Cotton and McConnell promote act to fight convicted 911 terrorists plea deals

“These monsters should have faced justice decades ago; instead, Joe Biden has set the stage to let them go free.” --President-elect Donald Trump in reference to Biden administration plea deals for the terrorists convicted of the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on U.S. soil

On Wednesday, GOP Senators Tom Cotton (R-AR), Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and Jerry Moran (R-KS) reintroduced the Justice for 9/11 Act, originally introduced by Cotton and McConnell last August, to cancel any plea deals made between the Biden administration and the Guantanamo Bay inmates who planned the 9/11/2001 attacks. Rep. Mike Lawler (R-N.Y.) is introducing companion legislation in the House.

Three detainees at Guantanamo Bay, including alleged 9/11 architect Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, had filed plea deals. Last week, a military appeals court ruled that the Pentagon could not reverse the deals reached by military prosecutors and defense attorneys.

The Act states:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 949h of title 10, United States Code, any plea agreement entered into by Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi for actions involving the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, and its related judgment, shall not preclude the trial of such individual under chapter 47A of such title or any other provision of law for that terrorist attack. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in any trial of Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi under chapter 47A of title 10, United States Code, or any other provision of law for the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, a sentence of death shall be available.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in the case of any sentence imposed on Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, such individual shall be held at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in solitary confinement; provided no contact with foreign nationals; and provided no psychological treatment except that specifically authorized by medical authorities at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay; and shall not be transferred to the continental United States or any other country.
"Giving a plea deal to the terrorist masterminds behind 9/11 is disgraceful and an insult to the victims of the attacks, as well as those who served to avenge them," Cotton stated. "These monsters should have faced justice decades ago; instead, Joe Biden has set the stage to let them go free. My bill will stop this travesty and prevent the Biden administration from replenishing the ranks of our terrorist enemies any further on his way out the door."

Khalid Sheikh Mohammad--he also beheaded Jewish journalist Daniel Pearl

"In the wake of terrorist savagery, our obligation is to deliver justice," McConnell echoed. "However long it takes, those responsible for September 11 deserve nothing more, and the families of their victims deserve nothing less."

"The court’s decision to uphold the plea deal for three 9/11 conspirators is alarming," Moran added. "In addition to the plea deal, the Biden administration continues to use its final days in power to release some of the world's most violent terrorists from Guantanamo Bay. These men should face trial for their crimes, and Congress must act quickly to pass this important legislation."

"September 11th is a date that will forever be seared in our national memory, especially for New Yorkers," Lawler stated. "For the Biden-Harris Administration to have offered a plea deal without the death penalty to the very people who planned the attacks that took the lives of almost 3,000 is a betrayal of our cops, firefighters, and 9/11 victims and their families. The Justice for 9/11 Act will nullify this horrendous plea deal and prevent any future ones from being offered to those who perpetrated this heinous attack."

"A hearing is scheduled for later this week at Guantanamo Bay, where Mohammad and two other defendants could plead guilty in separate hearings, with the death penalty removed as a possible punishment," Fox News noted, adding, "The administration announced on Monday 11 Yemeni detainees, including two alleged bodyguards for Usama bin Laden, would be resettled in Oman, after being held for two decades without charges."

Biden's handler[s] releases 11 Yemeni terrorists with probable al Qaeda ties from Gitmo: 2 were bin Laden bodyguards

Everyone knows, whether they admit it or not, that Joe Biden is not and has not been running the White House for years. Some unelected leftist[s] is/are pulling the strings and Joe is too demented to fully appreciate what he's been signing. All the probably knows is that it's pissing off President-elect Trump and that's good enough for him.

On Monday, the Pentagon announced that it has set free 11 Yemeni prisoners with likely ties to al Qaeda from the Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp in Cuba.

The detainees, who have not been charged with any crime, will be resettled in Oman as the Biden administration works to close down operations at Gitmo.

"Although different processes, each of the 10 Yemeni detainees underwent a thorough, interagency review by career professionals who unanimously determined all detainees as transfer eligible consistent with the national security interests of the United States," the Department of Defense claimed.

It's not clear if Biden handler[s] plans to move more detainees [aka likely terrorists] out of Guantanamo Bay before President-elect Donald Trump takes office, but if it hurts America, it's a good bet the person[s] behind the curtain will go ahead with the plan.

The Pentagon announced that D.E.I. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin informed Congress in 2023 of his intent to send the 11 Yemeni detainees back to Oman.

"The United States appreciates the willingness of the Government of Oman and other partners to support ongoing U.S. efforts focused on responsibly reducing the detainee population and ultimately closing the Guantanamo Bay facility," the DoD said.

Moath Hamza Ahmed al-Alwi, thought to be an al Qaeda fighter and bodyguard for Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan, was among the 11 men released. He is known to not be a good guy.

An unclassified 2016 US intelligence file on al-Alwi warns that as a GITMO detainee he "has made several statements since early 2016 that suggest he maintains an extremist mindset."

The file also notes that al-Alwi has committed several disciplinary infractions while in detention that were "pardoned" as part of an "incentive for detainees to improve their conduct."

Al-Alwi "has made several statements since early 2016 that suggest he maintains an extremist mindset," a 2016 intelligence file on the alleged terrorist reads. DOD

Suhayl Abdul Anam al Sharabi, another alleged bin Laden bodyguard, was also set free.

Al Sharabi's 2020 intelligence file notes that he "may have been associated with an aborted 9/11-style hijacking plot in Southwest Asia" as a member of al Qaeda. Al Sharabi was accused by the US government of being one of Osama Bin Laden's bodyguards in Afghanistan.

The nine others being released to Oman are: Uthman Abd al-Rahim Muhammad Uthman, Khalid Ahmed Qassim, Hani Saleh Rashid Abdullah, Tawfiq Nasir Awad Al-Bihani, Omar Mohammed Ali al-Rammah, Sanad Ali Yislam Al Kazimi, Hassan Muhammad Ali Bib Attash, Sharqawi Abdu Ali Al Hajj and Abd Al-Salam Al-Hilah.

The latest group of transfers comes after the Pentagon's December announcement that detainee Ridah Bin Saleh al-Yazidi had been resettled in Tunisia.

Fifteen detainees remain at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, of whom three are eligible for transfer and three are eligible to have their detention status reviewed, according to the Pentagon.

Another seven inmates are involved in the military commissions process, and two others have been convicted and sentenced by military commissions.

The Biden administration offered plea deals last year to alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and co-conspirators Walid Bin Attash and Mustafa al-Hawsawi. All three have been held at Guantanamo Bay since 2003.

The deals, criticized by 9/11 families, Republican lawmakers, and the defense secretary, will spare the alleged terrorists from the death penalty.

No Plea Deal for 911 terrorists: GOP House Reps + 1 Dem. Urge Biden Regime

In a virtue-signaling move for incarcerated terrorists who killed Americans at home and abroad, the Biden regime has considered a potential plea deal to show them that there are no hard feelings.

However, a bipartisan group of House Representatives are demanding that Biden's handler[s] do not go forward with such a deal for the accused 9/11 scumcrumpets, which would spare the death penalty for mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) and other defendants.

The note was drafted by Rep. Michael Lawler (R-NY) and was joined by Democrat Rep. Pat Rylan and 32 other GOP members of Congress including Reps. Elise Stefanik, Nicole Malliotakis, Nick Langworthy, Andrew Garbarino, Anthony D’Esposito, Claudia Tenney and Nick Lalota.

The remainder of congress members who did not sign the bill are apparently okay with KSM having beheaded Daniel Pearl, a Jewish reporter for the Wall Street Journal, on video in Pakistan.

“If true, this would be a grave miscarriage of justice, especially for the families of the 2,977 innocent civilians and first responders we lost that fateful day,” the NY lawmakers said in an Aug. 23 letter to so called President Biden.

[H/T The New York Post]

“We owe it to the victims and their families to deliver justice – and that should mean the death penalty for these murderers. We urge your Administration not to enter into any pre-trial agreements which would remove the possibility of the death penalty and to work to conclude this process to see justice meted out on those who have committed these evil acts,” the letter stated.

“As we approach the 22nd anniversary of September 11th, it is both outrageous and deeply disappointing that the Biden administration would even consider negotiating a plea deal with the masterminds of the worst terrorist attack in our nation’s history. They must immediately cease any plea deal negotiations, especially if it doesn’t include the death penalty,” said Rep. Lawler.

The woke and highly diverse Pentagon sent a letter to families of those murdered on September 11, 2001 stating that deals are being considered in which five terrorists would  “accept criminal responsibility for their actions and plead guilty….in exchange for not receiving the death penalty.”

Big deal. We know they did it--they bragged about it.

The prosecution of KSM and four other terrorists held at the US detention center in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, has been a clusterfrack of repeated delays and legal disputes, especially over the legal ramifications of the interrogation under torture that the scumbags initially underwent that likely saved American lives, while in CIA custody.

No trial date has been set.

“The Office of the Chief Prosecutor has been negotiating and is considering entering into pre-trial agreements,” the letter informed families, adding that while no plea agreement “has been finalized, and may never be finalized, it is possible that a [pre-trial agreement] in this case would remove the possibility of the death penalty.”

Some relatives of the 2,977 people killed outright in the terror attacks rightly expressed outrage over the prospect of ending the case short of a verdict.

The military prosecutors pledged to take their views into consideration and present them to the military authorities, who would make the final decision on accepting any plea agreement.

The outrageous plea negotiations have understandably provoked a backlash from families of the victims of the 9/11 attacks and first responders, including then-city Fire Department Commissioner Tom Von Essen, who lost 343 firefighters when the World Trade Centers collapsed.

The 9/11 hearings have been on hold while military officials examine whether one of the defendants is competent to stand trial. Hearings are set to resume Sept. 18.

My own house in Brooklyn was about 4 miles from where the Twin Towers had stood and I had to remove burnt paper from the gutters of my roof. I performed psychotherapy for some of the family members who lost loved ones and others who escaped the buildings. I say death is too good for those bastards, but it's a good start.

Joshua Boyle, alleged Taliban hostage, arrested in Canada

Joshua Boyle, the certified idiot who thought it was a good idea to travel to the Middle East with his pregnant wife and was taken hostage for his efforts was arrested Monday in Canada. He faces a bunch of charges after his return home in October.

Boyle, 34, is due in court Wednesday after appearing earlier this week. He faces charges ranging from two counts of sexual assault to two counts of unlawful confinement, The Toronto Star reported. The obvious jihad sympathizer has also been charged with saying death threats, misleading police, assault and causing someone to "take a noxious thing, namely Trazodone."

Eric Granger, the lawyer for Boyle,  spoke to CTV News and said of his client: "This is an individual obviously we all know has been through a lot, is an individual otherwise who hasn't been in trouble before, and he's presumed innocent of these charges."

The alleged crimes by Boyle reportedly happened between October 14 and December 20, The Star reported, citing a court document.

Boyle's wife, 31-year-old Caitlan Coleman, is an American; he is Canadian. They and their three young children were "rescued" on October 11 by Pakistani troops from captivity in Pakistan and Afghanistan, where they were being held by Taliban-linked extremists for five years.

The idiots allegedly went backpacking in Afghanistan in October 2012. Why anyone not wanting to be kidnapped by Islamic extremists would do that is a mystery.

Coleman was seven months pregnant when she and her low-functioning husband were abducted. She claims her captors forced the abortion of her unborn daughter after Boyle allegedly refused to join their terrorist organization. Perhaps he was waiting for a better offer.

After Boyle was arrested, his wife said in a statement to The Star, "I can't speak about the specific charges, but I can say that ultimately it is the strain and trauma he was forced to endure for so many years and the effects that that had on his mental state that is most culpable for this."

It is unclear as to what mental health credentials Coleman has, but she clearly wants her diagnosis to be believed.

She wisely added: "Obviously, he is responsible for his own actions, but it is with compassion and forgiveness that I say I hope help and healing can be found for him. As to the rest of us, myself and the children, we are healthy and holding up as well as we can."

So it's all about her and the family, not about the victims of Boyle's criminal acts. We have to forgive him for being a scum crumpet but they don't need to ask forgiveness to Boyle's victims.

Healing? This moronic family went backpacking in Afghanistan.

I do not for one moment believe that Boyle holds no sympathies for the jihadis.

Remember, Boyle is probably best known for being married to Omar Khadr's older sister, Zaynab Khadr. She is the eldest daughter of Ahmed Said Khadr, who was accused by the U.S. and Canada of being an associate and financier of Al-Qaeda.

Ahmed studied at the University of Ottawa and he and the family moved between Canada, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Zaynab was a staunch defender of her father and brother, Omar Khadr, who was captured with the Taliban in Afghanistan and charged with killing an American soldier when Omar was 15 and held in Guantanamo Bay Detention.
Zaynab Khadr? and Joshua Boyle

Boyle had a strong interest in national security and human rights after the Islamic terrorist attacks of 9/11.

His friend, Alex Edwards, who lives in Ottawa, said that Boyle was smart  and a "crusader" by nature and was captivated by the plight of Omar Khadr.

"Here was this kid, this Canadian child, off in an illegal American prison, and everyone in Canada was vilifying the Khadr family, and Josh decided, 'Hey, this isn't right.' So he went off and devoted several years of his life to help this innocent kid," Edwards said.

Except that Khadr wasn't innocent--he killed an American soldier with a grenade and wounded another.

Boyle at first, had no connection to the Khadr family of terrorists, but introduced himself and volunteered to help them, explained Edwards. Boyle was their spokesperson in 2008 when Zaynab staged a hunger strike to Parliament Hill [in Ottawa] to protest Omar's detention.

Boyle married Zaynab Khadr in 2009 when he was 25 and she was 29. It was Zaynab's third marriage!

Things just didn't seem to work out for her. The first two were arranged marriages. Her first husband was sought as a conspirator in a bombing of the Egyptian Embassy in Pakistan.

Her second marriage in Afghanistan had a distinguished guest--none other than Osama bin Laden. In 2004 she made controversial statements about the way Canadian children were raised and suggested that the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks were justified.

Boyle defended Zaynab's remarks and quoted the Bible, "Let he without sin cast the first stone."

After about ten years at Guantanamo, Omar Khadr was returned to Canada and was awarded a $10.5 million settlement from Trudeau's government for violation of his charter rights. Poor kid.

Several months after his marriage to Zaynab, intruders broke into the home of his parents, Linda and Patrick Boyle. They smashed the front door, ransacked the house and put bullet holes in the windows. Nothing was taken and the Boyles were away at the time. Joshua thinks the break-in was connected to his marriage.

They divorced in 2010 when they were living in Toronto with Zaynab and her daughter from a previous [terrorist] marriage.

The following year, Boyle married Caitlan Coleman--they med on Star Wars fan site. The marriage took place while they were hiking through Central America. It is unknown who presided over the marriage, perhaps a 'person of the cloth,' or perhaps a chipmunk.

In the summer of 2012, they believed they had the experience to handle a backpacking trip to Central Asia, according to a video interview with Coleman's parents, but somehow they ended up in Afghanistan.

I believe that Boyle and Coleman are full of crap. Boyle's buddy Edwards said that he believed Joshua may have been in the process of converting to Islam.

There is no marriage unless Boyle converted . . . period!

Bergdahl makes a case for shooting deserters

Dumber than bubblegum, U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl pleaded guilty Monday to deserting his post in 2009, in Afghanistan.

Now the deep thinking military philosopher claims his Taliban terrorists who captured him after he left his weapon behind and wandered off to seek "the truth" were more 'honest' with him than the Army has been since his release three years ago.

Those who died trying to find him
"At least the Taliban were honest enough to say, 'I'm the guy who's gonna cut your throat," the traitorous idiot told British TV's Sean Langan in a Sunday Times of London interview.

Landon was also a former Taliban hostage.

Bergdahl hails from Hailey, Idaho and interestingly enough, has the intelligence of the potatoes that grow there. The 31-year-old said he never actually knew where he stood with the Army as he performed "administrative duties" as he awaited his desertion trial.

"Here, it could be the guy I pass in the corridor who's going to sign the paper that sends me away for life," he said. "We may as well go back to kangaroo courts and lynch mobs."

"Nice beard"
Finally, the guy has a good idea, except the execution should be performed in military style with a shooting squad rather than a lynching. But hey, they both work for me.

Bergdahl is to appear for sentencing Monday at Fort Bragg, N.C. after pleading guilty to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. The latter charge could give him life in prison, which will not make up for the lives lost trying to find his sorry butt when he deserted.

Bergdahl was freed from the Taliban in May 2014 when our then president, Barack Obama traded him for five high-level Taliban terrorists who were serving time as they served Allah in Guantanamo Bay Detention Center. It was a very controversial move on the so-called president's part.

President Trump was very harsh in his criticism of the traitor during the 2016 presidential campaign.

U.S. Army Colonel Jeffery Nance is the presiding judge who will decide the sentence on the traitor. Factors to be considered will be the years that the moron spent as a hostage and the serious wounds some of our servicemen suffered while searching for him.
Bergdahl and his Taliban buddy

Hopefully, Bergdahl will get the maximum sentence and not be provided with a harmonica to pass the time.

Unfortunately, he will not have Bradley Manning (aka Chelsea Manning) as a cellmate as Obama didn't think exposing the most top secret documents in U.S. history was a big deal and let him go.

Former Gitmo detainee killed in strike against AQAP

Washington -- Reuters reported on Monday that a March 2nd strike on Al Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) in Yemen killed a former Guantanamo Bay Detention Center detainee.

"We can confirm the death of former Guantanamo Bay detainee, Yasir al Silmi," US Navy Capt. Jeff Davis said.

Davis, the Pentagon spokesman, said that al Silmi had been held at Gitmo from 2002 to 2009 and then repatriated back to Yemen after the Obama administration cut him loose.

Davis added that over 40 strikes against AQAP were carried out by the U.S. over the past five nights [and would continue to target the jihadist scum].

Since a January commando raid, the United States has clearly wanted to strike AQAP and recover what U.S. officials acknowledge has been an intelligence shortfall about the group after we were forced to close our Yemen embassy in 2015 due to their civil war.

So it's looking as if President Trump actually wants to win this war on radical Islamic terrorism.

ISIS suicide bomber was former Gitmo detainee

He went off half cocked

Abu-Zakariya al-Britani, a British detainee at the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center, is dead after blowing himself up in Iraq in a botched attempt to get to heaven.

Guess who claimed responsibility for the attack .  .  .  yes, ISIS did. The jihadist was praised by the Islamic State for detonating a vehicle loaded with explosives near Mosul where Iraqi troops are currently battling ISIS terrorists for control of the city.

Al-Britani, whose real name is Ronald Fiddler, has fiddled with explosives for the last time. He was a Brit seized by US forces in Afghanistan and sent to Gitmo in 2002. Unfortunately, the Islamic extremist was released in 2004 by the guy who said that "Islam is a religion of peace," former president George W. Bush.

Fiddler, 50, is from Manchester, England first become Jamal al-Harith, but he discovered that Harith colloquially means 'camel snot' in some Middle Eastern villages, so he changed it to Abu-Zakariya al-Britani.

Al-Britani (his friends call him "Boom Boom Abu") entered Syria in 2014, according to a BBC report.

The Islamic State statement didn't say when the bombing occurred or whether anyone was hurt or killed except for Abu, which probably means the suicide mission failed to kill anyone but the idiot carrying it out.

Rest in pieces, Abu. Your 72 camels await you.

Obama admin releases another Gitmo jihadist

A Yemeni prisoner at Gitmo has been released and sent to Cape Verde in West Africa for resettlement.

Announced Sunday, the release of Shawqi Awad Balzuhair (aka "A Wad of Hairy Balz") lowers the prison population at our base in Cuba to 59. Of the remaining jihadists still there for killing or attempting to kill infidels, 20 of them are approved for release.

"We gotta stop puttin' folks in jail just because they're not like you or me," President Obama wanted to say.

Balzuhair has been at Guantanamo without charge since October 2002 after he was captured along with a gaggle of other suspected Al Qaeda Islamists in Karachi, Pakistan. A U.S. government review board determined he was a "low-life level militant" and approved his release in 2016.

The U.S. does not return prisoners to Yemen because the Islamists can't get themselves to stop fighting wherever they go or live and so, there's a civil war going on as usual. Cape Verde accepted him and another prisoner back in 2010.

If all goes according to plan, "A Wad of Hairy Balz" will not immediately return to the jihad.

Letting them go shows our love to terrorists

"Have a nice day, sir"
They worked hard, studied chemistry, then used their knowledge of chemistry to make explosives. Then they packed the explosives in suicide vests to kill people, got caught and were sent to Guantanamo Bay Detention, and were finally rewarded by the Obama administration for their hard work.

In order to fulfill his legacy and have something to show in his presidential library, Barack Obama allowed two Al Qaeda explosives experts to transfer from the detention center in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Senegal, where they will be given the freedom to pursue their jihad ambitions.

Will these two religious observers of jihad, followers of Mohammad, men who pray five times a day with butts to heaven and heads to hell, return to the fight?

You can bet your sweet ascot they will.

Both Libyan scumcrumpets were listed as threats to U.S. interests (including our interests in living a full, productive life and not being blown up) by the Department of Defense.

The information about their "transfer" and illustrious backgrounds was uncovered by none other than Wikileaks and its sister rag, New York Times.
A zebibah or "prayer bump"

Salem Abdu Salam Ghereby ( a guy who gets his name from a cigarette and a deli meat) had likely fought coalition forces at Osama bin Laden's Tora Bora complex in beautiful downtown Afghanistan. Salam ("don't inhale 'em) rubbed zebibahs with Al Qaeda's top members.

The other terrorist, Omar Khalif Mohammed Abu Baker Mahjour Umar (honestly, that's his name--he was named after all the members of Mohammad's famous platoon "The Fightin' Camel Humps") was assessed to be likely to "immediately seek out prior associates and reengage in hostilities and extremist support activities" once released. In English this means if you hear him screaming "Allahu Akbar!" pivot on the balls of both feet and run like your life depends on it, because it does.

Senators are currently preparing legislation to permanently block Obama releasing the remaining terrorists in Gitmo to terrorist 'hot spots,' and state sponsors of terrorism like Iran, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Syria and Libya. Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill) was to introduce the bill but I suspect that if liberals are okay with Obama's visit to Cuba, where a number of anti-American terrorists live comfortably under the Castro dictatorship, they are equally okay with Islamic terrorists going free.

Just as long as they stay away from them and their families.

With the release (they say 'transfer' but that's bull crap) of Ghereby and Umar, there remain only 89 islamic terrorists in Gitmo. I would have liked to see Obama or Kerry personally release them and walk them to the plane without armed security to ensure their safety, because they sure as hell don't care to ensure ours.

Transfer or freedom to kill?

Usually when you speak about prison transfers you're talking about taking a guy out of say, San Quentin and transferring him to say, Rikers Island.

You're not transferring him out of a high security detention center and placing him back out on the street somewhere. That isn't a transfer, that's a release.

And of course, that's precisely what Obama is doing with the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center in Cuba. With only 91 scumcrumpets remaining safely behind bars, our president is planning to send another 35 from that group to somewhere in Northern Africa. Not to remain incarcerated, but to be free to do what jihadists are wont to do.

The Obama administration will not reveal exactly where these "rehabilitated" Islamic extremists will be going, but they will be gone soon.

And the only reason these prisoners are being released is political. Obama made a promise, and this is the one he plans to keep--the others can go to hell.

Thew only reason Obama can't simply send all of these killers out the door is because by law, he must provide Congress with a 30 day notice of transfer.

The Pentagon wouldn't confirm the transfer of any detainees starting this weekend. Obama is hoping they can get to their African destinations in time to make it to mosque services.

It's unconscionable to let these killers go free. A significant number of them have gone back into the fight and have killed Americans and other allies, and this has been confirmed by a Pentagon official.

Soon after that revelation was made public, the Pentagon issued a statement saying that only 5% of detainees who have been released have returned to the battlefield during the Obama administration. So that makes it okay since it reduces the odds that the Pentagon staff will personally know any of their victims.

Sen. John McCain believes that fully 30% of all released detainees go back to the battlefield, and I suspect that number is closer to reality than the Obama administration spins.

"Gitmo transfers killed Americans"

Paul Lewis, a senior Defense Department official, told lawmakers that Obama's policy of letting terrorists transfer out of Guantanamo Bay Detention Center in Cuba, is getting Americans killed by the same scumcrumpets they freed. This is obviously angering Republicans who have opposed Obama's pro-Islamic terrorist plan to let these people go.

Life in Gitmo is rough--if you're the ball
Lewis' statement comes on the heels of the Brussels attacks that killed 31 and injured over 250 innocent victims. Thanks to the ineptitude of EU security officials, the terrorists who did the killing were "being watched closely," but were allowed to plot and plan in "no go zones" that protect these killers.

Lewis would not say whether the murders of Americans by freed Gitmo terrorists came before or after Obama took office in 2009, but in any case, it shows the need to keep the detention facility open and actively taking in more of these barbarians.

In an exchange with Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) Lewis said, "What I can tell you is unfortunately there have been Americans that have died because of (Guantanamo) detainees. When anybody dies, it is tragedy and we don't want anybody to die because we transfer detainees."

The point isn't who let the detainees go free; the point is that to do so now is reckless and stupid.

"Bush 43" was guilty of releasing 532 scumcrumpets from Gitmo, mostly from Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. It's possible that some of them are guilty of killing Americans. That should serve as a clear and present danger of releasing more and closing the facility to make Raul Castro a happy dictator.

Flushing the Gitmo toilet

He was an al Qaeda recruiter and jihadist fighter. Then he was a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Now, thanks to a stupid promise made by president Obama about closing Gitmo, he has been given his walking papers and being sent home to Saudi Arabia.

Muhammed Abd Al-Rahman Al-Shamrani (his friends call him "Al the Shamrock" was one of the first Islamic terrorists to be incarcerated at Gitmo when it originally opened in January 2002. It purpose was to hold suspected enemy combatants and Al the Shamrock was considered too dangerous in spite of the fact that most Saudi prisoners were sent home.

But if he didn't get released, Obama would get his BS legacy, a legacy based upon some leftist-progressive ideology, not on logical reasoning.

Al-Shamrani's profile released by the Pentagon in 2014, said he "almost certainly remains committed to supporting extremist causes, and has continued to incite other detainees against the detention staff at Guantanamo."

Martha Rayner, the scumcrumpet's lawyer, said that the allegations against him were no more serious than other prisoners who had already been released, but she was quick to add that she had no room at her place while he awaited a flight back home.

"Mr. al-Shamrani looks forward to participating in the Saudi reintegration program reuniting with his family and establishing a peaceful and productive life in his home country," Rayner said. He is the fourth of 17 scumbags expected to be released in January from Gitmo, and if he never returns to jihad, I will personally run into the Hajj yelling: "I'm not Muslim!" I'm not Muslim!"

Obama to transfer 17 more jihadists from Gitmo

If Guantanamo Bay Detention Center " . . . continues to be one of the key magnets for jihadi recruitment," as our so-called commander in chief claims, does that mean Hillary Clinton lied about Donald Trump being one of those magnets?

Yes, she lied because her lips were moving. Maybe it's a video serving as their best jihadist recruitment tool.

Now president Obama is planning to release 17 more scumcrumpets from Gitmo as early as next week, according to FoxNews.com. Among these terrorists are "multiple bad guys" and "Al Qaeda followers," a source said. The source added that the men to be transferred are "not taxi drivers and cooks."

Back in 2012 Ibrahim al Qosi was transferred to Sudan to enter a "re-integration program." The one-time cook for Osama bin Laden fled to Yemen and re-integrated with Al Qaeda where he is a military leader bent on killing infidels.

So now we know that even cooks and taxi drivers who served time in Gitmo are dangerous. And from this bubble-bursting debacle, Obama looks like a fool to everyone but Obama. He doesn't have the capacity to admit that he's ever wrong, and this is part of what makes him so dangerous as POTUS.

Our Islamic-sympathetic administration refuses to release the identities of the terrorists that are to be transferred, but our totally impotent Congress was given the number as 17 by our incompetent president's administration.

The reason Obama doesn't want the public to know their identities is that he worries it will create more problems and roadblocks for him and prevent him from getting his way.

According to the report, countries that have never taken any of our transferred terrorists have agreed to take them in small groups, where they cannot quickly craft a new caliphate and spread their hatred for the Allah-less world.

This new move to relocate the 17 infidel-hating, Christian-hating, Jew-hating, gay/lesbian-hating, atheist-hating, etcetera-hating is Obama's plan to ultimately close Camp Justice and give it back to the Fidel brothers as a token of his love for their dictatorship and for communism.

The men in question are mostly from Yemen and many, if not all, were bin Laden's bodyguards. Moreover, it has been shown that at least one scumcrumpet in three has returned to terrorism. It's what they do best. But the White House lies and tells the public that it's only one in ten that return to the fight.

Hillary has nothing on Obama when it comes to what happens when their lips move.

Although many in Congress "fiercely oppose any plan to bring those detainees to the U.S.," FoxNews.com reported, they have shown themselves to be powerless to stop the Obama train wreck in its tracks. Like Obama, the people we have elected to Congress are obviously more concerned about their own political careers than they are about the welfare of our nation.

The truth is, Gitmo has not received the attention Obama's moving lips said it did. He just wants to appease and please.

Once the detainees are moved to cells in the U.S., the states they are located in, and the specific areas will very likely become fertile ground for jihadist attacks that Gitmo could never be.

Obama Gitmo and the end game

He promised to be the most transparent president in our nation's history. He told us if we liked our doctors, we can keep our doctors; period.

He said that we are not at war with Islam and that Islam is a religion of peace. He even told us Islamic State isn't Islamic and it isn't a state. He told us he would lead the war against Islamic State with "strategic patience."

Then he claimed that the real threat to our country isn't terrorism, it's climate change. In fact, he blamed terrorism on climate  change.

Does president Obama know what the hell he's talking about? Is he stupid or does he have some devious master plan to take America down the road to perdition? I don't believe that, but who knows?

The one promise he made to his liberal base was that he'd close Guantanamo Bay Detention facility in Cuba. The base of lefties loved the idea because it sounded, well, so idealistic, cool and humane. Heck, the guy won a Nobel Peace Prize just three months after he was sworn in and hadn't done one damn peaceful thing then and created anything but peace since.

So he wants to empty Gitmo and a congressional aide confirmed to FoxNews.com that the Pentagon is pushing the idea of possibly transferring another 17 Islamic jihadist terrorists (an oxymoron if ever there was one) but still had concerns that while the strategy to give Obama's legacy some juice by reducing the camp's population to "as low as they can get," it involves "a good deal of risk."

But the substantial risk isn't going to be to the congressional aide, FoxNews.com or even Obama--it will be to the American public. If these terrorists are put into the regular prison system, I strongly believe they will convert as many inmates that aren't Muslim to the religion of peace and create a spate of Jihad Joes.
Kid not in Gitmo

Defense Secretary Ash Carter told Congress that he has approved the 17 proposed transfers, but knowing what we now know about Carter's use of his private email account for Defense Department emails, it's clear that his judgment is no better than his boss's.

Especially since he continued using his private email account 2 months after Hillary Clinton used a private server for hers as secretary of state and hopefully threw a spanner in the works of her campaign.

Free Range Prisoners

They're so "not dangerous" we can't
even show his face
Obama promised to end the war in Iraq, so we left Iraq and nothing ended but we lost what we had won under Bush.

Then Obama promised to close Guantanamo Bay Detention Center and he allowed terrorist prisoners to leave, five of them military leaders, for the release of one of our traitors/deserters, Bowe Bergdahl. It appears we have a revolving door policy with Muslim jihadists who want to kill us.

And Obama, like Jeremiah Wright, says he's a Christian.

Now Obama is transferring six more Gitmo prisoners to Oman, which borders Yemen. Among this group of miscreants are two of Osama bin Laden's bodyguards, both of whom would just as soon behead you as look at you.

Sen. Kelly Ayote (R-NH) said of Yemen that it is "a country engulfed in civil war and that serves as the headquarters for al Qaeda's most dangerous affiliate."

All six of these terrorists call Yemen their caliphate HQ. They left Friday from Gitmo and Obama made them pinky-swear not to do bad things to Americans, except maybe Jews, as he seems to not give a rat's butt about Israel.

Congress has been trying to put restrictions on these moves, mostly because, unlike Obama, they actually believe many of the terrorists will try to reconnect with their brothers in Koran.

When Hussein Obama took the throne in 2008, there were 242 scumcrumpets in Gitmo; now there are 116. That means Barack has released 126 prisoners, and let's face it, nobody has any actual knowledge if they went back to the fight. But people who are willing to die in the name of Allah, have a good chance of doing just that.

National Security Council spokesbutt, Ned Price echoed Obama's argument that keeping Gitmo open weakens national security by draining resources, damages our relations with key allies [not Israel] and partners and emboldens violent extremists.

Let's look at what Price said:

1. Keeping Gitmo open weakens national security by draining resources.

Yes, it definitely costs mucho dinero to keep those prisoners in Gitmo; about $2.7 million per year per prisoner. But letting them go and having them kill Americans can't be measured in money. Also, the resources we use just to hunt them down far exceeds keeping them locked up.

2. Damages our relations with key allies.

So now you know what has been damaging our relations with our key allies, like Israel and Saudi Arabia. If you believe that keeping Gitmo open does this, then you must think ISIS is an ally along with Iran.

These are terrorists who think nothing of burning you alive, chopping off your head, stoning you to death, or throwing you off a high building. Do you really care if we hurt their feelings?

3. Emboldens violent extremists.

This is such a liberal mindset it's laughable.

If we let these morons go, do you think they will be grateful and leave us alone, or do you think they return to their 4 wives, 6 camels, and hate-filled imams as heroes? The thing that emboldens these Islamic jihadists, is the Koran.

Read it and know.

"Even more disturbing is the fact that the administration has not provided sufficient assurances to Congress or to the public that these terrorists will not return to the battlefield. If they are not securely detained, no one should be surprised if they travel to Yemen and re-engage in terrorist activities," Sen. Ayotte said.

I would be surprised if they don't return to the battlefield. That would mean to them and to those who know them, that they are "bad Muslims" unwilling to wage jihad.
This
Versus this
The six jihadist transfers are Emad Abdullah Hassan. Emad has been on a hunger strike for 8 years, which means he must be eating something. Actually, they force-feed him nutrients, but perhaps they should just leave him alone. He was Osama's bodyguard, which didn't help Osama all that much, as it turned out.

Emad is protesting his confinement without charge since 2002, so you know that when he has his freedom, he's going to not pick up a weapon to avenge us as he realizes now that to forgive is divine.

The other alleged bodyguards to Osama bin Laden are Idris Ahmad 'Abd Al Qadir and Jalal Salam Awad Awad (the latter being no relation to Sirhan Sirhan).

Sharaf Ahmad Muhammad Mas'ud was a fighter at Tora Bora and was captured in Pakistan (pronounced Pahkeesthan, by Barack Hussein). He has since reformed and is captain of the Afghan knitting club, posing no danger after his freedom to kill is once again acquired.

Saa'd Nasser Moqbil Al Azani (sounds Italian, but don't be fooled) is a "religious teacher" who we believe has ties to bin Laden's religious adviser. To kill for the sake of Islam is supposed to get you into Paradise.

And here's another Muhammad: Muhammad Ali Salem Al Zarnuki--he allegedly fought for the Taliban since 1998, but like the others, he has mended his way, given up the teachings of the Noble Koran, and ditched 3 of his 4 wives to be in compliance with Western values. (He kept the 12 year old wife.)

No Sweat: The World is Safer Barack Hussein Obama Claims

President Barack Obama said that Afghanistan is "not going to be a source of terrorist attacks again." He made this claim to our troops in order to justify abandoning Afghanistan and closing down Guantanamo Bay Detention Center, thereby releasing a crap-load of terrorists back onto the streets.

It's interesting how Obama can make such a prediction. Does he have a contact with the Taliban? Maybe he made them a deal by allowing them to operate with impunity in exchange for making those we release do a "pinky swear" not to go back to the fighting and terrorizing of civilians.

Of course, even if they do go back to killing us, Obama's media will cover it up.

Obama has no idea on how to end a war. I'll tell him: you win it! We win, they lose. Simple.

Amateur Hour Again

It's ironic how President Obama wants to do everything he can to fulfill a promise he made about emptying Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility of the terrorists imprisoned there, but none of the other promises he made seem to matter.
Praying to middle earth with butts raised

The Pentagon is now preparing to transfer more jihadist terrorist pond scum despite the strong GOP opposition. Perhaps if the GOP was represented Iran's interests, they would have a better chance of having a "grownup discussion" with the so-called president.

U.S. Navy Does an Obama

What do I mean by saying "does an Obama?" Simply put, the Obama strategy implies that whenever there is pressure from an outside source or country, like Putin and Russia, you back off. This is what the U.S. Navy has done after an atheist group put pressure on them to remove Bibles from lodges and hotels run on Navy bases.

A directive was issued in June calling for their removal of these "offensive objects" containing God's Word.

Reads Koran before battling nuns
The lodges plan to dispose of the Bibles--perhaps they will burn them as the armed forces has done in the past--but meanwhile the Islamic terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay Detention will still be able to get their bloody hands on Korans, which will be handed to them in the gloved hands of the kafir prison guards who, because they aren't Muslim, are considered filthy.

"We don't want to offend our Muslim terrorists," a Navy spokesman said anonymously because he was not authorized to tell the truth.

Coincidences and Coverups

Ahmed Abu Khatalla is captured after 2 years since his involvement with the Benghazi 911 attack that killed our ambassador and 3 Americans. Hillary Clinton gets interviewed by Fox News Network practically at the same time we learn of this. Coincidence?

The IRS loses 2 years of emails that would have clarified the involvement of Lois Lerner and perhaps Barack Obama in the scandal that targeted conservative groups, keeping them from obtaining their tax exempt status. Then 6 more IRS officials had "the dog eat their emails."  Another coincidence?

Obama trades 5 Taliban terrorists for a lowly Army deserter. This happens at the same time when he is planning to close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility. Now there's talk of him releasing scores more of these dangerous thugs. Yet another coincidence?

We had the Fast and Furious scandal, Benghazi, Bergdahl, Solyndra, the IRS, AP, NSA, James Rosen, and the New Black Panthers voting suppression scandal, lest we forget. One administration, so many "phony scandals."

We have to ask ourselves the question: what are the chances we will ever get the hard evidence, the communications, emails and the like, about these scandals? Probably about as much chance as catching Jay Carney being totally truthful about Obama.

According to the Associated Press, the Obama administration last year cited "national security" 8,496 times to withhold information requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This is a 57% increase from the previous year. In fact, 36% of FOIA requests made in 2013 were either censored or denied, and in 196,034 other occasions, the "dog ate the homework" excuse was used--that is, they simply could not find the records requested.

So "the most transparent administration ever" is exactly the opposite of that claim. It should give you pause to wonder what other lies have they told, and what are they not telling us.
