Radical Arrested For Bomb Threat Against Erika Kirk

A 26-year-old Texas man has been charged with making a terroristic threat after authorities say he threatened to kill Erika Kirk and bomb an upcoming Turning Point USA event where the widow is scheduled to speak.

The probe began after a local newspaper shared a Facebook post promoting TPUSA’s Women’s Leadership Summit, scheduled for June 5-7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk, according to KSAT-TV.

“I know exactly where to bomb,” the suspect, identified as Jacob Wenske, replied to the post, according to law enforcement.

Authorities say Wenske also wrote in the same thread, “I can’t wait to be the valet for her escort.”

In a subsequent email, Wenske escalated the threats, writing: “Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!! America will live on without those scum on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event,” according to the arrest warrant.

Wenske was charged with a third-degree felony count of making a terroristic threat involving fear of serious bodily injury and public disruption.

Court records show Wenske’s bond was set at a combined $120,000, KSAT-TV reported. In a statement to Fox News Digital, TPUSA spokesman Matt Shupe said the organization is treating the threats seriously.

“The safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff is always our top priority. All TPUSA events include enhanced, multi-layered security measures enforced by both private security and local police,” Shupe said. “We refuse to let threats silence us. We look forward to a successful and inspiring gathering June 5-7 in San Antonio for more than 2,500 women attending the Women’s Leadership Summit.”

Kirk has recently drawn attention to what she describes as a broader media and cultural climate fueling political violence, arguing it contributed to the circumstances surrounding the public assassination of her husband Charlie Kirk in September.

“Seems to me that nothing will ever be enough for the evil in this world. Our country has become unrecognizable,” Kirk said following the recent shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. “These people have perverted the truth to the point that they motivated the murder of my husband.”

Another day, another unhinged leftist proving that the tolerance crowd's idea of debate is threats, bombs, and wishing death on anyone who dares to be conservative. Jacob Wenske, 26, decided to go full domestic terror enthusiast on social media and email, targeting Erika Kirk and a Turning Point USA women's event.

The guy didn't stop at vague venting. He got very specific: knowing exactly where to bomb, offering to play valet for her "escort" in the most psychotic way possible, and then dropping a manifesto-level email promising death to every Christian nationalist at every TPUSA event.

This is the kind of deranged rhetoric that used to get people locked up faster, but in 2026 America it takes a little extra paperwork.

TPUSA is handling it like pros, ramping up security and refusing to back down. Good for them. The left's climate of hate didn't die with Charlie Kirk. It just keeps churning out the next Jacob Wenske, convinced that violence is justified because orange man bad, or whatever the current media fever dream is.

Erika Kirk is right. The country is unrecognizable, and these people have poisoned the well so thoroughly that murder and bombing threats feel like just another Tuesday for them. The rest of us are left wondering when the adults are going to show up and restore some sanity.

3 anti-ICE protesters who allegedly assaulted TPUSA's Savanah Hernandez indicted

Suspects' names were released Wednesday as Christopher Deyanna, and Paige Ostrouchko

Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez opens up about threats she says she has received on 'The Ingraham Angle.'

A federal grand jury handed down indictments for Christopher, Deyanna, and Paige Ostrouchko, connected to the assault on Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement protest in Minneapolis earlier this month, Fox News Digital has learned.

The suspects were indicted on Tuesday, federal sources told Fox News Digital, with their names released in the indictment Wednesday.

Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States, Kash Patel told Fox News Digital, "When video of individuals assaulting Savanah Hernandez surfaced, this FBI immediately engaged and led the investigation — today landing federal charges supported by our great partners at DOJ."

"Conduct like this is completely unacceptable, and we are thankful Savanah is ok. Let this be a message to others who may try something similar that this FBI will find you and bring you to justice," he concluded.

While it was initially reported that only two of the three would be facing charges, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, has just announced that all three were indicted and will be facing charges.

The incident happened on April 11 outside the Whipple Federal Building, where a protest was taking place over a local ICE field office that also serves as a detention facility.

Video shows protesters swarming Hernandez, blowing horns in front of her face, yelling obscenities and waving adult novelty products in front of her, as she tries to cover herself and run away.

Hernandez is seen moving away from the protesters before saying, "get away from me" to a protester who continued to be up close to her. The protester then pushed Hernandez, who fell on the wired fence.

As protesters appeared to continue confronting Hernandez, she can be heard yelling, "Stop touching me!" Moments later, an unknown man is seen pushing Hernandez forward to the concrete.

Protesters continued to push Hernandez as she tried to get up and leave, and she was pushed down to the ground again.

"Leave me, I am trying to leave!" Hernandez shouted at one point.

In the video, other individuals at the scene claim they tried to help Hernandez escape the violent protesters, saying they stopped people from hitting her.

Following the incident, Hernandez posted on X that she suffered minor injuries, including scrapes to her legs and had soreness in her neck and back.

The FBI had announced it was investigating hours after videos of the attack started to surface.

Finally!!! Maybe, just maybe, some accountability for the actions of the unhinged violent left. Unless they get blessed with an activist judge…we shall see.

Savanah Hernandez of TPUSA speaks out about her being assaulted

Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez was assaulted by three anti-ICE/anti-American communist-loving cowards, in Minneapolis. The trio has been indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday involved in the attack. They have been outed by Acting AG Todd Blanche as: Christopher Ostroushko, DeYanna Ostroushko and Paige Ostroushko.

"[Savanah] Hernandez was allegedly surrounded, physically assaulted, and shoved to the ground — simply because she was identified by the defendants as a conservative journalist. That is NOT 'peaceful protest.' These deplorable actions as charged in the indictment will not be tolerated in America, and this Department of Justice will always punish unhinged acts of political violence," Blanche wrote on X.

Ms. Hernandez told Fox News Digital on Wednesday that she was "grateful" to see indictments brought against her alleged attackers.

"I feel so grateful that the federal government is actually paying attention to assaults on journalists," she said. "For years, both myself and my friends have been attacked for doing our jobs. So, to see the DOJ and the FBI take this seriously and utilize the full force of the government and the justice system to help Americans like myself is incredible."

Happy-Go-Lucky Commies

Hernandez expressed her gratitude to the grand jury, telling them, "I'm just grateful that a grand jury was able to watch the evidence that was brought forth and come to this conclusion. Again, this isn't a left versus right issue and this wasn't the Trump DOJ that was politically persecuting people, this was a grand jury that came to this decision based off of the evidence that was brought forward."

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office finally crawled out of its progressive coma on Wednesday and announced it has charged 51-year-old Christopher Ostroushko with one count of fifth-degree assault. The news dropped right in the middle of Savanah Hernandez’s chat with Fox News Digital, prompting her to say she was "grateful that they were at least willing to bring charges forward against Chris."

Hernandez was minding her own business reporting on yet another anti-ICE temper tantrum on April 11 outside the Whipple Federal Building, an ICE field office that doubles as a detention facility, when the usual leftist circus escalated into a full-on assault. She’d already made it clear she wasn’t engaging with the protesters, just standing on the sidelines filming like any journalist with a pulse. Things went predictably pear-shaped the second the mob realized she works for TPUSA, the outfit founded by the late, great Charlie Kirk.

Video shows the predictable pack-mentality surround: a large crowd closing in, multiple moonbats screaming at her at once. Horns blasted in her face, obscenities flew, and then Christopher Ostroushko allegedly shoved her from behind while screaming in her ear as his daughter, Paige, helpfully blew a whistle right next to her head. Real classy family activity there. Frontlines TPUSA reporter Savanah Hernandez speaks with Fox News Digital after a grand jury indicted three people in connection with an assault on her during an anti-ICE protest. (Fox News Digital)

On video, you can hear Hernandez trying to de-escalate and leave, only to have the “peaceful” activists block her in. After four or five attacks, a deputy finally grew a spine and escorted her to safety. She walked away with a concussion, two sprains, and a collection of bruises—because nothing says “social justice” like piling on a woman with a camera.

"I was just brutally assaulted by multiple people outside of the Whipple ICE facility in Minneapolis," Hernandez wrote on X on April 11. "Multiple people swung on me and a grown man pushed me to the ground. My glasses are broken. ANTIFA still alive and well."Even liberal streamer Andrew Mercado couldn’t quite bring himself to run cover for this one, condemning the assault on X and noting that it "shouldn't have happened."

"Savannah [sic] was filming, not engaging with anyone, and it escalated into a physical confrontation that ultimately gave law enforcement a reason to step in and declare an unlawful assembly, shutting the entire protest down," Mercado wrote.

By April 15, Hernandez was forced to cancel interviews, admitting she felt "drained" and needed time to recover from the headaches, dizziness, and lightheadedness. A doctor confirmed the concussion. Shocking no one who’s watched these “mostly peaceful” lefty protests over the years.

Christopher Ostroushko, meanwhile, went on “Pushing The Limits” on April 15 to insist that he and his family are "absolutely not violent people" and that they "tend to shy away from it." He claimed he wasn’t even at the front, just hanging in the back “watching what was going on.” Sure, buddy.

Hernandez wasn’t having any of the revisionist history. "if I hit them first, it would be on camera." She pointed out there are "multiple angles of Paige walking up to me as I’m standing by myself." The reporter added that DeYanna Ostroushko, Christopher's wife, was the one who "came up and started harassing me."

"At no point was I walking up to these people," Hernandez told Fox News Digital in a previous interview. "All three of them walked up to me. The mother and father shoved me first and then instructed their daughter to come assault me."

When speaking to Fox News Digital on Wednesday, Hernandez recalled the attack, again saying that Christopher, Paige and DeYanna Ostroushko approached her first.TPUSA Frontlines reporter Savanah Hernandez was pushed to the ground by a protester. (Savanah Hernandez/Frontlines TPUSA)

What made it especially jarring, Hernandez noted earlier this month, is that it crossed a line that used to be pretty basic in civilized society.

"There is an aspect that or a threshold that has been passed now," she said at the time. "Typically in the United States, typically in the West... it's a basic common thing that men don't attack women that are unarmed and not touching them. So a threshold has been passed with that and that was why this was so jarring to me."

Welcome to 2026, folks. The tolerance mob’s idea of debate is still “punch first, lie about it later.” At least one of them is finally facing a charge—even if it’s only fifth-degree. Baby steps.

Erika Kirk had to cancels last minute TPUSA appearance at U of Georgia over "serious threats"

Erika Kirk just had to cancel her appearance at the Turning Point USA event at the University of Georgia tonight over "very serious threats."

Vice President JD Vance still showed up and delivered his planned speech like a champ. Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet confirmed it straight up: Erika Kirk, widow of our late conservative warrior Charlie Kirk, received "some very serious threats in her direction."

That's why she wasn't there in Athens, Georgia.

JD Vance admitted he was concerned the whole thing might get scrubbed. He talked to the Secret Service and told Erika to "do what she needs to do for her and her family."

No further details on the threats have been released.

This comes after the Trump administration has stood strong with Erika following the brutal assassination of her husband Charlie Kirk during that debate event at Utah Valley University back in September.

They flew Charlie's casket home to Arizona on Air Force Two, with Vice President JD Vance right there accompanying it.

Second lady Usha Vance was seen holding Erika's hand as they stepped off the plane.President Donald Trump, Vance, and several other administration officials showed up for Charlie Kirk’s memorial service in Arizona on Sept. 21, 2025, just weeks after he was taken from us.Trump called him a "martyr for American freedom" in his remarks and later posthumously awarded Charlie the Medal of Freedom on what would have been his 32nd birthday. Erika accepted it on behalf of her husband with incredible strength.

And on September 18, TPUSA unanimously elected Erika Kirk as the new CEO and chair of the board. She's stepping up and carrying the torch.

The left's hate and threats aren't stopping us—they're only making the fight clearer. America First keeps moving forward.

Agitators Turn Berkeley into a Real-Life 'Fight Club' – Minus Brad Pitt, Plus Way More Blood and Bad Ideas

Photo: Fox News digital

Oh, Berkeley. The People's Republic of California’s ground zero for everything from tie-dye to tie-ins with Hamas chic. Just when you thought the campus radicals had exhausted their supply of soy lattes and sanctimony, they decided to audition for a reboot of The Purge right outside UC Berkeley. And all because Turning Point USA dared to show up with actual speakers who aren't afraid to say words like "truth" or "Christianity" without triggering the safe space sirens.

Picture this: It's Monday afternoon, the sun's dipping low over the Bay Area haze, and a horde of keffiyeh-clad warriors, you know, the ones who think an Arafat scarf makes them experts on geopolitics, are milling about like they just escaped a bad Al Jazeera fanfic. Why? Because TPUSA's "This Is The Turning Point" tour is wrapping up with a bang, featuring the indomitable Dr. Frank Turek and the eternally snarky Rob Schneider. (Yes, that Rob Schneider. Deuce Bigalow himself, trading bedazzled thongs for intellectual takedowns. Progress!)

But hold onto your Birkenstocks, because two months after TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated at a Utah campus event on Sept. 10, these peace-loving protesters couldn't let a simple speaking gig slide.

At around 4:30 PST, the whole thing erupts into a full-on kerfuffle. Two dudes go at it like they're auditioning for the WWE's "Woke Division," with one guy's face looking like he lost a bet with a cheese grater. Blood everywhere. It's the kind of scene that makes you wonder if Berkeley's "free speech" policy comes with a "free stitches" clause.

Photo: Fox News Digital

Fox News Digital caught the carnage on video, because of course they did, and it's a doozy. A gaggle of agitators circles the fray like vultures at a vegan barbecue, waving signs that scream every lefty trope from "Zionism is racism" to whatever fresh nonsense they're microwaving this week. Cops were out there playing human piñatas, slapping on shield masks and grabbing batons like it's casual Friday at the riot squad. The Berkeley PD later confirmed to Fox that at least two gladiators got zip-tied by 6 p.m. local time.

"I do not have the specific details of what the arrests were for," the police spokesperson said. "At this point, I can share that one of the parties was arrested for battery."

Shocking. A battery charge at a "mostly peaceful" protest? Next you'll tell me the keffiyehs weren't organic cotton. UC Berkeley's mouthpiece chimed in too, insisting the melee stayed off-campus, because nothing says "ivory tower integrity" like outsourcing your drama to the sidewalk. No word on injuries beyond the obvious facial faucet, but let's be real: In Berkeley, "wounded" could mean anything from a split lip to a bruised ego over not getting enough pronouns validated.

This all unfolded mere hours before Turek and Schneider took the stage, turning what should have been a mic-drop moment into a pre-show appetizer of anarchy. Dr. Turek, Kirk's longtime mentor and the guy who can defend Christianity with more logic than a Spock TED Talk, had been hyped about this stop for weeks. Chatting with Fox News Digital last week, he explained why Berkeley was his must-attend.

"If I could go to any one event with him, it would be that one," the Christian author said."I wanted to go to UC Berkeley because it is so progressive and liberal in their views, and I wanted to provide evidence that Christianity was indeed true."

That's what real courage looks like; strolling into the lion's den with facts instead of fidget spinners. (Kirk would've loved it, RIP to a legend who went out fighting the good fight.)

And the afterparty? Pure poetry in motion. As attendees filtered out, the protesters, fresh from their cardio session, swarmed every exit like Black Friday shoppers on Red Bull. Heckling, obscenities, the works. It's almost like they read the script from every Antifa playbook ever: Disrupt, destroy, then demand therapy dogs.

Look, if this is the "turning point," count me in for the sequel. Because nothing says "we're winning the culture war" like watching the other side devolve into a bloody Lord of the Flies LARP. Stay snarky, America. And maybe invest in some riot gear for Christmas. You never know when Berkeley's exporting its vibes.

He doesn't lie, he merely spins yarns; he isn't creepy, he just like young girls' hair

Alleged President Joe Biden was at it again with the girls. This time he put his hands on the shoulders of a teenage girl at a college event at Irvine Valley Community College on Friday. The girl isn't family and he didn't know her but Biden seems to believe that invading the private space of young girls is acceptable because at least he isn't propositioning them or doing anything untoward.

This is how creepy guys think, especially those grandfatherly creepy guys who believe their age acts as a shield against accusations of impropriety.

There are plenty of videos of Biden getting handsy and sniffy with young girls. [H/T The Daily Wire]

Sometimes he sniffs their hair, grabs their shoulders or whispers into the girls' ears. Sometimes this is captured on camera or video.

“President Joe Biden grabs a young girl by the shoulder and tells her ‘no serious guys till you’re 30’ as she looks back appearing uncomfortable,” TPUSA Frontlines reporter Kalen D’Almeida captioned his video reporting Friday evening. The girls smiles but it seems like the smile is reflects her discomfort, but even if it doesn't, what the hell is Biden still doing? He's been warned about this in the past and apologized for his behavior.

“Secret Service appears to try to stop me from filming it after Biden spoke at Irvine Valley Community College,” D’Almeida said.

“Now, a very important thing I’ve told my daughters and granddaughters,” Biden says in the video, while putting his hands on a young girl’s shoulders, “no serious guys until you’re 30.”

“What?” one girl yells back at Biden. “No serious guys ’til you’re 30,” the president repeats, video shows.

The video has already racked up 2.7 million views and has circulated as far as Australia and beyond. The v video below from Sky News in the land down under gives their perspective on Biden's latest touchy-feely:

In July this summer, Biden was criticized for his behavior with a young girl he met on a Delaware bike trail.

“Dad ran into Joe on a biking trail in Delaware and got a live sniffing video,” a Twitter user captioned the video.

In the 14-second clip, Biden poses for a photo with a young girl and a woman, presumably the girl’s mother, before he lowers his head by the girl’s cheek and whispers something inaudible.

And you might remember Tara Reade, a former assistant to Biden's Senate office in the early 1990s. Ms. Reade accused Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993:
“Yeah, and he went down my skirt but then up inside it, and he penetrated me with his fingers, and he was kissing me at the same time, and he was saying something to me,” Reade claimed. “He said several things. I can’t remember everything he said.”
All gaffes aside, when is the public going to realize that Joe Biden is not only suffering from senile dementia, but from chronic, incurable creepiness? Just because he is now the alleged POTUS, that does not give him license to interact with people like a creep and possibly even a sexual assaulter.
