Soros-backed Kim Foxx, who got Jussie Smollett off the hook, gives herself the hook

The Chicago prosecutor, Kim Foxx, who received millions of Soros funding said on Tuesday that she'll not seek re-election next year. 

Foxx [who is anything but] became Cook County, IL state's attorney in 2016 and is best known for her hands-off law enforcement, and for allowing Jussie Smollett, a gay black actor, to avoid any serious consequences regarding the racist hoax he created, after she had the charges dropped.

You may remember how Smollett paid two Nigerian individuals to "attack" him in the middle of the night during a polar vortex in the streets of Chicago after he went out to a Subway restaurant for a sandwich. He was supposedly attacked by two white men in red hats with rope and bleach yelling, "This is MAGA country!" and put the rope around his neck, allegedly doused him with bleach, and off they went.

Smollett went home with the rope still around his neck and his sandwich intact, called police and told the story to them about the "two white men." He kept the rope around his neck, by the way.

It turns out that Smollett had hired two Nigerian brothers who were bodybuilders, to carry out his hoax. A grand jury later indicted him on six counts of disorderly conduct over the false reports to the Chicago PD.

He served less than a week in jail and still pretended the story he made up was true, as he cried us a river on television.

When Foxx won the campaign and began serving the criminal elements of Chicago, Soros had slipped her campaign $400,000 to help the cause.

Later, in 2020, Soros, a devout anti-America socialist, provided $2 million to a committee backing her re-election efforts against three Democratic challengers, one of which received a massive funding boost from their wealthy father.

Soros has backed dozens of far-left prosecutor candidates as part of his efforts to destroy the criminal justice system. Foxx was among the most visible leftists. Some of the others he backed are Kim Gardner in St. Louis, George Gascón in Los Angeles, and Larry Krasner in Philadelphia. 

The candidates Soros supports all oppose cash bail, favor anemic law enforcement, and back "restorative justice" initiatives which push to refuse charging minors who commit serious crimes, as adults. 

The cities in which Soros supported prosecutors preside are cities where crime thrives and where people seek to leave.

The Chicago Tribune first reported Tuesday afternoon that Foxx would not seek re-election next year. But don't worry, Chicago is about as "MAGA country" as Saudi Arabia is a Jewish State. It will very likely be electing another Democrat next year, and crime will very likely continue at the same pace.

Alex Bastian abandons the Gascón regime

Alex Bastian, "Special Advisor" for the Los Angeles County DA's Office announced on LinkedIn that he would be leaving and couldn't get out of Dodge fast enough. George Gascón, the George Soros-sponsored Leftist anti-law and order garbage District Attorney, appears to be losing staff like the public is losing all trust in his ability to do the job he was hired to do by and for the taxpayers.

Like a couple who've discovered they aren't meant to even be in the same room together, Bastian is moving out of his role faster than an LA cop-killer is back out on the street after he's arrested for felonious assault. 

He posted:

I have an announcement to make! After more than 12 years of public service in both the Los Angeles and San Francisco District Attorney offices – having advanced public safety both in the courtroom and through reform efforts – I’m excited to announce that I have accepted the position of becoming the President and CEO of the Hotel Council of San Francisco! The Hotel Council represents the hospitality and broader tourism industry, an industry that has been significantly impacted and hard hit due to the pandemic. I’m so excited to join the Hotel Council at this pivotal moment in history. As someone who was born and raised in San Francisco, I know first hand that the City has so much to offer and is one of the most beautiful places worldwide. I know for a fact that it will become one of the top tourist destinations in the world once again.

Alex Bastian thinks quite highly of himself, or maybe the rat knew when to jump ship and swim away for his life. Just 15 months to the day, Gascón’s number one guy is leaving the mob.

LA DA Gascon walks back claim of sheriff's involvement in hit-and-run case

Hard left Los Angeles DA George Gascon is up for recall and needs only about 60 thousand additional signatures for this to go forward by July 6th, and it looks like they will get them. LA county is practically lawless under his watch and people have finally awakened to it.

Now Gascon, a George Soros supported DA, is walking back his claim that the sheriff's department "agreed with the felony charges" and extremely light sentencing against a teenager convicted of intentionally driving a car into a mother and her infant son on August 6, 2021.

The driven now 17, pleaded guilty to two felony charges of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and one felony count of hit-and-run. He was sentenced to a 5 to 7 month vacation in a juvenile probation camp. I call it a vacation because the camp has been described by prosecutors as  "less than a military school and a little bit tougher than a summer camp."

An initial statement by Gascon provided to Fox News Digital said that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department agreed with the charges and sentencing. Turns out Gascon isn't just incompetent, he's also a liar. 

His office told the media:

"Fortunately, the baby was uninjured, and the mother received a laceration to her elbow. The Sheriff’s Department agreed with the felony charges that were filed. At arraignment, the minor admitted two felony counts of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and one felony count of hit-and-run. The Probation Department recommended, and the court sentenced the minor to a youth camp for five to seven months, an appropriate resolution."

The statement added that juvenile justice is intended to "rehabilitate young people." [By evidently not holding them accountable for violent criminal behavior.]

"In this case, this teen will be held accountable for his actions and receive the needed services to foster positive development to keep him from committing future offenses," the fallacious statement read.

Los Angeles Sheriff Alex Villanueva called out Gascon saying, "We were never consulted as we were not the investigating agency." 

Once Gascon's office was "outed" it corrected the statement on Saturday, admitting that the sheriff's office was not involved.

"Need to correct our statement [aka false claim] from yesterday. LASD was not involved in the decision on the felony charge, as they were not the investigating agency in that case," a spokesperson for the district attorney's office said.

Villanueva had previously said that his office was not consulted regarding the charges.

"We were never consulted as we were not the investigating agency," the Los Angeles official wrote on Facebook and Twitter early Saturday. "Sheriff’s investigators would never be OK with the lightweight sentencing in this hit-and-run case. Stop empowering and encouraging criminal behavior. Hold them accountable #VictimsMatter."

The incident of what appears to be attempted murder was caught on surveillance video and shows the car hitting the mother and her infant in a stroller.

The mother wrote in a victim's impact report that she thought "those were the last moments of our lives."

"I thought those were the last moments of our lives; we were dead," the mother, who asked to be identified only as Rachel, wrote in a victim’s impact statement. "That feeling, along with the memory of a car accelerating directly into us, will haunt me forever."

Police sources say that the driver, who was 16 at the time, initially told police that the mother appeared out of nowhere and hit her on accident with the stolen car.

"As the car approached me and my child, I stopped walking and moved the stroller and myself up against a building on the right side of the road to ensure that we gave the reckless driver plenty of room to pass," Rachel said. "As the car got dangerously close to us, [the juvenile suspect] turned the wheels in our direction and accelerated as he aimed to kill us."

Rachel blasted Gascon for what she feels is basically a non-sentence because it is so light.

"I was also told that his record would be wiped clean when he turns 18," she continued. "How on earth can that be? He tried to murder two innocent pedestrians. Murder. And we have video evidence. My child would be dead if I hadn’t been there to protect him."

A better sentence might be that the driver is banned from driving until he reaches the age of at least 35. If caught driving before that time he would be sentenced to 20 years in prison and stripped of his future driving privileges. His record should not be wiped clean. 

And Gascon must go.

Calif. LGBTQ child molester charged with 1st degree murder

A gender dysphoric man who goes by the name Hannah Tubbs, is a California inmate for molesting a child. He is now being charged Tuesday with murder in the first degree by Kern County after he was recently charged in connection to a 2019 robbery.

Tubbs is being held on one million dollar bond and is scheduled to appear for an arraignment hearing Tuesday afternoon, as per Kern County court documents.

A spokesman for DA George  Gascón's office told Fox News that Los Angeles officials will be notified if Tubbs is released from custody in Kern County because Gascón, a George Soros sponsored scumcrumpet, has more sympathy for murderers than he has for the murdered and victims in general.

"District Attorney George Gascón is committed to protecting the public and especially our children," the spokesman claimed without evidence. "In this case, Hannah Tubbs continues to serve her [he's a dude] Los Angeles County sentence, while being prosecuted on an unrelated robbery charge in Kern County," Ricardo Santiago, a public information officer for the DAs office said. "Her transfer was based on a 2019 warrant and approved by a court."

Tubbs became the center of controversy earlier this year when he pleaded guilty in connection with a 2014 assault on a 17-year-old girl inside a Denny's restaurant bathroom. Tubbs grabbed the girl by the throat, locked her in a stall and sexually assaulted her.

So it's possible that Tubbs who claims to identify as a woman, is actually identifying as a lesbian--makes perfect sense . . . if you're a leftist.

Tubbs pleaded guilty to the attack last month, though the incident took place when Tubbs was two weeks shy of 18 and went by the name James Edward Tubbs. 

When authorities arrested Tubbs roughly eight years after the crime, the weasel, who has since been convicted of child molestation, began identifying as a woman, according to prosecutors. Evidently, it's safer "becoming" a woman in a woman's prison than just a guy who molests children in a man's prison, where they don't take well to men that hurt children.

Tubbs was sentenced to two years at a juvenile facility because Gascón refused to have him transferred to adult court, as his directive from day-one barred "children" from being tried as adults. Tubbs may not even be required to register as a sex offender and he could "walk" in as little as six months.

This case, among others, sparked criticism of Gascón's directive that minor offenders who have been suspected of  committing serious crimes not be tried as adults. Now Gascón is facing a recall effort following the Tubbs sentence, as LA County Supervisor Kathryn Barger called the outcome regarding Mr. Tubbs "unsatisfactory." 

Barger is the queen  of understatement.

"Judge Barrera’s hands were tied today – due to the fact that the DA’s office failed to file a motion to transfer Tubbs to adult criminal court, which is where she rightly belongs," Barger said. "Instead, we’re left with a 26-year-old individual sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility in isolation, separated by sight and sound from the other juveniles."

Tubbs was later caught on a jailhouse phone call gloating about the case and bragging that he wouldn't have to register as a sex offender.

Tubbs was also accused of sexually molesting a 4-year-old girl at a California library in August 2013 while her mother was browsing books "just a few aisles over."

If he identifies as a woman, the court should demand he have his twig and berries removed.

Tubbs is currently being held under the name James Tubbs in Kern County.

Soros-backed DA walks back the bull after public outcry, apologizes to family of murdered victims

Newly-elected Soros-backed D.A. of Los Angeles County, the far-far-Left George Gascón was seen and heard saying to a local Fox affiliate KTTV-11 that "It's unfortunate that we have people who do not have enough education so they can keep their mouth shut for a moment so we can talk." The D.A. dope was referring to the family members of murder victims.

In an example, a woman who was later identified as the mother of Joshua Rodriguez, a young man murdered in 2015, was heard saying: “My son can never speak again because he was murdered — kidnapped, tortured, and murdered. My son matters.”  You can see the exchange on the Twitter link below and how the creep D.A. eventually turned his back on the families:

Gascón's campaign was financed with millions of dollars from communist billionaire George Soros.  In fact, Soros has funded the election of left-wing prosecutors across the country and repeatedly tries to push the United States and other countries as far to the left as he can.

Since taking office earlier this month, the lawless seeking Gascón begun implementing radical policies that have included ending cash bail, preventing prosecutors from seeking the death penalty, and removing some sentencing enhancements for crimes such as using a gun or belonging to a gang.

One case involved a suspect charged with a double murder, including that of L.A. Sheriff’s Deputy Gilbert Solano. Perhaps it's Gascón's way of his support to defund the police and maybe even have them handcuffed instead of his crime buddies.

After the public gave him some heat, the leftist restored some enhancements, including for hate crimes, child abuse, or sex trafficking — though not for crime with guns, gangs, or prior convictions.

Solano issued a statement of apology to Fox 11 for his rude and thoughtless statement about the family of victims, claiming he was speaking without knowing to whom he was verbally inappropriate, proving it was he, who needed an education:

While speaking to colleagues outside of the office there were individuals yelling on opposite sides of the crowd. I did not understand what they were yelling about until later, let alone that they were victims. Regardless, it’s not how I should have reacted. Clearly this family is in pain, and I will be contacted them to speak directly and hear them out. The defendants in this case are all facing life in prison.

Yippi frack kai yay! 

After receiving more public backlash, Gascón walked back some sentencing enhancements for cases involving "the most vulnerable" victims. Had these victims been his own family members, it's suspected he would have never been so cavalier as to allow the perpetrators to basically walk out of jail without bail.

In a memo to his staff, Gascón reportedly claimed he had re-evaluated a special directive he impulsively issued just 11 days earlier after taking the oath of office which prohibited prosecutors from seeking sentence enhancements and required they be withdrawn from matters still pending by the court. He said he amended that policy and told deputy district attorneys they may now file enhancements in a limited range of circumstances, including hate-motivated crimes, child and elder abuse cases, sex abuse, and human sex trafficking.

Sentence enhancements are intended to act as extra punishments, added on to the charge of an underlying offense.

Gascón obviously responded by retracting his original directive only because the public went ballistic over its flipping off law and order. 

It's really no mystery as to why people with the means to do so, are leaving California in droves.
