Biden nominee believes non-citizens can also vote if they vote Democratic

"And I handed him the pizza and told him, 'hey, this one's on me.' Then I got into
my 18-wheeler pizza delivery truck and drove off. It's how I roll; I'm serious."

President Biden's judicial nominee believes that people should not have to show proof of citizenship in order to vote for the next president, especially if they are from a demographic that typically votes the Democratic Party line because to thwart their freedom would be "voter suppression." But technically speaking, it would instead be "illegitimate voter elimination," not suppression, because the latter term implies that a person's right to vote is being thwarted.

You cannot get more left-wing than someone with close ties to the ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and that's who Biden has nominated to be a federal judge. Her name is Nancy Gbana Abudu and she has argued that photo ID and proof of citizenship constitute "voter suppression."

Evidently, Abudu believes that minorities don't have the ability to present proof of who they are and whether they are American citizens. They presumably don't have birth certificates or passports, they don't have a drivers license in Abudu's way of thinking.

The hard truth is, most illegal voters would chose to vote Democrat and the Party knows this. If the shoe was on the other foot and illegal migrants tended to vote Republican, you can bet they would scream bloody murder. 

Abudu, the deputy legal director at hard-Left SPLC, was picked, apparently by Joe Biden in December to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, which covers Alabama, Florida and Georgia. The seat was vacated by the retirement of Judge Beverly B. Martin, who was an Obama appointee.

Abudu worked for the ACLU from 2005 to 2019 and was an 11th Circuit staff attorney from 2002 to 2004. But the thing that flipped Biden's On switch is that Abudu is Black and therefore not White and that is the main criteria in his brain addled head.

Biden installed 75 judges in 2021. The memo states that his nominees “reflect the diversity” Biden “promise[d]” in courts and that Abudu “would be the first African-American woman judge ever to sit on the Eleventh Circuit.”

That's all well and good, but it isn't a qualification. She admitted in 2011, that "95 percent" of her ACLU involvement involved "voting rights," and said at the time that “photo ID” and “proof of citizenship,” two long-established requirements to vote, are indicative of “voter suppression.”

The irony of her being selected by Barack Obama at the time was that there Black vote reached a historic

high and there was indications that voter suppression existed. After all, Obama was elected twice.

GOP puts brakes on Dems' attempt to "Tilt every election . . . permanently in their favor"

In an attempted political coup by the Democrats to pass a partisan election bill laughingly called "For the People Act," Republican senators were able to shoot it down avoiding a one-party nation.

“All 50 Democrats voted for the procedural measure, but it drew no GOP support, leaving it short of the 60 votes needed to overcome a Republican filibuster,” The Wall Street Journal reported. 

“Democratic centrists, most prominently Mr. Manchin and Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, have rejected ending the filibuster, though some have suggested ways to weaken it.” Perhaps forcing Republicans to only filibuster in Mandarin or Pig Latin.

Now that Democrats have the majority in Congress, they have sought to cast the filibuster as racist as well as all White people and people of color who did not vote for Joe Biden. The Democrats sang a different tune when they were in the minority. They would love to have the ability to push all of Biden's radical agenda to move the country to the far Left but the founding fathers saw this coming and put in the filibuster to keep the majority in check. 

The GOP wanted to conserve the filibuster--that's why they're conservatives. They know that when something had always worked in the past, you don't ditch it simply for personal gain or simple change.

Democrats had repeatedly used the filibuster to stop the advancement of legislation under former President Trump and Republicans had to hold “time-sapping roll call votes to break a filibuster and end debate on nominees a whopping 314 times” under Trump, compared to a total of 244 times under all previous presidents combined, according to Politico. Funny, but they didn't want to end the filibuster back then. 

“Republicans took issue with imposing federal standards on state elections that they said would weaken state ID requirements,” Fox News reported. “They also oppose starting a new public financing system for congressional elections and politicizing the Federal Elections Commission that enforces campaign finance laws.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that S-1, the election bill Democrats have been pushing for months, was “Democrats’ transparently partisan plan to tilt every election in America permanently in their favor.”

“We know that it would shatter a decades-old understanding that campaign law should have a bipartisan referee, and turn the Federal Election Commission into a partisan-majority cudgel for Democrats to wield against their political opponents,” McConnell said. “We know that it would let Washington bureaucrats direct federal dollars into politicians’ campaign accounts – government money for yard signs and attack ads. We know that it would let Democrats take a red pen to election laws in each of the 50 states, neutering popular precautions like voter I.D. while legalizing shady practices like ballot harvesting across the board.”

Senate Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) falsely claimed that Republicans are trying to promote voter suppression, which is somehow disproved by the record number of Black and minority turnout in the 2020 presidential election. In fact, calling voter ID a form of voter suppression is on its face, racist, implying that Blacks and minorities are incapable of getting personal ID to vote. 

The truth is, Democrats were the party of Jim Crow, and are still the actual racists who call everything racist.

White House Plant says he'd "strongly support" moving MLB All-Star game due to Georgia's voting changes

Our barely sentient President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. will "strongly support" moving the Major League All-Star game out of Atlanta because of better regulated voting laws the state has passed. The house plant said on ESPN Wednesday that the new voting restrictions are "just not right."

The nation's figure head said "This is Jim Crow on steroids, what they are doing in Georgia and 40 other states. What it's all about — imagine passing a law saying you cant provide water or food for someone standing in a line to vote. Can't do that. Come on? Or you close a polling place at 5 o'clock when working people just get off?

"This is all about keeping working folks and ordinary folks that I grew up with from being able to vote. Come on," he lied, using his signature 'come on' without the 'man' at the end.

Biden might look like Banjo Boy from "Deliverance," or Walter, Jeff Dunham's cute old man dummy, but don't be fooled. Biden is now a tool of the far-left and he may not even realize it.

Biden's statement came as a backlash against the new limits grew.

So let's examine the new "limits" as noted by the Governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp (R) who spoke on Fox News and not the mainstream left media, and unlike Biden, he was able to do so without written notes or a teleprompter. Kemp called Biden's rhetoric disingenuous and completely false. In other words, the cute old Banjo Boy lied.

Kemp explained that SB 202 does the following:

First, it actually expands access to early voting across Georgia by requiring 2 mandatory Saturdays and allowing local election officials the option of up to two Sundays during early voting. This applies to all 159 counties in the state for the first time and this increases the voting result hundreds of hours of more early voting opportunities across the state--the opposite of voter suppression and nothing to do with Jim Crow laws the Democrats had implemented and for which they don't like to take credit.

SB 202 requires all voters to provide a driver’s license or a free state ID card number to request and submit an absentee ballot. This replaces the cumbersome signature match process, thereby significantly streamlining – and securing – absentee ballot verification and tabulation. 

Every Georgia voter must already present some form of photo ID to vote in-person and the GOP refuses to infantilize any group of voter by suggesting they cannot obtain identification as the Democrats constantly imply.

For the first time ballot drop boxes – which were not available to Georgia voters prior to the COVID-19 pandemic – are mandated in every county, while also ensuring all drop boxes are secured around the clock. It's probably the latter part in which the drop boxes would be secured that disturbs the Democrats because it helps to eliminate tampering with the ballots inside.

 

SB 202 also protects polling locations from electioneering by private individuals, a common measure taken throughout the country in every state. If a person who is in line to vote is within 150 feet, election officials may provide water at stations. Beyond 150 feet, as previous Georgia law allowed, private individuals can provide water, pizza or anything else they wish to hand out in their effort to campaign for the vote of those waiting to do so. 

Biden lied by saying that people in line would not be able to receive water if thirsty. That's almost as bad as throwing an infant over the southern border wall. 

In addition, SB 202  requires local election officials to continue tabulating votes until counting is complete and mandates the use of security paper to ensure complete authentication of ballots. Democrats don't like that idea because it may result in results that favor Republicans.

The reforms obviously have zero to do with "voter suppression" or "Jim Crow" as Biden claims they do. Liars believe the people they lie to are not bright enough to know they are being lied to, and sometimes liars are correct. Those people who believe lies without checking the facts are most often people on the far-left and the far-right. But the left would even have you believe that everyone in the Republican Party is on the far-right, which is nonsense.

The Election Integrity Act makes it significantly easier to vote by expanding access to the polls and harder to cheat by ensuring the security of the ballot box. It's the cheating part that bothers the left.

If Major League Baseball allows politics to dictate their decision as to where the All-Star game is to be played, then it's no longer America's pastime as far as this writer is concerned.

La La Land voter fraud: 2 charged allegedly submitting applications on behalf of homeless

Two people have been charged with voter fraud after submitting multiple fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, as per the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with a 41-count criminal complaint last week. The Democratic duo faces four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor county of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit
according to the LA DA's office.

In addition, Montenegro faces 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit [aka voter mail-in ballot].

Montenegro submitted over 8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October of this year, according to the district attorney’s office. Additionally, Montenegro allegedly falsified, “names, addresses and signatures on nomination papers under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”

Montenegro faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, while Arevalo faces up to seven years. It is not beyond belief that should Joe Biden win the election, he will not serve any hard time.

Funny that the media isn't all over the story about Dallas Jones, a Joe Biden campaign operative who was accused of electoral fraud. In fact, witnesses allege that state Sen. Boris Miles (D-Houston) and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (D-Pct 1) were putting together a ballot harvesting scheme with the help of Dallas Jones. Two testimonials name Miles and Ellis as leaders of the fraud scheme that involves stealing absentee ballots from nursing homes and forging voter signatures.

But you'd never know about this story unless you read it here or on one of the conservative blogs or websites.

Original reports on this story claimed that Jones had been arrested, but there is no evidence that this is the case. 

There is no doubt that voter fraud and voter suppression goes on within both parties, but let's not kid ourselves; the Democrats have made it an art form.
