Tiger Woods arrested for DUI, released from jail, looks like 20 miles of bad road

Tiger Woods with bloodshot eyes

Tiger Woods was arrested on Friday for allegedly driving under the influence after a car crash that left his vehicle rolled over on the driver's side. [The term 'allegedly' is used here to avoid legal ramifications.] As luck would have it, he didn't kill anyone in this, his third accident.

The golfer was released from jail Friday night.

In a mugshot released hours after his arrest, Woods' eyes appeared bloodshot, as he donned a fashionable blue polo inside the Martin County Jail in Florida.

Woods was seen leaving the jail in the passenger seat of a black SUV after his release on bail late Friday, according to The Associated Press.

Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek confirmed in a news conference that Woods was traveling at "a high rate of speed" when his vehicle collided with another car, resulting in his vehicle rolling over onto the driver's side.

Authorities said Woods "exemplified signs of impairment." He blew "triple-zeroes" for alcohol but refused a urine test, which possibly [aka likely] indicates he was drug-impaired.

"DUI investigators came to the scene here, and Mr. Woods did exemplify signs of impairment. They did several tests on him. Of course, he did explain the injuries and the surgeries that he had. We did take that into account, but they did do some in-depth roadside tests," Budensiek added.

But no warrant for a blood draw was requested, as is often the case with less famous people and Woods was off the hook, at least in part.

"We really weren't suspicious of alcohol being involved in this case, and that proved to be true at the jail. … But when it came time for us to ask for a urinalysis test, he refused. And, so, he's been charged with DUI, with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test."

Woods was spotted on the phone after the crash, wearing fashionable navy blue shorts.

The golfer was charged with DUI, property damage and refusal to submit to a test, all misdemeanor charges. No one was injured, authorities said. Woods was alone in the car and crawled out of the passenger door after the crash.

The man who hits little white balls into little holes was driven from the Martin County Jail after being arrested for driving under the influence following a car crash on March 27, 2026, in Stuart, Florida. "This could've been a lot worse," Budensiek noted.

Yes, he could have killed someone and/or himself, but he was lucky once again.

President Donald Trump commented on the arrest of his "very close friend."

"I feel so badly. He's got some difficulty," Trump said. "There was an accident, and that's all I know. Very close friend of mine. He's an amazing person, an amazing man, but some difficulty." Woods has not commented on the arrest.

Woods currently is dating Trump's ex-daughter-in-law, Vanessa, whose daughter, Kai, is set to play college golf in Miami next week.

This is Woods' second DUI arrest within the last decade. In 2017, he was taken into custody, also in Jupiter Island, after taking prescription drugs and being asleep behind the wheel of a running car at 3 a.m.

In 2021, he got into a wreck that resulted in serious leg injuries that kept him off the golf course for the entire year.

Woods made his return to competitive golf earlier this week in the TGL championship after rupturing his Achilles just before last year's Masters (this year's tournament is in less than two weeks). Woods has not appeared on the links since the 2024 PGA Championship, in which he missed the cut.

Tim Walz never received an award from Nebraska Chamber of Commerce--he lies a lot

Tim Walz didn't fight in Iran war, he served in Italy and bailed out of military when he was supposed to go there, nor did he retire as a Command Sergeant Major because he never finished the requirements to do so. He said he was carrying weapons for war, implying that he went to war--he didn't. Instead, he used these stolen valor lies to enhance himself politically.

A Congressional Challenge Coin has his rank as a Command Sergeant Major: a lie

Walz also wasn't a head coach for a high school football team, he was an assistant coach.

He lied about a 1995 DUI he had claiming he wasn't impaired. In fact, he was drunk and it's documented that he was going 96 mph in a 55 mph zone.

And his claim that he had his kids by IVF [in vitro fertilization] is yet another lie and the mainstream media has no interest in reporting any of this. He made the claim because he believes Republicans want to ban IVF treatment, but even his wife called him out on this.

So the guy who wants to be a heartbeat away from the presidency can't manage to be honest with the American public. He lies as often as Joe Biden gaffes. And now Walz it was discovered that he claimed to have won an award from the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce for his apparent contributions to the business community while running for Congress in 2006. That turned out to be news to the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce.

Tim Walz DUI mugshot

The Chamber of Commerce's President Barry Kennedy has told Walz to remove the lie saying,  "we respectfully request that you remove any reference to our organization as it could be considered an endorsement of your candidacy. It should be pointed out, however, that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has endorsed your opponent, Congressman Gil Gutknecht, for his support of small business issues."

Talk about about a kick in the Tampons.

Like his football coaching claim, the award was actually for the Junior Chamber of Commerce. See, not head coach--assistant coach; not Chamber of Commerce--Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Next thing you know we'll be hearing how Walz worked as a lifeguard and had to stand up to a guy named Chippotato.

CA Dem running for Porter's House seat arrested for a DUI

A California Democrat running for Rep. Katie Porter's seat in the House apologized Wednesday for getting caught driving drunk. Porter (D-CA) is vying for a Senate seat.

“Last night I was cited for a misdemeanor for driving under the influence,” state Sen. Dave Min said in a post on Facebook. “My decision to drive last night was irresponsible. I accept full responsibility and there is no excuse for my actions.” [So elect me because I'm a Democrat.]

“To my family, constituents and supporters, I am so deeply sorry,” he added. “I know I need to do better. I will not let this personal failure distract from our work in California and in Washington.”

Fortunately, Min did not kill anyone when he was driving under the influence, but he could have.

The Los Angeles Times reported the Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the California Highway Patrol arrested Min, and records show he was released from Sacramento County jail on Wednesday. So he wasn't just 'cited' as he said, he was arrested like a common criminal.

Min is a former business law professor at UC Irvine. He ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018 and lost to Porter. He then ran and got elected to the state Senate in 2020.

In January, Porter announced her campaign to succeed the brain withered Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who recently discovered that she does not plan to seek re-election. So with that, Min declared his candidacy for Porter's seat in Orange County, and to celebrate, he got commode-hugging drunk and drove his vehicle until he got caught.

Min’s campaign website touts the state senator’s leftist lunatic legislative record featuring bills focused on “bold and aggressive gun violence prevention,” the climate, and more woke agenda nonsense.

“A first-generation Korean-American, Dave is running for Congress to create a better California for the children of Orange County — one that reflects our core values of diversity, tolerance, and opportunity that drew his parents and millions of others like them to this country in search of a better life,” the website notes. “Dave isn’t afraid to take on Trumpian Republicans and their dangerous policies, and works tirelessly every day to create an economy and community that uplift Orange County families.”

By "Trumpian Republicans" he means anyone who believes in the virtues of the U.S. Constitution, the right of the unborn to get born, and the importance of law and order. Trump has nothing to do with this insofar as what conservatives believe as these beliefs came before Trump got elected.

Porter endorsed Min to replace her, saying Min has “proven that he can win in this area while delivering on a progressive agenda with real results.” Just as long as he doesn't deliver it by automobile.

Besides Porter, two other execrable House Democrats — Reps. Adam Schiff and Barbara Lee — have announced campaigns to replace Feinstein in the Senate. A victory by Schiff or Lee would validate the theory that California Democrats would vote for a cow plop if it was shaped in a "D."

State Rep. Robin Comey (D) arrested for DUI after crash near Capitol: video released

Rep. Robin Comey (D-Branford) flipped her 2016 Honda Civic in the middle of Capitol Ave. at 6:07 p,m. on March 16th. She was uninjured and was evaluated with a field sobriety test for drunk driving, which she failed miserably and it was determined she was sloshed. She was unable to follow the police officer's instructions and was handcuffed and taken into custody. The incident took place close to the state Capitol.

Comey, 55, declined medical attention and later consented to two breathalyzer tests. Her blood alcohol level was 0.1446, well above the legal limit of 0.08%

The arrest can be seen on the video below.

Comey, who could not be reached the following morning, made news in 2021 after having difficulty speaking in an evening House debate, which she attributed then to exhaustion “and regrettably, the wine I had with dinner.”

Evidently, she wasn't kidding.

House Speaker Matt Ritter said that he is removing Comey from all committee and leadership assignments "until further notice."

Comey made the following statement the day after her arrest:
"I want to apologize to my constituents, my colleagues in the CT General Assembly, my family and friends for my DUI arrest on Thursday night. After much reflection and with the support of my family, starting today, I will begin treatment to better understand the disease that is addiction and to get help I recognize I need. I am deeply grateful in advance to everyone for giving me the time and support I need."
The crash occurred between Lawrence and Babcock Streets, about two blocks from the Legislative Office Building. Several Good Samaritans rushed to help the drunken woman out of her overturn vehicle.

Her vehicle struck two parked cars before it flipped.

One witness said, "She was thinking about leaving the scene. Like she was going to leave the scene and we were like just have a seat until the professionals get here."

Man shouting and attacking cops with 5 foot steel bar shot and killed

Oxnard, CA -- Officers were responding to a DUI investigation on the side of the road when a man, Adam Barcenas, 60, who was not involved in the incident began shouting and wielding a 5-foot steel bar in a threatening manner was ordered to stop but continued to come toward three police officers on scene. Barcenas refused to stop and continued to come toward the officers and was shot three times.

The Oxnard Police Department has released bodycam video footage on March 17 of the incident. It should only be viewed [below] at your discretion as it is disturbing as it shows Barcenas confronting officers Shayn Schwartz, Alexus Santos and Bryce Parker. The latter two were assisting Officer Schwartz with the DUI incident.

Barcenas has a long history of violence, disorderly conduct and robbery, according to VC Star. He had also attacked two senior citizens in 2019 in Oxnard, one of whom, Armida Castro, 71, had died several days after the attack.

The bodycam footage shows the three patrol cars parked near a grassy area and bench outside the post office between A Street and Oxnard Boulevard. Santos is speaking to the DUI suspect and you can hear Barcenas shouting as he approached the cops, "Hey, you f**king pigs. I hate you."

Santos warned her fellow officers, "Watch out...get back," as Barcenas came into view holding a long steel rod. Santos pulled out her taser, as shown in the video.

Barcenas can be seen holding the bar and approaching Schwartz, and it looks like he was lifting the pole to strike when he was shot. He was then seen stumbling and dropping the pole, which is the disturbing part of the video, which shows the footage of all three bodycams from different viewpoints.

The incident was captured in three different bodycam footage. In all of them, officers can be heard shouting: "Hey, put it down!" After the shots were fired, Schwartz said to his radio: "Shots fired. Officer needs help." The department said three of the four rounds fired hot Barcenas, He was struck in his inner right thigh, left hip, and left upper torso. Barcenas was initially treated at the scene. He was later taken to Ventura County Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The incident will now be investigated by the department's major crimes unit. The report will be submitted to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office for legal review, and an administrative review will be performed by the department's professional standards division to determine whether the cops' actions were in line with agency policy.

The DA's office will also be investigating the case to determine whether the use of force was legally justified.

True to form, the left-leaning media showed their bias.

CBS News, for example, had the headline: "Suspect allegedly armed with metal steel bar killed in Oxnard police shooting."

First of all, steel bars are metal so the headline is redundant, but let's not quibble.

What CBS leaves out is important information about the suspect.

Here's what they wrote:
A 60-year-old Oxnard resident died following an officer-involved shooting, police said.
The incident unfolded as officers were conducting a DUI investigation in the 100 block of West Fourth Street around 6 a.m. Sunday. There, the suspect who was not the subject of that probe allegedly ran toward officers with a metal steel bar.

As a result, police gave verbal commands to put the bar down. The suspect then allegedly continued to advance toward officers in a threatening manner, police said.
"Two of the police officers drew their department issued tasers, and one police officer drew his service weapon. The suspect advanced to within just a few feet of one of the police officers, prompting the officer involved shooting," Oxnard police said in a news release.

The suspect was struck by gunfire and was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. No officers were injured.

Anyone who might have witnessed the incident was asked to call Det. Meagan Tobey at (805) 385-7755.
It's almost as if CBS [and other left-leaning outlets] would like us to believe the suspect, who they don't name, was simply a resident of Oxnard and not the obvious miscreant his history shows.

Nobody should have to die in such an incident as what took place in Oxnard, but when you leave out key information, and especially fail to show the bodycam footage of what took place, you're creating more distrust and hatred for the police and may even be promoting protests and violence in a situation in which the police response was justified.

But let's not pretend the mainstream media has no agenda.

Paulie P's Law Enforcement Assoc. membership may be revoked after he flashed it during his DUI

Pro Tip: Never get photographed with a drink in your hand

The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation [aka CHP 11-99] is reviewing Paul Pelosi's [aka Paulie P] membership following reports that he flashed his membership card to cops who arrested him for DUI in May, at the scene of an accident he caused.

CHP 11-99 confirmed to Fox News Digital that members who bring its name or property into law enforcement contact violates their terms and conditions agreement, even for those people who believe they are above the law.

The foundation noted the wording of its policy which states that attempting to use membership in exchange for "preferential treatment" in any contact with police will result in immediate termination, and this is exactly what Paulie P is alleged to have done.

"We will await the outcome of this trial and will evaluate Mr. Pelosi’s membership status once we have all of the facts," Laura Reed, a spokesperson for the group, told Fox News Digital in an email. "If it is proven he violated our terms and conditions, we will revoke his membership and we would request that all membership items be returned as they are property of the 11-99 Foundation."

"Once we receive those items, we would issue a refund of any contribution he’s made to the Foundation," she continued.

Now that's probably going to sting.

Reed added that the CHP 11-99 Foundation was aware of the media reports, but said the incident involving Pelosi was an ongoing investigation and the foundation didn't yet have all the facts, which sounds as if there is going to be politics involved.

Paulie P is the lucky guy married to the beautiful and talented Speaker of the House Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi (D-CA). According to court documents, Paulie handed over his CHP 11-99 card along with his driver's license to police who requested identification.

"These cards are used to identify our members at various public and private events and to show pride in membership and support of the CHP," Reed said.

On Wednesday, Paulie P pleaded not guilty to both charges: DUI causing injury and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher causing injury, stemming from the May 28th crash. He faces five years of probation and no less than 5 days in the slammer, which he said he could do standing on his head.

"Paulie P" had "drug in his system", tried his "get out of jail free card" during DUI arrest

House Speaker Hubby Paul Pelosi [aka Paulie P; aka The Wizard of Wall Street], 82, still knows how to party, but not after he leaves the party in his Porsche. He was arrested for DUI in Napa County and while we thought his impairment was only due to alcohol, there is more to it than we knew.

You recall, Paulie P was in a collision with another drive who was not stoned or drunk on May 28 along California Route 29. Cops found Paulie sitting in the driver's seat of his severely damaged Porsche,  eyes all watery, slurred speech, and smelling like "Seniors Drink Free Night" at a local bar.

The other driver in a Jeep suffered minor injuries and was not impaired.

When Pelosi spoke to the officers, his speech sounded worse than Joe Biden's, showing “signs of impairment” and handed the officers a police courtesy card with his license, hoping to beat the rap and that his wife would be taken hostage by the Chinese on the trip she had planned.

Breitbart news tweeted about the arrest:
Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, had slurred speech, red and watery eyes, and a drug in his system at the time of his arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol, according to new court documents. https://t.co/ioKLZLkJZf

— Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews)
Then Fox News reported, “Pelosi allegedly handed officers his driver’s license and an ’11-99 Foundation’ card when they asked for his ID, according to the documents. The 11-99 Foundation is a California Highway Patrol charity that supports officers and provides scholarships for their children.”

Well, imagine the Twitter mob when they heard that Paulie P may have tried to get the cops to bend:
BREAKING REPORT: Paul Pelosi INJURED DRIVER in May 28th DUI Accident – Court Docs Reveal Pelosi also had DRUG IN HIS SYSTEM and Attempted to Present a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card…

— Chuck Callesto (@ChuckCallesto) August 3, 2022
⁉️Pelosi💥Drugs💥DUI⁉️ @SpeakerPelosi’s husband, #PaulPelosi befuddled an attempt to hand Police a Get Out Of Jail Free “Police Courte$y Card” showing he had made previous donations 💵 Was that before or after the Democrat supported, defund Police Movement? pic.twitter.com/ZvH7f9B6EK

— Jenny Swisher BSN RN (@mommaleo) August 3, 2022
And so on.

His blood alcohol level was high at 0.82% as per KPIX. But recent updates to the arrest show that not only was he driving under the influence of alcohol, the police complaint also stated that “[H]e was unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcohol beverage emanating from his breath,” and he had “red/watery” eyes.

The charging document contained the language that the House Hubby injured the driver of the other vehicle “while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and a drug and under their combined influence,” [my italics].

The drug was unspecified and Pelosi's lawyer, Amanda Bevins, attempted to downplay the product in her client's system.

“I believe that the drug reference is part of the statutory boilerplate language in the complaint,” she said, according to Fox News.

Sure, if you say so. But the gonads and elitism that Paulie P has to think he could show his police charity card to make it go away are of historic proportions.

The New York Post reported in June that the officer-worn body cam footage of the arrest would not be released under the guise that it could “jeopardize” the investigation, possibly because he acted like a scumcrumpet to the cops.

Pelosi needs to be prosecuted competently and in public view. And Nancy Pelosi has got to do something about her frenetic hands.

Paulie Pelosi may serve time in the slammer for DUI

Paul Pelosi [alias: "Chicken Neck Paulie"] husband of Nancy Pelosi [aka "Dancing Hands"] was charged with a DUI causing injury and could face almost as much time as Jussie Smollett did for his crime.

Pelosi, 82, allegedly drove drunk at the end of May and is now facing new charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury and driving with .08% Blood Alcohol Level or higher causing injury. The charges came Thursday, the Napa County District Attorney announced.

Chicken Neck Paulie was nabbed just before the witching hour on May 28 in Napa County, California [aka wine country]. He was driving from a dinner party to his and Nancy's vineyard, River Run. As Paulie drove along with a full bladder, a 48-year-old man driving a 2014 Jeep crashed into his Porsche sports car.

When police arrived on scene they discovered Paulie was as drunk as a proverbial skunk. He could be sentenced to five years probation, [not to be confused with the word 'prohibition'] but the likelihood of that happening is on par with seeing Brian Stelter come in first at the Boston Marathon.

So here's the deal, as a former vice president often says: if convicted Chicken Neck Paulie can face up to five years probation, a minimum of five full days in prison, and be forced to have sexual relationships with that woman, Nancy Pelosi.

Nancy Pelosi's husband arrested for DUI

So it isn't just Nancy Pelosi who apparently likes the sauce--her husband Paul Pelosi was arrested in Napa, California for allegedly driving under the influence late Saturday night.

The arrest happened at 11:44 p.m. Saturday and he was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher and also driving under the influence of alcohol. [H/T TMZ]

He was booked and put in a cell at 04:13 a.m.  On Sunday apparently after sobering up, he was released at 7:26 a.m. Fortunately, he did not wreck his car nor kill anyone with it.

This is why he drinks

Those records indicate his bail was set at $5,000, which he likely had in his wallet.

Paul Pelosi, 82, has been married to Nancy since 1963, which should be punishment enough, but the records show that bail was set at $5,000, which he probably had in his wallet at the time of his arrest.

A spokesperson for Rep. Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that she would not be commenting on the "private" matter but he can forget about their plans they had at home for Father's Day.

Hope Solo of Women's Soccer fame arrested for DUI with kids in the car

During National Anthem: only Julie Ertz and Kelley O'Hara refused to kneel

Former goalie for the US Women's Soccer team Hope Solo was found last Saturday allegedly passed out for over an hour behind the wheel of a car, engine running, her children inside, and the smell of alcohol in the air, according to reports.

Solo [no relation to Hans Solo because he's not a real person] defended her parenting skills.

“Our family is strong and surrounded with love. Our kids are strong, intelligent, happy and vibrant, and we are present every day giving them the best life possible,” the soccer player wrote in an Instagram story.

The Olympic goalkeeper for a team that lost to a team of boys up to the age of 16, said that she will be able to share more about the circumstances surrounding her arrest “in due time.”

She was arrested on charges of driving while impaired, resisting a public officer and misdemeanor child abuse.

“In the meantime, our kids are enjoying the NC sun, eating popsicles and playing on our property,” she said. “Life can be tough, but these are truly the moments that matter. I feel blessed to have this kind of love in my life.”

According to her arrest warrant, a passerby noticed the soccer player passed out behind the wheel for more than an hour with the vehicle’s engine running and the two kids in the backseat.

A responding officer detected the smell of alcohol, and the warrant said that Solo refused a field sobriety test and her blood was drawn instead.

Hope, Jerramy and the twins

Solo wed Jerramy Stevens, a former tight end for the Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in 2012.

Solo’s attorney, Dick Nichols, has previously released a statement Friday.

“On the advice of counsel, Hope can’t speak about this situation, but she wants everyone to know that her kids are her life, that she was released immediately and is now at home with her family, that the story is more sympathetic than the initial charges suggest, and that she looks forward to her opportunity to defend these charges,” Dick Nichols said.

Former CNN anchor arrested for allegedly trying to leave DUI crash scene

This wasn't the first time Leon Harris, a former CNN host who currently works for a Washington, D.C. TV station, has been arrested for Driving Under the Influence. His first time was in 2013 when he was pulled over by a Maryland State Trooper for a DUI and received probation. He pleaded guilty in that incident.

[H/T New York Post]

Now the former CNN anchor allegedly hit the rear end of another vehicle, which pushed it into a third car and Harris failed a breathalyzer test, showing his blood-alcohol level twice the legal state's limit. Thankfully nobody was seriously hurt in the crash that the former CNN host tried to leave.

Since having left CNN, Harris' current employer is an NBC affiliate.

Robert Francis O'Rourke still wants to flip off Second Amendment

O'Rourke at the dentist and thinks we care

Good news for conservatives, Robert Frances O'Rourke [aka Beto] a failed Democrat, is running for governor of Texas. He still stands behind his winning presidential campaign platform in which he said that "we're gonna take your AR-15, your AK-47" from you.

What this proves unequivocally is that any idiot can run for public office, and some, like our current head of cauliflower, can even become President if the lies are sufficiently convincing to the Left.

Bobby O was questioned by Dana Bash, the co-host on the Communist News Network's "State of the Union" if he still stands on his promise that, if elected governor of Texas. "I still hold this view," the skateboarding serial loser said.

“Look," he began in Joe Biden style, "we are a state that has a long, proud tradition of responsible gun ownership. And most of us here in Texas do not want to see our friends, our family members, our neighbors shot up with these weapons of war. So yes, I still hold this view,” O’Rourke said, having no clue that both civilian-style rifles he wants to ban are not used by the military. He probably doesn't even know out of which end the bullet exits.

Sees Jeffrey Toobin as a free spirit who acts in the moment

In his 2019 presidential clusterfrack of a debate tactic, O'Rourke defended his anti-Constitution idea of a mandatory buyback of "assault-style weapons [which to the Left are any weapons that look scary and are black].

“Hell yes, we're going to take your AR-15, your AK-47," he told the crowd of angry Democrats. "We're not going to allow it to be used against our fellow Americans anymore.”

On Sunday, O'Rourke said that Texans told him they're concerned about the bill Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) signed that allows citizens their Second Amendment rights to carry a concealed weapon without a permit in the state.

Beto changes a tire for the camera

Wanna bet it would lower the crime rate?

“We don’t want extremism in our gun laws.," the extremist anti-gun cretin said. "We want to protect the Second Amendment, we want to protect the lives of our fellow Texans. And I know that when we come together and stop this divisive extremism that we see from Greg Abbott right now, we're going to be able to do that,” he lied.

O'Rourke also waged an unsuccessful bid in 2018 for a Senate seat but he lucked out and won an election once upon a time and represented Texas in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mug shot

O'Rourke was arrested in 1998 on DUI and burglary charges. When you consider that his driving was more dangerous than an AR-15 or AK-47 in the hands of a responsible person who was not committing a burglary, you might not take him seriously.

Virginia Dem scumcrumpet caught tampering with GOP signs before election while driving with suspended license

Radford, Virginia -- The cops saw something fishy going on and pulled over a vehicle less than 24 hours before Election Day. A deputy witnessed a woman pulling out campaign signs Monday evening and getting into a car that was being driven by party Delegate Chris Hurst

The signs were on display in front of the city recreation center that the woman was surreptitiously removing, according to Radford Sheriff Mark Armentrout. [H/T Fox News]

But the kicker was that Hurst, a Democratic Delegate, was driving the car with a suspended license and was given a "driving while suspended notification" by a deputy, local outlets report.

Hurst was pulled over last year in Christiansburg for swerving his car, and he blew a 0.085 percent on a blood-alcohol test, above the legal limit.

Despite stinking of alcohol and struggling with a "walk and turn" test, he passed other field tests and was told to let his girlfriend drive home, according to The Roanoke Times.

"Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you?"

The current incident comes as the country watches the Virginia gubernatorial elections unfold Tuesday when former Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe faces off against Republican challenger Glenn Youngkin.

Armentrout directed Fox News to the Radford Police Department for information regarding why Hurst’s license was suspended. That department said the matter has now been transferred to the Virginia State Police.

Radford City Police also confirmed that there was damage made to several of the political signs.

After getting pulled over, a deputy asked the female passenger, Emily Frentress, to return the signs and she complied without providing why she took them and why does she believe that parents have no say in their kids' education.

Hurst, for his part, was first elected as delegate in 2018 and is currently running as an incumbent against Republican challenger, Jason Ballard who said a lot of political things about Hurst and yadda, yadda.

Hurst’s office did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment about his underhanded, low-life, cowardly behavior as to why he was driving with a suspended license, having his passenger pull up signs belonging to the opposing party, and what does his mother think of his behavior.

He represents the 12th District of Virginia, which includes Radford and Giles County, as well as other areas containing enough low-information voters to make this ginger their delegate.

NYC radio host tells her FB audience "F*** the police. Then allegedly rams cop with car, kills him, speeds away

A New York radio host streaming on Facebook said, "F**k the police." Several hours later, she allegedly, and with a suspended drivers license, drove her car into a NYPD highway cop who was redirecting traffic, killing him and fleeing from the scene at high speed.

She was later caught.

Jessica Beauvais, 32, posted on her "Face the Reality" radio show an approximately two-hour Facebook stream in which she spoke about the Derek Chauvin trial; the former Minneapolis police officer found guilty in the George Floyd murder trial.

“This week we are going to talk about the ignorance that was the Derek Chauvin trial — or the ignorance that is essentially just is this f***ing justice system,” and played the lovely song “F**k Tha Police,” by N.W. A. She added, “Like NWA say about the police – if you’re going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me. I’m one of those people. If I’m going to go, someone is coming.”

Beauvais was vaping and drinking a dark liquid from a recyclable plastic cup and later washed down something in a red shot glass with a bottle of Snapple, according to The Daily Mail. They also said that she later admitted to guzzling vodka before the deadly alleged murder of the police officer.

“What happened to fighting?” she asked, according to the outlet. “I grew up on fighting. I like to fight. My hands and my feet and teeth. It does something for me — what does it do for you? F***ing people up never stopped being a thing. Shooting people is still wack. It means you can’t fight. It means you’re a cop.”

Her logic is amazing. She is able to dismiss all the shootings in Chicago, New York, Detroit, and other cities that are perpetrated most often by minorities, but instead comes to the conclusion that when someone is shot, it's by a cop.

After signing off around 2 a.m. by saying, “F*** the police. F*** them,” Beauvais drove onto the Long Island Expressway, according to the criminal complaint, and allegedly plowed her car into Anastasios Tsakos, 43, while he was redirecting traffic after a separate fatal car accident on the Long Island Expressway.

“Tsakos was in full reflective gear, next to a marked police car with flashing lights and a series of cones,” ABC 7 reported.

According to court documents, Beauvais stated, “I did hear a thump, so I knew I hit something but I didn’t see what it was.” She also may have noticed that her windshield was completely shattered and the front of her vehicle was badly damaged. She may have also concluded she struck someone when the officer went flying in the air about 100 feet in front of her and landed in the grass along the side of the road.

Sure, even though officer Tsakos leaves behind a 3-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, it's Beauvais who is the real victim here because people just might assume she hit him on purpose.

NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea told the press that Beauvais was driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license.

“I think that when you see the images of [Beauvais’] car and the windshield that is completely shattered, as well as damage to the front of the car, there is no way to not know that you struck an individual,” he said, as The New York Post reported.

She reportedly passed multiple exits on the L.I.E., eventually driving onto a curb. According to prosecutors, when police surrounded the vehicle, she allegedly backed into a police car in an attempt to get away. Maybe she was hoping to score another kill.

“When finally arrested, the agitated suspect ranted and swore at the cops taking her into custody for vehicular manslaughter, DWI and driving with a suspended license in the tragic death of Tsakos, police said. ‘F— you,’ a source quoted her telling the arresting officers. ‘I don’t have to listen to you,'” The New York Daily News reported. Actually she does.

On Tuesday afternoon, as she was exiting NYPD’s 107th Precinct in handcuffs, Beauvais stated, “I’m sorry that I hit him and that he’s dead.” Actually, she's sorry she got caught, is my guess.

Beauvais faces up to only 15 years in prison, a sentence that is too short. Among the 13 charges brought against her are second degree manslaughter, second degree vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of an incident.

The insanity continues. . .

Man with no driver's license kills woman in 116 mph collision

Boca Raton, FL -- Leann Michelle Cheatham, 51, was pulling out of her friend's driveway after dropping her off when BOOM! a Mercedes Benz hit struck her Nissan and killed her after she was ejected from the car and thrown 140 feet. Her car's engine block was sent flying 200 feet down Federal Highway. The collision was explosive, the police reported.

The driver, Sabaciano Cheridor, 24, of Delray Beach, did not have a driver's license, investigators said. He was arrested Friday and charged with vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, and driving without a license.

The high-speed crash occurred around 9 p.m. on February 20 in front of the Boca Raton Plaza Hotel and Suites, located at 2901 N. Federal Highway.

You might not hear about this tragedy in the legacy media because it doesn't involve a White cop shooting a Black person or a Trump supporter causing the crash.

Ms. Cheatham had just dropped off David Ellison who later told detectives that he heard the Mercedes racing down the street and thought the driver was going to kill somebody going that fast. He heard the crash, ran into the street, and saw Cheatham's car but she wasn't in it.

Several witnesses told police the Mercedes was going between 90 and 120 mph in a 45 mph zone. The car's Event Data Recorder--the auto industry's "black box"-- confirmed the speed was 116 mph.

Cheridor, the driver, was found standing near the wrecked Mercedes and told the police he'd just dropped off his wife at home in Delray Beach and was driving to Boca Raton to get cookies. He was mumbling [like Joe Biden] and appeared to be impaired to the cops. He agreed to provide a blood sample and toxicology test results showed drugs in his system.

He had driven the car for several weeks, was familiar with its handling and there were no mechanical problems, it was determined.

Cheridor remains in the Palm Beach County Jail without bond.

Funeral services were held in Cheatham’s native Golden, Co., April 7, according to the Ellis Family Service funeral home.

Smollett charged in 2007 for 'Providing false information'

In 2007 Jussie Smollett was charged with DUI, driving without a license, and providing false information to law enforcement officials, according to reports released Tuesday. He pleaded no contest.

"Tuesday the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office confirmed that in August of 2007 Smollett pleaded no contest to DUI, driving without a license and providing false information to law enforcement," according to CBS Chicago.

"He was sentenced to two years probation and given a choice of paying a fine or jail. Officials could not confirm which  Smollett chose. A spokesman for the Chicago Police Department said the department was already aware of the plea."

This latest revelation may have great impact on how prosecutors handle the current alleged balderdash, that is, the false attack by two white men.

On Saturday, CBS Chicago reported that, according to law enforcement officials, new evidence strongly suggested that Smollett staged the January 29 attack on himself:
Sources say at least one of the brothers bought the rope used in the incident at Smollett’s request. The sources also say the 'Empire' actor paid for the rope, which was purchased at the Crafty Beaver Hardware Store the weekend of Jan. 25. The brothers were paid $3,500 before leaving for Nigeria and were promised an additional $500 upon their return.
CBS Chicago reported Monday that law enforcement officials had reason to believe that Smollett concocted the attack on himself because he was angry that a threatening letter he received the week before the attack did not get a "bigger reaction."

"When the letter didn’t get enough attention, he concocted the staged attack," according to a source who told CBS Chicago.

Of course, there's nothing to make one dismiss the idea that Smollett didn't craft the letter himself, like he did by having the brothers go to the Crafty Beaver to buy a "noose."

On Tuesday, ABC News reported that the two brothers who allegedly staged the attack on Smollett indicated that this was the case and that Smollett was involved in sending the threatening letter to himself.

"The FBI and the US Postal Inspection Service are currently investigating whether Jussie Smollett played a role in sending a threatening letter addressed to him at 'Empire’s' Chicago studio prior to the alleged attack," ABC News reported. "The accusation, made by the two brothers who were persons of interest, has not been confirmed."

But if they are later confirmed, the question is, will Smollett see the inside of the slammer? Probably not--he has a nice singing voice.

Beto O'Rourke isn't 'interested' that Obama isn't endorsing him

O'Rourke breathing through his mouth
Democratic Texas Senate candidate Beto O'Rourke implied on Thursday that the fact Obama didn't endorse him was no big deal. My BS meter pegged to the red line and then exploded.

The former socialist president revealed his second round of more than 200 midterm endorsements, and his NCAA picks for this season. O'Rourke isn't on the list for congressional picks, nor for basketball picks. O'Rourke is not among the 9 new picks, 11 in total for Texas, and apparently will not be among any in the future, in spite of his far-left leanings that almost mirror Obama's.

O'Rourke is a third-term congressman in Texas' 16th Congressional District. He has one DUI and allegedly ran from the police some years ago, and many on the left believe this perfectly qualifies him for the U.S. Senate.

"I don't think we're interested [in an endorsement]," O'Rourke said at a town hall. "I am so grateful for him for his service, he's going to go down as one of the greatest presidents. And yet, this [election] is on Texas."

What he was trying to say was, "I wish like hell he endorsed me, but being that he didn't, I refuse to say how I really feel about him. I think I'll go have a few beers."

In a recent Quinnipiac University poll Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) leads O'Rourke by 9 points; 54 percent to 45 percent.

Hopefully, the lead will increase and hold through the election.

Beto O: apologizes for sexist pig remarks, but it's ok, he's a Democrat

Photo: Laura Roberts/Invision/AP Images
A one-time Broadway musical reviewer, now a Texas Senate candidate for the Democratic Party, Beto O'Rourke is having his past come back and bite him on the buns. He is apologizing for a criticism he made about the musical "The Will Rogers Follies," for the Columbia Daily Spector, the university's student newspaper.

He wrote his comments in 1991, as a young, carefree, 19-year-old misogynist at Columbia University.

Writing under the byline Robert O'Rourke, he described the performance as "one of the most glaring examples of the sickening excesses and moral degradations of our culture."

That wasn't so bad. But then he went on to complain about the "perma-smile actresses whose only qualifications seem to be their phenomenally large breasts and tight buttocks."

O'Rourke is running against the incumbent, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and because Beto is such a slimeball, he is loved by the left and all is forgiven for his sexist remarks. After all, it was in 1991 when he was merely 19--it wasn't as if he was a high school student.

Here's what he wrote:
"Basically, the show document the life of Will Rogers, the 'lassoing fool,' who rose from being an insignificant side show attraction to one of the more prominent political pundits and cultural statesmen in our history. Yet it is produced and directed in such a showy, glitzy, and ultimately, tacky manner, that one cannot help feeling disgusted throughout the show. Keith Carradine in the lead role is surrounded by perma-smile actresses whose only qualifications seem to be their phenomenally large breasts and tight buttocks."
But who's looking?

O'Rourke sent a statement to POLITICO soon after this story was published and he offered a Democratic apology, which is always accepted by his party if you belong.

"I am ashamed of what I wrote and I apologize. There is no excuse for making disrespectful and demeaning comments about women," he said insincerely.

"The Will Rogers Follies" ran for more than two years at the Palace Theater and won six Tony Awards, in spite of O'Rourke's keen sense of talent.

O'Rourke admitted to his DUI and trespassing arrests in the mid 1990s but failed to acknowledge that he ran from the scene when pursued by police.

He's a Bernie Sanders type of leftist, so no harm, no foul.

Guess what: Dennis Rodman was arrested for DUI

Guess what, Dennis Rodman was arrested in Southern California Saturday night on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.

Lt. Rachel Johnson of the Newport Beach Police Department said Rodman, 56, was stopped for a traffic violation after 11 p.m. Johnson said that he failed a field sobriety test and submitted to a Breathalyzer and blew over .08 the legal limit.

Black Lives Matter protested the arrest saying that Breathalyzer testing is racist.

Johnson said that the basketball cross-dressing legend was cooperative and beautiful in a black sequin dress and red pumps. He was released from jail Saturday morning.

Rodman made international news due to his travels and "bro-ship" with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, a guy with a huge smile and an even bigger anti-aircraft gun.
