Trump admin creates unit to strip US citizenship from foreign-born terrorists/criminals

A new section within the DOJ is being established by the Trump administration to handle the removal of citizenship from foreign-born people who fraudulently got their citizenship by failing to disclose their criminal past of serious crimes, including terrorism and war crimes. It is unclear as to whether or not this will affect Somalia-born Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D-MN) alleged marriage of her brother to obtain citizenship or education in the U.S., or her alleged criminal behavior with campaign funds. One can only hope.

The new section will be within the DOJ’s Office of Immigration Litigation and be dedicated to denaturalizing those who had failed to disclose they had been involved in criminal activity on their N-400 form for naturalization.

That form includes questions asking whether an applicant has been involved in genocide and torture among other serious crimes, if they have ever been part of a terrorist or totalitarian organization, if they had been associated with the Nazi government in Germany, and if they have been charged or convicted with a crime or served prison time. Targets for denaturalization are those who have made material breaches of those questions. As far as we know, Omar has thus far escaped the long arm of the law, but it's beginning to look like the walls are closing in on her.

“When a terrorist or sex offender becomes a U.S. citizen under false pretenses, it is an affront to our system -- and it is especially offensive to those who fall victim to these criminals,” Assistant Attorney General Jody Hunt said. “The new Denaturalization Section will further the Department’s efforts to pursue those who unlawfully obtained citizenship status and ensure that they are held accountable for their fraudulent conduct.”

There has been an increase in such cases due to an increased effort by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to go after fraud [against the wishes of the Democratic Party], as well as Operation Janus, which began during the Obama administration. The operation identified hundreds of thousands of cases in which paper fingerprint data wasn't entered into the centralized fingerprint database.

Some recent cases were brought to light whereby the DOJ has secured the denaturalization of terrorists, war criminals and sex offenders including a convicted terrorist whose crime was committed in Egypt and admitted to recruiting for Al Qaeda in the U.S., and another who was convicted in Bosnia of executing 8 unarmed civilians and prisoners of war during the Balkan conflict. The latter was denaturalized while serving his sentence in Bosnia.

Another piece of human excrement was a man who engaged in sexual contact with a 7-year-old family member!

Such denaturalization proceedings are not targeted at people who commit crimes after they become citizens, only those who have made fraudulent citizenship applications and left out crimes they committed on that form. Sadly, that leaves out Ilhan Omar.

Citizens and anti-Semitic Democrats cannot be deported, but those who have been stripped of citizenship revert back to permanent residency status, which allows deportation or barring of entry in the case of serious criminal offenses.

DOJ to strip citizenship from immigrant child sex abusers

The Department of Justice filed lawsuits Tuesday to revoke the U.S. citizenship of five immigrants who pleaded guilty to sexually abused minors in incidents determined to have been perpetrated before they became naturalized.

According to the DOJ, these individuals "unlawfully procured their U.S. citizenship by concealing sexual abuse of minor victims during the naturalization process."

"Committing fraud in any immigration matter undermines the integrity of our immigration system, and is a betrayal of the American people's generosity," AG Jeff Sessions said in a statement. "It is especially appalling when it also involves the sexual abuse of children."

Hopefully their citizenship will be revoked and they undergo chemical castration or be put to death. In fact, if the latter punishment could be doled out, that would save court costs for revoking their citizenship if we could find a way to reduce the appeals process.

According to the DOJ, the citizenship of a naturalized U.S. citizen can be revoked under the Immigration and Nationality Act if naturalization was illegally procured through hiding information.

The human vermin include:
Jorge Luis Alvarado, 56, and a native of Mexico. The sleaze obtained his citizenship March 9, 2000 and pleaded guilty in 2007 to committing indecency with a child by sexual contact. According to the DOJ, the assault took place shortly before filing his naturalization application.
Alberto Mario Beleno, 64, a native of Colombia. He became a citizen Feb. 26, 2001 and pleaded guilty that year to molestation of a minor in 1993 and 1994.
Eleazar Corral Valenzuela, 49, a native of Mexico. He became a citizen on June 15, 2000. The DOJ said he abused a minor child before he applied for naturalization and pleaded guilty to the charge in 2000.
Moises Herrera-Gonzalez, 55, a native of Mexico. He became a citizen on Sept. 25, 1999. He pleaded guilty in 2002 of sexually assaulting a six-year-old child in 1996. He not only needs to lose his citizenship, he needs to lose the right to use oxygen.
Emmanuel Olugbenga Omopariola, 60, a native of Nigeria. He became a citizen on July 1, 2004 (Canada Day--so why not send him there?) and pleaded guilty in 2015 to unlawful sexual contact with a seven-year-old child before he was naturalized.
These cases were referred to the DOJ by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border.

"The Department of Justice has a duty to prosecute these crimes vigorously, particularly so for individuals who commit fraud in the naturalization process," Sessions said.

A country has the sacred duty of protecting its citizens and most importantly, protecting its children.

Saudi Arabia: Female robot treated better than females

Photo: Reuters
Saudi women are jealous of a 'female' robot who doesn't need a 'male' robot guardian or is required to wear a hijab (head covering) when going out in public and has been granted Saudi Arabian citizenship.

Seriously.

The robot, known as Sophia, was unveiled at a technology conference in Riyadh last week. Questions as to whether 'she' will be treated like other women in the Islamic kingdom now that she's a citizen has lit up social media.

"It hit a sore spot that a robot has citizenship and my daughter doesn't," Hadeel Shaikh, a Saudi human woman whose 4-year-old girl with a Lebanese man doesn't have citizenship, but the child, unlike the robot, will be allowed to marry in five years.

Women in Saudi Arabia who are married to foreigners cannot pass on citizenship to their children.

(Israelis still aren't allowed to enter the orthodox Islamic country while Christians cannot bring in their Bibles, Rosary beads, crosses or other religious articles.)

Last month the Saudi government allowed women to drive and to watch sporting events in all-male stadiums for the first time starting next year. If the male fans are able to keep themselves from raping these women, the practice will continue the following year.

Shaikh hopes the country will reform even more and is worried about her daughter's future as she only holds a residency card.

"I want her to have all the privileges of her mum," Shaikh told the Thomas Reuters Foundation via phone. "I want her to feel welcomed even if I am not here," she said, alluding to the notion that she could be stoned to death for allowing a man to enter her home to repair her broken gristmill.

A question I have about this robot deal is: does the robot have parts made in other countries and if so, why is the robot granted citizenship when the little girl has parts made in Lebanon and is not a Saudi citizen?

Obama: "What Constitution?"

American parents of a son born in Jerusalem wanted to have Israel listed as his country of birth on his passport but the Supreme Court ruled against the request.

This goes against the Foreign Relations Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 where it states that U.S. citizens born in Jerusalem can have Israel put on passports as place of birth if they request it.

The Obama administration and the Palestinian Authority has never followed that law because neither recognizes Israel's right to exist--at least in my opinion.

The Supreme's ruled 6-3 in favor of Obama. Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Scalia and Alito dissented.

"The court takes the perilous step--for the first time in our history--of allowing the president to defy an act of Congress in the field of foreign affairs," Roberts wrote.

"The text and structure of the Constitution divide responsibility for foreign policy," Scalia argued.

"Like, what does 'dissented' mean?" asked Marie Harf.
