UN tries to stop Alabama from "inhumane" nitrogen gas execution: calls for beheading instead

The United Nations Human Rights Council is doing all it can to interfere with Alabama and their plan of executing Kenneth E. Smith using nitrogen gas. Rather than allowing the murder-for-hire Smith to gently fall asleep from lack of oxygen and then drift off into the bowels of hell, they would rather see him live out the rest of his miserable life in the slammer. But if he must be put to death, most at the UN would prefer a traditional beheading.

Smith was convicted of killing Elizabeth Sennett in Jefferson County, Alabama in 1988 and was convicted 11-1 by a jury, who recommended life without parole. However, the sentencing judge overruled them and decided the POS be put to death. It has taken all this time for the execution to be carried out and is scheduled for January 25th.

The UN argues that there is no evidence to show that using nitrogen gas will not result in a "painful and humiliating death." Others argue that even if that were true--and nobody has ever come back to say which method of killing them was anything other than painful and humiliating--murderers deserve painful and humiliating deaths.

While U.N. "experts" have nothing to prove nitrogen hypoxia would cause suffering, they argue that nitrogen gas executions may violate the U.N. Convention against Torture along with other U.N. agreements that the U.S. is a party. So for Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, and Turkey, just to name a few, the only way to execute someone who deserves it, is to behead them or otherwise butcher them, as the Saudis advocate.

Alabama first attempted to execute Smith on November 17, 2022 via lethal injection. However, administrators in the room failed to find a suitable vein for the fatal drug despite four hours of trying.

Imagine their frustration.

Alabama Supreme Court will allow new execution method for inmate who murderer

An Alabama Supreme Court comprised of all Republicans was divided Wednesday as to whether an inmate would be executed with nitrogen gas to carry out his death sentence.

Well it turns out in a 6-2 decision that this method will be allowed and Kenneth Eugene Smith will be the first to meet his Maker this way.

Although the order did not specify the execution method, the Alabama attorney general indicated in filings with the court that it intends to use nitrogen to put Smith to death. The exact date of the execution will be set later by Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey.

Smith was one of two men convicted in the 1988 murder-for-hire killing of Elizabeth Sennett in Colbert County.

Alabama, Mississippi and Oklahoma are states that had authorized nitrogen hypoxia as an execution method but Alabama will likely be the first to use it if the execution goes through. However, there will probably be further litigation over this new execution method.

"Elizabeth Sennett's family has waited an unconscionable 35 years to see justice served. Today, the Alabama Supreme Court cleared the way for Kenneth Eugene Smith to be executed by nitrogen hypoxia," Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall wrote. "Though the wait has been far too long, I am grateful that our capital litigators have nearly gotten this case to the finish line."

An attorney for Smith did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment.

Lawyers for Smith had urged the court to reject the execution request, perhaps because it's unsafe for Smith.

"The state seeks to make Mr. Smith the test subject for the first ever attempted execution by an untested and only recently released protocol for executing condemned people by the novel method of nitrogen hypoxia," Smith’s attorneys wrote in a September court filing.

I say whatever works.

Under the proposed method, the inmate would be forced to breathe only nitrogen, depriving them of oxygen needed to maintain bodily functions and causing them to die. Nitrogen is mixed with oxygen in our atmosphere and comprises 78% of the air we breathe. 

While some say using nitrogen to kill a scumbag like Smith would be painless, others say it might not be and he should be able to die comfortably, like the former VA Gov. Ralph Northam said, as he believes that unwanted newborns should be made to feel comfortable before the mother decides to kill him or her.

So Smith can be a ground-breaker and get his name into the history books--that would be his only good accomplishment it seems.

The state unsuccessfully attempted to put Smith to death by lethal injection last year. The Alabama Department of Corrections called off the execution when the execution team could not get the required two intravenous lines connected to Smith. But at least they did get the isopropyl alcohol to sterilize the needle to avoid infection.

Smith's attorneys previously accused the state of trying to move Smith to "the front of the line" for a nitrogen execution in order to moot Smith’s lawsuit challenging lethal injection procedures, but there was no line.

Chief Justice Tom Parker and Justice Greg Cook dissented in Wednesday's decision.

Smith was one of two scumcrumpets who were each paid $1,000 to kill Ms. Sennett on behalf of her pastor husband, who was deeply in debt and wanted to collect on insurance, for God's sake. The pastor killed himself the following week and likely never made it to the promised land.

Convicted murderer executed for 1996 rape/murder of U. of OK ballerina

Anthony Sanchez raped and murdered University of Oklahoma ballerina Juli Busken in 1996. He was caught by authorities ten years later after the dancer's death. He had been serving time for a burglary conviction when his DNA from his semen found on Busken's clothing was a match.

Sanchez decided earlier this year not to put forward a final plea for his miserable life.

He was executed Thursday morning and pronounced dead at 10:19 a.m. local time. He received a three-drug injection cocktail at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester.

The now very dead Sanchez had been convicted of raping and murdering Juli Busken, who was 21-years-old. She was an Arkansas native who had completed her last semester of school when she was abducted on December 20, 1996 from the parking lot of her apartment complex. 

Her body was found near a lake in far southeast Oklahoma City that same evening. 

Juli had been bound, raped and shot in the head.

Juli had performed as a ballerina several times during her time at OU and was memorialized at the campus with a dance scholarship in her name at the College of Fine Arts.

Sanchez told AP he declined to ask for clemency because even when the five-member Pardon and Parole Board takes the rare step of recommending it, Gov. Kevin Stitt has been unlikely to grant it.

“I’ve sat in my cell and I’ve watched inmate after inmate after inmate get clemency and get denied clemency,” Sanchez said. “Either way, it doesn’t go well for the inmates.”

Yeah, the poor inmates are the victims here.

Despite the existence of some questions over legitimacy, Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond insisted the DNA evidence uncovered in 2006, which saw Sanchez put on death row, unequivocally linked him with Busken's killing.

“There is no conceivable doubt that Anthony Sanchez is a brutal rapist and murderer who is deserving of the state’s harshest punishment," Drummond said in a recent statement.

And karma came to visit.

Medics say: female Iranian protesters shot in face, genitals and breasts

Medical personnel in Iran treating protesters were disturbed to see the different types of injuries that were inflicted upon women than were inflicted on men. Female protesters were often shot in their faces, breasts and genitals as if these areas were targeted.

Doctors and nurses covertly treated the wounded demonstrators stemming from the protests over the death of Mahsa Amini, 22. She was taken in custody for not wearing a head covering [hijab] properly and thereby causing Iranian men to have lustful thoughts and dreams, and then allowing them to beat their wives for no apparent reason other than they could with impunity.

One doctor from the Isfahan province, home of nuclear weapons research, speaking to the Guardian on condition of anonymity to avoid sudden death syndrome said he believed the authorities “wanted to destroy the beauty of these women.”

And apparently their reproductive capacity.

So far, over 475 people have been killed in the unrest and more than 18,000 have been detained by government forces as part of a brutal crackdown on the popular movement, which was spearheaded by women and girls fed up with the ayatollahs’ draconian rule.

Iranian authorities reportedly have been firing on demonstrators at close range with birdshot pellets made of metal or plastic. Doctors said shots to the eyes were particularly common because Iranians who shoot at unarmed Iranian women cannot suck enough.

The doctor from Isfahan told about his experience treating a young woman who was struck in her crotch area with a dozen pellets, two of which had lodged inside her genitals. 

This seems almost as bad as the US Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman, during the January 6th demonstration in our own country.

“Two pellets were a challenge, because they were wedged in between her urethra and vaginal opening,” he said, adding that the state of the patient left him anguished because she “could have been my daughter.”

Another doctor from the city of Karaj suggested that the so-called security forces “shoot at the faces and private body parts of women because they have an inferiority complex and they want to get rid of their sexual complexes by hurting these young people.”

This sounds more accurate.

On Thursday, Iran carried out the first execution stemming from the protests by hanging Mohsen Shekari and was seeking the death penalty against 21 others.

The gentler and sensitive Taliban execute a child

One can only speculate what President Biden would do if a child in his family was executed by the Taliban for whatever reason. I suspect he might have looked at the pullout from Afghanistan in a different light. He most likely would have kept some military troops there to keep the peace to some extent, but he's an uncaring old fool whose political legacy is more important to him than the lives of others.

A child was executed by the Taliban in Takhar province after his father is suspected to be part of the Afghan Resistance Forces. Death by association. The execution was reported by Panjshir Observer, an independent media outlet covering the current Panjshir situation in which Afghan troops are still fighting the Taliban.

"Child executed in Takhar province by Taliban fighters after his father is suspected of being in the Resistance. #WarCrimes #Afghanistan," Panjshir Observer said in a tweet.

Yes, it's a war crime to kill a civilian, and a freaking sin to kill a child.

The execution shows the Taliban's crackdown of Afghans who raise their voices against them and proves their voices are correct.

After the Taliban took over Afghanistan, they tried to project a moderate image to the world. They would like to have a seat at the UN. They would like us all to believe they are not the brutal b@stards they are thought to be--but they are and more. 

They executed a child.

And what they did or allowed to happen at Kabul airport is further proof that they didn't change. People like this never do and Biden is either too stupid to understand this, or is a willing actor in the scheme of things.

Some have claimed the Taliban has "returned to their previous modus opprandi, but the truth is, they never left. It isn't a mere strategy for them--it's how they practice their religion. If they are willing to blow themselves to pieces for jihad, killing a child is justified too.

Violence has always been who the Taliban was an is, and to think they would modify their behavior, allow women in public office or even get an education, is naive. Hell, they are forbidding barbers to trim men's beards because it's un-Islamic. And to think they would no longer use violence as a means to an end is crazy.

Biden's failure in Afghanistan cannot be hidden with words by Jen Psaki or by Biden's BB-brained blatant blatherings about building back better. 

The Taliban executed a child. Let that sink in.

Iran flogs, executes two teen rapists

Two teens, both age 17, were convicted rapists when they were 15-years-old and spent two years in an Iranian prison.

Cousins Mehdi Sohrabifar and Amin Sedaghat, were flogged then executed in Adelabad prison on April 25. Amnesty International is claiming the pair endured “unfair trials” that doomed them.

Amnesty said the pair were both brutally beaten while in police detention and were barred from speaking with their lawyer.

Making matters worse, the two teens, their families and their lawyers had no idea they would be executed until the deed was done, but the day prior to their beatings and murders, their families were allowed to visit them and were given no explanation as to why.

International human rights laws typically frown on executing anyone under the age of 18 at the time crimes were committed. And as much as rape is repugnant and should call for the death penalty, the brains of these kids weren't even fully developed when they committed the atrocity.

“The Iranian authorities have once again proved that they are sickeningly prepared to put children to death, in flagrant disregard of international law,” Amnesty International spokesman Philip Luther told the Daily Mail.

“It seems they cruelly kept these two boys in the dark about their death sentences for two years, flogged them in the final moments of their lives and then carried out their executions in secret.”

Luther added: “We have identified a trend in which Iran’s authorities are carrying out executions of juvenile offenders in secret and without giving advance notice to the families, seemingly in a deliberate attempt to avoid global outrage.”

Iran has executed at least 97 people who were under the age of 18 at the time of their crimes between 1990 and 2018, Amnesty said.

Obviously, the Iranians involved in these executions have a sick and sadistic character and are no better than the people they execute.

Kim Jong Un orders execution of army officer who fed the troops

Dennis Rodman may think Kim Jong Un is a good guy, and President Trump may praise his leadership acumen, but it turns out Kim sucks as a leader and double sucks as a human being.

It has been reported that Kim ordered a high ranking military officer to be put to death after he was accused of giving extra food and fuel rations to his troops and their families, according to Reuters.

Lt. Gen. Hyon Ju Song of the Korean People's Army in Pyongyang was executed by a firing squad for "charges of abusing authority and engaging in anti-Party acts."

Evidently, pro-Party acts is to let the people starve along with their families.

Hyon served as a member of the Worker's Party of Korea's Central Committee and battalion commander under the Supreme Guard Command and was considered a rising star in the army.

"While checking the oil supplies for the Sohae Satellite Launching Station during the comprehensive inspections of wartime supplies on April 10, Hyon stated, 'We no longer have to suffer and tighten our belts to make rockets or nuclear weapons.' This was seen as an abuse of authority and a treasonous statement that opposed the Party's military-first policy," a source told Daily NK.

Dennis Rodman still thinks Kim is cool and just misunderstood.

Homophobic ISIS executioner captured in Iraq

An angry looking, white-bearded Muslim militant who officiated over the executions of dozens of gay men and other Muslims who weren't religious enough, was captured in the Iraqi city of Mosul last week, according to reports.

Abu Omer (aka "Whitey Mohammed") was arrested after locals in the city tipped off security forces as to the whereabouts of his hideout, the iran-based AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA) reported.

Omer was a main presence in several disgusting videos of ISIS executions in which homosexuals were thrown off buildings, as called for in the noble Koran, and others beheaded and stoned to death for minor offenses, such as blasphemy, as called for in the noble Koran.

For example, if you're a carpenter and hit your finger with a hammer as you're hammering a nail, and you yell out "G_d dammit!" you can be killed, especially if you refer to G_d as Allah.

In one video, in March 2015, it appears that Omer is reading off a list of charges against three men before they're publicly beheaded. In another video, Omer inspects a pile of rocks before a public stoning, evidently looking for a good throwing stone.

Now this scum weed could be executed himself for his past.

Human Rights Watch reported last month that about 20,000 people are being held across Iraq on suspicion of ties to ISIS. If Angela Merkel and Justin Trudeau have their way, they will be sent home with a stern warning to never do what they did, ever again.

As far as Omer is concerned, hopefully he will get what he deserves. And may he rest in pieces.

There are no "botched" capital punishment executions

Varner, Arkansas -- Kenneth Williams was initially sentenced to life in prison for killing 10-year-old Dominique Hurd, a cheerleader at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. 

Dominique (aka "Nicki") was described by her college coach and friend, Karen Blunt. She said, "Dominique was very, very smart . . . intelligent and full of life. Her soul was beautiful."

Nicki was studying to become a physician.

Court documents explain that Kenneth Williams, 19, kidnapped Hurd and a male friend at gunpoint. He drove them to several ATMs to get money and shot them both, emptying his gun, and drove away in a stolen car. This all came after he made the friend pull down Nicki's underwear and photograph her before he shot them.

The friend survived but Nicki died at the hospital.

He was found guilty and sent to Cummins prison. But at the conclusion of that trial, he taunted the Hurd family by turning to them after the sentence was announced and saying "You thought I was going to die, didn't you?"

While serving time for Hurd's murder, Williams escaped from the prison in October 1999 in a 500 gallon barrel of hog slop. 

He walked two miles down the road and broke into the home of Cecil Boren. He confiscated Boren's guns and shot him six times before stealing his vehicle. 

Then he drove to Missouri but crashed into another vehicle as he was being chased by police. The wreck killed the other driver, Michael Greenwood.

In 2000, he was sentenced to death.

Numerous appeals had been filed by Williams' attorneys, including the claim that he is "intellectually disabled" and thus is ineligible for execution. They filed a final appeal Thursday claiming his medical conditions such as his sickle cell trait and lupus, puts him at risk for severe suffering during the execution.

He even became a Christian in prison and is sorry he shot all those people and killed a man with a stolen car. 

Unfortunately for Williams, his attorneys didn't have expertise in medicine nor psychiatry and thus couldn't prove that he would suffer as he made others suffer in fear as he murdered them in cold blood.

In a final attempt to save his life, he wrote to Arkansas reporter Deborah Robinson saying that he is sorry.

"To the families of my victims, to whom I have brought pain, great loss, and suffering, as shallow as 'I am sorry for robbing you of your loved one' can sound, I would rather say it, and mean it, than not say it at all," Williams wrote, not sounding very mentally challenged as his attorneys once claimed.

He asked for clemency so he could demonstrate to the parole board "I was no longer the person I once was. God has transformed me, and even the worst of us can be reformed and renewed."

Along with Williams, seven other Death Row inmates fought against their executions like their victims fought for their lives before they were killed by them. The grounds for a stay of execution was that the sedative used by Arkansas--midazolam, a drug to render them unconscious in botched executions in other states--didn't reliably prevent a painful death. 

In other words, the execution may have caused them pain because they couldn't peacefully go unconscious before their lives ended. Kind of what happened to 19-year-old Dominique Hurd when she was shot repeatedly as she lied awake as bullets pierced her flesh and entered vital organs.

The Arkansas Supreme Court denied the claim.

Lethal injection historically required a 3-drug cocktail: first was sodium thiopental, aka pentobarbital, to put the killer to sleep; then pancuronium bromide to bring on paralysis; and finally, potassium chloride to stop the heart. 

When Williams was given a lethal injection (after the injection site was swabbed with alcohol to prevent infection) on Thursday, he began lurching and convulsing before he died. This prompted calls for investigations and renewed exploration of Arkansas' effort to do a wholesale execution of eight killers before the drug expired at the end of the month.

Williams became the fourth convicted killer in eight days to get what he gave to others.

An Associated Press reporter who witnessed the execution said that about 3 minutes after the injection was given, Williams' body rapidly jerked 15 times, lurching violently against the restraint across his chest. Then the rate of jerking slowed to a final five.

J.R. Davis, a spokesman for Gov. Asa Hutchinson (who didn't witness the execution, said the movements were "an involuntary muscular reaction" that is a widely known effect of midazolam, the first of the three drugs given.

Williams' lawyers, who themselves and whose own friends and families were not affected by the Williams' murders called witness accounts "horrifying" and demanding an investigation into what they termed the "problematic execution."

The ACLU of Arkansas called for a review, saying the state may have violated the Eighth Amendment, which prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.

Blowing up a person, as Kim Jong Un had ordered, with an anti-aircraft gun is unusual, but it's probably quick and therefore not cruel. 

Beheading someone with a knife or sword is cruel, but unfortunately, it is not longer unusual.

But causing lurching and convulsions resulting from a tranquilizer injection just prior to death doesn't seem so terribly cruel to the victim as much as it does to the witnesses. 

Funny how people call upon the US Constitution when it suits their needs, but when it doesn't, they say it's irrelevant.

On Friday morning Republican Sen. Trent Garner, who witnessed the execution, tweeted that Williams did not "seem in pain . . . It was not cruel, unusual, botched or torture."

"Any amount of movement he might have had was far less than any of his victims," said Jodie Efird, one of Boren's daughters, who witnessed the execution.

State officials called the string of executions a huge success giving "closure" to victim's families.

All of the Arkansas inmates died within 20 minutes of their executions outset. In other states where midazolam was used, some executions took anywhere from 43 minutes to two hours.

Why not just give them something like ether to put them under before putting them out?

Arrrest made in San Antonio detective's execution

The man suspected of executing a San Antonio police detective was arrested Monday afternoon.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus told the media that 31-year-old Otis Tyrone McKane was arrested without incident around 4:30 p.m. local time and charged with capital murder.

A car driven by a woman with a 2-year-old child with McKane as a passenger was stopped by law enforcement east of the city. It isn't known what their relationship is at this time.

The arrest came after a 30-hour-long hunt for the coward who shot Det. Benjamin Marconi, 50, as he was writing a traffic ticket in his squad car Sunday morning outside police headquarters. The person receiving the ticket is not believed to be connected to the shooter.

The investigators believe McKane drove up behind Marconi's squad car, walked up to the driver's-side window and shot him, coward style.

McManus said that McKane had a criminal record, but didn't go into detail. The vehicle the police were searching for was found near the coward's home. "Everyone is relieved," McManus said to reporters. "I don't think anyone slept last night."

Surveillance video showed the shooter at police headquarters about 4 hours prior to the shooting. McKane asked the desk clerk a question but left before receiving an answer, but McManus declined to say what the scumcrumpet asked.

"I don't know why he was in headquarters . . . we have some ideas," he said.

After the arrest the suspect was being escorted to Bexar County Jail and told reporters that he was angry with the court system for not letting him see his son and he "lashed out at somebody who didn't deserve it."

"I've been through several custody battles and I was upset at the situation I was in, and I lashed out at someone who didn't deserve it," he said, adding that he wished to apologize to the family of the slain officer.

Yeah, apologizing will make it all better and the Marconi family will forgive you.

Not so ironically, the Obama administration has not commented on this horrible incident, but if Obama had a son . . . well, let's not go there.

ISIS commander: the worst job in the world

If you win, you die. If you lose, you die. Not such a great gig to be a "Fightin' ISIS Scumcrumpet," is it?

ISIS commanders who screw up and fail to win in battle are being fed alive to hungry dogs in a brutal new and improved form of execution. 

Improved if you're a sick jihadist who has taken the commands of the Koran and performed a few creative tweaks with it, killing people who don't live up to ISIS expectations.

The new execution methods have been revealed by Hasan Khala Hasan, a Kurdish Peshmerga commander whose parents had little imagination when naming him. 

Hasan had been fighting on the Gwer front in northern Iraq. He said the killings were done after a number of ISIS defeats and loss of territory in Iraq and Syria. The purpose of the executions is to scare the crap out of living commanders and show them that they better follow rules and commands from their religious leaders.

Dier Ahmed (his friends call him Dier Straits) a Kurdish sociologist, told ABNA that "ISIS uses any members who are thought to be of no use, for the organization to frighten other members."

The U.S. military last week said the ISIS continues to lose control over territory across Iraq and Syria. They are now down to about half of what they once controlled in Iraq and all bets are off for a world caliphate. In fact, they'd be lucky to get a mosque out of the whole deal.

Last week, 25 Mosul folks were killed by being lowered into a vat of nitric acid, proving that these guys from ISIS are more interested in creative ways to kill than they are in simply chopping off heads or shooting their victims of this "religious' war. 

The excuse for killing these poor souls was that they were accused of spying on ISIS for the Iraqi security forces.

Witnesses said the 25 'spies' were tied together with rope and lowered into a large basin containing nitric acid and kept there until their organs dissolved. 

Another way victims were killed was by being crushed by a large boulder in Yemen. The terrorist organization put together a video entitled "Crush your enemies." The prisoners were dressed in blue jumpsuits and murdered using different methods: crushing, knives, guns, and acid, just to name a few methods.

Upon seeing the video, American liberals called for more gun control.
