Ohio may give parents back their rights over 'gender identity' affirmation

Ohio might finally grow a spine and protect parents who aren't keen on playing along with their kid's latest fantasy about being the opposite sex. The Buckeye State could actually stand up for moms and dads who prefer biology over the current trendy delusion.

As the piece notes: "No parent should lose custody, face state intervention, or be deemed unfit simply for affirming a child's sex."

Ohio Rep. Josh Williams, one of the bill's co-sponsors, put it plainly to conservative outlet, The Daily Wire: "No parent should lose custody, face state intervention, or be deemed unfit simply for affirming a child’s sex. The Affirming Families First Act restores common sense to our child-welfare and family-law systems by making clear that affirming biological sex is not abuse, neglect, or contrary to a child’s best interest, it is a protected parental right."

The proposed Affirming Families First Act would slam the brakes on the nonsense where the state swoops in and yanks kids away because Mom and Dad won't jump on the "affirm" bandwagon. Parents could keep using their gender-confused child's original name and pronouns without some social worker or judge deciding that's grounds for losing custody. Courts couldn't ding them for it in parental responsibility decisions, and state agencies would be barred from wasting taxpayer dollars on training sessions that declare "affirming biological sex" to be some form of child abuse.

Fellow co-sponsor Rep. Gary Click didn't mince words either: "It's unconscionable to think that local government entities would flag a parent as being a danger to their son for declining to buy him a dress or call ‘him,' 'her.' We will not tolerate such government overreach in the state of Ohio."

This isn't some isolated outbreak of sanity. Other states are already telling the gender zealots to pound sand. Indiana's Gov. Mike Braun signed something similar back in May 2025. North Carolina's Josh Stein (yeah, even he) pushed through a law banning child welfare probes into parents who stick to biological reality despite the usual Democrat wailing. Texas tweaked its criminal code to make sure this stuff doesn't count as abuse. Georgia and New Hampshire have bills in the works too.

Ohio's been a real hotspot for the crazy, though.

Cuyahoga County's child services crew got cozy with a federally funded push to ram gender ideology into every corner of family life. They cooked up this AFFIRM.ME program that had workers collecting "SOGIE" data (that's Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Expression for those not fluent in acronym-speak) on kids, even ones still living at home. They kept secret spreadsheets tracking whether parents were "rejecting" or "accepting" the child's chosen fantasy.

Back in April 2022, they mandated "conversations about SOGIE" with teens 13-21 to sniff out if the kid was "unsafe" because of parental "rejection" of their LGBTQ identity. The policy straight-up declared: "Youth in their own homes or in substitute care deserve to reside with affirming caregivers and other household members. We can help ensure this by safely identifying LGBTQ2S+ youth and understanding their individual needs."

They even bragged that AFFIRM.ME was a "blueprint" for the nation. The Biden crew loved it, calling them "trailblazers" while crafting foster care rules that basically held funding hostage to force affirmation nationwide. Texas AG Ken Paxton sued and won; the rule got binned in June 2025. Good riddance.

We've seen the horror stories elsewhere: parents in California, Indiana, Virginia, and Maryland losing their kids just for saying "no, you're still my daughter/son." Erin Lee in Colorado got CPS sicced on her for affirming her 12-year-old daughter's actual sex after the school did the grooming number.

As Laura Hanford from the DeVos Center told the outlet: "Tragically, kids have been harmed, trafficked and even died in state care after being removed from their families on these false claims of abuse. Thousands more have been denied access to loving foster families who affirm reality. There is no scientific evidence or marker for 'gender identity,' yet parents from coast to coast have lost their children for refusing to adopt this belief system."

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

Parental rights advocate Erin Friday nails the bigger picture: "All roads lead to sex-rejecting interventions when child welfare programs get involved with a child who is distressed about their sex. The entire network of child welfare programs is being used to force parents to either subject their child to sex-rejecting intervention or lose all contact with their child."

Ohio stepping up is a welcome dose of reality in a world gone mad. If this spreads, and it should, maybe we'll finally see the end of the state kidnapping kids because their parents won't cosign on puberty blockers and fantasy pronouns.

Common sense is making a comeback, one state at a time.

Biden blocked by judge from giving Obamacare to DACA recipients

A federal judge in North Dakota on Monday blocked the Biden administration from putting into action a new policy that would have made some illegal immigrants eligible for government-supported health care.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Traynor agreed to stop a new rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that would have let people with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status sign up for Obamacare. Traynor stated that Kansas and the 18 Republican attorneys general who challenged the policy were likely to win, so he issued a stay against it.

Traynor pointed out that CMS broke the law when it decided to include DACA recipients in the definition of "lawfully present" in the U.S. DACA recipients are people who entered the country illegally as children with their parents and were protected from deportation by an executive action from President Barack Obama.

“The authority granted to CMS by the ACA [Affordable Care Act] is to ascertain whether an individual meets the requirements for lawful status. It by no means allows the agency to circumvent congressional authority and redefine the term ‘lawfully present,’” Traynor wrote.

“As it currently stands, the ACA does not allow federal healthcare subsidies or coverage for aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States,” he added.

Traynor also agreed with the Republican attorneys general that the policy could encourage illegal immigrants to stay in their states because of the healthcare benefits.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, who led the lawsuit, celebrated the decision, saying, “Big win for the rule of law. Congress never intended that illegal aliens should receive Obama care benefits. Indeed, two laws prohibit them from receiving such benefits. The Biden administration tried to break those laws. But we fought back, and defeated the Justice Department.”

The states involved in the lawsuit were Ohio, Idaho, Nebraska, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, and Arkansas. They argued that the rule was arbitrary, capricious, and would encourage more illegal immigration.

In response, CMS mentioned they were reviewing the judge's decision but couldn't comment further.

This rule change was opposed by President-elect Donald Trump, whose campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt called it “unfair and unsustainable” back in May.

“Joe Biden's handouts for illegal immigrants are especially devastating to Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, and union workers who are forced to watch their jobs and public resources stolen by people who illegally entered our country,” Leavitt, Trump's incoming press secretary, said at the time.

Last month, another judge overturned a different Biden administration program that would have given legal status to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

Dem Senator grateful a dead person [not Biden] donated to his campaign

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is facing criticism after Ohio election officials reported that a dead woman allegedly made a contribution to his campaign.

No greater love hath a dead person have than to contribute to a Democrat's campaign.

According to the New York Post, an actual newspaper, Brown's campaign disclosed receiving two donations in May 2024, adding up to $350, from Carol Ann Baker of Toledo, Ohio. Sadly, Ms. Baker passed away to a better place in December 2023 and this raised eyebrows and red flags.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose forwarded the matter to the Federal Election Commission for further investigation because voter law requires voters and donors be alive at the time they gave their support to a candidate.

“Our office received a complaint identifying that the Friends of Sherrod Brown committee reported receiving two contributions from an individual that was confirmed to be deceased,” LaRose spokesman Dan Lushek said, referring to the late Ms. Baker. “But, as that committee is a federal entity and not a filer with our office, we referred the complaint and our findings to the Federal Elections Commission for further action.”

In a letter sent to the Federal Election Commission (FEC), Huan Yi, the head of investigations at the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, included an affidavit from Baker’s husband confirming her death. Prior to her passing, Ms. Baker was an English teacher at Rossford High School and served as a trustee for Harris Township.

Yi also mentioned that Ohio’s Election Integrity Unit would be available to assist with the investigation as needed.

“Ohioans deserve absolute confidence in their elections,” Yi said. “The purpose of this letter is to refer to your office potential violations of federal law for your investigation, as appropriate.”

Democrat voting block?

According to the complaint filed with Ohio election officials, the man who flagged the donations said he had reached out to the FEC in August, but did not hear anything back from them.

Brown is currently defending his seat from Republican challenger Bernie Moreno, whose campaign criticized him over the donations by the dearly departed.

“Brown’s scheme to fund his campaign with contributions from dead people isn’t just creepy, it’s illegal,” Moreno Press Secretary Reagan McCarthy said. “This conspiracy deserves more scrutiny. How far does it go?”

Well why not also check out the voter rolls and see how many dearly departed voted for Democrats.

While Ohio went comfortably for former President Donald Trump in both 2016 and 2020, Brown currently maintains a 3.6 point average advantage in the polls heading into November. This may be due to Brown's unusual first name since Democrats seem to thrive on firsts of all stripes, although it's extremely unlikely that this was the first time a dead person contributed or voted for a Democrat.

The 'migrant influencer' who mocked the USA now arrested by ICE

Moron-O and his kid seen holding up a wad of dinero

Illegal alien 'migrant influencer' Leonel Moreno [aka Moron-O] had gone on TikTok to mock America in several videos that went viral in the mentally challenged community. Well, the bucket of suck has since been taken into custody by federal immigration authorities and he has been banned by TikTok to boot.

Moreno was arrested in Columbus, Ohio by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday after having skipped out on ICE in 2022 after illegally crossing the southern border in Texas, as reported exclusively by the New York Post.

While the walking, talking pile of horse manure was in the US, he used his various social media channels to encourage other comrades to invade the country and squat the homes of American citizens, all while waving around wads of cash and flaunting what he said were government handouts, which of course they are.

In one video, Moreno could be seen holding a social security card. He also frequently boasted of his earnings made from begging for cash.

“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno said in one Instagram clip. “I came to the US to mark my territory [because that's what dogs do].

“You’re hurt because I make more than you without much work while you work like slaves, understand?” the scumcrumpet said in another social media post.

“That’s the difference between you and me. I’m always going to make lots of money without much work, and you’re always going to be exploited and miserable and insignificant.”

Tiktok recently shut down Moreno’s account, which had roughly 500,000 followers. His Instagram, which was still active Friday, has more than 17,000 followers.

On his ban from Tiktok, Moreno said: “Yes, they closed my TikTok account, but I keep earning on Facebook and on Instagram. I won’t earn the same, but I am going to get my TikTok account back. I am going to keep earning money.”

When he was released into the US after crossing the border, the illegal alien was enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program, where he was monitored by a tracking device.

But soon after his release, the lazy illegal alien stopped complying and failed to show for a check-in with authorities, internal ICE records showed.

Internal ICE records reviewed by The Post showed immigration officials were aware Moreno “has been on national news for being viral on TikTok encouraging illegal immigration.”

ICE didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment because the Biden's Easter Bunny didn't give the "okay."

As diplomatic ties between the US and Venezuela are currently strained, it was not immediately clear if Moreno would be a candidate for deportation or would be held in ICE custody. Personally, I believe they should confiscate the money he illegally received here and deport him back to sunny Venezuela. If the Venezuelans don't want him back, have the CIA send him back covertly.

I can always dream.

Grandfather to 3 murdered children says his son 'just snapped'

The "Just Snapped" defense is a vague defense for the behavior by people who do horrible things to others.

Back in 2020, in Mississippi, a man indicted for killing eight people was afraid of the breakup of his family and "just snapped" his lawyer argued.

In the same year in Knoxville, a murder defendant claimed that in an attempt to find out where her estranged husband was living she followed another woman with whom he was living. She discovered he was living in a house that they both had previously shared. She admitted that she put on latex gloves, got out of her car, and went to confront her estranged husband. But they had a physical struggle and she 'just snapped' and stabbed him through the heart.

R. Douglas Fields, a neuroscientist and senior investigator at the National Institutes of Health, sought out an explanation in his book, Why We Snap: Understanding the Rage Circuit in Your Brain.

“I think that the word [snapped] is kind of in common usage, and we understand it maybe from a psychology perspective — that is, it’s a break with reality — but I wanted to know what‘s going on inside the brain.”

He says that there exist nine major triggers that invoke the rage response, or snapping, as it were, and uses the acronym LIFEMORTS: Life and Limb,  as in physical safety, Insult, meaning a verbal threat. Then the nine remaining are easy to understand: family environment, mate, order in society, resources and tribe. These you'd fight for, he says, if you believed they were in danger. The "S" stands for 'Stopped.' That's the notion that if any animal, including humans, feel trapped or restrained it will ready itself to fight.

In the case in Monroe Township, Ohio, where a 32-year-old father of 3 boys, ages 3, 4, and 7 executed them last Thursday afternoon, the father of the murderer says his son "just snapped."

His children weren't a threat, did not insult him, and no other psychological or neurological explanation fits this crime. "Just snapped" is a lazy explanation as to why this triple murder described by the 59-year-old grandfather of the children, as "just terrible," doesn't fly with me.

"(He) just snapped. I could tell in his eyes he's hollow inside," Keith Doerman said. "That wasn't Chad standing at the arraignment, that was not him."

But it was him and his son is not hollow inside. That is just another lazy explanation.

In court Friday morning, Chad Doerman confessed to what the Clermont County prosecution called "the most heinous, monstrous crime."

This is a guy who lined up his kids and had to chase one down who ran, caught him and lined him up along with his two brothers and Doerman executed them.

Sorry, but I don't see that as snapping. He had time to unsnap as he chased his child down and ask himself 'what am I doing?'

In fact, court documents said he "confessed to planning and carrying out the deaths of victims involved for several months." That is by no understanding of the layman's term "just snapped" consistent with grandfather's claim. However, it probably does make the grandfather feel somewhat better because it magically takes the blame off his son, and thus off his progeny.

Prosecutors said all three of the children were shot execution-style with a rifle. All three boys were discovered by first responders, lying in the yard of a home. They were all pronounced dead at the scene; the Clermont County Sheriff's Office said all life-saving measures were "unsuccessful."

If any crime calls for the death penalty, this one is it.

Doerman is currently being held in the Clermont County Jail on a $20 million cash bond and is set to reappear in court on June 26 for a preliminary hearing.

Sen, Sherrod Brown pocketed thousands in donations from Pharma companies involved in the opioid epidemic

Ohio Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars from a trio of drug companies that were at the center of the opioid epidemic in the United States.

The Federal Exchange Commission (FEC) financial reports obtained by the New York Post, shows that Brown was paid over $200,000 from Political Action Committees (PACs) associated with Amerisource Bergen, Cardinal Health, and McKesson, since 2003.

These Big Pharma companies paid out a $26,000,000,000 settlement to settle thousands of individual lawsuits from states and local governments, Ohio being one of the hardest hit by the epidemic, with over 5,000 drug overdose deaths in 2021, the nation's fifth highest according to the CDC’s National Vital Statistics System

According to FEC filings, Senator Brown took in a total of $144,500 in contributions to his campaign and leadership PAC, America Works PAC. He raised $85,000 from Cardinal Health, $56,500 from AmerisourceBergen, and $1,500 from McKesson.

The most recent donation was a $2,500 donation from Cardinal Health on September 21 and lobbyists from the three aforementioned companies handed him over $54,000, as well as $5,600 from a McKesson lobbyist in 2021. These three companies comprise about 90 percent of the U.S.  supply chain for medical supplies and drugs, and have allegedly been involved in the proliferation of opioids.

There's more to the seediness but suffice it to say, Sherrod Brown is yet another politician getting rich like the millionaire congressmen and women who made their millions from the stock market and insider information.

Brown is running for a fourth term in the US Senate in 2024 in a state that's quickly going Republican, as witnessed by the win of J.D. Vance last year. It seems like people are finally wising up about how the woke left is decaying the global standing of the country.

John Fetterman alleged to still be "sponsor" on Democratic bills

Although Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman remains in the hospital suffering from severe depression, which may or may not be accompanied by suicidal ideation, after also having suffered a life-threatening stroke and a wife who would like to have his job, it has been reported that he has been recognized as co-sponsor of a bill.

The measure had been introduced after the horrendous East Palestine, Ohio, train derailment in which hazardous thousands of gallons of vinyl chloride was spilled creating horrendous conditions in the small town.

Although the bill was bipartisan, it's a safe bet that Fetterman didn't really take part in analyzing it because he isn't fit to remain in office due to the organicity he has been dealing with since his stroke and depression. We wish him well and a complete recovery but, like we have been doing with Joe Biden, we cannot pretend that all is well with Fetterman.

Members of both parties introduced the bill S.576 that was presented by Sen. Sherrod Brown. It is intended to enhance safety rules for trains that carry hazardous materials.

President "I'm Not Kidding" will not visit East Palestine after train disaster: "Someone told me I can't go"

"Look folks, no lips"

President, they say, Joe Biden, told "reporters" that he has been told by someone whose name he forgot that he isn't going to visit East Palestine, Ohio, where a train derailment created a toxic disaster.

"I can see why they won't let me go to Palestine," Joe began. "Those Palestinians shoot people they don't like and as an American who said that I used to go to a synagogue after church on Sundays as a kid with my mom, they might think I support Israel. But look at my record, man."

One reporter explained to President Biden that this wasn't the same Palestine, and in fact, it's pronounced 'Palesteen.'

The derailment happened on February 3rd in the small Ohio Trump-loving town comprised of mostly White Republicans, which helps explain why the administration has refused to send aid and assistance before the public outcry pressured them to do so.

The cause of the Norfolk Southern derailment which resulted in a toxic clusterfrack, was an overheated wheel bearing on the 23rd car of the 149 car choo-choo, as Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg refers to freight trains.

The result was a vinyl chloride spill, a massive explosion, a subsequent controlled fire and safe drinking water, the EPA assured the residents. When Ohio Rep. J.D. Vance offered a glass of water to the EPA representative he declined stating he wasn't thirsty at the moment.

Vinyl chloride is a known carcinogen used in the manufacturing of PVC. It was emitted from only 5 of the 149 cars, which is a significantly small percentage of the cars so there is no reason to worry, especially for residents in Canada. Interestingly however, the black billowing smoke was visible in much of eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

"Frankly, I don't see the problem," President Biden said. "I'm not kidding."

Pothole Pete won't tell us why it took 3 weeks to show up at East Palestine

When you don't know the name of the U.S. Transportation Secretary, that is the definition of a good one. It's not unlike a good baseball umpire or NFL referee--they do such a good job, you don't get to see them before a problem is solved, because they solve the problems before they get out of hand.

Then there's Pete Buttigieg.

As most people are aware, on February 3rd of this month, a catastrophic train derailment led to a vinyl chloride spill and fire in the small Ohio town named East Palestine [pronounced 'Palesteen'. A containment fire was started to handle the spill but it did more harm than good. But the EPA and a few Democrats said the water was safe to drink, but didn't bother to test their 'science' by taking a drink themselves.

Meanwhile, the Transportation Secretary, Pete Buttigieg, was nowhere to be found in the mostly White, Republican town in Ohio.

The public was livid that Pete didn't bother to come to assure the townsfolk, assess the damage and do an overview of the situation, and they said so on social media. It finally got Buttigieg's attention and he thought he better get his butt to the site.

However, when on Thursday he was asked by the press why it took him one day shy of three weeks to get to East Palestine, he refused to explain. He ignored press inquiries and his own press secretary also refused to answer the questions in front of the cameras.

Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez posted footage of Buttigieg’s visit to East Palestine, asking the useless Transportation Secretary why it took him nearly three weeks to visit the area.

“Why did it take you an entire two and a half weeks to actually get here to respond to East Palestine? Will you apologize to the residents of this city for the slow response,” she asked as the incompetent Buttigieg ignored her, walking away, Biden style.

A woman then approached Hernandez, identifying herself as Buttigieg’s press secretary.

“I don’t want to be on camera, please,” she said, offering to answer questions on the condition that cameras were off. After all, the public doesn't have the right to know what their government is doing.

Hernandez asked again why it took the Alfred E. Neuman lookalike so long to respond to the disaster, but his press secretary refused to answer because of the presence of cameras and the fear of accountability to the people they are sworn to serve.

“I’m sorry. I don’t want to do this on camera,” she said as other reporters jumped in.

“I’m happy to talk to you guys off camera,” she said as Hernandez asked her a question again.

“I’m happy to have a conversation with you. I do not want to be on camera,” the press secretary responded. A man then told members of the press to put the cameras away, to which Hernandez responded it was a public area, and they were, therefore, allowed to have them rolling.

Imagine, a so called press secretary censoring the press. Anyway, Ms. Hernandez tweeted:
I asked Sec. Buttigieg why it took him almost 3 weeks to come and speak to residents of East Palestine.

His press Secretary then told me I was aggressive for trying to ask questions on camera: pic.twitter.com/bOB52DIq0O

— Savanah Hernandez (@sav_says_) February 23, 2023
It turns out that Buttigieg's visit to East Palestine came a few days after he said he would visit when "the time is right." By that he meant whenever he was pressured into visiting the disaster. But not so coincidentally, it appears, his visit came merely one day after former President Donald Trump visited, handing out truckloads of water and buying McDonald's for first responders.

“We’re like a third-world nation, and this is an example of it, the breakdown. Our whole country is breaking down,” Trump said during his visit with East Palestine residents, adding that Buttigieg “should have been here a long time ago.”

I disagree with Trump: Buttigieg should have been gone, a long time ago. Or better yet, he should have never gotten the job in the first place because it was only because he is gay and married to a guy, that the Biden administration appointed him. He was a failure as the Mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and is a failure as Transportation Secretary.

BREAKING: NTSB announces cause of East Palestine train derailment

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has completed its preliminary report as to what caused the Feb. 3 Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio.

The train was carrying chemicals that caused a toxic spill and created an ecological disaster that has until now, been totally ignored by the federal government and national media. For example, it took 3 weeks and a lot of public pressure to get Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to leave his husband and travel to Ohio.

Chickens and fish have died, people have sore throats and rashes, while government officials are claiming that it's okay to drink the water. Rep. J.D. Vance (R-OH) dared them to drink it themselves, but so far they've passed on the offer. Now the EPA has changed their tune and warn residents to avoid well water.

The cause of the derailment, according to the  NTSB on Thursday, was an overheated wheel bearing. And while we can't directly blame Pete Buttigieg for the disaster [who blames former President Donald Trump], we can at least point out how little involvement he was willing to take as Transportation Secretary, and his arrogant avoidance of answering questions by media that's willing to challenge him over his not handling the situation.

“NTSB investigators have identified and examined the rail car that initiated the derailment. Surveillance video from a residence showed what appears to be a wheel bearing in the final stage of overheat failure moments before the derailment,” investigators said.

“The wheelset from the suspected railcar has been collected as evidence for metallurgical examination. The suspected overheated wheel bearing has been collected and will be examined by engineers from the NTSB Materials Laboratory in Washington, D.C.”

The wheel bearing suspected of overheating rose from a temperature of “38°F above ambient temperature” to a temperature of “103°F above ambient” as it passed three monitors designed to alert crews of such conditions.

The train's crew was notified by an automated system to stop the locomotive and inspect the car with the overheated bearing. It did so but it was too late as the train left the tracks before it could be stopped and the vinyl chloride spilled all over the area.

“After the train stopped, the crew observed fire and smoke and notified the Cleveland East dispatcher of a possible derailment,” the NTSB said. “Responders arrived at the derailment site and began response efforts.”

Efforts to put out fires failed over the following two days, and a decision was made to start a controlled burn of the vinyl chloride, causing a toxic mushroom cloud and an ill wind that did nobody any good.

“On February 5, responders mitigated the fire, but five derailed DOT-105 specification tank cars … carrying 115,580 gallons of vinyl chloride continued to concern authorities because the temperature inside one tank car was still rising,” the report stated.

“This increase in temperature suggested that the vinyl chloride was undergoing a polymerization reaction, which could pose an explosion hazard,” the NTSB stated. “Responders scheduled a controlled venting of the five vinyl chloride tank cars to release and burn the vinyl chloride, expanded the evacuation zone to a 1-mile by 2-mile area, and dug ditches to contain released vinyl chloride liquid while it vaporized and burned.”

And on February 23, fully twenty days after the tragedy, Pete Buttigieg, a possible Democratic presidential hopeful for the future, finally got off his butt and visited the area.

Buttigieg goes into a 'time out' in middle of East Palestine disaster: asks if he can dox a reporter via photo

Yes we can't

Possibly as incompetent as Kamala Hahahaharris, the so called Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, reportedly snapped a photo of a journalist from the Daily Caller News Foundation after he refused to answer her questions about the East Palestine, Ohio train disaster caused by a derailment of a train while transporting dangerous chemicals.

She simply wanted to know why he was "taking some personal time" in the midst of this clusterfrack and he responded by seemingly trying to dox her.

The key word here is "transporting," as in "transportation." You know, the thing that Buttigieg is the Secretary of.

The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Jennie Taer caught up to Buttigieg, whose main qualifications for the job is that he's gay and he is married to another man who is also gay.

She asked him a series of questions about the train derailment and subsequent chemical fires — primarily what he might have to say to local residents who have concerns about the safety and quality of the air and water in their homes.

Before this Washington, D.C. meeting, Buttigieg has tried to dismiss the disaster by pointing out the fact that there are thousands of derailments every year in the U.S., a fact that adds to his lack of competency, but he's evidently too narcissistic to realize this point.

“I asked Secretary Buttigieg about the crisis in East Palestine and I guess he didn’t like that so he took a pic of me. I’m just doing my job, sir,” Taer tweeted.

She also shared a video of the encounter:
I asked Secretary Buttigieg about the crisis in East Palestine and I guess he didn’t like that so he took a pic of me. I'm just doing my job, sir. @DailyCaller pic.twitter.com/HjKNgF25FJ
“Hi, how are you, Jennie Taer at The Daily Caller News Foundation,” she said as she approached the former South Bend, Indiana, mayor who couldn't even get the potholes filled in his town. “What do you have to say to the folks in Ohio — East Palestine — who are suffering right now?”

“Well, I’d refer you to about a dozen interviews I’ve given today,” Buttigieg replied as a way of not answering her question. Then he added, “And if you’d like to arrange a conversation you should reach out to our press office but I’m not going to have that conversation with you just walking on the street.”

[This may be due to Mayor Pete's inability to walk and talk at the same time.]

“You don’t have a message for them?” Taer pressed.

“I do, and I’ve shared it with the press many times today and I’d refer you to those comments,” he said.

“Would you mind sharing it with us?” she pressed.

“No, I’m going to refer you to the comments that I made to the press because right now I’m taking some personal time and I’m walking down the street,” Buttigieg continued to stonewall her because he's a government employee paid by the taxpayers of this country and doesn't have to tell them what he's doing just because he's getting paid by us.

Taer persisted, asking the Transportation Secretary whether he planned to make a visit to East Palestine – and he said that he did intend to go, but then refused to give specifics when she asked when he might be making that trip.

“I’ll share that when I’m ready,” the gay Transportation Secretary said, and then stopped and turned to face her. “Can I get a photo of you?” he asked.

Joe Concha, a Fox News commentator and Media and Politics columnist for The Hill, suggested that the mainstream press’ failure to address the situation was part of the problem.

“This is how elitists who are made uncomfortable act out. Amazing how few members of the press are commenting on this,” he said.

If Buttigieg was a straight White male, he would still be in South Bend, Indiana watching the potholes grow.

Armed Suspect Who Attempted To Breach Ohio FBI Office Killed

Have we reached a breaking point in this country where regular Americans are seeing our institutions of law and order an existential threat? Doesn't it make sense that the guy who tried to break into the FBI headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio was thinking along those lines?

After a long standoff, officials in law enforcement announced they had shot and killed the armed suspect Thursday who attempted the break-in by firing a nail gun into the FBI building.

The suspect is identified as 42-year-old Ricky Shiffer.

Shiffer reportedly flashed an AR-15-style rifle and fled the scene as law enforcement gave chase. They closed of Interstate 71 and State Route 73 as Shiffer headed toward the state capital of Columbus.

“At approximately 9 AM this morning an armed subject attempted to breach the Visitor Screening Facility at #FBI Cincinnati,” the local FBI office posted on Twitter. “After an alarm and a response by FBI special agents, the subject fled north onto Interstate 71.”

The incident at FBI headquarters was linked a short time later to a lockdown in nearby Clinton County, where residents were advised to stay inside and lock their doors.

There is no evidence, at this time, that the suspect was a Trump supporter but that's likely not a sufficient reason not to blame the former President for the actions of another individual he likely does not know, has never met, nor condones his actions.

Mass gun violence in Cincinnati as 9 people are shot by a violent gun

A video showing people fleeing from the sounds of a violent gun shooting multiple times in Cincinnati this past weekend. The video is a 15-second clip from a resident's doorbell camera and you can hear multiple gunshots in the background.

Lt. Colonel Mike John [no relation to the former pitcher Tommy] confirmed there had been an active shooter in the area and that multiple shots were fired, FOX 19 reported. At least nine people were injured by the violent gun in the shooting, but none of them are in critical condition.

A police officer fired one shot at the person with the violent gun but he or she fled the scene. It is not known whether that person was wounded by the good guy with a gun.

There were no suspects in custody as of 5 a.m. Sunday and police believe there was only one violent gun with a shooter involved, but they couldn't confirm that.

"Seen people running and it was just [a] melee," a witness with questionable grammar and poor sentence structure told FOX 19. "Chaos. I actually saw the cops running down the street trying to find the guy who they were looking for."

Meanwhile, Democrats are vowing to keep violent guns off the streets.

Rapist of 10-year-old Ohio girl is illegal alien Guatemalan-Dr. may have broken the law

The story of the 10-year-old Ohio girl who was raped initially did not have corroboration and many on the right did not believe the story was true, but it has been announced that a Guatemalan man, who is in the U.S. illegally, has been arrested for the crime.

The illegal alien scum lizard, Gershon Fuentes, is charged with the rape of the child. He was arrested after police said he confessed to raping the child on multiple occasions. He should receive a death sentence but that will never happen.

A source confirmed to Fox News that Fuentes is in the country illegally and ICE had placed a detainer on the snot bucket, which he should be eventually handed over to ICE for removal proceedings.

An arrest warrant was expected in the case, and a HIPAA violation had been filed against Caitlin Bernard, the pro-abortion doctor who leaked the story, apparently for her ideological stance on a birth person's right to kill her/his/they unborn child.

Dr. Bernard is employed by Indiana State University and they have filed the HIPAA violation action.

While the left made it sound as if the child was forced to go to Indiana for the abortion, the truth is that the state of Ohio has emergency contingencies for rape of minors.

Dem. with masters degrees in Education and Public Admin calls out vaccinated MD for not wearing a mask

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) has a BA degree in Russian studies, and two masters degrees, one in education the other in Public Administration, making him an expert in epidemiology, he evidently believes.

On Tuesday, Brown singled out Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), an actual medical doctor, for not wearing a patriotic face covering ostensibly designed to keep one safe from the evil Chinese virus and protect other from being killed by it as well.

Brown first asked about senators who don't wear face diapers, acknowledged that most of them are in lockstep with the Democratic Party, before mentioning Sen. Paul, an actual doctor.

"One of them that's an M.D., isn't, but he's kind of a lunatic," Brown inappropriately said during a Tuesday visit to a Columbus mass vaccination site.

He added: "He thinks he wants to be different but it doesn't serve the public interest."

No, Brown. It doesn't serve the Democrats' interest. They would have us wear masks until the farting cows come home, in spite of the fact that the vaccinations are effective, even according to the American Federation of Teachers controlled CDC.

Brown, who is fully vaccinated, wore a mask during the entirety of his 45-minute event because he is the actual lunatic as is those who follow his baseless example. Brown said he wears a cloth face covering to "make sure everyone is safe and to set that tone," and that science is overrated anyway.

It's not the first time Brown has verbally insulted Sen. Paul, [who; I remind you, has been vaccinated], for not wearing a mask. In February, after Paul had been vaccinated along with all the other senators of the Senate including the lunatic Brown, the latter asked that Paul "would show the respect to his colleagues to wear a mask when he's on the Senate floor walking around and speaking."

Paul's colleagues, as well as Brown's were also vaccinated, I remind you, when Brown made the lunatic statement.

Paul was the first U.S. Senator to publicly announce that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus in March 2020.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said last week that fully vaccinated people could safely gather indoors with fully vaccinated people without wearing a mask or staying 6 feet apart.

Sen. Paul had a hot exchange in March with America's most beloved and exalted doctor [after Doctor Jill Biden, of course] Dr. Anthony "I Tawk Like Bernie" Fauci. Paul said that wearing a mask after vaccination or post-infection was merely "theater."

But Pope Fauci told Paul that masks are protective, even though he said at one time they weren't necessary, and should be used by those who are immunized [and cannot spread the virus nor contract, but it's patriotic].

Post-vaccination "breakthrough" cases and hospitalizations have occurred but are very rare. Only 9,245 "breakthrough" cases and 835 hospitalizations have been reported out of more than 95 million people who have been fully vaccinated in the U.S. as of April 26. That's safer than most of the medications advertised on television for minor rashes and constipation.

4 Democrats on Toledo City Council busted for allegedly taking bribes for votes

Four council members of the Toledo City Council: Larry Sykes, Gary Johnson, Tyrone Riley and Yvonne Harper were charged Tuesday as part of an investigation of a bribery scheme with the city council, a local ABC News affiliate reported.

The four, all Democrats, have been arrested and charged with accepting bribes in exchange for their votes. The bribery charges are in connection to programs receiving federal funds and extortion under the Hobbs Act.

According to special agent Eric Smith, head of the Cleveland field office, the investigation started in 2018 when the FBI was informed that several council scum solicited and accepted cash bribes from business owners in exchange for their council votes.

Smith said that since 2018, the federal investigation yielded surveillance, recordings and financial records that provided damning evidence of the four council members.

“Citizens must be able to trust their elected officials and know that voting decisions are based on what is right for the community and not who paid the most,” Smith said. “This is a fundamental breach of the oaths of office these officials took when assuming office and a breach of trust with those citizens who elected them.”

The bribery charge carries a sentence of up to a mere 10 years in prison while the extortion charge carries a sentence of up to 20 years.

Court documents show that the council members accepted thousands of dollars in bribes and thus deserve to become somebody's bitch in prison.

Councilwoman Harper was additionally charged for having a local attorney, Keith Mitchell, solicit bribes on her behalf. Mitchell was also charged on Tuesday and hopefully will be sharing a cell with a former football player named Bubba.
Picture them in orange if found guilty

The FBI has taken into custody multiple Toledo city council members accused of taking cash in exchange for votes during what is described in court records as a years-long, sweeping bribery scandal involving some of the city’s highest elected officials.https://t.co/5BVGn28DiO

Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz [pronounced "Kaps"] said he was “shocked and heartbroken” by the arrests and called it a “terrible day for Toledo — and for everyone who believes in the good that can be accomplished through public service.”

“I have no tolerance for public officials who abuse the trust of the citizens. One of the reasons Toledo has seen relatively little political corruption, historically, is because the public doesn’t tolerate it either,” Kaps said. “These members of the council are entitled to their day in court, and they should be presumed innocent until proven otherwise. I encourage all Toledoans to say a prayer for our city and for the hope that justice will be done in this case.”

One can only wonder, are there any other illegal shenanigans going on within the Democratic Party?

Texas widens 2nd Amendment access in wake of El Paso shooting

The left wanted to boycott Chick-fil-A because their CEO is a Christian who was pro-life and considered homosexual behavior sinful, although they served everyone and hired gays because while they hated the sin, they loved the sinner.

That "boycott" ended up creating a slew of conservatives flocking to the fast-food chain to show their support and consume their delicious chicken. Lines went down the streets waiting in line to be served.

In the wake of the horrible El Paso Walmart shooting that left 22 dead and 40 wounded, the left went bug-bugger mental over gun confiscation and impotent laws they wanted imposed on the entire nation.

So what happened next?

Texas decided they will loosen their restrictions on guns with ten new Republican-backed laws set to take effect in September. The Lone Star State, which already has some of the most least restrictive gun laws in the country, will loosen restrictions on guns in places of worship, apartment complexes, foster homes, and schools.

USA Today reported on some of the soon-to-be in effect laws [my emphasis]:

House Bill 1143 prevents school districts from prohibiting employees and other visitors at school campuses to store firearms in locked vehicles.

House Bill 2363 allows foster parents to possess firearms "in a safe and secure matter ... for personal protection purposes."

Senate Bill 535 will reduce penalties for people who carry guns at "churches, synagogues or other places of worship" that prohibit firearms. …The bill treats places of worship in the same way private businesses are treated: They can still post signs prohibiting firearms, but will reduce penalties for people who unknowingly carry.

House Bill 3231 "curbs the ability of municipalities" to restrict gun sales at the city level.

Rep. Donna Campbell (R) argued, "Those with evil intentions will violate the law and carry out their heinous acts no matter what."

And while the left tries to somehow make this shooting President Trump's fault, while dismissing the background of the Dayton, Ohio shooter who was a leftist and an Elizabeth Warren supporter, Texas has done what those folks in the Chick-fil-A line did with the left, and that was to flip them the bird.

Miss Piggy who tweeted anti-Bush bull applauded at arts festival

Randa "Miss Piggy" Jarrar, the Fresno State racist, anti-Semite, anti-white woman, antidisestablishmentarianism, 'professor' of English, who tweeted out against Barbara Bush, was hailed by a local literary community on Saturday and civil rights groups.

The porcine prof sparked outrage after she called the former First Lady "an amazing racist" just hours after she died and said she is happy "the witch is dead."

The proptosis-gifted slob [I can say that--freedom of speech and all that] has since left the country and is on leave this semester.

Jarrar was born in Chicago to a Greek-Egyptian mother and Palestinian father. She grew up in Kuwait and Egypt and returned to the US after the Gulf War in 1991. She studied creative writing at Sarah Lawrence College and received an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Michigan.

The adipose Jarrar wrote an opinion piece in 2014 called "Why I Can't Stand White Belly-Dancers" that was published in Salon. She said that white women who bellydance are engaging in cultural appropriation and "brown face".

A UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh criticized Jarrar saying, "Maybe telling people that they can't work in some field because they have the wrong color or ancestry would be . . . rats, I don't know what to call it. If only there were an adjective that could be used to mean 'telling people that they mustn't do something, because of their race or ethnic origin'".

Evidently, Jarrar sees everything in terms of identity: color, race, religion and gender.

In spite of Jarrar being condemned for her anti-Bush remarks, there are always enough haters around to praise such bile. A local Fresno literary festival applauded her each time they heard the mention of her name.

The bug-eyed beauty was to headline LitHop, a day-long literary festival with an audience of about a hundred. She withdrew just days before the event because she is obviously afraid to face her detractors.
"Oooh, I'm having the vapors!"
"I support Randa Jarrar's free speech and I also denounce any violence against her or threats of violence against anyone else," said LitHop founder Lee Herrick.

Of course Jarrar has the right to free speech and nobody has the right to assault her for it, but that doesn't mean she is immune to harsh criticism from those of us who oppose hateful remarks. In fact, it tends to be those on the left who want to prevent conservatives from expressing their opinions.

I wonder what Herrick would say and do if, for example, Ben Shapiro was scheduled to speak on campus.

I wonder what anyone at the festival thinks about free speech by those on the right. Their record of shouting down conservative speakers leads me to believe that it's only one-sided.
