3 anti-ICE protesters who allegedly assaulted TPUSA's Savanah Hernandez indicted

Suspects' names were released Wednesday as Christopher Deyanna, and Paige Ostrouchko

Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez opens up about threats she says she has received on 'The Ingraham Angle.'

A federal grand jury handed down indictments for Christopher, Deyanna, and Paige Ostrouchko, connected to the assault on Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement protest in Minneapolis earlier this month, Fox News Digital has learned.

The suspects were indicted on Tuesday, federal sources told Fox News Digital, with their names released in the indictment Wednesday.

Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States, Kash Patel told Fox News Digital, "When video of individuals assaulting Savanah Hernandez surfaced, this FBI immediately engaged and led the investigation — today landing federal charges supported by our great partners at DOJ."

"Conduct like this is completely unacceptable, and we are thankful Savanah is ok. Let this be a message to others who may try something similar that this FBI will find you and bring you to justice," he concluded.

While it was initially reported that only two of the three would be facing charges, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, has just announced that all three were indicted and will be facing charges.

The incident happened on April 11 outside the Whipple Federal Building, where a protest was taking place over a local ICE field office that also serves as a detention facility.

Video shows protesters swarming Hernandez, blowing horns in front of her face, yelling obscenities and waving adult novelty products in front of her, as she tries to cover herself and run away.

Hernandez is seen moving away from the protesters before saying, "get away from me" to a protester who continued to be up close to her. The protester then pushed Hernandez, who fell on the wired fence.

As protesters appeared to continue confronting Hernandez, she can be heard yelling, "Stop touching me!" Moments later, an unknown man is seen pushing Hernandez forward to the concrete.

Protesters continued to push Hernandez as she tried to get up and leave, and she was pushed down to the ground again.

"Leave me, I am trying to leave!" Hernandez shouted at one point.

In the video, other individuals at the scene claim they tried to help Hernandez escape the violent protesters, saying they stopped people from hitting her.

Following the incident, Hernandez posted on X that she suffered minor injuries, including scrapes to her legs and had soreness in her neck and back.

The FBI had announced it was investigating hours after videos of the attack started to surface.

Finally!!! Maybe, just maybe, some accountability for the actions of the unhinged violent left. Unless they get blessed with an activist judge…we shall see.

Savanah Hernandez of TPUSA speaks out about her being assaulted

Turning Point USA reporter Savanah Hernandez was assaulted by three anti-ICE/anti-American communist-loving cowards, in Minneapolis. The trio has been indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday involved in the attack. They have been outed by Acting AG Todd Blanche as: Christopher Ostroushko, DeYanna Ostroushko and Paige Ostroushko.

"[Savanah] Hernandez was allegedly surrounded, physically assaulted, and shoved to the ground — simply because she was identified by the defendants as a conservative journalist. That is NOT 'peaceful protest.' These deplorable actions as charged in the indictment will not be tolerated in America, and this Department of Justice will always punish unhinged acts of political violence," Blanche wrote on X.

Ms. Hernandez told Fox News Digital on Wednesday that she was "grateful" to see indictments brought against her alleged attackers.

"I feel so grateful that the federal government is actually paying attention to assaults on journalists," she said. "For years, both myself and my friends have been attacked for doing our jobs. So, to see the DOJ and the FBI take this seriously and utilize the full force of the government and the justice system to help Americans like myself is incredible."

Happy-Go-Lucky Commies

Hernandez expressed her gratitude to the grand jury, telling them, "I'm just grateful that a grand jury was able to watch the evidence that was brought forth and come to this conclusion. Again, this isn't a left versus right issue and this wasn't the Trump DOJ that was politically persecuting people, this was a grand jury that came to this decision based off of the evidence that was brought forward."

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office finally crawled out of its progressive coma on Wednesday and announced it has charged 51-year-old Christopher Ostroushko with one count of fifth-degree assault. The news dropped right in the middle of Savanah Hernandez’s chat with Fox News Digital, prompting her to say she was "grateful that they were at least willing to bring charges forward against Chris."

Hernandez was minding her own business reporting on yet another anti-ICE temper tantrum on April 11 outside the Whipple Federal Building, an ICE field office that doubles as a detention facility, when the usual leftist circus escalated into a full-on assault. She’d already made it clear she wasn’t engaging with the protesters, just standing on the sidelines filming like any journalist with a pulse. Things went predictably pear-shaped the second the mob realized she works for TPUSA, the outfit founded by the late, great Charlie Kirk.

Video shows the predictable pack-mentality surround: a large crowd closing in, multiple moonbats screaming at her at once. Horns blasted in her face, obscenities flew, and then Christopher Ostroushko allegedly shoved her from behind while screaming in her ear as his daughter, Paige, helpfully blew a whistle right next to her head. Real classy family activity there. (Fox News Digital)

On video, you can hear Hernandez trying to de-escalate and leave, only to have the “peaceful” activists block her in. After four or five attacks, a deputy finally grew a spine and escorted her to safety. She walked away with a concussion, two sprains, and a collection of bruises—because nothing says “social justice” like piling on a woman with a camera.

"I was just brutally assaulted by multiple people outside of the Whipple ICE facility in Minneapolis," Hernandez wrote on X on April 11. "Multiple people swung on me and a grown man pushed me to the ground. My glasses are broken. ANTIFA still alive and well."Even liberal streamer Andrew Mercado couldn’t quite bring himself to run cover for this one, condemning the assault on X and noting that it "shouldn't have happened."

"Savannah [sic] was filming, not engaging with anyone, and it escalated into a physical confrontation that ultimately gave law enforcement a reason to step in and declare an unlawful assembly, shutting the entire protest down," Mercado wrote.

By April 15, Hernandez was forced to cancel interviews, admitting she felt "drained" and needed time to recover from the headaches, dizziness, and lightheadedness. A doctor confirmed the concussion. Shocking no one who’s watched these “mostly peaceful” lefty protests over the years.

Christopher Ostroushko, meanwhile, went on “Pushing The Limits” on April 15 to insist that he and his family are "absolutely not violent people" and that they "tend to shy away from it." He claimed he wasn’t even at the front, just hanging in the back “watching what was going on.” Sure, buddy.

Hernandez wasn’t having any of the revisionist history. "if I hit them first, it would be on camera." She pointed out there are "multiple angles of Paige walking up to me as I’m standing by myself." The reporter added that DeYanna Ostroushko, Christopher's wife, was the one who "came up and started harassing me."

"At no point was I walking up to these people," Hernandez told Fox News Digital in a previous interview. "All three of them walked up to me. The mother and father shoved me first and then instructed their daughter to come assault me."

When speaking to Fox News Digital on Wednesday, Hernandez recalled the attack, again saying that Christopher, Paige and DeYanna Ostroushko approached her first.TPUSA Frontlines reporter Savanah Hernandez was pushed to the ground by a protester. (Savanah Hernandez/Frontlines TPUSA)

What made it especially jarring, Hernandez noted earlier this month, is that it crossed a line that used to be pretty basic in civilized society.

"There is an aspect that or a threshold that has been passed now," she said at the time. "Typically in the United States, typically in the West... it's a basic common thing that men don't attack women that are unarmed and not touching them. So a threshold has been passed with that and that was why this was so jarring to me."

Welcome to 2026, folks. The tolerance mob’s idea of debate is still “punch first, lie about it later.” At least one of them is finally facing a charge—even if it’s only fifth-degree. Baby steps.

Feds investigating family who allegedly attacked conservative reporter at anti-ICE protest

Nothing says "peaceful protest" like an entire family deciding to assault a female journalist who had the audacity to film them in public, where expectations of privacy do not exist.

Federal investigations are underway after TPUSA reporter Savanah Hernandez was attacked by a family while filming an anti-ICE protest in Minneapolis over the weekend.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon confirmed the Department of Justice and FBI investigations on Tuesday after the Ostroushko family clashed with Hernandez at the protest outside the Whipple Federal Building, a local ICE field office, and a detention facility. The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office has reportedly arrested several people, three of them in connection with the alleged assault.

The three individuals arrested include Chris Ostroushko, his daughter Paige, and Paige’s boyfriend, Lorenzo Garcia, 20, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office told conservative outlet The Daily Caller.

Chris and Garcia were arrested for obstruction with force, while Paige was arrested for disorderly conduct. Chris’s wife, Deyanna, was also identified on video confronting Hernandez but was not among those charged.

Hernandez caught several of the attacks on video, where she could clearly be seen being harassed and shoved by the protesters. Paige, a sophomore at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, was shown blowing a whistle in Hernandez’s face before physically attacking Hernandez. [That seems like an assault to me.]

One video shows Chris pushing Hernandez to the ground.

In another video, the Ostroushko family is seen discussing the attack beforehand, in which Chris can be heard telling his daughter to “Blow the whistle right in her f*cking ear.”

What a dad.

Chris Ostroushko was previously known to law enforcement, as Crime Watch Minneapolis reported that he was convicted of defrauding the state after he illegally received unemployment benefits of nearly $7,000 in the early 2000s.

In an interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham on Monday, Hernandez said she believes the incident escalated because the protesters found out who she works for.

“Since Charlie Kirk’s assassination, this is now the third time that people have come up to me . . .  figured out I work for TPUSA, and have made a point to confront me, to threaten me, to harass me, and now brutally assault me, to prove a point. I’m scared to report, Laura,” Hernandez admitted. “This is my job. It’s what I’ve been doing for the last six years.”

“I can’t even interview people properly on the street because I get brutally assaulted and pushed to the ground by a 250-pound man for simply going and reporting on anti-ICE activities,” she added.

It sounds as if they have something to hide.

“For far too long, the violent left has been allowed to get away with repeated attacks on journalists,” Hernandez posted to X. “I’m looking forward to justice being served after what happened yesterday.”

Border czar Tom Homan echoed Hernandez on the show with Ingraham, “We cannot give up on this. We have to keep prosecuting these people . . .  We cannot accept this as a norm in the United States of America.”

Clearly, this is what happens when the left's tolerance mob realizes the rules don't apply to them anymore. A dad, his daughter, and her boyfriend turning a "protest" into a family bonding exercise by roughing up a female reporter on camera. And now the feds are involved because apparently some people still think this kind of thuggery is how you win hearts and minds in America.

The left has spent years pretending their side doesn't do violence, but videos like this keep ruining the narrative. Time for actual consequences instead of the usual slap on the wrist and a return to the streets.

Handful of humility-less pride fans watched drag "nuns" get honored by LA Dodgers

There were more demonstrators on Friday outside Dodger Stadium than were inside watching a group of men dressed as clowns imitating Christ-mocking nuns, known as 'Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.' Inside the stadium, the Los Angeles Dodgers honored the band of gay men who describe themselves as "queer and trans nuns." The Sisters group, not the baseball players.

So the crowds were gathered outside the stadium during Pride Night, while a handful of people lacking humility watched the drag performers from inside the stadium as the made a mockery of Christianity by doing such infuriating and disrespectful acts such as poll dancing on a cross.

The rally was organized by the group Catholics for Catholics. They handed out flyers and implored folks to partake “in prayerful response to Dodgers’ godless decision to honor blasphemous, Christ-mocking ‘Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,’” as reported by local news station KTLA.

Catholics for Catholics touted that there were “over 5K Strong!! Massive outpouring!” at the end of the prayer rally.

The Dodgers continued with the gay cross-dressing affair by recognizing the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence during a pre-game ceremony despite the controversy. Two members of the group, “Sister Unity” and “Sister Dominia,” appeared on the field and received the award for dressing like whores while fans in a sparsely crowded stadium watched and cheered like beta males.

There were a few boos by people who just wanted to get to their seats, as heard in a video posted to social media posted by Turning Point USA’s Savanah Hernandez.

You need to watch the video in the tweet above.

“The Dodgers community hero award goes to an organization reaching the LGBTQ+ community, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, LA chapter,” said stadium announcer Todd Leitz, per Fox News. “Please join us in recognizing the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence for their outstanding service to the LGBTQ+ community.”

What makes them heroes? The real heroes are the ones who protested these scumcrumpets who desecrate the cross and Christianity.
