Radical Arrested For Bomb Threat Against Erika Kirk

A 26-year-old Texas man has been charged with making a terroristic threat after authorities say he threatened to kill Erika Kirk and bomb an upcoming Turning Point USA event where the widow is scheduled to speak.

The probe began after a local newspaper shared a Facebook post promoting TPUSA’s Women’s Leadership Summit, scheduled for June 5-7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk, according to KSAT-TV.

“I know exactly where to bomb,” the suspect, identified as Jacob Wenske, replied to the post, according to law enforcement.

Authorities say Wenske also wrote in the same thread, “I can’t wait to be the valet for her escort.”

In a subsequent email, Wenske escalated the threats, writing: “Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!! America will live on without those scum on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event,” according to the arrest warrant.

Wenske was charged with a third-degree felony count of making a terroristic threat involving fear of serious bodily injury and public disruption.

Court records show Wenske’s bond was set at a combined $120,000, KSAT-TV reported. In a statement to Fox News Digital, TPUSA spokesman Matt Shupe said the organization is treating the threats seriously.

“The safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff is always our top priority. All TPUSA events include enhanced, multi-layered security measures enforced by both private security and local police,” Shupe said. “We refuse to let threats silence us. We look forward to a successful and inspiring gathering June 5-7 in San Antonio for more than 2,500 women attending the Women’s Leadership Summit.”

Kirk has recently drawn attention to what she describes as a broader media and cultural climate fueling political violence, arguing it contributed to the circumstances surrounding the public assassination of her husband Charlie Kirk in September.

“Seems to me that nothing will ever be enough for the evil in this world. Our country has become unrecognizable,” Kirk said following the recent shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. “These people have perverted the truth to the point that they motivated the murder of my husband.”

Another day, another unhinged leftist proving that the tolerance crowd's idea of debate is threats, bombs, and wishing death on anyone who dares to be conservative. Jacob Wenske, 26, decided to go full domestic terror enthusiast on social media and email, targeting Erika Kirk and a Turning Point USA women's event.

The guy didn't stop at vague venting. He got very specific: knowing exactly where to bomb, offering to play valet for her "escort" in the most psychotic way possible, and then dropping a manifesto-level email promising death to every Christian nationalist at every TPUSA event.

This is the kind of deranged rhetoric that used to get people locked up faster, but in 2026 America it takes a little extra paperwork.

TPUSA is handling it like pros, ramping up security and refusing to back down. Good for them. The left's climate of hate didn't die with Charlie Kirk. It just keeps churning out the next Jacob Wenske, convinced that violence is justified because orange man bad, or whatever the current media fever dream is.

Erika Kirk is right. The country is unrecognizable, and these people have poisoned the well so thoroughly that murder and bombing threats feel like just another Tuesday for them. The rest of us are left wondering when the adults are going to show up and restore some sanity.

Miami GOP head calls for GOP party official to resign

Florida Republican leaders are demanding that Miami GOP Secretary Abel Alexander Carvajal resign immediately after explosive revelations emerged about his involvement in a conservative group chat riddled with vile racial slurs, antisemitic statements, and other disgusting content.

Miami-Dade County Republican Party Chairman Kevin Cooper declared that "anyone associated with this chat should resign immediately." Meanwhile, Republican state Rep. Juan Porras directly called on Carvajal to step down on Wednesday, blasting the messages as "deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable."

Carvajal launched the group chat last fall, mainly for conservative students at Florida International University. Leaked messages revealed participants unleashing a barrage of racial slurs targeting Jews and Black people. Among the worst offenders were Dariel Gonzalez, then the College Republicans' recruitment chairman, and Ian Valdes, the Turning Point USA chapter president. Carvajal chimed in occasionally, deleted some messages, but never shut the chat down, according to the Miami Herald.

In one exchange, Gonzalez wrote, "You can f*** all the ks you want. Just don't marry them and procreate," warning about the danger of having "a little k running arounddddd." Valdes shot back, "I would def not marry a Jew." [The k abbreviation apparently stands for the disgusting antisemitic slur that rhymes with 'bike'.]

In another antisemitic moment, Valdes renamed the group chat "Gooning in Agartha," a reference to crude slang for male masturbation combined with the mythical underground civilization pushed by Heinrich Himmler, Adolf Hitler's right-hand man. Valdes called Agartha "esoteric nazism essentially," and Gonzalez described it as "Nazi heaven sort of."

Elsewhere, Valdes pushed, "We need to have a moratorium on immigration temporarily unless it's someone from a first world country….Yeah I obviously mean whites."

The chat also featured plenty of misogynistic trash talk about women, along with repeated use of the n-word and violent, hateful comments against Black people. Gonzalez sneered, "Ew you had colored professors?!" adding, "I reguse [sic] to be indoctrinated by the coloreds." He later insisted, "Avoid the coloreds like the plague."

Another exchange reported by the Floridian Press included a user spewing violent fantasies about wanting to "exterminate ns in the gas chamber" and "eat ns," among other sickening rants. Gonzalez's response? "How edgy."

Carvajal, the Miami GOP secretary who created the chat, once he was caught claimed, "had I known and had I seen some of these messages, I would have called the police." When pressed on whether he would resign, he shot back, "Of course not … for a chat where the messages that were stated were not mine."

Porras made it clear that Carvajal's failure to shut down the chat and take decisive action as a leader is indefensible. The state representative, who also serves as a Miami-Dade GOP state committee member, stressed that "Hatred toward Jewish Americans, racist rhetoric, calls for violence, all these ideas have no place in our party, our state, or our country."

"Leadership carries responsibility," Porras added. "When someone in a leadership role engages in this kind of behavior, it damages the trust placed in our party by voters across Florida. The Republican Party stands for law, order, and respect for every American. We believe in the dignity of every person."

Cooper, as the first Jewish chairman of the Miami-Dade Republican Party, said he was "shocked" by the WhatsApp messages.

This kind of toxic garbage has no business in the Republican Party. Leaders are right to demand accountability and swift action to protect the party's integrity and the trust of Florida voters.

And while the Democratic Party continues to accept anti-Semites like Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and the rest of the so called Squad, at least the Republicans take an active stance against this garbage.

Judge rules on defense's attempt to disqualify prosecutors in Charlie Kirk murder case

In the Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah, Judge Tony Graf presided over yet another hearing in the grim aftermath of what can only be described as a political assassination. Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of murdering conservative activist Charlie Kirk, appeared remotely from his jail cell on September 16, 2025, a detail that underscores the gravity and the spectacle of the proceedings.

A Utah judge has now firmly rejected the defense's attempt to disqualify the prosecutors in the case against Tyler Robinson, the young man charged with the killing of Charlie Kirk.

On Tuesday, having considered the arguments aired at a hearing on February 3, Judge Tony Graf ruled decisively for the prosecution. He stated that the court was unpersuaded that a prosecutor’s relationship with his daughter, who had been present at the event, had improperly influenced the decision to pursue the death penalty against Robinson.

The defense had pressed their case with considerable vigor. They insisted that because Chad Grunander's daughter had attended the Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University, the very scene where Kirk was fatally shot, the entire Utah County Attorney’s Office ought to be removed from the prosecution. This familial connection, they maintained, created at least the appearance of impropriety, and that alone was sufficient to warrant disqualifying the whole office from the matter.

The county attorney’s office countered with clarity and restraint. Neither the office nor the deputy attorney in question labored under any conflict of interest, they argued, because AC (the adult child present at the college event) “did not see Charlie get shot” and “did not see anyone [in the crowd or elsewhere] with a gun.” Moreover, “nearly everything [AC] knows about the actual homicide is hearsay,” according to filings submitted by the office.

Thanks for following Brain Flushings, guys. Please consider subscribing, and if you would like to support my work, visit the sponsors on this page, or you can Buy Me A Coffee.

Robinson’s preliminary hearing is now set to commence on May 18 and is anticipated to span three days. Only upon its conclusion will he face arraignment, and he has yet to enter a plea. One cannot help but observe the deeper irony here. In an age when political violence has become a grotesque currency, the attempt to recuse an entire prosecutorial office on grounds so tenuous speaks volumes about the lengths to which some will go to muddy the waters of justice. Yet the judge, in his measured ruling, has reminded us that the rule of law demands more than mere appearances or speculative bias; it requires actual evidence of impropriety. The prosecution may proceed, and the grim business of determining guilt in this assassination will continue unimpeded.

Another trans shooting in Rhode Island: 2 dead, 3 critically injured

Robert Dorgan, who went by the name Roberta Esposito, had a documented history of mental illness, in addition to gender dysphoria, which is also a mental disorder.

Two people were killed and at least three others critically injured after a man who identifies as a woman opened fire at a high school hockey game in Rhode Island.

Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves confirmed in a Monday evening press conference that Robert Dorgan, killed himself after what she said was likely a targeted shooting stemming from a family dispute. A clip circulating on social media appears to show Dorgan's daughter leaving a police station and telling reporters that her father "shot my family" and "he's dead now."  The woman added that Dorgan "has mental health issues," and "was very sick." [Yah think?]

Court records from 2020 confirm that Dorgan had undergone gender reassignment surgery, a fancy term that indicates his penis and testicles were surgically mutilated and reshaped to sort of look like a woman's genitalia.

Dorgan claimed to North Providence Police at the time that his father-in-law attempted to throw him out of the house following his surgery. Around that time, Dorgan's wife filed for divorce, initially citing "gender reassignment surgery, narcissistic + personality disorder traits" as the reason before crossing them out and writing "irreconcilable differences."

Authorities have not publicly identified the victims, nor have they confirmed the precise relationships involved in the apparent family dispute. Police have also not released information about the weapon used.

This is the latest shooting perpetrated by a transgender-identifying attacker. Earlier this month, a man who thought he was a woman and wore a dress to somehow prove it to himself, killed 10 people at a Canadian school.

Transgender-identifying shooters perpetrated deadly attacks on schools in Nashville in 2023 and in Minneapolis in 2025. The latter attack was the subject of the last question Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was asked when he was assassinated in September.

Kirk's killer, Tyler Robinson, was, at the time of the attack, living with his so-called "transgender partner," a man named Lance Twiggs, a guy with gender dysphoria.

The Trump administration was reportedly considering a ban on gun ownership for transgender-identifying people in the wake of the Minneapolis shooting, but that ban has seemingly stalled.

A source familiar with the Trump administration's thinking said that the topic is not something that they have heard discussed since conservative outlet, The Daily Wire originally reported it in September.

Monday's shooting occurred at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena during a game involving multiple high school teams. Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said the suspected gunman is also dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Federal authorities, including the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, responded to assist state and local law enforcement at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena on Monday.

Police said shots were fired inside the arena while spectators and players were present for what had been scheduled as a senior night celebration for the Blackstone Valley Schools cooperative hockey team. "You don’t know what’s going on at first," Melissa Dunn, the mother of one player, told reporters. "You just hear the loud noises … then you realize something is very wrong."

A player who was on the ice at the time said multiple shots were fired and that players ran to the locker room for safety. :We pressed against the door and just tried to stay safe," he said. "It was very scary."

Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien intelligently called the shooting "a terrible tragedy" and said the city is working closely with law enforcement and the Rhode Island attorney general's office.

"What should have been a joyful occasion … was instead marked by violence and fear," Grebien said. "Tonight, Pawtucket is a city in mourning."

Accused Charlie Kirk Assassin Set for First In-Person Court Appearance Amid Battle Over Media Access

Well guys, here we go again with the circus surrounding the murder of Charlie Kirk, one of the strongest conservative voices this country has ever seen. Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old scumcrumpet accused of gunning down the Turning Point USA founder back in September, is finally dragging himself into a Utah courtroom in person for the first time, nearly three months after they slapped the cuffs on him following that 33-hour manhunt.

This hearing in Provo is supposedly all about whether the media gets to keep cameras rolling or if the judge is going to slam the door shut even tighter. Back in October, the Utah County Sheriff's Office whined about the case being a "content tornado" that could torpedo Robinson's "fair trial." Give me a break. Judge Tony F. Grant Jr. already banned cameras from showing the suspect walking in, out, or just standing there, as if that's going to undo the mountain of publicity this creep has already generated.

And who’s calling out this nonsense? Charlie’s widow, Erika Kirk, the new CEO of Turning Point, called out this garbage. She's been fighting tooth and nail for transparency.

In a blistering Fox News interview, she laid it out plain: "There were cameras all over my husband when he was murdered. There have been cameras all over my friends and family mourning. There have been cameras all over me, analyzing my every move, analyzing my every smile, my every tear. We deserve to have cameras in there," Erika stated. 'Why not be transparent?"

Exactly. The victim's family gets hounded relentlessly, but heaven forbid we see the accused in the dock. Media outlets like Fox are pushing back hard, demanding advance notice if the defense tries to seal anything else. Their attorney, Michael Judd, nailed it: an open courtroom "safeguards the integrity of the fact-finding process" while strengthening public confidence in judicial proceedings.

Legal analyst Roger Bonakdar called Thursday's hearing a "one-trick pony" focused on rolling back coverage, pointing out the bizarre flip-flop: "It has been pretty odd that the information tap was at full blast for a little while and now it's completely shut off," he said. "It's really kind of inconsistent with how you see cases move forward typically."

Remember, early on the feds were blasting out surveillance pics and begging for tips. Now? Total blackout.

They're even fretting over whether Robinson shows up in civilian clothes or shackles, his team claims prison garb would prejudice people. Bonakdar again: "Courts oftentimes will prohibit the media from depicting the defendant in shackles or in jail clothing because it creates this inference of guilt."

But come on: "Anybody who does a Google search will know… at some point it may be an exercise in futility. Is the damage already done?"

Prosecutors aren’t hiding their plans; they're going for the death penalty. And right from the jump, President Trump was crystal clear: "With a high degree of certainty, we have him. I hope he gets the death penalty."

This isn't about fairness for the killer; it's about shielding him while Charlie's legacy gets dragged through the mud by the usual suspects. The American people deserve to see justice play out in the open. No more games.

What do you think?

FBI Director Kash Patel destroys Candace Owens' balderdash

One is almost tempted to feel a flicker of pity for the conspiracy theorists of our age, were it not for the sheer malice that so often animates their fantasies. But when those fantasies begin to accuse the friends and colleagues of a murdered man of complicity in his own assassination, pity evaporates, replaced by something closer to contempt. In other words, such claims is pure garbage.

On Friday, the newly installed FBI Director, Kash Patel, appeared on The Megyn Kelly Show and delivered what can only be described as a methodical demolition of the lurid allegations peddled by conspiracy cretin Candace Owens concerning the horrific murder of Charlie Kirk.

Megyn, with her signature directness, began by asking the essential question: do the authorities have the right man in custody? Is Tyler Robinson indeed the killer?

Patel’s answer was instantaneous and unequivocal: "Yes." Because of course he was.

Kelly then turned to the most poisonous and idiotic of Owens' claims (that Kirk's own circle at Turning Point USA had somehow known of, or even sanctioned, his murder). "Do you have any credible reason to believe that anyone connected with the Turning Point organization had anything to do with Charlie's death?" she asked.

Patel's reply cut through the fog like a blade: "Zero."

What followed was a patient, almost weary recitation of the other fever-swamp theories Owens has entertained: French paratroopers, Egyptian Air Force jets mysteriously operating out of Provo, Utah, and (one struggles to type this on my computer with a straight face) "potential underground assassins traveling through unseen tunnels" As Blake Neff, producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, had earlier summarized these delusions with admirable restraint.

Patel dismissed the entire edifice: "At this time, the FBI doesn't have credible information to connect any foreign governments to it." Not a shred. Not an iota.

He was at pains to emphasize that the investigation remains active ("We are not done just because we arrest someone, just like in the pipe bomber case"), with federal and Utah authorities still pursuing every legitimate lead. Yet the clear implication was that the bureau is chasing facts, not phantoms conjured on podcasts for clicks and notoriety by our resident liar.

Even the bizarre text messages between Robinson and his roommate [which some online sleuths insist must be fabricated because they sound too convenient] were addressed. Patel noted the emotional temperature of the case but observed, with the calm of a man who has seen every species of falsehood, that he does not "believe the prosecutors in the state of Utah would be using any piece of information or evidence that was not credible."

This is what responsible authority sounds like: measured, precise, and completely uninterested in indulging the hysterics of the terminally online.

One is reminded, inescapably, of the warning issued by Turning Point USA and by Blake Neff himself: that Owens has displayed a "reckless disregard for the truth" and trafficked in what Neff rightly called "evil" lies about a dead man who can no longer defend himself.

We need to ask ourselves, is Owens doing it as a cosplay for recognition and money, or is she really a fool, like she has shown us regarding her anti-Semitic take on Israel.

In an era when conspiracy has become a form of performance art, and, for some, a lucrative one, it is reassuring to hear a public official simply refuse to dance to that tune. The truth, Patel reminded us, is stubborn. It does not bend to accommodate the fevered imaginations of those who have appointed themselves amateur pathologists of other people’s grief.

Charlie Kirk deserved better than to have his murder turned into fodder for grotesque speculation. And the American public, exhausted by years of institutional distrust, deserves officials who will speak plainly when the facts are clear.

On both counts, Kash Patel has done his duty. One rather suspects the conspiracy industrial complex will not thank him for it.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Ratings Crash After Brief Suspension-Induced Spike

Well, folks, it seems Jimmy Kimmel's return to the airwaves was less a triumphant comeback and more a fleeting blip. After a suspension from ABC for his inflammatory comments, Jimmy Kimmel Live! briefly spiked in viewership, only to nosedive faster than Biden on a bike. According to the numbers, Kimmel's Thursday show pulled in just 2.3 million viewers, a jaw-dropping 64% drop from the 6.5 million who tuned in for his emotional, crocodile teary Tuesday return.

The trouble started when Kimmel, never shy about his left-leaning views, falsely tied Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, to the "MAGA gang."

Kimmel's exact words: "We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it." Problem is Kimmel was full of crap as reports and the subsequent indictment confirmed Robinson's left-wing ideology, not MAGA allegiance.

The backlash was swift. Nexstar and Sinclair pulled Kimmel's show from their 390 TV stations, and the FCC took a hard look. Disney, initially feeling the heat, benched Jimmy Kimmel Live! but they chickened out and the ban lasted for less than a week.

Kimmel returned on September 23, 2025, with a passionate apology-free monologue that drew a crowd, 6.5 million strong. But the interest in the dweeb didn't last. By Thursday, viewership cratered, especially in the advertiser-cherished 25-54 demographic, where Kimmel lost 73% of his Tuesday audience, plummeting from 1.7 million to a measly 465,000. The younger 18-49 demo was a;lso down 73%, from 1.2 million to just 334,000.

This isn't a new trend for Kimmel, (who is also known for wearing blackface on national TV). His show has been bleeding viewers for a decade, dropping from 2.4 million in 2015 to a measly 1.6 million average in 2025, a 37% slide. Compare that to his glory days, and it's clear the late-night host's shtick isn't resonating like it used to.

Kimmel's refusal to fully apologize didn't help. Charlie Kirk's supporters, still mourning and reeling from his assassination at a Turning Point USA event on September 10, 2025, weren't buying the non-contrition. Andrew Kolvet, a Turning Point USA spokesman, said: "Kimmel is an unrepentant liar who tried to blame Charlie’s assassination on the part of the country that just spent the last 2 weeks praying and holding vigils."

Sinclair Broadcast Group, via America Reports, signaled Kimmel’s return to their ABC stations after “thoughtful feedback,” but the damage was done. Nexstar and Sinclair only resumed airing the show on "Friday, and viewers clearly aren't rushing back. Kimmel's brief suspension might have been a wake-up call, but it seems his audience is hitting the snooze button.

Actress Amanda Seyfried moonwalks in reverse after condemning Charlie Kirk

Leave it to Hollywood to step in it and then try to wipe it away with a press release. Actress Amanda Seyfried, best known for her role in the 2004 teen flick Mean Girls and soon to grace screens in The Housemaid, found herself in hot water after comments about murdered conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Now she's scrambling to clarify, claiming her words were "taken out of context."

Aren't they all when leftists are held accountable?

Kirk, the co-founder of Turning Point USA, was gunned down on September 10 at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. He  leaves behind a wife and two young daughters.

While conservatives and even some liberals hailed him as a free-speech warrior, others, apparently including Seyfried, seemed to think his rhetoric was an open invitation to violence. Screenshots making the rounds online show her calling Kirk "hateful" on Instagram and sharing a post that snarked, "You can’t invite violence to the dinner table and be shocked when it starts eating." Ouch.

Cue the backlash, and Seyfried's now singing a different tune. In a public post, she tried to thread the needle: "We’re forgetting the nuance of humanity. I can get angry about misogyny and racist rhetoric and ALSO very much agree that Charlie Kirk’s murder was absolutely disturbing and deplorable in every way imaginable." She went on, "No one should have to experience this level of violence. This country is grieving too many senseless and violent deaths and shootings. Can we agree on that at least?"

In her caption, she played the victim card: "I don’t want to add fuel to a fire. I just want to be able to give clarity to something so irresponsibly (but understandably) taken out of context. Spirited discourse- isn’t that what we should be having?" Spirited discourse, huh? Funny how that only becomes the goal after you've been called out.

Meanwhile, at Utah Valley University, where Kirk was killed, locals and students paid their respects at a memorial on September 15, 2025, showing the kind of class Seyfried might want to take notes on. Her attempt at damage control might convince her Hollywood pals, but on X, where the screenshots don't lie, the jury is still out on whether this was a genuine clarification or just a celebrity dodging accountability.

Another hater arrested for disgusting act outside Turning Point USA headquarte4rs

In Phoenix, outside the headquarters of Turning Point USA, a scene unfolded that could only be described as a grotesque parody of dissent. A young man, draped in the irony of a black t-shirt emblazoned with the American flag, was caught desecrating a memorial dedicated to Charlie. This act of vandalism, on a somber Sunday, was not merely an assault on stone and sentiment but a calculated affront to the very ideals the memorial sought to honor.

The scumwafer, later identified as 19-year-old Ryder Corral, was seen rampaging through the tribute, kicking over flowers, vases, and flags with the petulance of a child toppling a sandcastle.

His rampage, spanning some 15 yards, was mercifully cut short when onlookers, no doubt incensed by the spectacle, wrestled him to the ground. The police, swiftly intervening, carted him off in handcuffs, a fitting denouement for such a craven display likely inspired by a media with a leftist agenda.

One cannot help but note the grim coincidence: Corral's attire bore a striking resemblance to the t-shirt worn by Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the September 10 shooting of Kirk. A pattern, perhaps, or merely the uniform of a certain strain of reckless defiance?

The Phoenix Police Department, with characteristic efficiency, issued a statement: "Corral will be booked on multiple charges to include criminal damage and disorderly conduct," they declared. "An updated media advisory will be sent out once Corral is booked and a booking number is available." One wonders what animates such acts, whether it is ideology run amok or simply the thrill of destruction. What is clear, however, is that this was no mere tantrum; it was a deliberate desecration, a middle finger raised not just to Kirk but to the broader cause he represents. In an age where memorials are battlegrounds and symbols are weaponized, Corral's actions remind us that the fight for meaning is as fierce as ever.

State Dept, may revoke visas of foreigners who "glorify violence" after Charlie Kirk assassination

Let's cut through the crap with some cold, hard facts. The assassination of Charlie Kirk, a 31-year-old conservative youth influencer, father of two, and co-founder of Turning Point USA, has sent shockwaves through the nation. And now, the State Department is stepping up, signaling they're done playing nice with foreigners who cheer for violence on our soil. This is what happens when you let the woke left's obsession with "tolerance" fester unchecked, people die, and the government finally wakes up.

Bill Melugin, one of the few journalists still doing actual reporting, dropped a bombshell on Fox News about the Kirk assassin. We're talking messages scrawled on the gun and ammo, palm prints, and video surveillance capturing the moments after the shooting. The FBI is scrambling, releasing imagery and begging the public for help to ID the shooter, who's still on the loose. A high-powered bolt-action rifle, ditched in a wooded area, was used to fire a single shot from a rooftop 200 yards away, striking Kirk in the neck during his "American Comeback Tour" at Utah Valley University.

Ironically, Charlie was answering a question about mass shootings involving transgender individuals. ironic, It's sickeningly ironic that the left's sacred cows might be tied to this tragedy. The event drew 3,000 people, and now one of conservatism's brightest voices is silenced.

Enter Deputy Secretary of State Chris Landau, who has had enough of the X platform turning into a cesspool of violence-glorifying rhetoric. He posted, and I quote, "In light of yesterday’s horrific assassination of a leading political figure, I want to underscore that foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are not welcome visitors to our country." Landau is clearly "disgusted" by foreigners on visas praising or rationalizing Kirk's murder online.

Landau responded by directing consular officials to monitor social media and take "appropriate action." That's right, Big Brother is watching, and for once, it's watching the right target. Landau even invited people to snitch on foreigners posting this garbage, saying, "Please feel free to bring such comments by foreigners to my attention so that the @StateDept can protect the American people."

Good. It's about time we stopped coddling those who cheer for our destruction.

This isn't new territory for the State Department. They've already yanked over 6,000 student visas for overstays or crimes like assault, DUI, burglary, or even "support for terrorism." Apparently, that's what passes for "diversity" in the Biden era.

Back in June, they announced they'd be snooping on visa applicants' social media, demanding accounts be set to public. Now, Landau's doubling down, specifically targeting replies to his own X post for evidence of foreign nationals cheering Charlie Kirk's death. This is what happens when you let the left's "free speech for all, no matter how vile" mantra run amok; people start thinking they can glorify murder without consequences.

Let's be clear: Kirk's assassination isn't just a tragedy; it's a wake-up call. The left has spent years demonizing conservatives, painting us as the root of all evil while excusing every form of radicalism as "expression."

Now, a conservative leader is gunned down, and the same crowd that cries "hate speech" when you misgender someone is suddenly silent, or worse, celebrating. The State Department's move to crack down on visa-holding foreigners who applaud this madness is a start, but it's not enough. We need a cultural reckoning. We need to stop pretending that every opinion deserves a platform, especially when it's calling for blood.

As Landau put it, "foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are not welcome." Period. Maybe it's time we applied that standard to everyone, not just foreigners. Facts don't care about your feelings, as Ben Shapiro says, and neither should our national security.

Handful of humility-less pride fans watched drag "nuns" get honored by LA Dodgers

There were more demonstrators on Friday outside Dodger Stadium than were inside watching a group of men dressed as clowns imitating Christ-mocking nuns, known as 'Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.' Inside the stadium, the Los Angeles Dodgers honored the band of gay men who describe themselves as "queer and trans nuns." The Sisters group, not the baseball players.

So the crowds were gathered outside the stadium during Pride Night, while a handful of people lacking humility watched the drag performers from inside the stadium as the made a mockery of Christianity by doing such infuriating and disrespectful acts such as poll dancing on a cross.

The rally was organized by the group Catholics for Catholics. They handed out flyers and implored folks to partake “in prayerful response to Dodgers’ godless decision to honor blasphemous, Christ-mocking ‘Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,’” as reported by local news station KTLA.

The Dodgers continued with the gay cross-dressing affair by recognizing the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence during a pre-game ceremony despite the controversy. Two members of the group, “Sister Unity” and “Sister Dominia,” appeared on the field and received the award for dressing like whores while fans in a sparsely crowded stadium watched and cheered like beta males.

There were a few boos by people who just wanted to get to their seats, as heard in a video posted to social media posted by Turning Point USA’s Savanah Hernandez.

You need to watch the video in the tweet above.

“The Dodgers community hero award goes to an organization reaching the LGBTQ+ community, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, LA chapter,” said stadium announcer Todd Leitz, per Fox News. “Please join us in recognizing the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence for their outstanding service to the LGBTQ+ community.”

What makes them heroes? The real heroes are the ones who protested these scumcrumpets who desecrate the cross and Christianity.

Pothole Pete won't tell us why it took 3 weeks to show up at East Palestine

When you don't know the name of the U.S. Transportation Secretary, that is the definition of a good one. It's not unlike a good baseball umpire or NFL referee--they do such a good job, you don't get to see them before a problem is solved, because they solve the problems before they get out of hand.

Then there's Pete Buttigieg.

As most people are aware, on February 3rd of this month, a catastrophic train derailment led to a vinyl chloride spill and fire in the small Ohio town named East Palestine [pronounced 'Palesteen'. A containment fire was started to handle the spill but it did more harm than good. But the EPA and a few Democrats said the water was safe to drink, but didn't bother to test their 'science' by taking a drink themselves.

Meanwhile, the Transportation Secretary, Pete Buttigieg, was nowhere to be found in the mostly White, Republican town in Ohio.

The public was livid that Pete didn't bother to come to assure the townsfolk, assess the damage and do an overview of the situation, and they said so on social media. It finally got Buttigieg's attention and he thought he better get his butt to the site.

However, when on Thursday he was asked by the press why it took him one day shy of three weeks to get to East Palestine, he refused to explain. He ignored press inquiries and his own press secretary also refused to answer the questions in front of the cameras.

Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez posted footage of Buttigieg’s visit to East Palestine, asking the useless Transportation Secretary why it took him nearly three weeks to visit the area.

“Why did it take you an entire two and a half weeks to actually get here to respond to East Palestine? Will you apologize to the residents of this city for the slow response,” she asked as the incompetent Buttigieg ignored her, walking away, Biden style.

A woman then approached Hernandez, identifying herself as Buttigieg’s press secretary.

“I don’t want to be on camera, please,” she said, offering to answer questions on the condition that cameras were off. After all, the public doesn't have the right to know what their government is doing.

Hernandez asked again why it took the Alfred E. Neuman lookalike so long to respond to the disaster, but his press secretary refused to answer because of the presence of cameras and the fear of accountability to the people they are sworn to serve.

“I’m sorry. I don’t want to do this on camera,” she said as other reporters jumped in.

“I’m happy to talk to you guys off camera,” she said as Hernandez asked her a question again.

“I’m happy to have a conversation with you. I do not want to be on camera,” the press secretary responded. A man then told members of the press to put the cameras away, to which Hernandez responded it was a public area, and they were, therefore, allowed to have them rolling.

Imagine, a so called press secretary censoring the press. Anyway, Ms. Hernandez tweeted:
I asked Sec. Buttigieg why it took him almost 3 weeks to come and speak to residents of East Palestine.

His press Secretary then told me I was aggressive for trying to ask questions on camera: pic.twitter.com/bOB52DIq0O

It turns out that Buttigieg's visit to East Palestine came a few days after he said he would visit when "the time is right." By that he meant whenever he was pressured into visiting the disaster. But not so coincidentally, it appears, his visit came merely one day after former President Donald Trump visited, handing out truckloads of water and buying McDonald's for first responders.

“We’re like a third-world nation, and this is an example of it, the breakdown. Our whole country is breaking down,” Trump said during his visit with East Palestine residents, adding that Buttigieg “should have been here a long time ago.”

I disagree with Trump: Buttigieg should have been gone, a long time ago. Or better yet, he should have never gotten the job in the first place because it was only because he is gay and married to a guy, that the Biden administration appointed him. He was a failure as the Mayor of South Bend, Indiana, and is a failure as Transportation Secretary.

Biden praises Black women for stacking grocery shelves while he hid in his basement

Where on God's green earth am I?

Democratic presidential candidate Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. voiced his appreciation of Black women folk who dutifully stacked grocery shelves during the COVID-19 panic while he hunkered down in the lower level of his huge house waiting out the election. People on his campaign team were delighted that he recognized how good "the help" has been and the risk-taking they take while he readies himself for the thing on November 3rd.

There is a ten-second clip in which the Democrat nominee for president is heard saying in that soft, mush-mouth voice, "They're saying, 'Jeez, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some Black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf.'"

The Sept. 15th video was a roundtable with veterans in Tampa, FL was shared on Sept. 29th.

In other remarks made in the video, Biden expressed a somewhat confused, but upbeat tone regarding the problems the country faces, particularly the ones that stem from the coronavirus outbreak and stuff.

In an attempt to seem tough and manly, he wore his signature aviator sunglasses and used borderline cuss words.

"And they say, 'Well, why in the hell would you say that Biden? You just talked about all these difficulties.' Well, I’ll tell you why. Because the American public, the blinders have been taken off," he manly said. "They’ve all of a sudden seen a hell of a lot clearer. They’re saying, 'Jeeze, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some Black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf. Or a young Hispanic is out there, these dreamers are out there, 60,000 of them acting as first responders and nurses and docs.' Or all of a sudden people are realizing, 'My Lord, these people have done so much. Not just Black, White, across the board, have done so much for me. We can do this. We can get things done.' And I think they’re ready."

Biden's racist remarks didn't go viral until Monday after they were amplified by Turning Point USA senior contributor Rob Smith. Social media critics went for the jugular correctly pointing out how his comments were "racist" while some said he should call a "lid" on his campaign like he does while sequestering in his basement.

"What???? And Black folks STILL giving him a pass!" National Diversity Coalition for Trump CEO Dr. Darrell Scott said.

Political pundit Dave Rubin [no relation to sad sack Jennifer Rubin] quipped:"You ain’t Black if you ain’t stocking a grocery shelf for Joe Biden." He was referring to the "You ain't Black if you don't vote for [me]" gaffe from earlier this year that should have gotten him in more trouble than it did, thanks to the help by the leftist mainstream media. Had Trump uttered those words, you know he'd be toast.

"Close your eyes. Picture Trump saying this. Now picture the media reaction. Enjoy your evening!" The Hill media reporter Joe Concha said.

And let us not forget Joe's famous statement he made in August when he said to members of the Latino community: "unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things.”

So Blacks stack shelves and they all think alike, meaning he doesn't need to work for their vote, he just has to collect them.

The most disturbing thing in all of this is how Democrats can get away with it while Republicans are actually held to a higher standard.

Think about that.

BREAKING: Sucker-puncher of conservative at UC Berkeley arrested

It was only a matter of time before law enforcement arrested the leftist who assaulted a conservative activist with Turning Point USA on UC-Berkeley's campus.

The perp, Zachary Greenberg, 28, was arrested on a felony warrant Friday for allegedly [but there's video evidence] punching Hayden Williams.

"Greenberg was identified as one of two men who confronted a conservative activist who had set up a table in Sproul Plaza," CBS San Francisco reports. "Hayden Williams, a volunteer with conservative group Talking Points USA was displaying signs that read, 'Hate Crimes Hoaxes Hurt Real Victims' – a reference to the Jussie Smollett case – and another saying 'This is MAGA Country.'"

In a statement, UC-Berkeley wrote:
Today, an Alameda County Superior Court Judge issued a warrant for the arrest of the suspect in the matter involving a February 19 assault on Sproul Plaza. Zachary Greenberg was arrested by the University of California Police Department (UCPD) on the warrant and booked into jail at 1 p.m. UCPD will formally present the case to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office for consideration of the filing of criminal charges. Once the matter is presented and reviewed by the District Attorney’s Office, additional information will be made available regarding a charging decision.
Greenberg was arrested in Berkeley "on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm with force likely to produce great bodily injury," according to the report. He is being held at Glenn Dyer Jail in Oakland on $30,000 bond with his arraignment set for Monday.

"This is really surprising," Charlie Kirk founder of Turning Point USA told Fox News a week after the incident. Kirk was upset that law enforcement was moving so slowly on the case.

"From what I understand there’s been no arrest. I don’t understand why there’s no public arrest file on this guy. If he had been wearing a Make America Great Again hat and had punched a liberal in the face there’d be nationwide outrage and a manhunt to find him. The whole thing is crazy."

Kirk is correct: if Greenberg was wearing a MAGA hat and punched a pro-infanticide activist, the mainstream media would be all over the story.

"This is astonishing — what extra work needs to be done?" Kirk said in a separate Fox News report. "The assault was clearly captured on video. If the attacker was wearing a MAGA (Make America Great Again) hat this case would be wrapped up by now, daily press conferences would be occurring, and arrests would have already happened."

"When a liberal like Jussie [Smollett] cries wolf and fakes an attack he receives unmatched coverage, sympathy & support creating a tsunami of attention," Donald Trump Jr. tweeted. "When a conservative student literally gets punched in the face and it’s caught on video it barely makes a ripple."

"Freedom of speech is a staple American value... or it used to be!" Kimberly Guilfoyle tweeted. "Violent leftists at UC Berkeley attacked a @tpusa activist on campus. Video is disturbing @charliekirk11 is right. If attacker had been wearing MAGA hat this would be top story on every news broadcast in America!"

If the MSM didn't have a double-standard, they'd have no standard at all.
