by Mitch McConnell.

Pro-Life Philly Rally Garners over 1,000 Participants in Response to Sims' Bullying and Doxxing

Rep[ulsive] Brian Sims (D-PA) live-streamed himself bravely bullying three teenage girls and an elderly woman in front of a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood infanticide facility over the weekend. As they prayed for the lives that were being extinguished inside the building, Sims ironically told the girls and women that THEY should be ashamed and that they were not real Christians. For Sims, killing babies in the womb because of the inconvenience they may cause to the mother is the Christian way to go.

But alas, his scumbaggery was met with peaceful resistance when over 1,000 people showed up in front of the slaughterhouse at the urging of the Daily Wire's Matt Walsh, who organized the rally.

The people involved probably weren’t expecting that many folks to show up for the last-minute rally, but that’s exactly what happened.

Matt Walsh was one of the speaker’s at the successful gathering and said he was humbled by the turnout. “Pro aborts could never do what we did today. They'd never get such an energetic and overwhelming response and attendance on such short notice, or any notice. Just like they'll never hold a march as big as the March For Life. The pro-abortion movement is a sad and lethargic thing,” the prominent pro-life voice and religious Christian tweeted.

One of the highlights of the day was from “Unplanned” author Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood executive turned pro-life advocate. The movie was based on her experience having worked for PP.

Speaking to the energetic crowd, Johnson emphasized that both the mother and the child must always be treated with dignity.

“It is time to refuse to ‘choose.’ We will not choose between one or the other. We will respect both women and their children, and their femininity, and their reproduction, and their fertility. And we will continue to do it until clinics like this no longer exist, and every women who walks into a physician’s office is actually treated with love and respect and care,” she told the audience, mostly comprised of women.

Another moving moment came when the attendees prayed for the unborn.

Nate Madden of The Blaze noted that the prayer outside the clinic comes just days after the execrable Sims live-streamed himself harassing teen girls for praying outside that very clinic.

Sims was addressed directly by Walsh at the rally, too: “We are sending a message to bullies like Brian Sims. We will not be intimidated, we will not be silenced. If you try to shut us up, we are only going to get louder. If you try to shame us, we are only going to stand taller,” he told the crowd.

Though Sims was invited to attend the rally, he did not show due to his fear of grownups under the age of 60.

Ashley Garecht, the mother of two of the teenage girls Sims bullied and attempted to dox was there as well.

“I am so grateful because we are here today to witness the tangible fruit of incredible effort. And I know, I know, that there are people who have been doing this work for decades and they are not always given the gift of seeing the tangible fruit of their work,” Garecht said.

“God is moving in incredible ways and we’ve just along for the ride; we are standing on the side of angels,” she added.

Garecht and her husband have helped raise over $118,000 for the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia since Monday, so stick that in your pussy-hat, Sims.

The impressive rally was made possible by the pro-life movement teaming together and by individuals getting out and putting their feet in motion for what they believe in.

Thank you, Rep. Sims for doing all that you did to bring us together and help raise money for the plight of the unborn. Did you know that the most dangerous place for a black baby to be in New York City is in his/her mother's womb?

Blowback over Covington Catholic 'Blackface' accusation begins

New York's Daily News' ironically used to be known as New York's picture newspaper. Maybe that's because a large number of those who buy it only look at the pictures. But that's the irony--the pictures [as in video] at the Lincoln Memorial of Native American serial liar, Nathan Phillips, clearly show that the boys from Covington Catholic High School, in Kentucky, did not harass him, but it was the other way around. Yet that didn't stop the rag from trying to go after the school in order to somehow justify their lies about the incident.

After the left-leaning media-led smear campaign against the Covington High School boys fell apart with video evidence clearly demonstrating that not only did the boys not target an African American group with "racial epithets" and "harass" Phillips, (it was the boys were actually the ones who were pelted with insults and harassed) the left-wing New York Daily News published another hit-piece on the Catholic school on Monday.

The piece, shamelessly titled "SEE IT: Covington Catholic High students in blackface at past basketball game," begins by saying snarkily, "This won’t help Kentucky student Nick Sandmann’s case." It then shamelessly "reports":

The photo depicts several white students, some in blackface, shouting at an opposing black player.
While the photo’s origins couldn't be verified, the official Covington Catholic High School YouTube account published a video last January boasting its basketball school spirit, and several clips, including one from 2012, showcase attendees chanting in black face, a mockery of the opposing players. The school took down the video later on Monday.

It's obvious to anyone with a high school education, or who at least attended one high school or college basketball game, that the idiots at the Daily News have no idea what they're talking about.

Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire summed up the arguments succinctly in an op-ed:

Anyone with, say, a third of a functioning brain rattling around in their skulls will immediately understand the scene. The kids are all wearing black because the fans of sports teams often will come to games all in the same color. Oftentimes fans will wear black as part of a "blackout." Other times they'll white as part of a "whiteout." Or sometimes they'll wear blue or red or any other color. This is standard operating procedure in American sports, especially scholastic sports. 

Why are they screaming at the opposing player? Well, because he is the opposing player and that's what the home fans do and have done in every basketball game or football game ever played anywhere on Earth. Why is the opposing player black? Well, because that just happens to be his race. If he was white, they would be just as unwelcoming. This is part of the pageantry of sports.

The blowback to the leftist Daily News' hit-piece has gone online, including a post from Robert Barnes, the lawyer who repeatedly called out journalists for libeling the Covington teens and is threatening lawsuits on their behalf against any who fail to adequately retract their false reports.

"Fake news. This is a blackout event, not people in blackface. Hence, notice how the kids entire bodies are in black paint or black clothing. I guess NYDN thought it wouldn’t be fair if they didn’t get sued too," wrote Barnes in response to the Daily News tweet.

Let's hope Barnes is serious and drags their butts to court.

"Many independent journalists who lean left agree the kids were falsely attacked, led by one of the best grassroots journalists in the country on these kind of issues," he wrote Tuesday after a series of posts directed as specific reporters. "No media member who refuses to retract at this juncture has any credible defense to libeling these kids."

The problem is that the First Amendment generally protects journalists from being sued. But this is not journalism--that seems to have died a long time ago, even before Trump became president.
