St. Louis top prosecutor will not charge cop in Michael Brown 2014 shooting

St. Louis County, MO prosecutor, Wesley Bell, who is Black, will not be charging officer Darren Wilson, who is White, for the shooting of Michael Brown, who was Black, in a case that appears to be a black and white.

Wilson shot 18-year-old Brown in 2014. The investigation was quietly re-opened because Brown was Black and Wilson is White and this fits the left's narrative of police brutality. Had Brown been White and Wilson been Black, there would have been no media coverage of the incident in the first place.

However, in spite of all this, there will be no charges leveled on Wilson, which dashes the hopes of Bell, who became the county's first Black prosecutor in January 2019 in spite of "systemic racism." Michael Brown's mother is also disappointed that Wilson was not charged for defending his own life when Brown went for the officer's gun.

The "hands up, don't shoot" narrative was just a lie--it never happened, but it sparked riots and gave White people the chance to virtue signal, and Black people the chance to show their support for Brown.

Bell told reporters today that his decision was “one of the most difficult things I’ve had to do."

Why was it difficult if it was the right decision? It could only mean that Bell was hoping to find evidence to indict Wilson, which means that he was biased without being privy to the evidence.

This new investigation took five months of delving into the evidence, witness statements and forensic reports, until Bell concluded that "we cannot prove that he" committed murder or manslaughter.

Because he likely was just doing his job and then defending his life.

Unfortunately, the aftermath of the incident helped put the [semantic overloaded] Black Lives Matter Marxist Movement on the map.

After a federal investigation, a grand jury cleared officer Wilson of all charges, but he was forced to leave the force.

Brown, accompanied by his friend, had just left a shop where he stole some cigars. He was walking in the middle of the street in a residential neighborhood. He was told to get out of the the street by Wilson, when Brown approached the police vehicle and went for Wilson's weapon. In the entire altercation, which lasted about 90 seconds, Wilson fired a total of twelve bullets, six of which struck Brown in the front of his body.

Witnesses lied and said Brown, who was unarmed because Wilson wouldn't let him take his gun, had his hands up when he was shot, but federal investigators and the grand jury said the evidence showed otherwise.

“Although this case represents one of the most significant moments in St. Louis’s history, the question for this office was a simple one: Could we prove beyond a reasonable doubt that when Darren Wilson shot Michael Brown he committed murder or manslaughter under Missouri law?” Bell said during a press conference Thursday.

“After an independent and in-depth review of the evidence, we cannot prove that he did.”

Bell noted that just because Wilson was not found guilty of murder or manslaughter, he had not been exonerated, mainly because he is White and Brown was Black and this is media catnip.

“There are so many points at which Darren Wilson could have handled the situation differently and if he had, Michael Brown might still be alive,” Bell told reporters. Statements like that are easy to say when you're not the one who is defending your own life.

NYPD's 'Pantaleo Effect': fewer arrests made

If you fire cops for doing their job you're going to get cops having second thoughts about doing their job. You might even get them to leave the force altogether and it's going to be interesting to see how many new recruits want to work at a dangerous job where they are rendered significantly impotent.

The number of arrests and criminal summonses handled by New York's city cops plummeted last week compared to the same period last year — and law enforcement sources attribute the phenomenon to the “Pantaleo Effect.’’

Officer Daniel Pantaleo was fired by NYPD Commissioner James O'Neill on August 19th over the death of Eric Garner, a 395 pound asthmatic who resisted arrest and was taken down with an illegal choke hold that Pantaleo used which lasted about 15 seconds and was determined not to be the cause of Garner's death. The union argued that the cop was simply doing his job during an arrest.

Police Benevolent Association chief Patrick Lynch told his members to "proceed with the utmost caution" answering calls on duty. New statistics show they listened to him.

The number of arrests fell 27% between August 19, the day of Pantaleo's firing, and August 25, compared to the same period last year--with 3,508 this year compared to 4,827 last year.

Criminal summonses issued also fell nearly 29% over the same period, going from 1,655 to 1,181, the figures show.

The New York Post reports that although there isn't an organized slowdown, the cops on the street clearly feel their leaders don't have their backs, so why should they put their lives on the line after what happened to their colleague?

“Who wants to be the last cop standing?” a Manhattan cop said. “If someone’s in trouble and needs help or if a cop’s in trouble, obviously, you do what you have to do as a police officer. But if it’s discretionary, why put yourself in harm’s way?’’

An NYPD supervisor in Brooklyn said, “Of course it has to do with what happened to Pantaleo — cops are frustrated, upset. They feel they don’t have the backing of downtown, Police Headquarters and City Hall, which means Bill de Blasio continues to be more concerned about his political aspirations than the city of which he is mayor.

“It all goes back to cops feeling like they’re out on the street alone.’’

And it also goes back to the idea that the public no longer supports the one group of people who do all they can to serve and protect. It all started with the Ferguson Effect when Michael Brown attacked a police officer and was shot and killed and the public blamed the cop in spite of witnesses and physical evidence.

Michael Brown's mom loses her run for Ferguson City Council

Ferguson, MO -- The mother of Michael Brown of the fake "hands up, don't shoot" narrative ran for Ferguson City Council along with two others, and lost. Part of the reason may be due to her weird earrings, or perhaps due to the fact that she only had one platform she ran on--impeach "Forty-Five," just kidding--her platform was mainly about police accountability.

Lesley McSpadden, the mother of the 18-year-old shooting victim who was shot by police officer Darren Wilson in 2014 after he allegedly stole cigars from an angry grocery store owner, and then later attacked officer Wilson and tried to get his weapon. Unfortunately for Brown, and fortunately for Wilson, he was unsuccessful and was shot by the officer in the line of duty.

Several witnesses, who later confessed that they lied, said at the time that Brown put his hands up and said, "Don't shoot." This became an angry rallying cry for protesters and the fake news media who knew the truth but supported the narrative.

The incident was instrumental in giving rise to the Black Lives Matter movement and led to months of protests calling for Wilson's hide. In November 2014, a St. Louis County grand jury's decision was not to indict Wilson causing people with no evidence of guilt to go ballistic.

McSpadden lost her election Tuesday in Ferguson's 3rd Ward and the winner was Fran Griffin. Evidently, the folks of Ferguson understood that there already existed police accountability, an example of which was the Grand Jury's consideration of the facts.

Facts don't care about McSpadden's feelings, to paraphrase Ben Shapiro.

Drunk Lives Matter T-shirts offend

An event organizer is in deep trouble over a parody t-shirt he's putting on sale in time for St. Patrick's Day. The slogan on the shirts is "Drunk Lives Matter" and the Offense Nazis have predictably claimed the shirts to be "offensive" and "scary".

Yes, scary. 

The Baltimore Radio 92Q Jam attacked PubCrawls.com, the company behind the t-shirt saying: "For people of color it's already scary enough to see masses of drunk white people roaming around town, but to see them intoxicated and making fun of a movement whose goal is to save our very lives? Well, that's damn near terrifying."

Yeah, right. They're so scared they may have to resort to name calling and violence to deal with their "fear". The whole BLM movement is based on a lie. 

Michael Brown never raised his hands only to be shot. He went after the cop's gun.

"FYI: St. Patrick's Day is this Friday, March 17. Be careful folks," the radio idiot said.

Melissa Kravitz, a writer for leftist Mic.com, went after the shirt claiming it calls the whole of St. Patrick's Day into question. Ms. Kravitz is obviously talking about how wearing the parody shirt puts her Irish celebration into question.

Kravitz wrote: "This parody delegitimizes the Black Lives Matter slogan by altering it to encourage a day of debauchery and binge drinking, and the shirt also implies the main point of St. Patrick's Day is to get drunk."

Debauchery? Extreme indulgence in bodily pleasures and especially sexual pleasures?

Perhaps Kravitz ought to get her head out of the gutter. 

She blathered on: "A swarm of drunken St. Patrick's Day celebrators wearing a shirt that essentially denounces the BLM movement is a scary thing to imagine encountering, but PubCrawls.com has made it a possibility."

She's obviously drunk.

But some of the chronically offended reviewed the shirt on Amazon saying that it's "extremely racist," and "There is nothing funny about the murder of black people."

I fully agree--there is nothing funny about murder in general, black, white or otherwise. However, not everything is racist, because that diminishes what racism really is, and no one race has the market cornered on racism. 

We have become a nation so divided since President Obama first came into office. Everything offends the Offense Nazis.

Soon colleges may offer courses on how to take offense about everything and everyone who's different from you.

Night four of the Ferguson, Mo. protests--here we go again.

The protesters once again clashed with police. At least 23 protesters were arrested as the one-year anniversary of the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, is being dishonored.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or violence last night, the St. Louis County Police spokesman Officer Shawn McGuire reported. And this time, there were no burglaries, property damage or looting occurring in the dark of night, unlike Saturday night when a young, armed demonstrator shot at police and got back what he gave.

He is in critical condition. St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger declared a state of emergency, thus allowing county Police Chief Jon Belmar to take control of the situation.

Somehow, I believe the mob is going to blame the police for shooting the 18-year-old Tyrone Harris Jr.. I know his father does--he claimed his son's innocence but the police say otherwise. His father was not at the scene to witness what his son allegedly did (take shots at the cops) but it's easy to make a claim against law enforcement nowadays because the mob wants to believe it.

I'm inclined to believe the cops on this one, just like I did when Brown was alleged to put up his hands in surrender, which evidence proved was a lie.

So the drums were beating, protesters were chanting and carrying signs. But when some of the crowd moved into the traffic lane, cops forced them out of the street for safety reasons. In response to the efforts made by the police to keep the protesters from causing bodily harm to themselves and others, they threw water bottles and debris at the cops.

The police began making arrests around 10 p.m. There were about 150 protesters, 75 cops and 50 reporters at the scene, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. About 9 protesters were accused of interfering or resisting arrest, and more arrests were made after midnight.

Hershel Myers Jr. 46, a military veteran and self-proclaimed war hero criticized the police response as aggressive and unnecessary. "It's wrong for me to have to go overseas and fight with Army across my chest, but we can't fight on our own street where I live."

Nobody actually understood what Myers was trying to say.

As the score now stands, a gross of protesters were arrested around the St. Louis area Monday, 64 who blocked afternoon rush-hour traffic on I-70 were arrested, and 57 who demanded the dissolution of the Ferguson Police Department (so they could more effectively loot) were arrested.

Felony charges are being filed against Tyrone Harris Jr. who had fired at a van of plain clothes police officers.

Shooter Arrested in Ferguson

Well, they caught the asshat who shot the two police officers in Ferguson, Missouri. Jeffrey Williams, 20, was charged with first-degree assault after he "acknowledged his participation" in the double shooting, St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McColloch said at today's presser.

So I suspect Williams is going to blame the gun as the other participant in the shootings. 

Actually, Williams claims that he wasn't aiming for the two officers, but the shots were part of a dispute with another person in the area, said McCulloch. We now know two things about Williams: he sucks as a marksman and he is still guilty if his admission is true. He can be charged with life in prison, but if Eric Holder has his way, Williams will get an official commendation from the Department of Justice.

Are we supposed to feel better that he was not aiming at the cops, but aiming at a civilian? And are we supposed to believe that's true? It's possible, but I don't think so.

The shooting of the two officers received mixed reviews from the protesters. Some felt that they got what they meted out, which is senseless as they weren't even from Ferguson. Some felt that it was wrong to shoot them (gee, that's deep).

But one thing the demonstrators emphasized was that the shooter had no connection to their movement, in spite of the fact that he connected to their movement by demonstrating with them in the streets of Ferguson. Maybe the people in the movement don't realize that demonstrations are made up of individuals, all with different minds who may see things in a different light than others.

Oh, and is it worth mentioning that Jeffrey Williams is not white? I know Al Sharptongue will probably not touch this story with a ten-foot Polish person. It doesn't fit his agenda and the pay is poor.

When the shootings occurred, Eric Holder held a presser where he called the shooter "a damn punk." President Obama hopped aboard Air Force One to meet with the families of the two wounded officers--just kidding--he tweeted and said "there was no excuse for violence." 

Michael Brown's family (the victim of the police shooting) issued a statement condemning the shooting, but the step-boyfriend jumped on the hood of another car and said, "I ain't gonna sign no paper 'till they burn the b**ch down!" 

Al Sharpton was not available for comment as he was probably busy drafting a heartfelt speech condemning the lack of target-practice opportunities for the downtrodden minorities that pay him to say that.

PA Cops Shoot a Man Who Tried to Kill Them With His Car

Police in a suburb of Philadelphia attempted to arrest a man for making threats against law enforcement and when they attempted to bring him in, he pulled a Michael Brown and attacked the police with his vehicle.

The man was identified as Joseph Pacini, 52, of Clifton Heights, PA. Pacini posted a video on social media threatening to kill cops and FBI agents so a warrant was issued to the police for his arrest. A SWAT team was on their way to his apartment to serve the warrant when he departed his place at 4 pm local time and got into his car.

Officers stopped Pacini at an intersection in town, ordered him out of his car but instead of complying, he backed into the Clifton Heights police chief's car and then tried to run over other officers.

Like Officer Darren Wilson in the Michael Brown incident, this did not sit well with the police. For some reason police believe that their lives are worth as much as anyone else's. So to save themselves, they had to stop Pacini from killing them. 

Five officers fired at the idiot and they hit their mark. Joseph Pacini was killed and no officers were hurt in the incident.

If Joseph Pacini was a black man I wouldn't have to tell you about this--Al Sharptongue would be all over this incident like a fly on feces. 

But that gives fecal foraging flies a bad name.

Leftist Plan to Disrupt New Years

They stand behind their cause. Their cause is to protest the authority of the police throughout the United States. The website Stop Mass Incarcerations is calling upon the sheep to interrupt New Years Eve 2015 celebrations because if they can't have fun in life, neither should you. 

These commies say they don't want the celebrations "to go down because business as usual in Amerikkka includes wanton police murder of Black people."  If you are interested you can see the video here

The headline reads: "Rock In the New Year with Resistance to Police Murder! No New Year Under This Old System! We Can't Breathe! A Call From Carl Dix" I believe it was Elmore Leonard who said in his Ten Rules: "Keep your exclamation points under control. You are allowed no more than two or three per 100,000 words of prose."

The Stop Mass Incarcerations Marxists used three in their first few sentences. 

But isn't it funny how these cretins use the KKK in Amerikkka when that organization was started by Dixiecrats or Southern Democrats. But as I've said before, facts only matter to leftists when they help make their point, which is rarely.

They state on the site: "The refusal of grand juries in Ferguson and Staten Island to indict the cops who murdered Michael Brown and Eric Garner made this clear."

Fact: the grand jury that was impaneled in May 2014, the shooting happened on August 9th. Those selected for this case was consisted of three blacks--one man, two women; and nine whites--six men and three women. This corresponded roughly to the "racial makeup" of St. Louis County.

To claim "the refusal of grand juries in Ferguson and Staten Island," implies that the evidence for indictment was clearly there and should have been enough to indict. But in the Ferguson case, it was clear that Michael Brown was attacking Officer Darren Wilson, not the other way around.

In the case on Staten Island, Eric Garner did not die of a choke hold. He died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital--choke holds that are lethal, are lethal immediately. Besides, Garner was obese, diabetic and had asthmatic problems. 

The cops in both cases did not "murder" either person. Both Brown and Garner resisted arrest and Brown even attacked the Officer Wilson, going for his weapon and causing the officer to react correctly by responding in kind. There was no "wanton murder" and our society is safer because of the men and women in our police departments.

But some of these protesters want anarchy. Some want dead cops, like the marchers in Brooklyn. None of them want to hear facts because it isn't about facts for them. It's about their agenda--Marxism, anarchy, and hating America.

Notice how they never seem to leave it though?

So what happened to Ebola and our newest czar to handle the deadly virus? Well don't fret because Ron Klain, our corpulent, lovable Ebola czar is on the "California Begging Tour" asking lawmakers to pass an emergency spending request submitted by Obama. The emergency would cost taxpayers $6,100,800,000.00 just to be ready in case it comes here, and some of it to go there in Africa.

Part of that money, $1,500,400,000.00 would be used as a reserve fund--like a company "Sunshine Fund" --just in case the virus hits the fan here and we need to buy it off.

By the way, don't those numbers look significantly larger when actually written out in full, than the way the administration minimizes the amount?

case." Attention to Ebola has drifted away to more important issues like the Michael Brown racial and unjust slaying. The "Gentle Giant," (as he was known to his intimidated neighbors who were ordered to refer to Michael that way) was shot and killed when simply trying to take it one day at a time.

Klain forgot to mention the brutal black gang murder of Zemir Begic, a Bosnian man in St. Louis, for offensively being white in the wrong place and time. This homicide had as much media coverage as Ron Klain's flatulence.

It's Always Racist to the Left

Rep. Karen Bass, (D-CA) is on the House Judiciary Committee. When the non-indictment verdict was in on Officer Darren Wilson regarding the shooting of Michael Brown, Bass said in a statement that it "continues a trend of injustice that has rightfully created an environment of anger and concern in Ferguson, Missouri and across the United States."

The House Judiciary Committee member then added: "Ferguson officials botched this case from the beginning when they left Michael Brown's body on the street for over four hours after he was killed. They were mean-spirited when they leaked information to the media to assassinate Michael Brown's character. The Ferguson Police Department violated the Constitutional rights of the Ferguson community when they attacked and tear gassed lawful protesters." Then this wise politician said that the grand jury "attacked justice by not holding Officer Wilson accountable for his actions." 

She would "continue to insist" that Holder's DoJ  conduct its own investigation to see if Ferguson PD "violated Michael Brown's civil rights."

How does she know that there was an injustice committed? Did she actually see the grand jury evidence? Or is it that she feels that an injustice was committed?

Did she say the same about O.J.'s trial when he went free? 

It's a damn shame when a kid gets killed in the streets. It happens all the time in black neighborhoods. In fact, most black kids who are killed, are killed by other black kids. We're talking over 90 percent of the time.

The evidence (now that's a word liberals hate) showed that Michael Brown robbed a convenience store, was high, and acted aggressively toward Officer Wilson, based on forensic evidence. He was not a wonderful boy on his way to the prom--he was looking for trouble.

Officer Wilson had never fired his weapon in anger but he did so this time in self-defense, according to the evidence. He also had the courage to testify in front of the grand jury--something quite unheard of due to the fact that it usually leads to a trial.

This was never about civil rights--it was about a crime. The "protesters" were less outraged over Michael Brown's death than they were hyped about their chances to mess things up, have some fun, and get some free stuff.

The people who benefited most from this tragic event were Al Sharpton and the looters. Even the Muslims got into the act in the hope of recruiting people of color to join their ranks, I suspect. But I don't know that for a fact, so I'm only speculating and will admit that.

But one thing I know is that the losers in all this were those with small businesses in Ferguson. In fact, Michael Brown's step-father could be seen jumping up and down on the hood of a car screaming for the crowd to "burn the bitch down."

So you wonder from where Michael Brown got his anger? Guess.

My Eyes Nearly Vomited Watching Obama

One thing we must admit: President Obama has lived up to his original campaign promise of bringing the country together. However, in this case, the case of Ferguson, MO,  it was like bringing two boxers together in Las Vegas. Instead of Don King and his schizophrenic hairdo, we have Reverend Al Sharpton and his schizophrenic racism. In fact, if we can honestly say that Al Sharpton is a "reverend," we ought to be able to also say that Abu Bakr al Bagdhadi is a man of good will.

My eyes nearly vomited as I watched Barack speak last night after the grand jury decision was reached not to indict Officer Darren Wilson for shooting the robbery suspect, Michael Brown. 

Barry asked for the police to use restraint and good judgment in the aftermath of the decision, and while he said this, the town was burning and being looted, and rioting took place as we watched on the split screen. 

The police and the anarchists were brought together. The country "came together" and another campaign promise could be chalked up alongside ObamaCare.

But seeing Obama and Ferguson was a dramatic demonstration of the ineptitude of a man who believes his words are magic, like his pen. Back in 2007 he boasted that one of the skills he would bring to the presidency is his incredible ability to "pull together the different strands of American life and focus on what we have in common."

Many of us knew he was lying and now we know that when his lips move, and especially when he punctuates a sentence with the word "period," he is lying through his teeth. 

The so-called president went on to say that we have "made enormous progress in race relations." Well, duh, he got elected to the highest office in the land and he's black. 

It isn't rich, old white men holding black people back--it's their social conditions. Black young men killing other black young men. The "uncool" going to school mentality for many young black kids. The absence of both parents in the home. The list goes on and yes, it pertains to all ethnic groups, but we see a profusion of it in the black community, and pointing that out does not make me a racist anymore than saying Al Sharpton is a race-baiting thug who should be tried for tax evasion.

Facts, as Ronald Reagan said, are stubborn things.

Obama has failed to bring us together like he promised. He has failed to enhance our relationship with the Muslim world, as promised. And I know that if the races in this case were reversed, there would be no Sharpton-Obama outcry. No media hype. No story. 

Obama hasn't even condemned the Ferguson riots. Instead he warns the police, telling them to behave properly.

It was disgusting watching Obama preach to us. My eyes can attest to that.

If It's Black on White, It's Alright

President "We Shall Overcome" Obama has weighed in on Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown. I understand he plans to weigh in on the final suspension of Baltimore Ravens linebacker, Ray Rice, a black man who beat his then fiancée unconscious. The domestic abuse was captured on an elevator video in the Atlantic City casino where Rice and his fiancée were staying. 

Comparing Rice to his fiancée is like comparing a bull to a kitten--she is much smaller than him. Sugar Ray was able to knock her out with one punch, then he dragged her off the elevator into the lobby where he admitted what he had done. The NFL says that only now have they seen this second video which actually shows him throwing the punch (whereas the first video only showed him doing the dragging).  

Originally, the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Rice for two games, a suspension that is less than the one given by the league for smoking pot. With the flack he received from this light punishment Goodell admitted he was wrong and made the suspension 6 whole games and a second offense would be a dismissal from the league. So the message is clear: make sure you get your licks in the first time, you violent asshats.

But the video is damning for Rice but at least he got to marry his enabler.

So it is rumored that Obama plans to speak on the Ray Rice situation.

Obama does not have any plans insofar as I know, of speaking about the gang attack that took place over the weekend in Memphis, TN. Maybe that's because it was a black on white attack.

According to the police, a gang of teens emerged from a strip mall restaurant, where the incident took place. They attacked a 25 year old white man who had gotten out of his car and began walking toward the Kroger's grocery store. Two other employees of the Kroger's saw the attack and went to help. (They too were of the Caucasian persuasion.) The gang whaled on them, beating them into unconsciousness

While the attack took place, a crowd of about 20 teens stood by and laughed, cheering the gang on with "Fan mob!"

Of course, the Memphis Police Commissioner Toney Armstrong did not call it a hate crime.

"We are fully aware of the last night's incidents. It is extremely troubling to see how many young people were involved, especially on the heels of last week's youth forum," Armstrong said. I could go on, but I might throw up in my mouth.

No, Obama or his favorite race-baiter-agitator, the very Revolting Al Sharptongue, will not address this hate crime, or any hate crime when it's a black on white attack.

Nor will Eric Holder likely prosecute those "misguided Memphis kids," any more than he prosecuted the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation of white voters at a Philadelphia polling place who simply wanted to vote in the last presidential election. (It's on YouTube if you haven't seen it.)

The worst part however, isn't the obvious partiality shown to certain interest groups by this administration; it's the fact that Congress has done nothing to check and balance it.

I'm going to go into that shoebox and find my "Throw Them All Out" button.

President Obama ramps up his rhetoric boldly telling the American pubic that he will talk about ISIL on Wednesday and said he has a TelePrompTer loaded with harsh words for "those ISIL folks."

Americans are holding their collective breath wondering if the president will draw a red line in the sands of Iraq and Syria, daring Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and his merry band of beheaders to cross it, lest Mr. Obama place bacon sanctions on these brutal terrorists. And if that doesn't work, maybe securing our southern border will be his next brutal step.

Fat chance.

Michael Brown and New Facts

The rioting over the shooting of Michael Brown has slowed in the not so sleepy town of Ferguson, MO. Michael, an 18 year old 6 foot 4 inch, 292 pound black man was shot and killed by a police officer who was until today, not identified by Ferguson Police for his own protection.

Witnesses said that Michael was stopped by the officer, had his hands in the air, and was shot several times. I had difficulty believing this story when I first heard it because while it could happen, it didn't make any sense. 

So who was Michael Brown?

For sure, according to all media reports that I heard, Michael Brown seemed like such a nice kid, kind of like Trayvon Martin. Trayvon was that young man who was murdered by a white Hispanic named George Zimmerman and who looked like President Obama's non-existing son. Michael was to go to college in a week or so, and who knows what accomplishments he could have given to the world--maybe even winning a Nobel Peace Prize like Mr. Obama and Yassar Arafat. Maybe a prize in physics.

But Michael Brown will never win anything because they don't give out Nobel Peace Prizes or even prizes in Physics posthumously.

The very right Reverend Al Sharpton made a beeline to Ferguson to jump on the No Justice, No Peace bandwagon. This is a wagon pulled by white liberals who see themselves as heroes of the black struggle in America. Reverend Sharpton (who I`ve never actually seen him in a photo in church) marched with Michael`s mother and led protesters, in a march against "The Man." Also in attendance were leaders of the New Black Panthers--you remember them--they intimidated white voters in Philadelphia at a polling place when Obama was running for president. Unfortunately, even though it was clearly shown on video, Department of Justice head, Eric Holder said there wasn't enough to make a case as long as he's in charge.


Well anyway, it seems as though Michael Brown may not have been as innocent as witnesses described. It now appears that Michael was killed after a robbery of a convenience store in which he was suspected of trying to make off with a box of cigars after pushing a clerk out of the way as he made his exit. There are photos to corroborate this, but if Eric Holder gets involved, this may not be enough to exonerate the cop, now identified as Darren Wilson, who was apparently trying to do his job.

Wilson has been on the force 6 years and has an unblemished record. Police say the shot that killed Brown was fired after a struggle that was ignited by the officer confronting Brown--that's what I mean by doing his job.

But because Brown was Black and Wilson is white, even President Barack Obama had to chime in and say things about the Ferguson Police before any of the facts are in. Of course, this proves my point about liberals not needing facts to make claims.

Now I realize that the story isn't over and all the facts are not in, but I'm happy I trusted my sense of logic and didn't jump to conclusions like those people in Ferguson, MO.

 It looks like it was a righteous shooting, but I will wait to find out, unlike some reverends, lawyers and presidents I know who tend to lead with their behinds.
