450 Jewish celebrities denounce Oscar winner's anti-Semitic speech: better late than never

I suspect Hamas, while hating Jews, has a modicum of respect for Jews who fight back and no respect for Jews who denounce Jews for fighting back. So with that said, I wonder how Oscar winner Jonathan Glazer would have done in Nazi Germany back in the day, or in Israel on October 7, 2023.

Glazer directed the movie "Zone of Interest" a Holocaust flick and won an Oscar.

In his speech, Glazer denounced his, and the idiots who stood next to him on stage, their Judaism. By doing so he apparently was making an attempt to virtue signal how he's too good to be a Jew, probably because in fighting back the genocidal Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorists, Israel [aka those Jews] appears to be winning the war. Not surprisingly, the trained seals in the audience clapped to signal their virtue and support of the self-loathing Jew.

While it took most of them over five months to take a stand, 450 Jewish individuals in the entertainment industry denounced Glazer's disgusting acceptance speech about the Israel-Hamas war. Among them were Debra Messing, Julianna Margulies and Michael Rapaport, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Tovah Feldshuh, Lisa Edelstein and Brett Gelman, top producer Amy Pascal, and filmmakers Eli Roth and Rod Lurie.

"We refute our Jewishness being hijacked for the purpose of drawing a moral equivalence between a Nazi regime that sought to exterminate a race of people, and an Israeli nation that seeks to avert its own extermination," an open letter first reported Monday by Variety read. "Every civilian death in Gaza is tragic. But Israel is not targeting civilians. It is targeting Hamas. The moment Hamas releases the hostages and surrenders is the moment this heartbreaking war ends. This has been true since the Hamas attacks of October 7th."

The signatories continued, "The use of words like ‘occupation’ to describe an indigenous Jewish people defending a homeland that dates back thousands of years, and has been recognized as a state by the United Nations, distorts history. It gives credence to the modern blood libel that fuels a growing anti-Jewish hatred around the world, in the United States, and in Hollywood. The current climate of growing antisemitism only underscores the need for the Jewish State of Israel, a place which will always take us in, as no state did during the Holocaust depicted in Mr. Glazer’s film."

"There was no concern for how Jewish people are going to react to a speech like that, to that applause to those red pins, when not even our hostages are being mentioned, and it’s just incredibly hurtful, incredibly painful," Gelman told Variety. "It’s truly baffling to me that people were choosing to be silent that night."

It really shouldn't baffle anyone--the silent ones are the cowards. They play the game of denouncing racism and hatred but they are all hat, no balls. But at least Glazer's speech was enough of a catalyst to get them on their feet in protest.

"Our film shows where dehumanization leads at its worst," Glazer said. "Right now, we stand here as men who refute their Jewishness and the Holocaust being hijacked by an occupation, which has led to conflict for so many innocent people - whether the victims of October the 7th in Israel or the ongoing attack on Gaza - all the victims of this dehumanization, how do we resist?"

No, they stood there as anti-Semites who deny the reality of the October 7th massacre of innocent Israelis.

Glazer's words were repudiated by one of his film's executive producers, Danny Cohen, who said last week, "I just fundamentally disagree with Jonathan."

Now that was a powerful renouncement of Glazer's Jew-hatred.

The speech was condemned in an open letter by The Holocaust Survivors’ Foundation.

"I watched in anguish Sunday night when I heard you use the platform of the Oscars ceremony, to equate Hamas's maniacal brutality against innocent Israelis with Israel's difficult but necessary self-defense in the face of Hamas's ongoing barbarity. Your comments were factually inaccurate and morally indefensible," Holocaust Survivors’ Foundation USA president and 94-year-old Holocaust survivor David Schaecter wrote to the POS Glazer.

"The ‘occupation’ of which you speak has nothing to do with the Holocaust. The Jewish people's existence and right to live in the land of Israel predates the Holocaust by hundreds of years. Today's political and geographic landscape is the direct result of wars started by past Arab leaders who refused to accept Jewish people as their neighbors in our historic homeland. Now that several Arab countries are making peace with Israel because security and prosperity are better for all people, Iran and its terrorist proxies started another war, abetted by too many, who, through naïveté or malice, blame ‘the occupation.’"

"Worse is that you chose to use the Holocaust to validate your personal opinion. You made a Holocaust movie and won an Oscar. And you are Jewish. Good for you. But it is disgraceful for you to presume to speak for the six million Jews, including one and half million children, who were murdered solely because of their Jewish identity," Schaecter continued. "And it is disgraceful for you to presume to speak for those of us who personally saw the world stand silent as our mothers, father, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins were murdered. We actually had nowhere to go - no possible place for refuge. No country would accept us even though world leaders knew full well that thousands of Jews were being murdered every day. There was no Jewish nation to which we could flee. You should be ashamed of yourself for using Auschwitz to criticize Israel."

Am Yisrael Chai, mother-lovers!

Michelle Yeoh makes lemonade out of Don Lemon at the Oscars

Actress Michelle Yeoh, whose surname is the exact opposite of mine, went after CNN host Don Lemon at the Oscars Sunday night when she made her speech for best actress.

Yeoh, not Hoey, is the first Asian person to win as lead actress in the popular, albeit weird, film "Everything Everywhere All At Once."

Without even trying to keep race out of the mix, Yeoh said, "For all the little boys and girls who look like me watching tonight, this is a beacon of hope and possibilities," as she accepted the award. Why race has become the focus on all of American life is proof that we had come a long way before Obama came into office, and now we're drifting back to where the nation was in the days of Jim Crow and the Dixiecrats.

Now came the Lemon dig. "This is proof that dreams do come true. And ladies, don’t let anybody tell you you're ever past your prime. Never give up."

After her speech, several television hosts and media critics were asking Yeoh if her part about ladies and their prime was a dig at Don Lemon. He did, after all, say on the CNN morning show he hosts with two women that women over 50 are past their prime, as he attempted to disrespect GOP 2024 presidential hopeful, Nikki Haley, who is 51, and only proving that the USA is the greatest country in the world when a complete fool can become a millionaire.

"Nikki Haley isn't in her prime, sorry," the fool told his female co-hosts on "CNN This Morning" about the former South Carolina governor and US Ambassador to the UN.

"A woman is considered to be in their prime in her 20s and 30s and maybe 40s," he claimed, and suggested his co-host "google it" if they doubted him.

Contributing editor for Current Affairs Briahna Joy Gray said that she couldn't have predicted Yeoh’s barbs against Lemon. "Michelle Yeoh coming for Don Lemon was not on my #Oscar bingo card," she tweeted alongside an Oscars trophy emoji.

Other media figures, many of them women, also praised Yeoh for her comments on age.

Television host Bianca Gonzalez lauded the Oscar-winning actress in a viral Twitter post. "We are NEVER past our prime. PREACH, Michelle Yeoh!!!!!!!"

"It has been confirmed. Michelle Yeoh is an unstoppable force," CNN anchor Kristie Lu Stout tweeted.

"I’m not crying," TV anchor Susan Li wrote, "you’re crying."

On another note, the film "Top Gun" was tops at the box office but due to its "unwokeness" only won the award for best sound. So it's obvious that popularity, Christian and America-centric movies are not Oscar's choice so "Oscar this," Oscar.

MSNBC editor: "I hope it tanks at the Oscars" re:'Top Gun'

An MSNBC editor named Zeeshan Aleem doesn't like the US military or the people who serve in it. He attacked the US military and the movie "Top Gun," in a Saturday column calling the movie "insidious" and "poisonous." He also complained that the movie paints the US military in an overly positive light.

“‘Top Gun’ is as insidious as it is entertaining. It does not merely revive a forgotten human-centered spectacle; it also beckons for a return to accepting the American war machine as a beacon of virtue and excitement,” the avowed leftist wrote, claiming that the movie glorified the excitement of battle — which in turn, glorified war in itself. “It’s a poisonous kind of nostalgia, one that smuggles love of endless war into a celebration of live action.”

I suspect the concept of patriotism, bravery and freedom escapes people like him. Aleem was the guy who wrote about Kyle Rittenhouse and his logic and message were as clear as mud.

Even after the young man was cleared of murder and judged to have used self-defense, Aleem wrote:
"For many the verdict is an outrage and a brazen miscarriage of justice. Rittenhouse is a Blue Lives Matter enthusiast who went to protests against a police shooting with a military-style rifle that he obtained illegally."

Either Aleem is lying or he's an idiot. Of course, both things can be true at the same time.

The only 'military-style' thing about Rittenhouse's AR-15 is the shape of the weapon, but for it to be military-style, it would likely have a selector switch that would allow it to fire both semi-automatic and automatic. His rifle was semi-automatic, like most civilian rifles and handguns.

Second, Rittenhouse went to the protest as a medical volunteer ro tender first aid if needed and that would have been rendered to both protesters and their victims of violence. Aleem conveniently didn't mention that in his article.

Third, he did not obtain the weapon illegally. The law allows a 17-year-old to possess a long gun. On the other hand, one victim, Gaige Grosskreutz, was holding a loaded gun with a round in the chamber and was posing a threat, according to the testimony of a Marine Corps veteran who had been guarding a Kenosha dealership alongside Rittenhouse in August 2020.

In the article, Aleem later admits the rifle was legal, so he wants to have it both ways and reality is his biggest problem.

But facts don't seem to matter to Aleem who went on to call 'Top Gun' "literal propaganda." His reasoning is that the military gave the filmmakers access to real aircraft, which in days of yore might be called advertising.

“In exchange for access to military aircraft, the producers of the movie agreed to allow the Defense Department to include its own ‘key talking points’ in the script. Perhaps equally important, the script had to be written in a manner that flatters the military in order to secure the buy-in of the Pentagon,” he wrote.

Isn't that terrible? The military wants the people it protects to like them and maybe even enlist one day.

Aleem went on to argue that the 2022 film and its predecessor were used to “rehab” the military’s image as it has been depicted as evil by the left, causing periods of decreased popularity. Military popularity and patriotism takes away from the left's call for gender mutilation, defunding law enforcement, and the killing of unborn Americans. Pretending you're the opposite gender has become the popular trend amongst the trendy kids and their teachers are promoting this a hell of a lot more than a movie promotes patriotism.

We shall find out tonight if 'Top Gun' won any awards, but it's Hollywood, so don't hold your breath.

Zeeshan Aleem is the worst of America.

Will Smith outed from Oscars for only 10 years

The Academy did nothing to address the uncalled for aggressive and violent behavior of actor Will Smith after he went onto the state of the Academy Awards and smacked Chris Rock for doing his job.

The emcee at the Oscars is called upon to make jokes and this often happens at the expense of people in the audience. When he made the joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head, referring to her as GI Jane, Will Smith laughed and then saw his wife didn't take the joke very well, whereupon he went to Chris Rock and slapped him in a dickhead move.

Nothing happened to Will Smith and, in fact, when he was called on to get his trophy, the crowd cheered him because as actors, they are narcissistic human garbage who don't know the difference of virtue signaling from virtue.

Fox News Digital has learned that Smith is not permitted to attend the Oscars for a mere ten years.

"The 94th Oscars were meant to be a celebration of the many individuals in our community who did incredible work this past year; however, those moments were overshadowed by the unacceptable and harmful behavior we saw Mr. Smith exhibit on stage," their letter that Fox Digital obtained read.

"During our telecast, we did not adequately address the situation in the room. For this, we are sorry. This was an opportunity for us to set an example for our guests, viewers and our Academy family around the world, and we fell short — unprepared for the unprecedented.

"Today, the Board of Governors convened a meeting to discuss how best to respond to Will Smith's actions at the Oscars, in addition to accepting his resignation. The Board has decided, for a period of 10 years from April 8, 2022, Mr. Smith shall not be permitted to attend any Academy events or programs, in person or virtually, including but not limited to the Academy Awards.

"We want to express our deep gratitude to Mr. Rock for maintaining his composure under extraordinary circumstances. We also want to thank our hosts, nominees, presenters and winners for their poise and grace during our telecast.

"This action we are taking today in response to Will Smith's behavior is a step toward a larger goal of protecting the safety of our performers and guests, and restoring trust in the Academy. We also hope this can begin a time of healing and restoration for all involved and impacted."

No. The Academy stuck their finger in the air to see how the wind was blowing, much like Will Smith did when he finally apologized [on the advice of his publicist, no doubt].

Academy president David Rubin [no, not that David Rubin] called for the Friday board meeting a few days ago, although it was first called for on April 18 but since Smith resigned on April Fools Day, they moved it up.

Rubin had informed board members the purpose of the meeting was to "address possible sanctions for Will Smith in response to his actions during the Oscars broadcast on March 27," the letter begins.

"Following Mr. Smith’s resignation of his Academy membership on Friday, April 1, suspension or expulsion are no longer a possibility, and the legally prescribed timetable no longer applies. It is in the best interest of all involved for this to be handled in a timely fashion," the signed Rubin letter states.

Smith announced his resignation in a statement last Friday, stating that he has "betrayed the trust of the Academy" in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.

"I have directly responded to the Academy’s disciplinary hearing notice, and I will fully accept any and all consequences for my conduct. My actions at the 94th Academy Awards presentation were shocking, painful, and inexcusable. The list of those I have hurt is long and includes Chris, his family, many of my dear friends and loved ones, all those in attendance, and global audiences at home. I betrayed the trust of the Academy," Smith said, as if he had a choice in the matter.

The narcissistic cuckold [Jada Smith has sex with other men and Will knows it] added that he "deprived other nominees and winners" of their chance to celebrate.

And now can we just move along and forget about Will Smith and his so-called wife?

Will Smith resigns from The Academy and is a "heartbroken" thug

Will Smith smacks Chris Rock because Smith's wife has sex with other men
and Will is displacing his anger while proving he has testicles

Will Smith has resigned from the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, an organization that no longer has the impact on the public it once had because it has become a political arm of the Left. But Smith did not leave quietly as he announced that he is "heartbroken" after acting like an a-hole in front of a crowd of his peers and hundreds of viewers on TV when he slapped Chris Rock for making a harmless joke about Smith's wife. Jada Pinkett Smith.

Pinkett Smith has a condition known as alopecia. This involves hair loss and she shaved her head but proclaimed that she doesn't give a damn about what other people think. However, she apparently lied because Chris Rock, joked and compared her to GI Jane, which should have actually been seen as a compliment. Will Smith evidently did because he laughed at the joke until he saw Jada not laughing. You know the rest, unless you live in a cave in Tibet.

Will laughs at Chris Rock's joke about Jada

Chris Rock stayed on the job and responded to the slap like a pro. Meanwhile, Will Smith dropped a few "F-bombs" yelling at Chris to "Keep [my] wife's name out your f***ing mouth," dropping the preposition "of" to sound more thuggish.

Then Smith received his Oscar and the crowd of privileged a-holes cheered for him because half the men there may have slept with Jada and thought that Will, who is a cuckold and aware of her promiscuity, still cared about her honor.

But the slap didn't go over well with The Academy and Smith made a decision. “I have directly responded to the Academy’s disciplinary hearing notice, and I will fully accept any and all consequences for my conduct,” the actor shared in a statement, reported by Deadline.

“My actions at the 94th Academy Awards presentation were shocking, painful, and inexcusable,” the thug added. “The list of those I have hurt is long and includes Chris [Rock], his family, many of my dear friends and loved ones, all those in attendance, and global audiences at home. I betrayed the trust of the Academy.”

No. The Academy doesn't have trust to betray. You simply acted like a narcissistic jerk who has serious mental problems and should have had charges leveled against you and taken out in handcuffs. The irony of this entire clusterfrack is that someone tried to blame former President Donald Trump for your actions. Maybe it was white supremacy that got you, a black man, to hit another black man. Enlighten us as to how that works.

He blathered on.

“I deprived other nominees and winners of their opportunity to celebrate and be celebrated for their extraordinary work,” Smith continued. “I am heartbroken. I want to put the focus back on those who deserve attention for their achievements and allow the Academy to get back to the incredible work it does to support creativity and artistry in film. So, I am resigning from membership in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and will accept any further consequences the Board deems appropriate.”

This is the most publicity the Academy Awards has had in a long time.

As young Greta Thunberg would so eloquently say: "Blah, blah, blah."

If Sean Penn destroys his Oscar over Zelenskyy, I will destroy my road race trophies over climate change

Actor and unintentional comedian Sean Penn threatened to "smelt" his Oscars if Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is not invited to speak at the self-aggrandizing Academy Awards show. To Penn's credit, this is the highest form of virtue signaling many of us have ever seen. What bravery. What courage. Penn doesn't only pretend to play brave and courageous people, he is willing to destroy his trophies to show the world how brave and courageous he is. Kudos, dude.

"If it comes back to it, I will smelt [my Oscar awards] in public," if the Academy doesn't do what Penn says they must. He told the Comedy News Network (CNN) on Saturday, "I pray that’s not what’s happened. I pray there have not been arrogant people, who consider themselves representatives of the greater good in my industry, that have [decided against checking] with leadership in Ukraine. So I’m just going to hope that that’s not what’s happened. I hope [every attendee] walks out if it is," if they don't do what Penn demands.

Taking my cues from this American legend, I have decided that I will throw all of my running trophies in the garbage to be picked up on Wednesday morning [if they come on time] if Volodymyr Zelenskyy is not invited to speak during the Oscar presentations. I will go so far as to ask someone who will watch the show for me [I don't watch crap] to tell me if he appeared on behalf of the Ukrainian people to demand we establish a "no fly" zone and perhaps initiate World War Three.

But even more, I will ditch all of these trophies if Greta Thunberg isn't invited to speak at a joint session of Congress about global warming and why we suck. How dare us.

From what I heard about the 94th Academy Awards show, it will be on Sunday evening and some people might watch it. Penn has now said, "it is my understanding that a decision has been made not" to invite Zelenskyy to speak, and the world waits with hope that Penn will smelt what he was dealt in Oscars on live TV, as my wife and my best friend Cecil, wait to see if I will carry out my own self-aggrandizing demonstration of what a great person I am to throw away my running trophies.

I may take it a step further and ditch my bowling trophy for breaking 200 at the Holy Split Bowling Center. It's old and kind of broken anyway and collecting dust.

He doesn't mean to be funny, but Sean Penn is a joke all unto himself.

Joaquin Phoenix upset for the cows and such

It was a night of glitter and glitz; a night of wokeness all over this land; a night in which the super wealthy can virtue-signal to the peasants while patting themselves on the back and saying how wonderful they are and how lucky you are that they are so wonderful and virtuous.

Bizarre actor Joaquin Phoenix gave a lunatic leftist speech as he accepted an award at the Oscars for his role in the movie “Joker.” Phoenix, who is not from Phoenix, nor is he a joker, lamented that humans use the resources that are provided by cows because humans believe that they are superior to cows.

Well, let's look at the evidence.

I know that insofar as math is concerned, even simple addition and subtraction, I am superior to cows. I suspect you are too, unless your name is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, then it's a crap-shoot.

When it comes to problem solving, reading, driving a car, flying a jet, providing a helping hand for someone in need, I believe I am superior to a cow, as I also believe you are too.

But Joaquin Phoenix had to somehow use this analysis to virtue-signal his awareness of cow equality, or maybe even bovine superiority.

“I’ve been thinking a lot about some of the distressing issues that we are facing collectively, and I think at times we feel or are made to feel that we champion different causes,” Phoenix said. “But for me, I see commonality. I think whether we’re talking about gender inequality or racism or queer rights or indigenous rights or animal rights, we’re talking about the fight against injustice.”

Yes. We must kick injustice in the nuts.

“We’re talking about the fight against the belief that one nation, one people, one race, one gender, or one species has the right to dominate, control, and use and exploit another with impunity,” Phoenix bloviated ridiculously. “I think that we’ve become very disconnected from the natural world and many of us, what we’re guilty of, is an egocentric worldview, the belief that we’re the center of the universe.”

I do not believe that I am at the center of the universe, nor do I suspect that you think that either. I believe Phoenix just needed to make a statement that he thinks sounds virtuous and very important, as if he had given it a lot of thought as he flew to the Oscars in a private jet.

“We go into the natural world and we plunder it for its resources,” Phoenix, one of America's top plunderers said. “We feel entitled to artificially inseminate a cow and when she gives birth, we steal her baby. Even though her cries of anguish are unmistakable. And then we take her milk that’s intended for her calf and we put it in our coffee and our cereal. And I think we fear the idea of personal change because we think that we have to sacrifice something to give something up but human beings, at our best, are so inventive and creative and ingenious, and I think that when we use love and compassion as our guiding principles, we can create, develop, and implement systems of change that are beneficial to all sentient beings and to the environment.”

Phoenix probably sneak-eats meat and may even drink milk or at least a white russian every so often.

When Phoenix denounces the killing of human babies by abortion, then we can all listen to what he has to say. But I suspect that's not going to happen anytime soon.

Don't you just love being lectured to by the Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein minions?

Oscar, Kimmel, politics and penises

Jimmy Kimmel couldn't keep from talking politics at the Oscars and the Oscars couldn't keep from sucking again, and this time losing viewers in double digits.

Kimmel vowed to keep this year's Oscars positive, and he failed miserably with ratings to prove it. The ratings were down 15.6 percent compared to last year's 18.9 rating in Nielsen's overnight numbers from 8 to 11 p.m. ET.

And the unfunny comedian told the truth when he said "We don't make films like 'Call Me By Your Name' for money. We make them to upset Mike Pence." Yes, Hollywood makes movies to pontificate or push their point of view, not to entertain us. And it's beginning to show in the numbers.

Sunday's Oscars might become the lowest-rated Oscars of all time. The focus was on diversity--not of thinking or opinion, but of gender and skin color. Clearly, if you are a conservative in Hollywood, your diversity doesn't count. But if you claim to be a feminist, you better not complain about the way women are treated in Islamic countries, or mention Harvey Weinstein's name anymore--that's ancient history for Hollywood.

In fact, three women who have been mistreated by Harvey Weinstein did everything they could not to mention him or their stories. Their words made no sense to outsiders who didn't know the details of what Weinstein did to each of them.

Dan Gainor Vice President of Media Research Center told Fox News "The Tinseltown elite genuinely hate the people they expect will pay to see their movies and watch their TV shows. Why do we support them?"

The films that won awards weren't all that great. In fact, some might say they sucked and it took 4 hours to do the job of awarding each other with the trophy.

Kimmel took a swipe at men, particularly white men, of which category he holds a membership card. He said that he wished he wasn't a man, but not surprisingly, he isn't man enough to become a transgender woman. [He should put his money where his mouth is, or whatever.]

Then Kimmel took a swipe at Fox News viewers: "Oscar is 90 years old tonight, which means he's probably at home tonight watching Fox News."

I bet Kimmel's right because almost nobody was watching the Oscars because of hateful rhetoric like that.

Sadly, it isn't even funny.

The movie "The Shape of Water" took home the award for best picture because it had a communist helping a mute girl have sex with a fish.

Some Holly-wooden heads spoke about the #MeToo movement and diversity. Frances McDormand who won best actress of "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" spoke about inclusion riders after asking for all females who were nominated in any category in 2018 to stand. An inclusion rider would force film makers to include a variety of individuals based on a group identity (aka things they were born with).

If McDormand gets her way, and people are selected for the cinema based on anything other than acting talent and appropriateness for a role, Hollywood will have to file for bankruptcy.

Sexual Misconduct-free Award Ceremony

Hollywood's self-absorbed elite are getting ready for their self-aggrandizement awards, better known as the Oscars . . . unless Oscar, himself, is being brought up on sexual misconduct charges.

But anyway, the Governors Awards was here to kick off the narcissistic awards season as it handed its first Oscars to five people while not discussing the sex abuse scandals raging in the entertainment industry. This is the ninth annual Governors Awards by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Those honored are currently scandal-free: Donald Sutherland, Owen Roizman, Agnes Varda, Alejandro G. Inarritu and Charles Burnett.

The non-inclusive celebration included such notable, currently scandal-free guests such as: Tom Hanks, Jake Gyllenhaal, Salma Hayek, James Franco, Emma Stone, Sarah Paulson, Robert Pattinson, Gary Oldman, Ben Stiller and the list goes on.

Those not in attendance were: Anthony Weiner, Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein, George Takei, Richard Dreyfuss, Ed Westwick, Jeremy Piven, Louis C.K., Jeffrey Tambor, Brett Ratner, Gary Goddard, Andy Dick, Andre Balasz, Oliver Stone, Steven Seagal, and James Toback.

Dustin Hoffman was there but although he stands accused of sexual misconduct, he made no mention of it and wanted to climb inside his own nether regions.

Gabby Hayes, Don Knotts and Andy Griffith were at the ceremony in memory. Those were better times, it seems.

In the spirit of denial, the topic of sexual misconduct never came up as Hollywood sought to distract the beautiful people in the audience by only discussing the five recipients the award.

Kimmel to cut Weinstein a break at Oscars

According to Page Six, Jimmy Kimmel will go easy on sexual predator Harvey Weinstein when hosting the Oscar's next year, because he believes that "It's not really a laughing matter."

Of course he's correct, but apparently nothing happens to be a 'laughing matter' to the comedian anymore. In fact, I'd be surprised if he had any nose hairs left in his honker after pulling one out each time he needs to get himself to cry over some political issue.

Kimmel said he's going to tread warily with the Weinstein scandal because there may be Weinstein victims receiving the self-congratulatory award.

"It's not really a laughing matter," Kimmel said on his show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" referring to the rape and sexual assault allegations against Weinstein, who dismisses them as simple "mistakes" [he's] made.

"There'll be a lot of people in that room who maybe have been through experiences with him, and that's not something I want them to relive on the night they get their Oscar."

It is expected that Kimmel will surprise us by not crying at this appearance, but his fans are hoping for some tearful dramatics with the help of Chuck Schumer.

The celebrity presidential debate for 2020

Former talk show host and entrepreneur Oprah Winfrey told the audience at a Bloomberg TV show that Donald Trump has inspired her to run for the presidency.

Although she's aware that she lacks the necessary experience to run this country, she figures why not give it a shot. If Trump can run the nation, maybe she could too. And because she is known for giving stuff away on her former shows, leftists will love her.

"Oh gee, I don't have the experience," the entertainer said. "I don't know enough. And now I'm thinking, 'Oh? Oh!"

Nobody knows how serious Oprah is regarding the presidency, but the Democrats are definitely looking toward the 2020 Presidential election and the candidates they're seriously thinking about are in the worlds of sports and entertainment.

So here we have Oprah going up against Kanye West, Meryl Streep and Robert DeNiro for the Democratic Party nomination.

There aren't as many sports figures who are interested in running on the Democratic ticket because sports is too similar to conservative ideals which require hard work and is entirely merit-based.

Imagine the start of the debate. Chris Matthews is the moderator and is currently suffering from restless leg syndrome.

Matthews: I can't believe four years have passed since Donald Trump became our dictator. The first question is to Kanye.
Mr. West, in your view, what do you see as our biggest threat over the last four years?

West: Thanks for the question, mutha******. It's the lack of available b*****s, man. There was a time when a dude could score just by walking into a bar, now you gotta show them you gotta job. Know what I'm sayin'?

Matthews: I hear you, man. Oprah, same question, go.

Winfrey: The biggest problem, Chris, is obvious. It's obesity and the lack of free cars to this audience watching this debate. So I'm giving each and every one of you A FREE CAR!

(Applause.)

Matthews: Meryl . . . what do you think?

Streep: I think Karl Lagerfeld still owes me an apology and that Donald Trump has no business being president of this great country. His instinct to humiliate by someone in the public platform, by someone powerful, it filters down into everybody's life, because it kinda gives permission for other people to do the same thing. Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence. And when the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose.

Matthews: Those words are very familiar, Meryl. Where did I hear them before?

Streep: I stated something similar to that in the 2017 Golden Globes, of which I won 30, and I stand by those words today. Vote for me--I'm a winner. I won 3 Academy Awards and have been nominated 17 additional times. I'm a winner and I will make America the greatest again.

Matthews: And what about you, Robert? What do you think of the job that President Trump is doing after almost four years as president?

De Niro: Trump is totally nuts. God help us . . . he talks how he'd like to punch people in the face? Well, I still like to punch him in the face. Yeah.

Matthews: So you're saying you don't think he's doing a good job even though the Dow is above 25 thousand?

De Niro: No. He's doing a lousy job. I can't even get a good Mexican gardener to trim my f***ing hedges now that he built that f*****g wall and hired all those border agents.

West: I say we bust a cap in the muth******!

(Audience goes wild with cheers.)

And Oprah wins the debate because of the free stuff.

Trump kicks Oscar's butt

President Trump's first address to Congress Tuesday night was watched by 43.4 million people on TV, according to Neilson, and who knows how many on Smart Phones and computers.

Of course, Fox News was the most watched of all TV for the speech, with 10,765 million viewers and NBC (Nothing But Crapola) came in second with 9.144 million.

Among the younger news demographics (ages 25 to 54) NBC came in first followed by Fox News.

These numbers beat out the Oscar Narcissistic Actors Awards by millions of viewers and Trump didn't get it wrong like the Oscars did.

Below is the comparison between the Trump/Oscars went.
Fox News: 10,765,000 / 2,784,000
NBC: 9,144,000 / 3,286,000
CBS: 7,156,000 / 1,897,000
ABC: 6,065,000 / 2,074,000
CNN: 3,944,000 / 1,517,000
FOX: 3,076,000 / 1,383,000
MSNBC: 2,683,000 / 669,000
FBN 593,000 / 118,000

Selective-issue feminists safely condemn an Oscar winning non-Muslim white guy

In a safe display of moral outrage, feminists, too frightened to condemn Islamic misogyny, attacked actor Casey Affleck's Oscar win on Sunday.

Rather than being outraged over Islamic practices that include wife beating, honor killings, forced marriages, legal subordination to men, and the forced wearing of cloth sacks to cover all exposed skin, Affleck is alleged to have sexually harassed women for years. His feminist detractors are demanding that he be shunned rather than celebrated.

None of the feminists involved have ever won an Oscar or the approval of their fathers.

Most recently, Affleck had the audacity to kiss a female entertainment reporter on the cheek prior to the Oscar ceremony. How cheeky of him. His critics called the kiss sexist and demeaning to women--particularly women misandrists who rebuke all affection bestowed upon them by men who identify as men.

In a predictable article in Elle, progressive (aka leftist) writer Sady Doyle said that men accused of having abusive pasts deserve nothing but contempt. The predictable part was her tying Affleck's continued celebrity to the election of Donald Trump, because leftists think, talk, dream and fart politics.

And then there's the predictable and trusty 'privileged white guy ploy.' Doyle wrote "By endlessly forgiving abusive men, we tell women that the abuse they suffer is less important than some guy's right to get his point of view across. White men in entertainment can get away with anything."

Tell that to Robert Blake. (Google it.)

Of course there are abusive men out there. I think we can all agree they suck. But making a racist statement about white men of privilege sucks just as much. I resent that and so should all decent people.

Feminists, you want to make a real difference? Go shun Muslims who beat their wives according to sharia. Make bold, public political statements against Islamic theocratic countries that treat women like possessions.

It's easy to attack American white men--we're soft targets for the most part.

But I dare you, I double-dare you to put aside your hypocrisy and speak out against the misogyny of sharia law and how women are treated under it.

I dare you.

President Trump supporters to boycott Oscars?

The disrespect has gone nuclear on the President of the United States. There is no longer respect for the office because the liberals just can't get over their loss to Mr. Trump. Even the UK's The Telegraph leaves out his honorific and merely headlines him as "Donald Trump."

The headline referred to is: 'Donald Trump supporters to boycott Oscars in protest against 'Limousine Liberals.'

In the old, normal days, people watched the Oscars to see their favorite actors and actresses win the coveted award and make speeches thanking their supporting people and their families. In these crazy days the actors and actresses believe they possess a wisdom that transcends that of 'us regular folks' and tell us why we should hate the same people they hate, and tell us what to do and for whom we should vote.

I never had much tolerance for wasting a few hours of my life watching narcissists give each other awards and talking about themselves as if they were the actual heroes they pretended to be in their roles. And I believe the American public is getting to the point where many people would rather be doing something else than listening to their pontificating.

President Trump will probably not be watching the spectacle as he and Melania will be attending the Governors' Ball in Washington. And many of his supporters will also boycott the odious extravaganza which will likely feature monkey-fists full of Trump-bashing.

It isn't merely disrespecting the President, it's disrespecting the people who voted for him and therefore disrespecting the nation.

Had this been the behavior of the right when former President Obama was in office, the race card would have been drawn, the wagons circled, and the media going into an Obama defense mode.

Quick prediction: "La La Land" will bring in tons of awards because it's about the narcissists who make movies. It's a way of patting themselves on their collective backs while not looking so obvious.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
