CRT training can violate federal law: Obama appointed judge rules

Judge Wendy Beetlestone of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, an Obama appointee, ruled on Jan. 11 that former Professor at Penn State, Zack De Piero had solid grounds to proceed in his race discrimination lawsuit over critical race theory trainings at Penn State Abington.

De Piero said the trainings are anti-white and one stated that "White Teachers are a Problem," according to the lawsuit. He sued for race discrimination after he was allegedly subjected to training that the English language is racist and the embodiment of "White supremacy," as well as many other verbal assaults against White people in professional development sessions and meetings, according to court documents as reported by Fox News Digital. He explained in an interview with the outlet in a Wednesday interview that the trainings caused him trauma because he "cannot get them out of his head."

"There's a constant ticker tape, like a newsreel. I see, I hear that disgusting evil phrase. ‘White teachers are a problem,'" he told Fox News Digital. "I wish I could get it out of my head, but I can't."

"I still wake up with this stuff. I still go to bed with this stuff. It still bothers me. It's changed me in a lot of ways. You often hear that hardship leads to greater character. While that might be true, it certainly comes at a cost," he said.

Judge Beetlestone said that discussing the "influence of racism on our society does not violate federal law." But when considering whether to allow the professor's suit to progress, she considered the type of CRT training used at Penn State Abington.

"Training on concepts such as… critical race theory can contribute positively… to form a healthy and inclusive working environment," she said. "But the way these conversations are carried out in the workplace matters: When employers talk about race — any race — with a constant drumbeat of essentialist, deterministic, and negative language, they risk liability under federal law."

De Piero "was individually singled out for ridicule and humiliation because of the color of his skin," according to the original lawsuit filed by the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR).

When he complained about the problem that he referred to as "the continuous stream of racial insult directed at White faculty," he was told by the director of the Affirmative Action office that "There is a problem with the White race."  The administrator went on to say that the professor should attend "antiracist" workshops "until you get it."

Had the shoe been on the other foot, and the word 'White' be substituted with 'Black,' anyone with a pulse would realize how racist that sounds--because it is.

Some of the workshops included a presentation captioned "White Teachers are a Problem," according to the lawsuit.

"I see this as an ideological mob that is hostile to free speech, civil discourse, true debate, empirical data," the professor said.

From this writer's perspective,  CRT and DEI are not only anti-White, but they infantilize Black people and do it at the expense of hard working Blacks, other people of color, and White folks, by demanding equal outcomes and not equal opportunities.

That on its face is racist.

His direct report in the English department, Liliana Naydan, "expressed her view that racism practiced against White faculty and students is legitimate," according to the lawsuit. Naydan did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

De Piero's lawsuit alleged that Naydan attempted to coerce school faculty to introduce equity into the grading process to ensure there were no disparities by "penaliz[ing] students academically on the basis of race." Which is, of course, the soft bigotry of low expectations, as Michael Gerson has pointed out.

Did I mention that this is racist policy?

Not surprisingly, the school refused to comment on "ongoing litigation," just like UPenn refused to comment on anti-Semitism as harassment and threats on campus.

Biden hires anti-white racist

Former Comedy News Network contributor Symone Sanders doesn't want white people heading the Democrat Party . . . unless she's just changed her mind now that she's working for a white guy named Joe Biden.

Of course, if Uncle Joe is successful, he would be the nominee of the Democratic Party and he is a white guy and even identifies as a white male.

After President Trump took office in 2016, Sanders said during a CNN segment that "we don't need white people leading the Democratic Party right now," The Washington Examiner noted.

Sanders added, "The Democratic Party is diverse, and it should be reflected as so in our leadership and throughout the staff at the highest levels from the vice chairs to the secretaries all the way down to the people working in the offices at the DNC."

But Joe Biden is apparently the exception for Sanders as was Sen. Bernie Sanders (Socialist-VT), whom Sanders served as press secretary during his 2016 presidential run.

Maybe she only means white people for whom she does not work.

When serving as a CNN contributor, Sanders has turned heads on occasion for her social justice-themed commentary. If you listen carefully, you will hear the blathering of a racist. And if you continue listening, you will hear the blathering of a hypocrite.

In October 2017, for example, Ms. Sanders said that white people have no right to comment on the controversial kneeling protests in the NFL. "White people do not get to tell blacks folks or anybody else what is an acceptable form of protest," she said, as The Daily Wire reported.

That's a form of racism that's becoming increasingly popular on college campuses. Because of the color of your skin, you don't have the same rights as people with more color.

And last summer, Sanders said politicos calling for civility "might need to check their privilege." She was alluding to white people who she suggests has more privilege than non white people, an intersectional lie the left is perpetrating to shut up those with different opinions.

I think it's time to simply tell racists of all stripes to just shut the hell up and stop throwing around their black privilege.

Not for MSM: Man of color allegedly ran over 2 white children with his car

A Colorado man may have intentionally tried to murder two children with his mother's car and fled the scene on April 5, police said

The boys, ages 11 and 12, were on the sidewalk walking home after playing basketball when Oghaleoghene Atuno [his friends call him Og] apparently tried to run them down. They were on the sidewalk at the time. One child is recovering from a fractured skull.

Og is facing "attempted murder charges...after video showed him circling cul-de-sac several times before allegedly running 2 young boys over [with] his car," CBS Denver News’ Dillon Thomas reported Friday. "Charges imply intent to harm."

"Right now no evidence the boys knew what was coming," Thomas added.

"State Patrol used surveillance video from homes and schools to identify the vehicle in the incident. After the image was released to the public, someone reported a similar vehicle at an apartment complex," reported CBS Denver. "The vehicle matched the description, and belonged to Atuno’s mother, an arrest affidavit said."

Og later confessed to law enforcement that he, in fact, did commit the hit-and-run, though the motive for the crime has yet to be publicly identified. Atuno told authorities that he fled the scene because he was "scared," the report said.

The 21-year-old is currently being held at Arapahoe County Jail on a $250,000 bond. He’s been hit with felony charges for vehicular assault and for leaving the scene, and more charges are expected to come as the investigation progresses.

The motive for now is unclear but it might have to do with white privilege.

The mainstream media has not as yet reported on this revolting development.

Jaylen Brown calls for end to racism by whites like Trump

Photo: Getty Images
Boston Celtics basketball player Jaylen Brown believes that President Trump made racism more openly acceptable, which may account for the latest spike in anti-white racism, Antifa, anti-Christian and anti-Semitism in the country.

In an interview with The Guardian, the 21-year-old philosopher basketball player said that it is Donald Trump's presidency that had "made it a lot more acceptable for racists to speak their minds."

Brown shared horrible details of the racist taunts aimed at him on the basketball court as a youth in Marietta, Georgia. This kind of abuse may have influenced his current thinking as he seems to believe that the racists who support Trump implies that he too is a racist. Of course, that's absurd as it would also mean that everyone who supports Trump is a racist by association--and that kind of thinking is itself racist.

Some people think Trump's immigration ban on Muslim-majority countries means that he is a racist, rather than dealing with the fact that these countries [as well as others he failed to ban] don't properly vet immigrants. And it's an inconvenient fact that these countries also harbor and spawn terrorists.

All Trump is doing is trying to protect the nation.

Brown has clearly been the target of racism: "I've had people call me the 'n' word. I've had people come to basketball games dressed in monkey suits with a jersey on. I've had people paint their face black at my games. I've had people throw bananas in the stands," he said.

And that is disgusting and hateful--you can't blame him for his anger. It's how I feel when I hear people [whites included] angrily call me a white man, as if that's okay to attack me for my skin color. Say that I have "white privilege" and I don't know s**t.

Sadly, because of groups like Black Lives Matter, Antifa and leftist college professors and their students, being white is the new black. Everything is moronically evaluated according to skin color, the level of melanin in our skin.

It was wrong then and it's wrong now.

The ex-football player Colin Kaepernick was protesting injustice, but what he created was a reverse injustice and a disregard to the actual facts of the group he protests.

He was wrong then and he's wrong now.

Who isn't racist?

Farmers' markets are racist, the ability to teach or solve geometry or algebra problems perpetuates is racist, and even being born Caucasian is racist.

Implying that white people are racist is racist.

Everyone is racist.

Except people who are accused of Islamophobia.

People who are labeled Islamophobes aren't racist because Islam isn't a race, and a phobia is an irrational fear. There is nothing irrational about concerns over Islamic terrorism in the name of jihad.

And being labeled Islamophobic because you criticize the Muslim Brotherhood or any of its arms, isn't irrational nor does it have anything to do with a race.

Criticizing the immigration ban from majority Muslim countries isn't racist either, nor is it Islamophobic. It's simply smart.

White privilege is a myth perpetrated on us by socialists and communists who want what they can earn themselves in the United States because here we have equal opportunity. If black families had both parents living under the same roof, their offspring has the same statistical chance of being successful.

The Problem of the University of Wisconsin-Madison

It really is a horrible state of affairs being a target of racism but at least it has become an equal opportunity prejudice.

A college course was taught this spring at the University of Wisconsin-Madison titled "The Problem of Whiteness."

No, the course isn't about the susceptibility of skin cancer Caucasian people face being out in the sun--that would be an acceptable thesis--but it's about the notion of 'white supremacy.'

The African Cultural Studies course hopes to indoctrinate malleable minds to "understand how whiteness is socially constructed and experienced in order to dismantle white supremacy," the online description states.

If the course focused on any other racial group, say for instance, blacks, it would have been banned in a heartbeat, but since Obama was in office, the new cocktail party conversation is how white supremacy is due to a power imbalance, in spite of all the evidence to the contrary. It's the new, more acceptable racism.

The malleable minds loved the course taught by Professor Damon Sajnani, a self-loathing white guy. The course requires no creative or analytical thinking, just the absorption of racial bias and the regurgitation of it on exams.

"Student feedback was overwhelmingly positive--students said they found it valuable to examine majority cultures and how power imbalances are created, sustained, and challenged in societies around the world," a spokesperson told The College Fix.

After Sajnani debuted the class, Wisconsin state lawmakers denounced it and said it could affect future funding for the school.

State Rep. Dave Murphy raised concerns about several tweets from Sajnani's Twitter account that he said showed the professor "condones violence against law enforcement and compares white voters to the KKK."

One of Sajnani's tweets shown by Murphy includes a photo of news coverage from the 2016 fatal police shooting in Dallas. Sajnani tweeted: "Is the uprising finally starting? Is this style of protest gonna go viral?"

Governor Scott Walker called the course "goofy" but said school funding should be based on "the broader issue of accountability and performance."

In a phone interview with The College Fix last year, Sajnani said his course explores how white privilege and white power are connected and that it looks at how students can work for social justice.

The definition of social justice is based on 'equal outcome' rather than 'equal opportunity.' This means that everyone must end up with the same result, regardless of input, regardless of ability. Income redistribution is one way equal outcome is achieved--if you have ten dollars and I have one, I get to take four of yours.

That is simply immoral and evil.

Ohio State U. 'privilege' workshop: only whites can be racist

Good news black people, Asians, Hispanics, native Americans and all non-Caucasians: no matter what you think, say or do, you cannot be racist. You are victims of your melanin and you can go out and beat the crap out of some white person and still be considered the victim.

Yes, you're the victim of your race, unless, of course, you identify being white, even if you were born a different race.

So when it's convenient for leftists, there is no such thing as race; but when it can be used to fit their narrative, whites are the devil, blacks are oppressed, and Asians need to be penalized for their intelligence when applying to schools.

Confusing.

According to an Ohio State University 'privilege' workshop, only white people can be racist. If your skin color is white, you cannot under any circumstances be a victim, therefore if you're Jewish and you somehow believe that the swastika someone painted on your dorm door makes you a victim, sorry, you had it coming for being white. And if you dare to complain, you're the racist.

That's the twisted message the workshop promulgates, and the workshop will teach you 'whities' about your privilege and how not to act racist.

"Whiteness grants you power and access to things," one simple-minded workshop student said, according to a reporter for The College Fix. "As a white woman, I can walk into any space and know that my white privilege will grant me power and access to things that someone else is not going to experience."

Then she walked into the operating theater where brain surgery was about to be performed on a child and pushed Dr. Ben Carson out of the way.

About 20 students attended the "Interrupting Racism: Tips & Tools for White People" workshop. It was part of the university's ongoing "Ally Week of Action," a series of events hosted by their multicultural center.

During the event, Angie Wellman, a black woman and associate director in the Student Life Multicultural Center was asked if white people are the only racists.

"Yes," she sagely replied. She told The College Fix that every non-white race lacks the power aspect, which is why white people can't be victims of racism.

In order to think this way, to see race, skin color in all aspects of life, one needs to actually be a racist.

However, Chris Davey, Assistant Vice President of Media and Public Relations, told Fox News in a separate statement that "It is not the position of The Ohio State University that only white people can be racist. Nor is it the position of the university that white people cannot be victims of racism."

But of course, the university teaches that it actually is their position; they just do it privately.

Self-loathing mayor adds soda tax "to tackle white privilege"

Seattle Mayor Ed Murray is white and because he's white he believes that he's privileged over people who aren't white. People who believe they have better opportunities in life because they're white believe that blacks and other minorities don't have the same opportunities because of their skin color.

Those self-loathing white people, particularly white men who believe in the existence of 'white privilege,' apparently see minorities as incapable of succeeding unless they're given assistance by white folks.

That's a form of racism deeply embedded in the psyches of white people like Seattle's mayor.

Murray, a flaming leftist, has changed the rules of his proposed soda tax, which was intended to fund education for minorities. He now wants to include diet drinks because rich white folks tend to drink them more.

Under Murray's initial plan, sugary beverage distributers would have to pay 2 cents per ounce and would cover sodas such as Pepsi, Coke and energy drinks like Red Bull, fruit drinks, bottled coffees like those sold at Starbucks, and sweetened teas.

According to the Mayor, the tax would bring $16 million in revenue that would be spent on education programs, creating equality in education between the city's white students and those of color.

As if money is the cause of the disparity.

The United States spends more money ($11,825.89 per student) than most countries. We are only outspent by Luxembourg ($19, 49.81 per student); Switzerland ($13,510.48 per student); and Norway ($13,066.64 per student) as per the website The Richest.

The Mayor's original plan, to tax sugary drinks, would disproportionally be a hardship on the poor. So he lowered the tax to 1.75 cents per ounce and now included diet drinks.

Thus, his plan still causes a hardship on the poor but is slightly reduced, and now includes the diet drinks even though they basically have no calories and don't contribute to obesity.

As Reason.com explains, taxing diet drinks has become "an issue of equality" to Murray because they are more likely to be consumed by "upper middle class white people" and thus, must be taxed as a way to fight "white privileged institutionalized racism."

Meanwhile, Murray has his hands full from the accusations from four men that he paid for sex and sexually abused them in the 1980s when they were teen boys.

In an article by The Seattle Times one of the men filed a claim last month that Murray "raped and molested him" over the course of several years, starting in 1986 when he was a 15-year-old school dropout.

Murray cracked open a Diet Coke and denied the accusations.

It sounds like 'smoke and mirrors' to me.

New York evidently okay with Illiterate Teachers

So-called education "experts" in New York are planning to get rid of the literacy test they used for evaluating potential public school teachers because it's too hard for them to pass.

They claim too many non-white individuals (those people without white privilege) fail the test. The problem is that while it may strengthen the literacy of kids in school, it weakens diversity within the profession. In other words, it's more important to have a racial diversity of teachers than it is to have teachers who are literate.

The difficult test in question is designed to measure reading and writing skills, which the layperson not well-versed in what makes a good teacher, often believes is more important than academic skills. In fact, that silly test is known as the Academic Literacy Skills Test,  but don't ask the newly hired teachers next year how to spell it--it's not their job.

Their job is to be people of diversity.

Professor of Education at Pace University, Leslie Soodak, served on the task force that made the recommendation. In fact, diversity seems to be her main goal in education of you read her research--Google her name. She says "We want high standards, without a doubt. Not every given test is going to get us there."

No kidding.

The literacy test was introduced in the 2013 - 2014 school year to raise the quality of teaching in New York and weed out the inferior students of education.

Proponents of the reform criticized the quality of students trying to become teachers. In a 2016 National Council on Teacher Quality study, it was found that 44 percent of teacher preparation programs reviewed, accepted people from the bottom half of their high school class.

But the test caused concern when only 46 percent of Hispanic test takers and 41 percent of black test takers were able to pass it on the first attempt, while white students passed it at 64 percent on their first attempt. Naturally, liberals cried "Racism!"

But a federal ruling in 2015 concluded the test was not discriminatory. Still, the liberal education community suggested the test has discrepancies between white people and the minorities.

"Having a white workforce really doesn't match our student body anymore," Soodak lamented, suggesting that she would be willing to undergo a heart transplant from a heart surgeon who passed Surgery 101 on the second try. Or else she doesn't think reading and writing are all that important.

Kate Walsh, president of National Council on Teacher Quality, (a term that is slowly becoming an American oxymoron) supports the literacy test. She claims that minorities tend to score less due to factors such as poverty and the "legacy of racism."

And all along you thought it was poverty that turned out terrorists.

The truth is, minorities score lower in part due to lowered expectations of them by their parents and teachers, and the lack of a stable home environment, in many cases.

According to Walsh, New York became "light years ahead of other states" because of this test, "when it comes to the teacher certification regimen."

Selective-issue feminists safely condemn an Oscar winning non-Muslim white guy

In a safe display of moral outrage, feminists, too frightened to condemn Islamic misogyny, attacked actor Casey Affleck's Oscar win on Sunday.

Rather than being outraged over Islamic practices that include wife beating, honor killings, forced marriages, legal subordination to men, and the forced wearing of cloth sacks to cover all exposed skin, Affleck is alleged to have sexually harassed women for years. His feminist detractors are demanding that he be shunned rather than celebrated.

None of the feminists involved have ever won an Oscar or the approval of their fathers.

Most recently, Affleck had the audacity to kiss a female entertainment reporter on the cheek prior to the Oscar ceremony. How cheeky of him. His critics called the kiss sexist and demeaning to women--particularly women misandrists who rebuke all affection bestowed upon them by men who identify as men.

In a predictable article in Elle, progressive (aka leftist) writer Sady Doyle said that men accused of having abusive pasts deserve nothing but contempt. The predictable part was her tying Affleck's continued celebrity to the election of Donald Trump, because leftists think, talk, dream and fart politics.

And then there's the predictable and trusty 'privileged white guy ploy.' Doyle wrote "By endlessly forgiving abusive men, we tell women that the abuse they suffer is less important than some guy's right to get his point of view across. White men in entertainment can get away with anything."

Tell that to Robert Blake. (Google it.)

Of course there are abusive men out there. I think we can all agree they suck. But making a racist statement about white men of privilege sucks just as much. I resent that and so should all decent people.

Feminists, you want to make a real difference? Go shun Muslims who beat their wives according to sharia. Make bold, public political statements against Islamic theocratic countries that treat women like possessions.

It's easy to attack American white men--we're soft targets for the most part.

But I dare you, I double-dare you to put aside your hypocrisy and speak out against the misogyny of sharia law and how women are treated under it.

I dare you.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
