Biden blocked by judge from giving Obamacare to DACA recipients

A federal judge in North Dakota on Monday blocked the Biden administration from putting into action a new policy that would have made some illegal immigrants eligible for government-supported health care.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Traynor agreed to stop a new rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that would have let people with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status sign up for Obamacare. Traynor stated that Kansas and the 18 Republican attorneys general who challenged the policy were likely to win, so he issued a stay against it.

Traynor pointed out that CMS broke the law when it decided to include DACA recipients in the definition of "lawfully present" in the U.S. DACA recipients are people who entered the country illegally as children with their parents and were protected from deportation by an executive action from President Barack Obama.

“The authority granted to CMS by the ACA [Affordable Care Act] is to ascertain whether an individual meets the requirements for lawful status. It by no means allows the agency to circumvent congressional authority and redefine the term ‘lawfully present,’” Traynor wrote.

“As it currently stands, the ACA does not allow federal healthcare subsidies or coverage for aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States,” he added.

Traynor also agreed with the Republican attorneys general that the policy could encourage illegal immigrants to stay in their states because of the healthcare benefits.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, who led the lawsuit, celebrated the decision, saying, “Big win for the rule of law. Congress never intended that illegal aliens should receive Obama care benefits. Indeed, two laws prohibit them from receiving such benefits. The Biden administration tried to break those laws. But we fought back, and defeated the Justice Department.”

The states involved in the lawsuit were Ohio, Idaho, Nebraska, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, and Arkansas. They argued that the rule was arbitrary, capricious, and would encourage more illegal immigration.

In response, CMS mentioned they were reviewing the judge's decision but couldn't comment further.

This rule change was opposed by President-elect Donald Trump, whose campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt called it “unfair and unsustainable” back in May.

“Joe Biden's handouts for illegal immigrants are especially devastating to Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, and union workers who are forced to watch their jobs and public resources stolen by people who illegally entered our country,” Leavitt, Trump's incoming press secretary, said at the time.

Last month, another judge overturned a different Biden administration program that would have given legal status to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

Thomas Massie introduces bill to ditch Dept. of Education

One of the biggest wastes of taxpayer money, (besides everything beyond infrastructure, law enforcement and defense) is the Department of Education. It takes away local control of what is being taught in the classroom and does not serve to actually educate our children.

What this department actually does is indoctrinate the latest woke craze and turn the children into little lefty future Marxists. It's also the government's way of patting themselves on the shoulder while pretending to be doing something positive for the kids. And COVID-19 showed us their true colors as it was blatantly obvious that the Department of Education was not for the children, but for the teachers and staffing.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) believes the Department of Education needs to go, and he is exactly right.

On Wednesday Massie announced on X that he introduced H.R. 899, a bill that would obliterate the DoE, which is pronounced much like Homer Simpson's "D-oh," as well it should be.

"I introduced a bill to end the Department of Education," Massie posted. "We must return the money and authority back to states, school districts, teachers, and parents before it’s too late."
I introduced a bill to end the Department of Education.

We must return the money and authority back to states, school districts, teachers, and parents before it’s too late. pic.twitter.com/XQ2rNpNtSs— Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) February 21, 2024
On Massie's website, the congressman goes into further detail and quotes former President Ronald Reagan who also wanted to collapse the Department of Education:
"Unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. should not be in charge of our children’s intellectual and moral development. States and local communities are best positioned to shape curricula that meet the needs of their students. Schools should be accountable. Parents have the right to choose the most appropriate educational opportunity for their children, including home school, public school, or private school."
The DoE spends a crazy amount of money but of late has been reduced to spending $274 billion in 2023 from $638 billion the previous year. While that's a significant decrease, it's still more than the GDP of many small nations. Palau's 2021 GDP was about $324 million, not billion. Kiribati's GDP for the same year was $220 million. I'm not a math maven but I believe $324 million is even less than $1 billion.

It used to be said that cocaine was G-d's way of telling you that you're making too much money. Now it His way of saying we're financing a government department we don't even need. And the worst part is that the DoE breeds radicals who in turn bring in far left programs to the schools such as Critical Race Theory, "The 1619 Project," intersectionality, and LGBTQ curriculum.

In September of last year, the DoE decided to investigate author and educator Christopher Rufo for "misgendering" a DEI director at New College of Florida.

"Misgendering" happens when you notice the person you're speaking to or about is a male or female based on their biological characteristics rather than their delusions.

Massie has it right: the DoE is a waste of time, money, and needs to go away for good.

DeSantis endorses Kelly Craft in KY governor's election: Trump won't like it

Lexington, Kentucky where horseshoes are lucky -- Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) sounds as if he's going to move forward with the 2024 election run because on Monday, he used his popularity to endorse for Kentucky governor the former U.N. Ambassador Kelly Craft. She will be attempting to unseat a redstate Democratic governor, Andy Beshear in the November general election.

"Hello, this is Governor Ron DeSantis, coming to you from the free state of Florida. You've had a woke, liberal governor who's put a radical agenda ahead of Kentuckians. The stakes couldn't be higher. I know what it takes to stand up for what's right, and Kelly Craft's got it. She's proven it," DeSantis said in a recorded statement.

DeSantis continued, "[I]'m strongly encouraging you to go out and vote for my friend, Kelly Craft. Kelly shares the same vision we do in Florida. She will stand up to the left as they try to indoctrinate our children with their woke ideology. Kelly will fight against crazy ESG policies that are trying to end the coal industry in Kentucky. And Kelly's going to do everything in her power to end the fentanyl crisis that is hurting Kentucky families."

"When you vote tomorrow, Tuesday, May 16th, vote for my friend, Kelly Craft, and get Kentucky on the path to becoming a free state like Florida," he said.

So it looks as if DeSantis and former President Trump are going to go toe-to-toe in the presidential nomination race via dueling endorsement power. Trump had backed Craft's opponent Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron early on, and stayed with Cameron even though she was his ambassador to Canada and then U.N. ambassador after Nikki Haley resigned and is now another GOP candidate. Of course DeSantis has yet to announce, and that appears to be coming soon.

Trump held a tele-rally supporting Cameron earlier this week but has not appeared in person even though this race is seen as a bellwether for the GOP chances of kicking Biden out of the White House and winning back the Senate in 2024.

Others who have put their support behind Craft is Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY), and National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd.

Craft and Cameron face an additional ten Republican candidates.

Mitch McConnell condemns Tucker Carlson on Jan 6 videos: RINO much?

When Speaker Andrew McCarthy (R) provided Fox News host Tucker Carlson with 40,000 hours of video of the January 6, 2011 demonstration on Capitol Hill the Democrats had a cow. They knew their lies about the so called insurrection would be debunked and even the media had a lot to worry about.

In normal times one would expect the media to want the public to examine the evidence of what took place that day, just a couple of weeks before President Trump was about to leave office and a crusty old dementia candidate would lead the free world. But the media sided with the Democrats, mainly because their relationship with them is like wet on water, so the hoax continued up until now.

So you would imagine that all Republicans would be delighted that the truth of what really happened, at least as much as the J6 video  evidence can show now that it was in the hands of Tucker Carlson.

But not all Republicans felt that way.

One such RINO is our very own Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell (KY-Jelly).

McConnell condemned the release of the new, revealing footage. “With regard to the presentation on Fox News last night, I want to associate myself entirely with the opinion of the chief of the Capitol police about what happened on January 6.”

Say what? McConnell doesn't want the truth uncovered that Brian Sicknick didn't die from a hit over the head by a fire extinguisher? That Ashli Babbitt was somehow not an innocent victim of Lt. Michael Byrd of the U.S. Capitol Police who shot her in the throat and killed her, an unarmed U.S. military veteran?

Instead, McConnell sided with U.S. Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger who wrote a nasty letter to his troops decrying what he described as “offensive and misleading conclusions” made by Carlson.

Manger [aka "Mange"] continued, “The program conveniently cherry-picked from the calmer moments of our 41,000 hours of video. The commentary fails to provide context about the chaos and violence that happened before or during these less tense moments.”

Except that it showed in detail what happened and what didn't happen. Yes, there was some violence by a very small number of protesters who I would even refer to as rioters. But to categorize the protest as a violent insurrection when the same media called the George Floyd riots as "mostly peaceful protests" as buildings burned, police cars set on fire, people attacked on the streets, and businesses destroyed, it's time to stop taking these morons seriously, including so called Trump-hating RINOs who have a personal agenda.

Maybe Mitch is hoping to land a job at CNN where he can be Adam Kissinger's sidekick when he finally gets voted out of office in 2026, or retires. It's clear that McConnell isn't interested in truth, justice and the American way.

His lack of curiosity, veracity and tenacity is a tragedy.

Biden admin puts drug vending machines in drug addict areas, and Chinese prostitutes down the hall

The Biden administration isn't done with the spending yet. He now will spend a cool $3,600,000 to supply drugs in vending machines in Kentucky's rural areas. He is doing this in an aim at “reducing stigma around drug use to support treatment and recovery.”

He also plans to supply Chinese prostitutes in the same rural community in order to show that sex for money isn't all that bad. The prostitutes are being provided by Xi Jing Ping as a gift to the President "for all he has done for China," Xi said, a smile on his happy Asian face.

Swalwell not only spilled the beans, he used them as a woodwind instrument

The Biden administration is moving forward with this extremely controversial concept of "harm reduction policies," and he said that he has his son, Hunter, to thank for the idea.

The drug machines that will be used must first be inspected for high levels of fentanyl, a dangerous drug responsible for killing 100,000 Americans thus far.

"One of the problems Americans face is their lack of drug tolerance," Hunter told the press. "With these vending machines, not only will the stigma be lifted from drug addicted individuals, but their tolerance for what was once considered an overdose will dramatically increase and because these drugs will cost them next to nothing to acquire, they will have enough money left over to enjoy the company of nice, Chinese young ladies who come to us directly from the China mainland. And to ensure the safety of our citizens, all prostitutes will wear a cloth mask for much of their sexual congress."

Soros has ties to group that bailed out suspect in shooting of Jewish mayoral candidate

Don't criticize George Soros lest you be called an anti-Semite in spite of the fact that this piece of human garbage is an atheist who hates Israel. The left always uses what's convenient to shut up the other side because their arguments are as weak as Joe Biden's bowels.

Quintez Brown [no known relation to Michael Brown another scumwafer who attacked a police officer, tried to grab his gun, and was shot and killed--the left lied and said he had his hands up begging "Don't shoot] was arrested for shooting at, and missing, a Jewish Democratic candidate, Craig Greenberg. who is running for mayor in Louisville, Kentucky. Brown evidently learned his marksmanship from Stevie Wonder because, while he was at point blank range, he only grazed the target's sweater.

So Brown was arrested and bail was set at $100,000 for his attempted murder arrest, for which he was charged. But he was bailed out on Wednesday by the Louisville Community Bail Fund, a project run by Black Lives Matter Louisville, an anti-Semitic arm of the national BLM.

The Louisville Community Fund is also “fiscally sponsored” by the Alliance for Global Justice, which is tied to billionaire George Soros, a far-left schmuck dead set on destroying the inner fabric of the United States and all capitalist nations. He has, for example, supported the Defund the Police movement and was very possibly the person who supplied the pallets of throwing bricks used by BLM and Antifa at the riots in major American cities.

The police said that Brown entered Greenberg's office and opened fire on February 14. There were five people in the room and he missed all of them and got Greenberg's sweater.

Brown pleaded not guilty to four counts of wanton endangerment and attempted murder at his arraignment on Tuesday. He was released the next day on bond and house arrest, and if you're not pissed, you're not paying attention.

“Our criminal justice system is clearly broken,” Greenberg said in a statement. The word "broken" is a lazy way of not looking at the problems that exist and simply generalizing with one word. Our criminal justice system is selective, bias, and one might even say racist in favor of "oppressed minorities."

Greenberg went on: “It is nearly impossible to believe that someone can attempt murder on Monday and walk out of jail on Wednesday.”

Statement from Craig Greenberg: pic.twitter.com/eSGcJDCk5B

— Craig Greenberg (@RunWithCraig) February 17, 2022

Well yes, Craig, they can walk and you can thank your party for the favor, call it a party favor because conservatives don't think like this. Equal justice under the law is how real conservatives think.

“It’s unfortunate Mr. Brown has been bailed out of jail, due to his propensity to violence,” Louisville Metro Council President David James said in a statement to WLKY. “I think it’s irresponsible and I hope those who contributed to posting this bond are prepared to be held accountable if Mr. Brown injures someone while out.”

Though the bail fund is based in Louisville and is meant for the local community, it has received major financial backing from some powerful national and global left-wing groups, according to National Review.

And therein lies the problem.

Anti-Cop, Pro-Felony Racist Activist Charged with Horrible Act of Political Violence

A far-left activist and anti-police, pro-gun, anti-Semitic, anti-White racist was charged Monday with the attempted murder of Louisville, KY mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg.

The shooter Quintez Brown, 21, was caught shortly after he allegedly entered Greenberg's campaign headquarters and fired multiple shots with a handgun.

Brown pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and four counts of wanton endangerment. Fortunately for the people who were in the headquarters at the time, Brown's shooting ability was on par with Stevie Wonder's Formula One racing ability. The closest thing he hit was a graze to Greenberg's sweater. Nobody was injured in the attack.

Greenberg, a nice, Jewish Democrat whose mother must be so proud of him, said the suspect walked into his office where he and four other staffers were meeting Monday morning. "When we greeted him, he pulled out a gun, aimed directly at me, and began shooting. The individual closest to the door managed to bravely get the door closed, which we barricaded and the shooter fled the scene."

Police said Greenberg appeared to have been targeted in the shooting.

Authorities did not identify a motive for the crime and said they believe Brown acted alone. The alleged attack occurred two months after Brown announced his candidacy for Louisville Metro Council. Among his stated policy goals were "freedom, reparations," and "full employment." His crack pipe has not been found yet.

Brown had attended the University of Louisville, where he was an MLK scholar studying philosophy and Pan-Africanism, a controversial ideological movement whose advocates include Malcolm X, Robert Mugabe, and Muammar Gaddafi. His social media bios called for "the total liberation and unification of Africa under scientific socialism." His pronouns are "Zyzbin," "Olaf," and "Finklefluff."

Greenberg far right

Brown was also an opinion editor for the student newspaper, the Cardinal, and was a former intern and biweekly columnist for the Louisville Courier Journal, where he wrote extensively about how law enforcement and other "institutions in society work together to maintain the status quo of the spectacular Black death," and other myths made up by racist Marxists. He gave no examples of his claims because he couldn't.

Days before the alleged attack, Brown urged on his followers to join the Lion of Judah Armed Forces, a black supremacist militia whose racist ideas are aligned with those of the Black Hebrew Israelite movement that, along with a Native American with a drum, helped make Nicholas Sandmann rich.

Racist anti-Semites of the latter group were charged in the 2019 murders of four Jewish people at a kosher supermarket in Jersey City, N.J., which authorities described as a "targeted attack."

Years earlier, Brown was embraced by mainstream journalists and Democratic Party leaders. He appeared alongside fellow racist, Joy Reid, during an MSNBC panel in 2018, in which he called for "common-sense gun reform," meaning, he gets a gun, you get a bullet.

He also posed for photos with Rev. Al Sharptongue, a notorious anti-Semite and anti-White racist with a show on MSNBC, for some reason.

The Obama Foundation recognized him as a "rising face" as part of the former president's "My Brother's Keeper" program, and he was one of 22 students selected to attend the inaugural MBK Rising! Summit in 2019 where he did not shoot anyone.

The only accolade Brown did not receive was that he did not get a presidential endorsement from Brian Stelter nor Rachel Maddow, but Joy Reid is over the moon.

Breonna Taylor's mother calls BLM Louisville a "fraud" that exploited her daughter's death

Tamika Palmer, the mother of 26-year-old Breonna Taylor, said in a private Facebook post that the Black Lives Matter organization is a "fraud" that exploited the shooting death of her daughter. Ms. Taylor was killed last year when plainclothes cops executed a no-knock warrant on her Louisville, Kentucky home.

Ms. Palmer posted the following, although some of it is hard to understand:
I think it’s crazy when people say they’ve been here since day 1, let me be clear Christopher 2x, The Montgomery family (Angie, Cheri, TiJuan & Craig) is the one and only day one’s not to mention Breonna’s friends and family but they’ve never needed Recognition immediately following is Until Freedom… I have never personally dealt with BLM Louisville and personally have found them to be fraud, Attica Scott another fraud, Then There’s the people at injustice Square a.k.a. BREEWAYY who has been 100 and held it down but that doesn’t go to say everyone down there but they know who they are & also never needed recognition…I could walk in a room full of people who claim to be here for Breonna’s family who don’t even know who I am, I’ve watched y’all raise money on behalf of Breonna’s family who has never done a damn thing for us nor have we needed it or asked so Talk about fraud. It’s amazing how many people have lost focus Smdh. I’m a say this before I go I’m so sick of some of y’all and I was last anybody who needs it I’m with this shit enough is enough[.]
Tamika Mallory, one of BLM’s co-founders and overt anti-Semite replied to the Facebook post, defending her Marxist organization:
It really saddens me that you have to deal with all of this and I wish I could just ignore all the lies and slander. What I know is that history will record what is written and said about our efforts and we must ALL be careful and truthful. When people say Until Freedom cheated people, that hurts. We sacrificed a lot just like everyone else. Our families have suffered as a result of our time there. And we didn’t take anything from anyone. WE GAVE AND GAVE AND GAVE AND GAVE AND GAVE. Because it was the the [sic] right thing to do and because we know we had the privilege of visibility which afforded us resources. And we continue to give to this day. So I cannot sit back and allow the work of my team and all those who traveled back and forth from around the country to support our work to be slandered. Not by people who know better…those who lie to make themselves look like they did things they did not do. It is our job to protect the integrity of our work and our organization. And we will do that.
Aside from what I just stated, the other truth is we are just tired of the bs. We have done the Michelle Obama “go high” thing. That doesn’t work all the times. So now if you swing and lie, we’re swinging back. I don’t care if people say we’re ugly, dumb, wack…that’s all cool. But you won’t get away with lying on our work.
I wish the left would list all of their people who actually did "go high" when it came to the opposition of the right.

The city of Louisville agreed to a $12 million settlement with Taylor’s family. Part of that settlement included “requiring a supervisor to sign off on search warrants and pairing a social worker with a police officer on some calls,” according to a report by The Daily Wire.

The former Louisville police officer indicted for Taylor’s murder, Sgt. Brett Hankison, faces three counts of “wanton endangerment in the first degree.” It is a Class D felony and carries a maximum possible sentence of five years in prison. Bail was set at $15,000.

Violence is busting out all over [the West Coast]

Major cities on the West Coast are experiencing riots mixed with protests Saturday night to honor the memory of Breonna Taylor, a Black woman shot in a police raid in Louisville, Kentucky, which is not n the West Coast.

The riots between the fascist crowds and police were seen in Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles and many arrests were made, which hardly matters to the arrestees since these leftist cities tend to let felons out after they had their breakfasts.

In Los Angeles, demonstrators smashed store windows and threw rocks at cops in Hollywood, where actors and actresses are calling for the defunding of police at the expense of the business owners, many of whom are minorities.

Social media videos showed police officers in riot gear near the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street near the Hollywood Walk of Fame. One social media video showed a protester jumping on a police cruiser as it sped away. Unfortunately, the rioter was not hurt.

At least one officer was injured in the clashes, police said, according to an on-air report from KNBC-TV in Los Angeles. The officer’s condition was not reported.

It was unclear if any protesters were injured but we're keeping our fingers crossed that none are dead so that maybe one day we can put an end to the BLM and Antifa violence celebrations.

Bed Bath and Beyond, a CVS pharmacy and an Asian restaurant were among the businesses vandalized by the mostly peaceful protesters, according to KNBC and social media videos.

Police did not immediately report whether any scumcrumpets have been arrested but it hardly matters as they will be back out on the streets before you can say, "You know . . .  the thing."

Earlier, hundreds of protesters marched and celebrated Taylor’s life peacefully in Hollywood and other parts of the city until they didn't.

In one video, police on bicycles are seen making arrests, while another video showed police in a van as they followed a group of potential anarchists.

Earlier, a violent clash broke out as police used pepper spray while moving in against a crowd.

A downtown Starbucks shop was seen with smashed windows and spray-painted messages on the outside. It's possible that the Mochalomafrappachota Latte was cold and this got them all riled up.

Police were also monitoring a group that they believed had been dragging construction signs and other items into the street in an apparent bid to block vehicles.

The Seattle Police Department tweets about 4 a.m. Saturday ET that they had made a mere 13 arrests.

In Portland, a federal courthouse in the downtown area appeared to be the main staging area for another face-off with authorities.

Just one night earlier, police had also made the magic number of 13 arrests and "kettled" about 100 demonstrators before allowing them to leave individually.

Last week’s protests outside the courthouse came soon after authorities removed a barrier that had been in place outside the building.

On Saturday night and into Sunday morning, new messages were seen spray-painted outside the courthouse, including, "Police are murderers." These same "mostly peaceful" demonstrators demonstrated their ambitions by attempting to murder those murderous police by burning them to death. Fortunately, it failed, just like their math scores.

Taylor, who was Black, was killed on March 13, 2020, when a group of Louisville Metro Police Department officers entered her apartment on a no-knock raid on Taylor's home as it was believed Walker was shipping drugs to that location. However, the police said that they did knock.

Taylor’s mostly peaceful and not very smart boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, fired at the officers, thinking they were burglars, he later told police. Naturally, the police officers decided that they didn't want to die so they fired back and Taylor was shot multiple times and killed in the crossfire.

Taylor’s family and their supporters have been seeking the prosecution of city police officers who participated in the raid that led to Taylor’s death. Three police officers have been fired and one detective was charged for allegedly shooting into adjacent apartments during the raid but none has been charged in connection with Taylor’s death.

Walker has filed a federal lawsuit against the Louisville police.

Authorities in Kentucky stress that their investigation is continuing.

Kentucky cop fired for providing info on fellow cops to BLM organizer

Jervis Middleton, a black police officer, was fired for providing information on his fellow cops to a BLM protest organizer. Evidently race was more important to him than the brotherhood and sisterhood of police.

Middleton was released from duty "shortly after 1 a.m. Friday after a nine-hour police hearing and more than two hours of closed-door deliberations." according to the Herald-Leader newspaper.

The outlet reported that the police chief and internal police disciplinary board recommended Middleton be terminated “for violating several department policies for providing information – including details about officers working during the protest – to Black Lives Matter protest leader Sarah Williams, a friend of Middleton’s.”

The council, which serves as the legislative branch of county government, unanimously found Middleton guilty of “overall misconduct” and “sharing internal police information,” according to the report. Middleton had also been charged with being dishonest about his communications with Williams, a charge that was dismissed.

Middleton challenged his canning, claiming the information he provided Williams did not jeopardize officers’ safety and was free speech, [much like doxxing conservative lawmakers to Antifa thugs]

Sarah Williams

During the hearing on Thursday, Middleton's lawyers said the poor guy faced repeated racial taunts and discrimination from fellow officers and although he apparently never reported these incidents officially, it frustrated him about all of the repeated killings of Black Americans cops kill whenever they get bored, in spite of the fact that the data proves otherwise. In fact, more White men are killed annually than Black folks.

“The ACLU of Kentucky [once an actual and honest civil liberties organization but now has shifted far-Left] is concerned (the) Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council fired Officer Jervis Middleton amidst longstanding calls for a radical transformation of policing and transparent relationships with the public,” said Executive Director Michael Aldridge.

“While Officer Middleton’s actions may warrant some level of disciplinary action, it is particularly concerning he was more swiftly investigated and harshly punished for sharing non-critical information than officers who use excessive force against protesters or create the culture of racism and hostility Middleton reported to no avail.

Keith Horn, a lawyer for the city, said during opening arguments that Middleton told Williams what to say to some officers during protests in May and June and sent her some staffing information, including that police were looking for officers to work overtime to work the protests.

At first, Middleton lied that he had given the information to Williams and only admitted it after being shown text and other messages from Williams’ phone, which police obtained through a search warrant, Horn said.

The department alleged three misconduct related disciplinary charges against officer Middleton for sending texts, screenshots and strategic operations plans to an activist during last summer’s protests. Middleton was found guilty on two of the three charges.

Fox 56 News acquired 14 pages of information related to the probe through a public records request. According to the documents, Ms. Williams had been arrested last June for multiple charges, including inciting a riot.

“During their investigation a search warrant was obtained for all records located on the phone and the apps downloaded to it,” a report by the Lexington Police Department said. “While reviewing these records concerning conversations between Officer Jervis Middletown and Sarah Williams were located on the Facebook Messenger App and forwarded to the Public Integrity Unit for investigation.”

“Ms. Williams and her followers launched personal attacks and insults towards individual officers, weaponizing information they obtained, in an effort to embarrass the officers, and impair the efficiency of the agency,” the police report continued. “These attacks, along with the other protestors’ demands, created an unduly amount of stress on the officers and impacted their ability to maintain a professional demeanor during the protests.”

“Throughout this time period it appears that Officer Jervis Middleton advised Ms. Williams that certain officers and command staff were ‘racists’ and directed her to call them out during the protest. He also provided her copies of sensitive ‘law enforcement only’ communications, including emails and text messages which outlined staffing, operational, and deployment plans,” the report added.

Dem Congressman jokes about banning MAGA hats after fake Covington Catholic story

Rep[ulsive] John Yarmuth (D-KY) tweeted Sunday morning that he was "calling for a total and complete shutdown of teenagers wearing MAGA hats until we can figure out what is going on. They seem to be poisoning young minds."

So the Democrat seemed to call for a "total and complete" ban of teens wearing Make America Great Again hats after the left-wing fake news media went after a group of Catholic school kids from Yarmuth's home state, for allegedly harassing a group of Native Americans.

Yarmuth immediately tweeted again calling the "conduct we saw in this video is appalling," and added that "it didn't happen in a vacuum." He added, "This is a direct result of the racist hatred displayed daily by the President of the United States who, sadly, some mistake for a role model."

But there was more to the story than the video shown by the media.

Yarmuth’s first tweet was ratioed, receiving 25,000 comments and just 2,800 retweets.

The responses to his tweet mostly focused on how the original story of the Catholic students harassing the Native Americans was badly misreported. It was a lie as the two hours of footage showed that the students were themselves originally harassed with racial and homophobic slurs by a group of Black Hebrew Israelites.

The group of Native Americans then entered the group of Catholic students and the leader of the group, Nathan Phillips, began beating his drum just inches from one of the boys’ faces, as he smiles nervously and politely back.

Some also suggested Yarmuth imagined the same thing being said about banning the hijab.

Several hours later, Yarmuth sent out a couple follow-up tweets saying his original thread was a “joke,” and he was repurposing a quote from President Donald Trump’s campaign website suggesting a “total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

“The President’s fans seem far more upset by my (obvious) joke [he misspelled 'oblivious'] about banning hats than they were when the President said literally the same thing about banning actual human beings. Go figure,” Yarmuth tweeted, evidently referring to banning illegal aliens entering the U.S. as giving up our sovereignty as a nation.

Yarmuth said in a second tweet that he is “a passionate supporter of the 1st Amendment” and “will always defend the right to wear MAGA hats. Just not the un-American policies they represent.”  This was possibly his attempt at a "save" for the garbage statements he made.

Yarmuth seems to have bought into the false narrative originally purported by the media, which goes to show that people often believe what they want to believe, video proof be damned.
