Canadian Illegal Alien Allegedly Slaps MAGA Teen, Suddenly Discovers Immigration Laws Still Exist

For years Americans were assured that immigration laws were more of a "suggestion" than an actual legal concept. Then, in an unexpected plot twist, a Canadian woman allegedly assaulted a teenager wearing Trump gear and discovered that visa expiration dates are, in fact, real.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, 33 year old Canadian national Kaitlyn Tracey is in the United States illegally after overstaying a visa that expired in September 2024. DHS says the redheaded visitor allegedly slapped a teenage girl on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk during Fourth of July weekend, proving once again that nothing says "tolerance" quite like allegedly hitting a kid over her political clothing.

Authorities say Tracey filmed herself confronting a group of four girls on July 3 because two of the minors had the audacity to wear patriotic sweatpants featuring the words “Trump” and “ICE.” After the confrontation escalated, Tracey allegedly struck one of the girls across the face and body.

Police tracked her down using security footage and charged her with endangering the welfare of a child, assault, harassment, and obstruction. ICE later took her into custody and transferred her to the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark.

“She entered the United States on April 14, 2024, on a visa set to expire on September 6, 2024. In violation of our nation’s laws, she overstayed her visa and failed to depart,” DHS said in a statement.

Naturally, the media's favorite immigration standard immediately kicked in. When an illegal immigrant commits an alleged assault, the real victim is apparently the illegal immigrant.

Tracey's husband, Matthew Geroni, who proudly brands himself the “Clown of Asbury Park,” rushed to TikTok to rally his 140,000 followers after a GoFundMe campaign for her legal expenses was removed following reports from conservative users.

“This whole situation has been blown out of proportion, and a person like Kate does not belong in any facility,” Geroni, who acknowledged he was not present during the incident, told NJ.com.

That is certainly one way to describe allegedly assaulting a minor while living in the country unlawfully.

“My wife has never been in trouble in her entire life. She’s never had any kind of situation like this. This one little situation that was really a nothingburger when it happened has been blown so out of control by conservatives online that it has caused my wife to be put in a detention center,” Geroni added.

Apparently, conservatives have now achieved the remarkable feat of forcing someone to overstay a visa, allegedly hit a teenager, get arrested, and then blame everyone else.

Imagine the headlines if a Trump supporter who was in the country illegally allegedly slapped a teenager wearing a Harris shirt. Cable news panels would still be holding emergency roundtables, psychologists would be explaining the dangers of MAGA extremism, and Congress would probably schedule hearings before lunch.

Instead, Americans are told this is merely a "nothingburger," because when the alleged victim is a conservative teenager, standards suddenly become as flexible as the border itself.

Tracey is scheduled to return to court on August 4, where everyone will learn whether "nothingburger" has become an officially recognized legal defense.

Student test scores lower than whale poop

Well, folks, the Nation's Report Card just flunked America’s kids yet again. The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), the academic yardstick we've been using for decades to measure how our students stack up, dropped its latest bombshell Tuesday, and it's a doozy.

Math and reading scores for 12th-graders have hit rock bottom, plumbing new depths of educational despair. And no, this isn’t some post-COVID hangover; the slide started years before the WuFlu turned classrooms into Zoom nightmares.

"Scores for 12th-graders in math and reading continued their years-long slide, reaching new lows on national tests, new data released Tuesday shows."

Yes, the numbers are uglier than a public school lunch menu. The decline was already in motion pre-pandemic, but policymakers were crossing their fingers for a 2024 rebound. Spoiler alert: they got a face full of failure instead. "Average scores fell to their lowest levels since the current versions of these tests were first administered in both math and reading, as did scores for the lowest-performing students."

The NAEP sorts kids into three buckets: proficient, basic, and below basic. Guess which one's getting crowded? "The number of students scoring below basic has increased," and it isn't just a blip. In reading, the 2024 average score was the lowest since the test kicked off in 1992. A whopping "32 percent of high school seniors scored below 'basic,'" which means they can't even pick out details in a text to figure out what it's saying.

Math was even worse. The average score is the lowest since 2005, with "45% of high school seniors" flunking the "basic" mark, highest percentage in two decades. Only 33% are ready for college-level math, down from 37% in 2019. But I bet students understand terms about what a gender-fluid, two-spirited, non-binary person is.

Here’s the kicker: the bright kids at the top? Untouched. "Students at the very top have not seen their scores decline at all but students near the bottom have seen their scores collapse." For a decade, the floor's been caving in on low performers, while the 90th-percentile kids keep sipping their intellectual lattes, unfazed. Lesley Muldoon, NAEP's head honcho, put it bluntly: "The test scores show more students are not reaching what would be considered ‘basic’ achievement across subject areas." She insists "proficient" isn't an impossible bar, but when nearly half your seniors can't hit "basic" in math, maybe it's time to rethink what's "reasonable."

By the way, it isn't just high schoolers. Eighth-grade science scores tanked too, with "38 percent of students scoring below the basic level, compared with 33 percent in 2019." At this rate, we'll be lucky if these kids can spell "science" by graduation.

So, what's the culprit? Remote learning during the pandemic sure didn't help, especially for the kids already scraping the bottom. But this nosedive started five or six years before COVID. Enter the usual suspect: screens.

D. Graham Burnett, a Princeton science historian, nailed it: "With the ubiquity of screens, it seems inevitable that in the future, fewer people will engage with lengthy texts." He's hopeful the "cultural inheritance" of books can survive through speech or memorization, but good luck convincing a TikTok-addled teen to memorize anything longer than a 15-second dance routine.

The comments section on this story is a goldmine of real talk. A high school teacher with 25 years in the trenches laid it bare: "This is not entirely pandemic related. Educators have been witnessing a massive academic decay over the past 10-15 years. This slide in academic and emotional maturity correlates to the gaining impacts and interactions with cell phone technologies and streaming tv services." Kids aren't curious anymore, he says. They don't read, don't see adults reading (actual books, not screens), and are "widely ill-informed" unless a TikTok influencer spoon-feeds them. They can't sit still, crave constant validation, and "crumble or walk away at the slightest hint of friction or difficulties." He said, "The focus required to allow an author to unfold a narrative is an endangered quality."

A recent high school grad chimed in, echoing the same grim truth: "We are so susceptible to whatever is said on TikTok. For some reason, people will believe anything said with enough conviction."

Motivation is in the gutter too. Why bother when college grads are slinging burgers under a mountain of debt? Add in "lack of focus" (blame the screen-fried brains and questionable ADHD diagnoses) and a system that passes kids who do zilch. "I remember in my geometry class a boy never did a single assignment," the grad wrote. "He only took the tests and routinely did poorly. However, his parents caused a fuss and he was given a high enough grade to move onto the next class."

Look, screens and social media aren't the devil for everyone; top students seem to handle them fine. But for the kids at the bottom, swapping math homework for hours of TikTok doom-scrolling is a one-way ticket to academic oblivion. Maybe it's time we admit that "scrolling" isn't a subject, and "basic" shouldn't be a pipe dream.

If you like my blog and want to Buy Me A Coffee, I wouldn't stop you--it supports my work and I really appreciate it. But no pressure.

The 'migrant influencer' who mocked the USA now arrested by ICE

Moron-O and his kid seen holding up a wad of dinero

Illegal alien 'migrant influencer' Leonel Moreno [aka Moron-O] had gone on TikTok to mock America in several videos that went viral in the mentally challenged community. Well, the bucket of suck has since been taken into custody by federal immigration authorities and he has been banned by TikTok to boot.

Moreno was arrested in Columbus, Ohio by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday after having skipped out on ICE in 2022 after illegally crossing the southern border in Texas, as reported exclusively by the New York Post.

While the walking, talking pile of horse manure was in the US, he used his various social media channels to encourage other comrades to invade the country and squat the homes of American citizens, all while waving around wads of cash and flaunting what he said were government handouts, which of course they are.

In one video, Moreno could be seen holding a social security card. He also frequently boasted of his earnings made from begging for cash.

“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno said in one Instagram clip. “I came to the US to mark my territory [because that's what dogs do].

“You’re hurt because I make more than you without much work while you work like slaves, understand?” the scumcrumpet said in another social media post.

“That’s the difference between you and me. I’m always going to make lots of money without much work, and you’re always going to be exploited and miserable and insignificant.”

Tiktok recently shut down Moreno’s account, which had roughly 500,000 followers. His Instagram, which was still active Friday, has more than 17,000 followers.

On his ban from Tiktok, Moreno said: “Yes, they closed my TikTok account, but I keep earning on Facebook and on Instagram. I won’t earn the same, but I am going to get my TikTok account back. I am going to keep earning money.”

When he was released into the US after crossing the border, the illegal alien was enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention program, where he was monitored by a tracking device.

But soon after his release, the lazy illegal alien stopped complying and failed to show for a check-in with authorities, internal ICE records showed.

Internal ICE records reviewed by The Post showed immigration officials were aware Moreno “has been on national news for being viral on TikTok encouraging illegal immigration.”

ICE didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment because the Biden's Easter Bunny didn't give the "okay."

As diplomatic ties between the US and Venezuela are currently strained, it was not immediately clear if Moreno would be a candidate for deportation or would be held in ICE custody. Personally, I believe they should confiscate the money he illegally received here and deport him back to sunny Venezuela. If the Venezuelans don't want him back, have the CIA send him back covertly.

I can always dream.

Southwest Airlines will now handle the spread of wide bodies

Cheap-seats carrier Southwest Airlines has won the kudos by "passengers of size" on TikTok after they looked up from their meals to discover that they can now request complimentary seats--one or two, depending on their adipose tissue situation--to accommodate their zaftig proportions.

Customers whose bodies are so obese and unhealthy that they sag beyond the armrest are entitled to an extra seat, according to the carrier's inclusion policy likely designed by a portly person. Southwest is one of the few, if not the only, airlines to offer free seats to larger passengers but still refuse to offer free meals to the same victims of an adipose tissue situation.

Southwest provided its policy to Fox Business which said that passengers of size "have the option of purchasing just one seat and then discussing your seating needs with the Customer Service Agent at the departure gate [after leaving the nearby restaurant]. If it’s determined that a second (or third) seat is needed, you’ll be accommodated with a complimentary additional seat."

If a fourth seat is needed, the airline will provide these passengers with a gastroenterologist.

The flight team will then try to effort to make the seating arrangements, potentially moving other passengers around for the "unplanned accommodation" whether or not they agree to sit elsewhere and leave young children to fend for themselves.

Alternatively, customers can purchase extra seats in advance and then contact Southwest "for a refund of the cost of additional seating after travel."

The policy states, "Customers who encroach upon any part of the neighboring seat(s) may proactively purchase the needed number of seats prior to travel to ensure the additional seat(s) is available… The purchase of additional seats serves as a notification of a special seating need and allows us to adequately plan for the number of occupied seats onboard."

An unhealthy obese travel expert and TikToker, Jae'lynn Chaney, told Fox News Digital it was an important move to include people in the "super fat" category.

A self-described "Fat Solo Traveler" posted a video on TikTok that went viral, obtaining nearly 1,000,000 views since October, showing how she got a complimentary seat. We are not sure but some are guessing that it's the person pictured below.

"Super fat is how we identify," Chaney, business owner of Jae Bae Productions, said. "There's a spectrum of fatness. And as a super fat individual, you start needing different accommodations… I just felt really happy that there was something like this for people."

"I hope to see more airlines implement customer-of-size policies. The Southwest customer size policy helps many travelers offset the disproportionate costs that we incur because of needing extra room. And so, it's not just about physical accessibility. It's also about financial accessibility."

Super fat TikTokers who have recently discovered the policy have amassed hundreds of thousands of views on the platform showing themselves waddling up to Southwest Airlines employees and successfully nailing down their extra seat(s) on Southwest flights free of charge.

Some healthy average size people are trying to convince Southwest that they identify as "super fat," but so far the airline refuses to honor their feigned mental illness.

AOC has no idea what dangers TikTok poses to US

Largemouth Lass

If Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Socialist-NY) had any idea of the threats that the Chinese Communist Party's company TikTok poses on the American people, she probably wouldn't be shilling for them, but maybe she would, come to think of it.

The House of Representatives recently held a series of congressional hearings regarding TikTik and the company's control by communist China. Even the engineers in China had to admit that the company does indeed have access to personal information of many millions of Americans, and thus, so does the Chinese government, which would use that information for their goals, and those conflict with ours.

When asked about the horrendous security issue, TikTok's CEO claimed that criticism of his company and the Chinese government is xenophobia and even when pressed, he refused to comment on the Uyghur genocide.

Another group supporting the invented right that China has the right to have our information is the Democrat Party, at least some of their members. Rep. Comatose, for example, put out her "first" TikTok and heaped praise on the communist company's spy operation.

ICYMI: @AOC has joined tiktok to talk about tiktok — & she’s spot on📲🫡👏pic.twitter.com/QwqsXNWq94

— Annie Wu (all socials: @annie_wu_22) (@Annie_Wu_22) March 25, 2023

While Wu obviously supports AOC, it isn't known if she has slept with Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) as of now.

Granted, some Democrats actually see the problems that allowing TikTok to operate under the cloak of communist China can cause. Having our information is like having influence over us as the company learns more about us, item by item.

But is AOC merely defending and lauding them out of ignorance, of which she has more than her fair share, or is it because TikTok's parent company, Bytedance, gave the Hispanic Congressional Caucus Foundation $150,000 this past December, and AOC sits on the advisory board? Hmm.

Another Democrat Rep. Jamal Bowman (D-NY) also supports the communists and has decided to be vocal about it. Can it be that he supports China spying on us because Bytedance has supported the Congressional Black Caucus, which Bowman also sits on its board. And there are additional Democrats who sit on the boards of these two foundations who have been greased by Bytedance.

Money talks, patriotism walks. Is that the way it's going to be?

Leftists like Comatose and Bowman don't mind selling Americans' personal information to China as long as the wheels of their foundations are greased with donations. They could care less about the average person, even while AOC pretends to care about the little guy while she profits and goes to Met Galas and create a corruption scandal in her "Tax the Rich" dress.

"Let them eat crickets."

Investigate everyone who supports TikTok spying on us.

"No TikTok state ban for me, only for thee" Dem gov implies

Frau Whitmer

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) is the female version of South Park's Cartman: she does what she wants. But if you try it, you're in a world of trouble.

Michigan has banned the Communist Chinese-owned app TikTok on March 1st, on state-owned devices, but that doesn't stop Whitmer from flipping off the ban when it comes to herself.

“It is banned for state devices,” Jayson Cavendish, Michigan’s acting chief security officer, said in an interview with the MLive media group.

So TikTok is not allowed to be on state-owned devices except for Frau Whitmer's, which is the most state owned a state owned device can be.

The ban applies to all state-owned devices except for Whitmer, a [hypocrite], and for purposes of promotion, law enforcement, and cybersecurity, MLive reported.

Cavendish also noted, according to MLive, that Whitmer’s TikTok account “is accessed on a secure device that has never been on the state’s network, nor connected to the state’s wireless environment.”

Like most Democrat governors and others on the left, the rules don't apply to them, only to the peons who pay their salaries. So during the pandemic travel bans, Mr. Whitmer attempted to travel in order to take out his boat. The Landshark Bar & Grill in East Lansing where Gretchen sat with a large group of Democrats in violation of her own COVID-19 policies wasn't a problem as she saw it because hey, she's the governor.

Gov. Newsom (D-CA) was with a dozen people at an expensive restaurant known as The French Laundry. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and the very attractive Mayor of Chicago Lori Lightfoot (D) had their hair done at a salon when establishments such as those were ordered to remain closed.

Back to Whitmer.

Since the ban, Whitemer has posted on TikTok many times, as late as last Thursday, because she's special.

“It’s a state of Michigan device, but it follows the guidelines that are in place for the exceptions,” said Bobby Leddy, a spokesman for the governor’s office. “And the exceptions are for any department that feels that they need it for their job to convey with the public, or for investigative purposes.”

I think it's time the public reacts to this elitist crap at the ballot box. However, most Democrats don't generally know who or what they're voting for. As Nancy Pelosi pointed out [and I paraphrase]: if a turd shaped like the letter "D" ran against any Republican in her state, the turd would win."

This seems to be a proven fact.

Ministry of Our Truth czar wouldn't know truth if it bit her on her butt

The PINO Biden administration is now openly showing their Orwellian side as they have chosen a person to head a Disinformation Governance Board, as part of the DHS.

The person heading this Ministry of Our Truth, as it should be called, is a bizarre Mary Poppins fan named Nina Jankowicz.

I refer to her as a Mary Poppins fan only because of a TikTok video she made in which she sang a song to the tune of Supercalifragilisticexpialodocious" about fake news. People who saw the video were upset with her for not taking the issue seriously. Now she's going to be the one to determine what is her truth versus the truth.

In other words, the failing Biden administration wants to do what social media has done with free speech, and quash it, like they did with so many conservatives, including a sitting President, Donald Trump. It's exploding their heads that Elon Musk has bought Twitter, the only tech giant not on the far-left, and plans to allow open dialogue on both sides of the aisle.

Hopefully, you clicked on the video [at the above link] and watched Big Brother Jankowicz's performance--her voice isn't bad.

Some of the lyrics to the song are:
“Information laundering is really quite ferocious. It’s when a huckster takes some lies and makes them sound precocious, by saying them in Congress or a mainstream outlet, so disinformation’s origins are slightly less atrocious.”
It goes on and you can listen to it if you must.

Jankowicz as some kind of disinformation czar is like making Hunter Biden the head of the DEA. She was quick to say that Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation and of course, was proven wrong.

"Back on the ‘laptop from hell,’ apparently—Biden notes 50 former natsec officials and 5 former CIA heads that believe the laptop is a Russian influence op. Trump says ‘Russia, Russia, Russia,’" Jankowicz tweeted in October 2020.

After the tweet resurfaced and conservatives jumped on it, comrade Jankowicz cast doubt on the controversy by claiming it was "simply a direct quote" from the presidential candidates.

Double Speak.

However, a week prior to her tweet about the debate, she said the laptop should be viewed as a "Trump campaign product" during a conversation with the Associated Press.

Disinformation.

Now ask yourself why is the DHS involved in this crap in the first place? The agency is generally a waste, but even more significant is that it is supposed to protect the US from terrorist threats, not words. The Soros-funded fool who's heading the DHS, Alexandro Majorkas, is disregarding the actual mission of the department, but they never did a good job of it anyway. Now these clowns want to tell us what's true and what isn't?

The pretend reason the Disinformation Governance Board was formed right after Musk bought Twitter and the 2022 midterm elections are just around the corner, is to counter online "misinformation" related to COVID-19, elections, and migrant smuggling. But really it's about elections and the other stuff is just stuffing.

Jankowicz, a Wilson Center global fellow [and Woodrow Wilson was a far-far-left a-hole who got us into war] upset a lot of normal people after it was found that she has pushed false and/or misleading information herself.

In March 2020 she announced that Facebook was providing the World Health Organization as well as other groups, as many free ads as they wanted for COVID-19 response, when she quoted and posted a tweet from Rob Leathern, who'd worked at the FB on integrity products.

"This is good. Now hope the rest of the adtech industry stops placing ads for mask and worse (straight up disinfo!) on articles and info about coronavirus," Jankowicz wrote on Twitter.

She was touting Pope Fauci and others in the U.S. health industry who, at that time was saying masks should not be worn. Fauci later admitted he lied [calling it a 'noble lie'] because he was concerned there wouldn't be enough PPE equipment to protect frontline health care workers. This was also at a time when health "experts" first said they didn't fully know how contagious coronavirus was or how it spread.

Disinformation.

Jankowicz also hyped up Chris Steele, the former British spy whose fake dossier was used in part as the impetus for the investigation into whether Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election. As we all know, the dossier has since been discredited as dubiously sourced and full of innuendo, rumor, or information that was already publicly available.

"Listened to this last night – Chris Steele (yes THAT Chris Steele) provides some great historical context about the evolution of disinfo. Worth a listen," Jankowicz wrote in August 2020.

And there's much more, including her tweets during Hillary Clinton's campaign when she posted this: "Maybe @HillaryClinton's most important point so far: 'A @realDonaldTrumppresidency would embolden ISIS.' #ImWithHer."

Disinformation: the Islamic State collapsed under Trump and now, under PINO Biden, the Taliban has made a comeback.

During a conversation with NPR just days ago, Jankowicz discussed Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter. She was concerned that "free speech absolutists" would have negative consequences for marginalized communities on social media platforms. She reiterated her point in an April 25 tweet.

Whenever someone uses the term "free speech absolutist," know that they are extremists and fascists who want the power to determine what is and is not acceptable. When the issue came up that conservatives would not wear masks unless forced to do so she wrote: "So force away! Lock us down. People are not taking this seriously."

No Mary Poppins, we are taking it seriously, you fascist! You don't get to dictate what is true and what is fake.

There is no doubt whatsoever that Jankowicz is a far-left operative and as Big Brother will suppress the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

China gives kudos to Biden for allowing TikTok to spy on US

"To Communism"

Communist China's Ministry of Commerce sang the praises of President Joe Biden for reversing a Trump decision to halt U.S. downloads of China's spy apps WeChat and TikTok.

The only reason Trump halted downloads from these apps is because he did not like the idea of China spying on Americans, while Biden doesn't see this as a problem since China only competes with us in trade, he said.

Gao Feng, a ministry spokesman and no relation to Feng Feng, the Chinese spy who got Eric Swalwell to "swell quite well," praised the Biden-Harris-Squad administration saying that [Communist] Chinese businesses should not be politicized by the United States. That's like saying people stranded on deserted islands shouldn't have to go without wearing a face mask.

"The U.S. should treat [Communist] Chinese companies fairly and justly and refrain from politicizing trade issues," Gao said. "All countries have the responsibility to develop their own industries and enhance the well-being of their people, and China is pleased to see the economic development and technological progress of other countries."

China is also pleased that they are slowly beginning to "eat our lunch" on international trade and it doesn't matter what Feng says, it's all political.

The Trump administration took on TikTok during its final year in office, citing the potential for the Chinese Communist Party to collect data on the Chinese app, as well as other national security issues.

A series of orders from the Trump White House and legislation in the Senate banned the app from government devices and ultimately from being downloaded by U.S. citizens. But federal courts naively help up the orders and legislation, and they never went into effect, thus allowing the Communist Chinese government to know what we had for lunch.

Former Trump administration official Keith Krach told the Washington Free Beacon in September 2020 the app allows China to "spy" on American children and it's rumored they even saw Jeffrey Toobin tuning his instrument on video.

The Chinese Communist Party requires companies operating in China to share data when the government requests it. A document leaked in October 2020 shows an ex-CCP official dictated content policies for TikTok in its growth stage, and China has openly discussed an interest in greater party control over companies operating within the country.

Joe Biden has never once, in all his many years in politics, been right about foreign affairs. But that shouldn't surprise us since Joe is a guy who believes that Hunter Biden is the smartest person he knows.

China is like a ticking bomb . . . TikTok . . .  TikTok . . .
