Obama's executive order overruled

Scot Free
The king and his court has been overruled by a federal judge today. Try as he might to use his executive privilege to keep Operation Fast and Furious documents out of the hands of Congress, Obama will not get his way.

Judge Jackson
According to Politico, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson made the ruling and public disclosures from the Department of Justice (DoJ) which, at times seems like an oxymoron term, will be made.

The king and his court are appealing the ruling but hopefully, like the man who had the wrong leg amputated then the correct one removed and tried to sue and lost, Obama too will not have a leg to stand on.

Jackson's written response: "The Department itself has already publicly revealed the sum and substance of the very material it is now seeking to withhold. Since any harm that would flow from the disclosures sought here would be merely incremental, the records must be produced."

In 2012 the House voted to hold then-Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for withholding part of the records, and even 17 Democrats supported that.

Perhaps there's hope for the country.

But the question is: what is Obama trying to hide?

The Most Transparent Thing About Obama is His Lack of Transparency

Exclusively using a private email server as secretary of state is perhaps illegal, but if not, we undoubtedly can agree that it's wrong and downright stupid. Hillary Clinton's judgment is clearly analogous to that of a liberal tweaking Chuck Norris's nose and then calling him a pussy. It's stupid and it's going to get you hospitalized with only Obamacare to depend upon. Good luck.

But the Obama administration has stepped away from Hillary on this latest scandal and as "the most transparent administration" in the history of the United States, wants to get to the bottom of this.

So, is the Obama administration the most transparent one ever to grace the White House?

The answer is clearly: hahaha hahaha NO!

Sunday Brain Flushings--just sayin'

Marine Corps (pronounced "Core," Mr. Obama) Sergeant Andrew Tahmooressi is still in a Mexican prison after making a wrong turn at the border. The administration has yet to lift a finger to free him or even get involved on the periphery.

The American pastor Saeed Abenini is still in an Iranian prison and it has now been two years today since being incarcerated by the Shi'ite Muslims of Iran who say he was proselytizing Christianity. The Obama administration has done nothing to pressure this terrorist state to free him.

Russia invades Ukraine and Vladimir Putin wags his finger at the U.S. saying we have no right to invade a sovereign nation (implying that only he has that right). We hear crickets in the White House.

Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel cannot even name the head of the Syrian rebels who we plan to supply with military arms and equipment at the cost of half a billion dollars from the taxpayers.

Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress and nothing was done about it. He refused to prosecute the New Black Panthers over voter intimidation that took place in Philadelphia during the last presidential election. We still don't know the true details of Fast and Furious, the IRS, and Benghazi, but Holder has just resigned with impunity.

The Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Hassan, killed 13 soldiers and an unborn child, screamed "Allahu Akbar" ("Allah is great") as he fired at unarmed servicemen and women. The incident was labeled "workplace violence" by the Obama administration.

It looks like the same thing is playing out over the attack by a Muslim convert who tried to convert his co-workers to Islam in Moore, Oklahoma. Failing that, he returned to the place of business where he was recently fired, shouted Islamic slogans (I'd put my money on "Allahu Akbar") beheaded a defenseless woman, stabbed another woman repeatedly and was stopped from killing her and others by a hero exercising his Second Amendment right.

This leads me to ask the question: why did Obama invoke the name of a controversial Muslim cleric, Sheikh bin Bayyah, at his speech at the U.N.? The State Department had previously apologized for doing the same thing and removed a tweet they sent out praising him and his ideas. In 2004, this so-called cleric called for the killing of American troops.

Finally, I'd like to know why are White House press reports first handed over to the White House for review and if they don't pass muster, are edited before being given to the other White House press reporters. Doesn't that sound like our country is becoming a dictatorship when freedom of the press isn't really free?

Coincidences and Coverups

Ahmed Abu Khatalla is captured after 2 years since his involvement with the Benghazi 911 attack that killed our ambassador and 3 Americans. Hillary Clinton gets interviewed by Fox News Network practically at the same time we learn of this. Coincidence?

The IRS loses 2 years of emails that would have clarified the involvement of Lois Lerner and perhaps Barack Obama in the scandal that targeted conservative groups, keeping them from obtaining their tax exempt status. Then 6 more IRS officials had "the dog eat their emails."  Another coincidence?

Obama trades 5 Taliban terrorists for a lowly Army deserter. This happens at the same time when he is planning to close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility. Now there's talk of him releasing scores more of these dangerous thugs. Yet another coincidence?

We had the Fast and Furious scandal, Benghazi, Bergdahl, Solyndra, the IRS, AP, NSA, James Rosen, and the New Black Panthers voting suppression scandal, lest we forget. One administration, so many "phony scandals."

We have to ask ourselves the question: what are the chances we will ever get the hard evidence, the communications, emails and the like, about these scandals? Probably about as much chance as catching Jay Carney being totally truthful about Obama.

According to the Associated Press, the Obama administration last year cited "national security" 8,496 times to withhold information requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This is a 57% increase from the previous year. In fact, 36% of FOIA requests made in 2013 were either censored or denied, and in 196,034 other occasions, the "dog ate the homework" excuse was used--that is, they simply could not find the records requested.

So "the most transparent administration ever" is exactly the opposite of that claim. It should give you pause to wonder what other lies have they told, and what are they not telling us.

Hey, I'm a Liberal: Fool Me 87 Times, Shame on Me

Another Obamacare delay, but Kathleen Sebelius says it isn't a delay and like a bunch of Democrats swore, there would be no more delays. So of course they delayed the mandatory sign-up to mid-April. So Sebelius et al, lied to the American public about the fact that there were to be no more delays.

People will save, on average, about $2500 a year under Obamacare, our illustrious president said. The complete opposite is true, and in many cases people will spend thousands more to get coverage, and the deductibles are astronomical in many cases. This was a lie to the American public and still, nothing has been done about it.

If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, period; but the truth is only if he or she takes your new coverage. That did not work out well for tens of thousands of people. A lie, if there ever was a lie.

If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan; period. Tell that to the tens of thousands who lost their healthcare plan.

We were told that Benghazi was a spontaneous attack spurred on by an anti-Muhammad (peas be up in him) video. Hillary said this, Obama said this, Susan Rice said this, and others tried to say this but were unable to speak due to the location of their heads in respect to their butts. Big liars all.

Fast and Furious, where Eric Holder of the DoJ allowed weapons to be brought into Mexico, where straw buyers got them into the hands of drug cartels. Some ended up killing Agent Brian Terry, but Eric Holder said he was unaware of the scheme. I have no doubt that Holder ordered the scheme, and unfortunately no proof, that he's lying.

Lois Lerner and people high up in the Democratic food chain in the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups and groups with the word "patriot" in their title. Obviously, this shows that people like Lerner, and those Democrats she schemed with, do not like patriots and thereby do not like patriotism, and our nation, one might surmise. At least not our nation as it has stood for two plus centuries (and not the 400 years of Constitutional law that Sheila Jackson-Lee believed).

Harry Reid (D-UT) allegedly gave $1500 in campaign money to his granddaughter, which he denies. While trying to make this scandal go away, he is accusing the GOP of being the reason Putin took Crimea. I believe Reid should be made to apologize to the GOP for the slandering he tried to give them, and he should be made to release all documents regarding his granddaughter's contributions. Then I believe he needs to write 1000 times "I am a girly-man with a girly-man's voice."

Obama warned Syria that if they crossed his "red line" there would be terrible consequences to pay. They crossed for free. What a lie.

Obama warned America that the IRS scandal, when it originally made the news, was totally unacceptable and he was going to get to the bottom of it. He also pledged to get to the bottom of the Fast and Furious crime. In all cases, there was no bottom to get to.

I could go on and on and on, but you get the idea. Liberals lie all the time. When they say, "Hello," they're lying.

How many times does a liberal have to get lied to before becoming aware they are lies? The answer is simple--there is no number of times because the liberal couldn't tell a lie from the definition of what 'sex' is, and what 'is', is.

Nuclear Options, Nuclear Iran, Friday Brain Flushings

I'm Making You An Offer You Can't Refuse
It has been quite a week in the wacky world of politics. Reid goes nuclear; Iran is currently doing the same under the guise of efficient energy production for peaceful purposes; Obamacare doesn't just cover abortions, it has become one; and Ed Schultz has gone beyond calling Laura Ingraham a "slut," he has become a presidential confidante along with a host of MNSBC hosts and Juan Williams of Fox News.

Holder at the Bus Stop, Obama Stands Behind Him

Holder may go--but certainly, he should go. It seems pretty clear that he lied to congress. He also may be behind the Gibson Guitar Company heavy-handed, office bust-in (my term). He didn't know about the potential prosecution of James Rosen; he knew nothing about Fast and Furious, and he knows nothing about everything as the head of the Department of Justice. At the very least, he should be fired for his gross incompetence. But more than this, he should be prosecuted, for his low-life evil abuse of the Constitution of the United States of America. It's as simple as that.

Who's On First? Not Obama

Hillary didn't know what was going on in Benghazi, even though her emails seem to indicate she was informed. Susan Rice was simply told what to say by someone who the public is not privy to knowing. Eric Holder had no idea about who walked the guns to the Mexican drug cartels in the Fast and Furious caper. Barack is clueless about why help was never sent to save the Benghazi outpost or whatever the proper term is for the non-consulate, non-embassy, and he has no idea about Fast and Furious or the current IRS scandal where conservative organizations, donors, and individuals who may be involved with the Tea Party. In other words, nobody is running the country. Nobody but the people at the bottom of the political food chain are guilty of misdeeds.

Everything is Our Fault, Not Obama's

The sequester, while it was the brain child of Barack Hussein Obama, is not his fault. It is the fault of Republicans because, well, it just is, so there you go. Because of the cutbacks ordered by the sequester, the Blue Angels, the Navy's precision flying team, cannot perform, the White House cannot remain open for public tours, cancer patients cannot get the chemotherapy drugs they need and might therefore die, over a million federal workers will have to take unpaid furloughs, and James Clapper, the Director of Intelligence, warned that the sequester will leave us more vulnerable to terrorism. (I used to think that our not calling it Islamic terrorism or identifying the real cause of terrorism made us more vulnerable to it).

In fact, due to the sequester, all fun things you can think of that is under the auspices of the federal government is cancelled until we on the right of Obama's leftists, give in to his demands.  What's next, flushing toilets? But what isn't next are Obama vacations and golfing, and Biden spending about half a million dollars a day for his hotel stays with his staff.

Benghazi was not the fault of Obama--he was too busy with other matters when he heard about the attack. It was the fault of that video guy--you know, the guy who made that horribly accurate, albeit crummy video, about the prophet of Islam . . . you know who I'm talking about . . . starts with the letter M, but if you say his name without adding some Arabic mumbo jumbo, you might get killed on YouTube. So Benghazi definitely wasn't Obama's fault--he went back to sleep knowing he had people that would handle it. You can't hold someone responsible for something that happened when they were asleep when it happened.

Solyndra, that solar panel company that went bankrupt after Obama gave them hundreds of millions of our tax dollars, wasn't his fault. It was our money so it must be our fault--simple math.

Fast and Furious, where our government supplied guns to Mexican drug cartels, wasn't Obama's fault, nor was it the fault of Eric Holder, the head of the DoJ. You remember Holder, he's the man who did nothing to indict the New Black Panthers for keeping white voters away from the polling place in Philadelphia. No, Fast and Furious was something that George W. Bush did first, (although not the same way, nor did the guns walk away, but that doesn't count), and GW is a Republican, so it's the fault of the GOP--not the fault of Obama. It's never his fault because rock stars can do no wrong.

The economy is definitely not Obama's fault. He has only been president for a little over one term and it takes a long time to straighten out what that guy, George W. Bush did to this country. The unemployment numbers have improved if you don't count those losers who gave up looking for a job, and if push comes to shove, Obama can just print more money. The only problem is that we may soon run out of material to make the actual physical money: linen and cotton; but maybe if that happens, we can just go to paper until we run out of trees.

The Chevy Volt gets a couple of miles on an overnight charge, and less if you're in a hurry. But don't blame Obama for saving GM, blame us for not buying the car that is so green it will save the planet (if you don't count the fact that the electricity it takes to charge it comes from generators that run on coal and other fuels that aren't so green).

Obamacare isn't Obama's fault, he says, and nobody can challenge that claim because nobody fully understands it. Just don't get sick.

MSM and Kitty Chow

Two One Percenters on Vaca
The press are sissies. They should be eating Purina Pussy Chow and lapping milk out of a bowl. Obama goes on a 3 day golf tour with the One Percenter, Tiger-I-Screw-Around-With-Pornstars-Woods, refuses to allow the White House press to cover his time with the slutster, and on the trip home in Air Force One, only allows the press to talk with him "off the record." That is absolutely disgusting.

And here we have the press writing reams on Marco Rubio and his water bottle incident. Wolf-I-Cannot-Finish-a-Sentence-Without-a-Pause-Blitzer wonders if the water incident will "ruin" his career. Holy crap! What garbage. The leftstream media has failed to cover Benghazi, failed to cover Fast and Furious to any serious extent, and went batcrap crazy with Rubio. Why? Because they're Obama lapdogs.

I don't usually rant, but this time I'll make  an exception.

We are living in a time where the country is divided--Obama has succeeded in cleaving us down the middle. Not by the have's and have nots, but by the supporters and non-supporters of his administration. I cite Facebook as an example--they are being given tax breaks they don't deserve and I think this is unconscionable.

But somehow liberals will find a way to argue against logic and come up with a reason that has something to do with George Bush or some Republican who doesn't represent real conservative values. They think if a Republican screws up, it gives them license to also screw up.

Finally, I worry that Homeland Insecurity has purchased millions of rounds of ammunition "for training purposes." Somehow I suspect Chris Matthews isn't going to bring this to the table--he's too busy dealing with his tingles.

Not So Fast, Furious Holder

Eric Holder was scheduled to testify today on the now famous operation known as Fast and Furious. Briefly, this operation, aka Project Gunrunner,  was Arizona-based and designed to be a sting operation whereby the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), which is an arm of the Department of Justice, allowed "straw buyers" to purchase weapons from Arizona gun shops and move them across the border into Mexico to be used by the drug cartels.  The ATF then was supposed to trace them and stop the gun-trafficking .  And while that's what the DoJ is telling us, I'm not so sure they are being totally honest (yeah, like that isn't worth a ROFLMAO moment).

Kenneth Melson
The Acting Director of the ATF, Kenneth Melson, has been spilling his guts to avoid the administration from pushing him under the bus by taking the fall for what has to involve, at the very least, the US Attorney's Office, FBI, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and possibly the Homeland Security Department.  This probably has Eric Holder's skivvies all twisted up if Melson knew about any involvement at the top.

The House committees investigating the DoJ, headed by Rep. Darrell Issa and Sen. Charles Grassley, have accused the Justice Department of blocking their investigation.  You probably are aware that the operation led to the death of Border Agent Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexican nationals. Most disturbing beyond this was that taxpayer financing from other federal agencies may have funded this crazy scheme.

Darrell Issa
Issa said of Holder's umm, withholding: "It is one thing to argue that the ends justifies the means in an attempt to defend a policy that puts building a big case ahead of stopping known criminals from getting guns.  Yet it is a much more serious matter to conceal from Congress the possible involvement of other agencies in identifying and maybe even working with the same criminals that Operation Fast and Furious was trying to identify."

Holder, while answering questions, pulled a Gingrich--he attacked the questioners with statements claiming it is beneath the auspices of a Congressman to ask probing questions. He would obviously not like to be questioned or implicated in any involvement with this illegal operation.

There are 93 thousand documents that Holder refuses to give to the committee.   Democrats are saying that this entire debacle is political, having nothing to do with the fact that Holder may be involved. We now know that he lied when he originally said that he only knew of the operation for a few weeks, having to "walk back" that statement to say he knew of it for a couple of months, then saying that both statements don't contradict each other. (He also is hard-pressed to say what the definition of the word "is" is.)  For Holder, a couple of weeks, a couple of months, well, it's his version of legal accuracy--you can't nail him on it.

What we can be certain of, is that these hearings are just heating up and the heat is on Holder.

If Holder Was an Honest Man

Eric Holder lying about something
What if Eric Holder's first name was Richard? What if he was actually an honest human being--Fast and Furious would have never happened and Brian Terry would likely be alive today, along with about 300 Mexicans who died from the gun walking. If Holder were honest, he would never use the race card and say such bs about the tea party being racist (think Allen West, just for starters).

If Holder was a mensch, Obama would not get a free pass with his Congressional Recess appointments and would not be able to circumvent the Constitution the way he has been doing since taking office because it is the duty of the Department of Justice to ensure that the Constitution is being upheld, not trampled on as we see in this administration.

But Eric Holder's name is not Dick, just his attitude. He is not an honest man, and it is highly probable that he is deep in the muck of Fast and Furious.  The liberals make the argument that even in the Bush administration, these types of operations were taking place. This is the same type of argument that Islamic apologists use when trying to defend their religion--they talk about the violence in the Crusades, or in the Old Testament, as if these things excuse them, and as if they are still taking place. No, Fast and Furious is a crime--it is a crime both on the books and to the ethics of an advanced society.  I wonder how our future generations will see us.

Eric Fast and Furious Withholder

Even the guy next to him knows he's lying
Now it's political, not criminal. It's stupid, but it isn't his fault nor the fault of his department. He told Darrell Issa that he never contacted Brian Terry's family to say he was sorry, but now he says he spoke with them.

This is our Attorney General, Eric Holder and the operation Fast and Furious. If you don't know what this operation is all about, you must be getting your news from MSNBC and you're probably a big Chris Matthews fan. Very briefly, Fast and Furious is the ATF operation where guns were allowed to be purchased by straw buyers, then be sold to drug cartels, where they disappeared across the Mexican border. Of the over 1400 guns that disappeared this way, one was used in the killing of border agent Brian Terry.

As the case is being investigated on Capital Hill as I write this, Eric Withholder is testifying. His opening statement was another typical speech, accusing the investigation as being nothing more than a political ploy, and assured the American people that his Department of Justice is innocent of all claims (which I like to think of as 'charges') being levied against him.

Holder has withheld information, then the information he finally gave up to the subcommittee was heavily redacted--the pages were almost completely blackened with censored removals of data--and then he said that he was completely unaware of the operation. So the choices we are left with are: incompetent, serious memory deficit, or a lying sack of horse manure. Choose any one of those and you come up with the same outcome--Holder has to go.
"Those idiots bought the story"

I believe Obama also knew about Fast and Furious and I would suggest that, if he did not, then this is even more reason to fire and indict Holder. But who are they kidding? Holder and Obama are buddies from the Chicage hood. Along with Bill Ayers, Rev. Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Bernadette Dohrn, and Dave Axelrod, we have a clique, a fraternity of sorts, except that Dohrn is a woman and the wife of her terrorist better half, Bill Ayers, of Weather Underground infamy. This is Chicage-style politics--ask Rob Blagojovich about that--he has intimate knowledge-but Obama had no knowledge of Blago's selling Obama's Senate seat.

No knowledge, no brains? Or just lies?

More On Fast and Furious

This is a story that doesn't go away--kind of like the unwashed on Occupy Wall Street. Fast and Furious, the gun walking screwup that allowed guns to cross into Mexico from the USA and get into the hands of the drug cartels. Eric Holder, the Attorney General at the Department of Justice (DoJ) has finally been supoenaed and being put on the hotseat for this incredibly stupid tactic.

Go ahead, pull my finger
Barack Hussein Obama has claimed that Holder is innocent, as is he, in the Fast and Fuirious scandal. In fact, when Obama was first asked about the scandal, he couldn't remember Eric Holder's name--and who can blame him? Our president comes into contact with literally hundreds of people each day, so how can we expect him to remember someone he appointed to such an unimportant position like Attorney General? Why should he remember someone who he has hung out with and probably played a few rounds of golf with, as he has with hundreds of people every day? Obama has enough problems with his jobs plan and things like Solyndra and now another solar energy company called Sun Power     that has received $1.2 billion to keep it afloat but is now having its own problems. Obama certainly doesn't need Fast and Furious up his butt like a thistle in a briar patch.

Darrell Issa
But Rep. Darrell Issa, (R-Calif.)  the Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman, is not going to let Fast and Furious simply go away. This may turn out to be Holder's Waterloo, or it may do even more damage to the present administration; we shall see. Issa believes that Holder is not being forthcoming with information on the botched scheme, and that he was not being 'candid' when he said that he only knew of the operation a few weeks ago (in his testimony last May). This has been shown to be less than the truth--some might even say that something less than the truth is a lie, but we don't say that about politicians. They're very sensitive to being called liars--they get it all the time.

The Plot to Kill the Saudi Ambassador and Blow Stuff Up

Frick and Frack
Back in September an Iranian-born naturalized American, was arrested at JFK Airport for being part of a plot to kill the Saudi Ambassador to the United States and to blow up the Israeli embassy and Saudi embassy. Another Iranian man who conspired in this plot, is on the run and Attorney General, Eric-fast-and furious-Holder has spoken to the press about this operation that could have resulted in the loss of many lives on American soil.  All of this comes on the heels of Holder's own alleged involvement with Fast and Furious, where guns were sold to straw buyers and then to Mexican drug cartels, without the ATF stopping the illegal practice. Coincidence? Perhaps, but  it is very interesting that this all comes on a day that Senator Issa is bringing Fast and Furious out before the public again.

Getting back to the terror plot, Holder said, in today's press conference that Iran would pay for this horrible act. With Obama as president, I have my doubts that anyone would pay or that anything significant will take place--at least anything that will hurt these Iranian barbarians. I actually believe that most of the Islamic Middle East laughs at us for being a paper tiger. They no longer have the fear that we will do anything to retaliate, no matter what they do to hurt us. Who can blame them? They're mostly correct. We are still referring to Islam as a religion of peace and allowing them to call us Islamophobic whenever we ask why they're so violent to non-Muslims.

The two men, Manssor Arbabsiar, a 56 year old Iranian-born naturalized American citizen living in Texas, and Gholam Shakuri (who sounds a bit like a character from the Tolkein trilogy), were linked to the plot. Arbabsiar, who has a US and an Iranian passport, was arrested at JFK Airport, as I mentioned, and was said to be cooperating with the law since his arrest. Shakuri remains at large in Iran and it is likely that others are involved with this plot.

Why kill the Saudi Ambassador and blow up their embassy? Possibly because Saudi Arabia has been working with Israel to give them clearance to take out Iranian nuclear plants where weapons of mass destruction are being developed.

Why blow up the Israeli embassy? Why not--there'll be lots of dead Jews if they do, and we all know how Islamic nations hate the Jews. For jihadists, killing Jews is a sport.

Will this distract us from Holder's involvement with Fast and Furious? I don't know, but I believe that is the intention, but we will see. I don't believe in coincidences.

Holder: Should He Stay or Should He Go

Eric Holder, the 82nd Attorney General of the United States, is the first African-American to serve in this position. But who is he, and does he have a clue about what he's doing? You make the call.

How'd they find out?
Holder is from the Bronx, New York, where he went to Stuyvesant High School and Columbia College. He was a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, was a US attorney and also a Deputy Attorney of the US. He worked at the Covington and Burling law firm in Washington D.C. and in 1997 was the Deputy Attorney General under the lovely and talented Janet Reno.  Holder was the Senior legal advisor to B. Hussein Obama during his presidential campaign.

Holder's first controversy that I will address is when he was involved with a Bill Clinton decision to reduce the criminal sentences of 16 members of the Boriqua Popular Army, which was categorized as a terrorist organization by the FBI.  Holder's clemency request was originally opposed by US Pardons Attorney Margaret Love in 1996m but in 1997, after there was no Love to be found, he proposed clemency to Clinton with a report from then US Pardons Attorney Roger Adams, whose opinion was neutral where Holder's was to allow for clemency of these terrorists. Clinton, feeling benevolent, granted clemency, which, under the circumstances, was unusual because the FBI, the federal prosecutor, and the victims of these 16 terrorists were against clemency.

Perhaps this can be explained by better understanding the Boriqua Popular Army, just in case they somehow got a bad reputation, or as they might say, "a bad rep."

The Boriqua Popular Army, aka Los Macheteros, or The Machete Wielders, was formed in Puerto Rico and they support PR's independence from "Colonial US rule." In 2007, one source reported they had about 5700 members, and many non-member supporters, perhaps even Holder, but there is no proof of that, other than his apparent support in court. The members of the Boriqua Popular Army pass the time writing letters to the government, reading law in order to make change, and helping old ladies cross the busy streets of San Juan before rescuing kittens from trees. Just kidding--they blow stuff up, attack US military targets, and commit armed robberies.
Their leader, fugitive Filiberto Ojeda Rios, died of a gun overdose in 2005. Holder, as far as we know, did not attend his funeral.

February 2009, Holder, a brave black man, gave his famous speech during Black History Month in which he called the US, "a nation of cowards," when it came to dealing with racial issues. This should explain why slavery was abolished, blacks have the right to vote, go to school, hold any job they are qualified to hold, and become President of the United States, and why Saudi Arabia doesn't even allow women to drive cars, go to school, hold any job, etc. Forget what they do to Jews, Bibles, and Christians trying to build churches in Saudi Arabia. Obama, in his infinite political wisdom toward the next election said of Holder's remark, "I think it's fair to say that if I had been advising my attorney general, we would have used different language." Doesn't this make you smile and realize that our president has an incredible set of brass balls? How much stronger could a president possibly rebuke his AG? How indirect can he get? "Are you hungry?" "Well, I'm not starving."

May 2009: The DoJ ended a civil suit originally begun with the Bush administration against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation due to their conduct during the 2008 election. Two men of the New Black Panthers were dressed in paramilitary uniforms, one holding a club, and both yelling racial insults at white voters and blocking their entrance to the voting booths inside the building.  None of the defendents appeared in court, but hey, why inconvenience them since they figured that Holder was going to drop the charges due to "lack of evidence." Evidence evidently doesn't include Youtube video that half the country viewed shortly after this disgusting incident in which the civil liberties of people were taken away from them. Some contend that the real reason Holder dropped the charges was because the DoJ is unwilling to prosecute minorities over civil rights violations.  In fact, during a House subcommittee discussing these issues, Holder argued that his behavior with the New Black Panther Party was not comparable to historical voter intimidation against minorities, "When you compared what people endured in the South in the '60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subject to that with what happened in Philadelphia . . . I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people."  So if he sees any group that's smaller than all of America as "my people" then why is he a United States of America Attorney General?
Does he CAIR?

And now we have the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) an unindicted co-conspirator to the Holy Land Foundation trials, being let off the hook by Holder. He has refused to prosecute and this keeps the US open for further terrrorist attacks.

CAIR has been shown to be an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in the US. The documents recovered by the feds prove that CAIR, ISNA, MAS, and many more Islamic organizations are terror-tied in this country. But Holder, who in November 2009, spoke at a dinner for a group of community organizations, one of which was CAIR, and it appears he is siding with the wrong people.

It's obvious that Holder refuses to do his job, but the latest story to float to the top of the toilet is Operation Fast and Furious, or Gunwalker. You are probably aware that ATF officials have been allowing the "bad guys" to buy illegal weapons for the Mexican drug gangs and that the DoJ is part of the equation. Since the start of the operation, ATF Special Agent, Brian Terry, was killed with one of the weapons sold to the gangs. Since it's inception, about 150 agents have been shot at or killed.

Gunwalker violates Federal Law Title 18 Section 922 that states that only a licensed dealor or manufacturer can engage in interstate or foreign firearms commerce. It's also a federal offense for a person to buy a weapon for another (straw buyer). Since this operation began, several agents have resigned from the ATF, and Special Agent John Dodson blew the whistle, but nothing was done about it and he was told to keep his mouth shut.

Did Holder know about Operation Gunwalker? Maybe; but if he didn't, and he is the Attorney General, what does that say about his competency? See the photo to the left . . . the far left.
