Steve Bannon indicted on NYS charges: expected to turn himself in

Steve Bannon has been indicted on state charges in New York related to the federal charges he faced in 2020 over a fraud scheme. He was pardoned for those charges by then-President Trump in the federal case coming at the end of Trump's term in office, before the trial was able to conclude.

The charge against Bannon in August 2020 was for allegedly defrauding people who donated to a crowdfunding campaign to build a wall along the southern border between the US and Mexico. He was accused of stealing one million dollars from the over $25 million raised to pay an alleged co-conspirator and personal expenses totaling hundreds of thousands in expenses.

The other two co-conspirators charged in the scheme, Brian Kolfage and Andrew Badolato, pled guilty in April to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, according to the DOJ. Kolfage also pled guilty to tax and wire fraud charges filed by the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.

Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would handle the case, as per The Washington Post. Bragg is known for having more tolerance and sympathy for felons than he has for Republicans and is a threat to the safety of New Yorkers.

The report stated that Bannon is expected to turn himself in on Thursday.

The new indictment Bannon faces comes after he was found guilty of one contempt count involving his refusal to appear for a deposition and another involving his refusal to produce documents to the January 6th House Select Committee. He is set to be sentenced in that case on Oct. 21, 2022. Each count carries a maximum of 30 days in jail and fines ranging from $100 to $100,000.

“The subpoena to Stephen Bannon was not an invitation that could be rejected or ignored,” Matthew M. Graves, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia said. “Mr. Bannon had an obligation to appear before the House Select Committee to give testimony and provide documents. His refusal to do so was deliberate and now a jury has found that he must pay the consequences.”

Some Democrats are hoping Bannon will be given a life sentence or is hung by the neck until dead, unlike former President Obama's wingman, former US Attorney General Eric Holder who was also guilty of not appearing after being summoned by the House and got away with no charges.

“The tenets of our government rely upon citizens adhering to the established rules of law. Lawful tools, such as subpoenas and other legal orders, are critical in our system of government,” said Steven M. D’Antuono, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office. [Like Eric Holder] “Mr. Bannon was found guilty of contempt by a jury of his peers for his choice to ignore a lawful subpoena. The FBI will continue our sworn duty to investigate those who have committed violations of our laws and hold them accountable for their actions.”

Equal justice under the law has become a suggestion, not a requirement.

Obama's 'wingman' attacks AG Barr as being Trump's 'wingman'

Former wingman and Attorney General for Barack Obama, Eric Holder verbally attacked AG Barr for being partisan toward Trump. "It's like he thinks he has the same rights to be Trump's wingman as I did for Barack," Holder said.

Holder, who gained Mexican stardom by supplying the drug cartels with guns, one of which killed border agent Brian Terry, says that William Barr is "unfit" to lead the Justice Department because his conduct is like "the tactics of an unscrupulous criminal defense lawyer [rather] than a U.S. attorney general," who should act more like he did when he covered for Obama.

In an op-ed published by The Washington Post on Thursday, Holder said he was reluctant to criticize his successor, but he went ahead and did it anyway because Holder and the truth live on different planets.

The chin-deficient Holder claimed that Barr “has made a series of public statements and taken actions that are so plainly ideological, so nakedly partisan and so deeply inappropriate for America’s chief law enforcement official that they demand a response from someone who held the same office,” which Holder unashamedly did for his buddy Barry when he lied to Congress and obstructed them in the Fast and Furious case mentioned above.

Holder sucked so much as AG that even Democrats, seventeen in all, helped make him the first attorney general held in contempt of Congress.

Holder's DOJ conspired with Lois Lerner of the IRS to attempt jailing Obama's political opponents.

Like the Democrat Party and the mainstream media, Holder thinks the American public is stupid and has a short memory. He claims that Barr has been lawlessly not following the Constitution, but the truth is, the Democrats, by their holding a co-equal branch of government in contempt of another branch [Trump vs the House] are the ones not following the Constitution. The fact that Trump was not allowed to face his accuser is where the Democrats are not following the Constitution. The fact that the left wants to take away an individual's Second Amendment rights, not to mention their First Amendment rights, is a violation of the Constitution.

So let's all have a good laugh at the nation's most outspoken hypocrites: Holder and the Democrat Party.

Comedy News Network's April Ryan wants Sarah Sanders to be fired for doing her job

The Comedy News Network's (CNN) April Ryan  would like White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders to be fired for doing her job. Ryan claimed Sanders “lied” to the media following the release of the Mueller report.

In May 2017, following the controversial firing of corrupt FBI Director James Comey, Sanders told reporters that “countless” FBI agents had lost confidence in Comey despite one reporter’s assertion that the “vast majority” of them supported his leadership. According to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office, Sanders told investigators her claim was a “slip of the tongue” and was “in the heat of the moment,” admitting that it was not founded on anything.

Fire her!!!!! She made the mistake of covering for Trump with a lie. Nobody lies to the media without paying the price . . . unless you're a Democrat.

Ryan, who is also a Democratic White House reporter for the leftist media outlet, American Urban Radio Networks, blasted the press secretary on Thursday night for “lying” to the American people.

“Not only does she not have any credibility left, she lied,” Ryan told CNN anchor Erin Burnett. “She outright lied and the people, the American people can't trust her. They can't trust what's said from the president's mouthpiece, spokesperson, from the people's house. Therefore, she should be let go. She should be fired. End of story. When there is a lack of credibility there, you have to start and start lopping the heads off. It’s ‘Fire Me Thursday’ or ‘Fire Me Good Friday,’ she needs to go."

When asked about President Obama's lies about "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period," Ryan said, "That's different. That's the President of the United States telling the American people what he believed was the truth. He had no intention of lying," the fake news "reporter" said.

The CNN pundit suggested that since President Trump “won’t take the fall” that Sanders might instead.

Burnett then asked, "But what about Hillary Clinton and her statements about Benghazi and her illegal server? What about Susan Rice who went on the Sunday morning shows and said the catalyst of the Benghazi attacks was due to a video? And what about the "Fast and Furious" case that Obama gave executive privilege to his wingman Eric Holder?"

"Those are what we call 'white lies.' They're no big deal," Ryan said. “Sarah plays a dangerous game in that room… The game is dangerous because she is lying to the American public,” Ryan bloviated. “Then, on top of all that, she says the press is fake when she’s faking reports from the people’s house. She’s calling us fake? We’ve had colleagues who’ve had to move from their houses because of threats. I have to have security because of being called ‘fake’ and a ‘loser’ and all sorts of things from that White House. It’s time for her to go. Fire them all and let the chips fall where they may."

Actually, Burnett obviously never asked those questions, but wouldn't it have been fantastic if she did?

Eric Holder suspect in Nipsey Hussle shooting death

Eric Holder
Eric Holder is wanted for Homicide in the shooting of Nipsey Hussle [not to be confused with Nipsey Russell, who died in 2005]. Holder is believed to have shot Hussle, a rapper and injured several others in a shooting at a strip mall in South Los Angeles on Sunday.

The suspected gunman has been identified as Eric Holder, a 29-year-old Los Angeles resident with gang ties, according to a news release by the Los Angeles Police Department. He is not related to Eric Holder [aka Obama's 'Wingman'] who is known to allegedly supply guns to drug cartels and is responsible for the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

Holder was last seen in a 2016 white 4 door Chevy Cruze CA license plate 7RJD742. Anyone with information related to his whereabouts or this deadly shooting is urged to contact South Bureau Homicide at 323-786-5100

The suspect walked up to three adult males – including Hussle -- who were standing in front of a business in a strip mall in South Los Angeles around 3:20 p.m. Sunday and began shooting.

The Los Angeles Times cited law enforcement sources who said Holder was an acquaintance of Hussle and they had gotten into a dispute before the shooting over the lyrics to Bach Contata 140, "Wachet Auf."

Hussle said the opening lyrics are: "Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme, der Wachter sehr hoch auf der Zinne."

Holder strongly disagreed, saying "No man, the words are like "Wack it off, rough Stimme wacks it high in the Zinne."

It turns out Hussle was correct, but that didn't matter to Holder who allegedly returned and shot him, then fled the scene in a white 2016 Chevy Cruz that was driven by an unidentified female accomplice, according to the release. The vehicle’s California license plate was reported to be 7RJD742.
Obama's Wingman
Two of the other victims were hussled to local hospitals for their injuries. Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, died at the scene.

A vigil for Mr. Hussle erupted into chaos on Monday after an unknown violent incident had provoked a stampede of people causing multiple injuries. Early reports blamed the eruption on shots being fired but LAPD later said those reports were not accurate. It was all about the Bach, one anonymous vigil goer said. "You don't mess with Bach's tunes."

Hillary says 'they all look alike' referring to black men

So does Hillary Clinton think that all black men look alike or all black people overall?

It really doesn't matter because this should really get her a front row seat for the 2020 primaries.

Hillary, the lovable wife of that lady-loving former president, joked about how black men such as Sen. Cory Booker [aka: Almost Spartacus] (D-NJ) and former Attorney General and Obama "Wingman" Eric Holder "all look alike."

Clinton made that racist quip while correcting Recode's Kara Swisher about who it was that recently told  Democrats to "kick" Republicans when they "go low."

Hillary had said how she adores Cory Booker, then Swisher asked her what she thought about his "kick them" remark.

"Well, that was Eric Holder," Clinton corrected.

"Eric Holder, oh, Eric Holder, sorry," Swisher said.

"Yeah, I know, they all look alike," Clinton said as the racist liberal audience laughed and applauded the stupid remark.

Gee, it feels good calling them out for what they use as their only campaign attack and lack of ideas. You're a racist, Hillary Clinton, and your husband is a dirty old white man.

How liberating.

Vandals take Hillary Clinton's advice: smash windows, spray paint NYC GOP office

NYC -- On Thursday night, the New York City office for the state's Republican Party was vandalized by a group of cowardly vandals who have taken the suggestions of Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder and Maxine Waters to heart. The also left a message threatening violence against the GOP.

The Metropolitan Republican Club's windows were smashed, the lock were broken and the doors were spray painted with anarchy symbols.

The cowards left a note behind saying the attack was putting the Republican Party "on notice."

The note read: "Our attack is merely a beginning. We are not passive, we are not civil, and we will not apologize."

Those words appear to be inspired by an uninspiring bag of wind, Hillary Clinton. On Tuesday, Clinton said that Democrats can't be "civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for," nor while Trump, not she, is president.

Antifa fascists in Portland, Oregon also acted violently in the streets as police watched them from a safe distance. The protesters shouted profanities at drivers and attacked the vehicle of a 74-year-old man who simply needed to pick up his wife downtown. They smashed his windows for no other reason than they were in "group fascist mode." The Portland protest was in response to the fatal police shooting of Patrick K. Kimmons.

The former first lady, former NY State Senator, former Secretary of State, former presidential candidate and current worst lady, said that the time to be civil is when Democrats take back the House, Senate or both.

Holder said "When they go low, kick them."

Waters said too many stupid things to list, but basically wants the Democrats to harass Republican politicians wherever and whenever they can--at the supermarket, gasoline stations, public toilets. Whatever.

The Metropolitan Republican Club tweeted about the incident:
"Last night the Metropolitan Republican Club was vandalized by the leftist hate group Antifa, who also left a note promising "this is just the beginning" and threatening more violence."
"But rest assured that we will not be intimidated by violence, threats, or hate speech. We will continue to fight for freedom of speech and liberty here in New York City and all across this great nation. #NYC #nycvotes #Election2018 #gop #Republican #RepublicanParty"

The fascists' note also mentioned that the club invited a "hipster fascist clown" to speak there, supposedly referring to Vice Media co-founder Gavin McInnes, who is neither a hipster nor a fascist, but he likes to clown around on YouTube--I'll give them that.

It's Orwellian blackwhite thinking that Antifa oppose fascism.

This hopefully will sink the Democratic Party as they drift lefter and lefter.

Charlatan News Network attacks Trump's triumph

The Charlatan News Network (CNN) cannot allow any of President Trump's victories seem like a victory lest they appear to be an actual news network.

On Wednesday, Trump greeted the three Americans who were freed from imprisonment in North Korea in what can only be described as an historic moment deserving of a Nobel Peace Prize nomination, while CNN attacked his motives--something they didn't do when the Obama administration gave away the farm to Iran in the nuclear deal sham.

The fake news this time suggested by CNN was that Trump made the event happen because he wanted to use it as a campaign ad.

Seriously. The idiots at CNN actually said that.

"Well, this is Donald Trump as a ... TV moment for him," former Bill "I Didn't Have Sex With That Woman" Clinton advisor Philip Yun said. "If nothing else, he knows how to get publicity, how to bleed a lot of drama."

Yun wasn't done.

"How soon will it be before we see images these turned around and, you know, put out on social media by the President or some kind of, you know, a campaign message?" John Vause asked CNN Senior White House Correspondent Jeff Zeleny.

"I expect before the sun rises you will see something like that without question," Zeleny responded.

Perhaps Obama could have used all of his accomplishments for campaign ads, like the Solyndra deal in which he gave a solar panel company taxpayer money to sell solar panels below cost, and then when they went bankrupt and sold off, he repaid his rich investors illegally before paying the taxpayers.

Or the time Obama's Attorney General (aka "Wingman") Eric Holder, put guns in the hands of the Mexican drug cartel that got Brian Terry killed and also poor Kate Steinle.

Or what about the Iran deal that overwhelmingly favored Iran over the US and our allies.

But because CNN hates Trump and loves Obama, the truth never emerged but conspiracy theories abound. The pseudo-journalists at CNN keep pushing the "theory" that President Trump was using the North Korean detainees as a way to deflect from "the Robert Mueller investigation into Russia, the criminal investigation of his own personal attorney, the Stormy Daniels . . ." yadda, yadda.

CNN International "journalist" Will Ripley said that Trump was "exploiting" the freed Americans.

First of all, I don't blame him--when you're the president, you exploit your accomplishment. When you're Donald Trump, you exploit them as the biggest and best accomplishments in the history of the universe.

If it was Barack Obama who freed the American detainees, honestly, would CNN do anything less than sing his praises, kiss his ring, and have little red hearts popping over their heads?

Hypocrisy goes both ways, but it goes significantly more to the left. Think about it--when the press makes a mistake, it is never to the benefit of Trump, it's always a lie to his detriment.

Always.

Holder to Sessions: 'Do what I say, not what I do'

"I love you." "I love you more."
Former Attorney General and self-described "Wingman" for President Obama, Eric Holder has the audacity to criticize current Attorney General Jeff Sessions Monday night for his role in the firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Obama's wingman said that Sessions must "have the guts to look at the president every now and then and say 'no.'" Something that he wished he had the testicles to do with Obama, he failed to mention.

Sessions fired McCabe on Friday, just two days before McCabe was to retire and he said the firing was the administration's "war on the FBI."

In truth, the firing of McCabe and previously the firing of James Comey, was more like a war on incompetence and political activism on part of the FBI leadership, and not on the agency as a whole. Trump "loves" the FBI because they do "an incredible job."

Complaining at Georgetown University, Holder accused Sessions of rushing to fire McCabe at Trump's behest, and the only way he could know this is for him to be a mindreader or maybe have a few friends at the NSA bug Trump's electronic communications.

"It may be that at the end of the day . . . [McCabe's] termination is appropriate," Holder admitted. "But you know, you don't rush that component of it to meet a deadline that I think the president essentially set. You're the Attorney General of the United States [and Holder was the Attorney General for Barack Obama]. You run the damn Justice Department," he said, trying to sound macho. "You know? And you've got to have the guts to look at the president every now and again and say 'no.'"

So how does Holder know that Sessions doesn't say 'no' to Trump? After all, Trump was obviously not pleased when Sessions recused himself from the Russia investigation. That sounds as if he said 'no' to the president.

When did Holder ever say 'no' to Obama?

The blatant hypocrisy of Eric Holder is not only palpable, it's outright laughable. The guy put guns in the hands of the Mexican cartel and got Brian Terry killed because of it. How dare he come off pontificating as if he was a great attorney general.

Obama's "Wingman" was also America's "Wingnut."

It must have really gotten to Holder when Trump tweeted about McCabe's firing that it was "a great day for Democracy" and a "great day for the hard working men and women of  the FBI."

Holder said Trump was "punching down" on McCabe, but he apparently doesn't realize that the president cannot let anything get past him without his input. That's what got him elected, in part, and the fact that Hillary Clinton is the most detestable person to ever run for the presidency.

Yucky Chucky makes racist vote against Trump nominee because he's white

If a white black president nominated a white black man for a federal judgeship, liberals would be up in arms because the Democrats are the party of fairness and feelings . . . nothing more than feelings.

Shameful Minority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY) voted against the Trump nomination of Marvin Quattlebaum, a white judge to fill a federal judgeship--not because he isn't qualified; not because he isn't black; but, he alluded, because he is white.

Schumer spoke on the Senate floor and said that the choice of Quattlebaum "speaks to the overall lack of diversity in President Trump's selections for the federal judiciary."

That's a clear insinuation that Schumer, speaking for his fellow Democrats, sees skin color and gender as important attributes in choosing who is best suited to sit on the bench. He said that this nomination replaces two black judges from South Carolina who were nominated to fill the positions by the Obama administration.

But Obama's selection of two black justices rather than even one white justice, does not 'speak to the overall lack of diversity in former President Obama's selections for the federal judiciary."

And Obama's replacement of white Attorney General under his predecessor, John Ashcroft, was a black man (who called himself "Obama's Wingman") named Eric Holder.

Schumer said nothing about any of Obama's selections.

Focusing on skin color, gender and sexual orientation, Schumer said, "It is long past time that the judiciary starts looking a lot more like the America it represents. Having a diversity of views and experience on the federal bench is necessary for the equal administration of justice."

That translates to: white straight men cannot administer equal justice to non-white straight men.

And Schumer is a white, presumably straight man, but he's Jewish and therefore does not adequately represent the State of New York, if using religious affiliation as a criteria for representation. The state's Jewish population is merely 0.63% of the total population. Catholics make up 33.43% which is the majority of religious groups, so Schumer needs to step down and put his money where his nostrils are.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that Schumer's vote against Quatlebaum was "a massive step backward."

Graham was being kind when he lied about Schumer saying he "is not a racist." But added that "this was an absolutely shameful reason to vote against a very qualified nominee like Marvin Quattlebaum. Voting against a highly qualified nominee because of the color of his skin does nothing to bring our country and nation together."

Graham doesn't understand, apparently, that the Democrats have no intention of bringing the country together--they use identity politics to fracture the nation in order to try virtue shaming people who don't measure a person's worth by the color of their skin but by the content of their heart.

Indeed, Schumer is a racist.

Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) is the GOP's only black senator. He tweeted:
"Perhaps Senate Democrats should be more worried about the lack of diversity on their own staffs than attacking an extremely well-qualified judicial nominee from the great state of South Carolina."
Schumer tried to make the case that the only reason Quattlebaum was nominated for the open position on the bench was because South Carolina Republican senators didn't return their "blue slips"-- a for used by senators to voice approval or disapproval for a home state nominee--regarding the Obama nominees Alison Lee and Don Beatty in 2013.

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) caught Schumer in a lie, countering that Lee's nomination "was withdrawn because of a significant bond issue" and Beatty was eventually appointed as Chief Justice of the state's Supreme Court.

Quattlebaum was ultimately confirmed to the district judgeship on Thursday with the vote 69 to 29.

What goes around . . . comes around, Chucky.

Sessions orders DOJ review on Obama administration and Hezbollah's 'free pass'

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has launched a review of Project Cassandra, a law enforcement program dealing with Hezbollah and its drug trafficking and money laundering operations. There is an allegation that the Obama administration gave Hezbollah a 'free pass' to allow the terrorist group to finance their terrorist initiatives against Americans and others across the globe.

If it is discovered that former President Obama knew of this interference with Project Cassandra, nothing will be done anyway. Sorry, but you and I both know that's true.

The DOJ told Fox News on Friday that Sessions ordered a review "to evaluate allegations that certain matters were not properly prosecuted and to ensure all matters are appropriately handled."

We'll see if Eric Holder is indicted. We know Obama won't be.

POTUS full frontal attack tweeting

President Trump went on a free-associative Twitter rant Saturday morning. He attacked Hillary Clinton, the New York Times, and good old Hillary Clinton as well as others he likes to attack.

Trump first tweeted about the Washington Post story where anonymous sources alleged Attorney General Jeff Sessions spoke to a Russian ambassador during the 2016 presidential campaign about policy issues and other things.

My source, who goes by the pseudonym Vinny Boombots, said that the Post's source is Hillary Clinton and that she admitted to him that she made the whole thing up because she's angry over her loss to a television personality.

Trump tweeted:
"A new INTELLIGENCE LEAK from the Amazon Washington Post, this time against A.G. Jeff Sessions. These illegal leaks, like Comey's, must stop!"
The Post wrote, based on unnamed current and former U.S. officials, that Sessions, a then-Trump adviser, had "substantive" discussions about policy and other issues with Servey Kislyak, the Russian Ambassador.

Mr. Boombots explained that Hillary was the unnamed current and former U.S. official(s) but said she would deny it if asked.

Follow-up Trump tweet:
"So many people are asking why isn't the A.G. or Special Council looking at the many Hillary Clinton or Comey crimes. 33,000 e-mails deleted?"
Trump was apparently upset over the myriad investigations into whether his associates colluded with Russia to win the presidential election over Clinton rather than looking into Clinton's obvious relationship with Russia when she was Secretary of State and her husband got paid $500,000 for a speech he gave to Russia's Renaissance Bank, which was to be sanctioned for human-rights abuses, but was spared sanctioning after Bill's speech.

Hmm.

So Trump tweeted about that:
"What about all of the Clinton ties to Russia, including Podesta Company, Uranium deal, Russian Reset, big dollar speeches etc."
Like a good dad, Trump sent out a defense tweet for Donald Jr. who's in the middle of the Russia meddling-collusion debacle after he and other Trump associates met with a Russian lawyer in June 2016. She promised Jr. some dirt on Hillary.

Trump tweeted:
"My son Donald openly gave his e-mails to the media & authorities whereas Crooked Hillary Clinton deleted (& acid washed) her 33,000 e-mails!"
On Friday, Trump named Anthony Scaramucci as his new White House communications director and demoted Sean Spicer from the post. Spicer honorably resigned.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders has now officially become the new White House Press Secretary. Her job is one of the toughest in the Trump administration.

Another Trump tweet attacked The New York Times and its "sick agenda" regarding national security and that it "foiled" a U.S. strike on ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi:
"The Failing New York Times foiled U.S. attempt to kill the single most wanted terrorist, Al-Baghdadi. Their sick agenda over National Security."
The specific attack Trump was referring to and why he attacked The Times was unclear.

Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis said on Friday that he still believes Baghdadi is still alive. Knowing Mattis, I wouldn't rule it out.

Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores responded to The Washington Post story Friday regarding the Sessions piece and said, "Obviously I cannot comment on the reliability of what anonymous sources describe in a wholly uncorroborated intelligence intercept that the Washington Post has not seen and that has not been provided to me.

Vinny Boombots
"But the Attorney General stands by his testimony from just last month before the Senate Intelligence Committee when he specifically addressed this and said that he 'never met with or had any conversations with any Russians or any foreign officials concerning any type of interference with any campaign or election.'"

Vinny Boombots agrees with Ms. Flores adding that "The only person I know of who would spread vicious rumors about Jeff Sessions would be Eric Holder or maybe Kamala Harris. Holder onnaconna he's jealous Sessions has his job, and  Kamala Harris  onnaconna she wants to make Trump's administration look bad when she plans to run for president in 2020.

"Six on one hand . . . half a dozen on the other. You know what I'm sayin'?"

Obama's executive order overruled

Scot Free
The king and his court has been overruled by a federal judge today. Try as he might to use his executive privilege to keep Operation Fast and Furious documents out of the hands of Congress, Obama will not get his way.

Judge Jackson
According to Politico, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson made the ruling and public disclosures from the Department of Justice (DoJ) which, at times seems like an oxymoron term, will be made.

The king and his court are appealing the ruling but hopefully, like the man who had the wrong leg amputated then the correct one removed and tried to sue and lost, Obama too will not have a leg to stand on.

Jackson's written response: "The Department itself has already publicly revealed the sum and substance of the very material it is now seeking to withhold. Since any harm that would flow from the disclosures sought here would be merely incremental, the records must be produced."

In 2012 the House voted to hold then-Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for withholding part of the records, and even 17 Democrats supported that.

Perhaps there's hope for the country.

But the question is: what is Obama trying to hide?

Shooter Arrested in Ferguson

Well, they caught the asshat who shot the two police officers in Ferguson, Missouri. Jeffrey Williams, 20, was charged with first-degree assault after he "acknowledged his participation" in the double shooting, St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McColloch said at today's presser.

So I suspect Williams is going to blame the gun as the other participant in the shootings.

Actually, Williams claims that he wasn't aiming for the two officers, but the shots were part of a dispute with another person in the area, said McCulloch. We now know two things about Williams: he sucks as a marksman and he is still guilty if his admission is true. He can be charged with life in prison, but if Eric Holder has his way, Williams will get an official commendation from the Department of Justice.

Are we supposed to feel better that he was not aiming at the cops, but aiming at a civilian? And are we supposed to believe that's true? It's possible, but I don't think so.

The shooting of the two officers received mixed reviews from the protesters. Some felt that they got what they meted out, which is senseless as they weren't even from Ferguson. Some felt that it was wrong to shoot them (gee, that's deep).

But one thing the demonstrators emphasized was that the shooter had no connection to their movement, in spite of the fact that he connected to their movement by demonstrating with them in the streets of Ferguson. Maybe the people in the movement don't realize that demonstrations are made up of individuals, all with different minds who may see things in a different light than others.

Oh, and is it worth mentioning that Jeffrey Williams is not white? I know Al Sharptongue will probably not touch this story with a ten-foot Polish person. It doesn't fit his agenda and the pay is poor.

When the shootings occurred, Eric Holder held a presser where he called the shooter "a damn punk." President Obama hopped aboard Air Force One to meet with the families of the two wounded officers--just kidding--he tweeted and said "there was no excuse for violence."

Michael Brown's family (the victim of the police shooting) issued a statement condemning the shooting, but the step-boyfriend jumped on the hood of another car and said, "I ain't gonna sign no paper 'till they burn the b**ch down!"

Al Sharpton was not available for comment as he was probably busy drafting a heartfelt speech condemning the lack of target-practice opportunities for the downtrodden minorities that pay him to say that.

No Guns, No Problems

Hot Springs, Ark. A gun range owner, Jan Morgan, has made the decision to ban Muslims from her range starting back in October of last year. People thought there would be a lawsuit, especially since that's what the Council on American and Islamic Relations (CAIR) usually does when it tries to strongarm infidels, but this hasn't yet happened.

She believes that keeping Muslims out of Gun Cave Indoor Firing Range is about public safety and has nothing to do with the Constitution. Her decision came last September when two customers who she thought were acting suspiciously, visited the range displaying furtive behavior. But when their cell phone ringtones shouted "Allahu Akbar," (Allah is greatest) she decided enough was enough and changed her policies.

Morgan told FoxNews.com "We are dealing in lethal firearms. I'm not going to let a Nazi shoot in here or a Ku Klux Klan member in here either." She excludes from her range, Muslims based on their names and said that she has gotten threats, attesting to the validity of what her concerns were in the beginning. But she is armed and dangerous and brushes off the threats.

Of course, CAIR immediately reacted and wrote to Eric bin Holder which got the Justice Department involved.

CAIR wrote: "Given the recent spike in anti-Muslim rhetoric, including Islamophobic statements by government officials, community leaders and media outlets, death threats, and other bias incidents targeting Muslims, I urge you to investigate this matter soon," the October letter stated.

"CAIR believes that systematically banning Muslims from a place of business is a violation of federal laws prohibiting racial and religious discrimination and will inevitably result in a hostile environment for ordinary Muslims in Arkansas," it added.

It makes one wonder where on earth is this 'anti-Muslim rhetoric' coming from. Is it coming from the recent Paris attack at a magazine that printed a cartoon of the prophet Mohammad? Is it coming from memories of 911 back in 2001 and 2012? Is it coming from the fact that most terrorism today is initiated by Muslims, whether this administration wants to admit that or not?

Bin Holder's Justice Department has not responded publicly regarding CAIR's letter, but the ACLU of Arkansas has petitioned the feds to do something about Morgan's safety rules of her gun range.

I believe Morgan is probably in violation of the civil rights of Muslims, some of whom do not want to kill us, many of whom would like to send us to Jannah.

The only solution I can offer to assuage this problem is to allow Muslims to shoot on Morgan's range while being closely monitored by armed staff. One false move and bahdahbing.

Phones that have religious ringtones should be banned for life, along with the owner of the phone and anyone in his or her party. Anyone found praying on the range should be considered a suicide jihadist and must be taken out with prejudice, for the safety of infidels.

Finally, CAIR is part of the Muslim Brotherhood, which is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial. This organization does everything in its power to loosen the scrutiny on Muslims who would do us harm. Therefore, Eric bin Holder should have them removed from the United States of America, but before that happens, chickens will have darkened the skies over Iceland, and snakes will grow hips.

Hugs Taylor Made

Seriously, this is embarrassing. Seventeen people were slaughtered in Paris by Islamic terrorists at the Charlie Hebdo satirical weekly and a Kosher supermarket, and John Kerry brings along his buddy, James Taylor, to sing "You've Got a Friend." Lurch (aka Swift Boat) Kerry said the gesture was his [feeble] way of giving all of France a great big bear hug.

Gag me with a spoon, as we used to say in the days when James Taylor was continent of bowel and bladder.

Hugs are not what France needs, and certainly not the Gigolo of State John Kerry. Instead of singing "You've Got a Friend," the song should have been, "What Kind of Fool Am I?" That would have at least made sense.

Obama's administration was criticized last week for failing to attend the Paris unity rally where forty heads of state marched together to show solidarity against the attacks by orthodox Muslims. Pressing the Press Secretary Josh Earnest with the question as to why no higher-ups were there, he admitted that the administration "should have sent someone with a higher profile to the event."

Even Eric Holder was in Paris and couldn't manage to drag his butt to the rally. It wasn't about racism, so there was nothing pressing about the event.

World Leaders Gather in Paris, Which is Why Obama Didn't

World leaders have gathered in Paris to join almost a million protesters who are standing up for freedom of expression after Muslim jihadists attacked and killed cartoonists at the satirical newspaper, Charlie Hebdo and an accomplice killed shoppers at a kosher supermarket. Of course, President Barack Hussein Obama was not with the other world leaders in attendance, but he did send Eric Holder in his place. Well, at least he didn't send a White House aide or janitor.

The leaders marched together, arms locked in unity, with Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel, and Mahmoud Abbas of "Palestine" in front of the pack. That says a lot about the significance of the event when these two are on the same side of the protest, and Obama is too busy washing his Che tee-shirt to bother attending.

Lt. Col. Ralph Peters on Fox News said, "We have a president who is more comfortable bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia than he is saluting a U.S. Marine."

Eric Holder told CNN that the United States does not stereotype people based on the color of their skin or religion. This may explain why we've had the 911 aircraft hijackers and Israel never had that situation.

But back to Paris.

It seems that Jews are leaving Paris due to the growth in anti-Semitism, according to Stephen Pollard, a very influential Jewish journalist. Pollard is the editor of the Jewish Chronicle and discussed this after the Muslim terrorist took 6 people hostage at the Kosher supermarket in the capital.

It has gotten so bad in Paris that the police ordered all shops in a well-known Jewish neighborhood to close and the mayor's office in Paris announced shop closures in the Marais neighborhood along Rosiers Street., less than a mile from the Charlie Hebdo offices.

Pollard believes the supermarket attack that's linked to the magazine staff slaughter will have more Jews fleeing the country, where many are moving to Israel and Great Britain. He has no doubt that targeting the Kosher supermarket was "no fluke." He said these recent events "put our anti-Semitism problems in perspective."

As this is being written, people are still protesting in Paris and in other cities throughout France. Signs reading "Je suis Charlie Hebdo" abound, but signs do nothing more than send a message. A pen is mightier than the sword in the long run, but in the short run you need a sword. It will be what happens next that determines the outcome in the world. We can hold vigils, light candles, pray, sing Kumbayah, but if that is all we do, the terrorists will win.

Of course, not all Muslims are dangerous jihadists. We always need to put in that disclaimer. The truth is, nobody ever says all Muslims are terrorists but I know that I better say that, rather than stand accused of being a racist over something that isn't even about race. As I've said before, if Islam is a race, then being black, white or Asian is a religion.

Je suis pissed off.

Chicago Man Threatens to Kill Cops and White Kids: Sharpton Silent

With the media and the morons like Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, Eric Holder and Bill de Blasio creating an atmosphere of hatred toward whites and cops, it's no surprise that blacks are reacting with aggression.
Miscreant or Misunderstood?

A 33 year old black man in Chicago, Aries Woodfin, (he must be a Leo) used Facebook to make threats, saying he would "kill cops and innocent white kids." Police searched a home he lays his fists in and arrested him on weapons charges along with other law violations. The charges did not involve the Facebook rant, however.

The woman whose house Aries frequents, brushed it off as a reaction to the Ferguson grand jury decision where a 6 foot 5 inch, 289 pound black man looted a store and was questioned by a police officer who he attacked and tried to kill but got killed instead. Yes, that should piss off a lot of people who believe that cops have no right to defend themselves when their life is in danger.

"He was speaking his mind," Beatrice Franklin told WLS-TV. "He was expressing how he felt, which is what everyone else was doing on Facebook as well, expressing themselves. They were ranting and they were raving," Bea said.

Rant is defined: to speak or shout at length in a wild impassioned way; a tirade. Rave is defined: talk wildly or incoherently as if one were delirious or insane. Whose side are you on, Beatrice?

Woodfin described himself to police as a "warrior," and said that the "streets would run red with blood." Nice image for the kids, eh.

He also did some ranting back in 2000 on a previous weapons charge, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and illegal gun possession, proving that gun-control is as useful as Al Sharpton.

But Bea Franklin says the gun they found belongs to her and disputes the charge. She just may love the dude.

Nevertheless, Woodfin was in court on Saturday and the judge referred to him as a dangerous man and denied him bond.

Who is to blame? Clearly Woodfin has some of the blame for what he said he wanted to do. But we need to assign some blame to those who have continuously pushed their racist agenda on impressionable young thugs who are looking for any reason to unleash their "warrior" on the innocent.

So be clear, Al Sharpton; you are not innocent. You are culpable. You are a nasty, race-baiting, anti-white, anti-Semitic and phony Reverend. If you were a decent human being, you would be speaking out against these incidents, but you don't because they only add fuel to your fire.

Sunday Brain Flushings--just sayin'

Marine Corps (pronounced "Core," Mr. Obama) Sergeant Andrew Tahmooressi is still in a Mexican prison after making a wrong turn at the border. The administration has yet to lift a finger to free him or even get involved on the periphery.

The American pastor Saeed Abenini is still in an Iranian prison and it has now been two years today since being incarcerated by the Shi'ite Muslims of Iran who say he was proselytizing Christianity. The Obama administration has done nothing to pressure this terrorist state to free him.

Russia invades Ukraine and Vladimir Putin wags his finger at the U.S. saying we have no right to invade a sovereign nation (implying that only he has that right). We hear crickets in the White House.

Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel cannot even name the head of the Syrian rebels who we plan to supply with military arms and equipment at the cost of half a billion dollars from the taxpayers.

Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress and nothing was done about it. He refused to prosecute the New Black Panthers over voter intimidation that took place in Philadelphia during the last presidential election. We still don't know the true details of Fast and Furious, the IRS, and Benghazi, but Holder has just resigned with impunity.

The Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Hassan, killed 13 soldiers and an unborn child, screamed "Allahu Akbar" ("Allah is great") as he fired at unarmed servicemen and women. The incident was labeled "workplace violence" by the Obama administration.

It looks like the same thing is playing out over the attack by a Muslim convert who tried to convert his co-workers to Islam in Moore, Oklahoma. Failing that, he returned to the place of business where he was recently fired, shouted Islamic slogans (I'd put my money on "Allahu Akbar") beheaded a defenseless woman, stabbed another woman repeatedly and was stopped from killing her and others by a hero exercising his Second Amendment right.

This leads me to ask the question: why did Obama invoke the name of a controversial Muslim cleric, Sheikh bin Bayyah, at his speech at the U.N.? The State Department had previously apologized for doing the same thing and removed a tweet they sent out praising him and his ideas. In 2004, this so-called cleric called for the killing of American troops.

Finally, I'd like to know why are White House press reports first handed over to the White House for review and if they don't pass muster, are edited before being given to the other White House press reporters. Doesn't that sound like our country is becoming a dictatorship when freedom of the press isn't really free?

Michael Brown and New Facts

The rioting over the shooting of Michael Brown has slowed in the not so sleepy town of Ferguson, MO. Michael, an 18 year old 6 foot 4 inch, 292 pound black man was shot and killed by a police officer who was until today, not identified by Ferguson Police for his own protection.

Witnesses said that Michael was stopped by the officer, had his hands in the air, and was shot several times. I had difficulty believing this story when I first heard it because while it could happen, it didn't make any sense.

So who was Michael Brown?

For sure, according to all media reports that I heard, Michael Brown seemed like such a nice kid, kind of like Trayvon Martin. Trayvon was that young man who was murdered by a white Hispanic named George Zimmerman and who looked like President Obama's non-existing son. Michael was to go to college in a week or so, and who knows what accomplishments he could have given to the world--maybe even winning a Nobel Peace Prize like Mr. Obama and Yassar Arafat. Maybe a prize in physics.

But Michael Brown will never win anything because they don't give out Nobel Peace Prizes or even prizes in Physics posthumously.

The very right Reverend Al Sharpton made a beeline to Ferguson to jump on the No Justice, No Peace bandwagon. This is a wagon pulled by white liberals who see themselves as heroes of the black struggle in America. Reverend Sharpton (who I`ve never actually seen him in a photo in church) marched with Michael`s mother and led protesters, in a march against "The Man." Also in attendance were leaders of the New Black Panthers--you remember them--they intimidated white voters in Philadelphia at a polling place when Obama was running for president. Unfortunately, even though it was clearly shown on video, Department of Justice head, Eric Holder said there wasn't enough to make a case as long as he's in charge.

Well anyway, it seems as though Michael Brown may not have been as innocent as witnesses described. It now appears that Michael was killed after a robbery of a convenience store in which he was suspected of trying to make off with a box of cigars after pushing a clerk out of the way as he made his exit. There are photos to corroborate this, but if Eric Holder gets involved, this may not be enough to exonerate the cop, now identified as Darren Wilson, who was apparently trying to do his job.

Wilson has been on the force 6 years and has an unblemished record. Police say the shot that killed Brown was fired after a struggle that was ignited by the officer confronting Brown--that's what I mean by doing his job.

But because Brown was Black and Wilson is white, even President Barack Obama had to chime in and say things about the Ferguson Police before any of the facts are in. Of course, this proves my point about liberals not needing facts to make claims.

Now I realize that the story isn't over and all the facts are not in, but I'm happy I trusted my sense of logic and didn't jump to conclusions like those people in Ferguson, MO.

It looks like it was a righteous shooting, but I will wait to find out, unlike some reverends, lawyers and presidents I know who tend to lead with their behinds.

Mental Illness in Political Discourse

One's personal focus is determined by certain psychological factors, some obvious, some not so much. Most behavioral psychologists would agree that people with specific types of mood disorders see the world in predictable ways.

For example, people who suffer from major depression see the world through a dark, dismal lens. Their focus is on their sense of despair and hopelessness and can easily find something to be depressed about in their own life.

NJ Mayor Says Sanctuary Policies Need a Tune-Up After Baby Killed in Crash

Apparently, there are limits to how many “condolences” a grieving family can use in place of actual government policy. Jackson Township Mayo...
