El-Sayed campaign backed by over $100,000 from dozens of members of group with alleged terror ties

The political fundraising rule used to be simple. Candidates would promise to keep special interests out of politics, then quietly cash checks from the usual suspects. Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed appears determined to modernize the tradition by proving that "special interests" is apparently just another term that depends on who's writing the check. According to a Fox News Digital review, El-Sayed's campaign has collected more than $115,000 from at least 41 individuals who either work for, formerly worked for, or held leadership positions with the Council on American-Islamic Relations, better known as CAIR. That's one way to build a coalition. Another is to skip the middleman and rent a conference room at headquarters.

The irony is particularly rich because El-Sayed has made getting "money out of politics" one of the signature themes of his campaign. Apparently, the money was willing to leave politics, but politics kept inviting it back for coffee and a little bit o' jihad.

Among the contributors were some of CAIR's biggest names, including national Board Chair Manal Fakhoury, national Board Treasurer Eyas Abdeen, national Vice Chair Emad Sabbah, and CAIR-Michigan board member Jukaku Tayeb, who also happens to be El-Sayed's father-in-law. Family gatherings must feature unusually productive finance committee meetings.

Tayeb has reportedly been one of the largest financial backers of the super PAC supporting El-Sayed's campaign. He is also part of the founding committee of the Islamic Society of North America, a group that has been linked to Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood funding, according to previous reporting by the Washington Free Beacon.

Another donor attracting attention is CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad, [aka Nihad Adickwad] listed in Federal Election Commission records under the name Nehad Hammad. The dickwad sparked widespread criticism after saying he was "happy" to see Hamas break out of Gaza on Oct. 7, 2023, while arguing Israel "does not have the right to self-defense" as an occupying power. In Washington, that apparently qualifies as a controversial statement. On some college campuses, it qualifies as tenure material.

The support for El-Sayed stretched far beyond Michigan. Fox News Digital identified contributions from CAIR officials representing chapters in California, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, Washington, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, and several other states, suggesting that El-Sayed's fundraising operation has become something of a national reunion tour.

Other contributors include CAIR-California Governance Board Treasurer Rubina Alvi, Governance Board Chair Asaad Traina, CAIR-Michigan board member Muzammil Ahmed, who contributed $11,600, Governance Board members Atef Ibrahim and Dina Ezzeddine, along with former National Board Chair Roula Allouch.

El-Sayed's relationship with CAIR extends beyond campaign donations. In 2022, he appeared at a CAIR event and was paid for a speaking engagement, where he criticized Oklahoma's ban on Sharia law and compared it to the Trail of Tears, according to the Washington Free Beacon. Nothing says "local Senate campaign" quite like re-litigating Oklahoma's legal code through historical analogies.

CAIR has faced scrutiny for years over allegations regarding ties to Hamas. In 2007, federal prosecutors identified the organization as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case, the largest terrorism financing prosecution in American history.

CAIR was never charged with a crime and has consistently denied the allegations, challenging its designation in the case. Still, the organization has been formally designated or labeled a terrorist organization by Florida and Texas, while the United Arab Emirates designated CAIR a terrorist organization in 2014, a move widely understood to reflect the UAE's assessment that CAIR has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Responding to Fox News Digital, CAIR rejected allegations that it has ties to terrorism. The organization pointed to its "Dispelling Rumors About CAIR" webpage, memoranda stating it has "repeatedly condemned anti-Semitism throughout our 30 years of existence," and statements saying it has condemned attacks by Hamas and other designated terrorist organizations "for decades."

CAIR also highlighted a 2009 declaration stating, "We unequivocally condemn all acts of terrorism, whether carried out by al-Qa’ida, the Real IRA, FARC, Hamas, ETA, or any other group designated by the U.S. Department of State as a ‘Foreign Terrorist Organization."

The organization further cited a National Board statement condemning antisemitism and the Oct. 7 attacks, along with a 2023 editorial in which National Executive Director Nihad Awad said he agreed with CAIR's condemnation of attacks on civilians.

Meanwhile, El-Sayed has continued to draw criticism from Republicans and pro-Israel advocates over various Middle East-related controversies, including campaigning alongside far-left streamer Hasan Piker, his response to an attack targeting a Detroit synagogue, and declining to comment on the death of Iran's supreme leader because, he said, some constituents in Dearborn were mourning. Piker is the nephew of Cenk Uygur, the guy who yells garbage about Israel and founded Young Turks.

Despite the controversy, El-Sayed defeated Democratic Rep. Haley Stevens in Tuesday's Senate primary, surprising many political observers with a much stronger showing than expected. He now heads into a November showdown against Republican Mike Rogers.

Michigan voters will ultimately decide whether this fundraising strategy represents principled coalition building or merely another case of campaign ethics discovering that campaign slogans come with plenty of fine print.

JoAnna Mendoza (D) Definitely Doesn't Support Defunding the Police, She Just Cashes Checks From Groups That Do

The presumptive Democratic nominee in Arizona's Sixth Congressional District, comrade JoAnna Mendoza, is heroically attempting to distance herself from her past comments calling to defund police. At the same time, she's holding fundraisers with far-left groups that have called to defund police, the conservative outlet, The Washington Free Beacon review found. 

Consistency is for losers, after all.

On Friday, for example, Mendoza headlined a big-ticket fundraiser in Los Angeles's affluent Brentwood neighborhood, cohosted by the Heart of LA Democratic Club. The club, which describes its mission as "championing feminist leadership and women's full representation in politics and policy," repeatedly backed the Defund the Police movement. 

In a since-deleted June 2020 tweet, it praised the Los Angeles Black Lives Matter chapter's "compelling presentation to LA City Council on defunding the police" as "a big step towards progress." The club backed a bill to defund police around the same time, and one of its officers, Sarah Kate Levy, said she "see[s] clearly the need to defund." 

She says, "I don't support defunding the police" while raising money with people who do.

Months earlier, in January, Mendoza held another Brentwood fundraiser with the Los Angeles-based Stonewall Democratic Club, which signed a 2020 letter calling for the "divestment of public funding from police" and a resolution calling for "budget reallocation" from police departments "to programs that end systemic, abusive, and unlawful use of lethal force on Black and Brown People." The move, the group said, was about joining "the struggle to end white supremacy, institutional racism, individual bigotry, and mass denial." 

Mendoza, of course, was just there for the finger food, and definitely not the ideology. 

The fundraisers come as Mendoza attempts to distance herself from her prior support for anti-police policies in her campaign against incumbent Republican congressman Juan Ciscomani in a district President Donald Trump carried narrowly in 2024. In 2020, when the comrade ran unsuccessfully for Arizona's State Senate, an audience member at a virtual town hall asked her whether she would "defund the police," to which she replied that she supports "the reallocation of funding" away from law enforcement. 

Reallocation. Such a gentle, non-threatening word for taking money from cops and giving it to someone else.

"Police reform is just one aspect of addressing systemic racism in our nation, and specifically here in Arizona," Mendoza said. "I support the reallocation of funding to programs that would allow people to live their best lives, such as the social service programs, such as housing, public education, health care, ensuring that we're addressing economic stability and environmental safety." 

In that same virtual town hall, Mendoza accused police officers of violating their "oath to protect and serve their communities" and appeared to justify the anti-police riots that swept the United States following George Floyd's death. "There are hundreds, hundreds of deaths at the hands—murders—at the hands of police brutality," she said. "And so what we're seeing right now from folks is we're seeing the demand for change through the protests, through the civil unrest. We are seeing that folks no longer trust law enforcement agencies who, by the way, have taken an oath to protect and serve their communities and have clearly violated that oath time and time again."

When Fox News reported on Mendoza's comments in March, her campaign lied that she "has been on the record for years that police need MORE resources to do their jobs, not less, including body cameras and training," adding that "she has repeatedly stated that she does not support defunding the police."

Mendoza also attempted to walk back her comments about the "reallocation of funding" several months following her initial remarks, saying during a different town hall that she did "not support defunding the police." The Arizona Police Association endorsed Ciscomani in May, not long after the "reallocation" video came to light. Apparently the cops can read. 

Policing is not the only area of inconsistency for Mendoza. Shortly after the Free Beacon reported that she had a net worth of up to $4.7 million, according to her 2025 financial disclosure, Mendoza issued a new financial disclosure claiming she is worth no more than $336,000. The new filing also revealed that she had concealed ownership of a rental property in Tucson worth between $250,000 and $500,000. 

This is how socialism works: those in power have the money while everyone else is equal . . .  equally poor.

Mamdani's crackdown on food delivery tips inspires ire

New York City's newest socialist experiment in mayoral form, comrade-jihadi Zohran Mamdani, is out here acting like he just invented tipping after taking credit for a reported $104 million bump in delivery worker tips that critics note was locked in by legislation that hit the books long before he ever set foot in City Hall and was failing as a rapper.

The anti-Zionist mayor declared at a press conference Wednesday and in a social media post, "We've put $104 million back in delivery workers' pockets," pointing to changes in the Uber Eats and DoorDash apps that made tipping pop up more obviously."This is only the beginning," Mamdani wrote.

Those app tweaks come straight from a city law the New York City Council approved BEFORE Mamdani became mayor. [The way he's going with the lies, it wouldn't surprise me if he took credit for the Oct, 7, 2023 attack on Israel.]

Former Mayor Eric Adams (D) neither signed nor vetoed the thing, so it became law after 30 days. The rules kicked in this past January under the Mamdani administration, which handled the implementation and enforcement. Before that law took effect, the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection found that Uber Eats and DoorDash had hidden the tip buttons and set default tips under 10 percent, which helped cause a 79 percent drop in tips for delivery workers. 

The law forced the companies to make tipping more visible, and city officials claim those changes have generated an estimated $104 million in extra tips since. Mamdani's office brushed off the notion that the mayor was grabbing credit for work that wasn't his, much like Joe Biden did with the economy. Mamdani claimed that while the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection pushed the reforms earlier, the rules got implemented under his watch starting January 26.

"A law is only as good as its implementation," a spokesperson for Mamdani told Fox News Digital. "We have been intentional about enforcing the laws on the books so that we are putting money back into the pockets of working New Yorkers." 

Conservatives and political commentators on social media wasted no time calling out Mamdani over the already sky-high costs of everything in New York City, with more than a few accusing him of claiming ownership of legislation that predated his term.

"This guy is a fantastic lying politician," actor Michael Rapaport posted on X. "He had literally nothing to do with this. City Council passed the bill last August and 419 Eric Adams never signed it so after 30 days the bill became law. It went into effect when Mamdani was in office. He just taking the credit." "In other words you are trying to say that you forced Uber and Doordash to make it that New Yorkers pay more for their food deliveries by having the default tip amount be a lot higher," conservative influencer account Leftism posted on X."

Socialism 101 — have others pay for things and make as if it's your accomplishment. Coming soon — $50 avocado toast," Washington Free Beacon reporter Jon Levine posted on X.

"So you increased prices for your citizens?" National Review contributor Pradheep Shanker posted on X. "Congrats."

"What really happened," finance podcaster Joseph Carlson posted on X. "They forced delivery drivers to be paid minimum wage of $22/hr. This wage is paid by higher fees passed on to DoorDash or Uber customer. Since the customer was already paying these higher fees, these apps made tipping optional. Then New York required them to also be tipped on top of the higher fees."

So now New York (residents) get to enjoy paying both a high base pay and a tip on top of it. The customer is double-paying for delivery. All of this cost is passed onto the New Yorker resident. They’re paying more than the market demands for a product and service because of market manipulation."Leave it to a democratic socialist mayor to celebrate making your takeout order more expensive while pretending it's a personal victory for the working class.

Lawmakers Raise Alarm Over Indiana University Program

Universities are supposed to teach our kids, that was the plan. Instead, a flagship Indiana school spent a decade training foreign groups while ignoring ties to terror. 

Republican State Rep. Andrew Ireland says the Indiana University Muslim Philanthropy Initiative partnered with an organization linked to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. This is not a rumor, it's a fact revealed in a Breitbart interview. 

The school spent taxpayer money on this while local families struggle. According to reports, Breitbart News Daily was informed that the project sought to instruct individuals, mostly abroad, on managing fundraising and directing NGOs and nonprofits focused on Muslim issues and causes. 

That sounds nice on paper, but the reality is far darker. 

Ireland said that the organization they collaborated with serves as “actually a front for Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.” He pointed out that Washington Free Beacon broke the story when the U.S. The university hosted programs with them for years. 

Ireland and other patriots in the Indiana General Assembly stepped up. They sent a letter to the school to find out what was happening. The school did not seem to know until they were caught.This was a massive waste of public funds. 

The initiative was built to serve the world, not Indiana. Ireland called it a “sore thumb for the university.” 

In 2022, the same group had to apologize for inviting a man who provided material aid to Palestinian terror organizations. That was a “real hiccup,” Ireland said. But they kept going. Now, the school has shut down the Muslim Philanthropy Initiative completely. It was a decade of “gallivanting around the world” instead of focusing on Hoosiers. 

State universities should serve the people who pay their bills, not radical groups overseas. Ireland calls this the “woke mind virus.” He says universities today serve anyone and everyone except the next generation of Indiana families. They are ignoring the need for jobs and gainful employment right here at home.

Socialist NYC Mayor Celebrates Tax On Rich People's Second Homes As City Braces For More Empty Buildings And Unemployed Doormen

In a development that surprised only those who sleep through city council meetings, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani celebrated the Kathy Hochul backed levy on second homes worth more than $5M and immediately reminded everyone why no one should ever hand a socialist the keys to the tax code.

New York City mayor comrade Zohran Mamdani is facing heat on social media after his post celebrating the state’s new pied-à-terre tax on New Yorkers with a second home."If you have a second home in New York City worth more than $5 million, check your mailbox when you’re back in the five boroughs, because you've got mail," Mamdani posted on X, touting the tax on specific second properties introduced by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul that he supported going into effect soon.

"Today, we sent notification letters to property owners, letting them know that our new pied-à-terre tax is coming soon," the anti-Semitic comrade continued. "The best city in the world deserves the best parks, libraries, and schools in the world. That's only possible when we all pay our fair share."

As of Friday morning, Mamdani’s post had been viewed over 10 million times and conservatives on social media blasted the mayor and warned that the exodus of wealthy New Yorkers will only continue under this new plan.

Here are just some of the comments posted on X:

"Never elect a politician who: (1) sees your money as his slush fund, (2) loves Karl Marx, or (3) uses French words like ‘pied-à-terre’ to disguise new, confiscatory taxes he wants to impose to redistribute wealth," Republican Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT).

"Socialism - Florida’s best real estate agent," Republican Sen. Ashley Moody (R-FL).

"NYC’s pied-à-terre tax hasn’t even started and brokers already say owners are calling to sell," GOP strategist and attorney Mehek Cooke posted. Apparently, owners who can afford a luxury pied-à-terre are smart enough to get out of the cauldron on the stove before it starts to boil.

"Empty units don’t tip [doormen] or pay supers. You’re not taxing the rich. You’re firing the working class that depended on them." Communists are too busy virtue signaling to realize this fact.

"More incitement," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton posted. "Communist @NYCMayor celebrates a confiscatory tax targeted at a select few."

"What will the excuse be when literally nothing improves after all these tax increases?" New York City Republican Councilwoman Vickie Paladino posted. "Will they just demand even more, or will they tell us to ignore our own eyes as they insist they’ve actually fixed everything? Both? "

"The condescension towards the people who already pay a ton of property taxes to NYC," Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Chuck Ross posted.

Critics, including billionaire Ken Griffin whose luxury New York City home was featured in Mamdani's controversial video announcing the tax, argue the tax will only drive more wealthy New Yorkers out of the state and bring jobs and investments with them.

And while comrade Mamdani is a communist cum jihadi, he loves himself some capitalism, as does his family, in spite of their spouting the opposite.

Mahmood Mamdani, the father of Zohran, is a Herbert Lehman Professor of Government and a professor of political science where he preaches communist ideas, anthropology, and African studies at Columbia University. He makes somewhere in the neighborhood of $300,000; probably more.

Mira Nair, his mommy, is an independent filmmaker, director and producer and while she doesn't receive a fixed salary, her income from directing and producing fees, royalties, residuals, grants and her production company (Mirabai Films) rakes in a lot of capital, bringing he capital estimated to be between $20-$40 million or more. While this is unverified, it's likely quite a reasonable estimate. In addition, she and her professor hubby own a 5-bedroom, four-bathroom villa on two acres in the tony Buziga Hill neighborhood and for the past 8 years have rented it out as an Airbnb for roughly $330-$350 per night.

Zohran Mamdani publicly acknowledged that he lived in a rent-stabilized apartment in Astoria, Queens with his semi-ordinary wife in a one-bedroom apartment.

Dem Senate candidate with Nazi tattoo called Jesus a "zombie" and Virgin Mary a "skank"

Graham Platner, the anti-Semitic Democratic Senate candidate from Maine who's now famous for covering up his Nazi tattoo, once described himself as so "crudely atheist" that he derided Jesus Christ as a "zombie" and the Virgin Mary as "a skank" in a newly uncovered Reddit post. He can go to hell for saying such things.

Facts are facts. In the post, Platner was responding to a 2008 lawsuit claiming a soldier was denied a promotion for not embracing "fundamentalist Christianity." Platner fired back with, "What units is this shit in?" and then bragged, "I've spent 8 years in the infantry . . .  I've been about as crudely atheist as one can be the entire time." 

He went on to cite "zombie Jesus jokes and Mary sucking at covering up being a skank" as the height of the humor he enjoyed during his military service.

The post is still live, though it no longer displays its execrable author. An archived version reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon confirms it belongs to a now-deleted account tied directly to Platner. Greg Price, a conservative commentator was the first to highlight it.

Let's not sugarcoat this: Christians make up a majority of the population in Maine, according to Pew Research. Yet here we have a Democratic candidate who thought it was clever to mock the central figure of Christianity as a "zombie" and His mother as "a skank."

And this isn't an isolated incident. Platner's campaign has been absolutely torpedoed by a parade of repulsive Reddit posts: blaming rape victims for their own assaults, calling military officers "gay," labeling other users "fags," spewing anti-white and anti-police rhetoric, wondering out loud why Black people "don't tip," and even claiming that accusing him of watching CNN was worse than calling him a "retard."

If this cretin somehow wins the election, it will be an indication of a political party that has become decadent. 

Then, of course, there was the October bombshell: video evidence of a Nazi Totenkopf tattoo on his chest, which he got in Croatia back in 2007 while he was in the Marine Corps. As a former Marine, I find this disgusting and not in any way representative of the Corps.

Platner has since covered it up, but the damage was done. Multiple staffers have already quit the campaign amid the fallout from the Reddit posts and the tattoo revelation.The Platner campaign, shockingly, did not respond to a request for comment. Color me unsurprised.

Classified Report That Suggested Iranian Nuclear Program Still Intact Likely Relied on Faulty Info From Iranian Sources, Former Intel Officers Sa

The Defense Intelligence Agency’s super-secret report claiming Iran’s nuclear sites took a mere flesh wound from U.S. strikes is a steaming pile of bad intel, peddled by Iranian liars and lapped up by a gullible DIA, according to a cadre of ex-spooks. One of them didn’t mince words: the document’s so worthless, “you can wipe your ass with it.” He wasn't specific as to which ass he was referring to, but Jasmine Crockett is high on the list.

When President Trump green-lit precision strikes on Iran’s top three nuclear facilities, the DIA’s classified assessment sparked a media circus. Leaked to CNN and the New York Times, it was hyped as a shocking reveal that the U.S. bombing only delayed Tehran’s nuclear dreams by a few months, because the leftist media seems to hate Trump more than they hate our enemies.

Cue the headlines, cue the hand-wringing.

But the report was “low-confidence,” a detail CNN conveniently refused to mention, built on shaky satellite imagery and intercepted Iranian chatter, or SIGINT. It turns out, those intercepts were likely Tehran’s military feeding BS to their own leaders, downplaying the carnage, per Axios. That dodgy information wormed its way into the DIA’s report, say three former U.S. intel operatives, a current official, and other natsec vets who dished to the Washington Free Beacon, some off the record. They weren’t kind, calling the DIA the “discount intelligence agency.”

“It’s basically messaging by the [Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps], messaging by Tehran,” said Michael Pregent, a former intel officer with nearly three decades in the Middle East. “DIA is taking a SIGINT report from the National Security Agency ... and putting together an assessment to leak. I know it’s messaging, the Iranians know it’s messaging, and for some reason, NSA believes it’s actual f**king intelligence.”

A current U.S. official, in the loop on the damage assessments, said the DIA’s take, and CNN’s “partisan hit job,” got “completely debunked” in the last 24 hours, including by the International Atomic Energy Agency. “It has now been established by the IAEA that Iran’s nuclear program suffered ‘enormous damage’ and the ‘centrifuges ... are completely destroyed,’” the official told the Free Beacon. “The military operation carried out by the United States was a huge success and we are grateful to our troops who valiantly carried out the president’s mission.”

CIA boss John Ratcliffe piled on, saying the agency’s “historically reliable and accurate source/method” confirmed Iran’s key nuclear sites were obliterated, facing years of rebuilding.

Another former spy called the DIA’s report “embarrassing,” saying its analysts didn’t have a clue about Fordow, Iran’s mountain bunker buried under 300 feet of concrete. “You’re not going to see a huge hole down to Hell,” the guy said, speaking on background. “You’re not going to see that they dropped these bombs in specific locations so that they would detonate well underground, because it was such a deeply buried facility.”

The source added: “It’s clear that those people had no idea what they were talking about, and I agree with the fact that undoubtedly all these [Iranians] knew their phones were being monitored by multiple countries and acted accordingly. So, nothing that they said should have been used as any sort of gospel.”

Unless you're the former newspaper NY Times or CNN. They simply cannot allow Trump to prevail.

The DIA’s own “low-confidence” label makes the report a laughingstock. “The fact that the DIA’s assessment was deemed ‘low-confidence’ means that you can wipe your ass with it,” the ex-operative quipped. “You probably get more information from a Free Beacon article,” [or IKEA instructions].

A third former official, steeped in Iran intel, agreed the DIA swallowed “Iranians repeating propaganda to each other, as they have done throughout the war and preceding preparations.”

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) told reporters the DIA’s report was “preliminary” and riddled with “numerous intelligence gaps,” fresh off a Thursday briefing with Trump admin brass.

Michael Rubin, ex-Pentagon adviser, slammed DIA’s habit of drinking their targets’ Kool-Aid [aka piss water]. 

“There’s a long pattern within the DIA in which analysts listen so much to their targets that they actually start to rationalize, if not believe them,” said Rubin, now at the American Enterprise Institute. “This is why so many DIA Middle East analysts become outspoken conspiracy theorists or advocates for normalizing ties with groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. Too much Iran leads to becoming analytically, if not morally, unhinged.”

Rubin figures the leak came from a DIA analyst itching to “write the first draft of history” before the report’s flaws were exposed.

Simone Ledeen, former deputy assistant secretary of defense, didn’t hold back. “At a fundamental level, a lot of our analytic corps needs to be completely destroyed and rebuilt,” she told the outlet. “A lot of these people are coming from you know which schools, so they’re totally indoctrinated and they don’t know what they’re talking about because they’re not properly educated anyway.”

A senior DIA official, caught flat-footed, insisted the report wasn’t meant for public eyes and promised to hunt down the leaker. “This is a preliminary, low-confidence assessment, not a final conclusion, and will continue to be refined as additional intelligence becomes available,” the official said. “We have still not been able to review the physical sites themselves, which will give us the best indication. We are working with the FBI and other authorities to investigate the unauthorized disclosure of classified information.”

UCLA Med School Doubles Down on Racial Discrimination While Feds Circle the Wagons

Folks, you can’t make this stuff up. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) kicked off a civil rights investigation in March to see if UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine is playing fast and loose with racial discrimination in its admissions. 

And what does UCLA do? Less than two weeks later, they send out a memo that might as well have been titled, “How to Get Sued for Violating Federal Law in One Easy Step.”

According to the Washington Free Beacon, on April 8, UCLA’s medical school circulated a memo—complete with their fancy UCLA watermark—laying out “guiding principles for student representation on the admissions committee.” This committee, a mix of faculty and third- and fourth-year med students, got a crystal-clear directive: make sure race is front and center when picking who gets to play gatekeeper. The memo proudly declares, “The Chairs of the [admissions committee] will review all submitted recommendations to ensure representation from those who identify as BIPOC and LGBTQ+.” 

Because nothing screams “meritocracy” like checking boxes for skin color and identity politics.

This gem was sent to all second- and third-year med students, reportedly green-lighted by the Faculty Executive Committee, which oversees admissions policy. UCLA, apparently too busy to respond to requests for comment, seems to think this is a brilliant move while HHS is breathing down their neck, investigating whether they’re giving “unlawful preference to applicants based on their race.” 

Spoiler alert: When you’re picking committee members based on race, you’re not exactly whispering your discrimination—it’s more like shouting it from the rooftops. "Give us your gays, your dysphoric, your bisexuals, your two-spirited, your BIPOCS, longing to be doctors!"

Legal experts are practically choking on their coffee. Dan Morenoff, head of the American Civil Rights Project, called it “astonishingly brazen,” adding, “You have to wonder how it’s possible for no one either in the administration or with its outside counsel to even roughly read either the law or the room.” 

William Trachman, a former Education Department Office for Civil Rights official, went further, describing the setup as a “Russian nesting doll” of discrimination. He warned, “These committee members need to be prepared to be held personally liable for violations of Title VI.” Translation: UCLA’s got a lawsuit coming, and hopefully, it’s gonna sting.

This isn’t UCLA’s first rodeo with controversy. Whistleblowers—five admissions officials, no less—have already spilled the beans, alleging the school holds black and Latino applicants to a lower bar than white and Asian ones. The result? A flood of students flunking exams left and right, with up to a quarter of one class bombing three or more standardized tests. Leaked data backs this up, and insiders say admissions dean Jennifer Lucero goes full Rambo on anyone who dares question the qualifications of minority applicants. 

Oh, and she’s allegedly stacked the committee with folks who’ll rubber-stamp low grades and test scores. Classy.

Meanwhile, UCLA’s catching heat for a mandatory first-year course, “Structural Racism and Health Equity,” which has featured anti-Semitic speakers and, likely speaking from personal experience, called weight loss a “hopeless endeavor.” 

Even former Harvard Medical School dean Jeffrey Flier has slammed it. The school promised a curriculum review last year, but the course is still required, though one session mysteriously got canceled two days before it was set to happen. 

Associate dean Jason Napolitano sent a vague email on April 21: “I am writing to let you know that we will not be able to deliver the session on Environmental Effects on health that was scheduled for 1-3 PM on Wednesday.” No explanation given.

UCLA’s website doubles down, boasting about its “holistic review” process to “achieve … diversity” with “broad based selection criteria.” They claim the admissions committee “believes that the core values of diversity and inclusion are inseparable from our institutional goals.” 

Sure, but when your “holistic” process involves racial quotas and a memo that screams “we’re ignoring federal law,” maybe it’s time to rethink your life choices.

In a world where common sense hasn’t been completely obliterated, this would be a wake-up call. But at UCLA, it’s just another Tuesday. Stay tuned—this one’s gonna get messier than a pro-Hamasshole campus demonstration.

IDF postpones Lebanon withdrawal: it ain't over yet

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Friday that the IDF will stay in Lebanon beyond the agreed upon 60-day deadline set by the ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah.

Netanyahu’s office explained that the military withdrawal from southern Lebanon would only happen if "the Lebanese Army deploys in southern Lebanon and fully and effectively enforces the agreement." According to the ceasefire, it's the Lebanese Army's job to get rid of all Hezbollah facilities in southern Lebanon and stop the terrorist group from getting more weapons.

"Since the ceasefire agreement hasn't been fully carried out by the Lebanese government yet, the process of pulling our troops out will go on, but we'll do it in close cooperation with the United States," the prime minister's office stated. "Israel will not put its people or communities at risk and will push for the complete fulfillment of our war goals in Lebanon—making sure our residents can return home safely to the north."

Israel's snail-like withdrawal from Lebanon highlights a major challenge in the U.S.-led peace efforts. In both Lebanon and Gaza, Israel has agreed to cease hostilities and pull back on the condition that Iran-supported terrorist groups are cleared from its borders— Hezbollah in the north and Hamas in the south. However, it seems that only the Israeli military has both the determination and the power to enforce this requirement.

"When I sit down practically every day with the heads of the [Israel Defense Forces] and the security agencies and the prime minister and the defense minister, the picture is that we still have to be there, and we still have to hold these zones," Yuli Edelstein, the chairman of Israel’s parliamentary defense committee and a member of the ruling Likud party, told the Washington Free Beacon, referring to Gaza and southern Lebanon as well as a buffer zone that Israel seized in southern Syria after Islamist rebels overthrew the Assad regime last month. "I don’t think this is a political discussion in any of these zones. I think this is a security issue. Long-term plans can be discussed in the future, but right now, we have to make sure that the borders are safe."

"We learned the hard way on Oct. 7, 2023, what happens if the border is not safe," Edelstein added, referring to the Hamas-led surprise attack on southern Israel that started the multifront war. "We saw once again that just building a fence or even having some sensors or whatever doesn’t necessarily help. So the protection should be combined protection of everything we have, including if necessary holding the strategic points on both sides of the border."

After weeks of rumors about when Israel would leave Lebanon, Hebrew media reported on Thursday that Israeli leaders had asked the Trump administration for another 30 days. Outgoing Israeli ambassador to the U.S., Michael Herzog, told Army Radio that the administration didn't want to extend the deadline, but he added, "I believe we will reach an understanding."

By Friday afternoon, an Israeli official, who didn't want to be named, told the Free Beacon that discussions with the Trump administration on this issue were "ongoing."

"Everything has been discussed," the official said, not confirming if the delay had been approved.

A few hours later, the White House supported "a short, temporary ceasefire extension" in Lebanon.

"All parties share the goal of ensuring Hezbollah does not have the ability to threaten the Lebanese people or their neighbors. To achieve these goals, a short, temporary ceasefire extension is urgently needed," said Brian Hughes, a White House National Security Council spokesman. "We are pleased that the IDF has started the withdrawal from the central regions, and we continue to work closely with our regional partners to finalize the extension."

Neither the Lebanese government nor Hezbollah have responded yet. However, Hezbollah stated on Thursday that any delay in Israel’s withdrawal would be unacceptable, warning that it would see such a "breach" as "a blatant violation of the agreement, an attack on Lebanese sovereignty and the beginning of a new chapter of occupation."

Israel moved into southern Lebanon in late September after nearly a year of daily rocket attacks by Hezbollah, which led to the evacuation of many Israelis living near the northern border. Israeli forces discovered and destroyed terrorist setups near the border, including some designed for attacks similar to those on October 7.

After Trump's election in November, Israel and Hezbollah agreed to a ceasefire, which has been unstable with Israel claiming Hezbollah has violated it hundreds of times. Andrea Tenenti, who speaks for UNIFIL, the U.N. peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon, told the New York Times on Friday that Israel still held about 70 percent of the areas it had taken.

On Friday evening, the Israeli military stated it was "continuing to operate in accordance with the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon."

"The IDF remains deployed in southern Lebanon, continues to monitor Hezbollah’s attempts to return to southern Lebanon, and will operate against any threat posed to IDF troops and the State of Israel," the military said, mentioning recent airstrikes and ground operations aimed at "removing threats" like Hezbollah's weapon stores and lookout points.

Edelstein stated that Israel was sticking to the ceasefire agreement and was hopeful that the Lebanese Army would do its part to enforce the deal. However, he was skeptical, saying, "the chances are not very high at this stage that the Lebanese Army will be effective."

Amir Avivi, who used to be a high-ranking Israeli military official, told the Free Beacon that in his Tuesday meeting with Defense Minister Israel Katz, Katz was already set on keeping soldiers in southern Lebanon, as well as in Gaza and Syria.

"As long as the Lebanese Army does not deploy in southern Lebanon, Israel is going to stay. There might be a withdrawal from specific points. But overall, Israel’s interest is to maintain a buffer zone of two to three kilometers on the Lebanese side of the border," Avivi explained. "The plan is basically to stay in all the buffer zones. There is an understanding that we need to be in Lebanon, Gaza, and Syria for at least the rest of this year, because this is the best way to defend the Israeli border."

Unlike Israel's occupation of Lebanon from 1982 to 2000, which many saw as a failure, Avivi noted that the new buffer zones would be narrow military-only areas, saying, "no civilians, no houses, nothing."

A Katz spokesman and a Defense Ministry spokeswoman chose not to comment.

Edelstein, Avivi, and other Israeli military officials, both current and former, told the Free Beacon that Israel might have to pull out of Gaza completely or partially under a hostage-ceasefire agreement with Hamas that started on Saturday. They agreed that during any withdrawal, Israel could keep a buffer zone from its side of Gaza’s border. But in the end, they believed the military would need to re-enter Gaza strongly to oust Hamas from control.

"I would say the chances are high that in the near future there will be no alternative to Israel enforcing security and preventing Hamas from reorganizing," Edelstein said. "It doesn’t mean that we are not searching for some other force to rule Gaza, but there are not too many volunteers. I guess Gaza doesn’t have a very good reputation in the Arab world."

Eran Ortal, who retired last year as head of the Israeli military’s Dado Center for Interdisciplinary Military Studies, told the Free Beacon that a long-term occupation of Gaza was "absurdly opposite to Israel’s national security strategy." Yet, he argued, it was necessary.

"In our neighborhood, no one who does Oct. 7 should remain a living actor," Ortal said. "It’s just too dangerous. We’re going to be facing copycat attempts for decades to come, and if we want to limit that phenomenon, Hamas should be annihilated from the earth."

On Friday, Israel agreed to Hamas’s proposal to release four young women hostages, even though the list went against Hamas's promise to first free all living female civilians, according to Israel's Channel 12 news. Hamas cited technical issues for the breach. The four women to be released are soldiers captured when Hamas attacked an Israeli surveillance base on October 7.

Hamas has committed to releasing 33 female hostages over the first 42 days of the ceasefire, in exchange for up to 1,904 Palestinian prisoners, including those convicted of killing Israelis. In the initial exchange on Sunday, Hamas freed three female civilians, leaving 91 hostages in captivity, with 57 thought to be alive, and Israel released 90 Palestinian prisoners. A second phase of the ceasefire could involve freeing all remaining hostages and a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza.

Bombshell Memo Spells Disaster for Karen Bass Amid California Wildfires

We have witnessed the absolute ineptness and crazy priorities of woke leaders throughout Los Angeles County as wildfires rage, destroying billions of dollars of property belonging to the people who mostly voted for the fools they put in power. The failures of the Left have become so obvious that even the die-hard leftists are eating their own, especially after being personally affected.

The spotlight has been focused on Democratic Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass lately, with good reason. First off, for some reason, she was in Ghana when the wildfires started, which is kind of a big deal because she had promised not to travel internationally while in office and attack Florida Governor Ron DeSantis The way it looked was bad, but the real issue goes back at least two months.

In November, LAFD LGBTQ+1 Chief Kristin Crowley sent a memo warning of severe staffing shortages and training gaps. The department was dangerously undermanned, yet the mayor’s office reportedly ignored or even buried the warning, or perhaps she just didn't bother to read the memo.

“Los Angeles fire chief Kristin Crowley warned city officials in November that her department had about half as many firefighters as it needed,” reports the Washington Free Beacon. “When deadly wildfires struck the city two months later, Mayor Karen Bass's administration pulled Crowley's memo from its website.”

The report reveals that on November 18, Crowley wrote to the city’s fire commissioners — a five-member board appointed by Bass — urging them to relay her concerns to Bass and the city council. She highlighted that the fire department’s staffing levels had remained stagnant for decades, even as the city’s population grew significantly.

"In many ways, the current staffing, deployment model, and size of the LAFD have not changed since the 1960s," Crowley, a lesbian wrote, noting that a surge in emergency calls combined with a shortage of fire stations had resulted in longer response times.

Crowley’s memo also pointed out that in 2022, 61% of the department’s firefighters failed to meet the national standard of a four-minute first response time. The National Fire Protection Association recommends a ratio of 1.51 to 1.81 firefighters per 1,000 residents for cities like Los Angeles, but according to Crowley, the city only maintains 0.91 firefighters per 1,000 people.

Two months later, historic wildfires erupted across the Los Angeles area. Since last week, 37,000 acres and more than 12,000 structures have burned, 16 people have died, and more than 150,000 are under evacuation orders.

As the catastrophe unfolded, Crowley's memo disappeared from a city website. The New York Times referenced the memo in a Thursday piece but did not link to it. The memo was available online at this link as recently as Friday. By Saturday night, however, the memo was replaced with a message stating, "404! We are sorry, but the page you requested was not found." A Google search preview includes Crowley's quote on the inadequate "size of the LAFD."

In April, Crowley requested a significant budget increase to recruit firefighters and boost wildfire suppression efforts amid expected retirements. Instead, Mayor Bass approved a budget that cut the department’s funding by $17 million compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, Crowley herself has faced criticism for prioritizing woke DEI initiatives over hiring firefighters and general preparedness.

Biden sanctioned 2 Israeli-Americans: a targeting regime in Judea and Samaria, as federal lawsuit shows

"No joke"

JERUSALEM—The Biden administration sanctioned two Israeli-Americans as part of a regime targeting settlers in Judea and Samaria, aka the West Bank, a federal lawsuit filed on Thursday revealed.

The Americans, who are also Israeli citizens, sued the Biden administration in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, claiming the sanctions violated their constitutional rights to due process and equal protection. According to attorneys for the plaintiffs, the obviously incompetent administration appears not to have known it was sanctioning Americans. 

Who did they think they are, chopped liver?

"The Biden administration has carried out this sanctions program with scant regard for the underlying facts and scant independent investigation, relying instead on the say-so of virulently anti-Israel groups in order to impose life-changing penalties on people," Eugene Kontorovich, a legal consultant on the lawsuit and a professor at George Mason University Law School, told the Washington Free Beacon.

Because the sanctions are based on an executive order by President Joe Biden, President-elect Donald Trump could reverse them after he takes office on Jan. 20. But the lawsuit is about more than sanctions relief for the plaintiffs. It also takes aim at the notion, pushed by a global network of anti-Israel organizations, that the settlements are a root cause of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

"These groups have basically co-opted the State Department to help them make Judea and Samaria ‘judenrein,’" Kontorovich said, using the biblical name for the West Bank. "That’s what they’re trying to achieve."

The State Department declined to answer questions about the lawsuit, telling the Free Beacon, "As a general matter, we do not comment on ongoing or pending litigation."

Biden created the sanctions regime in February with an executive order saying "the situation in the West Bank—in particular high levels of extremist settler violence, forced displacement of people and villages, and property destruction—has reached intolerable levels and constitutes a serious threat to the peace, security, and stability of the West Bank and Gaza, Israel, and the broader Middle East region." Based on the directive, the Biden administration has imposed several rounds of sanctions on Israelis over the past year, targeting 17 individuals and 16 organizations for alleged involvement in violence against or displacement of Palestinians in the West Bank.

Of those sanctioned, the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, Issachar Manne and Levi Yitzchak Pilant, were the first to be publicly identified as U.S. citizens. Both men are residents of the West Bank who were born in Israel to parents who immigrated from the United States.

Manne, 41, a farmer and shepherd in the South Hebron Hills and a married father of six, was sanctioned in July. The State Department claimed he had established a farm "on pastureland belonging to the Palestinian community, and settlers from this outpost regularly attack community shepherds and prevent their access to pastureland through acts of violence." His farm was also sanctioned.

Pilant, the head of security in Yitzhar, a settlement in the northern West Bank, and a married father of eight, was sanctioned in August. The State Department alleged, "Although Pilant’s role is akin to a security or law enforcement officer, he has engaged in malign activities outside the scope of his authority. In February 2024, he led a group of armed settlers to set up roadblocks and conduct patrols to pursue and attack Palestinians in their lands and forcefully expel them from their lands."

Manne and Pilant’s attorneys said the Biden administration’s sanctions on the men are based on allegations that are "completely false and lack support or evidence."

Manne leases land from the World Zionist Organization, and none of the area that he farms or uses for grazing is recognized by Israel as private Palestinian land. Manne has "never engaged in violence against Palestinians" and has "never appropriated, nor has he sought to appropriate, land under private Palestinian ownership or otherwise designated by the Israeli government as private or restricted," according to the lawsuit.

Pilant leads an armed civilian security force that defends a defined perimeter around Yitzhar as authorized by the Israeli military.

"In carrying out his official duties to combat Palestinian terrorism and as instructed by his superior officers, on February 17, 2024, Pilant set up roadblocks in order to prevent the smuggling of ammunition and terrorists. These roadblocks were authorized by the [military], the maintenance of which was a formal part of Pilant’s duties," the lawsuit said. "Pilant has never engaged in violence against Palestinians at any time."

According to the attorneys, the Biden administration appears to have targeted Manne and Pilant on the basis of flawed reporting by activist groups that are ideologically opposed to any Jewish presence in the West Bank.

B’Tselem, an Israeli human rights group funded mostly by international donors, including anti-Israel billionaire George Soros, has for years focused on Manne as an icon of Israel’s "apartheid regime." In a 2020 report, B’Tselem claimed that the farm had greatly "expanded" in the past year and that "[v]iolence by settlers from the farm has significantly limited the pastureland used by local Palestinian shepherds."

DAWN, a Soros-funded anti-Israel group led by Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers, called on the Biden administration to sanction Pilant two days before it did so. A dossier that DAWN submitted to the administration made allegations against Pilant that closely resembled those in the sanctions announcement, including in relation to the February 2024 incident involving roadblocks and alleged violence against Palestinians. The State Department even matched DAWN’s misspelling of Pilant’s name as "Filant."

As a result of the sanctions, Manne and Pilant have had their bank accounts frozen and their credit cards disabled, making it difficult for them to make or receive essential payments. Manne has struggled to pay his mortgage or keep his cell phone plan active.

"This is something I might expect from Russia," he told the Free Beacon. "But I thought the United States was a democratic country. It’s really unbelievable."

A number of other Israelis sanctioned by the Biden administration have publicly disputed the allegations against them. In July, the administration mistakenly sanctioned an Israeli reserve soldier whom it confused with a leader of Tzav 9, a protest movement that has sought to block humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza. After the soldier complained, the mistake was corrected.

When it comes to the Americans, the Biden administration’s mistakes amount to a violation of constitutional rights, according to the lawsuit. The attorneys argued that Biden’s executive order cannot be applied to U.S. citizens since the language refers to "foreign person[s]."

"There was no statutory or other lawful basis to sanction Plaintiffs under [the executive order], and absent such a lawful basis, the Defendants’ deprivation of their aforestated interest violated their right to Due Process under the Fifth Amendment," the attorneys wrote. "Additionally, Defendants failed to perform any basic fact-finding prior to implementing and enforcing the [executive order] in such a one-sided and draconian manner."

The Biden administration also violated Manne and Pilant’s right to equal protection by targeting them as Jews, according to the lawsuit.

"This is all the more striking because there are thousands of Palestinians who have engaged in terrorist attacks on Jewish civilians that unquestionably threaten the ‘peace, security, or stability of the West Bank,’" the attorneys wrote.

The lawsuit cited data released earlier this week by the Shin Bet that showed Israel’s internal security service thwarted 1,040 major Palestinian terrorist attacks in the West Bank in 2024.

Fani Willis and the new whistleblower

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, is in contact with another whistleblower from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ office who intends to expose Willis's misuse of federal funds, he told Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo. [H/T Fox News Business.]

Jordan said that a woman informant has come forward and is ready to tell the House Oversight Committee what she knows.

"Now the Justice Department reportedly finding inconsistencies in Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis' use of federal grant money," Bartiromo said. "Willis fired the whistleblower who warned the D.A.'s office was attempting to misuse $488,000."

"This was a federal grant," she continued. "She wanted to use it to pay for computers and travel. I don't know if she was traveling with her boyfriend or not, but the D.O.J. told the Washington Free Beacon the grant is plagued with reporting discrepancies, Mr. Chairman."

"God bless the whistleblower who came forward," Jordan said. "We've talked with the whistleblower. She's given information to the press, to us. Now the Department of Justice is looking into this."

Jordan explained that former Fulton County special prosecutor and Willis' former paramour Nathan Wade had met with the January 6 Committee before resigning his post.

"He was traveling to Washington to meet with the DOJ, the White House, the January 6th Committee, all in this effort to go after President [Donald] Trump," Jordan said. "And now we have this. It looks like misspending federal grant dollars."

Jordan has also subpoenaed documents from Willis regarding the prosecution of Trump for election-related crimes.

"I am in receipt of your letter dated March 14, 2024. I categorically reject the assertion that this office is deficient in responding to the Committee's subpoena dated February 2, 2024," Willis wrote to Jordan last month, having to look up the spelling of 'categorically.'

A spokesperson for the Justice Department informed the Washington Free Beacon of an ongoing investigation into the misuse of federal funds by Willis' office. If it turns out that her office did indeed misuse the money, she will probably not only be off the case, but in the slammer.

The spokesperson noted, "We have noticed some inconsistencies in what Fulton County has reported to [the Federal Subaward Reporting System] and we are working with them to update their reporting accordingly."

The Justice Department did not provide any further details on the nature of Willis’s reporting "inconsistencies" on the $488,000 federal grant, which was earmarked for the creation of a Center for Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention in Atlanta. The grant ended in September 2023, but the center never opened. 

This sounds a lot like Willis' office was taking their cues from Chirlane McCray, the wife of former Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, who couldn't account for $850,000,000 of taxpayer money her husband gave her for a mental health project.

Something smell fishy.

If you've ever had anything stolen from you, especially if it's something you made for yourself, you can understand what it must feel like when your academic research and writing was stolen via plagiarism. Well, retired Vanderbilt University professor Dr. Carol Swain certainly does.

Dr. Swain is allegedly one of several of Harvard President Claudine Gay's victims whose work has been stolen and she is calling for Gay to be fired. 

"Fire Claudine Gay posthaste," Dr. Carol Swain posted Thursday on X, as part of a social media post titled "some free unsolicited advice for Harvard University."

"She can be relieved of duties until the terms are negotiated."

Can anyone blame Swain? She is a senior fellow at the Institute for Faith and said that Harvard must hire the best man or woman for the job who can "steer the university back towards sanity."

"Appeasing the Marxist identity politics mob should not be a consideration. The person for the job might be a middle to older age white Jewish man who believes in classical liberalism," she said.

Swain called for Gay to step down last week after Harvard officials chose to accept her antisemitic stance on Jewish students being threatened with genocide and harassment, but the woke folk at the school stood behind her in spite of that and of a probe that found "instances of inadequate citation." That kind of finding had it been of a Harvard student would have caused serious disciplinary action, even expulsion from the university to take place, but in the case of an affirmative action leader, not so much.

On Thursday, Swain also recommended that leaders of Harvard have a "sit down conversation" with the academics who Gay plagiarized from and apologize to alumni, students, parents and donors who have "been harmed and embarrassed" by Gay's behavior. Swain said:

"Have a sit down conversation with the people who have been harmed by the plagiarism of Gay, and the system that protects her. Recognize that Harvard’s systematic racism and classism have far reaching effects. Apologize to alumni, students, parents, and donors who have been harmed and embarrassed."

Gay, you may recall, refused to directly respond to Rep. Elise Stefanik's (R-NY) question at a congressional hearing on Dec. 12 as to whether the calling for genocide of Jews was  against Harvard policy. Gay's apparently coached reply was to say that it depended upon the context but Rep. Stefanik called her out on it and still she responded with the same garbage answer.

But back to the alleged plagiarism. The Washington Free Beacon reported that in four papers published between 1993 and 2017, including her doctoral dissertation, Gay "paraphrased or quoted nearly 20 authors—including two of her colleagues in Harvard University’s department of government—without proper attribution," according to the news site's analysis.

Since the first reports of plagiarism were uncovered, the same news outlet said that Harvard "received a complaint outlining over 40 allegations of plagiarism" against Gay on Tuesday.

Not surprisingly, Dr. Swain, a former Democrat, has been supportive of many conservative issues in the past and even served on former President Trump's "1776 Commission," that showed how false the so called "1619 Project" was about slavery and American history.

Harvard's Claudine Gay has a boatload of even more plagiarism charges uncovered

According to the Washington Free Beacon, the embattled woke president of Harvard, Claudine Gay, has "received a complaint outlining over 40 allegations of plagiarism" against her on Tuesday,  and noted a letter that was sent to Harvard's research integrity officer, Stacey Springs, outlining the claims.

"The document paints a picture of a pattern of misconduct more extensive than has been previously reported and puts the Harvard Corporation, the university's governing body—which said it initiated an ‘independent review’ of Gay's scholarship and issued a statement of support for her leadership—back in the spotlight," Free Beacon reporter Aaron Sibarium wrote.

The outlet reported that it "independently verified the veracity of the new allegations against Gay, as well as the identity of the complainant," who is a professor at another university who requested "anonymity for fear of retaliation." And retaliation is more than probable, it's almost guaranteed because that's how the woke work, [say that ten times].

The Harvard Corporation, the woke school's highest governing body, said it would stand with Gay, even with the backlash over her woke, anti-Semitic comments. and plagiarism allegations. but even they admitted that a probe found "instances of inadequate citation" in her academic writings.

Gay's doctoral dissertation and other papers published from 1993 to 2017 "paraphrased or quoted nearly 20 authors, all of whom were not Gay—including two of her colleagues in Harvard University’s department of government—without proper attribution," according to an analysis by the investigative news site.

The Free Beacon worked with academic scholars to analyze "29 potential cases of plagiarism," and it didn't look good for her. The general consensus was that "Doctor" Gay had violated the school's own policies regarding plagiarism by just changing a word here or there, and not providing credit to the actual authors of the pieces from which she allegedly plagiarized.

Chris Rufo of the Manhattan Institute and journalist Chris Brunet also published instances of what they pointed out that were instances of probable plagiarism of her Ph.D. dissertation that "violate Harvard’s own stated policies on academic integrity."

Fox News Digital reported "According to the Free Beacon, new allegations included 'dozens of additional cases in which Gay quoted or paraphrased authors without proper attribution' that were submitted to Harvard's research integrity officer," and adding that '[T]hey range from missing quotation marks around a few phrases or sentences to entire paragraphs lifted verbatim,' Sibarium wrote. 'The full list of examples spans seven of Gay's publications—two more than previously reported—which comprise almost half of her scholarly output.'"

The question many of us ask is whether Gay will be held to Harvard's standards that others must live up to?
