Jussie Smollett blasts prosecutor for quoting him using the N- word

Alleged hoaxer and race baiting actor Jussie Smollett denied under oath all allegations that he had the Osundairo brothers go with him on a "dry run" rehearsal of his attack two days before an actual attack supposedly took place.

The actor's testimony ended Tuesday after the defense redirected prosecutor Dan Webb's line of questioning. 

Smollett’s attorney Nenye Uche focused on the Instagram messages that Webb alleged helped prove that he was keeping Bola Osundairo up-to-date on his whereabouts the night of the attack so he would know when and where to find him. 

Smollett said that “tons” of his followers responded to an Instagram story he posted about his flight being delayed and the incoming Polar Vortex in Chicago, which automatically begins a private messaging conversation on the app. 

The Polar Vortex, of course, is conducive for all 2 MAGA supporters in Chicago to wander out in the dead of night in red baseball caps, a noose and a container of bleach, just in case they happen to run into a gay Democrat. And of course they would recognize Jussie Smollett because they are big fans of "Empire" like all conservatives are, and probably of MSNBC too.

Uche also focused on Smollett’s allegation that the brothers reached out to him after the alleged real attack to try and extort $1 million each in exchange for telling the police that they did not plan the hoax. Under another redirect from Webb, Smollett noted that the brothers did not reach out to him about the money personally but did so through their representatives to his attorneys.

In attempting to prove Smollett was lying, Webb showed and read from private Instagram messages between Bola Osundairo and Smollett showing that the latter kept updating Bola on his whereabouts and flight delay information on the night of the attack. This makes the case that Smollett was working with Bola to time out the planned attack. Some of the messages included the use of the N-word, prompting Smollett to interrupt the prosecutor to ask him to spell or abbreviate the word so as not to offend "every African American in this room."

It's okay to use the N-word conspiratorially but not publicly because you might offend black people who are also allowed to use the N-word in private. 

Webb said that Smollett was welcome to read his own messages to the court but that he would not censor the quotations of the actor's messages. Smollett complied and the two moved on.

The remainder of the cross-examination saw Webb call key details of Smollett’s story of both the night of the attack and the alleged dry run into question, with Smollett denying throughout that he orchestrated anything with the Osundairo brothers, throwing them under the proverbial bus and referring to the siblings as “liars.”

Now we cannot know with absolute certainty that Jussie Smollett  is guilty of a racially-charged hoax but anyone who is being honest in their assessment has to consider the circumstances [Polar Vortex, MAGA people in the wee hours of the morning in Chicago, a city that voted 83% Democrat, having a noose and bleach handy, just in case, a signed check by Smollett to the brothers] and conclude that Smollett is a liar and not a very good friend, and should go to prison where he can make new friends.

But let's wait for the verdict and respect the law.

Prof. reads out loud the powerful magic word that got her fired

Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can get me fired. 

A St. John's University professor has been fired for reading Mark Twain's anti-slavery novel that contains the magic "N word." 

This word is so incredibly powerful that when uttered by anyone who is not a Black rapper has the power to ruin reputations and keep them from earning a living. It may even get them doxxed and/or attacked by Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

It was an anti-slave novel called "Pudd'nhead Wilson." The professor's class was "Literature of Satire." It was a satire class and in this instance, Twain was satirizing slavery.

Hannah Berliner Fischthal, an adjunct instructor at St. John's, the Catholic college in Queens, NY for 20 years, read the magic "N-word" in a remote class on Feb. 10. But first, she explained to the students the context of how the word was being used, and she added that she hoped nobody would be offended by it.

But you can always count on some "better-than-thou" virtue-signaling schmuck buckle being offended that he or she heard the magic word.

"Mark Twain was one of the first American writers to use actual dialect," Professor Fischthal said. "His use of the ‘N-word’ is used only in dialogues as it could have actually been spoken in the south before the civil war, when the story takes place."

The day after the class, however, she got an email from a student who said she had to "abruptly" leave the call because of Fischthal’s use of an "inappropriate slur." In other words, this moron got a case of the vapors from hearing a word she needed to be offended by, even though it was read as part of a Mark Twain satire.

"It was unnecessary and very painful to hear," the mentally deficient student wrote in the email seen by The NY Post.

Fischthal then made the mistake of apologizing in an email to the saintly student. Never, never, never apologize when you aren't wrong. Especially to one of these idiots who never thinks they're wrong. When you refuse to apologize but instead explain why you were correct saying what you did, there is a microscopic possibility you might get through the thick skull of the student and get her to understand your objective. And at the same time, you're proudly standing firm in what you've said or done. In any case, you're probably going to get canceled no matter what you do, so why not stand on your principals?

But Fischthal apologized and set up the private discussion about the issue that she called "Insensitive Language."

"I apologize if I made anyone uncomfortable in the class by using a slur when quoting from and discussing the text," Fischthal wrote. "Please do share your thoughts."

Seriously, what a wimp this professor is. She read a word that this moronic student intentionally took offense to by totally disregarding the context. She obviously had not understood the satire in Twain's book.

Six students responded, including the initial complainant. Two defended Fischthal and the rest said the N-word should not have been used. Fischthal also invited students to discuss the controversy during the next class but she said the N-word was not used by anyone during that discussion out of fear someone might die.

The novel by Twain, "Pudd’nhead Wilson," was published in 1894. It speaks to the tragedy of slavery and racism in general. 

"It satirizes the entire evil institution of slavery," Fischthal told the Post. "The point of this novel was that there is no inherent difference between Blacks and Whites. Clothes and education are what distinguishes people. Both the boys in the story look exactly the same, even though one is by law a slave, and the other one is a privileged White boy."

Fischthal said she was unaware of how racial politics have exploded at universities around the country.

"I never thought that would happen to me," said Fischthal, who is the daughter of Holocaust survivors. "I’m one of the last people who should be accused of racism. I know where it leads and I know where it ends. In every class I teach the evils of stereotyping."

But Fischthal’s apologies and her efforts to address the issue ultimately did not help.

They never do.

Attorneys for FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) sent the woke Rev. Brian J. Shanley, SJU president, a letter late Friday calling on him to reinstate Fischthal.

"Quoting (Mark Twain’s) work in a class on satire falls squarely within the protection afforded by academic freedom, which gives faculty members the breathing room to determine whether — and how — to discuss material students might find offensive," the FIRE letter read.

Old white Democratic woman repeatedly uses "n-word"

San Francisco -- A San Francisco Democrat and white woman whose warranty has long expired is under fire for her repeated use of the n-word in a public committee meeting last month.

Angela Alioto, a civil rights attorney, local Democratic Party official and former San Francisco city supervisor is in trouble for her language. She has apologized but is facing calls for her removal from the San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee over the incident during an April DCCC meeting with African-American union members.

Without self-censoring, Alioto had used the n-word during that meeting while responding to a remark from an African-American woman about hearing the racial epithet in the workplace.

“Full disclosure, I’m a civil rights trial lawyer,” Alioto said in a video of the meeting. “It’s what I do.”

Alioto said: “It’s the law that the word n***** in the workplace is racial harassment and racial animus. It’s a direct animus.”

She added: “You very rarely have direct evidence of discrimination. You very rarely have, ‘I’m not going to work with this n***** I’m not going to work with that n*****.’”

Alioto, who appeared to enjoy using the n-word and believing she was exempt from the consequences of saying that word, went on to talk about a case she worked on against Wonder Bread, where a book called “How To Kill A N*****” was found in the cafeteria.

After her sixth use of the n-word, those in the crowd began to ask her to stop using the word.

The news of Alito’s insensitive use of the n-word drew quick condemnation from Republicans in the Bay Area, who questioned why Democrats have not been more vocal in criticizing the lawyer and called Alioto’s use of the word “tone-deaf.”

“When it comes to racism in their own party, they remain quiet,” Jason Clark, the chairman of the San Francisco Republican Party, told Fox News, while referencing the recent blackface scandal surrounding Virginia’s Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam, who remains in office despite bipartisan criticism. “If this had been a Republican, the Democrats would be outraged.”

San Francisco Democratic Party Chair David Campos did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment, but following Alioto’s comment during the meeting, Campos did reprimand her for the repeated use of the n-word. "Please use a different n-word, Angie. When you say 'n*****

“I don’t think it’s appropriate to say the word,” Campos said. “As a person of color, if anyone actually said a word that’s derogatory to my kind, I think hearing it has a certain effect.”

The DCCC is currently deciding how to handle the situation amid calls from meeting attendees to have Alioto removed from her post on the committee. The local GOP also put out a statement Monday calling for her removal.

"The San Francisco Republican Party is disgusted by Angela Alioto’s choice of insensitive and racist words at the recent San Francisco Democratic Party Central Committee (DCCC) meeting. There is no place in our city, nor anywhere in America, for such insensitive and brazenly racist language, which goes squarely against San Francisco’s values of inclusiveness and social justice. We therefore call on the DCCC to do the right thing and remove Ms. Alioto from her committee position without delay," the statement said.

The DCCC bylaws for removing a member require a formal hearing and a two-thirds vote of the committee’s 33 members, and the issue is scheduled to be discussed at the DCCC’s upcoming meeting this month.

Alioto, who also did not return Fox News’ request for comment, apologized earlier this week for offending people – saying she was not using the word to be offensive, but as a means of showing how pervasive racist terms are in San Francisco’s city government.

“I went too far, and I am profusely sorry that I offended anybody,” Alioto said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. “I get passionate, no question. I was in a teaching zone. I started giving examples of that word in my other cases to show everyone in the room that (discrimination) is pervasive in San Francisco government. But I feel so horribly that any person, especially any African American woman, was offended.”

Alioto, however, did not back down from her rationale for saying 'n*****'.

“My clients say the word. 'The n-word' doesn’t mean anything. You do not sugarcoat or whitewash that word when you’re in litigation mode,” she said. [They're just being too sensitive, she suggested.]

Phelicia Jones, an African American woman and an SEIU 1021 member who was at the meeting, does not see it that way.

“I just really couldn’t believe it,” Jones said, according to the San Francisco Examiner, which first reported on the incident. “That word carries so many undertones that rise up in her mind no matter how it’s used.”

Jones added: “What comes with that word? ‘Not good enough. Suspicious. Animalistic' ... It’s PTSD. It’s Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome. Why wouldn’t it affect us?”

Alioto forgot the one word that might have made this better. Can you guess?
