Obama Center Finally Delivers on Promise of Transformative Change by Bankrupting Local Plumber and Firing His Union Crew

In a stunning display of hope and change that somehow skipped over the people who actually built the thing, a Chicago plumbing subcontractor has suspended operations and laid off 25 union workers after getting stiffed for nearly $4 million on the Obama Presidential Center.

Weeks after the Obama Presidential Center’s star-studded opening in Chicago, a subcontractor who previously claimed his company was stiffed for nearly $4 million has shut down operations and laid off 25 union workers. Mike Owen, the owner of Chicago-based Adamson Plumbing Contractors, told Fox News Digital that the financial fallout forced the company to abandon about half a dozen other construction jobs and left it on the verge of collapse.

Owen described the shutdown as a painful decision he believed was necessary to save the company from bankruptcy. "Laying off close to 30 people is something that no owner in our industry wants to do," he said. "It’s a hard thing to do, especially when you know you can finish them and the company can still make money. But we were put in a pretty bad corner."

Adamson, which performed its work on the center under the name Marsh-Adamson, has since filed a $1.72 million mechanic’s lien against the property, escalating the payment dispute into a legal fight.The company is one of several subcontractors to report financial trouble after working on the center, which was promoted as a transformative economic opportunity for small and minority-owned businesses.

A previous investigation by Fox News Digital identified several subcontractors including Black-owned firms the project was specifically intended to support that said they were owed money or had absorbed losses ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions. The largest dispute involves the Concrete Collective, which is seeking more than $40 million in additional payment.

Before the center opened, Owen said the project had left his company with $3.9 million in losses tied to delays, rework, labor overruns and changing project demands. He said he spent months negotiating with Lakeside Alliance, the project’s construction manager, before going public after failing to reach a resolution. Against the backdrop of that larger dispute, Owen said the breaking point came around the time of the Obama Presidential Center’s opening celebration.

Owen said Adamson and Lakeside Alliance reached an agreement under which Adamson would provide two journeyman plumbers to perform last-minute "housekeeping" work on campus at premium nighttime rates. In return, Owen said, Adamson was supposed to receive part of its outstanding payment days before the center opened on June 19.

An email shows a Lakeside representative telling Owen that $100,000 would be released through Adamson’s May payment application. Adamson completed the requested work, but the payment did not arrive on time, according to Owen, who said it was the company's breaking point and left him with no choice but to suspend operations on June 25.

"We negotiated it in good faith," he said. "Against my better judgment, I agreed [to do the work]. Not getting that large sum of money just kind of pulled the brakes on the train. It was just the final death blow to the company," he added.

"Rather than try to stretch it out and go bankrupt, I just decided the responsible thing was to shut it down. We’ll regroup, and we’ll see where we’re at come September." Owen said that the promised $100,000 retainage payment and around $35,000 for change orders payments have since arrived from Lakeside Alliance more than two weeks after he suspended operations and laid off 25 workers. Owen said the money helped reduce the company’s debt to one supplier but did not reverse the shutdown."It’s almost like too little, too late."

"It probably would have just prolonged the inevitable at this point," he said. "We’re still deep in the hole of what they owe us." Owen said Adamson has now moved out of its building and that he is working from home while turning the dispute over to his attorneys and determining whether the company has a future.

Owen has escalated his nearly $4 million payment fight.Documents reviewed by Fox News Digital show that Marsh-Adamson filed a $1.72 million mechanic’s lien against the Obama Presidential Center property, alleging it remains owed money for plumbing work performed on campus.

A mechanic’s lien is a legal claim filed against a property by a contractor or supplier alleging that it has not been fully paid for completed work. The lien is considerably lower than the approximately $3.9 million Owen says Adamson lost over the course of the project. Owen said the lien covers the amounts he believes are most readily documented, including unpaid fees, logged change orders and labor overruns supported by company records. "It doesn’t mean that I’m not going to pursue the $3.9 million in change that we lost overall," Owen said. "I’m still working with my legal team on that $3.9 million figure because I feel that it’s only right that we still hold ownership at the presidential center accountable."

Owen said he had initially avoided filing a lawsuit or lien while attempting to negotiate a resolution."I’m not a litigious person, but at the same time, our legal system is there to protect the small guy," he said. "I’m just going to have to fight this out legally from here on out, and these aren’t cheap costs."

Last week’s payment will be deducted from the $1.72 million, he said. Lakeside Alliance, a joint venture led by Turner Construction and four Black-owned Chicago construction firms, served as the project’s construction manager. The other firms are UJAMAA Construction, Powers & Sons Construction, Brown & Momen and Safeway Construction.In a previous statement, Lakeside said approximately 475 contractors worked on the center.

In its latest response, the alliance pointed to the project’s scale and said "contractual closeout continues long after the doors have opened" on major projects of such complexity." Lakeside Alliance remains committed to working through all outstanding matters to successfully close out the project," a spokesperson said.

Lakeside Alliance did not directly address Owen’s allegations, the layoffs or the $1.72 million lien. The Obama Foundation, former President Barack Obama’s private nonprofit organization that oversees the construction, said Lakeside was responsible for managing and paying subcontractors and that the foundation had no outstanding disputed charges with the alliance.

While it did not directly address Adamson’s allegations, the foundation said its financial support for firms working on the project exceeded industry standards. "Our commitment began with a 15-day payment cycle, which is largely unheard of in major construction projects," the foundation said in a statement, adding that it sometimes accelerated payment timelines or advanced payments months before work was completed.

The center has also faced scrutiny over its soaring price tag and promised taxpayer protections. Construction costs, initially projected at approximately $350 million, had climbed to $830 million by 2021 and have since reportedly surpassed $1 billion.Meanwhile, just $1 million has been deposited into a promised $470 million reserve intended to protect Chicago taxpayers if the center encounters financial trouble.

Those questions have drawn added scrutiny because the Obama Foundation secured the 19.3-acre Jackson Park site through a 99-year lease requiring a one-time $10 payment. Owen said the ordeal has left him financially and emotionally drained and uncertain whether he will ever restart Adamson Plumbing.

"This entire process really drained me out financially and emotionally," Owen said. "So that’s where I’m at — just kind of in a holding pattern." Owen said the opening ceremony which featured performances by Bruce Springsteen, Christina Aguilera, John Legend and U2’s Bono and The Edge, among others only sharpened his anger. Against that celebratory backdrop, he said, the struggles of the workers who built the center went largely unrecognized.

Owen argued that Chicago’s proud protest culture had been conspicuously absent and that the reaction would have been markedly different if the project were associated with figures such as Elon Musk or Ken Griffin, the Chicago billionaire whose name adorns the neighboring Griffin Museum of Science and Industry."There would be holy hell to pay," Owen said. "They would be picketing. They would be storming the castle."

Owen also singled out Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, questioning why the pro-union governor had not addressed the layoffs or payment disputes. "But he hasn’t said anything publicly about the union companies at the presidential center getting stiffed," Owen said. "And it bothers me."

Owen said he was not accusing former President Barack Obama of personal responsibility but believes the foundation should publicly acknowledge the subcontractors’ complaints and help seek a resolution. "It’s become perfectly obvious to me that the ownership group there — they truthfully just don’t care," he said. "I don’t know any other way to say it." Owen said contractors had held out hope that their disputes would be resolved once construction ended. "But I think a lot of us out there, the main subcontractors, all still had this feeling that it was going to be worked out in the end — until it wasn’t," he said.

Now, with Adamson’s future uncertain, Owen said the project has left him facing a personal turn he never saw coming."I mean, the only leverage I have now is just to continue speaking out and see where it goes," he said. "But my career, it’s funny, I’m going to have to go find a job, which is fine. It’s just that I did not anticipate the completion of this project would take this turn."

Rubio and Vance Offer Competing Visions While White House Insists Everyone Is Singing From the Same Hymnal

For an administration that likes to remind everyone it's playing four-dimensional chess on the world stage, the Trump White House has found itself looking like a family trying to assemble IKEA furniture after losing the instructions. Everyone insists they're building the same bookshelf, but one guy is holding a hammer while another is convinced the leftover screws are decorative.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has spent the past week doing something that used to be considered a basic qualification for running American foreign policy: acknowledging that the Iranian regime is exactly what decades of history say it is. Vice President JD Vance, on the other hand, has been floating a more optimistic theory that suggests the mullahs are just one reconstruction package and a few friendly conversations away from becoming respectable neighbors. What has he been smoking?

The White House would like everyone to stop noticing.

Rubio has consistently defended Israel's campaign against Hezbollah for what any honest observer can see it is: a response to years of rocket attacks, terrorism, and the bizarre international expectation that Israelis should quietly absorb missiles because it makes European diplomats feel more comfortable and besides, Jews need to be annihilated because, you know, the Qur'an and stuff.

While visiting the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Bahrain, Rubio worked to reassure nervous allies following the preliminary U.S.-Iran agreement signed on June 17. Critics have questioned whether the deal hands Tehran far too much for far too little. Rubio answered those concerns with a sentence so grounded in reality that it almost sounded old fashioned.

"While we want a deal, we don't want a deal at any price," Rubio said.

Imagine that. A Secretary of State who remembers that negotiations are supposed to benefit America instead of serving as therapy sessions for hostile dictators.

That practical approach stands in pretty stark contrast to the messaging coming from the vice president.

Vance, on the other hand, has defended the agreement against Israeli criticism while arguing that Israeli strikes on Hezbollah infrastructure in Beirut could complicate American diplomacy. That assumes Hezbollah is simply misunderstood and that their biggest obstacle to peace is poor calendar coordination with U.S. negotiators rather than an obsessive commitment to wiping Israel off the map.

Does he know nothing about Islamic anti-Semitism?

The vice president has also spoken favorably about Gulf nations helping finance Iran's reconstruction and has entertained the possibility of a more cooperative relationship with the Islamic Republic. Apparently decades of hostage taking, proxy wars, terrorism, and "Death to America" chants are now considered minor misunderstandings that can be smoothed over with enough infrastructure spending. He needs to forget about running for POTUS in '28.

Then came Thursday's interview.

Vance revealed that Washington had invited an Iranian intelligence official to serve as a deconfliction liaison with the Pentagon in Qatar. That's one of those ideas that sounds like it came out of a brainstorming session where someone asked, "What's the foreign policy equivalent of letting the bank robber install the security cameras?"

Naturally, everyone in the administration insists there isn't even the slightest disagreement.

"There is one camp, President Trump's camp, and the entire administration is fully behind the president's efforts to ensure Iran can never possess a nuclear weapon," spokeswoman Anna Kelly said.

State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott dismissed reports of friction as a "tired and fake" narrative before adding, "The entire administration is 100% in lockstep behind President Trump."

Rubio offered the same assurance Thursday.

"Everyone here is aligned behind the president."

Maybe they are.

But from where everyone else is sitting, this doesn't look like perfect harmony. It looks like one side is reading Ronald Reagan while the other is speed-running Barack Obama's Middle East playbook. Both keep insisting they're singing the same song, but one sounds like "God Bless America" while the other is humming "Kumbaya" with the ayatollah.

If this really is one unified strategy, somebody might want to hand out the same script before the next press conference.

PBS Board Chairman Celebrates Trump's 80th Birthday By Wishing Him a Stroke, Public Broadcasting Calls It a Learning Opportunity

America's public institutions continue their inspiring commitment to civility, tolerance, and not wishing catastrophic medical events on political opponents, except when they don't. In fact, when they go low, they continue going lower.

For years, PBS and its affiliates have presented themselves as the wise adults in the room, faithfully serving the public with educational programming, thoughtful journalism, and enough tote-bag drives to fund a small nation. Their boards are supposedly filled with seasoned professionals dedicated to elevating public discourse.

Then President Donald Trump turned 80 on Flag Day [coincidence or celestial message?].

As Trump celebrated his birthday Sunday at the White House during the UFC Freedom 250 event, one prominent public broadcasting executive decided to mark the occasion with a heartfelt message of unity and compassion.

The X account Republicans Against Trump asked, "Donald Trump turns 80 today. Any birthday wishes?"

Bob Greene, identified in reports as chairman of the board for Rocky Mountain PBS [aka Public BS], reportedly responded, "A nice stroke that turns him into a drooling, pooping blob in a wheelchair unable to speak."

The soft, the kind, the sweeter side of scumcrumpets.

Nothing says "public broadcasting leadership" quite like fantasizing about the president becoming a vegetable. And these cretins claim to be the good guys, the compassionate ones.

Greene's post has since disappeared, just like the several decades of PBS viewership among Americans under 40.

Rocky Mountain Public Media quickly distanced itself from the remarks, explaining that the post violated internal guidelines requiring personal opinions to remain separate from station content. Translation: you're supposed to save those comments for private dinner parties and faculty lounges.

The White House responded less delicately. Spokeswoman Olivia Wales described Greene as "a deranged individual who should seek professional help," while noting that Trump had "rightfully defunded PBS last year."

To be fair, wishing debilitating neurological damage on political opponents is apparently considered a perfectly normal expression of democratic values in some circles these days. Perhaps this is due to their own former president and his obvious neurological impairment.

The remarkable part isn't that Greene posted it. Every election cycle seems to produce a fresh crop of people who believe political disagreement is grounds for personal destruction. No, the remarkable part is how little shock the comment generated.

Imagine for a moment that a public broadcasting executive had written something similar about Barack Obama. Cable news panels would still be discussing it. Universities would host symposiums. Journalists would produce twelve-part podcast series examining "the rhetoric of hate in America."

Instead, the post was deleted, a statement was issued, and everyone moved on.

What often gets overlooked is that Trump has already survived multiple assassination attempts. Yet many of the same people who lecture endlessly about dangerous rhetoric seem strangely comfortable when the target is someone they dislike.

Greene merely said out loud what too many people have quietly normalized. The most disturbing part of the story isn't what he wrote.

It's how many people read it and thought, "Seems reasonable."

At this point, PBS may want to consider adding a new pledge-drive slogan:

"Public Broadcasting: Where the compassion is educational."

President Trump warns that the US is "very close" to making Iran's infrastructure a smoking crater

FRISCO, TX — President Donald Trump announced Wednesday that the United States is now “very close” to replacing Iran’s infrastructure with a large smoking crater after the regime allegedly spent months “tap, tap, tapping” its way through negotiations like a telemarketer trying to extend your car warranty. Is anyone really surprised?

“I may keep going,” Trump told Fox News correspondent Trey Yingst. “They had a chance to sign a deal and survive.”

According to administration officials, Iran reportedly believed it could stall talks indefinitely by recycling the same strategy it used on previous American presidents: smile politely, drag things out for years, collect pallets of cash, and wait for CNN and MS Now to explain why America is the real aggressor and Trump is a bad man.

Unfortunately for Tehran, they are no longer negotiating with the foreign policy genius who gave them the JCPOA and a free pass to chant “Death to America” between uranium enrichment sessions.

“We hit them hard yesterday, and we're going to hit them again hard today,” Trump told reporters at the White House. “And we'll see what happens with the deal. We were really close to a deal, but they keep tapping us along. They keep playing us for suckers because you know what? They dealt with some very stupid Presidents.”

I can't imagine who he is referring to.  

Trump later clarified that by “very stupid Presidents,” he was referring to any commander in chief who thought the Iranian regime could be bribed into becoming Sweden.

“It was just tap, tap, tap,” Trump said. “I don't know what they are doing.”

Sources close to the administration confirmed Iran’s negotiating strategy largely consisted of pretending to compromise while enriching uranium and funding every terrorist organization west of the moon.

Trump also blasted Barack Obama’s nuclear agreement with Iran, calling it “the worst deal.”

“We want a deal that is meaningful, a deal that works. We don't want a Barack Hussein Obama deal, JCPOA, the worst deal,” Trump said, making sure we remember Obama's Islamic-sounding name. “That was a path to a nuclear weapon.”

Political analysts say Democrats were deeply troubled by Trump’s comments because they prefer their hostile Islamist regimes “stable, respected, and flush with American cash.”

Trump warned that a nuclear Iran would spell disaster for the region.

“If they had a nuclear weapon, there would be no Israel, there would be no Middle East, and they would have absolutely shot at us,” Trump continued.

Meanwhile, Trump casually revealed that the U.S. military has apparently been vaporizing Iran’s oil operations while most corporate media outlets remained busy fact-checking whether Trump used an improper verb tense during a rally speech.

“Did you know we've been taking out millions of barrels of oil?” Trump asked. “Nobody knows it. You know who doesn't know about it? Iran. Until right now. We took out, the other night, 22 ships.”

Pentagon officials later confirmed the administration had also launched a secret mission protecting ships through the Strait of Hormuz, resulting in over 100 million barrels of oil reaching global markets safely.

“This wildly successful effort is because the UNITED STATES of AMERICA CONTROLS the Strait of Hormuz — NOT Iran,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Their military is defeated, and their economy is lost. It’s over for Iran!”

The Communist News Network [CNN] reportedly responded to the post by immediately assembling a panel of former Obama officials to explain why controlling a strategic global oil route is actually problematic for democracy.

The conflict escalated after CENTCOM launched “self-defense” strikes against Iranian military targets following the downing of a U.S. Apache helicopter near the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump described the rescue of the helicopter pilots as “a miracle,” explaining that an Iranian drone became lodged in the aircraft during the attack.

“It was on fire, it was hot,” Trump said, sounding almost as if he was feeling the heat.

Military experts confirmed this still remains significantly less uncomfortable than sitting through a State Department briefing under the Biden administration.

Iranian officials responded to Trump’s comments by vowing they would “respond to threats accordingly,” which analysts translated loosely as “angrily issuing statements before another military facility explodes mysteriously overnight.”

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also warned Iran against escalating the conflict further.

“President Trump is seeking a deal,” Hegseth said. “But not just a deal, a great deal on behalf of the American people so that Iran never gets a nuclear weapon.”

At press time, European leaders were reportedly urging “restraint” while quietly hoping the United States continues doing all the work.

GOP stands with Trump over Senate challenge regarding Operation Epic Fury

Senate Republicans closed ranks on Wednesday, delivering President Trump a solid victory on his use of force against Iran, This came despite the usual lingering questions about America's role in the Middle East mess.

The Senate decisively shot down a resolution from Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) that sought to limit Trump's military actions in Iran. This followed days of speculation about whether any Republicans would break ranks, as some have done in the past, to slap the president on the wrist.

The administration went all-in to rally support for Operation Epic Fury. They held multiple briefings with Congress to lay out the case. It worked, at least for the moment. It convinced some wavering Republicans to stick with continued military action against the regime.

President Donald Trump confirmed the U.S. launched strikes on Iran on Feb. 28, 2026.

Only Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) voted for Kaine's resolution. On the flip side, Sen. Jon Fetterman (D-Pa.) was the lone Democrat to cross over and support the president's position.

Democrats tried to frame Trump's moves as yet another case of him blowing past Congress's authority on military force. They complained about no clear strategy ahead and accused him of breaking another campaign promise.

"It's time for the president to keep promises, not break them," Kaine said ahead of the vote. "That's why I'm so glad that we're going to put everybody on the record … Nobody gets to hide and give the president an easy pass or an end run around the Constitution."

Democrats also hammered the administration for refusing to take ground troops off the table."They refuse to take off the table the insertion of ground troops," said Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.). He warned the conflict could balloon beyond air and naval ops. "This is going to make the operations in Libya look like child’s play."

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) introduced a war powers resolution to rein in President Donald Trump's military action in Iran.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), who once backed a similar resolution to curb Trump's war powers in Venezuela, made it clear he opposed this one.

But like before, he noted that any ground operation would need congressional approval."I’ve always said that committing ground troops would be something I think would require immediate congressional authorization, but that doesn’t appear to be on the immediate horizon," Hawley said.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed the administration kept moving the goalposts, which he called proof positive that "a strategy is missing."

Republicans fired back that the president was squarely within his constitutional authority as commander in chief. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) dismissed the War Powers Act as "an unconstitutional shift of authority from the president." He pointed out that Congress can always pull the funding plug if it really disagrees with the action.

"We don’t need 535 commanders in chief," said Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), tearing into the legislation.

There was also clear fatigue in GOP circles over Kaine's habit of repeatedly pushing these congressional power plays in every conflict.

Republicans huddled privately on Tuesday to hash out the strikes and the looming war powers vote. This came ahead of their briefing with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Gen. Dan "Raizin" Caine, and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.

A source familiar with the closed-door session told Fox News Digital that some Republicans who might have been persuadable were fed up with Kaine's nonstop use of the Senate floor to limit Trump's war authorities.

Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso (R-WY) highlighted that this was Kaine’s fifth resolution targeting Trump’s war powers since he returned to office last year. That tally accounts for nearly half of all war powers resolutions in U.S. history.

"These resolutions have been used only 11 times in 50 years," Barrasso said. "The senator from Virginia alone accounts for nearly half of them. Yet Senator Kaine introduced zero war powers resolutions when Barack Obama and Joe Biden were president."

Rubio told reporters after Tuesday's all-senators briefing that the administration had complied with the War Powers Act, even though it views the law as unconstitutional. He added that congressional leaders got notified before the strikes.

Rubio had earlier floated that the U.S. acted in Operation Epic Fury because Israel was set to strike first, though he later dialed that back.

"If you tell the President of the United States that if we don't go first, we're going to have more people killed and more people injured, the president is going to go first," Rubio said. "That's what he did. That's what the president will always do."

Meanwhile, U.S. forces have hammered more than 2,000 targets in Iran so far, zeroing in on the regime’s air defenses and missile stockpiles. Six American service members have been killed in the operation, along with nearly 50 top Iranian leaders.

The Iranian government claims at least 1,045 people have been killed across the country during the campaign.

"It lays out, these over 100 documents that you're referencing, that I declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country directly leading at the helm, President Obama and his senior-most national security cabinet, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, and Susan Rice and others, essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people," she told Hannity. 

Nuclear mic drop!

Let’s be real, this isn’t just some partisan food fight. Gabbard made it abundantly clear that this is about the "integrity and strength of our democratic republic." 

She’s not wrong. When the guy in the Oval Office and his posse of spooks allegedly decide to ignore the election results because they don’t like the outcome, that’s not democracy. That’s a temper tantrum with a security clearance. 

Gabbard claims Obama’s goal was to "not accept the decision of the American people" and use this "manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence" to fuel a "years-long coup against President Trump." And she’s got the receipts.

The fallout was a 'mere' $40 million Mueller investigation that dragged on like The Hundred Years War, congressional impeachments, endless smears against Trump and his family, and some of his team getting investigated, arrested, or jailed. 

Plus, let’s not forget the bonus prize: ratcheting up tensions with Russia because, apparently, we didn’t have enough problems. "The years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million to congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump, but his family. He had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested and jailed. We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members politicizing intelligence," Gabbard laid out. It’s like a greatest hits album of political malfeasance.

Fox News Digital reached out to Obama’s camp for comment, but I’m guessing they’re too busy polishing their halos to respond. They didn’t answer earlier calls about Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Lynch, or McCabe either. Shocker.

Gabbard’s not stopping at declassifying documents and calling out names. She’s tossing the whole pile to the Department of Justice for a closer look, because accountability isn’t just a buzzword, it’s "critical" to keeping faith in our republic. 

"I am referring all of these documents that we have found and uncovered, referring them to the Department of Justice for further investigation. Accountability and action; not just investigation, but action. Accountability has to take place. The American people's ability to have faith and trust in the integrity of our democratic republic is literally what's at stake and therefore the future of our ability to exist as the country that we know it. This accountability is critical to make sure that this never happens again," Gabbard said. 

And then there’s the Steele dossier, that sketchy piece of fan fiction the left treated like the Koran. Gabbard didn’t hold back, claiming Obama "directed" its creation, even though the intelligence community itself was screaming, "This is not credible and should not be used at all." 

Her words: "The Steele dossier was used in this manufactured assessment that President Obama directed to be created along with many other pieces of intelligence that the intelligence community itself, for months leading up to the election, said, 'This is not credible and should not be used at all.'" Yet, they ran with it anyway. Because who needs credibility when you have an agenda?

On Saturday’s "Fox and Friends," Gabbard doubled down, calling the Obama administration’s antics a "treasonous conspiracy" against Trump. "No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence officials or professionals were, who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be accountability," she asserted. Treasonous. Conspiracy. Gabbard’s not here to play nice, and honestly, why should she? If her claims hold water, this is the kind of thing that makes you wonder if the cesspool too deep to drain.

Another Obama caught plagiarizing

Malia Obama, daughter of Barack Hussein Obama and Michelle Obama, just stepped into a mess with her first crack at directing a Nike ad that’s got indie filmmaker Natalie Jasmine Harris, 27, crying foul. Harris says the one-minute spot rips off her 2024 short film Grace, pointing to scenes that look “shockingly similar.”

 
The smoking gun? A scene with two young Black girls playing pat-a-cake. Harris swears she did it first, way before Malia’s ad hit screens.

 
Look, let's be real. I thought Harris might be chasing clout, throwing shade at a big name for a quick 15 minutes. But then I saw the side-by-side.

Guys, it’s not close. It’s identical. Camera angles, framing, color palette—the whole cinematic toolbox. Harris told Business Insider, “It’s not about the game. It’s about the cinematic tools used to depict it.”

She’s not wrong.

 
Harris isn’t just venting; she’s calling out the industry’s dirty little habit of snubbing scrappy indie artists for shiny names. “I know art often overlaps,” she posted on X, “but moments like this hit hard when you’ve poured your heart into telling stories with care and barely get the recognition you deserve. If brands want a certain look, why not hire from the source instead of for name recognition.”

 
She doubled down: “It’s devastating,” alongside that damning side-by-side. But she’s clear—she’s not gunning for Malia personally. It’s the system. “It speaks to a larger issue of brands not supporting independent artists and opting for folks who already have name recognition, which doesn’t breed innovative films or original storytelling,” Harris said.

Here’s the kicker: Malia can’t claim she didn’t know. Per the New York Post, she and Harris crossed paths at Sundance 2024, where both had films in the mix. Harris showed her 14-minute Grace, while Malia strutted the red carpet, conveniently ditching her last name to dodge the “nepo baby” label. Cute move, but it isn’t working now.

Now, let’s talk family business. Plagiarism seems to be the Obama brand. Barack got caught red-handed back in ’08, lifting lines from Deval Patrick’s 2006 speech. Patrick said:

 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal”—just words. Just words. “We have nothing to fear but fear itself”—just words. “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country”—just words. “I have a dream”—just words.

Waltz tells Iran to give up their nukes program "or there will be consequences"

National Security Advisor Mike Waltz told Iran on Sunday that if they refuse to dump their entire nuclear program, they will face consequences.

Waltz, appearing on CBS' "Face the Nation," said that it's time for Iran to "walk away completely" from its pursuit of nuclear weapons, pushing for a "full dismantlement." 

"This isn't some kind of, you know, kind of tit-for-tat that we had under the Obama administration or Biden," Waltz said. "This is the full program. Give it up or there will be consequences."

Waltz obviously didn't tip his hand by saying exactly what those consequences would be, but he was clear that President Trump is keeping "all options on the table," and didn't rule out diplomacy.

He went on to explain that the administration wants Iran, the largest sponsor of global terrorism, to ditch its nuclear program "in a way that the entire world can see."

"If [Iran] had nuclear weapons, the entire Middle East would explode in an arms race," Waltz said. "That is completely unacceptable to our national security. I won't get into what the back-and-forth has been, but Iran is in the worst place it has been from its own national security since 1979."

Since Hezbollah launched attacks on Israel immediately after Hamas attacked the Jewish state on October 7, 2023, tensions between Tehran and the US have been very high. And to increase that tension, Iran directly fired upon Israel twice in 2024.

Never a blushing flower, President Trump threatened to use the military if Iran doesn't negotiate a new agreement on its nuclear program. Although Ayatollah Ali Khamenei says he isn't interested in talks with a "bullying government," he's been reported to have been changing his skivvies on unusually high occasions and Iranian diplomats such as Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had previously suggested talks could be the way to go. However, he talked tougher once Khamenei made his comment.

The original 2015 nuclear deal negotiated under former weak President Barack Obama allowed Iran to enrich uranium up to only 3.67% purity and to maintain a uranium stockpile of 661 pounds. The International Atomic Energy Agency's last report on Iran’s program put its stockpile at 18,286 pounds as it enriches a fraction of it to 60% purity. And we can bet that Iran was secretly enriching uranium much higher than that level of purity.

U.S. intelligence agencies assess that Iran has yet to begin a weapons program, but has "undertaken activities that better position it to produce a nuclear device, if it chooses to do so."

Anyone who knows anything about the Iranian mindset is aware that once they produce a nuclear weapon, they are not going to allow it to collect dust.

Biden's team angry with how he was mistreated: talks of revenge loom large

Everyone knows PINO Joseph Biden's bedtime is around 8 p.m. and that his mental status is impaired, especially when he's kept up past his bedtime. But that is exactly what the Democrats did at the DNC on Monday night when his angry, shouted speech began at 11:30 p.m. 

Was this intentional--we can't say for sure.

What we know is that the convention was a circus of dancing abortion pills, free death con 3 abortions on unborn babies, and free vasectomies for men whose wives and girlfriends insist on them being neutered. [But conceiving fewer communists due to vasectomies is a good thing, so go for it, lefties.]

One had to be inspired by the American Federation of Teachers president Randy Weingarten's high-energy speech where she pounded her fists over and over, jumped up and down screaming about about 'the moment we are in,' and 'the road ahead,' and screw the students and their math scores. 

And then there was the gaggle of gals attempting to sing the National Anthem. That went over like a lead Hindenburg blimp.

Outside the Chicago convention pro Hamassholes burned Old Glory, called for the end of Israel and the Jews, and did their usual screaming at cops hoping to create a scene where they were victimized by them.

Eventually, as the night wore on and the midnight hour was approaching, Biden was put on stage to speak and boy oh boy, he sounded like an angry old cuss who was about to shoot those kids on his lawn. He didn't make a speech; he shouted a speech.

His team was angry over how they treated him like used toilet paper. According to Alex Thompson of Axios, a Biden aide reportedly texted him, “This is awful. He literally set up a campaign and handed it over to them—do they have to cut him out of prime time?"

Well yeah, they do. They need to distance themselves from Biden and pretend all that was wrong in the last three and a half years had nothing to do with Kamala Harris. Some on the left even tried to blame Trump for the state of the nation during the Biden-Harris administration.

After Biden finished yelling and blaming Trump for everything Biden did, he was basically given the boot and removed from the scene to go on another vacation. We still don't know for certain who's running the country--some say Pelosi, some say Obama, but nobody says Harris.

It's believed that Obama threatened Biden by warning him that Harris was on board with using the 25th Amendment against him, and Biden knew that this was very possible as there is no love lost between them, in spite of the fact that he endorsed her. [Did he have a choice?]

In his speech, Biden denied the reports about him being angry, but if you think he was fine with the Democrat's decision to get him off the ticket when he hungered to run for a second term, you don't know Biden. He hates to be challenged and this was his biggest challenge of his life. You know he was angry.

Revenge may be in the offing as Biden sails into the sunset of his life.

Peter Hamby of Puck News believes something may be brewing in terms of revenge:

"Make no mistake: Biden, and a handful of advisers in his inner circle, are still licking their wounds after the party putsch to get him out of the race. They would love to live in a world where Biden was still the nominee, even if things are unquestionably better for the party now, with a tidal wave of post-Biden excitement that has Harris surging in the polls."

Hamby added that he was told by two Democratic sources that Anita Dunn, Biden's communication adviser, gave a tough departure speech at her departure event two weeks ago after leaving the administration, She made a reference to The Godfather and alluded to "getting revenge." She and Harris don't play well together so her leaving was for the best.

So while Biden was thrown under the proverbial bus, he failed to make a case for his own presidency, but instead he lividly harped on about Donald Trump.

PINO Biden urges his supporters to "beat the hell out of" Republicans

"Punch 'em, kick 'em, hit 'em in the mouth. Do it for democracy"

PINO Joseph R. Biden urged his progressive supporters on Tuesday to "beat the hell out of" Republicans in the November election. "Don't let them scare you like Cornpop tried to do when I was saving lives at the pool. Stand up to them and if they try to get past you to vote, you know what you need to do to save democracy," he mumbled, and then turned to shake hands with his uncle Ambrose J. Finnegan Jr. who was supposedly eaten by cannibals in Papua New Guinea during the Second World War.

Biden, who pretended to call for calm after former President Donald J. Trump was nearly assassinated in June, is back to using violent rhetoric at his first public appearance with his word-challenged Vice President, Kamala Harris. This was their first public appearance since Biden was un-democratically removed from office and replaced with Harris, in spite of him receiving all the electoral votes for the nomination.

Both Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi and Barack "Pooch-eater" Obama had no comment on this issue.

“Let me tell you what our Project 2025 is: beat the hell out of them,” the alleged president told the crowd during an event in Prince George’s County, Maryland. As the audience cheered this idiot, he shouted, “I mean it!” rather than shouting "no joke!" as is his go-to sentence concluder. 

His reference to Project 2025 was his plagiarizing the Heritage Foundation's "Project 2025" which is their conservative planning of transition policies when Trump wins the election. The left tries to link Trump to this plan, but he has rejected the association and correctly labeled it a “pure disinformation” campaign.

The call for people to “beat the hell out of” their political rivals did not sit well with some on social media, especially those who think such calls for violence is wrong.

“Is this a call to violence?” asked the Libs of TikTok account on X that is operated by Chaya Raichik. a

Anyway, it's easy to see how the media is moist for the left and will never criticize them even when they call for violence.

“If Trump said this, it would be wall-to-wall coverage on MSNBC for the next three weeks,” responded Collin Rugg, who has an X account with 1.4 million followers. He also quipped that The Washington Post “would be putting the ‘Democracy Dies in Darkness’ banner up.”

Trump trounced Biden in the June debate on the Comedy News Network. It was so bad that the people behind the curtain pulling Biden's strings had to find someone else to run against Trump, even though to do so was a severe violation of the democratic process. Biden had every one of the delegates caste their support for him, which translates to the Democratic Party supporting Biden. Obviously that didn't matter to whoever has their hand up Biden's skivvies, whether it was Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, or both.




Trump faced Biden in a June debate hosted by CNN. In the weeks after Biden’s fumbling performance during that face-off sparked a crisis of confidence among his allies, the president stepped aside under pressure and Harris took the top spot on the Democratic Party’s ticket.

Biden is expected to speak at the Democratic National Contention in Chicago next week, along with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State and failed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, are slated to accept their nominations and deliver remarks.

Kamala Harris' record on Israel: left of Biden

While Kamala Harris sounds like Joseph Biden regarding Israel, the truth is, she is further to the left than President Mumbles, and is not really a supporter of the Jewish State, in spite of her being married to a Jew. In fact, she sounds a lot more sympathetic to the Palestinians in Gaza than the Israelis Hamas slaughtered on Oct, 7.

While Joseph Biden has referred to himself as a Zionist, an Hispanic, a Black church-goer, and a freedom marcher back in the 60s, Harris has been referred to as the "Border Czar," a prosecutor, a state attorney general, and a pot smoker. In Biden's case, none of his references are true, except for his support of Israel, but in Harris' case, the only thing she succeeded at was smoking pot. She failed as a border czar and was a terrible prosecutor. As an attorney general for California, she allowed prisoners to stay beyond their sentences in order to provide labor for the state. Her position as Vice President was bestowed upon her as a result of DEI and a promise by Biden to have a "Black woman" as his running mate.

 Since the October 7 massacre of Israelis by Hamas, Harris has become a tough critic of Israel. If Israel was losing the war, this would not likely be the case, but the Jewish State is fighting back with the ferocity of a lion and the anti-Semites don't like that. They would rather see the Jews obediently accept their fate meted out by jihadis whose core of beliefs, taught to them as children, is to hate the Jews and eliminate them. Once that is accomplished, they can work on eliminating Christians. 

In December, White House national security spokesman John Kirby said of Harris' role regarding the war in Gaza: 

“She’ll certainly be making it clear, as we’ve said many times before, that we believe that Palestinian people need a vote and a voice in their future, and that they need governance in Gaza that will look after their aspirations and their needs.”

Will she be making it clear? 

Harris, like many Democrats, boycotted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's address to Congress this week. Sure, she met with him later, but she really didn't have much choice. However, she is the only senior member of the Biden administration's foreign policy not to have traveled to Israel after Hamas' attack. In her defense, she also hasn't traveled to Brazil.

This past March, Harris said she didn't rule out whether there would be consequences for Israel if they invaded Rafah in southern Gaza. Biden also repeated this point several weeks later on CNN, stating that he would withhold the transfer of large-payload weapons if Israel mounted a Rafah invasion.

Harris' national security team is more pro-Hamas than Biden's. Her national security advisor, Phil Gordon, worked as Middle East advisor for Barack Obama in his second term. Gordon was the biggest fan of the Iran nuclear deal at the time, and we all know how that worked out. 

In June, Gordon addressed Israel warning that  “the U.S.-Israel partnership has been tested, perhaps as never before” as Israel faces “growing international criticism and pressure from the United Nations and other international bodies.” He urged Hamas to accept a hostage and ceasefire deal and said,  “[W]e remain Israel’s strongest, and best friend in the world.”

While Harris' people say that there is no difference between Biden's and her support of Israel, it seems that the political differences between them [she is further to the left than Biden was told to be] suggests that she is trying to appeal to a different audience than Biden. That audience prefers the black, white, and green flag over the red, white, and blue one.

Let's remember Biden's heartfelt eulogy to KKK recruiter, Robert Byrd

"Bishop, Reverend Clergy, Mona and Marjorie, the entire Byrd family—if you didn't already know it, it's pretty clear the incredible esteem your father was held in." -- Joe Biden at Robert Byrd's eulogy.

Robert Byrd wrote that he viewed his leadership in the Ku Klux Klan as a helpful platform from which to launch his political career. In the 1940s he recruited 150 of his buddies and associates to form a local chapter of the designated hate group,  The Washington Post reported in 2005.

Later on, the late white supremacist worked hard to keep a low profile saying that the KKK was a youthful indiscretion, and claimed that his KKK chapter was a fraternal group of elites [aka good ole boys] who never called for violence agains Black folks.

Biden and his Democrat white supremacists spoke at Byrd's funeral in the video below. Biden's speech starts at around minute 5:25 but watch the whole thing if you want to understand hypocrisy.

Of course, it was Byrd who filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1964 then later claimed that it has "emerged throughout my life to haunt and embarrass me and has taught me in a very graphic way what one major mistake can do to one's life, career, and reputation."

In other words, he was outed as a white supremacist and Biden knew this. Still, the then Vice President praised Byrd and basically referred to him as a person fiercely devoted to his principles," a "friend," "mentor" and a "guide." 

Barack Obama, also spoke at Byrd's funeral, and used similar language: "He was a Senate icon. He was a Party leader. He was an elder statesman. And he was my friend. That's how I'll remember him," Obama said.

So while the left calls Donald Trump and all of his supporters white supremacists, ask yourself who are the real white supremacists, even those who aren't white.

Megyn Kelly: Trump has lost “multiple steps mentally"

According to podcast host Megyn Kelly, former President Donald J. Trump has lost  “multiple steps” mentally and wasn't the same man he was in 2016 cognitively.

Kelly, who is also a former Fox News anchor, said Trump, 77, was starting to show his age — and it wasn’t pretty.

“There’s no question Trump has lost a step or multiple steps,” Kelly told conservative commentator Glenn Beck Friday. “He is confusing Joe Biden for [Barack] Obama … I know he’s now saying he intentionally did that — go back and look at the clips, it wasn’t intentional.”

“The reference about how somebody is going to get us into World War II, confusing countries, confusing cities where he is, and it’s happening more and more,” she said.

The difference, of course, between Trump and Biden is that Trump has the self awareness to cover up his verbal mistakes, and will also close the border, restore law and order, and scare our enemies. Biden will continue to be confused, corrupt, weak and dishonest, and will continue to allow illegal aliens, some of whom are terrorists, to enter the country.

“This is what happens when you’re 77-years-old. Trump seems inhuman, but he’s not inhuman. He’s a human. He’s a man,” Kelly continued. “DeSantis’ line about ‘Father Time spares no one,’ was a good one. So, look, if it’s between Trump and Biden, I don’t think there’s any question who’s more fit and more capable. But are we really going to pretend that Donald Trump is just as vibrant and mentally sharp as he was in ’16?” 

Kelly and Trump have a long personal history dating to the 2016 presidential election during a Fox News debate when she challenged Trump regarding some of his rhetoric regarding women.

The Kelly-Beck interview was immediately seized upon by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis who circulated the clip on X. Team DeSantis has tried to make hay of Trump’s age and has noted that ‘Father Time is undefeated.’ Of course, the same holds true for Biden and there is no question that Trump’s cognitive status far outperforms Biden, who seems unable to string a pair of thoughts together.

Trump has repeatedly confused President Biden for Obama in recent public statements — but has insisted the slip-ups have been intentional, which actually seems unlikely. 

“Whenever I sarcastically insert the name Obama for Biden as an indication that others may actually be having a very big influence in running our Country, Ron DeSanctimonious and his failing campaign apparatus, together with the Democrat’s Radical Left ‘Disinformation Machine,’ go wild saying that ‘Trump doesn’t know the name of our President, (CROOKED!) Joe Biden. He must be cognitively impaired,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post last month.

Obama biographer reveals ex POTUS has homosexual fantasies and is insecure as Trump

Is anyone surprised that former President Barack Hussein Obama "repeatedly fantasizes about making love to men"? His biographer David Garrow made that claim along with the claim that Obama is as insecure as Donald Trump.

Garrow's 1472-page tome, “Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama” was written in 2017 in which he discussed in a lengthy interview with Tablet Wednesday. 

The 70-year-old Garrow is a Pulitzer Prize winning historian, a feat which used to be an important accomplishment but has morphed into a leftist "attaboy." Anyway, he sat with Obama for more than eight hours a day for three days and he also got his hands on some letters from three of Barack's former girlfriends, but none from any boyfriends.

Among them was Alex McNear, Obama’s girlfriend when they both attended Occidental College in Los Angeles.

“So when Alex showed me the letters from Barack, she redacted one paragraph in one of them and just said, ‘It’s about homosexuality,'” Garrow told Tablet. 

The letters eventually ended up at Emory University, where their most salacious bits were transcribed by hand by Garrow’s friend Harvey Klehr.

“So I emailed Harvey, said, ‘Go to the Emory archives.’ He’s spent his whole life at Emory, but they won’t let him take pictures. So Harvey has to sit there with a pencil and copy out the graph where Barack writes to Alex about how he repeatedly fantasizes about making love to men.”

In the hours he spent with Obama, Garrow found a close similarity between the former president and his successor, Donald J. Trump.

“I’ve sometimes said to people that I think Barack is actually just as insecure as Trump, but in ways that are not readily perceived by the vast majority of people,” he said.

“I think that’s probably my most basic takeaway.”

Garrow said he thinks Obama is “too lazy” to ever serve on the Supreme Court, which would be considered a racist trope if it came from a Republican.

Biden admin may ask Blacks on census if they're descended from slaves

"It was right on the tip of my, uh, that thing in my mouth"

The Biden handler[s] are considering asking Black Americans on the census and other government forms, whether their ancestors were slaves [mostly of the Democrats in the South] which is a ploy to lay the groundwork for a federal reparation distribution system.

The solution to this may be having everyone identify as Black and put that in all government forms asking that question and answer it in the affirmative. If Rachel Dolezal can say she's Black, Jessica Krug, a professor at George Washington University say she's Black, and Elizabeth Warren say she's a Native American, we can all say we're Black. In fact, here's a list of White liberals who said they were Black. If they can do it, we all can do it. Reparations for all!

The Biden administration is asking for public input on how to differentiate blacks descended from slaves in America from those who have emigrated from places like Africa and the Caribbean, the Wall Street Journal reported. Of course by asking people the question and knowing that if they say they're descended from slaves that they'll hit the jackpot, they just might not be totally truthful.

The White House is also torn between labeling the former group "American Descendants of Slavery," "American Freedmen," or "Foundational Black Americans." Questions about African Americans' ancestry would appear on forms including home and student loan applications.

There has been no talk about reparations for the families of the 2,000 British sailors who died on the high seas fighting against the slave traders, nor the families of the hundreds of thousands of Civil War Union soldiers who died fighting against the Democrat South. 

This move is obviously political and targeted to buy the Black vote forever because the Democratic Party has nothing to offer besides handouts, promises, and identity politics that has divided this country even before Barack Obama pushed it over the cliff.

The move is part of a push among Democrat politicians across the country to consider paying reparations to Black citizens. San Francisco this month moved to create a $50 million office that could pay out a proposed $5 million payment to each Black resident simply based on their skin color or whether they identified as Black for at least 10 years. One reparations committee member, Daniel Landry, suggested a $500 million payment per person because destroying the American economy is no big deal when you don't understand economics and consequences.

Economists advising a California state reparations panel said last week that California taxpayers who never owned slaves somehow owes Black residents, who were never slaves, at least $800 billion, nearly triple the state’s annual budget. Makes perfect sense if you're a Marxist.
