Flydubai Co-Pilot Allegedly ID'd. Apparently Landing Safely Wasn't Part Of His Game Plan

Alleged Hijacker: Hamam Alhamami

The Omar hijacker's name has been revealed which is Hamam Alhamami. This is largely supported by current reporting. with the suspect’s name coming from officials and multiple sources familiar with the investigation rather than from a formal public identification by Flydubai or the governments involved.

Here's the story: On 30 September 2026, Flydubai flight FZ1073 was making its routine trip from Dubai to Tel Aviv, where a lot of Jewish people live, when the routine portion of the trip apparently decided to take the day off.

The aircraft diverted and landed at Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, after the co-pilot allegedly attacked the pilot flying. Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said the co-pilot stabbed the captain, Indian national Smit Machchhar, [a name which in Hindi translates to 'mosquito'] and then attempted to crash the aircraft with more than 170 people aboard, most of them Israelis, therefore Islam's most hated people followed by Christians, Hindus, atheists, gays, Druids, Jains, and anyone other than Muslims of the correct sect. That is, Sunnis don't get along with Shi'ites and vice-versa but they do get along when attacking non-believers.

Fortunately, passengers and off-duty pilots intervened and subdued the co-pilot before the flight could become an especially horrifying addition to the aviation industry’s list of things passengers would prefer not to experience.

The aircraft also transmitted the hijack transponder code 7500 and lost thousands of feet of altitude in mere minutes.

Netanyahu said the attacker had undergone Islamist radicalization [possibly due to his reading the Koran]. Investigations remain underway in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

By the way, both countries did not want to release the co-pilot's name.

The co-pilot has been described by Israeli officials and outlets including CNN as an Omani national who had worked for Flydubai for only about eight or nine months.

Then came the name.

ABC News, citing multiple sources familiar with the investigation, identified the suspect on 2 October as 29-year-old Hamam Al Hammami, also spelled Hamam Alhamami or Hamam al-Hammami.

According to those sources, Al Hammami had previously been removed from flying duties at Oman Air in 2024 after being found with extremist materials. He later joined Flydubai who is apparently okay with extremist material, was transferred from Saudi Arabia to the UAE, and allegedly told investigators that he intended to crash the plane in Israel.

The Wall Street Journal, Al Arabiya, and other outlets have reported the same identification.

The name has not, however, been uniformly confirmed publicly by Flydubai or the UAE government, so anyone preparing the definitive social-media infographic should probably resist the urge to add a giant red stamp reading "CASE CLOSED" just yet.

The central claims circulating in the graphic are consistent with the reporting: an Omani Flydubai co-pilot, an Israel-bound flight, an alleged attempt to crash the aircraft, and the name Hamam Alhamami.

That does not mean every detail making the rounds online has suddenly graduated from "Internet rumor" to "established fact."

Claims involving Al-Qaeda connections, an inside job, and other embellishments go beyond what major news organizations have established so far, but I wouldn't have a conniption if I found out that this is the case.

In other words, there appears to be plenty of disturbing information here without the internet having to add its own director's cut.

Let's patiently wait and see . . . but hurry.

Trump Gives Iran One Last Chance to Stop Poking the Bear Before Bear Remembers It's a Bear

The Iranian regime apparently mistook a ceasefire for a free trial of consequence free terrorism.

Moments after President Donald Trump hinted that Tehran might soon discover what "find out" really means, the United States Central Command announced a round of precision strikes against Iranian military targets. Somewhere in Tehran, government officials were reportedly shocked to learn that repeatedly launching attack drones at cargo ships is not considered a recognized form of diplomacy.

According to CENTCOM, "U.S. aircraft struck Iranian missile and drone storage locations and coastal radar sites after Iran hit M/V Ever Lovely on June 25 with a one way attack drone. The Singapore flagged cargo ship was exiting the Strait of Hormuz along the Omani coast at the time of Iran’s attack."

Apparently the ayatollahs interpreted "ceasefire" to mean "fire a little less often."

"The unwarranted aggression against commercial shipping by Iranian forces clearly violated the ceasefire. Furthermore, Iran’s dangerous behavior undermined freedom of navigation as commerce increasingly flows through the vital international trade corridor," the statement continued, adding that the American "military remains present and vigilant to ensure all aspects of the agreement with Iran are adhered to, obeyed, and in full force and effect."

In other words, we wrote the rules down. Iran immediately tried eating the rulebook.

CENTCOM also emphasized that American forces continue escorting commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz while making sure Iran remembers that agreements generally work better when both sides pretend to follow them.

Trump appeared thoroughly unimpressed by Tehran's latest performance.

"Well, you'll find out," he told reporters in the Oval Office after an event highlighting the Trump administration's Religious Liberty Commission report.

"I don't like the fact that they took a shot yesterday, actually four, we knocked down three at a ship, not an allied ship, but a ship, a very expensive ship, and it was fine, but it took a little beating. They shouldn't be doing that, so you'll find out," he added.

For students of Trump diplomacy, "you'll find out" ranks somewhere between "wrong move" and "FAFO" on the international relations scale.

Earlier Friday, Trump posted on Truth Social that the attack amounted to "a foolish violation of our Ceasefire Agreement."

"The Islamic Republic of Iran shot at least four One Way Attack Drones at Ships transversing the Strait of Hormuz," he wrote. "One of the Drones solidly hit the upper deck of a large and very expensive Cargo Carrying Ship. Damage was done, but the Ship was able to proceed on its way. We knocked down three other Drones."

The strikes came only days after Washington and Tehran signed a memorandum of understanding intended to cool tensions. Iran celebrated the agreement by immediately testing whether anyone had actually read it.

Following a meeting with Republican senators earlier this week, Trump sounded optimistic about negotiations.

"Iran is being very nice they're agreeing to everything I want, and they have to. Otherwise we just go back and do what we have to do."

As it turns out, "what we have to do" was not left open to much interpretation.

Trump Blasts Iranian Media Reports, Tells Tehran To Get Its Act Together Or Else

President Donald Trump on Friday ripped Iranian media reports about a potential deal to end the war, adding that the regime in Tehran better “get their act together.”

“The terms that Iran leaked out to the Fake News have NOTHING to do with the terms that were agreed to, in writing. What they said, including their weak and pathetic statement on having a deal, bears no relation to the truth,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Very dishonorable people to deal with. With them, there is no such thing as dealing in good faith. AMAZING! Also, their totally rebuffed Drone attack last night against Indian Ships leaving the Hormuz Strait is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They better get their act together, and FAST!” he added.

In classic form, the ayatollahs’ state-run propaganda machine immediately began leaking terms that sounded suspiciously like they came from a regime that still thinks it’s 1979 and Jimmy Carter is in charge. Iranian state media earlier Friday shared purported details of the possible memorandum of understanding that could be signed with the U.S., according to Reuters.

It cited the IRNA news agency as saying that under the agreement, Iran would make no commitment regarding the transfer of the management of the Strait of Hormuz.

Instead, the future administration of the Strait reportedly would be decided through dialogue and joint decision-making between Iran and Oman, a country in close proximity to the area.

The IRNA news agency added that discussions about the future of Iran’s nuclear program would take place within a 60-day period after the agreement is signed, Reuters added.

Of course, because nothing says “peace deal” like letting the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism keep control of the most important oil chokepoint on Earth while they quietly restart their nuclear hobby in the background.

Trump, never one to suffer fools or mullahs gladly, made it crystal clear that America isn’t falling for the same old sand-dune shenanigans. The mullahs can either shape up, or the deal is deader than their economy under decades of glorious revolutionary management.

U.S. positioned for "highly kinetic" war in Middle East

US assets in the Middle East are positioned for a "highly kinetic" war, a former senior Pentagon official warns. Dana Stroul told Fox News Digital that the current force posture stands ready to execute whatever orders President Trump gives.

The U.S. military has built up one of its largest recent deployments in the Middle East, and a former top Pentagon hand says we're now set up for a "highly kinetic" campaign against Iran if things go that way.

Dana Stroul, who now serves as research director at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, dropped this assessment on Sunday as Washington and Tehran gear up for a second round of indirect nuclear talks in Oman.

"The US military is ready for a sustained, highly kinetic campaign should President Trump order it, and also prepared to defend allies and partners in the Middle East from Iran's missiles," Stroul told the outlet.

"The US military can rapidly reposition assets from all over the world and deploy overwhelmingly lethal force in a short period of time to one theater," she said. She added that "no ally or enemy [is] capable of what we have seen from the US in this current buildup." Stroul pointed out how this posture differs from the June 2025 strikes on Iranian-linked nuclear targets. Back then it was limited, highly targeted hits to degrade key facilities without kicking off a wider regional mess. Now the U.S. has ramped up both offensive and defensive muscle.

"Two US aircraft carriers and their accompanying vessels and air wings were stationed in the Middle East last summer during the 12-day war and the US operation Midnight Hammer," she explained.

"The addition of the Ford is really important, it expands US offensive capabilities if we go to war with Iran," she said.

The U.S. has also "increased the number of guided-missile destroyers, fighter aircraft, refuelers, and air defense systems" in the region. Carriers like the USS Gerald R. Ford and USS Abraham Lincoln are carrying serious weight here strategically. The Ford was recently tracked heading east through the Strait of Gibraltar, while the Lincoln is in the Arabian Sea.

"They will both be in the Middle East CENTCOM theater," Stroul explained. She noted there could be "one in the eastern Mediterranean and the other in the Arabian Gulf."

"There would probably be a combination of reasons for that based on availability, readiness, proximity to the Middle East. The Ford was heading home and directed to turn around," she added.Exact destinations stay under wraps for obvious operational security reasons, but just having them there sends a clear message of escalation leverage and deterrence.

This buildup rolls on while indirect diplomatic talks between Washington and Tehran keep going, with Oman playing mediator again on Feb. 26.

Stroul says Iran's leadership is juggling brinkmanship and negotiation.

"Iran's leaders are playing a weak hand by combining saber-rattling about their own capabilities, staging preparations and exercises to signal readiness," she claimed.

"They are attempting to slow this down by pursuing negotiations. No one should be under any illusions about the reality of US dominance, Iran is completely outmatched in conventional terms," Stroul said.

Meanwhile, the Ayatollah is somewhere in a hidey-hole with a target on his hairy back.

"Israel dominated Iranian airspace in one day last year, targeted many of Iran's security leaders, took out half of its missile arsenal, and the US significantly set back its nuclear program," Stroul said.

Iran's proxy network, Hezbollah, Shi'ite militias in Iraq, elements in Syria, has taken a beating too after over two years of Israeli operations.

"Iran's long-cultivated network of proxies across the region is degraded after more than two years of Israeli operations, and they declined to enter the war and support Iran's defense last summer," Stroul explained.

"No matter what Iran's leaders say, Iran is not able to rebuild a decades-long project in a few months."

"That said, the US military is in a position to execute whatever orders President Trump gives," she said. "It is not a question of military readiness, but a political decision."

It seems to be more of a question of 'when', than it is a question of 'if'.

World's biggest aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford arrives in the Middle East

The world's largest aircraft carrier, the U.S. Navy nuclear-powered Ford-class aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) (photo credit: Seaman Abigail Reyes/U.S. Navy)

The US military is gearing up for what could be weeks-long operations against Iran if President Trump gives the green light. Two US officials told Reuters this could turn into a far more serious conflict than anything we've seen before between the two countries.

"Sometimes you have to have fear. That's the only thing that really will get the situation taken care of," Trump said.

These officials spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitive planning involved. It definitely ramps up the pressure on the ongoing diplomacy with Iran.

US and Iranian diplomats met in Oman last week to try reviving talks on Tehran's nuclear program, after Trump built up forces in the region and sparked fears of fresh military action. On the military side, US officials announced Friday that the Pentagon is deploying another aircraft carrier to the Middle East, along with thousands more troops, fighter jets, guided-missile destroyers, and other assets for both offense and defense. Carriers typically house over 5,000 personnel, and the USS Gerald R. Ford is bigger than them all.

Trump spoke to troops at a North Carolina base Friday and said it's "been difficult to make a deal" with Iran.

"Sometimes you have to have fear. That's the only thing that really will get the situation taken care of," Trump said.

When asked about preparations for potentially prolonged operations, White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said: "President Trump has all options on the table with regard to Iran. He listens to a variety of perspectives on any given issue, but makes the final decision based on what is best for our country and national security."

The Pentagon had no comment.

Last year, the US sent two carriers to the region for strikes on Iranian nuclear sites. But June's "Midnight Hammer" was basically a single strike: stealth bombers flew from the US to hit nuclear facilities, and Iran responded with a very limited attack on a US base in Qatar. This time, however, the planning is more involved, officials said.

In a sustained campaign, the US could target Iranian state and security facilities, not just nuclear ones, one official noted, without giving specifics. You can bet the Ayatollah isn't diddy-bopping above terra firma at the moment.

Experts warn the risks to US forces would be much higher against Iran, given its strong missile arsenal. Iranian retaliation could easily spark a wider regional war.

The same official said the US expects Iran to hit back, leading to ongoing strikes and counter-strikes over time. Iran is also preparing [allegedly] to strike Tel Aviv in the near future, and you can bet the IDF isn't playing with their dreidels and are instead preparing to retaliate.

The White House and Pentagon didn't answer questions on retaliation risks or regional escalation.

Trump has repeatedly warned he'd bomb Iran over its nuclear and missile programs, plus its crackdown on internal dissent. On Thursday, he said the alternative to diplomacy would "be very traumatic, very traumatic." [Two 'very traumatics' is very, very serious.]

Iran's Revolutionary Guards have threatened to strike any US base if Iran is hit. The US has bases across the Middle East: Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Turkey.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met President Trump in Washington on Wednesday and said any deal with Iran "must include the elements that are vital to Israel."

Iran says it's open to discussing nuclear curbs for sanctions relief, but won't tie it to missiles because they obviously plan to go nuclear or already have done so.

So, with the IRGC killing Iranian citizens and both Israel and the US ready to launch an attack if necessary, it looks like history is soon to be made in the Middle East.

Am America/Israel Chai.

Trump Declares Houthi Showdown Over: “They’ve Capitulated”: But Wait!

President Trump just dropped a bombshell from the White House, flanked by Canada’s PM Mark Carney. The US is hitting pause on its Yemen airstrikes against the Houthis, ‘cause apparently, the Iran-backed crew’s waving the white flag. Trump says they’re done, and Oman’s chiming in with a shiny new “ceasefire” to keep the Red Sea’s shipping lanes drama-free.

“[The Houthis] just don't want to fight, and we will honor that and we will stop the bombings, and they have capitulated,” Trump boasted in the Oval Office. Straight-up, he’s claiming the Houthis are tapping out, telling his administration they “don't want to fight anymore.”

“They say they will not be blowing up ships anymore and that's what the purpose of what we were doing... so that's just news we just found out about that.”

This may have something to do with the fact that they are being handed their butts on a silver platter.

Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi didn’t waste time backing this up, posting that the deal’s a two-way street—nobody’s targeting anybody. “In the future, neither side will target the other, including American vessels, in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab Strait, ensuring freedom of navigation and the smooth flow of international commercial shipping,” he said. Oman’s been playing mediator, smoothing things out to de-escalate this mess.

Now, let’s rewind. The Houthis started this Red Sea chaos, lobbing missiles and drones at ships to show “solidarity” with Palestinians in Gaza, who’ve been under Israel’s bombardment since Hamas’s attack in October 2023. They sank two ships, nabbed another, killed four crew members, and scared off major shipping companies. We’re talking 15% of the world’s trade usually flows through that route—forced to detour around Africa. Brutal.

The US wasn’t messing around. Since March, they’ve hammered 1,000 Houthi targets. Trump’s kept the pedal down, but now he’s saying the Houthis are done playing pirate. “The Houthis have announced that they are not, or they announced to us at least, that they don't want to fight anymore... but, more importantly, we will take their word,” he said. Bold move, Don.

Meanwhile, the Houthis haven’t said squat about this supposed surrender. And they’re still chucking missiles at Israel—one landed near Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion airport on Sunday. Israel clapped back hard, leveling Yemen’s main airport in Sanaa on Tuesday, leaving it “completely destroyed,” per an AFP-quoted official. They also hit power plants, a cement factory, and port facilities in Hudaydah. Oh, and last month? The Houthis claimed a US strike killed 68 African migrants in a detention center. Heavy stuff.

So, is this ceasefire the real deal, or just another Middle East mirage? Trump’s betting on the former, but with the Houthis staying silent, I wouldn’t hold my breath.

WAIT!!

The surrender is off. There is no ceasefire as the Houthis do a U-turn faster than than JB Pritzker can wolf down a Big Mac with supersized fries and diet cola.

Sanaa airport, belonging to the Houthis, has been closed down permanently as it has been totally destroyed.

The reason the Houthis are not abiding by a ceasefire is because the Ayatollah has extended aid to them and has urged them to stop the mixed messages and stay united. He's sending them aid and need to stay in the fight.

The Houthis are making the US and Israel waste their missiles on such silly targets as their airport, rocket launchers and factories. They remind me of Monty Python's Black Knight.

So let's wait another half hour and see what's happening.

SecDef says Trump "dead serious" about stopping Iran from getting nuke

President Donald Trump is “dead serious” about preventing a nuclear-armed Iran and is willing to use military force to prevent it, if necessary, according to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Hegseth appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” on Sunday to discuss nuclear talks between the United States and Iran that kicked off on Saturday. Hegseth said that the administration is committed to finding a peaceful solution to Iran’s nuclear program, the president would not rule out using military force.

“President Trump is dead serious on this issue. He’s dead serious that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. He’s said that for 20 years. He’s been consistent. That is clear,” said Hegseth. “He’s dead serious that he wants it done at the negotiating table. He wants it done peacefully, and that’s why he’s going straight to these talks.”

The talks began on Saturday with delegations from the United States and Iran meeting in Oman. The teams were led respectively by U.S. Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

“These were productive talks yesterday. I don’t want to get ahead of our skis – Steve Witcoff does a fantastic job – but it was a good step, and they’re going to go at it again on Saturday,” said the Defense secretary. “But he’s also dead serious that if we can’t figure this out at the negotiating table, then there are other options – to include my department – to ensure that Iran never has a nuclear bomb.”

“We hope we never get there … but what we’re doing with the Houthis and what we’re doing in the region, we’ve shown a capability to go far, to go deep, and to go big,” he continued. “And, again, we don’t want to do that, but if we have to, we will to prevent the nuclear bomb in Iran’s hands.”

Iranian state-owned media reported on Saturday that the two sides met in Oman “in a constructive atmosphere based on mutual respect.” The White House said in a statement that the delegations would meet again in a week.

“Special Envoy Witkoff underscored to Dr. Araghchi that he had instructions from President Trump to resolve our two nations’ differences through dialogue and diplomacy, if that is possible,” the White House said in a statement. “These issues are very complicated, and Special Envoy Witkoff’s direct communication today was a step forward in achieving a mutually beneficial outcome. The sides agreed to meet again next Saturday.”

The talks come as Trump has leaned on Iran publicly to curb the violence of its terror proxies across the Middle East, including the Houthis in Yemen. The president warned that Iran would be “in great danger” if the talks failed.

Araghchi wrote an op-ed published in The Washington Post last week that said Iran wants to make a deal and that the regime has been in contact with the Trump administration for weeks. Araghchi also claimed that Iran had upheld the conditions under the 2015 nuclear deal negotiated under former President Barack Obama. Trump had been highly critical of the deal, calling it “one-sided.”

The International Atomic Energy Agency found in February that Iran had blown past the 3.67% enrichment level for uranium set in the nuclear deal. Iran’s uranium stockpile is enriched to around 60%. Weapons-grade uranium is 90%. Iran’s stockpile is also many times larger than the limits set in the deal: approximately 8,294 kilograms to the deal’s cap of 300 kilograms.

Obama transfers 10 terrorists from Gitmo to Oman

Dubai, UAE -- Oman (not "Obama man") said on Monday that it will joyfully accept 10 of the worst terrorists still at Guantanamo Bay Detention Center right before Obama is ready to leave the White House as part of his threat to shrink the facility he promised, but failed to close.

The U.S. Department of Defense had nothing to say on the matter.

Oman's Foreign Ministry did not name the scumcrumpets but assured the public that most of them are named Mohammad or a derivative of that name, and said in a statement carried on state-run Oman News Agency that they have accepted Obama's plea.

When the Associated Press pressed for more input about the matter, Omani and U.S. military officials were too embarrassed to respond.

The sultanate of Oman previously took in a bunch of Gitmo's 'worstest': 10 from Yemen in January 2016; and 6 in June 2015. Saudi Arabia gladly repatriated 4 scum on January 5th, and the United Arab Emirates took 15 in the largest single transfer of dangerous cargo during Barack's administration on August 15th.

Allahu Akbar, everybody.

Sultan Qaboos bin Said (his friends call him "Caboose") ruled Oman since 1970. He has been the "go-between" with the West and Iran and has also negotiated a boatload of prisoner releases in recent years for Western countries too stupid to know a dangerous dude unless he exploded in front of them.

Since he wasn't able to close Gitmo altogether, Obama is doing his level best to free as many Islamic terrorists as possible because he can, and because he will be provided with armed security for the rest of his life so, as they often say, "no worries."

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said that he not only wants to keep Gitmo open, but wants to "load it up with some bad dudes."

Mr. Trump is known for his openness, not his eloquence.

When Barack Hussein Obama came into power, there were 242 terrorists in Gitmo. Being the good Muslim sympathizer that he is, Barack pledged to close it over serious international criticism over the mistreatment of detainees.

The idea that we would stoop so low as a nation to pour water on a person's head who may have merely immolated an infidel to death was just too much for liberals to tolerate.

Fortunately, Obama wasn't able to close down Gitmo because Congress was against suicidal behavior.

The majority of scumcrumpets were sent to lovely Afghanistan, Pakistan (pronounced "Pahkeestahn" by Barack Obama) and Saudi Arabia.

In all, only about 30 percent that we know of, have returned to the battlefield to kill us. The remaining 70 percent have sent their kids to do the job.

Free Range Prisoners

They're so "not dangerous" we can't
even show his face
Obama promised to end the war in Iraq, so we left Iraq and nothing ended but we lost what we had won under Bush.

Then Obama promised to close Guantanamo Bay Detention Center and he allowed terrorist prisoners to leave, five of them military leaders, for the release of one of our traitors/deserters, Bowe Bergdahl. It appears we have a revolving door policy with Muslim jihadists who want to kill us.

And Obama, like Jeremiah Wright, says he's a Christian.

Now Obama is transferring six more Gitmo prisoners to Oman, which borders Yemen. Among this group of miscreants are two of Osama bin Laden's bodyguards, both of whom would just as soon behead you as look at you.

Sen. Kelly Ayote (R-NH) said of Yemen that it is "a country engulfed in civil war and that serves as the headquarters for al Qaeda's most dangerous affiliate."

All six of these terrorists call Yemen their caliphate HQ. They left Friday from Gitmo and Obama made them pinky-swear not to do bad things to Americans, except maybe Jews, as he seems to not give a rat's butt about Israel.

Congress has been trying to put restrictions on these moves, mostly because, unlike Obama, they actually believe many of the terrorists will try to reconnect with their brothers in Koran.

When Hussein Obama took the throne in 2008, there were 242 scumcrumpets in Gitmo; now there are 116. That means Barack has released 126 prisoners, and let's face it, nobody has any actual knowledge if they went back to the fight. But people who are willing to die in the name of Allah, have a good chance of doing just that.

National Security Council spokesbutt, Ned Price echoed Obama's argument that keeping Gitmo open weakens national security by draining resources, damages our relations with key allies [not Israel] and partners and emboldens violent extremists.

Let's look at what Price said:

1. Keeping Gitmo open weakens national security by draining resources.

Yes, it definitely costs mucho dinero to keep those prisoners in Gitmo; about $2.7 million per year per prisoner. But letting them go and having them kill Americans can't be measured in money. Also, the resources we use just to hunt them down far exceeds keeping them locked up.

2. Damages our relations with key allies.

So now you know what has been damaging our relations with our key allies, like Israel and Saudi Arabia. If you believe that keeping Gitmo open does this, then you must think ISIS is an ally along with Iran.

These are terrorists who think nothing of burning you alive, chopping off your head, stoning you to death, or throwing you off a high building. Do you really care if we hurt their feelings?

3. Emboldens violent extremists.

This is such a liberal mindset it's laughable.

If we let these morons go, do you think they will be grateful and leave us alone, or do you think they return to their 4 wives, 6 camels, and hate-filled imams as heroes? The thing that emboldens these Islamic jihadists, is the Koran.

Read it and know.

"Even more disturbing is the fact that the administration has not provided sufficient assurances to Congress or to the public that these terrorists will not return to the battlefield. If they are not securely detained, no one should be surprised if they travel to Yemen and re-engage in terrorist activities," Sen. Ayotte said.

I would be surprised if they don't return to the battlefield. That would mean to them and to those who know them, that they are "bad Muslims" unwilling to wage jihad.
This
Versus this
The six jihadist transfers are Emad Abdullah Hassan. Emad has been on a hunger strike for 8 years, which means he must be eating something. Actually, they force-feed him nutrients, but perhaps they should just leave him alone. He was Osama's bodyguard, which didn't help Osama all that much, as it turned out.

Emad is protesting his confinement without charge since 2002, so you know that when he has his freedom, he's going to not pick up a weapon to avenge us as he realizes now that to forgive is divine.

The other alleged bodyguards to Osama bin Laden are Idris Ahmad 'Abd Al Qadir and Jalal Salam Awad Awad (the latter being no relation to Sirhan Sirhan).

Sharaf Ahmad Muhammad Mas'ud was a fighter at Tora Bora and was captured in Pakistan (pronounced Pahkeesthan, by Barack Hussein). He has since reformed and is captain of the Afghan knitting club, posing no danger after his freedom to kill is once again acquired.

Saa'd Nasser Moqbil Al Azani (sounds Italian, but don't be fooled) is a "religious teacher" who we believe has ties to bin Laden's religious adviser. To kill for the sake of Islam is supposed to get you into Paradise.

And here's another Muhammad: Muhammad Ali Salem Al Zarnuki--he allegedly fought for the Taliban since 1998, but like the others, he has mended his way, given up the teachings of the Noble Koran, and ditched 3 of his 4 wives to be in compliance with Western values. (He kept the 12 year old wife.)
