Oprah leaving WeightWatchers board after admitting she cheated with her diet: used weight-loss drug

Oprah Winfrey used to be extremely overweight and eventually made a life-saving decision to drop the pounds and live a healthier lifestyle. She became a WeightWatchers proponent and became a member of the company's board.

Now Oprah is leaving WeightWatchers' board and will donate her stake in the company in order to “eliminate any perceived conflict of interest around her taking weight loss medications,” according to the firm, also known as WW International.

The company made the Oprah announcement Wednesday in a press release they shared with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It said the Winfrey will not be up for reelection at the May 2024 shareholder meeting.

Shares in WW International fell by 27% following the announcement, ending Oprah's nine-year tenure on the board.

Her current 1.4% stake in the New York-based weight loss program — reportedly worth about $12 million — will be donated to the National Museum of African American History and Culture during the company’s open trading window next month.

It was recently revealed that Winfrey has tapped popular weight-loss drugs as a “maintenance tool.” WeightWatchers brands itself as a self-reliant weight loss program so it doesn't look so good for them after the revelation.

Her agreement in 2015 when she joined WeightWatchers uses a point system instead of a calorie count or other nutritional metrics to track what members eat during the day.

Winfrey, who used to resemble what could have passed for Lizzo's sister, battled weight problems over her long career. She once touted that she lost as much as 42 pounds on the program and shared person information on her blood pressure and blood sugar while on the program.

However, it was recently revealed that Winfrey has tapped popular weight-loss drugs as a “maintenance tool.”

WeightWatchers lately has been struggling as prescription weight-loss drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy have gained mainstream popularity. Even Winfrey admitted last year that she uses the once-weekly injections as a “maintenance tool,” although she refused to say whether she used either of these drugs.

Heaven forfend that she would exercise.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex may replace late Sen, Dianne Feinstein: will King Charles III replace Joe Biden?

Both Oprah Winfrey and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex are possibly being considered to replace the late Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

Oprah’s name is being floated according to Newsmax and The Desert Sun, but the billionaire TV host and book publishing entrepreneur had already said that she  "is not considering the seat should it become vacant," according to the Los Angeles Times.

No such rejection has been forthcoming from Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) who would be more than willing to assume any political seat that would come along.

However, since Feinstein passed at age 90 on Friday, it will be up to slick-haired Democratic Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, to appoint her successor to finish out the 13 remaining months. Newsom had stated that he will appoint an affirmative action person in the form of a black woman, and alas, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex's [that’s in England] name came up because she, like all politicians is an actor—not a very good one, but an actor nevertheless.

Newsom has his own political agenda and would one day like to run the nation into the ground as president. And he might just be able to pull it off because voters generally are clueless as to who they pull the lever for other than the way they look, and entertain them.

If Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex should get the appointment to the U.S. Senate, she will be the first Duchess of Sussex, or duchess of anywhere to get the job.

“Meghan [the Duchess of Sussex] is definitely a long-shot but in the craziness that is US politics these days it's not an impossibility. Crazier things have happened," a major Democratic donor told the Mail.

Other rumors swirl that imply King Charles III is hoping to replace the alleged current president of the United States, Joe Biden, or if that’s impossible due to birth restrictions that the annoying document known as the U.S. Constitution mentions, he is hoping to land a role in a Netflix series.

If you do not believe the country is in trouble, then you need to tell us your pronouns.

Prince Harry and Meghan admitted they lied during the Oprah drool-fest

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, his B actress wife, admitted in the Oprah Winfrey interview Monday that they lied about being married in secret three days before they were publicly married.

A spokesperson for the former royal couple told The Daily Beast that “the couple exchanged personal vows a few days before their official/legal wedding on May 19.”

It turns out that Harry and Meghan claimed in the March 7 interview with Winfrey that they had actually married in a private garden ceremony days before the public ritual.

The claim was immediately questioned by Anglican church officials who worried the couple would be destined to the fires of hell for lying to so many people on live television--a lie that the whole world [except perhaps for a number of Middle Eastern and African countries] would witness from that Sunday interview.

The couple said they were actually married three days before their public wedding in a private ceremony attended only by themselves and the Archbishop of Canterbury, not the shoe company with a similar name.

British legal experts say that they either lied about the private ceremony or insist it was illegitimate under Church of England law, which might make Archie an illegitimate heir to nothing royal.

Reverend Canon Giles Fraser, the rector of St. Mary Newington church in London, asserted that Harry and Meghan’s private ceremony was not a wedding. At most, it was a church blessing, an all hail, hip hip and all that rot.

“It wasn’t a wedding. It can’t have been,” Fraser told Insider. “It was probably a blessing. But they got married legally at Windsor.”

The reverend also tweeted out a photo of the couple’s marriage license that stated the couple was to be married in the St. George’s Chapel in Windsor, not in a garden ceremony like the couple claimed in the interview in which they lied.

If they lied about a fake wedding, isn't it highly possible they lied about Meghan's claim that someone [who she refused to mention, thus shrouding the entire royal family with the cloak of guilt] asked her what color skin tone will the Archie be? Of course it's possible she lied because, you know, fruit of the poison tree, falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus, and all that kind of legal mumbo jumbo.

And Harry even backed up Meghan's possibly false claim because nowadays, victimhood has strength and an invisible shield to leftist cancel culture, but not for Piers Morgan who said he didn't believe a word that Markle ever says and got canceled from his TV show, "Crumpets in the Morning" or something like that.

“Meghan & Harry’s nauseating two-hour Oprah whine-athon was a disgraceful diatribe of cynical race-baiting propaganda designed to damage the Queen as her husband lies in hospital — and destroy the Monarchy,” Morgan tweeted.

Even Washington Examiner chief political correspondent Byron York accused the once upon a time royal couple of orchestrating the complaint of racism against the royal family for attention.

Gee, ya think?

“On interview last night: Amid the nonstop whining, what stood out was the obviously planned Meghan/Harry tag-team racism charge. Make allegation you know will be a bombshell and then say Oh, no, we could never say who did it — never!” York correctly observed.

How cowardly. How disgusting. Crap like that deserves a royal flush.

Idris Elba blames Earthlings beating up the earth for the earth creating COVID-19

Idris Elba famed English actor who I never heard of [which makes him no less famous] told Oprah Winfrey [who everyone has heard of] on "Oprah Talks COVID-19" that because we Earthlings have treated the environment poorly [especially China, India, and Russia] the China-virus, which originated in Wuhan, China from people eating bats and other weird stuff, that this is the real reason the virus came to get us.

Elba, 47, whose name spelled backwards is Able and is used in a famous palindrome: "able was I ere I saw elba" has degrees in meteorology, astrophysics, oceanography, and lesbian dance theory. Just kidding. I don't know his qualifications, but from a belief such as his, I suspect he acquired the information at a London seance or it may have come to him in a dream.

Ironically, Elba and his wife Sabrina Dhowre have both tested positive for the virus, which might also mean that he's the freaking culprit who has been throwing things onto the streets from the window of his flat or mansion. [I still don't know who he is.] Perhaps it really did come from a dream symbolizing his guilt about littering. Let's hope he and his wife have a complete, speedy recovery.

“One of the upsides of this whole drama is that we are forced to think together as a race,” the famous actor told Oprah, as reported by The Independent. “We really are, as a human race.”

That is a very, very deep thought and a brilliant and brave observation. He must have gotten a lot of kudos from Hollywood after they finished making their narcissistic singing appearances to highlight themselves while using the virus as a cover.

“Our world has been taking a kicking,” the famous Elba continued. “We have damaged our world, and it’s no surprise that our world is reacting to the human race. It’s no surprise that a virus has been created that is going to slow us down, and ultimately make us think differently about our world and ourselves.”

Science. He blinded us with science. Science.

“For me, that’s a stand-out thing that’s very obvious. That, this is almost like the world’s cry out. Like: ‘Hey, hey, hey – you are kicking me and what you’re doing is not good, so I’ll get rid of you,'” Elba added brilliantly. “As any organism would do, (the world) is trying to get rid of an infection, and maybe this is it for the world.”

Winfrey was in agreement that the virus is meant to teach humanity something because why else would there be a virus killing people?

“I think we all lose as human beings if we just think of this as a physical virus,” she told the actor. “I think it is exactly as you said, that it is here to teach us, show us something about ourselves, as individuals and also as a world of people. And this is the moment for our humanity to either rise or not.”

“Look, this is serious. Now’s the time to really think about social distancing, washing your hands. Beyond that there are people out there who aren’t showing symptoms, and that can easily spread it,” continued the acclaimed and famous actor. “So now’s a time to be real vigilant about washing your hands and keeping your distance, okay.”

“Transparency’s probably the best thing for this right now,” he said seriously. “If you’re feeling ill or you feel like you should be tested or you’ve been exposed, then do something about it, all right — it’s really important.”

“Look, we live in a divided world right now, we can feel it — it’s been bullsh**,” Elba emphasized with perfect pitch. “But now’s the time for solidarity, now’s the time to be thinking about each other. There are so many people whose lives have been affected — from those who have lost people they have loved, to those who don’t even have it and have lost their livelihoods. This is real.”

Cue the music. Imagine.

Yes, imagine if we had to depend on actors, singers and other entertainers to defeat this pandemic.

Imagine.

The celebrity presidential debate for 2020

Former talk show host and entrepreneur Oprah Winfrey told the audience at a Bloomberg TV show that Donald Trump has inspired her to run for the presidency.

Although she's aware that she lacks the necessary experience to run this country, she figures why not give it a shot. If Trump can run the nation, maybe she could too. And because she is known for giving stuff away on her former shows, leftists will love her.

"Oh gee, I don't have the experience," the entertainer said. "I don't know enough. And now I'm thinking, 'Oh? Oh!"

Nobody knows how serious Oprah is regarding the presidency, but the Democrats are definitely looking toward the 2020 Presidential election and the candidates they're seriously thinking about are in the worlds of sports and entertainment.

So here we have Oprah going up against Kanye West, Meryl Streep and Robert DeNiro for the Democratic Party nomination.

There aren't as many sports figures who are interested in running on the Democratic ticket because sports is too similar to conservative ideals which require hard work and is entirely merit-based.

Imagine the start of the debate. Chris Matthews is the moderator and is currently suffering from restless leg syndrome.

Matthews: I can't believe four years have passed since Donald Trump became our dictator. The first question is to Kanye.
Mr. West, in your view, what do you see as our biggest threat over the last four years?

West: Thanks for the question, mutha******. It's the lack of available b*****s, man. There was a time when a dude could score just by walking into a bar, now you gotta show them you gotta job. Know what I'm sayin'?

Matthews: I hear you, man. Oprah, same question, go.

Winfrey: The biggest problem, Chris, is obvious. It's obesity and the lack of free cars to this audience watching this debate. So I'm giving each and every one of you A FREE CAR!

(Applause.)

Matthews: Meryl . . . what do you think?

Streep: I think Karl Lagerfeld still owes me an apology and that Donald Trump has no business being president of this great country. His instinct to humiliate by someone in the public platform, by someone powerful, it filters down into everybody's life, because it kinda gives permission for other people to do the same thing. Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence. And when the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose.

Matthews: Those words are very familiar, Meryl. Where did I hear them before?

Streep: I stated something similar to that in the 2017 Golden Globes, of which I won 30, and I stand by those words today. Vote for me--I'm a winner. I won 3 Academy Awards and have been nominated 17 additional times. I'm a winner and I will make America the greatest again.

Matthews: And what about you, Robert? What do you think of the job that President Trump is doing after almost four years as president?

De Niro: Trump is totally nuts. God help us . . . he talks how he'd like to punch people in the face? Well, I still like to punch him in the face. Yeah.

Matthews: So you're saying you don't think he's doing a good job even though the Dow is above 25 thousand?

De Niro: No. He's doing a lousy job. I can't even get a good Mexican gardener to trim my f***ing hedges now that he built that f*****g wall and hired all those border agents.

West: I say we bust a cap in the muth******!

(Audience goes wild with cheers.)

And Oprah wins the debate because of the free stuff.
