New Yorkers instinctively avoid frothing-at-the-mouth-street-corner lunatics. They don’t know if the psycho might suddenly come at them with a knife, so they cross to the other side to be safe. That's normal survival instincts.

But there’s no street to cross when the lunatic is the man they elected as their mayor. But if there was, they might get run over by e-bikers to whom Zohran (Madman) Mamdani gave license to kill.

Because the comrade wants to shield them from ICE, motorized bikers can now speed as fast as they want yet face only a civil ticket. This, even as he wants to slow auto traffic to a 10 mile per hour piddling crawl [perhaps to force them to give up their vehicles and take "free" buses and trains].

It isn’t breaking news that traffic lights and human life mean nothing to e-bikers. They zoom like bats out of hell up and down Avenues, and sometimes down the one-way uptown avenue. But with Madman Mamdani, they basically get a free pass.

New Yorkers elected this talent-lacking lunatic and got what the asked for, good and hard.

Maybe they will wake up next time, but I doubt it.

Trump DOJ Puts Muslim Commie NYC Mayoral Hopeful Zohran Mamdani on Notice Over His Racist, Anti-White Housing Scheme

Zohran Mamdani, the poster boy for the Democrats’ slide into insanity, just stepped in it big time. This Muslim communist running for NYC mayor rolled out a housing plan so blatantly racist, so clearluy anti-white, it could make Al Sharpton blush. And now, Trump’s DOJ is circling like sharks smelling blood.

As conservative site, The Gateway Pundit laid bare, Mamdani’s grand idea to “fix” New York City is a property tax hike targeting “richer and whiter neighborhoods.” 

Yes, you read that right. His policy memo, ‘Stop the Squeeze on NYC Homeowners,’ vows to tackle a “deeply inequitable system, using the full power of the mayor’s office to both address the system directly and working with legislators at the state level to win necessary reforms” by “shift[ing] the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods.” 

If you swapped “whiter” for “blacker,” the X platform would explode, and the media would be screaming from every rooftop. But when it’s open season on white folks, all you get is crickets from the left. It’s not just tolerated, it’s practically a party plank.

This isn’t some feel-good “equity” nonsense. It’s communism with a side of racial resentment. And what’s Mamdani planning to bankroll with this discriminatory cash grab? Try $65 million in taxpayer dollars for “gender affirming care,” including gender mutilation for kids. Because nothing says “progress” like taxing people based on their skin color to fund irreversible procedures for minors. 

Thankfully, Trump’s DOJ isn’t sleeping on this one. 

Conservative firebrand Benny Johnson flagged the story, and DOJ Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon came out swinging. She laid it down plain: “Racial discrimination is illegal in the United States, period. Full stop!” Dhillon didn’t mince words, warning that Mamdani’s “illegal discriminatory scheme” would violate federal law, the Constitution, and probably New York law too. That’s a legal smackdown waiting to happen.

If Mamdani somehow slithers into the mayor’s office and tries to push this garbage, he might find himself in cuffs faster than you can say “perp walk.” The Trump DOJ’s already shown they’re not playing around with Dems flouting federal law—just ask Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), who got a taste of justice. Now picture the mayor of America’s biggest city getting hauled off in handcuffs. The meltdown on X would be legendary.

Columbia U. janitors sue pro-Hamas agitators--accused of holding them hostage in building on campus

Alright, let’s cut through the noise. Two janitors at Columbia University, Mariano Torres and Lester Wilson, are fed up and fighting back. They’ve slapped a lawsuit on over 40 anti-Israel agitators who stormed a campus building last April, turning their night shift into a nightmare. This went down in Hamilton Hall, and the details are as ugly as you’d expect.

Filed Friday in New York’s Southern District, the lawsuit lays it out: on April 29, 2024, Torres and Wilson were just doing their jobs when a “highly coordinated mob” smashed their way into Hamilton Hall. 

The suit doesn’t mince words, calling these protesters “occupiers” who “terrorized the two men into the early morning of April 30th, assaulted and battered them, held them against their will.” Yes, you read that right—janitors caught in a premeditated shakedown.

The protesters, according to the suit, were working off some “underground manual” like they were auditioning for a heist flick. This wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment tantrum; it was a playbook to “take illegal action with impunity.” 

When Torres and Wilson tried to hold the line and protect the building, they got hit with disgusting slurs like “Jew-lovers,” “Jew-worker,” and “Zionist.” Classy. The mob even renamed the place “Hinds Hall,” because apparently vandalism comes with a rebrand.

The lawsuit paints a picture of a calculated siege. These folks had “hand-drawn maps and diagrams of Hamilton Hall,” plus a stockpile of food and supplies to bunker down. We’re talking fire extinguisher locations, water fountains, electrical panels—hell, they even scoped out “heavy equipment” like podium toppers, tables, and benches to fortify their little fortress. This was no spontaneous protest; it was a tactical takeover.

The suit claims the group planned to “intimidate, harass, bribe, threaten, and/or assault and batter” anyone who got in their way. They were told to wear face coverings and dark clothing to keep things extra sketchy. One of the named defendants, 41-year-old James Carlson, allegedly got physical with Torres, shoving him and threatening, “I’m going to get twenty guys up here to f--- you up.” Torres, not backing down, reportedly shot back, “I’ll be right here.” Gutsy.

Carlson’s lawyer, Robert Gottlieb, isn’t buying it. He told Fox News Digital the claims are “patently false and defamatory.” Says Carlson is Jewish Armenian and “vehemently opposes genocide targeting any people.” Gottlieb insists his client never slung anti-Semitic slurs, never touched or threatened the janitors, and isn’t even in the photos tied to the complaint. “We will prove that,” he says. 

We’ll see how that holds up.

The fallout? Torres and Wilson say they’re dealing with physical injuries and PTSD from the ordeal. Bad enough they haven’t been able to clock back into work. 

They’re not just suing the individuals—groups like National Students for Justice in Palestine, AJP Educational Foundation, Inc., Faculty for Justice in Palestine Network, WESPAC Foundation, and People’s City Council are called out for allegedly orchestrating “anti-Semitic actions” on campus, even if they’re not named defendants.

Enter former Attorney General Bill Barr, now with Torridon Law, prepping the janitors. Barr is not holding back, saying Torres and Wilson “found themselves the victims of a hate-fueled, premeditated attack.” Barr’s framing this as a stand for accountability: “Mario and Lester are seeking the justice they deserve and sending a powerful message that those who terrorize others will be held accountable under the law.”

This isn’t just a lawsuit—it’s a line in the sand. Two guys who clean floors for a living are staring down a mob and saying, “Not on our watch.” Stay tuned, because this one’s far from over.

Google fires 28 employees after growing a pair

It's beginning to look a lot like companies across America are getting fed up with the "kids" calling the shots or simply acting out, as if they own the company. An example of how the adults took charge was with Google's response to the way Hamasshole supporters are disrupting everything they can.

Although Google has historically supported such woke ideology like DEI and BLM, it finally grew a set of balls, primarily because it had to for its own sake.

It might have been the final straw when a clique of terror-loving Googlers staged a mega-tantrum in the company’s New York and California offices over work their employer does for you know, the Jews of Israel. Google wasted no time to respond and terminate 28 Hamas-supporting racists involved in the disruptions.

“They took over office spaces, defaced our property, and physically impeded the work of other Googlers. Their behavior was unacceptable, extremely disruptive, and made co-workers feel threatened,” the company’s vice president of global security said.

Good for Google.

The “protest” consisted of infantile actions such as office sit-ins and childish demands on a top exec’s whiteboard. 

Overall, their behavior was akin to the Hamassholes blocking the Golden Gate Bridge last Monday, blocking access to vehicles and fortunately nobody was being transported by ambulance for emergency medical intervention. The useful idiots, many of whom would not survive a full minute if they were doing this in Gaza, were allegedly funded by Iran. [H/T The Geller Report.]

The Daily Wire also reported on Google's internal anti-Semitism including the words "kill all Jews" written on a bathroom wall inside one of their offices. A Jewish employee was also assaulted by pro-Hamas protesters on one of their campuses.

In Manhattan, the Hamas-supporters occupied the tenth floor of Google's offices in Chelsea as part of support for the Seattle office for what they called "No Tech for Genocide Day of Action." These were obviously computer geeks and not English majors or minors as they don't understand the definition of the word 'genocide.'

The protesters demanded [LOL] that Google pull out of a 41.2 billion "Project Nimbus" contract with Israel in which Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services provide AI and cloud-computing services for the Israeli government and the IDF.

If it were up to these infants at Google, Israel would be defenseless and they would have their genocide, except to the people it was tried on once before by a turd named Hitler.

'Squad' member claims Hamas rapes were "propaganda" after seeing 10/7 video

New York Democrat Rep[ulsive] Jamaal Bowman (POS) denies the obvious and what his anti-Semitic eyes saw regarding the October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. It doesn't matter to this cretin that Hamas bragged about the killing, torturing, beheading, burning, and yes, raping Israelis of all ages. Men as well as women and girls were raped and to prove it, the Hamassholes called home and bragged about it. 

But Bowman refuses to acknowledge the rapes, and unless he's as dumb as dirt, he knows he's lying. And it's highly possible he's as dumb as dirt.

Bowman made the "propaganda" announcement a few days after fellow lawmakers saw the 45-minute horror video of the attack. I guess he thought that the other stuff he viewed, you know, the burning alive children, beheading of a baby, the mutilations, torture, and the gleeful killing of Jews, wasn't as bad as raping, so he refused to say it happened. 

Honestly, people like Bowman should not be in office, but he got elected anyway.

The idiot was seen on a media post that shows the 'Squad' member pushing the anti-Semitic remarks during a Nov. 17 rally with dozens of pro-Palestinian protesters in New York, proving the level at which he and his ilk will stoop to scoop up the pro-Hamasshole votes.

"There was propaganda used in the beginning of the siege," Bowman said in a TikTok post discovered and reported by Politico. "There’s still no evidence of beheaded babies or raped women. But they still keep using that lie [for] propaganda."

Except for the survivors who reported what they saw, and they were too traumatized to make up lies.

The 150 House members who attended the screening were left in a state of "shock and disbelief" after seeing the attack, Jewish Insider reported at the time. The House Foreign Affairs Committee hosted the screening, which banned the public from viewing it due to the horrific nature of the attack. 

The fact that politicians will bow down to people who advocate terrorism is a reminder of just how sterile they are of morals and ethics. Perhaps his name, BowMan, is G_d's way of warning us of what some people are capable of doing.

Politico further noted that evidence of Hamas raping innocent women grew substantially in the months after the attacks. He also appeared to backtrack on the "propaganda" remarks in a statement provided to the publication. Maybe the Jews would forget what he said or be unaware of his anti-Semitic rhetoric, but he is a disgusting coward.

"As I said at this rally, what Hamas did on October 7th is a war crime and they must release all the hostages," he told Politico, hoping to play both sides, like Joe Biden.

"The UN confirmed that Hamas committed rape and sexual violence, a reprehensible fact that I condemn entirely. I also voted yes on Resolution 966, which officially condemns the rape and sexual violence committed by Hamas. So let me be clear, and ensure my words are not twisted: I always stand against sexual violence in all forms and stand for peace for all."

So let me be clear, Bowman knew by November 17 that the sick scumbags of Hamas committed rape, even with dead bodies, but he is a man of poor character to take a political risk by being honest.

"Extreme House Democrats remain so blinded by their anti-Semitism and their love of Hamas they will not only ignore horrific crimes committed against Israeli women, but will actively seek to discredit their trauma," NRCC National Press Secretary Will Reinert told Fox News Digital in a statement.

I wish I could say here what I really think of Jamaal Bowman, but Google won't allow it.

Illegal alien caught at border says he's a Hebollah terrorist and plans to make a bomb

Maybe it was just a bit of jihadi humor, or maybe it was a jihadi telling the truth. A Lebanese national was stopped at the US southern border over a week ago and told border officials that he was a member of Hezbollah and planned to make a bomb in the United States.

The would-be terrorist, 22-year-old Basel Bassel Ebbadi was arrested on March 9th near El Paso, Texas, in what was documented as a "Significant Arrest."

“El Paso Sector Intelligence Agents assigned to the Tactical Terrorism Response Team (TTRT) interviewed Basel Bassel EBBADI from Lebanon after he made terroristic threats to personnel at the EP Sector Hardened Facility,” the document said. “Post Miranda, Basel Bassel EBBADI claimed membership to a foreign terrorist organization.”

So the idiot was Maranda-ized and made that confession just two days after his arrest when being medically evaluated. He was asked what he was doing in the U.S. to which the moron replied: “I’m going to try to make a bomb.”

We don't catch the smart ones.

Ebbadi was reportedly training for 7 years with Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed terrorist group currently trying to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, while operating out of Lebanon. He said that he was responsible for guarding Hezbollah's weapons.

The schmuck then told officials that his training focused on “jihad” and killing people “that was not Muslim,” the report said. He was planning on making his way to New York, a good hunting ground for non-Muslims and a substantial number of Jews.

The NY Post report was viewed tens of millions of times on X on Sunday and generated notable responses from conservative leaders with hardly a keyboard peck by the left.

Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) posted: “Biden’s open border is an open invitation for Iran-backed terrorists to infiltrate our homeland. This will only get worse until Biden secures the border.”

And it probably is but we haven't seen the results of this stupidity yet. They're called "sleeper cells." I'm not saying they exist, but you'd have to be a fool to think they don't.

2 NY residents arrested for running covert Chinese police station and what about Australia

The FBI along with federal prosecutors and the DOJ announced Monday the arrest of two New York City residents who allegedly ran a covert Chinese government police station in Manhattan's Chinatown. Both suspects are of Chinese extraction but at this time, little is known about them.

Lu Jianwang and Chen Jinping have each been charged with conspiring to act as agents of China's government, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

The Justice Department earlier described the announcement as a "significant national security matter."

No kidding, Sherlock.

The defendants were scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon before a magistrate judge.

And while this was going on, a mysterious "Chinese" police car was spotted in Melbourne, Australia in the south-east, amid worries of "intimidation by Beijing" toward expatriots. [H/T Daily Mail]

It comes after reports of undercover Chinese police stations being set up in major cities across the world including London, Glasgow, and Toronto.

The car in this case, is a Victoria-registered 2015 Nissan Maxima and was decked out with Chinese police decals and text on the rear passenger door saying [in Chinese] "Special Police."

It should have instead said, "Secret Police."

New Yorkers abandoning Big Apple for the Sunshine State

At least 33,564 wait, 33,565 New Yorkers are leaving the dictatorial state and heading on down to sunny Florida where the warm winds kiss your face and the mask you used to wear can kiss your - - - fill in the blanks.

Recent data from Florida's Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles reveal the numbers, in part, in which New York drivers licenses were exchanged for Florida licenses between September 2020 and March 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic or the China Virus.

This is a 32% increase from last year's same period when 25,370 New Yorkers traded in their licenses for a Florida replacement.

One reason given for the Apple Exodus say Florida officials is that parents want to get their kids back in a full-time, in-person school experience. 

The three most popular Florida counties for the New York transplants for the calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021 through April were — no surprise — the southeastern counties of Palm Beach (14,045), Broward (8,422), and Miami-Dade (8,033).

Overall, the total for the April 2019 to April 2021 period showed that 104,960 made the move to Florida, leading all other states by far. New Jersey, with 53,901 leaving for the sun was second in numbers. And these are drivers licenses, not individuals, so the actual number of people is even higher than these.

Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis (R) is by far and away the best governor in the country and ten steps ahead of the Democrat governors who don't know what they are doing when it comes to the coronavirus, especially the governor who wrote a self-congratulatory book about it. His state has actually "followed the science" and didn't close down the beaches nor the businesses the way others did, and the numbers of deaths are in the midrange of the entire nation, while the state has the second highest aged population.

Even now, after the CDC gave in to public pressure and told the public that vaccinated people don't need to wear a mask outdoors, the idiot Governor of New York refuses to abandon the face diaper.

NY business flees from Cuomo to the land of DeSantis

It was only a matter of time before New Yorkers moved their businesses out of the Democrat-run state of New York and moved to Florida. The coronavirus lockdowns seems to be the elephant that broke the camel's back as the economy circles the bowl, the New York Post writes.

“Two weeks ago, when the thermometer plunged below 20 and indoor dining was still off-limits in the city, intrepid New Yorkers continued to cling to vestiges of their social lives,” the Post noted Sunday. “But just a short flight away — in tony Palm Beach, Fla., where La Goulue recently opened an outpost that’s a mirror image of its Manhattan mother ship — all inside tables and seats at the bar are full. Patrons are laughing and living it up, seemingly oblivious to the perils of fraternizing during a pandemic.”

And while New York's Gov. Andrew "Nostrils" Cuomo made headlines as the best governor ever to govern on the face of the Earth, and his state was the second highest in corona deaths just behind New Jersey, also run by a Democratic governor, the state of Florida was merely 26th overall in that category, and that was in spite of the freedom of association it allowed under the leadership of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Scores of Manhattan restaurants have suddenly opened in Palm Beach, the Post writes, "escaping" the freezing cold weather and severe COVID-19 restrictions. NY residents left the city in droves, heading for sunny Florida during the height of the pandemic.

“[Palm Beach] is really working with you, not trying to put wood in your wheels,’’ a restaurant owner told the Post, adding that, in New York City, dining has just opened to 25% capacity. “I have seen so many friends of mine, I can’t believe it. And all our New York staff is asking to come work here.’’

But not only businesses have decided to relocate to Florida, families are doing the same due to the better weather and the competent way Republicans handle crises. 

Not surprisingly, New York has “posted the biggest population decline of any [state] in the US, putting it on track for its first population fall of any decade since the 1970s,” according to the BBC. And the people who are moving there are young and have been driving down the median age of Florida's population.

Cuomo's former aide alleges he harassed her "for years"

Lindsey Boylan, a former aide to Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo, tweeted on Sunday that the Emmy Award winner "sexually harassed me for years."

#BelieveAllWomen was the Democrat's battle cry when Brett Kavanaugh was being accused of sexual misconduct, but so far, not a word has been uttered on the left about this woman's claim. Of course it's ridiculous to go along with this statement, but the hypocrisy is palpable.

Ms. Boylan describes herself as a progressive on her Twitter account. She worked for Cuomo's administration from 2015 to 2018, she posted to her LinkedIn profile.

Boylan worked for Empire State Development, New York's economic development public-benefit organization, until March 2018. She then became deputy secretary for economic development and special adviser to the senior Cuomo in the Cuomo Brothers' Comedy Team as featured on the Comedy News Network (CNN).

"Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years," Boylan tweeted. "Many saw it, and watched. I could never anticipate what to expect: would I be grilled on my work (which was very good) or harassed about my looks. Or would it be both in the same conversation? This was the way for years."

"Not knowing what to expect what’s the most upsetting part aside from knowing that no one would do a damn thing even when they saw it," Boylan continued. "No one. And I *know* I am not the only woman."

Boylan provided no details of any alleged incidents nor did she name witnesses, and hasn't responded to an inquiry from Fox News. She accused the governor's office of being a "toxic" work environment in the beginning of December.

Cuomo's office has not responded Sunday to a request for comment.

Boylan is running for Manhattan borough president next year and has also ran and lost against by over 40 points to the useless Rep. Jerold Nadler (D-NY) in New York's 10th Congressional District.

"To be clear: I have no interest in talking to journalists," Boylan wrote on Twitter on Sunday. "I am about validating the experience of countless women and making sure abuse stops. My worst fear is that this continues."

"My second worst fear is having to talk about and relive this," she said.

But don't think for a minute that anything will become of this claim by Boylan. Gov. Cuomo is a protected entity--the left will not allow anything to happen to him and if you don't follow conservative news sources, you probably would never  had known about this allegation in the first place.

This is not to say that Cuomo is guilty, but it would be a miracle if it went any further than Boylan's claim and became an ethics issue. And let's never forget, Andrew Cuomo is an Emmy Award winning governor.

Cuomo 'shocked' over virus infection data and lockdown backfire

America's incompetent governor Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) had a bomb dropped on him when he learned that fully 84% of COVID-19 infections happen at home, not on the subway, not in the street. In fact, the data shows that "nonessential" workers, as defined by politicians who aren't, the retired folks and those who don't take public transit, were the ones most affected.

“Much of this comes down to what you do to protect yourself. Everything is closed down, government has done everything it could, society has done everything it could. Now it’s up to you,” Cuomo nasally said.

On March 26, the New York Democrat publicly questioned his lockdown policy, though he implemented no changes.

“We closed everything down. That was our public health strategy,” Cuomo honked, as reported by the New York Post. “If you re-thought that or had time to analyze that public health strategy, I don’t know that you would say ‘Quarantine everyone.’”

“I don’t even know that that was the best public health policy,” the governor admitted. “Young people then quarantined with older people, [it] was probably not the best public health strategy. The younger people could have been exposing the older people to an infection.” In fact, it was murderous.

In defense of Cuomo, nobody knew what they were doing at the outset of the pandemic, but Cuomo acted as if he did.

In spite of now having the necessary information, the Democrat is continuing with his lockdown policy.

AOC: wants you taxed but doesn't pay her own taxes

"This country was founded on abortion rights"

Rep. Alexandria Ostentatiously-Communist (D-NY) proposal of the Green New Deal [GND] would not merely kill all the farting cows, but it would have American families virtually working to pay taxes and even that would not be enough to keep the country from going bankrupt.

Yes, she wants us to pay our taxes to have her socialism, but now there's a tax warrant against the History 1.01 dropout and economics "genius." The warrant remains open over six months after her office claimed the unpaid state taxes would be promptly paid back.

Don't hold your breath, New York.

The tax warrant from the State of New York was issued in July 2017 against Brook Avenue Press, a Bronx-based children’s books publisher the Democratic rising star founded in 2012, for $1,618.36 in unpaid corporate taxes. You would think she'd take care of that debt but no, she's special and privileged.

A tax warrant is issued by the state against businesses if they "fail to timely resolve" their tax debt and not respond to notices regarding their debt, according to the New York Department of Taxation and Finance.

It was the New York Post that initially spotted AOC's delinquent tax situation in March and her spokesman said at the time that this was news to them and that the tax balance would be paid right away.

Former Ostentatiously-Communist's spokesman Corbin Trent told The Post her lawyers were looking into the matter in a story back in March 23. They admitted the taxes remained unpaid.

You'd think she would have gotten the tax bill done by now since her salary is $174,000 for some crazy reason.

The Bronx County Clerk confirmed in a phone call with the Daily Caller News Foundation Monday that the Brook Avenue Press tax warrant remains open and that a satisfaction of judgement has yet to be filed in the matter.

New York state dissolved the commie congresswoman's company in 2016 using a procedure reserved for corporations that fail to pay taxes for at least two years or fail to file tax returns.

AOC reported that she was the founder of Brook Avenue Press in her financial disclosure report filed with the House of Representatives this past May.

As a socialist and member of Congress, AOC has called for taxing people up to 70% on income earners at the "tippy tops" to fund the GND, a bill that was not signed by even one member of Congress, including the person who co-sponsored it. Not one.

But when it was AOC who was to pay Uncle Sam, 70% was a bit too steep--heck, even paying anything by her was a bit too steep. In fact, she supported a bill that would provide tax deductions for business start-up costs back in 2012.

Avenatti faces 36-count indictment

He still has a shot at the Democratic 2020 primary if he plays his cards right. Michael Avenatti has been hit with a 36-count indictment including wire fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud. It's even alleged that he screwed a paraplegic client out of millions because, let's face it, he's an upwardly mobile Democrat scumcrumpet.

The DOJ document filed in federal district court in California includes counts of fraud, perjury, failure to pay taxes, embezzlement and other financial crimes, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The development comes less than two weeks after federal prosecutors charged the possible 2020 Democratic hopeful with wire and bank fraud charges in California, relating to a failure to inform the quadriplegic client he had received a $1.6 million settlement. The DOJ accused the 48-year-old lawyer of appropriating those funds for his personal galavanting around and appearing on CNN.

That same day, U.S. attorneys in New York indicted the former lawyer for sex performer Stormy Daniels for allegedly seeking to extort up to $25 million from Nike.

In a news release on Thursday, the Department of Justice said of the latest court filing, “The criminal charges in the indictment address four areas of wrongdoing: the embezzlement of millions of dollars that should have been paid to clients, the failure to file income tax returns and failure to pay the IRS millions of dollars in taxes, the submission of fraudulent loan applications that included tax returns never filed with the IRS, and the concealment of assets from the Bankruptcy Court.”

The creep could get as much as 300 years in prison and is likely to die there unless he works out in the slammer gym and eats the right foods.

In the release, U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna said that all of the crimes Avenatti is now charged with were interconnected.

CNN has not spoken about this situation for some strange reason and Brian Stelter could not be found for questioning as to whether he still believes Avenatti has a shot at the 2020 primaries.

“These four areas of criminal conduct alleged in the indictment are all linked to one another because money generated from one set of crimes appears in other sets — typically in the form of payments to lull victims and to prevent Mr. Avenatti’s financial house of cards from collapsing,” Hanna said.

Acting Special Agent in Charge Ryan L. Korner, with the Los Angeles IRS Criminal Investigation addressed the tax-related charges brought against Avenatti. Korner said Avenatti had other priorities, including sports car racing screwing and a coffee shop chain. Avenatti said of the chain, "It kept me awake at night."

“The financial investigation conducted by the IRS details a man who allegedly failed to meet his obligations to the government, stole from his clients, and used his ill-gotten gains to support his racing team, the ownership of Tully’s coffee shops, and a private jet,” Korner said in the release.

Avenatti is accused of using a $2.75 million settlement payment from a client to help purchase a share in a private jet valued at $5 million. Federal authorities
seized the jet  on Wednesday but his wife said that he has a spare.

In all, the indictment alleges wrongdoing against five clients. Among them is a paraplegic man Avenatti represented against the County of Los Angeles. So far as we know, this is the lowest the POS has sunk.

“The county paid a $4 million settlement in January 2015, but within months Avenatti had drained the entire settlement payment from his law firms’ trust account and used portions of the settlement to finance his coffee business or pay personal expenses,” according to the Justice Department.

In a Twitter post that has now apparently been deleted, Avenatti responded by proclaiming his innocence and further stating the move is meant to “sideline” him because he is the only one who can beat Trump.

“I intend to fully fight all charges and plead NOT GUILTY! I look forward to the entire truth being known as opposed to a one-sided version meant to sideline me,” he wrote.

In another tweet, which is still active, he characterized the allegations that he mishandled clients’ funds as “bogus nonsense,” which, of course, it probably isn't.

And in a third, which was also deleted, he said his career has been standing up for the powerless and predicted he would be exonerated. Yes, he is just a freaking Superman fighting for truth, justice and the American way.

"Look up in the sky . . . it's a bird . . . it's a plane . . . oh my God, it's Michael Avenatti laughing while he's crapping on us!"

A man with gender identity disorder attacks 7 white people in alleged 'hate crime'

New York, NY -- A biological man [yes, he has a penis] who believes he is a woman, was arrested in connection with random attacks of at least 7 white people. He sprayed them with a chemical substance on Friday

The man arrested in the chemical spray attack is being held in New York in what is being investigated as a hate crime.

Thomas J. Heard, 37, [who has evidently not taken the time to change his name to something more feminine] was arrested after allegedly threatening someone with a sharp object in the Bronx. The victim worked with police to track him down.

Authorities believe that Mr. Heard also was responsible for dousing a man with a pepper spray-like substance at the 125th St. subway station of the A/C/B/D lines on Friday, then running out into the street and spraying five more white people.

Soon after, he allegedly attacked another woman waiting for the No. 1 train at W. 96th St. and Broadway. Then, around 2 p.m., a fake woman appearing to be Heard can be seen on a surveillance video violently kicking a stranger, Denise Galloway, in the leg before spraying her and her boyfriend.

"All of the sudden, I hear this woman yell at me from behind, 'I hate you, you expletive expletive!'," Galloway told ABC 7. "I saw her pull something out of her pocket. I didn't know if it was a gun, I didn't know if it was a knife -- I didn't know what she had." She sprayed Galloway's boyfriend, Joe Barbuto, in the eye. Heard then appears to chase Barbuto down the street and spray him again.

"She says 'I'm gonna pepper spray you' and she came around and she actually got me across my face," Barbuto said, unaware of Heard's true gender.

Police say they believe Heard's actions were racially motivated, because all of his victims were white. When police arrested him, they recovered pepper spray and a pair of scissors. He has reportedly been charged with assault as a hate crime, menacing as a hate crime, harassment as a hate crime and assault with criminal possession of a weapon.

But no worries. Heard is at the zenith of the intersectional hierarchy and if he is actually found guilty of a crime against white people, there will be hell to pay. 

"Hands up. Don't spray."

MS-13 member, Interpol fugitive, busted under Operation Matador returned to El Salvador

New York -- A female MS-13 gang member who is wanted to face charges in El Salvador was apprehended and arrested in March under Operation Matador, pursuant to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations. Her criminal butt was sent to El Salvador by ICE and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Milessa Cortez-Granados [no apparent relation to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] is a 32-year-old active MS-13 member and future Democrat had she stayed in the U.S., and entered at an unknown location on an unknown date. She was convicted on Nov. 2, 2009 in U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, of illegally entering the U.S. and sentenced to time served--possibly because Nancy Pelosi pointed out how we all have a spark of divinity. ICE removed her on the same date.

But there she goes again and re-enters the U.S. for a second time.

According to Salvadoran law enforcement officials, on Jan. 12, 2013, Cortez-Granados, along with other scumcrumpets, threatened police officers who were patrolling the local area with firearms. She was the one that told the group where the officers were located, and as a result, several police officers were injured.

Concurrent to the attack on the cops, Cortez-Grenados' spark of divinity began to flicker.

In November 2016, Salvadoran law enforcement officials in San Miguel, El Salvador, issued an Interpol Red Notice for her arrest. The charges were attempted aggravated murder, attempted aggravated damages, and terrorist organizations.

On the "Ides of March" 2018, she was arrested in Hempstead, New York, by HSI Long Island's Violent Gang Unit, under the auspices of Operation Matador--she was detained in ERO custody.

"He is like, yo"

On Oct. 26, 2018, she was ordered removed by an immigration judge in New York City. This paved the way for her removal back to El Salvador, which was subsequently performed via an ICE Air Operations Charter flight and she was transferred into the custody of Salvadoran law enforcement authorities.

Since Oct. 1, 2009, ERO has removed more than 1,700 foreign fugitives from the U.S. who were sought in their native countries for serious crimes, including kidnapping, rape, and murder.

In fiscal year 2017, ICE conducted 226,119 removals nationwide. Fully 83 percent of those individuals removed from the interior of the U.S. had previously been convicted of a criminal offense.

And leftists are upset with ICE.

London beats New York in murder rate

London -- The liberal theory is if you take people's rights away to own guns, there will be fewer murders committed by lawbreakers. But foggy London town shows us that there's more than one way to commit a murder.

This past February, for the first time in modern history, London out-killed New York in the murder rate. 

Guns are outlawed in the UK except under special circumstances. In New York City, gun laws are among the toughest in the nation.

So how were these murders committed?

With knives. Yes, there has been a dramatic surge in knife crime because people who want to commit crimes will find a way to suit their need.

The score: London 15; New York 14. The population of both cities is virtually the same. It's also likely that this is a trend that will continue. In March, there were 22 killings while New York had 21, giving new meaning to the term "March Madness."

Gun control only controls guns of those who follow the law. If any of those victims in London or New York were carrying, the story would probably be different.

Gov. Cuomo turns deaf ear to sex assault claims

Lisa Marie Cater, 51, alleged that William "Sam" Hoyt, former regional president of Empire State Development Corp., stalked and groped her, and kissed her without consent for approximately a year.

When Cater repeatedly tried to report this "barrage" of unwanted sexual advances by one of Cuomo's appointees, she was given the runaround when she called his office, according to a federal lawsuit filed in New York City on Saturday.

She also emailed a complaint to Cuomo's office and sent a message to his Facebook page. Both times she was ignored, the lawsuit states.

The alleged abuse began soonafter Hoyt helped Cater obtain a $30,000-a-year job at the state Division of Motor Vehicles in February 2016. She claims the alleged abuse left her on the verge of a "nervous breakdown."

This came at a time in Cater's life when she was about to be evicted and was also a victim of domestic abuse, the New York Post reported.

"He hung this job over my head," she told the Post, "I felt like a possession of his."

Cuomo,  who is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, in typical politician fashion denied the allegations through his attorney.

American Airlines passenger upset with masturbating seat-mate

Chloe King was heading from New York City to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, France. She had a window seat and a man sat in the middle while a woman sat by the aisle.

Catching a few zzz's in flight, she awoke to discover the guy next to her was masturbating while she slept.

So she wrote an essay about it for Medium saying that the woman seated on the masturbator's other side saw him doing it and told the flight attendant who allowed the woman by the aisle to change seats.

According to the essay, the guy was told that once they landed in Paris he would be arrested. However, King wasn't told nor awakened during the time the guy was 'being his own best friend' and only discovered what was happening after she awoke a while later, as the plane was descending toward Charles de Gaulle. It was only then that a flight attendant summoned her to the rear of the plane and informed her of what had happened, because "they just wanted to let me know."

"What they didn't do was wake me up and move me to a safe place," she wrote in her essay titled "We've Now Reached Creeping Altitude."

She said she wasn't allowed to switch seats like the other woman seated by the aisle was able to do.

"Instead, they made me climb back over the sex offender, trapped between him and the window for the rest of the flight. I was shaking and crying and trying not to get sick," said King.

So the question is, was she sleeping or was she crying? 

Once the plane landed, she said she was met with "blank stares" at the AA desk after reporting the crew's actions (or inactions, in her case). She also wrote how the airline sent her a "generic" email after escalating the matter to AA's legal department.

Now she is pleading with the everyone in the world not to fly with AA over what she says was a failure on their part to "protect [her] safety in a horrifying situation."

"You chose to treat the man committing the crime with far more respect than the unconscious woman sitting beside him," King wrote, addressing the airline directly. "As humans, we deserve more than that."

"Please choose any other airline," she posted on Facebook.

A spokesperson for AA responded to King's complaints in a statement they provided to the New York Daily News. 

"We are reviewing how we handled the situation on this flight, and have reached out directly to Ms. King."

The masturbator was reportedly taken into custody when he arrived in Paris. 

The man is obviously a wack job.

New York evidently okay with Illiterate Teachers

So-called education "experts" in New York are planning to get rid of the literacy test they used for evaluating potential public school teachers because it's too hard for them to pass. 

They claim too many non-white individuals (those people without white privilege) fail the test. The problem is that while it may strengthen the literacy of kids in school, it weakens diversity within the profession. In other words, it's more important to have a racial diversity of teachers than it is to have teachers who are literate.

The difficult test in question is designed to measure reading and writing skills, which the layperson not well-versed in what makes a good teacher, often believes is more important than academic skills. In fact, that silly test is known as the Academic Literacy Skills Test,  but don't ask the newly hired teachers next year how to spell it--it's not their job. 

Their job is to be people of diversity. 

Professor of Education at Pace University, Leslie Soodak, served on the task force that made the recommendation. In fact, diversity seems to be her main goal in education of you read her research--Google her name. She says "We want high standards, without a doubt. Not every given test is going to get us there."

No kidding.

The literacy test was introduced in the 2013 - 2014 school year to raise the quality of teaching in New York and weed out the inferior students of education.

Proponents of the reform criticized the quality of students trying to become teachers. In a 2016 National Council on Teacher Quality study, it was found that 44 percent of teacher preparation programs reviewed, accepted people from the bottom half of their high school class.

But the test caused concern when only 46 percent of Hispanic test takers and 41 percent of black test takers were able to pass it on the first attempt, while white students passed it at 64 percent on their first attempt. Naturally, liberals cried "Racism!"

But a federal ruling in 2015 concluded the test was not discriminatory. Still, the liberal education community suggested the test has discrepancies between white people and the minorities.

"Having a white workforce really doesn't match our student body anymore," Soodak lamented, suggesting that she would be willing to undergo a heart transplant from a heart surgeon who passed Surgery 101 on the second try. Or else she doesn't think reading and writing are all that important.

Kate Walsh, president of National Council on Teacher Quality, (a term that is slowly becoming an American oxymoron) supports the literacy test. She claims that minorities tend to score less due to factors such as poverty and the "legacy of racism."

And all along you thought it was poverty that turned out terrorists.

The truth is, minorities score lower in part due to lowered expectations of them by their parents and teachers, and the lack of a stable home environment, in many cases.

According to Walsh, New York became "light years ahead of other states" because of this test, "when it comes to the teacher certification regimen."

Liberal Cuomo passes anti-Airbnb bill: shades of Uber

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is a left-wing liberal who, like all liberals, pretends to be on the side of the "little guy." But if you rent out space in your New York apartment through Airbnb, you can be fined up to $7,500. 

The punishment applies to rentals less than 30 days when the owner or tenant is not present. 

Cuomo caved to the pressure from the hotel industry and now the bill has become law. The "little guy" can no longer make a few dollars from renting out space, nor can the client save money from not having to pay extravagant hotel bills.

Many property owners (aka "little guys") use Airbnb and similar websites to rent their apartments to short-term visitors, while taking residential units off the high-priced housing market.

Another liberal, Sen. Liz Krueger of Manhattan, said "Today is a great day for tenants, seniors, and anyone who values the safe and quiet enjoyment of their homes and neighborhoods." 

"For too long companies like Airbnb have encouraged illegal activity that takes housing off the market and makes our affordability crisis worse," she said.

To enforce this law will be like trying to enforce a law that demands left-handed tenants have cupboard doors that open left-to-right. 

There has been a law on the books since 2010 that prohibits rentals of less than 30 days when the owner or tenant is not present, but try enforcing it.

Luckily there are people and landlords who are more than willing to turn in their neighbors who violate this law, and the state could monitor the website to find potential violations--they can call the state workers "The Big Brother Brigade."

The new law does not apply to rentals in single-family homes, row houses or to spare rooms in apartments if the resident is present, but it does apply to condos and co-ops.

Airbnb tried to kill the measure, suggesting alternative regulations to address concerns over short-term rentals without imposing huge fines, but it didn't work.

People who rent out their space on Airbnb are just trying to make a little money while they're out of town, but if the government can get in there and screw things up for the "little guy," that's what they're going to do. It's like the scorpion and frog crossing the stream.

Those who get caught violating the state law and list their apartments for less than 30 day rentals, will face a fine of $1,000 for the first offense; $5,000 for the second; and $7,500 for the third.

"I'm from the government, and I'm here to help."
