Antifa fascists mess with the wrong crowd in the "wrong city"

Fort Collins, CO -- Several far-left cowardly fascists allegedly went after a wheelchair-bound veteran at a pro-police rally and got what was coming to them.

The pro-police protesters walked alongside the veteran who carried an American flag as people at the rally explained that Antifa attacked the veteran and basically got their cowardly butts in a sling.

Some of those at the event stated that there was a child's birthday party nearby and that the Antifa scumwafers had disturbed the event for no apparent reason other than the fact that they were confident they could take the child on in a fight if they met with resistance to their fascistic behavior.

At another point in the video [you can view them on the Twitter feed below], an unidentifiable man said to the far-left activists that “as soon as you guys step away from the f***ing houses, we’re going to leave.”

The man who recorded the video said, “So, we are currently marching the Antifa commie bas****s out of the neighborhood because nobody wants Antifa in the neighborhood. Nobody wants them here, so we’re marching them out.”

“F***ing communist scum,” another man yelled at the far-left cowards.

Moments later a fight broke out as the protesters pushed the far-left activists out of the neighborhood which ended up in a ditch with the residents significantly outnumbering the far-left activists.

“You guys came to the wrong the city, boys and girls,” the man who recorded the video said on a bullhorn. Interestingly, there were no obese females in the Antifa group.

“Everybody keep your hands off your weapons,” another man yelled out. “Keep punching each other in the face, just don’t shoot anybody.”

One of the punks allegedly brandished a knife but was unable to use it as he was overpowered by a patriot.

After a few minutes, the police arrived and apparently arrested two of the Antifa anarchists who appeared to fight with the cop

A Fort Collins Police Services spokesperson said that many people had been arrested over "physical disturbances" that had taken place, stating: “We respect everyone’s right to peacefully assemble to voice their concerns. For the safety of our community, acts of violence, destruction of property, and other unlawful behavior will not be tolerated.”

The response by citizens to the Antifa thugs should be seen as a lesson on how to deal with anarchists. Antifa is exactly what they pretend to be defending against. They need to be dealt with in harsh terms when they come to create trouble and violence because everyone has the right to protest and everyone has the right to counter-protest. But nobody has the right to silence the voices of those who do so peacefully.

Judge orders Antifa activist to pay Judicial Watch's legal fees for her 'Entirely Frivolous Lawsuit'

Washington, D.C. -- A U.S. District Judge in California awarded Judicial Watch $22,000 in legal fees in a case filed by an Antifa organizer in an effort to block Judicial Watch from obtaining information about her activities.

Yvette Felarca, a middle school teacher in the Berkeley Unified School District (BUSD), and two co-plaintiffs were ordered to pay Judicial Watch $22,000 in attorney’s fees and $4,000 in litigation costs.

Felarca had sued the BUSD in federal court to keep the school district from fulfilling its legal obligation to provide Judicial Watch with records of their communications mentioning: Felarca, Antifa, and/or BAMN, the acronym for By Any Means Necessary.

Judicial Watch also requested Felarca’s personnel file.

Felarca is a prominent figure in BAMN, a group founded by the Marxist Revolutionary Workers League that protests conservative speaking engagements and employs the "heckler's veto" by shouting down speakers and denying them their First Amendment rights. They also use violence.

In 2016, Felarca and two of her anarchist allies were arrested and charged with several crimes, including felony assault, for inciting a riot in Sacramento. Earlier this year, Felarca was ordered to stand trial for assault.

U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria, Northern District of California, who had previously ruled that Felarca’s lawsuit was “entirely frivolous,” wrote in his ruling awarding legal fees to Judicial Watch that Felarca and her co-plaintiffs’ First Amendment claims were “premised on the obviously baseless assumption” that the First Amendment condemns the speech of some while condoning the ideological missions of others.

Judge Chhabria added that “The plaintiffs also mischaracterized the documents under review” and that the plaintiffs “failed to grapple with the role Ms. Felarca played in making herself a topic of public discourse through her physical conduct at public rallies and her voluntary appearance on Fox News [see video below.]

The judge's order also states that “a significant portion of the documents the plaintiffs initially sued to protect from disclosure had been publicly disclosed months earlier in another suit brought by Ms. Felarca against BUSD, where she was represented by the same counsel. The plaintiffs, therefore, had no reasonable argument to protect those documents from disclosure.”

Along with Felarca’s $20,000 payment, co-plaintiffs Lori Nixon and Larry Stefl were ordered by Judge Chhabria to pay Judicial Watch $1,000 each (Yvette Felarca, et al., v. Berekely Unified School District, et al. (No. 3:17-cv-06282-VC)).

“Judicial Watch is entitled to attorney’s fees because the plaintiffs’ lawsuit was frivolous, and their litigation conduct was unreasonable,” Judge Chhabria wrote in his order.

Additionally, Judge Chhabria’s order holds the plaintiffs “jointly and severally liable” to pay Judicial Watch $4,000 in litigation expenses.

In 2017, Judicial Watch filed a California Public Records Act (CPRA) request seeking public records information about Felarca’s Antifa activism and its effect within the Berkeley Unified School District.

In Felarca's lawsuit aimed at keeping the Berkeley school district from furnishing the records, the anarchist alleged that Judicial Watch was misusing the law for political means and the district should refuse to provide the information.

In January 2018, a separate judge ordered Felarca to pay more than $11,000 in attorney and court fees for her frivolous attempt to get a restraining order against Troy Worden, the former head of the University of California (UC) Berkeley College Republicans.

“This is a huge victory for Judicial Watch against Antifa and the violent left,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “Ms. Felarca attacked Judicial Watch without basis and the court was right to reject her ploy to deny our ‘right to know’ because we don’t share her violent left views.”

Currently, Ms. Felarca is walking the streets a free woman, much like Hillary Clinton. But at least in Felarca's case, justice will be served. I'm not so sure about the other one.

Leftist Plan to Disrupt New Years

They stand behind their cause. Their cause is to protest the authority of the police throughout the United States. The website Stop Mass Incarcerations is calling upon the sheep to interrupt New Years Eve 2015 celebrations because if they can't have fun in life, neither should you. 

These commies say they don't want the celebrations "to go down because business as usual in Amerikkka includes wanton police murder of Black people."  If you are interested you can see the video here

The headline reads: "Rock In the New Year with Resistance to Police Murder! No New Year Under This Old System! We Can't Breathe! A Call From Carl Dix" I believe it was Elmore Leonard who said in his Ten Rules: "Keep your exclamation points under control. You are allowed no more than two or three per 100,000 words of prose."

The Stop Mass Incarcerations Marxists used three in their first few sentences. 

But isn't it funny how these cretins use the KKK in Amerikkka when that organization was started by Dixiecrats or Southern Democrats. But as I've said before, facts only matter to leftists when they help make their point, which is rarely.

They state on the site: "The refusal of grand juries in Ferguson and Staten Island to indict the cops who murdered Michael Brown and Eric Garner made this clear."

Fact: the grand jury that was impaneled in May 2014, the shooting happened on August 9th. Those selected for this case was consisted of three blacks--one man, two women; and nine whites--six men and three women. This corresponded roughly to the "racial makeup" of St. Louis County.

To claim "the refusal of grand juries in Ferguson and Staten Island," implies that the evidence for indictment was clearly there and should have been enough to indict. But in the Ferguson case, it was clear that Michael Brown was attacking Officer Darren Wilson, not the other way around.

In the case on Staten Island, Eric Garner did not die of a choke hold. He died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital--choke holds that are lethal, are lethal immediately. Besides, Garner was obese, diabetic and had asthmatic problems. 

The cops in both cases did not "murder" either person. Both Brown and Garner resisted arrest and Brown even attacked the Officer Wilson, going for his weapon and causing the officer to react correctly by responding in kind. There was no "wanton murder" and our society is safer because of the men and women in our police departments.

But some of these protesters want anarchy. Some want dead cops, like the marchers in Brooklyn. None of them want to hear facts because it isn't about facts for them. It's about their agenda--Marxism, anarchy, and hating America.

Notice how they never seem to leave it though?
