Wisconsin judge arrested for allegedly obstructing arrest of illegal alien

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI for allegedly hiding an illegal immigrant in her jury room to prevent that person from being arrested by ICE, a Fox News source said. The charge was for obstruction of an official proceeding Friday morning after the evidence came to light.

Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA attempted to arrest the undocumented male following his scheduled criminal court appearance on April 18, federal law enforcement sources told Fox News.

That’s when federal law enforcement sources say Judge Dugan demanded that the officers proceed to the chief judge’s office. At that point, they say the judge left and that the undocumented individual’s hearing concluded and that he had quickly left the building.

Fox News has learned federal law enforcement officials believe Judge Dugan willfully redirected agents and officers to the chief judge’s office so the illegal immigrant could leave the courtroom and evade arrest.

Judge Dugan will likely have her initial appearance in federal court in Milwaukee sometime on Friday, according to Fox News.

Dugan had disputed the accuracy of local reports earlier this week which claimed she had shielded the illegal migrant from ICE.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Dugan responded to the accusations in its publication on Tuesday, writing: "Nearly every fact regarding the 'tips' in your email is inaccurate."

Fox News Digital contacted Dugan’s office by phone on Wednesday and a worker said the judge was in court and would return the call. Fox News Digital contacted Dugan again on Thursday and has not yet received a response.

The incident comes after two people were arrested by ICE officials in the hallways of the courthouse in recent weeks, per the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

State Rep. Bob Donovan, a Republican, addressed the accusations against Dugan earlier this week and said that the FBI was investigating.

"In all my years of Milwaukee politics and public safety issues, working with cops, district attorneys, and judges, I have never seen a more irresponsible act by an officer of the court, let alone a judge, if true," Donovan said in a statement. "This borders on obstruction of justice and I hope the FBI continues a thorough investigation and, if warranted, prosecution to the fullest extent of the law."

Dugan has worked with legal aid organizations and as executive director of Catholic Charities in the past. She was elected to Branch 31 of the Circuit Court in 2016 and ran unopposed in the 2022 election. She primarily oversees cases in its misdemeanor division, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

D.C. Council-cretin who said Jews control the weather arrested by FBI

Trayon White, not to be confused with Travon Brown, is a Washington, D.C. councilman who accused Jewish people of controlling the weather. It's incredible to think that idiots like White think Jews have that much knowledge and ability to do the work of G_d, but DC is not running out of idiots anytime soon.

Anyway, White was arrested by the FBI on Wednesday, but we do not yet know the charges or the circumstances of why he went into federal custody as of 2:00 p.m. and, according to the Washington Post, his colleagues seem to have been caught off-guard:

The FBI has arrested D.C. Council member Trayon White Sr., according to the council’s chairman and two other people familiar with the matter.

The circumstances of the arrest, which occurred Sunday, and the nature of the allegations against White were not immediately clear. The FBI’s Washington Field Office declined to comment, and White and his chief of staff did not immediately return messages.

White, a Democrat, an anti-Semite, and a functioning moron, was first elected in 2016, represents Ward 8 in Southeast Washington. It was in 2018 that he was found accusing the “Rothchilds” of controlling the weather, commenting on the snowy conditions that hit the capital at the time.

Armed Democrat in ski mask arrested approaching RNC perimeter in Milwaukee

The wannabe losers are crawling out of the woodwork hoping to become famous for killing Republicans. 

An armed cretin with an AK-47 pistol donning a ski mask was arrested Monday a few blocks from Fisery Forum, the site of the Republican National Convention, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. [H/T Fox News]

Fortunately, the Secret Service was not involved in the arrest but Homeland Security Investigators and Capitol Police were conducting surveillance near the perimeter when they noticed the suspicious loser approaching. He had on a ski mask and carried a tactical bag.

Inside the bag, police found the gun and a full magazine. His intentions were unclear to those who come from Mars, but it seem rather clear to earthlings that he had nothing good planned.

The dude is a 21-year-old man and he was arrested around 1:00 p.m. on the 1200 block of N. 11th Street.

Police reported that the man doesn't have a concealed weapon license in any state and carrying a gun in a tactical bag is concealing the weapon.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, police said. 

Fox News reached out to local police and the now tarnished Secret Service and Homeland Security about the incident but there has been no reply as yet.

Yesterday, Tuesday, a man was shot and killed about 2 miles from Fisery Forum. He lived in a nearby homeles camp and was brandishing a knife when he was shot. In all probability, due to the fact that he was homeless, he was probably mentally ill and not on medication. This is only conjecture and not a proven fact at this time. However, this incident does not appear to be related to the presence of the convention.

The nation has gone crazy and we have the Left to thank for that.

A TSA official arrested by US Customs and Border Protection

Don't let her smile fool you--she's probably going to the slammer

A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) official, Maxine McManaman, has been arrested on an outstanding warrant, local media reports. 

McManaman an Assistant Federal Security Director, was arrested in Atlanta by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on December 28. The warrant for her arrest was posted by the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office. It claimed that McManaman and an alleged complice, Delroy Chambers Sr., exploited a relative suffering from dementia by falsifying documents in their name, according to Port St. Lucie Police.

According to Florida authorities, the pair forged signatures on a quitclaim deed transferring ownership of property in the relative's name over to themselves. That's also known as stealing and in most places, especially those run by Republicans, is a crime.

The person with dementia [not Joe Biden, this time] who was the target in the illegal operation, was found to be in Atlanta on the date listed and could not have signed the quitclaim.

McManaman's partner, Chambers was previously arrested on Dec. 20 in Port St. Lucie, charged with two counts of exploitation of an elderly or disabled adult, simple neglect and two counts of forgery. He eventually bonded out of jail.

McManaman is facing a third-degree felony charge of forgery, which is similar to Harvard president Gay's plagiarism, except it's about copying money.

She was reportedly apprehended after landing in Atlanta on an international flight.

McManaman had been an employee of the TSA since November 2002 and held a management-level position at the airport, according to local reports. She has been placed on leave pending a law enforcement investigation and is being held at Clayton County Jail in Jonesboro, Georgia.

Rob O'Neill, former Navy SEAL who killed bin Laden arrested

The man who might never have to buy his own drinks ever again after killing Osama bin Laden, was arrested in Texas this week.

Robert J. O'Neill, 47, on Wednesday was slapped with a Class A misdemeanor charge of assault causing bodily injury and a Class C misdemeanor charge of public intoxication [maybe because he will never have to buy his own drinks ever again]. The public intoxication charge, however, was not listed in jail records, [maybe because some cops bought him the drinks due to his shooting Osama bin Laden]. 

He was booked in Frisco, Texas and law enforcement there declined to release more information about the arrest.

Rob O’Neill was released the same day on a $3,500 bond. He was in town to record a podcast at a local cigar lounge, where his drinks will likely be paid for.

A former SEAL Team 6 member, Rob O’Neill came to wide public prominence after he killed 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden during a covert raid in 2011. He recounted the story in his 2017 memoir “The Operator.”

The United States government has never confirmed or denied the story.

O'Neill had been arrested in the past. In 2016, he was arrested for a DWI in Montana. More recently, in 2020, he was  banned by Delta Airlines in 2020 for refusing to wear a stupid mask that was eventually proven by "the science" to be useless to prevent acquiring COVID-19.

O'Neill is also one of the backers of Armed Forces Brewing Co., a Virginia microbrewer that was created amid the controversy surrounding Bud Light’s sponsorship of LGBTQ+1WAP~7L?SMF^T influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

CA Dem running for Porter's House seat arrested for a DUI

A California Democrat running for Rep. Katie Porter's seat in the House apologized Wednesday for getting caught driving drunk. Porter (D-CA) is vying for a Senate seat.

“Last night I was cited for a misdemeanor for driving under the influence,” state Sen. Dave Min said in a post on Facebook. “My decision to drive last night was irresponsible. I accept full responsibility and there is no excuse for my actions.” [So elect me because I'm a Democrat.]

“To my family, constituents and supporters, I am so deeply sorry,” he added. “I know I need to do better. I will not let this personal failure distract from our work in California and in Washington.”

Fortunately, Min did not kill anyone when he was driving under the influence, but he could have.

The Los Angeles Times reported the Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the California Highway Patrol arrested Min, and records show he was released from Sacramento County jail on Wednesday. So he wasn't just 'cited' as he said, he was arrested like a common criminal.

Min is a former business law professor at UC Irvine. He ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018 and lost to Porter. He then ran and got elected to the state Senate in 2020.

In January, Porter announced her campaign to succeed the brain withered Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who recently discovered that she does not plan to seek re-election. So with that, Min declared his candidacy for Porter's seat in Orange County, and to celebrate, he got commode-hugging drunk and drove his vehicle until he got caught.

Min’s campaign website touts the state senator’s leftist lunatic legislative record featuring bills focused on “bold and aggressive gun violence prevention,” the climate, and more woke agenda nonsense.

“A first-generation Korean-American, Dave is running for Congress to create a better California for the children of Orange County — one that reflects our core values of diversity, tolerance, and opportunity that drew his parents and millions of others like them to this country in search of a better life,” the website notes. “Dave isn’t afraid to take on Trumpian Republicans and their dangerous policies, and works tirelessly every day to create an economy and community that uplift Orange County families.”

By "Trumpian Republicans" he means anyone who believes in the virtues of the U.S. Constitution, the right of the unborn to get born, and the importance of law and order. Trump has nothing to do with this insofar as what conservatives believe as these beliefs came before Trump got elected.

Porter endorsed Min to replace her, saying Min has “proven that he can win in this area while delivering on a progressive agenda with real results.” Just as long as he doesn't deliver it by automobile.

Besides Porter, two other execrable House Democrats — Reps. Adam Schiff and Barbara Lee — have announced campaigns to replace Feinstein in the Senate. A victory by Schiff or Lee would validate the theory that California Democrats would vote for a cow plop if it was shaped in a "D."

BREAKING: Trump breaks glass ceiling as 1st POTUS ever arrested

Loved and hated former President Donald J. Trump has made history on Tuesday after surrendering himself to the Manhattan district attorney's corrupt office as he faces over 30 fake felony charges.

The former president’s motorcade of nearly a dozen vehicles arrived at the Manhattan Criminal Courts Building around 1:30 p.m. EST as people both pro and con lined the streets, cheering and jeering depending on their political views and whether they have transitioned their toddler or not.

On his way to the building, Trump posted on social media in all caps that the moment was “SURREAL.”

“WOW, they are going to ARREST ME,” he wrote. “Can’t believe this is happening in America. MAGA!”

Between you and me, Trump is probably delighted with the arrest as it gives him a monopoly of time on CNN and in other leftist media coverage.

Former president of VA teacher union arrested for embezzling over $400,000

Ingrid Gant, former president of the Arlington Education Association (AEA) a Virginia teacher's union, was arrested and charged with embezzling 410,782.10 from the organization, police said in a press release from the Fairfax County Police Department.

Gant,  54, of Woodbridge, was president for six years before being caught with her hand in the proverbial cookie jar. She was terminated on March 30, 2022 and the board was forced to hire board members from an outside source.

Gant was charged with four counts of embezzlement allegedly using debit cards for unauthorized purchases and providing herself with multiple bonuses for the great job she believed she was doing on behalf of herself.

It took about six months after investigators began reviewing her activity to discover she had given herself $350,000 in bonuses and pay from 2020 to 2022, and charged about $70,000 on business debit cards for such items as gas, Amazon purchases and even food.

The AEA represents over 15,000 Arlington public school teachers. During her tenure as president of the teacher's union, Gant drew backlash over her COVID-19 policies.

One homeschool took to Twitter to expose the union after it sent a letter riddled with grammatical and typographical errors. [H/T Fox News.]

Ellen Gallery, a homeschooling mother of three who lives in the area, claimed that she and her kids had gone through the letter, correcting mistakes. The mother posted a picture of the letter with copious corrections, faulting AEA for leaving out words, adding unnecessary commas, confusing subject-verb agreement, and more.

One offending pair of sentences read, "The fire departments in are region are exemplifying domino outbreaks as well. APS employees are no different or above this trend, yet leadership prepares to send educators into situations that will make them sick." In the first sentence, Gant used "are" when she clearly meant to write "our." Gallery and her kids suggested "neither different nor above" for the second sentence.

The Virginia Education Association sent Fox News Digital a statement from Gant explaining the errors, sharing that the district sent out the draft instead of the final letter--as if the draft's grammar was not a reflection of the writer's grammatical acumen. 

Gant was arrested in Prince William County and taken to their Adult Detention Center and released on an unsecured bond.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this case to call the Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7800.

A. Dick arrested for public intoxication and failing to register as a sex offender

Andy Dick, a former comedian, was arrested Friday for public intoxication and failing to register as a sex offender. This comes after being convicted for grabbing an Uber driver’s crotch in 2018. Dick, 57, was checked out by police after this latest incident and found that he did not update his sex offender registration information stemming from the 2018 groping of another dude's junk.

The former funnyman was busted again and jailed after a caller reported him drunk or possibly high on a lakeside street in the Los Angeles suburb of Lake Elsinore, Calif., at around 12:30 a.m., according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s office.

After the call, cops did a routine check and discovered his failure to register. He was arrested without incident Friday

The former “NewsRadio” comedian's most recent run-in with the law comes after he was arrested for felony sexual battery in May. In that case, a guy named “JJ” accused Dick of molesting him in his sleep.

In 2010, Dick was charged with sexual abuse for allegedly fondling a man's dick in West Virginia — after a 2008 bust for allegedly pulling down a teenage girl’s top only to discover he liked men more.

Dick was also busted in October for allegedly burglarizing a home in Santa Barbara and stealing power tools.

He has pleaded not guilty to those charges and is awaiting a court date.

Liberal TV pundit arrested for kidnapping her 88-year-old mother

Cathy Areu, often a Fox News liberal guest with the moniker "liberal sherpa" has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping her mother and stealing $224,000 from her.

According to the Daily Wire, Areu put her mother in a nursing home against her will on two occasions, allegedly dragging her from her home on one occasion, Florida authorities said.

“Every incident of alleged elder exploitation or abuse touches our heart and never fails to shock us,” said a statement from Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle. “It seems particularly harder to understand when the alleged perpetrator of the exploitation is a daughter, or a son or another blood relative.”

Nah, I disagree. Having worked in a nursing home many years ago, I've seen a number of incidents in which a family member or relative wanted to admit an elderly blood relative into the home so they could collect the person's life savings. Strangers or non-relatives don't stand a chance of succeeding.

In one instance, Areu’s mother allegedly denied signing paperwork that turned over her home to her daughter. And it has also been alleged that on two occasions, Areu used a revoked power of attorney to stick her mother into a nursing home without her consent, the Daily Mail noted.

The former commentator is facing a number of felony charges including kidnapping, exploitation of the elderly, and organized scheme to defraud, according to 7 News Miami. Areu has been denied bond and is currently being held at Miami-Dade county jail where she is preaching the joys of having voted for a President with far less cognitive acumen than her mother.

Areu has been under investigation since 2019, according to prosecutors. The podcast host was reportedly evading authorities this summer, which included Areu spending time in Mexico where she has allegedly been carrying on with a cartel that smuggles future Democrats across the border. [Okay, that didn't happen.]

Areu had a lawsuit against Fox News and some of their personalities. She claimed, in a now-dismissed suit that Tucker Carlson propositioned her and when she rebuffed his cool moves, he refused to have her on his show. 

That never happened and the lawsuit was dismissed last year.

She also went after Sean Hannity but that also turned out to be a false claim.

It sounds like Areu has a serious mental problem and is desperate for money. 

That's really sad, but I feel sorry mostly for her mom.

Registered Democrat poll worker arrested after suspicious message found on a voting machine

Not the arrested poll worker but a pole worker nonetheless

Pueblo County, CO -- tampering with election equipment seems to have become a new olympic event: if you don't get caught, you get a gold medal and your Democrat candidate gets more votes than he or she deserved. 

Now that election day has come and gone and votes still being counted, we know that machine tampering had occurred in Pueblo, Colorado where Richard Patton, a poll worker, has been charged with a class 5 felony after he tried to interfere with a voting machine.

Patton [aka Dick] is a registered Democrat and his arrest has been confirmed by the Pueblo Police Department on their Facebook page:

According to CBS news, Patton, a registered Democrat, allegedly inserted a USB drive into a voting machine at the polling station where he was working.

This incident occurred in June during the Colorado primary elections.

CBS reported that poll workers heard an odd sound on June 28 and when they went to investigate and clean the machine they saw an error message, which they immediately reported.

They were able to quickly trace it back to Patton [aka Dick] who was the last person, and a Democrat, to use that booth.

Authorities quickly assured voters that no election data was accessed and claimed that it had no effect on voting, but the possibility of similar breaches is a real concern.

According to The Pueblo Chieftain, (a newspaper, not an Indian chief) Patton will be the first person charged under a new Colorado election law which made tampering with election equipment a felony instead of a misdemeanor, which means he could get a one to two year jail sentence and a fine ranging from $1,000 to $100,000, depending which Party is in power.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold [not to be confused with Ellen Griswold, a character from the movie "Vacation"] explained the reasoning behind these stricter laws in the wake of the 2020 election and the controversy it wrought.

“The continued spread of election conspiracies and the Big Lie is fueling threats to American elections, including efforts to interfere with election equipment,” Griswold told the Chieftain.

“That is why I led a first-in-the-nation law on insider election threats, which increased physical safeguards around voting equipment and made it a felony to tamper with voting equipment. It is vital that anyone who breaks the law in attempts of subverting the will of the people or undermining elections be held responsible.”

Patton was arrested on Thursday by the Pueblo Police Department, and was held at the Pueblo County Judicial Center.

Boston MD busted in child sex trafficking raid, told undercover officer he "wasn't in the mood to get arrested"

Sadeq Quraishi, a Boston anesthesiologist at Tufts Medical Center, unwittingly told an undercover officer that he was "just not in the mood to get arrested today." Well, too bad for Old Doc Quraishi as he has now been detained in a federal child sex trafficking sting, according to a report.

Quraishi is facing a charge of attempted sex trafficking of a child after he allegedly agreed to pay $250 to have sex with a non-existent underage girl, WFXT reported. Shades of Mohammed!

"When we learned today of the disturbing allegations made against Dr. Quraishi, we immediately suspended his medical staff privileges, and he has been placed on leave while we await further information from law enforcement," the Boston hospital said in a statement.

The events that led up to the doctor's arrest allegedly started when he responded to an online ad showing two young women who looked to be 18-years-old. The ad described them as "beautiful flowers" who were "Travelin’ thru town on a lil roadtrip!" WFXT reported, citing court documents.

The undercover officer monitoring the ad told Quraishi via texting that the teens were actually 12 and 14 years old and available for sex in exchange for money.

Both parties reportedly asked each other if they were police officers before Quraishi ultimately agreed to pay $250 for a sexual encounter with one of the girls in the ad, WFXT reported, citing an officer from ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations department.

"Hey you’ve been super nice and I appreciate it ... just the age thing is throwing me ... if you were to tell me she’s 16 or older and just looks young enough to pass off for 14 that would be a different thing," the station quoted Quraishi as saying in one message.

"Its alright. I mean you can pretend if you want, but that’s why I keep it realz. case peeps don’t like it. shame. you were sweet but I get it," the undercover officer then replied, according to court documents viewed by the station.

"Ugh ... man you’re making things difficult — seems like a fun experience ... just not in the mood to get arrested today," Quraishi allegedly replied, according to WFXT.

The doctor was arrested when he showed up at a Boston hotel and paid an undercover officer $250 for a keycard. The doctor also indicated while being taken into custody that he had paid for sex in the past, WFXT also reported, citing the court documents. Quraishi is now being held without bail and is still not in the mood for all this stuff.

A Woman Slugs an NYPD Cop, the Cop Slugs Back

The New York Police Department released a now viral video Thursday of a 19-years-dumb woman in Harlem punching a uniformed detective while he and his colleagues were in the middle of making a peaceful arrest of a murder suspect. The arrest was going down without incident when the young woman struck the officer while trying to intervene. He laid her out with one returned punch.

Nobody should ever advocate for a man striking a woman [I hope the left isn't confused by that sex identification of people with XX chromosomes] but that does not give women a free pass to punch a cop with no repercussions. 

Anyway, the very super right Reverend Big Al Sharptongue saw dollar signs and thus threatened a lawsuit on behalf of the woman. But the New York City’s Detectives’ Endowment Association (DEA) responded to the race-baiter and said it was looking into a possible civil suit of its own on "behalf of our dedicated member against the woman who attacked him."

Big Al is hopeful, in spite of the DEA rebuttal, that this will spark riots in the streets that will eventually generate more business for him.

DEA president Paul DiGiacomo said criminals in New York have "grown accustomed to there being no consequences for their dangerous, illegal actions – but when you assault a New York City Detective in order to interfere with an arrest of a man armed with [a] gun there are repercussions."

And possibly concussions. 

The union leader urged "politicians to open their eyes and see the public safety disaster they’ve created." "As for Al Sharpton[gue]’s insane comments, he should be worried about the thousands of actual crime victims in this city and not the limelight and lining of his pockets," DiGiacomo observantly said.

The body camera footage, officially released by the NYPD begins while officers are arresting attempted murder suspect, 22-year-old Elvin James on Tuesday.

James, wanted in connection to an attempted murder was reportedly carrying an illegal, loaded semiautomatic Polymer 80 handgun, known as a "ghost gun," in his waistband when officers were attempting to take him into custody and a crowd formed around the cops, NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said.

Though it's not clear from the footage, Sewell said the officer struck the woman with an open hand as she interfered in the arrest but she went down like a bag of fertilizer.

"Yo, why did you deck her for? He decked her!" James shouts while cops hold his hands behind his back. Ironically, none of the officers were named Yo, but this writer's name spelled backwards, Yeoh, sounds like Yo.

A second body camera footage clip from another vantage point shows officers pulling James off the ground after he’s in handcuffs and turning him around, as the suspect shouts, "Why y'all have to do me like that?"

Another woman also seems to already be in handcuffs, as officers attempt to separate him from the crowd.

The first clip shows 19-year-old Tamani Crum shouting "What is your problem?" to the officers holding onto a handcuffed James. One detective – identified in local reports as Kendo Kinsey – pushes Crum away twice before delivering a third blow that sends her to the pavement.

Crum, wearing a white top and green mini skirt, comes around from the other side, as the officer who’s wearing the body camera is heard telling her to back up several times, and James puckers for a kiss from her.

The officer grabs onto her upper arm, as the woman shouts, "I’m talking to him, b****." She appears to strike the officer first before he delivers a stronger blow in response that sends her down to the pavement.

Gender dysphoric male cheerleader kicked out of camp: allegedly choked female teammate

A gender dysphoric male cheerleader was ejected out of a Texas cheerleading camp and charged criminally after he allegedly choked a female teammate, which was quite unladylike for him to do. Perhaps his testosterone level was too high that day.

"Well guys I’m officially retired as a cheerleader as of last night at 5:30 AM. A girl on the team was being very disrespectful and told me I am a MAN with a PENIS and that [guys] should not be on the team," the cheerleader, Averie Chanel Medlock, wrote on Facebook last week. The woman cheerleader left out the fact that Medlock also has a set of testicles, but that may have been unnecessary.

"I stood up for myself and she called her mom and dad because she was scared, because I [stood] up for myself. Her father said ‘she still has testosterone and a penis and I will kill anyone who comes after my daughter.’"

Yes, he stood up for himself by physically assaulting a woman. What balls! She was scared because Medlock is a dude and can seriously injure her.

The alleged assault took place at Ranger College, where police responded to a dispute between the members of the team, according to Facebook posts from team members. The mentally ill Medlock claimed the female made "transphobic" and "racist" remarks before he attacked her. Cell phone video shows other female cheerleaders hiding in a room, away from a livid man who claims to believe he's a woman.

The father of the female whom Medlock allegedly choked was called to the scene by his daughter and he has begun insisting that police release body camera and CCTV footage of the incident.

"I ask you what you would have done when receiving a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning from your daughter stating they had locked themselves in the room with other girls," the father, Mike Jones, wrote on Facebook. "At no time did I ever say anything about your race or your gender."

Somehow I believe the female.

Medlock asserts that the physical confrontation with the other cheerleader was actually a joke, but police on the scene gave the former cheerleader a criminal citation for assault and removed  him from campus.

The incident comes as debate continues to rage about gender dysphoric men participating in female athletics, most recently in the case of University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas who still sports a penis and testicles and is sexually attracted to women. His male lung capacity, wingspan, and overall strength puts him and men in general at a physical advantage over women in athletics.

Fake Congressperson fakes being handcuffed at abortion protest, then power-fists the crowd who forgot she was "handcuffed"

An invisible set of handcuffs [that could be seen only if you made a pinhole-size opening with your index finger and squinted] was placed on the wrists of Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (D-NY) outside the Supreme Court on Tuesday where she was briefly led away by a Capitol Police officer. 

AOC, along with fellow leftist Rep. Carolyn Maloney, were gently led away in invisible handcuffs at a pro-kill-an-unborn-baby demonstration. Anti-Semite/Pro-Abortion Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was also arrested and allowed to make one phone call to her husband and her brother once her invisible handcuffs were removed by the police.

She won't back down killing the unborn, but not in Somalia

AOC, a performative politician, kept up the charade until she saw an opportunity to raise a Black Power fist in the air as if she was protesting at the 1972 Olympics. She thought nobody was looking at that moment, and those men who were, only did so because they wanted to date her or something.

Rep[ulsive] Rashida "Death to Israel" Tlaib, (D-MI) pointed to the sky, for some reason, after she was arrested at the unborn baby bloodlust demo.

Conservatives on social media had a field day blasting the fake performance.

“AOC pretended to be in handcuffs when she was escorted away from the Supreme Court,” the official account for the conservative paper Washington Free Beacon tweeted.

“Oh my gosh @AOC faking handcuffs,” wrote Republican commentator Matt Whitlock. “This is too much.”

According to Capitol Police, 34 people — including 16 members of Congress — were arrested, none of whom are expected to face serious charges, and all of whom were hoping to get arrested for the free publicity and satanic votes.

So the "Latinx chic from da Bronx" fired back in defense of her fake handcuff performance as she wrote in a Tweet responding to Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) who called her performance "fake."

Then she lied: “Putting your hands behind your back is a best practice while detained, handcuffed or not, to avoid escalating charges like resisting arrest.”

NY Democratic Lt. Gov. arrested in campaign donation scheme

Democrat Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin

New York Democratic Lt. Governor Brian Benjamin has been arrested Tuesday in a federal corruption investigation. The Democrat had only been in office in that role for seven months but it was ripe with questions and probes into a previous campaign.

The Democrat was charged with bribery, honest services wire fraud, and falsification of records.

Prior to being given the position of Lieutenant Governor, Benjamin was a Democratic state senator from Harlem and joined the unelected Gov. Kathy Hochul in September to fill her former job after she became New York's governor. She received the appointment when Democrat Andrew "Handy Andy" Cuomo was forced to resign due to ongoing inappropriate sexual activities. He did not resign for being responsible for the killing of thousands of elderly New Yorkers in nursing homes due to his stupid Covid policy of filling nursing homes with Covid patients because he was never held responsible.

Two months after Cuomo resigned and Benjamin had joined the Hochul administration, a real estate developer, Gerald Migdol, a real estate developer and lawyer who pushed campaign contributions toward Benjamin's failed bid for NY City comptroller was indicted.

Migdol was accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft in illegally handing over donations to Benjamin's campaign.

In an indictment unsealed Tuesday, Benjamin was accused of participating in a scheme to obtain campaign contributions from a real estate developer in exchange for Benjamin’s agreement to use his influence as a state senator to get a $50,000 grant of state funds for a nonprofit organization the developer controlled, a scheme that operated from 2019 to 2021.

The indictment said Benjamin and others acting at his direction or on his behalf also engaged in a series of lies and deceptions to cover up the scheme.

That's a bad thing.

They falsified campaign donor forms, misled municipal regulators and provided false information in vetting forms Benjamin submitted while he was being considered to be appointed as lieutenant governor, the indictment read.

No former accusations was made by prosecutors against Benjamin. His campaign said of Migdol's arrest that it had forfeited any improper donations as soon as they were discovered. It was his hope that this would keep his sorry butt out of prison.

However, more recently, reports emerged saying that subpoenas had been issued to Benjamin regarding the financial issues even before Hochul picked him as lieutenant governor, showing us just how much Hochul has on the ball having never fully vetted him or lying.

Despite her claiming she didn’t know of the subpoenas at the time, Hochul proclaimed her support for Benjamin, and he said that he told state police of the subpoenas as they went though the process of vetting him.

“I have utmost confidence in my lieutenant governor,” Hochul said during a Thursday press conference. “This is an independent investigation related to other people and he’s fully cooperating. He is my running mate.”

There goes our confidence in Hochul. But hey, nobody elected her governor in the first place--she inherited the job from a Democratic sex predator.

“In her first major decision as governor, Kathy Hochul chose a dirty politician to serve as her partner in government and running mate. Brian Benjamin’s shady dealings and corruption were well-documented, but Hochul turned a blind eye and put him a heartbeat away from the governorship,” state Republican chairman Nick Langworthy said in a prepared statement, at the risk of being called a racist for having said something negative about a black person, even though it's true in this case.

Benjamin was New York State's second Black lieutenant governor. During his state Legislature career, the Democrat emphasized criminal justice reform [seriously] and affordable housing. His district included most of central Harlem, where he was born and raised by Caribbean immigrant parents.

It is unclear as to whether his prison, if convicted, serves jerk chicken.

Hope Solo of Women's Soccer fame arrested for DUI with kids in the car

During National Anthem: only Julie Ertz and Kelley O'Hara refused to kneel

Former goalie for the US Women's Soccer team Hope Solo was found last Saturday allegedly passed out for over an hour behind the wheel of a car, engine running, her children inside, and the smell of alcohol in the air, according to reports.

Solo [no relation to Hans Solo because he's not a real person] defended her parenting skills.

“Our family is strong and surrounded with love. Our kids are strong, intelligent, happy and vibrant, and we are present every day giving them the best life possible,” the soccer player wrote in an Instagram story.

The Olympic goalkeeper for a team that lost to a team of boys up to the age of 16, said that she will be able to share more about the circumstances surrounding her arrest “in due time.” 

She was arrested on charges of driving while impaired, resisting a public officer and misdemeanor child abuse.

“In the meantime, our kids are enjoying the NC sun, eating popsicles and playing on our property,” she said. “Life can be tough, but these are truly the moments that matter. I feel blessed to have this kind of love in my life.”

According to her arrest warrant, a passerby noticed the soccer player passed out behind the wheel for more than an hour with the vehicle’s engine running and the two kids in the backseat.   

A responding officer detected the smell of alcohol, and the warrant said that Solo refused a field sobriety test and her blood was drawn instead.

Solo wed Jerramy Stevens, a former tight end for the Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in 2012. 

Solo’s attorney, Dick Nichols, has previously released a statement Friday.

“On the advice of counsel, Hope can’t speak about this situation, but she wants everyone to know that her kids are her life, that she was released immediately and is now at home with her family, that the story is more sympathetic than the initial charges suggest, and that she looks forward to her opportunity to defend these charges,” Dick Nichols said.

Kodak Black busted on trespassing charge in Florida

Rapper Kodak Black was arrested on a trespassing charge in South Florida on Saturday. Mr. Black was taken into custody in Pompano Beach, his hometown, on Saturday morning, the South Florida SunSentinel reported.

It is not yet known what actually prompted the arrest.

Mr. Black is legally named Bill Kapri, which is a pretty cool name that he chose to forgo, so he will henceforth be referred to by his rapper name.

Black was given a 3-year prison sentence for falsifying the paperwork to buy weapons at a Miami gun store. But his sentence was eventually commuted by President Trump on his last day in office. Black ended up serving about half his sentence.

He was eventually sentenced to probation in April 2021 for assaulting a teenage girl, because teenage boys fight back harder. This occurred in a South Carolina hotel room. The rapper was originally charged with rape, but took a deal and pleaded guilty to first-degree assault. 

Black has sold over 30 million singles and has had several multiplatinum and platinum-certified singles, including "Zeze," "No Flockin’" and "Roll in Peace."

Muslim man arrested: suspect in anti-Semitic attack in New York's Time Square

A man was arrested and his cohorts are being sought involving an obviously anti-Semitic attack on a Jewish man in Times Square in Manhattan. In spite of this being an apparent anti-Semitic crime, some politicians are uncharacteristically paying attention. The crime á la mode has been anti-Asian assaults so it's interesting that politicians are giving anti-Semitic crime a second look in spite of it being disproportionately the highest hate crime in the nation. And police are investigating this attack as such.

The attack occurred on Thursday and was caught on video and shared on social media. It came following pro-Israel and pro-Hamasshole demonstrations in midtown Manhattan over the conflict in Gaza. 

The cease fire, or 'intermission' came a few hours later but 26 arrests were made.

The 29-year-old man was attacked for being Jewish a short time after the demonstrations and was taken to a hospital where he was in stable condition, Sergeant Jessica McRorie, a police spokeswoman, said. The victim's name was not released in concern the Hamasshole supporters would track him and his family down for being Jewish and kill them.

"The victim was approached by a group of five or six males who knocked him to the ground, assaulted him while making anti-Semitic statements," McRorie said by phone. "They punched, kicked, pepper-sprayed and hit him with some crutches during the assault."

They are what is known as crap weasel cowards.

The man who was arrested was identified as Waseem Awawdeh, who police said used a crutch in the early evening assault. It's possible Awawdeh stole the crutch from a disabled person but he refused to say.

He faces charges of second-degree hate crime assault, a second-degree gang assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. If convicted, he faces up to three hours in custody under New York City's no bail, no problem rules.

A video of the incident showed a person striking a man on the ground with a crutch and fleeing as other attackers also did. The victim got up about a minute later and tried to pursue his attackers but was restrained by police. You gotta give him credit, though.

The New York Police Department's Hate Crime Task Force said it was investigating the assault as they search for reasons why anyone would attack a lone Jewish man on the streets of New York. Hmm.

New York Governor Andrew "Hi Toots" Cuomo said in a statement that he was [reluctantly] dispatching the State Police Hate Crimes Task Force to assist.

Cuomo and several other useless officials, including Mayor Bill de Blasio and U.S. Representative Jerry Nadler, whose district includes the Times Square restaurants area, condemned what Cuomo called "anti-Semitic violent gang harassment and intimidation." 

Meanwhile back at the front, the cease fire has held longer than a cab ride from Brooklyn to the Bronx, so maybe it'll last a little while longer. But it ain't over, folks.

 wrote. “I have been struck since my first day on the campaign trail back in 2018 by the overwhelming whiteness and maleness of Chicago media outlets, editorial boards, the political press corps, and yes, the City Hall press corps specifically.”

“If I as the black woman mayor, the first-ever, don’t challenge us, the collective us, to do better, to really make sure that in every institution it reflects the diversity, nuance, and texture, then shame on me,” Lightfoot continued.

“This isn’t my job. It shouldn’t be,” she wrote. “I don’t have time for it. But as with so many festering problems, it has only gotten worse with time. So here I am, like so many other Black women before me, having to call your attention to this problem.”

Lightfoot went further, taking to Twitter early Thursday morning to defend her policy in a series of posts.

“I ran to break up the status quo that was failing so many,” Lightfoot tweeted. “That isn’t just in City Hall. It’s a shame that in 2021, the City Hall press corps is overwhelmingly White in a city where more than half of the city identifies as Black, Latino, AAPI, or Native American.”

“Diversity and inclusion is imperative across all institutions including media. In order to progress we must change,” she continued. “This is exactly why I’m being intentional about prioritizing media requests from POC reporters on the occasion of the two-year anniversary of my inauguration as mayor of this great city.”

Critics blasted Lightfoot’s decision from all sides Wednesday. Beyond the journalists who noted that they were shut out by the policy limiting interviews, Lightfoot faced criticism from a Latino news organization, which refused to interview the mayor after she refused to lift the moratorium on white journalists, per Fox News.

She also faced blowback on Twitter, where racial justice advocates suggested that Lightfoot was likely using the policy to distract from her inability to handle questions of violence. “Lori Lightfoot presided over an enormous increase in homicides, almost all of them in African American or Latino communities, and she’s hoping these PR stunts get liberal America to give her a pass for failing to save people’s lives,” journalist Zaid Jilani pointed out.

Indeed, on the same day that the mayor’s office announced the policy favoring “black and brown” reporters, Lightfoot aides announced that “a compromise plan to make past police disciplinary records available to the public,” essentially turning down a request from Chicago’s racial justice activists to expand police transparency.

Local media reporters in Chicago are alleging that Democrat Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is selecting who gets to do one-on-one interviews with her based on the race of the interviewer.

NBC 5 political reporter Mary Ann Ahern made the initial allegation on Twitter, writing: “As ⁦ @chicagosmayor ⁩ reaches her two year midway point as mayor, her spokeswoman says Lightfoot is granting 1 on 1 interviews – only to Black or Brown journalists.”

Chicago PBS news anchor Paris Schultz responded: “I was told the same thing.”

Lightfoot’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Daily Wire or Fox News.

“It is unclear when such a practice was enacted and if it only applies to local reporters, particularly after her MSNBC appearance with Stephanie Ruhle on Monday,” Fox News reported. “During her MSNBC interview, Lightfoot told Ruhle she would ‘encourage’ Chicago residents to continue wearing masks despite the new CDC guidance allowing those with the coronavirus vaccine to go without them.”

“I know for me personally, I’m going to continue to wear a mask in public and I’m going to encourage others to do so,” Lightfoot told Ruhle. “We’ve got to make sure that people are continuing to follow the public health guidance that has gotten us this far, and masks, I think, are a big and important part of that.”

Lightfoot said on Tuesday afternoon that her decision to continue to encourage people to wear masks was not based on distrust of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“But I think their guidance last week regarding masks has people confused…We need clarification,” Lightfoot said. “We still have a long way to go to hit the critical mass (of vaccinations) or herd immunity. I don’t want people to have false confidence.”

“To say, ‘If you’re vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask,’ that’s great. But what about all of the other people who are out there that aren’t vaccinated?” Lightfoot added. “There’s no way to know that. So I think for the time being, most people are gonna continue to wear masks outside of their homes.”

Violent "Antifa Commander" taken down by police, then assumes fetal position and cries hot leftist tears

An Antifa "commander" armed with a freaking flame thrower was stopped by law enforcement at a riot and he dropped to the ground like a sack of hackie sacks, assumed the fetal position, and cried like a 1960s Betsy Wetsy doll as the police arrested him.

Pretty little Matthew Banta, 23, was arrested last week at a riot after he allegedly "pulled a Jacob Blake" ignoring police commands. The tough guy was charged with "two counts of felony bail jumping  and one count of obstructing an officer,” The Green Bay Press Gazette reported.

“The charges stem from a report about 9 p.m. Saturday that ‘a whole bunch of white people with sticks, baseball bats, and helmets’ were headed ‘towards the police,’ who were trying to break up what they had deemed an ‘unlawful assembly’ in downtown Green Bay following a protest Saturday afternoon.”

Thinking there was safety in numbers, and outnumbering the police, Banta thought this was going to be a slam-dunk gang bang against the cops.

One police officer who responded to the incident pulled in front of four scumbags, three of whom ran away like roaches caught with the light on, but the officer managed to catch Banta, who was carrying an antifa flag. The officer said that Banta “dropped into the fetal position and began crying.”

Banta's exact words weren't clear due to the snot running out of his nose and into his mouth, but clearly it was the wailing of a coward who knew he'd never make it in prison if they put him in a cell with an adult male.

The criminal complaint stated:

Matthew was brought to the front of my squad, where Matthew was identified as “Commander Red” from an informational bulletin sent out through department email. Matthew is known to be a violent Antifa member who incites violence in otherwise relatively peaceful protests. As Matthew was under arrest for Resisting arrest, I began searching him incident to arrest. While searching him, I located two “military grade 5 minute” smoke grenades. I also located in his bags on his person two firework rockets that had “Apache” printed on them. Also located in the same bag a bundle of bottle rockets banded together with plastic wrap, a flamethrower with a propane tank was found inside. Medical bags containing miscellaneous medical equipment and antifa stickers, belt with pouches containing rocks. Also taken from Matthew as evidence was his […] Antifa flag, empty green bag, metal helmet, and metal scraper. Matthew stated that he was going to the protest, but denied that he was trying to incite a riot. Matthew also denied knowing that the protest was declared an unlawful assembly.

The three other individuals who ran away were later caught trying to enter someone’s home who would not let them in. The homeowner told law enforcement that they did not know the individuals. 

It is not known if they too were crying over the incident, but they looked scared.

“Banta is accused in Waupaca County of pointing a loaded gun at a police officer and biting and kicking an officer during a protest earlier this month,” WBAY-TV 2 reported. “He’s charged there with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and four other charges. He posted a $10,000 cash bond. A condition of his bond was that he can’t have a dangerous weapon, according to the Brown County district attorney’s office.”

It looks like Banta may be going away for a long time, if the Kamala Harris or Joe Biden's staff don't post his bail.
