A TSA official arrested by US Customs and Border Protection

Don't let her smile fool you--she's probably going to the slammer

A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) official, Maxine McManaman, has been arrested on an outstanding warrant, local media reports.

McManaman an Assistant Federal Security Director, was arrested in Atlanta by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on December 28. The warrant for her arrest was posted by the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office. It claimed that McManaman and an alleged complice, Delroy Chambers Sr., exploited a relative suffering from dementia by falsifying documents in their name, according to Port St. Lucie Police.

According to Florida authorities, the pair forged signatures on a quitclaim deed transferring ownership of property in the relative's name over to themselves. That's also known as stealing and in most places, especially those run by Republicans, is a crime.

The person with dementia [not Joe Biden, this time] who was the target in the illegal operation, was found to be in Atlanta on the date listed and could not have signed the quitclaim.

McManaman's partner, Chambers was previously arrested on Dec. 20 in Port St. Lucie, charged with two counts of exploitation of an elderly or disabled adult, simple neglect and two counts of forgery. He eventually bonded out of jail.

McManaman is facing a third-degree felony charge of forgery, which is similar to Harvard president Gay's plagiarism, except it's about copying money.

She was reportedly apprehended after landing in Atlanta on an international flight.

McManaman had been an employee of the TSA since November 2002 and held a management-level position at the airport, according to local reports. She has been placed on leave pending a law enforcement investigation and is being held at Clayton County Jail in Jonesboro, Georgia.

Guess which idiot blames record border crossings on climate change

This is what it looks like when you're built upside-down

Sure 2023 recorded the highest number of illegal aliens come across the southern border to enter the United States. Some of them come here to get free benefits from off the taxpayers' backs; some come here to work; and some come here to plan and carry out acts of terrorism.

But at least the Democrats are happy to have them because they believe that people who would do illegal things, would vote for their Party. If it were up to Democrats, the border patrol would be handing out free snacks, cell phones, and health care to the tired, the poor, and huddled masses yearning to get things free.

Why do they really come here?

In a bizarre interview with the anti-American network known as MSNBC, the oxymoronically named Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was asked that very same question. Specifically, why are more illegal aliens entering the country than in any other month in the history of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the other oxymoron.

The idiot blamed "climate change" on the historic border invasion rather than the real reason--Biden's open border policies and the administration's refusal to secure the U.S. border. He even blamed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for a “remarkable failure of governance” relating to the ongoing border crisis.

Actually, Abbott very niftily handled the situation in his non-sanctuary state--he sent the illegal aliens to sanctuary states where they would supposedly be welcomed with love, open arms, and free stuff.

Except when it became real to the so called sanctuary states. Now they had what they asked for in their own cities and states.

It was a brilliant move by Abbott. Places that claimed to welcome illegal aliens like New York City, found out that illegal aliens were kind of a pain in the butt to accommodate and provide services for.

The only climate that changed was the cold shoulder of nonacceptance sanctuary cities had for illegal aliens.

Mayorkas is a pathetic political hack and, like his Democrat cronies, blames others and refuses to accept responsibility for his mistakes.

AOC allegedly screams at border agents

Freshman, fresh-face, fresh congresswoman Alexandria Occasionally-Crazy (Socialist-Da Bronx, NY) allegedly went berserk at the U.S.-Mexico border where she screamed at Customs and Border Protection agents "in a threatening manner" during a taxpayer paid visit to a southern border facility in Texas, Fox News reports.

According to a report, the bug-eyed pessimist made the explosive claim that women being held in at least one facility are being forced to drink "out of toilets" and she said that she read on the Internet that drinking out of toilets is unsanitary unless you're a dog.

The report was unsubstantiated, like most of AOC's claims regarding the border and the treatment of illegal aliens.
Fake outrage over a parking lot pretending
it's a border facility
The New York Democratic brain trust allegedly became like totally pissed with federal agents on Monday in El Paso during a trip to the area with roughly a dozen members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, the Washington Examiner reported, citing two witnesses at the location.

“She comes out screaming at our agents, right at the beginning [of the tour] ... Crying and screaming and yelling," one witness said. “The agents, they wanted to respond, but they held back because she’s a congressional delegate [and apparently off her meds]. But when you have someone yelling at you in a threatening manner … They were like, ‘Hey, you need to kinda step back.’”

AOC, seemingly in response to the report, tweeted: "To these CBP officers saying they felt ‘threatened’ by me – They were literally discussing making a GoFundMe for an officer who attacked my on my tour."

She added: "They confiscated my phone, and they were all armed. I’m 5’4”. They’re just upset I exposed their inhumane behavior."

But they didn't strong-arm her nor shoot her, so there's that.

Sorry, but I suspect she is full of burritos. If they knew who she was, why would they create problems for themselves? It makes no sense.

The Examiner report claims the fact-denier even refused to tour the facility because seeing things first hand cannot replace one's feelings about what one believes exists. The idiot chose instead to stay with a family in a holding area.

The freshman rep previously tweeted about her visit to border facilities, writing that people of all ages were being mistreated and were "drinking out of toilets" as the guards laughed at the migrants' plight right in front of her.

She tweeted:
Now I’ve seen the inside of these facilities.
It’s not just the kids. It’s everyone. People drinking out of toilets, officers laughing in front of members Congress.
I brought it up to their superiors. They said “officers are under stress & act out sometimes.” No accountability.
Brian Hastings, deputy chief of Border Patrol, denied AOC's allegations during an interview on "The Story." He unequivocally stated fresh drinking water is provided to people in custody.

Earlier Monday, the congresswoman accused CBP of having a “violent culture” after a report from ProPublica surfaced about a secret Facebook group where Border Patrol agents allegedly posted graphic and vulgar jokes about the Democratic lawmaker as well as illegal immigrants.

Ironic that Mark Zuckerberg's crew didn't kick them off the social media platform.

Father of dead 7-year-old girl claims she wasn't dehydrated

The father of Jakelin Caal, a 7-year-old child who died in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP) custody, has "lawyered up" with not one, but two attorneys and is challenging the DHS's claim about how Jakelin died.

Nery Gilberto Caal released a statement via his attorneys on Saturday, claiming that he and his daughter -- whom Border Patrol says died of prolonged hunger and dehydration -- were properly fed, and that they had not spent days in the desert before declaring their intent to seek asylum at an official border crossing in New Mexico last week.

Okay, so she had enough food and water, he claims, so how did she die in his custody? Is he blaming USCBP for the child's death? Or is he trying to absolve himself of guilt for taking a child on a long and dangerous journey?

Caal has hired Enrique Morneo and Elena Esparza to handle his case, according to Buzzfeed News and CBS News .

The lawyers are claiming that, “Jakelin had not been crossing the desert for days. Jakelin’s father took care of Jakelin — made sure she was fed and had sufficient water,” and that they “sought asylum from the Border Patrol as soon as they crossed the border.”

So what are they implying, that the Border Patrol took too long to handle their needs and she died? Did he immediately tell them his child needed care? Didn't he understand that he'd have to wait his turn, otherwise?

The two lawyers also reportedly issued a threat to the Department of Homeland Security, warning spokespeople for the agency to cease " “further speculation about her cause of death" because making "premature and inaccurate statements undermine the integrity of the investigation.”

That's actually not a bad recommendation. I wish President Trump would heed the warnings.

It does not appear the attorneys have provided any evidence to substantiate their claim that the official Border Patrol report on Jakelin's death is inaccurate, or that a further investigation is warranted, but it sounds scary.

A non-profit called Annunciation House, which is reportedly housing Jakelin's father, released the same statement to media on Saturday evening, the Arizona Central reports

The  statement claims that Jakelin and her father traveled most of the way from Guatemala by bus, and that they had been dropped off only a 90 minute walk from the United States border.

The distance from Guatemala to the U.S. border is over 1,500 miles. That takes days and then the father took the child for a 90 minute walk. We don't know what that was like for the girl, but the bus ride alone had to take days.

The new claims fly in the face of a report issued by the Washington Post -- hardly an outlet that openly supports anti-immigration efforts -- which says Jakelin's father claimed that his daughter was in good physical condition upon contacting Customs and Border Patrol, but that the girl began vomiting and convulsing while being transported from the border to Border Patrol facility 90 minutes away.

Once the transport reached its destination, emergency responders attended to Jakelin and got her airlifted to a children's hospital in El Paso, Texas, where she later died of cardiac arrest. She spent a total of about eight hours in Border Patrol custody

There will be an autopsy and a formal declaration of Jakelin's cause of death, but Department of Homeland Security officials have said that Jakelin was in the final, desperate stages of dehydration and hunger, and that the child hadn't had food or water in several days before she and her father turned up at the border in New Mexico.

If that turns out to be accurate, and it likely is, the father should be indicted and put in prison on the Stupid Block.

But pro-immigration activists have predictably refused to accept the CBP's official word on Jakelin's death. Nothing will please them until there is no border security, and it appears that they may want more than just a simple explanation, even if the autopsy report substantiates the Border Patrol's claims that Jakelin died of severe dehydration and shock.

A protest at the border, which took place Saturday night, demanded an official, independent investigation into Jakelin's death.

Even the death of a child in the care of her father, has become a political issue rather than what actually happened.

Over 650 illegal migrants crossing southern border detained in AZ

Thousands of U.S. troops at the southern border are waiting for the caravan of migrants to arrive. Border agents, however, in Arizona, have already detained 654 of them in just two days this week in the Yuma Sector, mostly reportedly being family units or unaccompanied minors from Guatemala.

Officials don't believe these illegal migrants are associated with the large caravan of mostly Central American potential lawbreakers who think they can just come here and get jobs and/or benefits from our taxpayer money. Worse, they make it more difficult for honest refugees who need to seek asylum because they flood the system.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said that a group of 55 Central Americans waded across the Colorado River near Yuma [where there is a USMC Air Station, or MCAS Yuma] and surrendered to agents after walking around vehicle barriers.

"Larger numbers [of illegal migrants[ have started to illegally cross shallow portions of the Colorado River near Yuma," an official press release said.

Vinny Dulesky, special operations supervisor for Yuma Sector public affairs, told Fox News on Thursday that most of the illegals came through the east side of the port of entry and did so by cutting through their metal fence to cross in.

So they came well-prepared and prepared as well to damage government property. Vinny said he didn't know the extent of the damage to the fences, but thought fixing them could cost over $1,600 for each one. The illegal migrants know they'll not have to pay the cost and the taxpayers can go screw themselves as far as they're concerned.

CBP said apprehensions in this area are up over 150 percent compared to last year at this time, and more than 3,600 illegals were apprehended in October alone.

Dulesky said the tactics of the illegal migrants have changed. "Instead of trying to avoid us, they are running to us, and claim asylum," he said. "By doing that, it keeps them in the country longer."

According to CBP stats, 60,745 foreigners, most of them good, some of them bad 'hombres' were apprehended or were deemed inadmissible while trying to cross the border into the U.S. illegally via the southern border in October, the first month of the fiscal year 2019--compared to 34,871 in the same month this year.

This is unacceptable and needs to be stopped.

DHS to waive environmental laws in order to build the wall

Houston -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will waive environmental laws in order to build gates between sections of border barriers in South Texas' Rio Grande Valley, the Associated Press reported.

There are 11 locations the waiver will cover where the government plans to install gates in existing fencing. Similar waivers have been issued by DHS in recent months, similar to this latest group, for projects along the southwest border.

There already is about 700 miles of fencing along the southwest border. In parts of South Texas, segments of fencing begin and end along the levee built next to the Rio Grande, the river separating the U.S. and Mexico. Much of the fencing are a distance from the river and in some instances cut off private property.

This latest proposal of the gates would solve that problem by sealing off some of the gaps.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection usually grant residents who are cut off, access to the gates so they can get to the other side of their land.

It's beginning to look like the wall is being built, and the government also separately plans to start building new barriers for fulfill President Trump's signature campaign promise to build a border wall. Congress has approved $1.6 billion in wall spending, which included funding for 33 miles of construction in the Rio Grande Valley.

Some of the construction planning cuts through the National Butterfly Center and other environmentally sensitive areas. Liberal butterfly enthusiasts are livid and butterflies are confused, not knowing where to go nor how to get there. Most plan to fly.

The valley is the busiest corridor for illegal border crossings, and U.S. government officials say it's targeted by human and drug traffickers.

DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen wrote that there's "an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads" along the border. She waived regulations under the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, and about two dozen other laws, because she rather see butterflies die, than humans die at the hands of terrorists or other illegal aliens.

Trump Says Some Republicans Want to ‘Obliterate’ Iran While Others Prefer a Nice Little Chat First
