Iowa State football player allegedly broke woman's spine and raped her

Aidan Ralph, a redshirt sophomore football player for Iowa State has been arrested for allegedly breaking a woman's back and proceed to sexually assault her.

Ralph, a linebacker for the Cyclones, was arrested Tuesday in Ames, Iowa, for the incident that occurred on December 3. He allegedly accused a woman of cheating on him and began shoving her multiple times, once into a stairwell, a per a police affidavit.

The unnamed woman reportedly suffered a stress fracture of the spine, and allegedly begged Ralph to call an ambulance, as she lay immobile. He refused to make the call.

She alleged that he removed her pants to examine the injury and help relieve her pain, and subsequently began to rape her.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman had visible swelling and the big, strong football player admitted to shoving her into the stairs.

Ralph, 20, has been charged with domestic abuse and third degree sexual abuse, according to Story County Sheriff’s Office records.

If convicted, the big, strong football player faces up to 12 years in prison, including 10 years for the sexual assault, which is a class C felony in Iowa.

Iowa State’s athletic department said in a statement that Ralph, a big, strong 6 foot 2 inch football player “is no longer a member of the Iowa State football program.”

He did not appear in a game for Iowa State during his freshman season; a link to his bio on the school’s athletics website currently leads to an error page.

Ralph posted the $11,000 bail on Wednesday, according to The Athletic and was assigned a public defender. He was obviously ordered not to have any contact with the woman he allegedly seriously injured and raped.

His next court hearing is scheduled for May 15.

Top House Dem's sexuality-confused son pleads not guilty to assaulting cops

Rep. Katherine Clark (D-MA) condemns violence against police while her sexually confused child was arraigned Monday for allegedly assaulting a Boston cop and spraying the acronym ACAB, or "All Cops Are Bast**ds" on public property. So not only does this creepy vulgarian hate cops, he also has no respect for other people's property.

"I condemn violence against everyone, whether that is against police or against community members as a result of any person or government entity," Clark, the House Democratic Whip, told reporters outside at an unrelated event in a Boston suburb Monday afternoon.

Clark's words followed the arraignment of Riley Dowell, 23, of Melrose. He was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court Monday on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, vandalizing property, tagging property, vandalizing an historic marker/monument, and resisting arrest.

Due to his privileged status, nothing much will be done to punish his unacceptable behavior and he will likely do it again.

"I am going to refer to my statements that I’ve already released on this," Clark added at the Watertown, MA event, where the congresswoman appeared with other state and local officials to announce a sizeable federal grant for environmental efforts, including so-called "tree trenches."

"I love all my children and Riley dearly. But this is a difficult time in that cycle of joy and pain of being a parent," Clark added, according to The Herald. "I have full trust in the legal system. This case is before it, and I have confidence that there will be an equitable and fair outcome."

Prosecutors said Dowell flailed his arms and struck a police officer trying to arrest him for defacing a bandstand in Boston with anti-police slogans over the weekend. They also noted police allegedly found a spray paint can in his backpack and saw paint on his hands and jacket, the confusing Associated Press reported, using fake pronouns such as "their" and "them" arms, which Brain Flushings clarified for them.

Not guilty pleas were entered on Dowell’s behalf, and the little crapweasel was released on the $500 bail that was posted after the Saturday arrest. Neither Dowell nor an attorney commented outside of court, according to the AP. Photos showed Dowell sitting in court next to father Rodney Dowell.

Dowell, both he and she, is due back in court on April 19 along with they and them.

Another girl assaulted by trans student in HS bathroom: media mum

A male dressed as a woman got angry at a girl for not paying him attention. He followed her into the girls bathroom [where he is allowed to go because he wears girly things while still sporting a d**k] and asked her if she "wanted to fight." 

He proceeded to attack her with “clenched fists, pulled her hair and threw her on the ground.” A witness said the boy kicked the girl in the head and twice in the back. The witness tried to stop the male attacker but was punched in the face twice, resulting in a possible concussion.

CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, the NY Times and Washington Post forgot to report much about this story because of some reason they forgot to mention. The Washington Stand said that “no media outlet covered the altercation” that occurred in October until “the website Reduxx got a copy of the police report on December 12.”

“During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that one of the students involved in the fight is transgender and was using the women's restroom,” a spokesperson for the school wrote. 

The boy was new to the school and the faculty didn't know he had a penis, testosterone and other male attributes.

However, according to the Stand, Oklahoma Secretary of Education Ryan Walters (R) has cracked down on the trans bathroom policies in order to help prevent situations like this from happening again.

According to Walters, the attack is “unacceptable and will not be tolerated in the state of Oklahoma.” Other attacks that are unacceptable are: boys who identify as boys beating up on girls who identify as girls, transgender boys, who are really girls, being beaten up by transgender girls who are really boys, and gangs who beat up on individuals for their lunch money.

In a video on Twitter, Walters said that he would launch a state-level investigation about the high school where the attack took place and would require public schools in Oklahoma to keep bathroom policies transparent, but not the bathrooms themselves because that would be an invasion of privacy.

The Oklahoma governor and legislature passed a bill banning boys from going into girls' bathrooms to prevent these kinds of situations.

The pseudo-chick who attacked the girl has been charged with assault and battery, and disorderly conduct.

It's time for the woke who don't see the problem they've created, to remove their heads from their nether regions.

Pro-life teen says she was repeatedly punched in head while canvassing: Video supports her claim

A pro-life teen was physically assaulted and harassed while canvassing for a ballot initiative in Kansas concerning abortion, the victim stated.

Grace Hartsock is an 18-year-old volunteer with Students for Life Action. She said that a woman inside one of the homes she canvassed chased her, shoved her in the chest, repeatedly punched her in the head, and cussed at her. 

She filed a police report on the matter.

“It’s unfathomable that the pro-choice movement claims to be ‘pro-woman’ and yet attacks women who don’t agree with their narrative,” the teen said in a statement. “It’s not surprising to me that a person who advocates for violence in the womb wouldn’t hesitate to attack a pro-life woman like myself.”

In a blog post at SFLAction, the teenager recalled stopping at a home where a woman politely told her, “No, I’m sorry, I don’t think you want to talk to us.”

Before Hartsock turned away, she heard another voice from inside the house yelling expletives. “Don’t apologize to her, mom,” hollered the woman, presumably the daughter of the person who answered the door.

When Hartsock went to leave, the woman yelling at her allegedly ran out of the front door and began chasing her.

“The woman shoved Hartsock in the chest with both hands and began hitting her in the head with closed fists. Hartsock attempted to protect herself and leave while the resident’s mother told her daughter to stop the violence,” the SFLAction post details.

The woman attacker is obviously mentally ill and sees abortion as a religious right, and anyone who disagrees with her is evil and must be stopped.

“Hartsock told police that as she made it down the driveway to get distance from the irate pro-abortion supporter, the daughter threw a piece of food that hit her in the face, and she followed Hartsock down the street screaming curses and phrases such as, ‘I hope you get raped,’ and ‘I hope you get run over by a car,'” the post added.

Again, only a mentally ill woman would call for another woman to be raped, just to prove her point.

Hartsock was taken to a local emergency room to get checked out. She’s okay physically, but was emotionally shaken, SFLAction said. Undeterred, though, the teen was back out canvassing the next day.

Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for Students for Life told The Daily Wire on Tuesday that the group is considering civil legal action, first waiting to see how the charges develop in the case.

“As reported to police, a grown woman took out her frustrations over abortion on a teenager who volunteered to let people know about the Kansas ballot initiative. This brings abortion radicals’ ‘Summer of Rage’ close to home,” Hawkins blasted. “But the Pro-Life Generation will not be forced into silence or fear because of radical pro-abortionists who show no regard for life, inside or outside of the womb, and no respect for the free speech rights of their fellow citizens.”

Gender dysphoric male cheerleader kicked out of camp: allegedly choked female teammate

A gender dysphoric male cheerleader was ejected out of a Texas cheerleading camp and charged criminally after he allegedly choked a female teammate, which was quite unladylike for him to do. Perhaps his testosterone level was too high that day.

"Well guys I’m officially retired as a cheerleader as of last night at 5:30 AM. A girl on the team was being very disrespectful and told me I am a MAN with a PENIS and that [guys] should not be on the team," the cheerleader, Averie Chanel Medlock, wrote on Facebook last week. The woman cheerleader left out the fact that Medlock also has a set of testicles, but that may have been unnecessary.

"I stood up for myself and she called her mom and dad because she was scared, because I [stood] up for myself. Her father said ‘she still has testosterone and a penis and I will kill anyone who comes after my daughter.’"

Yes, he stood up for himself by physically assaulting a woman. What balls! She was scared because Medlock is a dude and can seriously injure her.

The alleged assault took place at Ranger College, where police responded to a dispute between the members of the team, according to Facebook posts from team members. The mentally ill Medlock claimed the female made "transphobic" and "racist" remarks before he attacked her. Cell phone video shows other female cheerleaders hiding in a room, away from a livid man who claims to believe he's a woman.

The father of the female whom Medlock allegedly choked was called to the scene by his daughter and he has begun insisting that police release body camera and CCTV footage of the incident.

"I ask you what you would have done when receiving a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning from your daughter stating they had locked themselves in the room with other girls," the father, Mike Jones, wrote on Facebook. "At no time did I ever say anything about your race or your gender."

Somehow I believe the female.

Medlock asserts that the physical confrontation with the other cheerleader was actually a joke, but police on the scene gave the former cheerleader a criminal citation for assault and removed  him from campus.

The incident comes as debate continues to rage about gender dysphoric men participating in female athletics, most recently in the case of University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas who still sports a penis and testicles and is sexually attracted to women. His male lung capacity, wingspan, and overall strength puts him and men in general at a physical advantage over women in athletics.

US Secret Service agent assaulted Israeli woman, was sent packing

An allegedly drunk U.S. Secret Service agent reportedly assaulted an Israeli woman who had asked him to tone down his and another person's behavior outside a local in Jerusalem's famous Mahane Yehuda outdoor market on Monday when they became loud and disruptive.

The woman, believed to work at the pub or an owner of a nearby business, asked the men to tone it down. This caused the brave men to start an altercation in which they had either pushed or struck her. She was not seriously injured, certainly not as injured as the reputation of the U.S. Secret Service.

According to Reuters, two Secret Service agents were sent back to the U.S. from South Korea in May 2022 following a drunken assault on a local taxi driver. At least in this instance, it wasn't a woman they assaulted.

In this instance, the man was detained by local authorities but released without charge and sent on a flight back to the U.S.

In a terse statement, the Secret Service confirmed to CBS News that the man is a member of the heavy weapons tactical unit Counter Assault Team and had been detained by Israeli police.

“The employee has returned to the United States,” the agency told network. “In accordance with agency protocol, his access to Secret Service systems and facilities was suspended pending further investigation.”

Several sources with knowledge about the incident confirmed that alcohol had been a factor in the confrontation, but a Secret Service spokesman said that whether or not the agent had been intoxicated was still under investigation. If he wasn't drunk, that would bode worse, but if he was, that would bode badly.

Arab coward assaults 16-year-old Jewish girl on Jerusalem train

There is an unwritten contract, an understanding in civilized society, that the role of men is to protect women. Sadly, this was not the case as no man came to the aid of a 16-year-old Jewish girl on the Jerusalem light rail train on Sunday, Israel National News reported.

The girl, is a Jerusalem resident who reached out to the Honenu Jewish legal aid NGO for assistance. The case is being handled by attorney Haim Bleicher from the organization.

Bleicher wrote a strongly worded letter to the Jerusalem police and asked that they take the attack seriously and charge the coward, who is still at large, with a 'nationalistically motivated' crime. Why not charge the guy with anti-Semitism, because that was the highly probable motive.

The letter Bleicher wrote explained that his client was speaking with her sister while riding the train. There were Arab youth present in the car of the train when "[S]uddenly, and or no reason at all, one of the minority individuals [Arabs] came and delivered a strong blow to my client’s arm. He then continued on his way, while he and his friends giggled,” the letter read. 

“My client, who was in serious pain, turned to the attacker to protest what he had done, but he treated her with contempt. My client and her sister got off at the Iriya [City Hall] station and told police officers about the incident. Later, my client filed a complaint at the Sha’ar Binyamin police station.”

But instead of doing anything in response to the formal complaint the victim filed with police, they did nothing to track down the future jihadis. Because if you think these young guys will stop their violence at this stage in their lives rather than having it escalate with the help of the local anti-Semitism, anti-Zionism in their community, you might be as naive as the people who were told they won the lottery and provided their bank account and social security information.

Woman allegedly belt beaten by NYC homeless man victim of oppression: she is now like "traumatized"

A woman who, in Midtown Manhattan, was allegedly beaten with a leather belt by a homeless man, an obvious victim of our racist society as he is Black, says she is "traumatized" after being randomly attacked. [H/T The New York Post]

"I’m not going back to work until I know this guy’s put away," Diamond Loubriel told the paper. "I’m really traumatized, I can honestly say."

Loubriel, 21, and an aspiring English professor, was sitting outside of her workplace, Black Seed Bagels on West 49th Street near Sixth Avenue, at around 7:45 a.m. when police say Kamal Walker, a homeless Black man victim, came up from behind and hit her because he is very oppressed.

"I was sitting down on the phone talking to my sister and he just comes out of nowhere and starts attacking me," the woman recalled.

"I didn’t even see him come toward me," she continued. "He hit me and I looked up like and I’m like ‘what the f**k is going on?’"

Yes, she was like, like you know.

The Alphabet City resident [that's on Manhattan's east side where the avenues are named "Avenue A," "B" etc.] described how Walker was allegedly "putting all his manpower" into swinging the belt at her back.

"It was like if he was beating the f**k out of me," she said in her ladylike profane way. Sadly, Loubriel was totally out of f**k and didn't know from where her next one would be coming.

Shocked, Loubriel said she tried to protect her face from the blows – until she finally gathered the strength to stand up.

But once she got up, the homeless creep ran off.

"I got up and I was gonna f**king do something and he just started running," Loubriel recalled eloquently.

She added: "Well if you’re gonna hit me, threaten me, at least stay put. Give me a chance to f**king defend myself."

Halperin's book sells 502 copies, probably to family

Former MSNBC political analyst and woman-groping scumcrumpet, Mark Halperin, wrote a how-to book with lots of words. If you count the hours spent writing the book, add to that the time to do research for the book [perhaps a half hour], Halperin may have made $1.45 an hour for all the hard work he put into the book.

Hardly pizza money.

The book, "How to Beat Trump: America's Top Political Strategists On What It Will Take" sold a mere 502 copies, evidently, mostly to family and an enthusiastic friend.

The description of the book on Amazon claims, "more than 100 million anxious Americans want to know: how can Donald Trump be beaten in 2020 and evicted from the White House?" It should have instead boasted: "more than 500 clueless Americans want to know how anyone on the far-left can defeat Donald J. Trump in 2020?"

Of course, the answer is simple, but the book pretends that it's complicated. All the Democrats have to do to beat Trump is to not be crazy.

Of the 502 purchasers of the novel, six bothered to review the book on Amazon. Suffice it to say, the reviews were not as glowing as Halperin's face tends to get after groping an unsuspecting women.

One reviewer who goes by the handle Ball Student wrote, "He'd be better off avoiding speculation and sticking to areas he has extensive experience in: groping female employees." This was apparently in reference to the allegations of sexual harassment and assault from 12 women who came forth publicly to accuse Halperin of sexual harassment or assault. He publicly denied the allegations but a dozen people with believable stories may be telling the truth. He also refused to apologized to his alleged victims because an apology is an admission of guilt.

Former Comedy News Network (CNN) producer Eleanor McManus, who also said she was victimized by Halperin, criticized Regan Arts for signing him to a book deal despite his refusal to apologize.

"He has yet to take responsibility for his actions by apologizing to his victims or demonstrating genuine contrition," McManus said. "Giving him a book once again puts him in a position of authority and that is a slap to all the women that he has victimized."

Nothing But Compromised News (NBC News) terminated "the Gun Slinger" in light of the allegations. He has since started his own political blog and one can imagine that it has at least 502 followers.

April Ryan speaks out over bodyguard's alleged assault of real journalist

Creative News Network's leftist political commentator April Ryan finally spoke out in an interview on Sunday about the incident in which her bodyguard allegedly attacked Charlie Kratovil, a journalist for New Brunswick Today.

Joel Morris, Ms. Ryan's former security guard and secret Santa, was charged with assault on Monday.

Kratovil had been recording Ryan's speech when Morris came over to him, allegedly took his camera and began forcing him out of the room where Ryan was speaking. [So much for the First Amendment.] 

Kratovil had been waiting for a public response and urged the Trump-hating Ryan to condemn the act outright.

"I am the first person who wants to get a story out -- be it on TV or radio, and the only reason why I’ve been quiet is because of the threat of lawsuits," Ryan told "Reliable Sources" inimitable stooge, Brian Stelter.

"This is not about suppressing the press." [Then what?] "My body of work stands for me. And, no, I did not order anyone to do anything... They were about 100 feet away from me. I didn’t know what was going on or what was said."

And if you believe that, you might even believe that snakes have hips.

Ryan also explained her justification for banning photography and video-recording during her event, saying it was in her contract, put there in case she screwed up. She also said any journalist who wanted to record her needed permission, something she never seems to get for her own work. 

Kratovil has insisted that he had the proper documents.

"This was a private event for a non-profit organization in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Our contract stated that if someone wanted to come and film... they had to ask for permission," she said.

"There was no request for permission and permission was not granted. Now, if they would have asked for permission, it would have been granted and the reason why I do this... it’s standard in the industry... [and] because I don’t want my words twisted."

Stelter followed up on Kratovil's claim that he had proper permission to report on the event, but Ryan remained adamant and firm. "According to my contract and with the organization, no one asked me for permission," she claimed.

When asked if she regretted the actions of her former bodyguard, Ryan naturally dodged the question. She said Morris was simply "concerned" for "her safety," even though she was, as she claimed, 100 feet away from Kratovil, and he posed no danger to her.

She also claimed the alleged death threats she allegedly received may have possibly affected her former bodyguard's response. When he saw Kratovil taking video of Ryan he sprang into action just in case the video cam was an assault weapon in disguise.

"I do receive death threats. I continue to receive death threats," Ryan said, as she was apparently trying to overcome the vapors. "The atmosphere around me is charged, and that’s one of the reasons why I assume [my bodyguard] may have overreacted because he was concerned for my safety."

She added, "As long as this atmosphere continues... I’m going to have to have a bodyguard. But, the protocol is that the bodyguard is supposed to be with me, and that was not protocol... we're reassessing a lot of things."

Yes, the bodyguard was 100 feet away allegedly assaulting a fellow reporter who was simply trying to do his job. Even if he wasn't supposed to be there, he didn't need to be manhandled . . . allegedly.

Anti-Trump WH 'reporter's' bodyguard charged with assault on real reporter

A bodyguard for the Compromised News Network's [anti-Trump] political analyst April Ryan has been issued a summons to appear by a New Jersey court after allegedly assaulting a journalist who was filming the anti-Trump Ryan at a GOP bashing event on August 3.

Charlie Kratovil, a reporter with the New Brunswick Today, attended the New Jersey Parent Summit at the Heldrich Hotel. There, Miss Ryan, who is also D.C. bureau chief for American Urban Radio Networks, delivered the keynote address.

Kratovil was credentialed as a reporter for the event and was videotaping the anti-Trumper's speech when one of Ryan’s bodyguards, Joel Morris, allegedly seized Kratovil's camera and forcibly ejected him from the hotel.

"When I speak, I don't have news covering my speech," Ryan explained to the audience as Kratovil was being forcibly removed. But Ryan had, in a 2018 interview with The Cornell Daily Sun, complained about her own freedom of speech being compromised by President Trump. 

The hypocritical anti-Trump reporter has angrily complained that officials in the Trump White House have sought to silence her. "There have been efforts to silence me in the briefing room, there have been efforts to discredit me," she said.

On Monday Kratovil posted a photo of himself holding a court document, with the caption: "CRIMINAL CHARGES FILED: April Ryan's 'security guard' will be arraigned 9/12 in Superior Court on charges of harassment, assault and theft by unlawful taking."

And Kratovil posted a video on his Twitter page Monday saying police have found "probable cause" to charge Morris with harassment, assault and theft. [See below.]

"This was more than just an assault on me," Kratovil said. "This was an assault on freedom of the press, and April Ryan should have immediately condemned the use of violence against a journalist."

The incident was caught on surveillance cameras in the hotel and show Morris taking Kratovil's camera before he manhandled the reporter and shoved him out of the door.

In another video, Morris is seen approaching Ryan at the podium and the two spoke quietly. She stopped her speech for 30 seconds as Kratovil was ejected.

"Don't touch my camera, please. Put that down. Don't you dare. Put that down, sir," Kratovil said as he was led out.

On Monday, Kratovil said he was just doing his job.

"I was there to cover April Ryan’s speech. Joel Morris stole [my] camera, high-tailed it out of the room. One thing led to another, I ended up being assaulted after retrieving the camera. But now Mr. Morris is going to have to show up on Sept. 12…in Superior Court."

Hopefully, President Trump will stay out of this and let the event run its course. Whenever he gets involved, it becomes an anti-Trump fight and the focus is on him rather than the what took place.

Male feminist who kicked pro-lifer gets arrested and guess what?

Jordan Hunt, 26, the silly savage male feminist woman hater who was featured in a viral video throwing a roundhouse kick at a young pro-life woman was arrested by Toronto police on Saturday. Will miracles never cease?

Jordan Hunt has been charged with eight counts of assault and seven counts of mischief under $5,000, a Toronto Police news release said.

Jason Hunt [in case you forgot the lisping coward's name] viciously assaulted a pro-life leader Marie-Claire Bassonnette on September 30 after she spoke to him for his allegedly vandalizing pro-life signs. Bassonnette has now asked the public to pray for Jason Hunt since he is "also loved by the Father."

And the left.

Interestingly, this isn't the first time Jason Hunt has assaulted a pro-life woman. The Toronto Police press release also alleged that Jason Hunt pushed a female pro-life demonstrator into a pole in August of this year:

On Thursday, August 2, 2018, at approximately 12 p.m., officers responded to a call for an Assault in the Dufferin Street and Dundas Street West.

-there was a group of people protesting against abortion

-they were approached by a man on a bicycle

-he tried to grab one of their signs

-he then pushed a woman into a pole

-he fled the scene 

The video shows the alleged assault near the end across the street, for which this coward, Jason Hunt, has been charged.

Along with the criminal charges, the cowardly Jason Hunt was fired from his Toronto hair salon job immediately following the Bassonnette assault.

Nobody has as yet heard from the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, a flaming leftist political wimp.

Bully gets indicted for grabbing 'MAGA' hat from teen

A big, strong tough guy was indicted by a Bexar County grand jury. The 30-year-old punk from San Antonio was arrested in July after being caught on video grabbing a "Make America Great Again" cap from a teenager who was minding his own business as he dined at a San Antonio Whataburger.

And what a burger it is.

The record shows that Kino Jimenez was indicted Wednesday on a charge of theft of person, a state jail felony. He was found in Universal City in July by San Antonio police robbery task force and taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

The story went national after the video of the attack went viral online. In the video, Hunter Richard, 16, is seen eating with friends around 2 a.m. at a North Side Whataburger, located at Nacogdoches and Thousand Oaks.

The video starts halfway through a confrontation showing Jimenez throwing a drink in Richard's face and walking out of the restaurant with a red "Make America Great Again" cap in his hand that Richard stated belonged to him.

The video racked up millions of views and thousands of comments.

Richard is from Orlando visiting friends in San Antonio. He said the man approached their table, tore off his cap and asked why he was wearing it, [because Jimenez is evidently not very bright]. When Richard answered that he supported President Trump--the cap shows his slogan, duh--Richard said the guy threw a drink in his face and walked away with the cap.

"You ain't supportin' sh*t, n***er," the man said while he walked away.

Jimenez, a big Antifa fan, is out on bond and has a trial date October 19th. Hopefully he will be incarcerated and share a cell with a big guy named "Bubba" who also sports a MAGA hat. He already has a criminal record that includes misdemeanor offenses for marijuana possession, making him a liberal hero.

Soon after his arrest, Rumble, a local bar, issued a statement saying Jimenez was a part-time employee there and had been fired. [Evidently, he didn't do a good job cleaning the toilets].

Theft of person is a state jail felony punishable by a minimum of six months or maximum two years in state jail. Since the pantsuit lover has no felony convictions, he would be eligible for probation or deferred adjudication of found guilty.

And if the judge is a Democrat, he might receive a pat on the back.

DOJ to strip citizenship from immigrant child sex abusers

The Department of Justice filed lawsuits Tuesday to revoke the U.S. citizenship of five immigrants who pleaded guilty to sexually abused minors in incidents determined to have been perpetrated before they became naturalized.

According to the DOJ, these individuals "unlawfully procured their U.S. citizenship by concealing sexual abuse of minor victims during the naturalization process."

"Committing fraud in any immigration matter undermines the integrity of our immigration system, and is a betrayal of the American people's generosity," AG Jeff Sessions said in a statement. "It is especially appalling when it also involves the sexual abuse of children."

Hopefully their citizenship will be revoked and they undergo chemical castration or be put to death. In fact, if the latter punishment could be doled out, that would save court costs for revoking their citizenship if we could find a way to reduce the appeals process.

According to the DOJ, the citizenship of a naturalized U.S. citizen can be revoked under the Immigration and Nationality Act if naturalization was illegally procured through hiding information.

The human vermin include:

Jorge Luis Alvarado, 56, and a native of Mexico. The sleaze obtained his citizenship March 9, 2000 and pleaded guilty in 2007 to committing indecency with a child by sexual contact. According to the DOJ, the assault took place shortly before filing his naturalization application.

Alberto Mario Beleno, 64, a native of Colombia. He became a citizen Feb. 26, 2001 and pleaded guilty that year to molestation of a minor in 1993 and 1994. 

Eleazar Corral Valenzuela, 49, a native of Mexico. He became a citizen on June 15, 2000. The DOJ said he abused a minor child before he applied for naturalization and pleaded guilty to the charge in 2000.

Moises Herrera-Gonzalez, 55, a native of Mexico. He became a citizen on Sept. 25, 1999. He pleaded guilty in 2002 of sexually assaulting a six-year-old child in 1996. He not only needs to lose his citizenship, he needs to lose the right to use oxygen. 

Emmanuel Olugbenga Omopariola, 60, a native of Nigeria. He became a citizen on July 1, 2004 (Canada Day--so why not send him there?) and pleaded guilty in 2015 to unlawful sexual contact with a seven-year-old child before he was naturalized.

These cases were referred to the DOJ by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border.

"The Department of Justice has a duty to prosecute these crimes vigorously, particularly so for individuals who commit fraud in the naturalization process," Sessions said.

A country has the sacred duty of protecting its citizens and most importantly, protecting its children.
