Gay man makes viral claim that he was set on fire in attack, but it looks like he was just blowing smoke

Allegedly attacks pregnant woman, pretends he was attacked by 2 men

In the spirit of another gay guy, Jussie Smollett, a man in San Diego claimed he was set on fire because he was gay, but now he is the one being portrayed as the instigator of what occurred, which started as an alleged assault of a pregnant woman. [Fun Fact: Only women can get pregnant.]

On Monday, Scotty Rowin, 39, told KGTV-TV he was assaulted days earlier while going for a walk.

In an interview, Rowin said a man in his 20s or 30s was one of two men yelling gay slurs, and that a liquid then was thrown on him, but they didn't have a hangman's noose nor shouted "this is MAGA country!" so the story isn't exactly the same as Smollett's.

“Immediately after that, I went up like coals on a barbecue. It started off really big,” Rowin claimed, adding that he used the “stop, drop, roll and a snap, snap, snap” technique to put out the flames.

“Just in survival mode. Just in the zone, I have to save my life,” he told KGTV.

HATE HOAX EXPOSED: #Antifa, leftists & media have been spreading claims that a gay San Diego man was set on fire by homophobes. Rowin said he suffered second-degree burns, primarily on his side and back. He said he doesn’t know if he’ll need surgery but hopes the surgeon is cute.

“This is absolutely a hate crime. The slurs were hate-filled,” the gay fairy tale telller said, suggesting that whoever attacked him was looking for a victim.

“Nobody walks around with flammable liquid like without an agenda. In my opinion, they were obliviously out there targeting the LGBT community.

“This can still happen in 2023. There are still a lot of haters out there. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

“This time it was fire. What will it be next time?”

A Subway sandwich.

However, on Wednesday, the San Diego PD offered a bit more detail to the tale, saying that there is video evidence that shows Rowin assaulting a pregnant woman, according to KGTV.

Police said the assault took place just after 10:40 p.m. on June 12, the day Rowin claims he was attacked.

What a piece of crap. He seems to have used the story as an alibi for his assault.

“Officers were dispatched and arrived within minutes, but the suspect had already fled the scene,” police said, referring to the pregnant woman’s attacker.

The department said the woman was injured and bleeding when officers arrived. She was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Then came the report of the man being set on fire.

“Investigators determined that this man was the suspect who battered the woman from the earlier incident at 900 6th Avenue,” police said.

“Investigators have since determined the pregnant female was responsible for the burn injuries.”

Police said security footage shows the “initial physical assault by the man on the pregnant woman and the subsequent use of fire as a weapon by the pregnant woman on the man.”

Too bad she wasn't carrying something other than a child, if you get what I mean.

Scott Rowin needs to be charged with filing a false police report. And he should pay for the police resources used to investigate his claims.

— Fr0hickey (@fr0hickey) June 22, 2023

The department withheld further details.

“This is a complex investigation, and detectives are examining all aspects and allegations. The San Diego Police Department takes all crimes of violence extremely seriously. We recognize the community’s interest in this case and are working to balance transparency with protecting the active criminal investigations,” police said, according to KGTV.

No charges have been filed at this time.

Soros-backed Kim Foxx, who got Jussie Smollett off the hook, gives herself the hook

The Chicago prosecutor, Kim Foxx, who received millions of Soros funding said on Tuesday that she'll not seek re-election next year.

Foxx [who is anything but] became Cook County, IL state's attorney in 2016 and is best known for her hands-off law enforcement, and for allowing Jussie Smollett, a gay black actor, to avoid any serious consequences regarding the racist hoax he created, after she had the charges dropped.

You may remember how Smollett paid two Nigerian individuals to "attack" him in the middle of the night during a polar vortex in the streets of Chicago after he went out to a Subway restaurant for a sandwich. He was supposedly attacked by two white men in red hats with rope and bleach yelling, "This is MAGA country!" and put the rope around his neck, allegedly doused him with bleach, and off they went.

Smollett went home with the rope still around his neck and his sandwich intact, called police and told the story to them about the "two white men." He kept the rope around his neck, by the way.

It turns out that Smollett had hired two Nigerian brothers who were bodybuilders, to carry out his hoax. A grand jury later indicted him on six counts of disorderly conduct over the false reports to the Chicago PD.

He served less than a week in jail and still pretended the story he made up was true, as he cried us a river on television.

When Foxx won the campaign and began serving the criminal elements of Chicago, Soros had slipped her campaign $400,000 to help the cause.

Later, in 2020, Soros, a devout anti-America socialist, provided $2 million to a committee backing her re-election efforts against three Democratic challengers, one of which received a massive funding boost from their wealthy father.

Soros has backed dozens of far-left prosecutor candidates as part of his efforts to destroy the criminal justice system. Foxx was among the most visible leftists. Some of the others he backed are Kim Gardner in St. Louis, George Gascón in Los Angeles, and Larry Krasner in Philadelphia.

The candidates Soros supports all oppose cash bail, favor anemic law enforcement, and back "restorative justice" initiatives which push to refuse charging minors who commit serious crimes, as adults.

The cities in which Soros supported prosecutors preside are cities where crime thrives and where people seek to leave.

The Chicago Tribune first reported Tuesday afternoon that Foxx would not seek re-election next year. But don't worry, Chicago is about as "MAGA country" as Saudi Arabia is a Jewish State. It will very likely be electing another Democrat next year, and crime will very likely continue at the same pace.

Woman demands reparations then cops arrive and situation deteriorates for her

Everybody wants something for free just because of who they are, not because they deserve it. The nation has talked about "reparations" for the injustices suffered by other people paid for people who didn't make the others suffer. Just what's the real injustice here?

The reparations for both real and perceived injustices to black people is probably familiar to many of you, and now we see that it isn't only related to slavery that had been abolished in the Nineteenth Century by the sacrifices made by hundreds of thousands of white folk who fought and died to end it. And while there are no reparations for the 2,000 British sailors who fought the African slave trade, this isn't about reparations for their white families either.

Reparations knows no limits in spite of no antebellum slave still being alive today.

In a report on Tuesday in the New York Post, a 'Karen' named Karen Ivery was 'reparationing' at a Target store last October, The incident occurred in Blue Ash, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati where Ivery demanded $1,000 in merchandise free of charge for "reparations". She was placed under arrest after a loss prevention officer at the store physically confronted her.

CCTV footage showed the Target security employee punching her in the snot-box after she repeatedly talked to the cashier about those dandy "reparations" regarding her bill.

After what was described in the police report as a brief encounter, a manager approached Ivery and the cashier. The report then said that Ivery began "aggressively" walking in the direction of the manager, who was born a white woman.

“Ivery kept berating her about reparations and her privileged life,” the report said. [By 'privileged', did she mean that the woman had a job?]

According to the report, Zach Cotter, the store’s loss prevention officer, then stepped in and told Ivery to 1) chill out and 2) leave the store.

Instead of chilling she began turning her Karen-esque entitlement on Cotter — then, when he retreated, followed him back to his office. When he tried to shut the door, she kept him from doing so by force and, according to Cotter’s own words on the police bodycam video, cornered him “in an enclosed space.”

“And I hit her in the face,” he told police.

Don't you wish you could have been there? While I don't usually approve of violence, it was totally justified in this case. So check out the Twitter link below and enjoy:
Target security guard punches customer asking for ‘reparations’ https://t.co/GzlVBsRpVs pic.twitter.com/WD23AGitGU

— New York Post (@nypost) April 12, 2023
When the police officer asked Ivery, who was in the office, if she was all right, she responded, “Physically I am OK. Emotionally I am very, very angry.”

She is also very, very delusional to think she's entitled for an establishment to pay for her items based on her melanin level.

According to the U.K.’s Daily Mail, the reparations incident got stranger from there.

The report said the full police bodycam footage shows that when the officer told her to stop talking, Ivery responded, “Do you know who I am? Clearly, you don’t know who I am.”

Does anyone up to this point know who she is?

When the officer asked about the incident, she described it thusly: “I was asking the cashier to reach out to her manager so we could have a larger conversation about how money works, and how provision works, and how it’s been working in our community in a very wrong way.

Ivery later called it “my Rosa Parks moment.”

More like her Jussie Smollett moment.

The police were disagreed. The report  “determined that Ivery was the aggressor.” She eventually was sentenced to a day in jail and $110 in fines for disorderly conduct.

But she only received 20% of what Smollett got for his "This is Trump Territory" fake mugging.

Brandon Johnson is Chicago's new progressive mayor

Chicago has elected Brandon Johnson another leftist to fill in as Mayor of the city replacing the execrable Lori Lightfoot, who came in a miserable third in the Democrat runoff.

"I may be a millionaire, but at least I'm not a billionaire!"

Johnson is endorsed by fellow communist Bernie Sanders which should tell you a bit as to how Johnson will run the joint after he defeated his moderate opponent, Paul Vallas, the former Chicago Public Schools CEO. Vallas had the support of the city's police union and major business groups, while Johnson that the backing of the Chicago Teachers Union.

Lightfoot, who was one of the most incompetent people in power, became the first Chicago mayor in four decades to lose a re-election bid.

One of the deciding reasons Lightfoot is gone has to do with the crime climbing through the proverbial roof during her mishandling of it and her call for defunding the police while people were being killed in the city.

The now-former mayor came in third in the general election, losing to Johnson by five points, while Vallas took the plurality of votes and lost in the final election.

Lightfoot broke the glass ceiling in Chicago as homicides in 2021 hit a 25-year-high as it soared to 797, as reported by the Chicago PD. She was also the first black lesbian mayor thereby proving that ability trumps identity every time.

Now Chicagoans will find out whether things improve in their town. If not, the smart ones will leave because while Jussie Smollett believes Chicago is "MAGA country," it's a one-party city and it isn't the Republican Party at all.

Chicago prosecutor resigns, blasts Kim Foxx

An Illinois prosecutor blasted Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx in his office-wide resignation letter. He said that Foxx cares more about political narratives than victims of crime.

Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Jim Murphy said he "can't continue to work for an administration I don't respect," in the resignation letter. His last day, after serving 25 years, was Friday. But after what Foxx did in the Jussie Smollett case [google it], it's a wonder why he waited until now to come to this conclusion.

"I wish I could stay," the Murph wrote. "However, I can no longer work for this Administration. I have zero confidence in leadership." Again, what took his so long?

Murphy cited a number of reasons for his departure, including the "Safe-T Act," a measure that requires prosecutors to present a higher burden of proof, like a smoking gun, or video of the perp in the act, to hold accused criminals until trial.

While Murphy supports eliminating cash-bail, he said Foxx's office rushed the reform and that his concerns were brushed aside. He cited "dangerously" low staffing levels in all units and bureaus in Foxx's office, to the point where one or two-person courtrooms are now common.

"If this administration was truly concerned with effectively fighting violent crime, then they would fully staff those courtrooms and units," he wrote. "Meanwhile the rest of us are overworked, overstressed, and under-resourced. But at least we were allowed to wear jeans in July."

Murphy said Foxx was angry one day several months ago when he was summoned into a meeting about bond hearings he was involved in. One involved a "massive shootout" and the other a woman who was gunned down walking to a store after being caught in the crossfire.

Murphy said Foxx was upset about a newspaper headline that indicated the suspect would not face a murder charge under the Safe-T Act. He said Foxx appeared to be more upset with the headline than the fact that a woman had died.

"That is what is wrong with this administration. I've seen day after day," he said. "How many mass shootings do there have to be before something is done?"

The answer to that question isn't 'how many', it's 'how close to Foxx's home' does it have to be before she does something.

"This administration is more concerned with political narratives and agendas than with victims and prosecuting violent crime," he added. "That is why I can't stay any longer."

Hopefully the Murph will find better work.

Kim Foxx lied about contacts with Jussie's sister and has ethics problem

Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx claimed publicly on several occasions that she cut off communication with the sister of convicted racist hoaxer Jussie Smollett after he became a suspect in the case in which he hired two Black men to pretend to be White Trump supporters and attack him at 2 a.m. on a freezing Chicago night. According to the special prosecutor's report, Foxx lied to the public as she continued communicating with her on several occasions afterward.

The report was released Monday by special prosecutor Daniel Webb. It cites multiple examples from March 2019 and at the end of May 2019 in which Foxx lied to the media by claiming she stopped communicating with Smollett's sister. In truth, she sent five text messages to her BFF and spoke with her on the phone three times through February 13, 2010--five days after she claimed she stopped communicating with her.

On Feb. 13, the women discussed the melanin levels of the alleged attackers whereby Smollett's sister asked, "They're White, right?"

Foxx told her that [unfortunately] they were not White. Then that evening, Smollett said her conversation with Foxx was "quite different" and that Foxx said they had to stop communicating anymore and that she was recusing herself from the case.

Unfortunately, there wasn't enough evidence to support criminal charges against Foxx or anyone else at the Cook County State Attorney's Office (CCSAO).

However, prosecutor Webb said in his report that "the OSP did develop evidence that establishes substantial abuse of discretion and operational failures by the CCASO in prosecuting and resolving the Initial Smollett Case."

He added that it included a breach of its "obligations of honesty and transparency by making false and/or misleading statements to the public regarding the nature and reasons for the dismissal" of the initial case and said it was a "major failure of the operations."

In other words, Foxx's lies were unethical.

Retired Judge Sheila O’Brien, successfully filed the motion as a private citizen to have a special prosecutor assigned to the case. She slammed Foxx, calling her a "liar."

"Kim Foxx should resign. This report shows she is a liar, that her administration is in chaos and that she’s blaming everyone else," O'Brien said. "She should resign. Taxpayers deserve better and Ms. Preckwinkle, her mentor, should take no part in replacing Foxx."

"Cook County Government needs to clean house," she added.

If you live above ground, you are probably aware that Jussie Smollett was found guilty of five out of six charges: lying to a police officer that he was a hate crime victim, telling an officer he was a battery victim, telling a detective he was a hate crime victim, and in this case, being a lousy script writer, actor, director and casting director for using two Black men to play the roles of two White men.

Fredo allegedly called Janice Dean "that Fox weather bitch" in smear plot

Former CNN host Chris Fredo Cuomo planned to go after Janice Dean, the Fox News meteorologist because she rightfully criticized Fredo's brother, former NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo. You see, Janice lost her husband's parents due to the governor's irresponsible mandate to transfer COVID-19 patients to nursing homes where vulnerable residents caught the virus and died. Janice was very angry and pulled no punches against Handy Andy, saying "[H]e needs to go to jail," when she appeared on "Fox & Friends."

Fredo tried to discredit Dean and allegedly referred to her as "that Fox weather bitch" in texts [showing how brilliant he is to put it in writing]. Obviously, Fredo wanted to defend his brother but the way he wanted to go about it sucked. He wanted his staffer to go after "this Fox weather bitch . . . Any help painting her as a far right crazy?"

What a decent, ethical guy.

Fredo is also believed to have taken part in calls with his brother's staff, including Melissa DeRosa, about how to destroy Dean's reputation by focusing in on her political ideology. But she's not a political person on TV--she's a meteorologist and all it did was have Fredo scratching his something or other.

Michael, 83, and Dolores Newman, 79, — the parents of Dean’s husband, Sean, known to family and friends as Mickey and Dee — died soon after Andrew's controversial policy was announced and victim's bodies were stacking up. They were living in separate nursing facilities and Mickey was going to be moving to Dee's facility but they never made it before death struck them as Andrew Cuomo had his staff write his novel about his incredible effectiveness in combating COVID-19.

Dean was appalled by Cuomo administration’s mindless March 25 directive that nursing homes could not deny admission to someone solely because they had COVID-19. The policy was expanded to cover assisted living facilities on April 7, making Andrew Cuomo one step below a cucumber.

Dean has worked at Fox since 2004, and has told her in-law’s story on the air to Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Martha MacCallum and Harris Faulkner among others, which must have greatly annoyed Fredo and Andrew.

She said on “Fox & Friends,” in March 2021, “We knew he was covering up the numbers and now we are getting more and more information and facts to prove this is true. And the fact that his top aide Melissa de Rosa was in on it to help cover up the numbers, to downplay them.”

Dean continued, “They have never apologized to the families, 15,000 that deserve an apology. The only thing the governor is going to be sorry about is that he got caught.

“You know what — he needs to go to jail and all of those around him.”

Well Fredo lost his job, his radio show, and even his book deal. Things are not looking great for him, but he might have Don Lemon to pal around with if Lemon gets squeezed out of his CNN show for unethical behavior due to his informing Jussie Smollett that the Chicago PD didn't believe his fake hate crime story.

Don Le Mon throws pal Jussie Smollett under the news van: calls him a liar

Gay actors Jussie Smollet and Don Lemon [a host on the Compromised News Network] used to be good friends, if you know what I mean. Not so much anymore now that Smollett was convicted of staging a  hate crime targeting White Trump supporters. Lemon soured on Smollett and has thrown him under the CNN news van calling him a liar just hours after the conviction.

But Don "forgot" to mention his own role in the poorly scripted, poorly directed drama starring Smollett and two brothers, Abimbola "Abel" and Olabinjo "Ola," and its lack of journalistic ethics.

Lemon spoke about Smollett's guilty verdict on his barely watched show on Thursday night during a brief segment with Joey Jackson, a legal analyst [because Jeffrey Toobin was evidently busy doing something else].

The CNN host said Smollett “had to make up too many lies” to try explaining his fake story about a pair of Trump-loving White supremacists [Lemon didn't use that term, he just implied it] who beat him up and put a noose around his neck [at 2 a.m. during a polar vortex] in Chicago in 2019. The pair also wore MAGA-like hats [real ones were hard to come by in Chicago] and poured a liquid substance on him.

“I guess he got caught up in that because he took the stand himself. He got angry with the prosecutor as the prosecutor poked holes in his story, calling the only other witnesses liars,” Lemon said of his former friend who, the "journalist" initially claimed, was an innocent victim of a hate crime prior to any evidence being revealed.

Lemon then correctly went on to say Smollett had potentially made it harder for “legitimate victims of hate crimes” to be taken seriously.

And this is why it makes sense to charge people who fake hate crimes to be charged with a hate crime, just like it makes sense of anyone who falsely accuses someone of a crime to be charged with the same crime.

His fair weather friend comments came almost immediately after a jury found Smollett guilty of five of six counts of felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report.

And still Lemon never mentioned his involvement in the case in which he warned Smollett that the police did not believe his story from the start and were investigating.

This is journalistic malpractice and Lemon should join his other good friend, Fredo Cuomo, on the unemployment line, or at least to his place on the Hamptons to commiserate their woes.

During his testimony [because the idiot took the stand] Smollett admitted he knew the cops doubted his account of the story after getting a text message from Lemon. So apparently, Lemon took this poorly and attacked his pal's veracity, leaving out the part about his text messaging.

During his show’s segment on Thursday night, Jackson, the legal analyst guest called Smollett’s testimony “devastating” for his case.

Smollett is probably not going to do hard time in the slammer and instead will do community service, even though he perjured himself on the stand.

Corrupt News Network's Lemon called for being fired for helping Smollett

It isn't simply because his intellectual capacity is surpassed by a stone that was used by a bear in the forest on which to scratch his butt, it's because the Compromised News Network's Don Lemon is alleged to have tipped off fellow gay actor, Jussie Smollett that the police doubted the latter's story about his hate-crime fantasy.

Unless the text messages from the Lemon to the Smollett lied.

Smollett, 39, testified in court Monday that Lemon sent him a text message warning him that detectives didn't believe his bull-pucks tale about being been beaten during a Chicago polar vortex at 2 a.m. by two white men wearing MAGA hats, carrying a noose and bleach just in case they ran into a Trump-hater,  who are viewers of the show he was on, Empire, and knew he was gay, during a homophobic attack in 2019.

Lemon, 55, and also quite gay, didn't mention the revelation on his show Monday night and remained silent about the blow-your-socks-off claim during another segment about the trial on Tuesday.
Smollett leaves court with either Lori Lightfoot or Don King

Republican activist Jack Posobiec accused Lemon of 'obstructing justice' after pulling up a 2019 tweet where the anchor said he had talked to Smollett 'every day' following the attack.

Here is a tweet by Tony Schaffer, former Defense Intelligence operative and NY Times Bestselling Author:

And another from Media Research Center Deputy Director Nick Fondacaro, who actually stayed up late to watch CNN and he wasn't even at an airport:

The calls to cancel Lemon's 10 p.m. opinion show disguised as news and titled Don Lemon Tonight, come less than a week since CNN fired Chris "Fredo" Cuomo, whose opinion show disguised as news, was the highest rated on the network, which doesn't say much since their ratings are lower than whale poop.

Fredo was advising his brother, Andrew "Handy Andy" Cuomo in his sex scandals and helped write statements for him and used his sources to investigate some of Andrew's accusers in order to attack them personally and thus discredit them. But even Fredo has his own sexual thingies going on in his life, yet CNN was very slow to fire him, which they finally did on Saturday.

The general public is now calling for Lemon to squeeze his way out the door and be fired by CNN.

Smollett faces up to three years in prison if convicted, but knowing what we know about celebrities, nothing much will come of this beyond a slap on his wrist.

And Don Lemon, who has a legal case against him for putting his wrist and hand beneath the skivvies of another man (who is pressing charges against him for it) will probably not suffer legal consequences either.

The only person who stands to gain anything from all this is Brian Stelter, but that's in the form of more weight.

Jussie Smollett blasts prosecutor for quoting him using the N- word

Alleged hoaxer and race baiting actor Jussie Smollett denied under oath all allegations that he had the Osundairo brothers go with him on a "dry run" rehearsal of his attack two days before an actual attack supposedly took place.

The actor's testimony ended Tuesday after the defense redirected prosecutor Dan Webb's line of questioning.

Smollett’s attorney Nenye Uche focused on the Instagram messages that Webb alleged helped prove that he was keeping Bola Osundairo up-to-date on his whereabouts the night of the attack so he would know when and where to find him.

Smollett said that “tons” of his followers responded to an Instagram story he posted about his flight being delayed and the incoming Polar Vortex in Chicago, which automatically begins a private messaging conversation on the app.

The Polar Vortex, of course, is conducive for all 2 MAGA supporters in Chicago to wander out in the dead of night in red baseball caps, a noose and a container of bleach, just in case they happen to run into a gay Democrat. And of course they would recognize Jussie Smollett because they are big fans of "Empire" like all conservatives are, and probably of MSNBC too.

* * *
Why not subscribe to Brain Flushings and check out the ads on these pages. It costs nothing to subscribe and it's worth every penny. And remember, every time you click on an ad, you help in the fight against the tech giants.

* * *

Uche also focused on Smollett’s allegation that the brothers reached out to him after the alleged real attack to try and extort $1 million each in exchange for telling the police that they did not plan the hoax. Under another redirect from Webb, Smollett noted that the brothers did not reach out to him about the money personally but did so through their representatives to his attorneys.

In attempting to prove Smollett was lying, Webb showed and read from private Instagram messages between Bola Osundairo and Smollett showing that the latter kept updating Bola on his whereabouts and flight delay information on the night of the attack. This makes the case that Smollett was working with Bola to time out the planned attack. Some of the messages included the use of the N-word, prompting Smollett to interrupt the prosecutor to ask him to spell or abbreviate the word so as not to offend "every African American in this room."

It's okay to use the N-word conspiratorially but not publicly because you might offend black people who are also allowed to use the N-word in private.

Webb said that Smollett was welcome to read his own messages to the court but that he would not censor the quotations of the actor's messages. Smollett complied and the two moved on.

The remainder of the cross-examination saw Webb call key details of Smollett’s story of both the night of the attack and the alleged dry run into question, with Smollett denying throughout that he orchestrated anything with the Osundairo brothers, throwing them under the proverbial bus and referring to the siblings as “liars.”

Now we cannot know with absolute certainty that Jussie Smollett  is guilty of a racially-charged hoax but anyone who is being honest in their assessment has to consider the circumstances [Polar Vortex, MAGA people in the wee hours of the morning in Chicago, a city that voted 83% Democrat, having a noose and bleach handy, just in case, a signed check by Smollett to the brothers] and conclude that Smollett is a liar and not a very good friend, and should go to prison where he can make new friends.

But let's wait for the verdict and respect the law.

Fox News stifles speech of Newt Gingrich regarding George Soros

Photo: AP/Carolyn Kaster, File

Fox News' "Outnumbered" is the top cable news network show at noon in the nation. Big deal.

On Wednesday, the network had on former Republican Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich who spoke about leftist violence in the United States.

But when host Harris Faulkner asked him for his final word, he explained what he believes is an enormous problem in many of the Democratic-run cities experiencing the riots and violence. He said that there was an inability to stop it because of the failure of progressive District Attornies such as those funded by George Soros to hold rioters accountable.

But after he brought up Soros' name, Harris Faulkner looked as if she was going to bring something up and it might have been her lunch. Both Harris and co-host Melissa Francis got very strange with Gingrich as did Marie Harf, a former Obama administration official and now Fox's leftist commentator.

It got very uncomfortable when @newtgingrich correctly pointed out that Soros threw a fortune of his  money into DA races all over the country to elect far-left radicals and Fox News basically told him to shut up. WTF? pic.twitter.com/IxwcLG2gOH

— Robby Starbuck (@robbystarbuck) September 16, 2020

Harf shilled for Soros and claimed that it wasn’t true.

But yes, of course it's true. A Soros-backed PAC has funded the campaigns of progressive DAs across the country. It isn’t even a question and has been reported by multiple outlets for years including the former newspaper, The New York Times, Politico, Free Beacon and RedState. The first two on the list are quite left-leaning.

Kim Gardner, the Circuit Attorney in St. Louis who went after the McCloskeys (for defending their home with firearms from the Marxist rioters) is a Soros-backed leftist as is Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx who made quite a mess with the Jussie Smollett case.

It appears that Soros likes his "Kims." Wonder what he thinks of Kim Jong-un.

But it seems that Fox News has an issue of some sort over implicating Soros with being involved with the funding of these people. And there's no question that his money has helped the leftist cause for the people he funds.

What Soros has done is not in question, but what is in question is why Fox News going berserk and refusing to even discuss Soros. It isn't as if they haven't covered him before.

Cardi B's hypocrisy exposed by Candace Owens as verbal assaults continue

Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar [aka Cardi B] went from Bloods gang member, delicatessen employee, stripper, community college drop-out and wallet thief, to vulgar rapper/dancer and Biden supporter.

It was almost like a fairytale, and the rapper money was great.

Ms. B and Candace Owens got into an angry tit-for-tat Sunday night after Candace called her "illiterate" and an unwitting tool of Joe Biden.

The animus between the two women began Sunday night after Owens, 31 posted a clip of her appearance on "The Ben Shapiro Show: Sunday Special." She pointed out how Cardi panders to Black Americans and clueless as to how she's a pawn in the game.

Owens tweeted:
"It is one of the biggest insults. If black Americans are not insulted by the fact that Joe Biden, who has been hiding in his basement, you know, for the entire year, made an appearance to come out because he was going do an interview with Cardi B. Do we have nothing better to offer?"
"[Joe Biden], you are pandering. You look at Cardi B's Instagram, and you see she has millions of followers, and you think, 'OK, this is an illiterate person, and if I appeal to this illiterate person' ... 'They think she's cool,'” Owens said in the clip. “'She's hip just by sitting here and taking this interview. Black people will vote for me.' It's basically saying, 'Black people, you are stupid, you are dumb, and you are so foolish.'"

The Owens reference was in an interview Cardi B and Biden had last month for Elle magazine. The “WAP” rapper spoke about her fears as a Black woman in America and how she’s already thinking about the safety of her 2-year-old daughter, in spite of the fact that her security detail would destroy anyone who tried to harm her or her child.

B brilliantly responded to Owens' claim that she was being used by Biden to cater to Black voters. "Oh yeah? My sister [Hennessy Carolina] and her wing-chick got into a rag 'bout racist MAGA supporters in like da Hamptons, like where they all go to meet up and s**t." [Okay, she didn't actually say those words, but you get the idea.]

Yes, the Hamptons, in Long Island, New York, noted for rich elite Democrats is loaded with Trump supporters wearing MAGA hats is like what happened to Jussie Smollet who, coincidentally, was attacked by the same Hamptons crew in Chicago.
Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion

"You wanna know why joe gotta talk to me Candice cause I have the #1 song [Wet A** P***y] & yet my sister can’t go to the beach in the Hampton’s wit out trump supporters harassing cause they were by themselves," Cardi B tweeted like a junior high dropout.

Contrary to the belief of some in the medical field, the song, "Wet A** P***y" is not about a female medical condition.

The verbal kerfuffle continued on Instagram and Twitter through Monday morning, with Owens slamming B for hypocrisy over her calls to defund police and critique of the U.S.

Candace tweeted:
“Never listen to a person that has private security but wants the public police defunded. Never listen to a multimillionaire that made it here in America, but trashes our country. These Hollywood idols are frauds, leading sheep down paths they never took when they discovered success."
To which Cardi B is still scrambling for a good comeback.

Jussie Smollett has new charges to deal with related to the "attack"

Jussie Smollett [aka Juss Smellit] had to appear in court Monday on new charges alleging that he lied to police over his claim that he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack last year in Chicago in the middle of the night during sub-zero temperatures by MAGA hatted Trump supporters who knew who he was, knew that he is gay, and was waiting to jump a liberal at 3 a.m. leaving a Subway sandwich shop. They allegedly told Smellit that "this is MAGA country."

Chicago . . .  MAGA country?

The two "attackers" just happened to be carrying a rope to perform a mock hanging on a black guy [which they happened to be as well] and were carrying bleach to throw at him, but without drenching the sandwich her bought and refused to discard in the "kerfuffle."

Smellit, the former "Empire" actor, 37, is expected to plead not guilty to the six counts of felony disorderly conduct during Monday's hearing. He pleaded not guilty to 16 counts of the charge in the same courthouse last year, just weeks before the Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx's office abruptly announced it was dismissing the case, due to his intersectional creds, angering police and City Hall [not the building but those who work in it].

Special Prosecutor Dan Webb, a former U.S. attorney who was appointed to examine the state's attorney's office's handling of the case, is expected to attend, but Foxx's office is not involved in the new case against the black, gay, singer/actor/late night street performer.

Juss Smellit is facing six new charges against him connected to his alleged hate crime attack in January 2019.

The black, gay, singer/actor/late night street performer, who has denied police allegations that he staged the attack [LOL] to get attention and further his career, will first appear before Chief Judge LeRoy Martin Jr., who will inform him of who the judge will be to preside over the case.

Martin could order Smellit to return to court on another day for his first hearing before the new judge, but it's likely that he will simply tell the black, gay actor and the attorneys to immediately report to the trial judge to save him the bus fare for a return trip.

Weeks later, police alleged that Smellit paid two black brothers by check to help stage the attack. He was fortunate not to have written in the check's memo section: "For attacking me and putting noose around my neck," but nobody would have been surprised if he did.

Smollett has maintained his innocence, telling reporters after the charges were dropped last year that, “I would not be my mother's son if I was capable of one drop of what I was accused of.”

His mother refused to comment.

Foxx's mishandling of the clusterf*** of a case has become a key issue in her bid for re-election, with her opponents accusing her of having acted haphazardly and indecisively, which were charitable accusations when you think about it.

Ex-NFLer allegedly trashed his 2 businesses to make it look like a hate crime

Mugshot and wall
Atlanta -- Former NFL player Edawn Coughman, 31, of Buford, was arrested Thursday on charges of falsely reporting a burglary, insurance fraud and concealing a license plate. He was later bonded out of jail, police said.

Coughman is accused of trashing his own restaurant and ice cream shop he also owns near Atlanta. But worse, it seems that he made it look like a hate crime.

Police from Gwinnett County found the n word, "monkey," "MAGA" [Jussie Smollett style] and swastikas scrawled on the walls and booths of both businesses, Create & Bake Pizza and Coughman's Creamery in Lawrenceville.

Coughman was signed to the Seattle Seahawks practice squad in 2012 out of Shaw University and then spent parts of the following season with the Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills, according to the Gwinnett Daily Post. He was then claimed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2014 and signed by the Washington Redskins later that season.

An officer responded Wednesday night to a 911 call reporting that a person was damaging the restaurant and ice cream shop and making a getaway in a truck without a license plate. The restaurant's rear door showed signs of a break-in.

Police pulled over the truck and found Coughman behind the wheel and learned he was the owner of the damaged businesses, according to the news release. In the truck were several TVs that appeared to have been ripped from a wall.

The news release quoted the Jussie Smollett wannabe as informing the officers that he had noticed the damage earlier in the day and called his insurance company to report it but not 911.

"It's possible he was trying to stage this as a hate crime," Cpl. Michele Pihera told the Daily Post. "We don't know if he was trying to get attention for this. What we do know is, if that witness had not called us and if those officers had not responded as quickly as they did, we would probably be sitting here talking about a completely different crime in which Mr. Coughman would be trying to say he's a victim."

Like Smollett, you will not find Coughman at a Mensa meeting.

BREAKING: Jussie Smollett and others may have a lot of 'splainin' to do

Earl Gibson III/Getty Images
Chicago -- Cook County Judge Michael Toomin appointed a special prosecutor, former U.S. Attorney Dan Webb on Friday to head the investigation into the handling of the Jussie Smollett fake racism case.

Webb will specifically investigate the 16 criminal charges against the gay actor that were dropped and can reinstate the charges and possible add additional charges against Smollett.

"Webb gained prominence for his lead role during the Operation Greylord investigations into judicial corruption in Cook County," as reported by Fox 32. "He served as special counsel in the Iran-Contra affair and was previously appointed by Judge Toomin in the death of David Koschman."

Webb told reporters on Friday: "I don't know where this case is going. The facts will take me where they take me." Or, in the words of the immortal Doris Day, "que sera, sera."

Ironically but not surprisingly, Cook County leftists endorse Kim Foxx for re-election, which should tell you all you need to know about Chicago Democrats.

Toomin ruled that a special prosecutor was needed in the case because "Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx had no authority to hand [the case] off to her top deputy after announcing she recused herself," CBS News Chicago reported. Ironically, Foxx has been given

"Foxx had been in contact with a Smollett relative and was approached by former first lady Michelle Obama's one-time chief of staff on behalf of Smollett's family," Fox 6 reported. "Foxx also publicly wondered if her being black has anything to do with the criticism she has received."

Yes, cry racism whenever your integrity or competence is in question. That should further the case for racial equality via the racism of lower expectations.

Smollett claimed to police on January 29, that he was walking home from a Subway fast food restaurant very late at night, or very early in the morning, when two masked men attacked him and shouted racist and homophobic slurs at him. Smollett further alleged that one of the attackers told him he was in "MAGA country."

Chicago. MAGA country? Two masked men out at 2:30 a.m. with rope and red hats [they couldn't get MAGA hats in Chicago] yelling "this is MAGA country!" Sure. Sounds as believable as someone claiming to see Jerry Nadler in a MAGA hat walking down Broadway.

Weeks later, authorities claimed that Smollett paid two black friends $3,500 to help him stage the attack on himself because he was not satisfied with earning up to $125,000 per episode of a TV show on which he starred that few people watched.

And the idiot Smollett paid by the friends by personal check. All he needed to do for the cherry on top was to put in the "Memo" section of the check "For pretending to attack me while yelling racial slurs."

In June, after Toomin ruled that a special prosecutor would be appointed in the case, the Chicago Police Department doubled down on its claim that Smollett "fabricated" the "incident."

Anthony Guglielmi, chief communications officer for the Chicago Police Department, tweeted at the time: "We stand firmly behind the work of detectives in investigating the fabricated incident reported by Jussie Smollett & #ChicagoPolice will fully cooperate with the court appointed special prosecutor."

Jussie Smollett docs show prosecutors debated how to explain why they dropped charges

Jussie Smollett may get what he deserves now that documents released Friday show how prosecutors did mental gymnastics over how to paint a picture of their reasons for dropping the case.

In an email sent to prosecutors by Smollett’s attorney on March 26, the day before the charges were dropped, the lawyer, Patricia Holmes, suggested they claim that Smollett is a “dedicated citizen of Chicago who volunteers and contributes regularly in the Chicago area community," The New York Times reported.

Not that he does drugs and tried to get some from the two brothers who allegedly faked an attack on him.

On Friday, Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx went public with over 2,000 pages of documents related to the case, in which the 36-year-old Smollet claimed to have been the victim of an assault in Chicago at 2 a.m. in a polar vortex by two white guys wearing "MAGA" hats.

Foxx had pretended to recuse herself from the case, citing false rumors that she was related to Smollett. Previous explanations suggested she sort of recused over contact she had with Smollett family members during the investigation.

The documents also show that Foxx’s team struggled over whether she should recuse herself at all. Texts with her chief of staff showed Foxx wasn’t happy about having to recuse, possibly due to her desire to exonerate the semi-talented actor. She also called the rumors of them being related as “racist" because everyone who says anything negative about people of color are racist on the intersectional scale of stupidity. But she also said that she was told by an ethics officer that she “had to do it.”

According to The Times story, the state's attorney's office and the defense lawyer traded a series of emails in which they tried to neutralize the language so Smollett would neither be depicted as innocent or guilty of staging the alleged attack, and also tried to scale back his depiction as a contributor to the community. [I believe that's spoiled blowfish I smell.]
The alleged "white" attackers
In March, Foxx's office said she hadn't "formally" recused herself and had used the term in a "colloquial" sense rather than a legal sense. So we can assume that she "colloquially" recused herself, as if that's a thing.

Smollett was charged on 16 felony counts that included making a false police report when he allegedly staged what was supposed to look like a hate crime against him.

I hope this case goes to trial and the truth comes out. I say that as an old, privileged white guy who is tired of racism even when it comes from those who believe they get a pass on it.

Chicago cops release Jussie Smollett case docs

Just one week after an Illinois judge ordered "Empire actor Jussie Smollett's criminal case file to be unsealed, Chicago PD released the documents, which contained over 460 pages of case reports, arrest files and other supplementary files, according to Anthony Guglielmi, a Chicago PD spokesman.

There were over 300 pages of supplementary materials such as detective notes, ancillary material and subpoena records. By next week, this hopefully will be delivered.

"The final release will be pertinent video files that require a heavy amount of digital redaction for things like license plates of unrelated vehicles and the blurring of faces of individuals not involved in the criminal investigation," Guglielmi explained to Fox News. "We hope to have that completed by the week after next."

In early May, Cook County Judge Steven Watkins, who presided over a March hearing where prosecutors dismissed the charges with little explanation, ordered records in the controversial case be made public.

Smollett made national headlines in January when he filed what is believed by many to be a false police report alleging that two masked men attacked him, put a rope around his neck and poured bleach on him. There were more holes in that story than Michael Moore's skivvies after a meal of cabbage and beans.

Smollett, who is black and openly homosexual, claimed the men, in the wee hours of the morning, during a polar vortex, made racist and homophobic comments and  yelled “This is MAGA country," the allegedly shouted in Chicago, a city with half as many Trump voters as wild polar bears.

After an intense investigation, police decided Smollett staged the entire racist episode to drum up publicity for his career. Smollett has strongly denied the accusations because to admit to them would end his career.

After the charges were dropped, the court approved a request by Smollett's lawyer to seal the case in order to keep the evidence from further scrutiny.

The Associated Press and former newspaper The New York Times, asked the judge to reverse the decision, arguing there was a need for further transparency as to why prosecutors suddenly decided to abandon charges in spite of a boatload of evidence that Smollett was full of bull pucks.

Smollett’s lawyers had blustered that since the case was dropped, Smollett had “the right to be left alone.”

But Judge Watkins wisely disagreed.

Smollett “voluntarily appeared on national television for an interview speaking about the incident in detail,” the judge wrote. “After the March 26 dismissal, he voluntarily stood in front of cameras from numerous news organizations in the courthouse lobby and spoke about the case. On several occasions, attorneys for defendant, presumably with his authorization, appeared on various media outlets speaking about the case.”

Watkins added, “These are not the actions of a person seeking to maintain his privacy or simply to be let alone.”

So boo-freaking-hoo.

Natalie Spears, an attorney representing the media organizations that wanted the file unsealed, applauded Watkins’ May 23 decision and blamed President Trump for the Smollett's attorneys attempt at stopping the unsealing of documents.

“This is about transparency and trust in the system and we believe the public has a right to know what the government did and why,” she said after the hearing. "If this was a case against President Trump, there would be no documents to unseal because the case would have gone to trial. So open up the docs, buttercup."

At the time, there was no immediate comment from Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, an obvious fan and shill for Smollett. Though Foxx has publicly said she’d welcome an independent probe into her office’s decision, she has fought an effort by a retired Illinois appeals court judge to force the appointment of a special prosecutor due to her rational fear of her incompetence and that her racial bias toward Smollett would be uncovered.

Let the games begin!

Judge rules in favor of unsealing Smollett records

Chicago -- A judge on Thursday ruled in favor to unseal the records in the case of the "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett and grant reporters full access to the treasure trove of information.

The Chicago Sun-Times -- one of the newspapers requesting access to the Smollett file -- reported that the Cook County judge, Steven Watkins, ordered the documents unsealed because Smollett and his attorneys had “not shown good cause to rebut the public presumption of access."

Smollett's case files were sealed in the same hearing where the Cook County States Attorney announced that they would drop 17 felony counts against Smollett in return for approximately 16 hours of community service and a $10,000 check -- the "down payment" Smollett left with the court when he was let out on bond. He didn't even have to admit his guilt or apologize for making a false hate crime report.

The 17 charges stem from two interactions Smollett had with police following the attack, and Smollett was hit with one felony count of obstructing justice for each statement, made to investigators, that a grand jury believed was a lie, mostly because all of the evidence pointed in that direction.

It's Smollett's actions in the wake of the "deal" with prosecutors that seem to have convinced Judge Watkins to allow the Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune, and others access to the full case file, including an interview Smollett gave proclaiming his own innocence, shortly after his appearance in court.

“Smollett voluntarily appeared on national television speaking about the incident in detail,” Watkins said. “After the March dismissal, he stood in front of numerous cameras... in the courthouse lobby speaking about the case.”

“These are not the actions of a person seeking simply to maintain his privacy or simply to be let alone," Watkins added.

Watkins did not accept Smollett's attorneys' arguments that their client was entitled to a "right to privacy," adding that the public interest, in this case, outweighed the need to keep the documents sealed.

The Smollett case exposed a series of crazy policies at work inside the Cook County State's Attorney's office. In addition to what is likely preferred treatment given to Smollett, a celebrity, Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx is now accused of agreeing to lenient sentences in a variety of cases, in the name of a more "progressive" approach to justice, which is not in her job description.

In one case, Foxx's office seems to have allowed a violent offender to end his own probation and house arrest simply by disabling his ankle monitor. That POS then went on to murder an off-duty Chicago police officer and severely wound another.

Oh well, it's the thought that counts.

Foxx needs to go down for this. Testimony may appear publicly as soon as tomorrow.
