BREAKING: The latest on St. Louis AG Kim Gardner

The legal proceeding to remove the circuit attorney, Kim Gardner of St. Louis, Missouri. The Missouri Attorney General, Andrew Bailey updated the press of the latest information regarding the case against Gardner.

New pieces of evidence has been uncovered. They have found that Gardner has been taking nursing classes as opposed to fulfilling her current additional duties. She has been attaining a nursing degree and failed to charge new cases.

The court has issued several orders that uncovered the evidence.

The case now stands: In February, after she was called to resign and she refused, the legal proceeding began to protect the public and restore the rule of law.

After several weeks, others came forward.

A 121 page amended petition was filed. After 60 days, 5 pleadings and a hearing, Gardner asked for a different judge, which was an 'unnecessary delay" but they were committed to moving the case forward.

Yesterday the court issued several orders. Judge Bill Corrigan discussed the orders.

The proceeding were allowed to go forward in spite of Gardner's attempt to stop them.

Failed to prosecute cases, make charging decisions, keep families informed and for speedy trials were some of the issues discussed by both Bailey and Judge Corrigan.

Gardner had failed to show up for a murder trial and there has been clear negligence of her job and her office has been described as a "rudderless ship of chaos" and a number of attorneys have quit. She had even sent a representative in her case who had no knowledge of the situation to represent her and thought she could delay the proceedings, but the judge was hearing none of that and went forward with the indictment.

Gardner has 3 judges willing to hold her in contempt and she has been asked several times by the Attorney General to resign but has refused.

The trial for the George Soros funded circuit attorney will be scheduled for September 25th and the case is moving forward. Gardner's attempt to quash the subpoenas for documents have been denied.

Soros-backed Kim Gardner scandal just grew worse

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner has a scandal rap sheet longer than a roll of toilet paper. The George Soros-bankrolled prosecutor is already facing calls for her resignation for neglect of her duties and she now is facing new complaints of negligence and possible misconduct in performance of her job. She has screwed up prosecutions and critics say she has soft-on-crime policies.

Currently Gardner is in a legal battle to retain her position as the outcry for her removal has hit the media. A St. Louis judge sanctioned Gardner's office this week for withholding evidence in a double homicide case and allowing the suspect, Alex Heflin, out on bond.

Heflin, 23, had been held without bond since January, charged with two counts of second-degree murder and armed criminal action, according to KSDC. The charges have since been reduced to involuntary and voluntary manslaughter with a trial supposed to be on April 17. However, the trial has been postponed to June 12 and pretrial set for May 17.

This week, Judge Theresa Counts Burke ruled in favor of Heflin's attorneys, who filed a motion accusing one of Gardner's assistant circuit attorneys of violating discovery rules that required prosecutors to turn over evidence, including DNA reports and a recording of a 911 call. In other words, Gardner's office either intentionally, or incompetently screwed up the case.

"The court finds that there have been repeated delays by the state in obtaining discovery and providing it to the defense," Burke wrote. "There has been a lack of diligence on the part of the state in following up and providing discovery to the defendant in a timely fashion. As a result of the state's actions and lack of diligence, the court grants defendant's second motion for sanctions."

And while the Circuit Attorney's Office sent a statement to Fox News Digital claiming how they are diligent and work hard to bring justice on behalf of the people of St. Louis, and their families, blah, blah, after this latest fustercluck, it turns out the opposite is obviously true.

Just last Wednesday, St. Louis prosecutors dismissed and refiled charges against two men alleged to have murdered a father and his 7-year-old daughter. This will probably push back the trial by months. The only reason given was that "the prosecutors weren't ready for trial," which had been set just days later.

But this wasn't an isolated screw-up.

In July, prosecutors did the same thing. The trial was set to go but the prosecutors weren't ready, delaying the trial and infuriating the families of the victims and even the defense lawyers who wanted their day in court for their clients.

Gardner's office made a habit out of dismissing and refiling cases as her office is understaffed because good lawyers are leaving the shipwreck. Last year, Gardner's office dismissed and refiled no less than a dozen murder cases, as per a St. Louis Post-Dispatch analysis.

The effect of the high turnover in Gardner's office has been "a state of dysfunction, low morale and dearth of legal wisdom necessary to safeguard the public from potentially dangerous criminals," the Post-Dispatch previously reported.

So Gardner's office went to their go-to mode which appeared to blame police for having to dismiss and refile the double murder case:
"In this case, the CAO was not provided evidence in a timely manner due to acknowledged staffing challenges at the police department," Gardner spokeswoman Allison Hawk stated.
The St. Louis Police Officers' Association blasted Gardner's office for "pulling a Biden" by blame-shifting and refusing to take responsibility for their incompetence:
"Police officers shouldn't be made scapegoats for an overworked, backlogged and mismanaged Circuit Attorney's Office," the union's statement read.
On Friday, the lawyer for a man accused of hitting a teenage volleyball player, Janae Edmonson, with his car, which resulted in her losing both legs, entered a not guilty plea on behalf of his client. The judge in the case had to have a copy of the indictment printed for the lawyer while he was in the courtroom because Gardner's Office failed to provide him with a copy before coming to court.

That is total incompetence, but wait, there's more.

The assistant circuit attorney of record on the case didn't appear at the hearing. His wife — Jamie Myers, the chief misdemeanor officer for Gardner's office — did appear but never addressed the court.

"As the head of the misdemeanor division for the office, Assistant Circuit Attorney Jamie Myers leads up associate court for the CAO [Circuit Attorney's Office]," Gardner spokeswoman Allison Hawk said in a statement. "She handles these arraignment and was there this morning as she does routinely as part of her job responsibilities."

The teenage volleyball player lost her legs in the incident while visiting St. Louis with her team. Riley, the man charged with assault, was out on bail awaiting trial for an ARMED ROBBERY from 2020, had violated the terms of his bond no less than FIFTY TIMES! and was operating the vehicle WITHOUT A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

There is no record of Gardner's office, which is responsible for monitoring compliance with bond conditions and revoking them when those terms are violated, asking for Riley's bond to be revoked.

That isn't something you can blame on the police.

Gardner is facing a legal effort by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to fire her.

In February, following the tragedy with Miss Edmonson, Bailey filed a petition quo warranto, the legal mechanism under state statute that allows the attorney general to remove a prosecutor who neglects their duties.

"This is about a quantum of evidence that demonstrates her failure to prosecute cases, failure to inform and confer with victims in cases and failure to file new cases that are referred by law enforcement agencies," Bailey told Fox News Digital at the time of the filing.

He separately said in a statement that Gardner is "creating" victims instead of "protecting" them.

But let us not lose sight of the fact that Gardner is a Soros-backed leftist whose concept of justice is that criminals are just misunderstood and victims are just a bunch of whiners. Soros bankrolled Gardner in 2016 and again for her re-election in 2020.

In her time as St. Louis Circuit Attorney, crime has spiked in the city to near-record murder rates, the last two years being among the city's deadliest. In 2022, WalletHub calculated that St. Louis had the highest homicide cases per 100,000 residents from July through September of any U.S. city, ranking it the most dangerous city in the country because of high rates of crime and other dangers like car accidents.

As far as George Soros is concerned, Gardner is getting it right.

Soros 'Owned' DA Kim Gardner Guilty on 141 Counts

St. Louis, Missouri District Attorney Kim Gardner [remember her?] lost he appeal for refusing to hand over communications she had with operatives of far left anti-America George Soros [a billionaire palindrome] and other leftists in her prosecution of former Governor Eric Greitens.

She has already been found to have committed 62 acts of misconduct, and 79 cases of misrepresentation in convicting the former governor of crimes he DID NOT COMMIT and of which he was later cleared.

Now Greitens is running for the US Senate from Missouri, and he has a good chance of winning.

Gardner has been a St Louis clusterfrack [sic].

The murder rate last year was the highest it has been in the last half century and she has refused to prosecute so many of them that the Missouri legislature passed a law limiting the time she had to file murder charges to 90 days. If she continued to not file, which has been her wont, the state AG takes over the case and justice will be done.

Gardner adamantly refused to prosecute cases involving drug dealers and child molesters in spite of mountains of evidence that these were slam-dunk, open-and-shut cases. She used the race card against the police and totally refused to take on cases from over 20 cops.

A Missouri Appeals Court ruled unanimously against her and she will have to face disciplinary charges on her corrupt practices and pay the $5,000 dollar fine she previously received, which one might guess Soros will pay.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported:
The Missouri Court of Appeals at St. Louis on Tuesday upheld a judge’s ruling against the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office for failing to respond to a lawsuit that alleged violations of the state’s open records law.

The appeals court’s unanimous ruling said Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner’s appeals had “no merit.” She had challenged St. Louis Circuit Judge Christopher McGraugh’s ruling and $5,000 penalty for refusing to produce records and respond in time to a January 2020 lawsuit filed by conservative journalist John Solomon.

“Based on this whole record, we hold the trial court did not err in finding (Gardner’s) failure to file a timely response to (Solomon’s) amended petition was not the result of an unexpected or unavoidable hindrance, accident, or mishap, but was instead the result of (Gardner’s) carelessness, inattention, and deliberate disregard,” the court said.

Solomon, a former Fox News contributor who runs the website Just the News, sought all of Gardner’s contacts with staff and other key players in the 2018 criminal investigations of then-Gov. Eric Greitens.

Those people include Missouri Times publisher Scott Faughn, Clayton lawyer Albert Watkins, billionaire mega-donor George Soros and former state Reps. Stacey Newman and Jay Barnes.
So justice will be done, at least to some degree and hopefully Gardner will never be able to practice law ever again.

When everyone who is different from you based on their immutable characteristics is viewed as racist, you are looking at them through a racist lens, and it's disgusting. Do not accept that label and call out their racism if they pull it on you.

Shooting at St. Louis high school leaves 3 dead, including the gunman

Three people have been killed in a shooting at a St. Louis high school around 9 a.m. Monday, including the suspect. Multiple others had been physically injured and hundreds are suffering the trauma caused by the event.

The police got the call from the school at around 9:10 a.m. about an active shooter with a long gun inside Central Visual and Performing Arts High School. The high school and the Collegiate School of Medicine, which is in the same building, were put on lockdown as the incident unfolded.

The gunman, who appeared to be about 20 years old,  exchanged gunfire with police of the St. Louis Metropolitan PD. He was taken into custody where he was soon thereafter pronounced dead.

One of the victims was identified as Jean Kuczka, a health teacher at the high school. Her daughter, Abbey Kuczka, confirmed that her mother was killed by the gunman.

"I found out just a few hours ago," she said Monday afternoon.

Ms. Kuczka was a grandmother of seven and an avid bike rider, according to her profile on the high school's website.

The names of the other victim, a teenage girl, and the gunman were not released.

Multiple victims suffered injuries ranging from gunshot wounds to being hit by shrapnel--their conditions are not yet known.

Nothing about the shooter beyond his approximate age has yet been disclosed or the motive for the shooting.

Stories of the experience emerged after the incident. A freshman, Adrienne Bolden, said he and his classmates had to escape out of a window to avoid the gunfire.

St. Louis Public Schools announced early Monday that eight people, including at least two students, had been transported to a local hospital, and police are on the scene.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), praised the "swift response of local law enforcement" in a statement to Fox News. "Devastating news in St. Louis," he wrote. "My office is in contact with local authorities, and we stand ready to offer all assistance possible."

No police officers were hurt in the incident.

New Orleans now number one murder capital in US

It wasn't easy and it took a lot of work and determination for New Orleans to overtake St. Louis as the murder capital of the nation, seeing a 141% increase in homicides compared to past numbers in 2019. When compared to last year, the data shows homicides were up 78%. Since the start of this year up to Sept. 11th, there have been 205 homicides.

The Metropolitan Crime Commission, an organization that tracks crime and attempts to reduce it, reported that there have been 52 homicides per 100,000 residents as of Sept. 11th in New Orleans with St. Louis following closely at almost 45 per 100,000 as of Sept. 17th, according to the St. Louis Police Department.

By comparison, there have been almost 18 homicides in Chicago per 100,000 residents and 3.5 in New York City. See, in the Big Apple, criminals only intend to severely injure rather than kill their victims, while in Chicago, they can't tell the difference between real attacks and Jussie Smollett-style attacks.

New Orleans, with myriad gun-free zones, [see map below] has also seen a 100% increase in shootings in 2022 when compared to 2019.

On Sept. 8, officials in New Orleans announced an $80 million plan to increase pay for police officers now that the officials removed their heads from their nether regions and realized defunding the police was a bad idea. They even plan to offer free health care, and $30,000 in increased hiring incentives for new hires within the department.

The city recently hired a consultant, former head of the New York City Police Department's patrol division Fausto Pichardo to review ways in which the police department can better combat crime, according to FOX 8.

One way they might consider combating crime is to keep criminals locked up and get rid of the no-bail balderdash that puts them back out on the street.

Pichardo wrote in his report released on Tuesday that "[A]ction must be taken NOW if there is ever a chance to save the city and bring the reputation of being a city where tourists can come to party and celebrate and not become victims."

Among the recommendations are an immediate redeployment of 212 police officers to patrol duty rather than their current assignments amid donut-munching.

Soros-backed St. Louis DA Kim Gardner GUILTY on 141 counts

St. Louis DA Kim Gardner lost her appeal for refusing to hand over communications she had with operatives of George "I'm Not a Nazi" Soros along with others regarding her prosecution of former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens. She is in big trouble but whether or not justice will be served in today's progressive climate of lawlessness, is anybody's guess. But the court has found Gardner guilty of committing 62 acts of misconduct and 79 cases of misrepresentation in wrongly convicting Greitens of crimes he did not commit.

Greitens, who is very popular in the state, was later cleared and is now running for the US Senate from Missouri.

Gardner's hands-off crime policy has been a veritable clusterfrack for the state. The murder rate last year in St. Louis soared to a 50-year high and she refused to prosecute a huge number of murderers. The state's legislature had to pass a law limiting the time in which she had to file murder charges, limiting her to 90 days, after which the state Attorney General would take over the case.

She refused to prosecute clear cut cases involving drug dealing and child molesters. She used the excuse that police are racists and refused to accept cases from over 20 police who provided evidence to do so.

After a Missouri Appeals Court ruled unanimously against her, she is to face disciplinary charges and pay the small fine of a mere $5,000 that she had previously received.

A Missouri Appeals Court ruled unanimously against her and she will have to face disciplinary charges on her corrupt practices and pay the $5,000 dollar fine she previously received.

Perhaps it's time for law enforcement to go after the remaining Soros-backed leftist, lawless, political operatives.

Cori Bush, defund the police advocate, hired police as private security--guess what happened

Freshman Marxist Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) is a former Black Lives Matter riot enthusiast and strong advocate for the defund the police movement. Not surprisingly, the far-Left-lard-butt lunatic hired private security to protect herself because she claims that she's more important than regular folks, and she hired two sheriff's deputies to do the job.

By the way, let's stop calling that group of angry leftists, who blame America for everything bad, while praising communist countries and dictatorships, the "squad." That's much too cool for these anti-American scumwafers. Let's call them the "Economics 101 Dropouts" because they obviously know nothing about the subject. If you have another term you like, feel free to send it.

A recent report revealed the Economics 101 Dropout hired two deputies and spent tens of thousands of dollars while she was calling for the defunding [aka abolition] of law enforcement in order to facilitate the ability of the proletariat to confiscate "free stuff from 'the man'," and allow criminals to roam free.

Big Bush was caught with the deputies on surveillance camera footage while touring multiple St. Louis jails, News 4 reported.

The deputies, Tylance Jackson and Maurice Thompson, were terminated from the police department after the report was published. This was not their first rodeo working for Bush as St. Louis Sheriff Vernon Betts explained to News 4. Not only did the deputies get a warning about working for Bush multiple times before and were told not to do so and were given multiple warnings.

Sheriff Betts also noted that these former deputies did not have the proper licensing to work as security in St. Louis.

Jackson said he believed the firing was unfair but other than using the word 'plethora,' couldn't provide a reasonable explanation regarding his claim.

"I do feel that the hand that was dealt to us was unfair and unjust," Jackson said, using a gambling analogy the same way he took the gamble to work for Bush. "You let us go, but you still have a plethora of individuals doing that but you don't say anything."

An abundance of deputies doing the same thing? Who makes up this plethora? Name names.

Bush, for her part, said that she needs private security because she still has "too much work to do" in Congress, implying that the scope of her job is beyond her capabilities as it's 'too much.'

"They would rather I die?" Bush asked, using the left's favorite ploy that if you don't agree with her having private security then you want her to die. It's the same ploy that if you don't want your child to wear a mask for the 8-hour school day, that means you want children to die. If you don't believe in Black Lives Matter that means you hate black people.

Sadly, some people believe this twisted logic and semantic overload.

"You would rather me die? Is that what you want to see?" Bush said. "You want to see me die? You know because that could be the alternative."

So does Bush want innocent people to die who would not have police protection, and cannot afford private security, if she had her way? Is she okay with people being killed in Democratic-run cities throughout the country because she wants to defund their police?

She can't have it both ways--using her logic, that's exactly what she's implying--she's just more important than you and me and the children being shot in Chicago. And worse, she would also take away your guns and the right to defend yourself once law enforcement is defunded.

Sorry Bush--all lives matter, and that is not a racist statement--black, white, brown, Asian, and yes, the unborn--they all matter.

Young weasel charged in connection with looting the night David Dorn was murdered

St. Louis -- A 19-year-old man has been apprehended and charged in connection with the looting of the pawn shop where 77-year-old retired St. Louis police captain David Dorn was cowardly murdered.

Kyri Morgan of St. Louis was charged with second-degree burglary, police announced Sunday. His bond was set at $10,000.

Dorn was shot to death outside of Lee’s Pawn and Jewelry on June 2 while it was being looted after a night of unrest in the city. He was working security at the time for the shop owner who was also his friend.

Several days after the murder, 24-year-old scumbag Stephan Cannon was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and three counts of armed criminal action. He was also charged for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Two other scumbags, Jimmie Robinson Jr., and Samuel Simpson, 38, were also charged in connection with the looting.

Others possibly involved with the looting in June on the night of Dorn's death were caught on camera and are being sought as the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department as persons of interest.

David Dorn served nearly 40 years with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and was the Chief of Police in Moline Acres for five years. Unlike most members of Black Lives Matter, Captain Dorn was Black.

And his life mattered.

Sr. Louis Couple who defended themselves have rifle seized during police search

They're coming for your businesses and they're coming for your Second Amendment right to defend yourself from bodily harm. They are organizations known as Antifa, "Expect Us," and the Democrat Party.

Authorities in St. Louis executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey. The couple, both attorneys, took up arms and defended their home from rioters and protesters last month, but now the law is coming for them.

Police searched their home and seized the rifle that Mark McCloskey was shown holding during the June 28 incident, KSDK-TV of St. Louis reported, citing information from a source.

The pistol that Patricia McCloskey held during the June confrontation was already in the possession of the couple’s attorney, the outlet reported.

There is no indication that either of the McCloskeys were arrested or if they were charged with a crime, but the idea they did anything wrong, as opposed to the visual evidence that they were merely defending themselves against an unruly crowd that had already broken down the private gate of their community, is totally ludicrous.

On Monday, the McCloskeys appeared on Fox News’ “Hannity” and explained that protesters returned to their neighborhood last Friday.  They were told in advance the mob was coming and hired a private security company to protect their residence since the police were not going to be involved.

Last week’s protest was loud but non-violent, the homeowner said.

In the June 28th incident, Patricia McCloskey said, they was startled just before dinnertime when “300 to 500 people” entered the gated community where they live.

"[They said] that they were going to kill us," Patricia McCloskey told Hannity.
"They were going to come in there. They were going to burn down the house. They were going to be living in our house after I was dead, and they were pointing to different rooms and said, 'That’s going to be my bedroom and that’s going to be the living room and I’m going to be taking a shower in that room’.”"

That's how Communism works.

The protesters even threatened to harm their dog, which was outside the home at the time.

The protesters claimed they were passing the McCloskeys' home while heading toward the home of Mayor Lyda Krewson, to demonstrate there, which is a lie because the mayor doesn't live there, the McCloskeys explained.

Soon after the June incident, Kimberly Gardner, circuit attorney in St. Louis, announced that her office and the St. Louis Police Department would be conducting an investigation into the McCloskeys’ use of firearms.

Had it been "Louisville Sluggers" that were brandished by the couple to protect themselves, rather than an AR15 and handgun, there would be no investigation, and possibly no McCloskeys.

The couple’s attorney, Albert Watkins, said in a statement that the McCloskeys didn't arm themselves until after they began feeling threatened [from the threats that were made on their lives and the life of their dog].

"My clients didn't sit on their front stoop with guns. ... No firearms were on them at the time that they, were, as property owners standing in front of their home," he said. "It was not until they basically were in a position of seeing and observing violence, recklessness, lawbreaking, and knowing that the police were not going to be doing anything."

Rather than investigating the McCloskeys, why aren't the authorities being investigated by unbiased outside authorities?

'Makes "n***** hunting' video, loses job, booted from Air Force Reserve

Photo: Instagram/Fox News
Tabitha Duncan, 20, is apparently a racist yo-yo. The Jefferson County, Missouri cretin made a Snapchat video that went viral, especially with the far-right and far-left community of racist cretins.

The video was seen by her boss at the bar & grill where she used to work--he canned her after seeing the video.

Duncan was also canned from the Air Force Reserve. Lt. Col. Chad Gibson said in the Air Force Times that Duncan is "in the process of being released from her enlistment in the Air Force."

Duncan added: "The video, released days after her enlistment, is intolerable and does not reflect the values of the Air Force."

[Gibson is also known as 'Light Colonel Obvious.']

The video shows Duncan and some racist friends, who weren't identified, saying they were going "n***** hunting."

"So, we going n***** hunting today or what?" someone in the video said off-camera.

Another scumcrumpet shouted, "We're going n*****hunting."

"You get them n*****s," Duncan yelled.

The video got Duncan canned from her waitressing job at the Social Bar & Grill, in St. Louis. The management said they fired her after seeing the "vile, disgusting and offensive video."

Duncan's excuse was that she was drunk [and her inhibitions were therefore down] and claimed she was not racist.

Using the old 'some of my best friends are black,' Duncan claimed, "I was intoxicated. I have black friends, I have black people in my family; I didn't mean it," she told the Daily News.

Thus proving you can have black friends, have black people in your family, and still be racist.

U2 cancels St. Louis concert due to leftist violence concerns

In a highly anticipated concert filled with music and leftist politics, U2 canceled its concert in St. Louis, Missouri amid the possibility of violence due to a verdict Antifa doesn't like--the acquittal of police officer Jason Stockley.

According to USA Today, the St. Louis police department told promoters that they are "not in a position to provide the standard protection for our audience" because they anticipate trouble from generic troublemakers such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

The Irish group, who are experts on American politics, the environment and life in general, announced its canceling of Saturday's stadium show after the acquittal of the police officer Stockley, 24, was announced. The officer was charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Anthony Lamar Smith, a black drug dealer with a gun who tried to kill him with his car.

The notion that police officers have the same right to life as drug dealers and gang bangers is ludicrous.

U2 posted this on their website:
"We have been informed by the St. Louis Police Department that they are not in a position to provide the standard protection for our audience as would be expected for an event of this size. We have also been informed that local crowd security personnel would not be at full capacity. In light of this information, we cannot in good conscience risk our fans' safety by proceeding with tonight's concert. As much as we regret having to cancel [because it's costing us a fortune], we feel it is the only acceptable course of action in the current environment."
So far the protests have caused injury to at least 10 police officers. There have been 23 arrests made since the 'not guilty' verdict.

Ferguson's anniversary bash

If George Soros had a son
he'd look like this guy
Night four of the Ferguson, Mo. protests--here we go again.

The protesters once again clashed with police. At least 23 protesters were arrested as the one-year anniversary of the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, is being dishonored.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or violence last night, the St. Louis County Police spokesman Officer Shawn McGuire reported. And this time, there were no burglaries, property damage or looting occurring in the dark of night, unlike Saturday night when a young, armed demonstrator shot at police and got back what he gave.

He is in critical condition. St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger declared a state of emergency, thus allowing county Police Chief Jon Belmar to take control of the situation.

Somehow, I believe the mob is going to blame the police for shooting the 18-year-old Tyrone Harris Jr.. I know his father does--he claimed his son's innocence but the police say otherwise. His father was not at the scene to witness what his son allegedly did (take shots at the cops) but it's easy to make a claim against law enforcement nowadays because the mob wants to believe it.

I'm inclined to believe the cops on this one, just like I did when Brown was alleged to put up his hands in surrender, which evidence proved was a lie.

So the drums were beating, protesters were chanting and carrying signs. But when some of the crowd moved into the traffic lane, cops forced them out of the street for safety reasons. In response to the efforts made by the police to keep the protesters from causing bodily harm to themselves and others, they threw water bottles and debris at the cops.

The police began making arrests around 10 p.m. There were about 150 protesters, 75 cops and 50 reporters at the scene, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. About 9 protesters were accused of interfering or resisting arrest, and more arrests were made after midnight.

Hershel Myers Jr. 46, a military veteran and self-proclaimed war hero criticized the police response as aggressive and unnecessary. "It's wrong for me to have to go overseas and fight with Army across my chest, but we can't fight on our own street where I live."

Nobody actually understood what Myers was trying to say.

As the score now stands, a gross of protesters were arrested around the St. Louis area Monday, 64 who blocked afternoon rush-hour traffic on I-70 were arrested, and 57 who demanded the dissolution of the Ferguson Police Department (so they could more effectively loot) were arrested.

Ebola? What Ebola?

So what happened to Ebola and our newest czar to handle the deadly virus? Well don't fret because Ron Klain, our corpulent, lovable Ebola czar is on the "California Begging Tour" asking lawmakers to pass an emergency spending request submitted by Obama. The emergency would cost taxpayers $6,100,800,000.00 just to be ready in case it comes here, and some of it to go there in Africa.

Part of that money, $1,500,400,000.00 would be used as a reserve fund--like a company "Sunshine Fund" --just in case the virus hits the fan here and we need to buy it off.

By the way, don't those numbers look significantly larger when actually written out in full, than the way the administration minimizes the amount?

Anyway, Klain claimed that in spite of the fact that the U.S. efforts have helped in the fight of Ebola, money needs to be set aside "just in
Punk-ass Murderer
case." Attention to Ebola has drifted away to more important issues like the Michael Brown racial and unjust slaying. The "Gentle Giant," (as he was known to his intimidated neighbors who were ordered to refer to Michael that way) was shot and killed when simply trying to take it one day at a time.

Klain forgot to mention the brutal black gang murder of Zemir Begic, a Bosnian man in St. Louis, for offensively being white in the wrong place and time. This homicide had as much media coverage as Ron Klain's flatulence.
