Cop-hating radio host who said "F*** the police" upset her first fender-bender killed a cop

On April 27th, a New York radio host streamed herself on Facebook saying "F**k the police," and just hours later plowed her Volkswagon into a NYPD highway officer who was directing traffic after a previous deadly accident.

I posted about the incident and described how Officer Anastasios Tsakos, 43, the father of a six-year-old daughter and three-year-old son, was thrown about 200 feet from the impact and killing him.

The alleged killer, Jessica Beauvais, 32, sat in the back of the patrol car after her arrest and according to The New York Daily News, she complained, “Why did my first accident have to be a cop? Not that I wanted it to be someone else, but f**k, I’ve been driving since I was 16 and haven’t hit as much as a pothole.”

On Tuesday, Jessica Beauvais was arraigned in Queens Supreme Court on Tuesday on a 13-count indictment for the death of NYPD Highway Officer Tsakos, whose leg was severed in the collision.

On her radio show, Beauvais posted a nearly two-hour Facebook stream in which she spoke of the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, saying, “This week we are going to talk about the ignorance that was the Derek Chauvin trial — or the ignorance that is essentially just is this f**king justice system.”

As she spat out her venom, she Played the song “F**k Tha Police” by N.W. A., she added, “Like NWA say about the police — if you’re going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me. I’m one of those people. If I’m going to go, someone is coming.”

During the entire video Beauvais was drinking an unknown substance from a plastic cup and later washing it down with a bottle of Snapple. The Daily Mail reported, “Police sources claim she later confessed to guzzling vodka before the deadly accident.”

Beauvais had been driving with a suspended license along the Long Island Expressway when the incident occurred.

Once she reached the precinct station house, Beauvais reportedly told police, “I was driving tonight. I was operating the vehicle, I was going to pick up my son. I came from the studio, I had a shot of Absolut 1800 [vodka]. I don’t drink, I smoke. [Although vodka has a high enough alcohol level to burn, you cannot smoke it.] I smoke weed regularly. I drank two glasses of wine [so she does drink] and dropped my son off in West Hempstead [L.I.]. I smoked at the podcast studio. I had two more glasses of wine and had two shots of 1800 Patron, I don’t know why they stopped me. Speeding, I guess. They say I hit someone. I heard a thump.”

But she doesn't drink and drives with her son in the car when she smokes wine and vodka.

After the arraignment, Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch stated: “She’s been remanded, but let me tell you this, when you look in that courtroom and see that woman, she doesn’t look evil, but the words she said the night before were hurtful. She doesn’t look evil, but her actions created evil. She has to answer for what she’s done. She has to pay for the consequences that those hateful words and those evil actions caused to a police officer and his family. She knows she did it because she confessed to it. She’s in prison now because she ran. She meant to run. She didn’t care about any other police officers or the public.”

The 13-count indictment against Beauvais included aggravated manslaughter, manslaughter, aggravated criminally negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter. She pled not guilty but was denied bail for some reason.

Her biggest mistake was not being an illegal alien.

Driver who intentionally killed cop in hit-and-run indicted on 13 counts

Long Island, NY -- A 32-year-old Black woman who reportedly drove her vehicle at an NYPD cop, killing him during a drunken rant, has been indicted on 13 counts, including aggravated manslaughter and aggravated criminally negligent homicide.

The woman, Jessica Beauvais, faces up to only 15 years in prison if convicted of the charges.

According to a report from the New York Post on Monday, the cop-hating woman reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .15 — nearly twice the legal limit in New York — when she intentionally struck the officer with her car.

Beauvais clearly appeared drunk and was reportedly driving with a suspended license. She struck NYPD Highway Officer Anastasios Tsakos while driving on the Long Island Expressway on April 27 in the borough of Queens.

She reportedly struck Officer Tsakos — who was on the scene of a separate fatal motor vehicle accident. He was hit so hard that the impact threw him 40 feet in the air, at which point she fled the scene.

When she was caught, her sedan's windshield was caved-in and a traffic cone was wedged under the front of its chassis--what you might call 'damning evidence.'

She reportedly told investigators that she had been drinking vodka in the hours that led up to the intentional hit-and-run.

Just prior to the accident, Beauvais — a podcaster and radio host — recorded a lengthy anti-police rant in which she blasted the justice system and its police officers.

While discussing the Derek Chauvin trial, she quoted hip-hop group N.W.A."Like N.W.A. say about the police, if you're going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me," she said.

"I'm one of those people," she said at the time. "If I'm going to go, someone is coming."

“What happened to fighting?" she also said during the podcast. “I grew up on fighting. I like to fight. My hands and my feet and teeth. It does something for me — what does it do for you? F***ing people up never stopped being a thing. Shooting people is still wack. It means you can't fight. It means you're a cop." [But using your vehicle as a weapon is okay?]

She added, "F*** the police."

During her initial arraignment, Beauvais said, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I hit him and now he's dead."

I wonder what she would have said if she didn't get caught.

All Lives Matter. Blue Lives Matter.

NYC radio host tells her FB audience "F*** the police. Then allegedly rams cop with car, kills him, speeds away

A New York radio host streaming on Facebook said, "F**k the police." Several hours later, she allegedly, and with a suspended drivers license, drove her car into a NYPD highway cop who was redirecting traffic, killing him and fleeing from the scene at high speed.

She was later caught.

Jessica Beauvais, 32, posted on her "Face the Reality" radio show an approximately two-hour Facebook stream in which she spoke about the Derek Chauvin trial; the former Minneapolis police officer found guilty in the George Floyd murder trial.

“This week we are going to talk about the ignorance that was the Derek Chauvin trial — or the ignorance that is essentially just is this f***ing justice system,” and played the lovely song “F**k Tha Police,” by N.W. A. She added, “Like NWA say about the police – if you’re going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me. I’m one of those people. If I’m going to go, someone is coming.”

Beauvais was vaping and drinking a dark liquid from a recyclable plastic cup and later washed down something in a red shot glass with a bottle of Snapple, according to The Daily Mail. They also said that she later admitted to guzzling vodka before the deadly alleged murder of the police officer.

“What happened to fighting?” she asked, according to the outlet. “I grew up on fighting. I like to fight. My hands and my feet and teeth. It does something for me — what does it do for you? F***ing people up never stopped being a thing. Shooting people is still wack. It means you can’t fight. It means you’re a cop.”

Her logic is amazing. She is able to dismiss all the shootings in Chicago, New York, Detroit, and other cities that are perpetrated most often by minorities, but instead comes to the conclusion that when someone is shot, it's by a cop.

After signing off around 2 a.m. by saying, “F*** the police. F*** them,” Beauvais drove onto the Long Island Expressway, according to the criminal complaint, and allegedly plowed her car into Anastasios Tsakos, 43, while he was redirecting traffic after a separate fatal car accident on the Long Island Expressway.

“Tsakos was in full reflective gear, next to a marked police car with flashing lights and a series of cones,” ABC 7 reported.

According to court documents, Beauvais stated, “I did hear a thump, so I knew I hit something but I didn’t see what it was.” She also may have noticed that her windshield was completely shattered and the front of her vehicle was badly damaged. She may have also concluded she struck someone when the officer went flying in the air about 100 feet in front of her and landed in the grass along the side of the road.

Sure, even though officer Tsakos leaves behind a 3-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, it's Beauvais who is the real victim here because people just might assume she hit him on purpose.

NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea told the press that Beauvais was driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license.

“I think that when you see the images of [Beauvais’] car and the windshield that is completely shattered, as well as damage to the front of the car, there is no way to not know that you struck an individual,” he said, as The New York Post reported.

She reportedly passed multiple exits on the L.I.E., eventually driving onto a curb. According to prosecutors, when police surrounded the vehicle, she allegedly backed into a police car in an attempt to get away. Maybe she was hoping to score another kill.

“When finally arrested, the agitated suspect ranted and swore at the cops taking her into custody for vehicular manslaughter, DWI and driving with a suspended license in the tragic death of Tsakos, police said. ‘F— you,’ a source quoted her telling the arresting officers. ‘I don’t have to listen to you,'” The New York Daily News reported. Actually she does.

On Tuesday afternoon, as she was exiting NYPD’s 107th Precinct in handcuffs, Beauvais stated, “I’m sorry that I hit him and that he’s dead.” Actually, she's sorry she got caught, is my guess.

Beauvais faces up to only 15 years in prison, a sentence that is too short. Among the 13 charges brought against her are second degree manslaughter, second degree vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of an incident.

The insanity continues. . .
