Gavin Newsom's wife accused of lying under oath about Harvey Weinstein rape

Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of slick-hair Gavin Newsom, has been accused of lying on the stand about being raped by former movie mogul, Harvey "Fish Stick" Weinstein. His lawyers said Thursday that she can't "square away" the fact that the couple had what they referred to as "transactional" sex, aka quid pro quo sex, rather than her being raped.

The wife of the California Governor, referred to as Jane Doe 4 throughout the trial, gave an "overly dramatized" performance when she testified in order to cover up the shame she felt for having consensual sex with a guy who is considered by many as homely as a bag of monkey sphincters smothered in soy sauce, Weinstein's defense attorney Alan Jackson implied.

In his closing argument at Los Angeles Superior Court, Jackson said despite all of her education and “refinement,” Mrs. Newsom had lied about doing Harvey at a Beverly Hills hotel in 2005 "to cope" with a behavior she isn't proud of. [And who would be?]

“She may regret the transactional sex but regret is far from rape,” Jackson told jurors. “She made a decision to have a relationship with Harvey and she benefited from it. … That’s the definition of transactional sex and she hates it.”

Siebel Newsom testified under oath two weeks ago that Weinstein lured her to his hotel room under the guise they would be discussing a movie role [without any clothes on]. She said she agreed because at the time, Weinstein could “make or ruin your career.”

She described how Weinstein, 70, penetrated her vagina with his fingers, then his “deformed” penis, which she described as “kind of fish-like.”

Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year sentence over sexual misconduct charges in New York.

Newsom was one of four women to testify Weinstein had sexually assaulted them. She screamed several times "no" when Deputy District Attorney Marlene Martinez asked her if she intended to have sex with the movie mogul that night in 2005. She said she put that horrific memory of the rape "in a box" but sometimes it came out in anger. Interestingly, she never reported it until recently.

Siebel Newsom — one of four women to testif

When defense attorney Mark Werksman peppered Siebel Newsom with questions concerning details about her prior testimony, she replied: “What you’re doing today is exactly what he did to me.” To which Werksman began to moan, "Yes, oh yes . . . uh, uh, how was it for you?" and had to stop himself from lighting up a cigarette in court.

Jackson called out Mrs. Newsom for disrespecting his co-counsel’s line of questioning.

“How dare you say something like that,” Jackson said. “She dares to equate that to violent rape. There are women out there who have been violently raped. She contrived this entire performance to paint herself a victim for choices she’s made.”

While Martinez commended Siebel Newsom in her closing argument for her strength for coming forward to testify in the trial, Jackson said the former actress gave a “performance of a lifetime” while on the stand and repeatedly lied to jurors.

Jackson pointed out how despite being allegedly violently raped by Weinstein, Newsom continued to email him for meetings and asked if there were movie roles she could audition for and that she only turned on her former temporary lover, Harvey Weinstein, because it "became trendy" to "join a movement" --the #MeToo movement--which destroyed Weinstein and other men accused of sexual misconduct.

In addition to their claim of consensual sex, the defense showed a collage of the more than dozen emails, which included one where Mrs. Newsom asked Weinstein’s advice on how to handle negative press regarding a scandal involving her then-boyfriend Gavin Newsom, who had a prior affair with an aide.

There were also numerous emails soliciting for campaign contributions for her husband.

“She sought his company over and over,” Jackson said. “She changes details when it looks bad for her or says she doesn’t remember. Everything (regarding her memory) is still ‘in a box.’ I don’t know where that box is but maybe she will find the truth there!”

Weinstein has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of rape and sexual assault involving four women and faces up to 140 years in prison if convicted.

The defense rested their case on Thursday. The prosecution will address the jury on Friday with their rebuttal.

Harvey Weinstein in big trouble in prison: "It will not happen again, I swear!"

Disgraced star schtupper and former movie mogul Harvey Weinstein got caught with contraband in his prison cell which he had carefully hidden from the "screws." This time his problems didn't emerge from "Serge," the name he gives his penis, but from Milk Duds.

Yes those round, tasty chocolate treats with caramel inside that we all know and love from the days we went to the movies and saw "Pillow Talk" and wished we could schtup Doris Day because she was so innocent (but now realize why Rock Hudson didn't exactly do any schtupping), were the contraband that could have landed Weinstein in jail, except he was already there.

Weinstein in now profusely apologizing in the hope he won't end up in the hole for a week, sharing the enclosed space with the rats and roaches of the prison where he languishes [a word I rarely use] while his colleagues in the yard yammer for his release from the devil's armpit.

Weinstein was extradited to California for trial where he faced 11 charges of rape and sexual assault. He is currently enjoying his time at the Correctional Treatment Center, which is the medical unit within the Twin Towers jail in beautiful downtown LA, the home to the homeless. The movie maven was previously convicted on a boatload of similar counts in New York, where he was sentenced to a mere 23 years in the stoney lonesome. He is appealing that case.

Now he is awaiting trial and is allowed to meet with his lawyers fact to face. But soon after a recent meeting that a search of his cell was performed and the dreaded round, chewy chocolate treats were found. Variety reported this incident on Thursday:

“This was an innocent misunderstanding,” Weinstein said. “It will not happen again. I have been a model inmate, following the rules and regulations and I am sincerely sorry.” https://t.co/goTNNWl6zg

Variety reported on the incident on Thursday:
Harvey Weinstein was caught with contraband Milk Duds in November, prompting a reprimand from L.A. County jail guards, according to records viewed by Variety.

The Milk Duds were found during a search on Nov. 10, after Weinstein had a face-to-face meeting with Shawn Burkley, one of his attorneys. The Milk Duds were confiscated, and the guards warned that they would have to search his attorneys’ legal binders and laptop bags on future visits.
Weinstein's attorneys argued that Milk Duds are hardly an item to be concerned with. "After all, it wasn't as if we brought him Bonomo's Turkish taffy, which after it's smacked and cracked can be used as a cutting instrument if he doesn't eat it first."

Weinstein try to convince the screws that he brought the Milk Duds with him when he was extradited from New York in July, but they weren't buying his taradiddle. Jail officials said he was searched when he arrived at the L.A. County jail's medical facility and jack squat was found, so they concluded the Milk Duds were passed to him during the attorney's visit.

“This was an innocent misunderstanding. It will not happen again. I have been a model inmate, following the rules and regulations and I am sincerely sorry.” Weinstein said.

“We have been informed about this and are very sorry it happened,” lead Weinstein attorneys Mark Werksman and Alan Jackson added. “It had not happened before, and never happened since. Harvey has been a model inmate and intends to continue as such.”

Weinstein's lawyers: "hasn't he suffered enough?"

Movie mogul mega-producer and Hollywood legend, Harvey Weinstein was due in court on Wednesday for sentencing after being convicted on only one count of first degree sexual assault and just one more count of third degree [not first but third degree], but on Tuesday his lawyers begged, practically begging on hands and knees, for leniency for poor Mr. Weinstein because unlike his victims, Weinstein has suffered enough due to his "historic fall from grace."

That is, if "falling from grace," [aka: falling from the respect others believed you deserved] is even worse than being raped or forced to have sex with him.

The begging is in the form of a letter to the judge in this case--Judge James Burke. The letter begs Burke to give Weinstein the shortest possible sentence--commensurate with the length of his "Little Harv"--maybe five years or so for his crimes. The lawyers claim that the poor guy is suffering unprecedented punishment already, what with having to give up his pool, his mansion and all those lovely women.

The poor guy "cannot walk outside without being heckled," they wrote, and his reputation is in tatters.

“He has lost his means to earn a living,” Weinstein’s legal team says, although the many millions he had already earned should tie him over for another 346 years if he lives a slightly modest existence on the outside.

“Simply put, his fall from grace has been historic, perhaps unmatched in the age of social media.”

Boo, freaking hoo.

They go on to claim that Weinstein, who is 67 years old, may not survive even a five year prison term.

“The grave reality is that Mr. Weinstein may not even outlive that term,” they say, suggesting that for Weinstein, a mere half decade is “a de facto life sentence.”

That sounds reasonable. I'm sure he thought when he was raping them, he believed they enjoyed it because of who he is.

Weinstein could have gotten up to 25 years in the slammer if the judge threw the book at him.

As it turns out, Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in prison. If he serves the full sentence, he will be 90-years-old on release. Of course, that's not what's going to happen, the way his health seems to be suffering of late.

So consider his sentence to be a life stretch, unless he somehow gets a pardon.

Harvey Weinstein blames the charges, not himself, for ruining his legacy

Harvey "Whining" Weinstein, 67, bragged about his film industry legacy from a hospital bedside interview after undergoing back surgery. He actually thinks he's the first movie mogul to empower women in spite of the myriad sexual misconduct allegations and upcoming assault trial that robbed women of their power.

"I feel like the forgotten man," the clueless and disgraced film producer told the New York Post on Friday.

"I made more movies directed by women and about women than any filmmaker, and I'm talking about 30 years ago. I'm not talking about now when it's vogue. I did it first! I pioneered it."

But he didn't say why he used women so much. He may have used women to direct, but he also directed women to use.

Poor poor Weinstein blamed the dozens of sexual misconduct allegations against him as the reason his career has fallen off.

Yeah, going to prison often has that as a consequence on your career.

"It all got eviscerated because of what happened," Weinstein told the outlet. "My work has been forgotten."

It's also possible that people don't want to deal with his work because it skeeves them out.

Weinstein underwent a spinal surgery last Thursday following injuries he sustained in an August car accident. The Post explained that he agreed to the interview to prove he was not lying about his ailments because he had been seen without his walker when he was supposedly dependent on one.

According to The Post, Weinstein argued that he should not be defined by his alleged criminal acts because it makes him look bad. He's actually a nice guy, see, because he always gives the kids candy later on.

"I want this city to recognize who I was instead of what I've became," he said.

On Jan. 6, Weinstein will go to trial for rape in Manhattan Supreme Court. The disgraced film executive faces up to life in prison for five counts of predatory sexual assault, rape and criminal sex act. If he is found guilty, he will forever more be defined as a POS.

Weinstein previously pleaded not guilty to charges he raped a woman in a Manhattan hotel room in 2013 and performed a forcible sex act on another woman in 2006. He had been free on $1 million bail and maintains that any sexual activity was consensual once he got her down on the bed.

Meanwhile, Weinstein and his former studio, The Weinstein Company, agreed to a $25 million civil settlement with more than 30 of his accusers, according to reports. He denied the opportunity to discuss the settlement or the claims against him in the interview with The Post.

Jeffrey Epstein was unavailable for comment but he didn't commit suicide.

Weinstein allegedly bragged about have sex with Jennifer Lawrence

Harvey Weinstein is in deep trouble. Another lawsuit was filed against him on Friday that provided details from a woman identified as Jane Doe.

Jane Doe alleges that in 2013, she met with Weinstein in his office where he pushed her down and allegedly removed her underwear and performed oral sex on her against her will, and she began to cry. This allegedly happened multiple times, according  to Variety.

Variety said the suit claims that Weinstein then asked her: "Do you even want to be an actress?" and reports that Weinstein also allegedly said he was trying to help the woman, adding, "I slept with Jennifer Lawrence and look where she is; she has just won an Oscar.”

Meanwhile, Lawrence denies having "anything but a professional relationship" with Weinstein, 66, in a statement issued to Fox News on Friday.

“My heart breaks for all the women who were victimized by Harvey Weinstein," Lawrence said. "I have never had anything but a professional relationship with him. This is yet another example of the predatory tactics and lies that he engaged in to lure countless women.”

Not to defend the piece of human excrement, but isn't it possible Jane Doe is lying since Lawrence is denying it happened with her? But after all the women who actually came forward against him, I believe Lawrence is correct in her assessment of Weinstein's tactics.

According to Variety, the woman said she initially met Weinstein at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. During that time, she said that she went to Weinstein's suite at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah, where he allegedly barged in on her while she was in the restroom, the suit claims.

Variety reports, the suit further alleges that Weinstein pulled down his pants, masturbated, and ejaculated on the woman's skirt.

Weinstein has been accused by more than a dozen women of sexual misconduct. The allegations gained widespread public attention following two bombshell reports in October 2017, ultimately leading to Weinstein’s downfall.

He has consistently denied all allegations of nonconsensual sex, but c'mon, all those women cannot be lying.

Weinstein can go to prison for the rest of his life.

Hollywood flops in March

Hollywood has suffered its worst box office decline in recent memory as people are apparently fed up with everything having a political point of view that veers to the left.

And perhaps some people are also fed up with every movie, every Netflix, every story, having a token LGBTQ scene, [there just aren't that many transgender heroes in the world] or a story in which a female character beats the crap out of an evil white guy capitalist.

March's last hope in the U.S. box office is Steven Spielberg's "Ready Player One," which opens Thursday right before Easter weekend.

So as March comes to a close in a week, Hollywood's major releases have stunk, triggering the worst year-over-year decline for the month in recent times.

Maybe Michael Moore can do a documentary on school shootings and why America needs to ban guns and take in more unvetted illegal immigrants.

Hey, maybe he can do an expose on Harvey Weinstein.

Hollywood eats its own

There's a petition going around Tinseltown to remove Matt Damon from the majority female cast of "Ocean's 8," a chick flick that empowers women.

So far there are 17,000 signatures calling for Damon's removal--it's like the Hollywood snake eating its own tail and it's delicious.

The movie reboot stars Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and even more and more women. It was "supposed to be an empowering film for women," the petition states, and goes on to say that Damon "not only ignored but enabled his friend Harvey Weinstein's inappropriate behavior."

Which is actually a considerably weak statement, because if the allegations are found to be true, Weinstein's behavior is criminal.

The petition alleges that Damon tried to squash a New York Times report in 2004 detailing instances whereby Weinstein used his status as a studio executive to harass and assault women. Damon, of course, denied trying to kill the story and said he didn't even know about the allegations against the Hollywood mogul mongrel who helped launch his career.

Damon also was slammed last week for telling ABC News that there was a "spectrum of behavior" and that not all inappropriate sexual behavior was the same thing. He said that there's a "difference between, you know, patting someone on the butt and rape or child molestation, right?"

Well, as much as I hate to admit it, Damon is correct. We are lately tending to paint all sexual misbehavior with the same brush. Yes, there is a difference between patting a butt and rape, and both should be punished, but not with the same punishment.

Patting should be punished with job loss; rape with life loss.

The petition reads: "Damon's inclusion (in the movie) would trivialize the serious nature of the charges against sexual abusers like Weinstein--a show of massive disrespect for the brave women speaking out."

Damon's buddy, Ben Affleck, and Affleck's brother Casey, have also been accused publicly of sexual misconduct, according to the AFP.

It's beginning to look like there will be no men left in Hollywood and politics once the smoke clears.

Dylan Farrow, Woody Allen's accuser: '#MeToo' movement is selective

Dylan Farrow is the adopted daughter of alleged serial adopted daughter attacker Woody Allen; her mother is Mia Farrow.

Dylan alleged that Woody sexually abused her as a child and wrote an opinion piece in the Los Angeles Times questioning why he was able to get away with escaping the huge backlash set off by the Harvey Weinstein fall.

Ms. Farrow also alleged that people working for Mr. Allen, including actors in his movies and others in the industry, have covered up for him or looked the other way.

She referred to the #MeToo movement that came from reports in The New York Times and The New Yorker in October. Women shared stories of sexual assault and inappropriate sexual behavior including rape. In fact, The New Yorker article was written by Dylan's brother Ronan.

Men who were outed ended up being fired, resigned or experienced other fallout, except for Woody Allen. She believes the #MeToo movement has been selective in who they hear.

"I have long maintained that when I was 7 years old, Woody Allen led me into an attic, away from the babysitters who had been instructed never to leave me alone with him. He then sexually assaulted me," she wrote. "I told the truth to the authorities then, and I have been telling it, unaltered, for more than 20 years."

Woody Allen's representatives were unavailable to the media for comment but he has previously denied Dylan's accusations, including what she wrote in 2014 in an open letter in The New York Times that Allen had molested her beginning when she was seven.

6 Women sue Weinstein and his former businesses in proposed class-action

Photo: Getty Images
A lawsuit that could potentially turn into a class-action suit was filed Wednesday against Harvey "Check This Out" Weinstein, Miramax, the Weinstein Company and members of its board.

The suit claims that these entities worked to "perpetuate and conceal Weinstein's widespread sexual harassment and assault," and this is a cover-up that amounts to civil racketeering.

"We are but six women representing hundreds," who have been harassed or assaulted by Mr. Weinstein, the joint statement said.

The suit also names several current and former board members, including Harvey's brother, Bob Weinstein, who heads The Weinstein Company; James Dolan, owner of the NY Knicks, Marc Lasry, co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks; Paul Tudor Jones, a hedge fund manager; and Lance Maerov, a WPP executive. But there are more to follow.

"Harvey Weinstein is a predator," the statement says. "Bob knew it. The board knew it. The lawyers knew it. The private investigators knew it."

Harvey Weinstein's lawyers Ben Brafman and Blair Berk (of the firm Two BBs) declined to comment on the suit.

Weinstein denies he sexually assaulted women but admits his behavior caused a lot of pain, especially for him.

To cover rich butt, a Miramax spokeswoman said the company "joins the entire film community in condemning Harvey Weinstein and his unspeakable actions." She then went on to say that Miramax has been "completely independent" of Mr. Weinstein and his brother Bob since they founded the Weinstein Company in 2005.

Like a predictable Western, a spokeswoman for Mr. Dola, who was on the board from mid-2015 to mid-2016 said: "Mr. Dolan is confident that he acted appropriately in all matters relating to his time on the Weinstein board."

I know a lot of people were aware of Weinstein's behavior, but I can't imagine everyone knew what a scum-wafer he is.

Mr. Jones said in a note: "I never knew about those discussions or any of the revelations until they began to surface publicly, and I resigned two days later."

And yet, there are those who definitely did know what Weinstein was doing with that open bathrobe in the hotel room. Those people need to be held accountable.

Since the story first broke, dozens of women, including Angelina Jolie, Cara Delevingne, Ashley Judd, Hillary Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, Huma Abedin and Michael Moore (who, he claims, Weinstein mistook him for a 75-year-old Communist granny) have come forward, accusing the corpulent rich guy of harassment, assault or worse, accusing them of looking like a 75-year-old Communist granny.

A spokeswoman for Harvey Weinstein, who had never been assaulted or sexually mistreated by the mogul in any way, did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Wednesday.

Weinstein said that he wants to "find" himself and recently discovered that his "self" was hiding under that bathrobe all the while.

NBC up to their lips in it

One can imagine how nauseous the executives are at NBC over the blitzkrieg firing of Matt Lauer, their number one star. But in the midst of this comes mounting pressure on Comcast, the parent company, to launch an investigation into whether NBC's top executives knew about Lauer's sexual misconduct and harassment with women. And if they knew about it, when did they know?

NBC News Chairman Andy Lack and Noah Oppenheim, his deputy, have been close to Lauer for many years, and both spent most of their careers at NBC.

However, NBC said, "We can say unequivocally, that, prior to Monday night, current NBC News management was never made aware of any complaints about Matt Lauer's conduct."

Yeah, sure.

The statement isn't being believed by industry observers amid a slew of press accounts saying repeated complaints about the sleazeball were ignored by executives more worried about pleasing Lauer than doing the right thing. In fact, it's known that the "Today" show was a sex-charged "boys club" filled with lewd comments and mistreatment of women.

"It seems that those at the top of the NBC food chain have really dug themselves into a hole. A lot is still unknown, but it could be a lose-lose situation for Lack and Oppenheim," Mediate columnist Joey Wulfsohn said.

He went on: "Either they continue their lack of transparency, which only feeds into the narrative that there was complicity among NBC management; or they reveal the truth, which may also prove complicity among NBC management."

Now there are three scandals in which Lack and Oppenheim have kept quiet about, yet promised transparency. Who knew about Matt Lauer? What about Ronan Farrow's story that would have outed Harvey Weinstein as a sexual predator--when did these two clowns spike the story? And why did NBC do nothing for all those years over the "Access Hollywood" tape in which Donald Trump and future "Today" co-host Bill Bush made disgusting comments about women and grabbing them by their genitalia?

The network said they were investigating all three scandals and would be transparent but alas . . . crickets.

Now it's beginning to appear as if all three scandals could be linked.

Regarding Lauer, Lois Boynton, a journalism professor and media ethics expert at the University of North Carolina, said that from an ethics perspective, 'there is a concern about a conflict of interest since the two execs are friends" with Lauer.

Everyone knows that Lack is a close personal friend with the disgraced anchor and it was Lack who promoted Lauer to co-host "Today" when Lack was president of NBC News in the 1990s. They have also vacationed together, but never to "Lolita Island" with Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein.

Oppenheim also has close ties to Lauer and he spent most of his career at NBC since graduating from college. He was senior producer at "Today" for several years and worked closely with Lauer both in the office and on the road.

The close relationships of the executives likely made it impossible for them to keep Lauer in check.

The Variety reporters who broke the story on Lauer, Elizabeth Wagmeister and Ramin Setoodeh, essentially told Fox News' Tucker Carlson on "Tucker Carlson Tonight" on Thursday that Lack and Oppenheim were lying to cover up knowing about widespread sexual corruption of the studios at '30 Rock'.

Setoodeh feels "it's a fair question to ask as a journalist" why Lack and Oppenheim have remained silent and failed to publicly clarify what they knew and when they knew it.

"As two reporters who have been covering this story pretty aggressively, we would like to interview either of them," Setoodeh told Carlson.

Andy Lack first claimed that a complaint he received Monday night resulted in Lauer's firing, and said it was the first complaint regarding his [Lauer's] behavior "in the over 20 years he's been at NBC News."

Then NBC had to clarify the statement and issued another stating that "prior to Monday night, current NBC News management was never made aware of any complaints about Matt Lauer's conduct."

Yeah, sure.

Setoodeh said it was curious that the word "current" was in the network's statement about which managers knew about Lauer's sexual misconduct. He also explained that NBC staffers told him that the term "current" is being defined in a "very narrow circle" and "there are people who work at the 'Today' show, staffers, producers, anchors--current and previous anchors--of the 'Today' show who were aware there had been complaints about Matt Lauer's alleged conduct toward women."

Also on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Melissa Francis said that a friend of hers had been sexually assaulted by an NBC executive when she was at the network.

"People are really shocked right now," Wagmeister said. "They're waiting for answers."

Now we have to sit and wait to see if Comcast executives step in to staunch the bleeding.

Weinstein case: police likely to join forces

Photo: Steve Crisp for Reuters
In New York, Los Angeles and London, authorities are pursuing criminal cases against sleazeball producer Harvey Weinstein as he faces a boatload of sexual misconduct accusations.

Detectives in those cities are likely to team up in a collaborative effort to build evidence and determine whether he can be arrested and charged for criminal activity, experts believe.

In the last six weeks, criminal cases have been opened as the scum-muffin faces lawsuits on both sides of the Pond.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) detectives interviewed witnesses in preparation for presenting a case to the DA's office, who will decide whether to press criminal charges based on the accusations that Weinstein raped an anonymous actress in a Beverly Hills hotel in 2013, according to David Ring, the attorney for the alleged victim.

There are also "multiple complaints involving Harvey Weinstein," the LAPD reported and they are under investigation.

Ring said that "The LAPD is actively investigating [the alleged victim's] case. It's my understanding that they are also coordinating their efforts with other jurisdictions, like New York City."

The New York Police Department (NYPD) is investigating rape complaints by two alleged victims who went public: Pas de la Huerta and Lucia Evans.

Detectives previously looked into Weinstein's conduct but the office of the New York DA, Cyrus Vance Jr., allowed him to 'walk' saying that there wasn't enough evidence to charge him at the time.

Of course, Vance Sr. was a Democrat who had pushed for closer ties with the then Soviet Union and was a general screw-up. When the Russians invaded Afghanistan on Dec. 27, 1979, he opposed what he called "visceral anti-Sovietism." When he tried to secretly negotiate a solution to the Iran hostage crisis with Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini using the PLO as intermediary, it failed badly.

Vance died in January 2002 from pneumonia and the complication of Alzheimer's disease at the age of 84.

Now his son is carrying on in the same liberal tradition.

In 2015, Italian model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez wore a police wire that recorded her pleading with Weinstein to stop trying to force and threaten her into going into his hotel room. He also apologized in an earlier incident, as per the New Yorker.

Following the decision not to charge Weinstein in connection with her case, Gutierrez signed an agreement in which Weinstein paid her $1 million.

A New York attorney, Jeanne Christensen, who isn't involved in the NYPD case said that "There is a lot of pressure on here because they [referring to the NYPD] are accused of giving Weinstein a pass [in 2015]. A lot of political pressure. But by all indications, they are taking the case very seriously.

Christensen is a partner at Wigdor Law, a New York firm that often represents sexual assault or harassment victims, especially cases involving employment. It was she who said that it's likely investigators in different cities are sharing information.

The NYPD and a team from the New York DA's office led by a senior sex crimes prosecutor are working in conjunction on the case, Vance spokeswoman Joan Vollero said. She declined further comment.

The NYPD refused further comment after saying earlier this month that they had "an actual case here."

Weinstein, like Al Franken, John Conyers, Roy Moore, Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Spacey, Ben Affleck, Chris Savino, Roy Price, Mark Halperin, Michael Oreskes, Lockhart Steele and others, have denied the allegations.

Most of these people, like Franken, have told the public how they feel, rather than actually apologizing to their alleged victims. The public does not care a fig about how Franken and the rest of them feel.

In London, police are investigating cases involving three women.

Christensen said that in alleged assault cases involving alcohol, or that have happened years ago, it's more difficult to prove the case. "The brain's natural defense is to block things out about what happened and if you spent some time where you never talked about it, it gets muddier," she said.

"A lot of women have come forward and they are not recalling in sufficient detail what the prosecution would need--and that's what it comes down to when you are having to prove a case, that's just how the law works."

Christensen said that the sheer number of complaints against Weinstein will be much more easily introduced in civil cases where rules regarding evidence involving a defendant's character and standard of proof are less stringent than in a criminal case.

UK lawyer Jill Greenfield is expected to file civil lawsuits on behalf of a number of women demanding settlements.

Actress Dominique Huett filed the first civil suit against Weinstein in early October. She is claiming $5 million in Los Angeles superior court, alleging the Weinstein Company "aided and abetted" the scumwad in "repeated acts of sexual misconduct."

The fat pig is going down!

Perhaps . . . perhaps not.

Kevin Spacey bravely comes out as a gay pedophile

Photo: Getty Images
When he was merely 14, Anthony Rapp allegedly was the target of a sexual advance made by Kevin Spacey. Rapp was the first to come out and speak out, but now a number of other men have come forward to accuse Spacey of sexual misconduct.

The allegations are mostly involved with inappropriate touching or sexual advances toward younger male actors. But that's okay because Spacey admitted he's gay and that alone is heroic, which excuses him from making simple mistakes that may have started as early as the 1980 when his acting career began. It also apparently continued into the late 2000s.

Spacey told Rapp he was sorry and offered to kiss the boo boo, but Rapp declined [again]. Actually, Spacey's apology was as sincere as Hillary Clinton's bewilderment over how to clean a hard drive.

Spacey's representatives responded to Business Insider's request for a comment on the new allegations that "Kevin Spacey is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment. No other information is available at this time."

The time necessary for evaluation and treatment should be "ten to twenty" and no time off for good behavior.

It's remarkable that Spacey is using a similar tactic as Harvey Weinstein and calling his behavior a 'mistake.'

After Rapp's accusation, Netflix stopped production on "House of Cards," a Spacey-starring political drama.

Some of the men accusing Spacey of sexual misconduct are:

Anthony Rapp--he accused the gay actor of making sexual advances toward him in 1986, when he was merely 14 and Spacey 26. He said Spacey invited him to his Manhattan apartment where he was watching TV in a bedroom. Spacey picked him up, placed him on the bed, lay on top of him and made a sexual advance. Roberto Cavazos-- a Mexican actor. He wrote in his Facebook page accusing Spacey of trying to touch him against his will at the bar of London's Old Vic Theatre in 2008. Spacey was the artistic director there from 2004 to  2015 and Cavazos appeared in many plays there starting in 2008.
"I don't remember how many people told me the same story: Spacey would invite them to meet him to 'talk about their careers,'" Cavazos wrote. "When they arrived at the theatre, [Spacey] had prepared champagne on the stage, beautifully lit. Each story varied in how far the picnic went, but the technique was the same. More common was to find him at the bar of the theatre, grabbing whoever caught his attention."
Tony Montana--independent filmmaker was allegedly groped by Spacey at a Los Angeles bar in 2003.
Anonymous man with "authority in the industry" -- who asked to remain anonymous but self-described as a person in a "position of responsibility and authority in the industry." He told the BBC that he was left "traumatized" after an incident in 1984, when he awoke to find Spacey "lying on" him. Going by the name "John" he said he met Spacey at a summer theater when he was 16. The next year he stayed with Spacey at his New York City apartment where the alleged incident took place. He said Spacey tried to get him to sleep in his bed but he chose the sofa instead, but awoke to find Spacey's "head was on my stomach, and his arms were wrapped around my torso." He was fully clothed while Spacey was in his skivvies.
And I'm sure there are plenty of others who have yet to come forward.

So let those liberals with their virtue signalling and unearned moral superiority tell conservatives how terrible we are. Facts are stubborn things.

Hollywood cancelling Oscars over sexual misconduct

After the Harvey Weinstein sex "mistakes" whereby he allegedly raped several women, exposed himself to dozens more, and basically acted as a douche bag, many people thought the Hollywood scandals would be ended at that point.

But it wasn't long when other women came forward who had stayed in the shadows for years, and they spoke out about the sexual misconduct of Ben Affleck, Dustin Hoffman, Matt Taibbi, Kevin Spacey, Bill O'Reilly, Mark Halperin, Chris Savino, James Toback (over 200 women came forward on him), John Besh, Andy Dick, Jeremy Piven and most recently, Brett Ratner.

Many of these alleged pigs have been fired from their current jobs and some may go on trial for illegal sexual misconduct.

In light of all the controversy, the Board of Governors of the Academy: President John Bailey, First Vice President Lois Burwell, Vice President Kathleen Kennedy, another Vice President Michael Tronick, yet another Vice President Nancy Utley, Treasurer Jim Gianopulos, Secretary David Rubin and CEO Dawn Hudson--I forgot what I was going to say. . . oh yeah, the board of Governors of the Academy Awards has decided to cancel the awards this year.

The reason the Board of Governors gave is that it appears there would be no male available to accept an Oscar this year as the actors will either be dealing with litigation, or had been fired from their role in whatever movie they were in.

And while President Trump was absolutely wrong and inappropriate regarding what he said about women, that isn't the same thing as rape, harassment or other form of sexual misconduct.

The Academy apologizes for any inconvenience to the actresses and the three innocent actors who thrive on praise.

Apparently, there is only one male actor who has never acted sexually inappropriate or engaged in sexual misconduct: Gabby Hayes.

Kimmel to cut Weinstein a break at Oscars

According to Page Six, Jimmy Kimmel will go easy on sexual predator Harvey Weinstein when hosting the Oscar's next year, because he believes that "It's not really a laughing matter."

Of course he's correct, but apparently nothing happens to be a 'laughing matter' to the comedian anymore. In fact, I'd be surprised if he had any nose hairs left in his honker after pulling one out each time he needs to get himself to cry over some political issue.

Kimmel said he's going to tread warily with the Weinstein scandal because there may be Weinstein victims receiving the self-congratulatory award.

"It's not really a laughing matter," Kimmel said on his show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" referring to the rape and sexual assault allegations against Weinstein, who dismisses them as simple "mistakes" [he's] made.

"There'll be a lot of people in that room who maybe have been through experiences with him, and that's not something I want them to relive on the night they get their Oscar."

It is expected that Kimmel will surprise us by not crying at this appearance, but his fans are hoping for some tearful dramatics with the help of Chuck Schumer.

With Weinstein, the beatdown goes on

New allegations have bubbled up to the slimy surface in the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault saga.

The Vatican is charging that Weinstein had attempted sexual intercourse with the late Mother Theresa while shooting "The Burning." Pope Francis is asking Weinstein to atone for his sin by giving a sincere and generous donation to the Church.

Weinstein is denying the accusation but admitted to showing the sainted holy woman his genitals and asked that she wash his back in the shower in his motel room in Tonawanda, New York.

It is unknown what Mother Theresa was doing in the town but rumor has it she was healing the lepers.

When this story broke, other women came out of the woodwork making claims that Weinstein was sexually inappropriate with them. Some of the women include: Maggie Smith, Doris Day,
Judi Dench, Betty White, Angela Lansbury, Cloris Leachman, Rita Moreno, Carol Channing, Cicely Tyson and Kim Novak.

All of the women said they were afraid to come forward because nobody would believe them, they claimed.

Weinstein's now a disgusting rehab client

"I do what I waaaant."
Alleged sexual predator and disgusting leftist pig Harvey Weinstein, is not drawing within the lines--he's already being a dickweed at sex addiction rehab.

He is not supposed to even have a mobile phone but not only did he bring his along, he screams into it and is creating a hostile environment.

The corpulent Weinstein remains in total denial about his alleged sex attacks, insisting that each and every one was consensual. That doesn't agree with over thirty women who claim he was the aggressor and totally inappropriate with them.

In fact, some of his accusers say he raped them.

Weinstein volunteered to go into rehab for what he calls sexual addiction--anything to avoid going into prison and having nonconsensual sex forced on him by guys named 'Slice,' 'Dice' and 'Bubba.' But sources told Page Six that he falls asleep in session or talks on his phone when he should be listening to the counselors.
They're all in it together, he says

The original report was that the lard bod was to be at an inpatient facility but, according to the source, he's being treated at an intensive outpatient facility and is allowed to spend nights at a hotel where he can order dinner with his prostitutes if he so chooses.

The facility offers group therapy and one-on-one treatment, which Harvey thought meant something else.

The source told Page Six, "In one group therapy session, Harvey arrived 15 minutes late. Then, when it was his turn to speak, he launched into a speech about how this is all a conspiracy against him."

I believe he needs a 'time out' in a nice prison somewhere.
Group therapy

The source also said that while others spoke about their personal stories, "Harvey fell asleep in his chair. He was only woken up by the ringing of his smuggled mobile phone." The source explained that "Harvey jolted awake, jumped up, immediately took the call then ran out of the room."

Another source close to the big butted movie mogul says he's no longer joining group therapy, "for obvious reasons," but is undergoing individual treatment, and is accompanied at all times by a starry-eyed therapist who allows Harvey to get away with breaking the rules.

"He insists he never raped or assaulted anyone, and that all the encounters were consensual. He realizes he has acted like an a**hole, but he still insists he's not a rapist. He does have a phone, but when he is in therapy, he has to give it to someone else," the source said. "The characterization of what he said and what happened at the group session isn't true."

Only that he has a phone, violating the rules of the facility and that he apparently doesn't know the definition of 'rape.'

His reps, who also double as towel girls and pimps, were not available for comment, according to my source, Vinny Boombots.

Viet vets still ain't Fonda Jane

Vietnam vets who 'ain't fonda Jane' had to laugh or spit when Jane Fonda commented on the sexually inappropriate and possibly criminal behavior of Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Sexual misconduct has been a Hollywood "epidemic" for years, said Fonda to CNBC.

But it's also rampant among powerful men in many industries who are in a position to make or break a career of any woman.

Now that a few brave women came out from the shadows, other more famous women are crawling out from under the rocks by their Hollywood saunas and swimming pools.

Even the brave men of Hollywood have spoken out against Weinstein now that their careers are on solid ground.

So it's Fonda's turn.

She believes the women who came forward should be applauded for their courage, and people like Weinstein should be held accountable for their behavior--unlike her, when she went to North Vietnam, had photos taken of her by an artillery piece that was used to kill our soldiers.
Fonda's cute face as shell
 is fired at US soldiers

Where were her consequences

"I think they should all go to jail, and you know, let's put Bill Cosby in there . . . but the question is not just Hollywood, you know, this is epidemic," Fonda told Tania Bryer of CNBC.

How dare these Hollywood elites lecture us about crime and punishment. How dare they tell us about morality, of right and wrong. How dare they pretend to have moral superiority over those who vote differently than they vote, or believe in God and don't think it's a joke to do so.

Jane Fonda disgusts me. There is nothing she can say that will ever have me feeling anything positive about her existence. I don't believe I'm alone in this disgust for her.

She should have been tried for treason, plain and simple.

No Body Cares (NBC) will not discipline Michaels for the horrible thing he said

The NoBodyCares network (NBC) will not discipline old timer broadcaster Al Michaels for saying that "the Giants are coming off a worse week than Harvey Weinstein and they're up 14 points." This  statement  by Michaels was said during the third quarter of the Sunday game against the Denver Broncos.

Supersensitive critics are saying the remark is insulting to women, and it definitely would be insulting to anyone looking to be insulted. The Political Correctness Police comes to mind. But it's somewhat understandable given the level of disgust the public has with Weinstein (not including Hollywood, who mostly knew about it).

Michael's comment triggered an immediate slew of self-righteous indignation responses from the Peanut Gallery and the 72-year-old veteran later apologized during the broadcast.

Weinstein, as you know (unless you live in Middle Earth or Afghanistan) has a long history of sexual inappropriate behavior ranging from sexual harassment to rape allegations, all of which he refers to as 'mistakes.'

"It was an inappropriate comment, and was acknowledged with an apology soon after the telecast," an NBC Sports spokesman told Fox News.

The truth is, however, not many people heard Michaels' remark because most Americans are not watching because of the 'take a knee' controversy.

During the broadcast Michaels said that the joke was "not meant in that manner--so my apologies." Chris Collingsworth, his broadcast partner seemed uncomfortable and merely responded with "move on."

The remark was meant to illustrate how much the Giants have underperformed this season, but as far as patriotic fans are concerned, they can all go to hell.

Michaels has been a professional broadcaster since the 1960s and needs a shave most of the time.

Charity begins at Hillary's home

It was inevitable--Hillary Clinton took the $250,000 Harvey Weinstein donated to her failed campaign and put it in her other pocket--the Clinton Foundation.

The foundation said Sunday that donations ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 have already been spent [like a drunken sailor].

It comes as no surprise that she refused to return the money because she has the ethics of a scorpion.

The foundation's spokesman Craig Minassian alluded to the fact that Clinton had no plans on returning the money:
"Suggesting @ClintonFdn return funds from our 330,000+ donors ignores the fact that donations have been used to help people across the world."
Yes, it isn't as if there was any more money in her coffers they could have used after returning Weinstein's dirty money. And it isn't as if all the money they receive is used to "help people across the world." According to  Rush Limbaugh  as reported by Punditfact, only 15 percent of donations actually goes to charity while the remaining 85 percent goes for foundation expenses.

The calls to return Weinstein's money came after over 30 women went public accusing the Hollywood mogul of sexual assault and rape. There were also allegations coming from Britain.

Hillary audaciously alluded to President Trump being responsible for Weinstein's behavior, in spite of the fact that Weinstein has presumably been a sexual predator for about as long as Bill Clinton has.

Dozens of Democratic Party politicians, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Sen. Al Franken, Sen. Elizabeth "Pocahontas" Warren, and Sen. Cory Booker have all said they'd donate their Weinstein donations to charities focused on women's rights, which means that it will not go to the Clinton Foundation as they allow nations that violate women's rights to donate to them. Saudi Arabia first comes to mind.

Hillary said that she was "shocked and appalled" after the Weinstein allegations were revealed, even more shocked and appalled than the allegations made against Bill because not as many women came forward.

Not including the extramarital affairs Bill had with Monica Lewinsky and Gennifer Flowers that he admitted to, many others came forward accusing him of the same thing.

But in terms of sexual misconduct, there were three women: Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey who came forward.

"What other people are saying, what my former colleagues are saying, is they're going to donate it to charity, and of course I will do that," Hillary claimed on CNN (aka Clinton News Network). "I give 10 percent of my income to charity every year, this will be part of that. There's no--there's no doubt about it."

I doubt it. I doubt everything that woman, Hillary Clinton, says.

Another Affleck groping episode

Ben Affleck apologized for grabbing Hilarie Burton's left breast  in 2003 during his appearance on TRL. But hours later another woman came forward accusing him of touching her inappropriately.

Annamarie Tendler, a makeup artist married to former "Saturday Night Live" writer John Mulaney, castigated Affleck for allegedly groping her buttocks at a party in 2014.

"I would also love to get an apology from Ben Affleck who grabbed my ass at a Golden Globes party in 2014," Tendler tweeted Wednesday evening.

"He walked by me, cupped my butt and pressed his finger into my crack," she said and added, "I guess he tried to play it like he was politely moving me out of the way and oops touched my butt instead of my lower back."

(You may recall a photo of Barack Obama doing something similar to the mother of traitor Bowe Bergdahl.)

"Like most women in these situations I didn't say anything but I have thought a lot about what I'd say if I ever saw him again."

Comedy writer Jen Statsky tweeted confirmation of Tendler's allegation, tweeting, "I was also at this party and *multiple* friends had this same exact experience."

That's a lot of butt-grabbing, if true.

On Tuesday, Burton, 35, tweeted that she "didn't forget" Affleck "tweaking" her left breast during the taping of TRL.

The allegations became public after Affleck denounced Harvey Weinstein for his alleged harassment and rape of multiple women who've come forward.

Affleck said of Burton's accusal, "I acted inappropriately toward Ms. Burton and I sincerely apologize."

A liberal source, attempting to minimize Affleck's disgusting behavior said, "Any allusion that he's anywhere close to Harvey Weinstein is absurd and could be considered defamatory," the source warned, hinting to those who might argue the point with possible legal action. And while the source wasn't disclosed, my guess is that it's his mommy.

A representative for the lowlife actor declined to comment because, hey, what can you say about such behavior?

The liberals pretend to own the moral high ground. Most of them hate America, free speech, guns and religion. And they hate those of us who love all or most of those things.

So next time they try to act superior, just laugh and walk away--it really pisses them off.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
