Alleged gunman who cowardly "ambushed" Indiana cop charged with premeditated murder

The alleged gunman who fatally "ambushed" Terre Haute Detective Greg Ferency outside a federal building on Wednesday will be charged with premeditated murder, authorities announced.

The scumbag, 44, of Terre Haute killed Ferency, a 30-year veteran of the police force and father of two adult children, outside the FBI Indianapolis Resident Agency at around 2:15 p.m. The detective was assigned to an FBI task force since 2010.

"Greg was not only a long-standing member of the police department of Terre Haute," Paul Keenan, the FBI Indianapolis special agent in charge, said during a news conference Thursday. "He was a valued member of our FBI family."

Federal prosecutors said the suspect pulled up to the gate of the FBI Indianapolis Resident Agency building and threw a Molotov cocktail. When Ferency walked out, the cowardly suspect allegedly shot him. Ferency, who returned fire, was taken to a hospital where he later died.

During the chaos, the cowardly suspect "engaged in a gun battle" with an FBI agent who also responded.

"An agent inside our office heard the gunshots, came outside and engaged the suspect and fired at him," Keenan said.

The cowardly suspect was struck twice, but investigators were unclear if the bullets came from Ferency or an FBI agent, court documents said. He drove himself to a hospital and underwent surgery for his gunshot wounds but he unfortunately lived.

The Cowardly Suspect

The FBI is leading the investigation and has executed several search warrants Thursday, including at the cowardly suspect's home and vehicle where several items were seized, including three Molotov cocktails, firearms and ammunition.

Investigators are still searching for a motive.

Terre Haute Police Chief Shawn Keen said Ferency was his neighbor before he became a police officer.

"You will not meet a finer person," he said. "There’s not anything he did that he didn’t put 110% into. He was an amazing person."

Mayor Duke Bennett said Ferency's death is the third for a police officer in the line of duty since his time in office. Two other officers were killed in 2011 and 2018.

The cowardly suspect faces up to life in prison where he will learn to never make eye contact with guys named Bruno nor drop the soap in the shower. Sadly, the death penalty is no longer an option for this scumcrumpet.

Driver who intentionally killed cop in hit-and-run indicted on 13 counts

Long Island, NY -- A 32-year-old Black woman who reportedly drove her vehicle at an NYPD cop, killing him during a drunken rant, has been indicted on 13 counts, including aggravated manslaughter and aggravated criminally negligent homicide.

The woman, Jessica Beauvais, faces up to only 15 years in prison if convicted of the charges.

According to a report from the New York Post on Monday, the cop-hating woman reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .15 — nearly twice the legal limit in New York — when she intentionally struck the officer with her car.

Beauvais clearly appeared drunk and was reportedly driving with a suspended license. She struck NYPD Highway Officer Anastasios Tsakos while driving on the Long Island Expressway on April 27 in the borough of Queens.

She reportedly struck Officer Tsakos — who was on the scene of a separate fatal motor vehicle accident. He was hit so hard that the impact threw him 40 feet in the air, at which point she fled the scene.

When she was caught, her sedan's windshield was caved-in and a traffic cone was wedged under the front of its chassis--what you might call 'damning evidence.'

She reportedly told investigators that she had been drinking vodka in the hours that led up to the intentional hit-and-run.

Just prior to the accident, Beauvais — a podcaster and radio host — recorded a lengthy anti-police rant in which she blasted the justice system and its police officers.

While discussing the Derek Chauvin trial, she quoted hip-hop group N.W.A."Like N.W.A. say about the police, if you're going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me," she said.

"I'm one of those people," she said at the time. "If I'm going to go, someone is coming."

“What happened to fighting?" she also said during the podcast. “I grew up on fighting. I like to fight. My hands and my feet and teeth. It does something for me — what does it do for you? F***ing people up never stopped being a thing. Shooting people is still wack. It means you can't fight. It means you're a cop." [But using your vehicle as a weapon is okay?]

She added, "F*** the police."

During her initial arraignment, Beauvais said, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I hit him and now he's dead."

I wonder what she would have said if she didn't get caught.

NAACP's Talbert Swan: "No such thing as blue lives'

NAACP chapter president Talbert Swan claimed on Saturday that there is "no such thing as Blue Lives. Your CAREER is a choice, my BLACKNESS isn't." Neither is his profound stupidity and blatant indifference to human life.

This incredibly stupid, cold-blooded, heartless comment came after a coward in Los Angeles sneaked up on a police car occupied by two cops, and began shooting them in a cold blooded ambush. 

NAACP Greater Springfield President Talbert Swan tweeted: 

"There’s no such thing as BLUE LIVES... Stop comparing your JOB with my LIFE... Your CAREER is a choice, my BLACKNESS isn’t. #BlackLivesMatter #BlueLivesMatter." 

He never met the two cops who are fighting for their lives, a man and woman, the latter who has a small child at home. But like the morons who stood outside the hospital where the wounded cops were taken and chanted that they hoped they would die, Swan has disgraced his position at the NAACP, or the organization has itself become disgraceful.

"No one deserves to be unjustly murdered, police or citizens," Swan continued. "If you’re expressing outrage over the shooting of two sheriff’s deputies, but we’re defending #KyleRittenhouse murdering two protesters in #Kenosha only days ago, you need to shut up and have a seat."

Actually, if you are fair minded, it seems apparent that Rittenhouse shot the two attackers in self-defense, but that will be decided in the future.

Swan apparently doesn't care if the deputies die. He is more upset with the 8% of blacks killed by white people than he is of the 89% of the blacks killed by other blacks last year.

Where is the outrage this moron fails to express for the 2600 black murder victims killed by blacks in 2019? Where is his outrage over the children killed in Chicago day after day? Why is his outrage selective?

The deputies, a 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, were “fighting for their lives” as they underwent surgery following the attack, which occurred around 7 p.m. local time on Saturday outside a Metro rail station in Compton, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. 

The piece of human excrement who shot the deputies should be tried and given the justice he or she deserves. Cops who commit crimes and use excessive force should also be tried. But this war on cops has got to stop now.

Last month, when President Trump's brother, Robert, died, Swan tweeted the hashtag #wrongtrump. 

"Dear Grim Reaper, You took the #wrongtrump," tweeted Swan.

Like the race hustling Al Sharpton[gue], Swan is a pastor and is also a radio host, and president of the Springfield, Mass., branch of the NAACP.

He is a hateful person and his role at the NAACP, or the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, is an ironic oxymoron. He does nothing constructive to advance black folks. If anything, he is a role model for racial hatred and should be discarded on the trash heap of history.

U2 cancels St. Louis concert due to leftist violence concerns

In a highly anticipated concert filled with music and leftist politics, U2 canceled its concert in St. Louis, Missouri amid the possibility of violence due to a verdict Antifa doesn't like--the acquittal of police officer Jason Stockley.

According to USA Today, the St. Louis police department told promoters that they are "not in a position to provide the standard protection for our audience" because they anticipate trouble from generic troublemakers such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

The Irish group, who are experts on American politics, the environment and life in general, announced its canceling of Saturday's stadium show after the acquittal of the police officer Stockley, 24, was announced. The officer was charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Anthony Lamar Smith, a black drug dealer with a gun who tried to kill him with his car.

The notion that police officers have the same right to life as drug dealers and gang bangers is ludicrous. 

U2 posted this on their website: 

"We have been informed by the St. Louis Police Department that they are not in a position to provide the standard protection for our audience as would be expected for an event of this size. We have also been informed that local crowd security personnel would not be at full capacity. In light of this information, we cannot in good conscience risk our fans' safety by proceeding with tonight's concert. As much as we regret having to cancel [because it's costing us a fortune], we feel it is the only acceptable course of action in the current environment."

So far the protests have caused injury to at least 10 police officers. There have been 23 arrests made since the 'not guilty' verdict.

Dunkin' Donuts 'layout' made employee rude

Corporate management of Dunkin' Donuts blames the way one of their Brooklyn stores was laid out caused an employee to be rude to two cops on a break from protecting his butt. 

They actually said that the "layout" of the shop is actually to blame, not the scumbun who served the police officers in line.

Dunkin' Brands spokeswoman Michelle King continued to apologize for last Sunday's incident in which two NYPD detectives were refused service at a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins on Atlantic Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant (aka Bed-Stuy) section of Brooklyn.  She insisted the company has "a long history of supporting the NYPD."

But the sphincter-breath counter cretin doesn't have that history.

King claimed the store's configuration "put both the crew members and two officers in a difficult situation because it was not clear where to order," and when they did, the sphincter-breath counter-cretin took the order of the person standing behind the detectives saying "I don't serve cops." 

Now King is saying that what he meant was: "I don't serve cops who are standing in the wrong line, officers." She said that there are two registers in the store but only one is routinely staffed--meaning there is a register whose primary function is to confuse customers.

"The franchisee has informed us that he has made temporary adjustments to the store signage to be followed by a more permanent solution to avoid situations like this in the future," King said. 

In the past, the franchisee counted on the customer's ability to guess which register was the correct one to stand by, but this hasn't always worked out, especially for detectives who should have deduced the situation better than the average customer.

So the mystery is solved and the detectives can now get their ice cream or coffee from a different server since one of them doesn't serve cops.

It probably would have been better for King to have owned up to the behavior of the obnoxious server who refused to serve the cops, if indeed, this was what happened. But the story sounds like an excuse for rudeness and the punk needs to be fired if that's what happened. 

Civil rights are for everyone, including cops. If it was any other demographic group, this would have been a bigger story and leftists would be outraged.

I sort of hope the cops would boycott the place and the joint goes full "Pulp Fiction."

Girl at lemonade stand threatened by liberal who said he'd call cops

San Francisco -- A young girl selling lemonade was threatened by a so-called 'man' who threatened to call police because she didn't have a business license. Turns out the 'man' was merely a douchebag who identifies as a female kitty cat and has a castrating wife who secretly voted five times for Hillary.

"Whoever the man is who threatened to call the police on my daughter for her lemonade stand, you are seriously pathetic," the little girl's dad, Richard LaRouche  said.

"There is a right way to do things and a wrong way to do things," the father said. "I understand that you were upholding the "law" but really dude?"

Calling this POS a "dude" went far beyond what this moron deserved.

The child just wanted to sell lemonade and cookies and were told by her parents she could do it for an hour. But as she was setting up shop, a 'man' approached her and was really angry with her brazen business plan.

"The man just pulled up next to her and asked for her business license and then told her 'I'm calling the police' and then got on the phone and began speaking as if he was talking to the police," LaRouche said.

What a major wuss.

"She was so scared that she came home crying and sobbing and said she didn't want to go to jail."

The dad posted what happened and encouraged his daughter. They set up a second lemonade stand on their property and she was busy for three hours.

"Ran out of cookies and had just enough lemonade for the last two police officers."

God bless and protect our police.

Louisiana: cop-killer suspect dead

Louisiana -- He allegedly killed his pregnant ex-girlfriend and an off-duty police officer, now he absolutely killed himself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest Friday.

Sylvester Holt died late Friday at University Hospital in New Orleans. He was perched on a New Orleans bridge, threatening to jump off, Jefferson Parish Sheriff's spokesman John Fortunato said Saturday.

Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand told the media that during the stand-off on the bridge, Holt confessed to killing Simone Veal, 32, of Marrero, and Westwego Officer Michael Louviere, 26. He explained that Holt went to Veal's house Friday morning after he learned she was carrying her current boyfriend's baby.

Witnesses said Holt fired a handgun at Veal as she sat in her car and then chased her to an intersection where she hit a truck waiting at a light, Fortunato explained.

Officer Louviere was on his way home from work when he saw the crash and went to help. That was when the coward, Holt, "executed" him with a single shot to the head as he tried to render aid to Ms. Veal.

Holt took a taxi to the bridge and told the driver to stop because he was feeling sick and might vomit. He tried to climb down to a girder below that led to a roadway but was not successful.

Negotiators tried to talk Hold down off the girder but he shot himself in the chest at around 5:30 local time.

There are several women who had taken out protective orders against Holt and none of them are likely going to miss the human garbage.

In addition to this incident, Holt was arrested last September on a rape charge but the charge was later dropped when the woman repeatedly told authorities that she wanted to drop the charge, in spite of the fact that she maintained later than he did, indeed, rape her.

Officer Louviere was a husband and father of a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. He was described as a dedicated family man with a strong work ethic. He was likely bound for a position at a larger agency, said Westwego Police Chief Dwayne Munch.

Prior to becoming a cop, Officer Louviere was a United States Marine who served our country in Afghanistan. He joined the department in July 2015 and "finished first in everything" at the police academy, Munch said.

It was Munch and a doctor who told Mrs. Louviere that her husband had died. "That was probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do," he said.

Orlando: Officer killed and Deputy Sheriff dies in crash in pursuit of killer

UPDATE: The name of the female officer has been released. She is Master Sgt. Debra Clayton.

Developing -- A wanted murder suspect, Markeith Loyd, is accused of shooting and killing an Orlando police officer on Monday. Law enforcement say that he is a felon with  20 arrests since 1994 in Orange County, and is possibly armed and dangerous.

Loyd  was accused of murdering his pregnant ex-girlfriend in December.

He was wearing a security uniform at the time of Monday's shooting, according to a witness, James Herman. "(The shooter) was an average looking dude, he walked by me, had a security vest and everything. I was walking down the sidewalk, right past past the officer, and I heard her tell him to stop, or whatever, and he shot her. He shot her down."

Loyd has been on the run since December 13 after police accused him of shooting and killing 24-year-old Sade Dixon, pregnant and a mother of two, and critically wounding her brother, Ronald Steward.

The shooting of the officer happened outside a Walmart. The unnamed officer was tipped off by a shopper who was putting her belongings away in her car. As the officer walked towards the store, the suspect ran out and fired about a dozen rounds and three hit the officer.

A manhunt was launched and the perp pulled into an apartment complex, fired shots and hit one deputy's unmarked SUV twice, then carjacked another vehicle and escaped. Thankfully, nobody was reported injured at the apartment complex. However, in pursuit of the suspect, a deputy sheriff was killed in a vehicular accident.

City Commissioner Regina Hill identified the female officer as her Orlando Police Department liason but her name was not given.

Dumb and Dumber arrested after trying to lure cops into an ambush

Birmingham, Alabama -- A black Alabama couple planted a fake bomb at an elementary school with the plan of shooting cops arriving at the scene and possibly robbing a bank.

Zachary Edwards, 35, and Raphel Dilligard, 34, face charges including terrorist threats, rendering a false alarm and possessing a hoax bomb, Capt. Jeff Bridges of Trussville, Al., a town that boasts of the fewest hernias in the south.

The fake bomb was fouhnd outside Magnolia Elementary School on November 16th, prompting responses by the FBI and the ATF (Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives).

The device contained gunpowder, modeling clay and a timer that "Clockboy" would have been proud of, but it had no detonator. Bomb experts examined the device then detonated it at the scene.

"It looked real enough that it concerned us," Bridges said, adding, "No, not that Jeff Bridges.

The adorable couple, who share the same address, were arrested afterward and told law enforcement what they had planned--that's how stupid they are--they wanted to shoot officers at the school or rob a bank while cops were dealing with the fake bomb.

Experts determined that a Walmart-bought stopwatch was used as the timer and authorities searched for the location of where it was sold.

The man, Edwards, told police he was a member of the Black Panthers and the Black Mafia, Bridges said, but it wasn't verified--he may actually be too stupid to know how to find them.

It isn't yet known if Edwards or Dilligard havea lawyer to speak on their behalf, but they obviously could use anyone other than themselves.

Thankfully, no police or civilians were hurt. Blue Lives Matter.

Arrrest made in San Antonio detective's execution

The man suspected of executing a San Antonio police detective was arrested Monday afternoon.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus told the media that 31-year-old Otis Tyrone McKane was arrested without incident around 4:30 p.m. local time and charged with capital murder.

A car driven by a woman with a 2-year-old child with McKane as a passenger was stopped by law enforcement east of the city. It isn't known what their relationship is at this time.

The arrest came after a 30-hour-long hunt for the coward who shot Det. Benjamin Marconi, 50, as he was writing a traffic ticket in his squad car Sunday morning outside police headquarters. The person receiving the ticket is not believed to be connected to the shooter.

The investigators believe McKane drove up behind Marconi's squad car, walked up to the driver's-side window and shot him, coward style.

McManus said that McKane had a criminal record, but didn't go into detail. The vehicle the police were searching for was found near the coward's home. "Everyone is relieved," McManus said to reporters. "I don't think anyone slept last night."

Surveillance video showed the shooter at police headquarters about 4 hours prior to the shooting. McKane asked the desk clerk a question but left before receiving an answer, but McManus declined to say what the scumcrumpet asked.

"I don't know why he was in headquarters . . . we have some ideas," he said.

After the arrest the suspect was being escorted to Bexar County Jail and told reporters that he was angry with the court system for not letting him see his son and he "lashed out at somebody who didn't deserve it."

"I've been through several custody battles and I was upset at the situation I was in, and I lashed out at someone who didn't deserve it," he said, adding that he wished to apologize to the family of the slain officer.

Yeah, apologizing will make it all better and the Marconi family will forgive you.

Not so ironically, the Obama administration has not commented on this horrible incident, but if Obama had a son . . . well, let's not go there.

Honk if you believe Clowns' Lives Matter

It's not easy being a clown anymore, not with all the stories of how creepy, scary clowns are scaring the bejeebees out of unsuspecting people throughout Smallville, USA.

Professional clowns are really angry with the recent reports of terrifying incidents all across this country and it has put many communities on high alert.

The clown community in Tucson, Arizona finally got around to organizing a "Clown Lives Matter" march Wednesday October 15th in the wake of reports that "killer clowns" are terrorizing small towns and that social media is fanning fears of clown attacks, like liberal media fans the fears that the end of the world will happen if Donald Trump is elected president.

KGUN9-TV reported that attendees to the march are invited to participate in full clown makeup or masks, but that hurting or otherwise scaring the crap out of spectators is not recommended.

"This is a peaceful way to show clowns are not psycho killers," one flyer in Tucson, dripping in human blood, read.  "We want the public to feel safe, and not be afraid. [Scared people run away and sometimes we can't catch them.] So come out, bring the family, meet a clown and get a hug" [and whatever else you deserve].

More than 100 non-threatening clowns are expected to participate in the first ever "Clown Lives Matter" protest, but the protest event itself may be protested by Black Lives Matter, All Lives Matter and Blue Lives Matter, the latter of whom will be fully armed. 

It should be fun. 

But authorities across the country have taken all clown threats seriously, putting up posters saying things such as: "If you hear a honk, tell a cop." "Seltzer doesn't make people wet and mushy, clowns make people wet and mushy." It had gotten so bad that some schools have been forced to go on lockdown and cancel classes as police searched for bulbous-nose miscreants.

"There's nothing funny about renegade clowns," said president of the Arizona School Safety Board Balbin B. Bientot. 

"Just last week at PS 161, as 3rd grade Islamic education class was being conducted, a clown jumped out of the coat closet and screamed something in Arabic," Bientot said. "This nonsense has got to stop and hopefully "Clowns Lives Matter" will be the spearhead to make that happen.

CNN Bias as usual

Blue Lives Matter, a law enforcement group, is charging CNN (aka Communist News Network) of editing video of the racially charged shooting of a Charlotte, NC man in order to make the police look like racist murderers. 

It used to be the networks reported the news, now they make it.

The organization is made up of active and retired law enforcement officers. They claim CNN edited video of the September 20th fatal shooting of Keith Scott, editing out the video in which the police repeatedly ordered Scott to "drop the gun." Of course, this poured gasoline on the anarchists' fires where they claim Scott didn't have a gun, but had a book when fatally shot by Officer Brentley Vinson.

Vinson is black but that didn't stop the anarchists from claiming racism was the motivation for the shooting. It doesn't matter the color of the cop, only the color of the victim when shot by a cop. It doesn't even matter when a black thug shoots a black child in, say, Chicago. If it doesn't fit their tiny-minded agenda, it simply doesn't matter to the hypocrites.

"The editing was clearly intended to give viewers the impression that Scott wasn't armed. By intentionally excluding information to promote the false narrative that the officer-involved shooting of Keith Scott was unjustified, CNN directly contributed towards inciting violence and destruction in the Charlotte riots," Blue Lives Matter said in a statement. "Innocent citizens were hurt during the Charlotte riots, but editing like this also incites violence against police officers long after the riots are over."

The video in question was taken by Scott's widow, Rakeyia Scott. You can hear her telling the police, "He has no weapon." That's what CNN viewers heard. What they didn't hear was the police yelling at Scott to drop his gun, which was found at the crime scene.

Police later released video showing Scott in his SUV rolling a joint, getting out of the vehicle and backing away from police as they had their guns drawn and assumed the shooting position. The video is grainy and we can't see if there was a gun in his hand, but police recovered a stolen, loaded handgun at the scene and revealed that Scott was wearing an ankle holster.

The full, unedited video includes a cop shouting, "Gun. Gun. Drop the gun."

Rakeyia Scott yells, "Don't shoot him. Don't shoot him. He didn't do anything." Police continue yelling for him to drop the gun at least 12 times in 38 seconds.

The edited video, Blue Lives Matter claims, helped create the false impression that the police acted with unnecessary force and it may have played a role in the rioting [along with George Soros, I bet].

"There are consequences to editing video like this, and it may cost more officers their lives," Blue Lives Matter said.

But the network is no stranger to the editor's cut. In August, they were accused of editing comments from the sister of a black man, Sylville Smith, killed by a black police officer in Milwaukee. Smith was ordered to put down his gun and he refused. 

The incident touched off riots, as usual.

CNN made it appear the sister, Sherelle, was calling for peace. She was quoted as calling for an end to violence "in the city." But CNN left out what came after that statement: a call for protesters to burn down the suburbs.

CNN's so-called 'correspondent' Anna Cabrera, tweeted an apology for the edit. "We short-handed sister's quote. Unintentionally gave the impression she was calling for peace everywhere. Correction."

Four people on Twitter read that tweet.

CNN isn't in the habit of apologizing on air as there may be over 1,000 viewers who see it.

ECU's Mental Midget Marching Band protests National Anthem

Nothing could be finer than the fans of East Carolina booing the Mental Midget Marching Band after several of their members refused to play the National Anthem. Still others did a Kaepernick and took a knee.

The disrespect took place October 1st at Dowdy-Ficklin Stadium. About twelve members of the band disgraced themselves on the field at the opening of the game, but at halftime, the fans had their say. The boos were palpable (the second time today I got to use that word).

Parents and students posted on the school's website saying they were ashamed of the school for allowing this behavior. One parent asked, "What are you teaching these kids? I believe the students have the right to protest but not on that field in uniform."

"What if those of us who write checks to the university stop sending them as our way of using our voice?" another reader asked.

ECU Chancellor Cecil Staton issued a statement defending the Mental Midget Marching Band's disgusting actions: "While we acknowledge and understand the disappointment felt by many Pirate fans in response to the events at the beginning of today's football game, we urge all Pirate students, supporters and participants to act with respect for each other's views." He went on the affirm "the rights of our students, staff and faculty to express their personal views."

Plans are on the drawing board for the ECU Conservative Club to coordinate a "Make America Great Again" halftime show along with a "Salute to Hotdogs and Summer."

The only way to get this crap to cease across the nation is to cut off your support, monetary and otherwise, to schools that allow public displays of anti-American propaganda. 

It's clear that this school chancellor would allow protest demonstrations to take place because he's obviously a leftist. But would he allow a "White Lives Matter" or "Blue Lives Matter" to take place at the halftime show?

The answer is obvious--it doesn't fit their agenda.
