PBS White House correspondent accused of illegally voting: charges filed

White House correspondent for PBS Yamiche Alcindor who hosts "PBS NewsHour" has been accused of illegally voting in Florida and the chances are good that she did not vote for Ron DeSantis and that she doesn't even live in the Sunshine State--she lives in Washington, D.C.

The complaint was filed by the American Accountability Foundation (AAF), a research group whose mission is to “shine light on waste, corruption, and malfeasance in the federal government.” Somehow they've overlooked Joe Biden, but that's a story for another time.

The complaint was filed last week and called for the Florida Department of State to investigate Alcindor, according to the Washington Examiner.

“Public information indicates that Mrs. Alcindor is a resident of the District of Columbia, and therefore ineligible to vote in the State of Florida. Despite this, Mrs. Alcindor is registered to vote and has voted in the State of Florida,” the complaint states.

AAF posted on Twitter that Alcindor voted by mail in a Florida election on Monday.
.@Yamiche voted on Monday in Florida.

That’s the audit log from Broward county where she sent her mail in ballot. https://t.co/HhvKZ2u6Mr pic.twitter.com/s8JmAxEqxZ

— American Accountability Foundation (@ExposingBiden)
The group noted that her husband, Nathaniel Cline, is registered to vote in D.C.

Alcindor had tweeted in the past:
Some news: I moved to DC this week to cover social safety net issues and how Trump’s administration impacts everyday people’s lives.

— Yamiche Alcindor (@Yamiche) January 13, 2017
“This raises the obvious question of why Mrs. Alcindor does not vote at the [D.C.] address like her husband. There is no evidence that Mrs. Alcindor and Mr. Cline do not intend to spend the remainder of their lives together as a married couple,” the complaint said.

“How can Mr. Cline believe that their permanent residence is [the D.C. address] while Mrs. Alcindor supposedly believes it is [the Florida address]?”

Looks like the couple didn't do their due diligence.

The complaint continued, “If individuals are allowed to pick and choose where they vote, based on personal preference and not on their residency, then residency requirements become hollow. More importantly, when out of state residents vote in Florida, the votes of actual residents of the State of Florida are diluted and their constitutional right to vote is undermined.”

Alcindor had  commented on the then-ongoing trial of Derek Chauvin, who was facing charges of murder in the death of George Floyd.

As the prosecution and defense were making their closing arguments, Alcindor tweeted:
Chauvin’s lawyer said it flies in the face of common sense to say Floyd’s death was not caused at least in part by his underlying conditions or drug use.

This argument is in direct contradiction to the prosecution’s case which says believe your eyes, Chauvin’s knee killed Floyd.

— Yamiche Alcindor (@Yamiche) April 19, 2021

Her comments were criticized by many observers who explaned that she was ignorant of due process.
So prosecutors and defense attorneys have different interpretations of events in a criminal case.

Interesting. That’s some solid analysis there. https://t.co/Lqpmm9pGnq

In which Yamiche Alcindor is shocked and appalled to discover the adversarial justice system https://t.co/SDVzbEw5Ef

— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) April 19, 2021
The following month, the PBS correspondent told then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reversing its decision to require vaccinated people to wear masks would put “people of color at risk.” Her comments drew laughter and rebuke since she was not wearing a mask at the time.

She pleads guilty to illegal ballot harvesting but her lawyers calls it part of 'voter suppression'

Guillermina Fuentes, 66, entered a plea agreement with Arizona state prosecutors on Thursday, sparing her a trial and possible forgery and conspiracy charges that would land her in the clink in the twilight of her life. The Democratic Party operative pleaded guilty to illegal ballot-harvesting of mail-in votes in the Arizona 2020 primary election.

However, Fuentes' lawyer is calling the law she violated part of a campaign of "state-wide and national voter suppression efforts." That's like putting lipstick on a pig.

According to The Associated Press, Fuentes “could get probation for running what Arizona attorney general’s office investigators said was a sophisticated operation using her status as a well-known Democratic operative in the border city of San Luis to persuade voters to let her gather and in some cases fill out their ballots.”

So that means Fuentes, in effect, is being denied the right to vote as many times as possible using other people's ballots. That doesn't seem fair . . . if you're an illegal voter enthusiast, better known as a Democrat. That isn't to say the GOP doesn't have its share of miscreants who would stuff the ballot box; we just don't have as many of them.

Fuentes and another woman faced a 2020 indictment for ballot abuse after harvesting ballots in Yuma County for the 2020 election. Under Arizona law, only a household member, family member or caregiver is allowed to collect a voter’s ballot.

According to prosecutors, Fuentes used her community status to solicit ballots from other voters and drop them off. But unbeknownst to her, a write-in candidate captured video of her and the other woman outside a San Luis cultural center on primary day. She had several mail-in envelopes which were later taken into the polling place and dropped in a ballot box, which, of course, is illegal.

The video, provided to the Yuma County sheriff, allegedly shows Fuentes marking a ballot before dropping it in, and charges for that act were among those dropped in the plea agreement. So Fuentes pleaded guilty to illegal collection and return of four ballots, and that could possibly sentence her to two years in the slammer, but to do that, a judge would have to find aggravated circumstances in the crime.

As it now stands, Fuentes will probably face probation, a large fine and home confinement when she's sentenced June 30. She will also lose her voting rights and be required to give up elected office.

Fuentes was decisively linked to harvesting only about a dozen ballots — a number that wouldn’t have necessarily swung anything aside from tight local races. However, officials believe her involvement went deeper than that, but at least she didn't sleep with Willy Brown.

“Attorney general’s office investigator William Kluth wrote in one report that there was some evidence suggesting Fuentes actively canvassed San Luis neighborhoods and collected ballots, in some cases paying for them,” the AP reported.

“It’s all about corruption in San Luis and skewing a city council election,” said Arizona state Rep. Tim Dunn (R) who represents Yuma County.

“This has been going on for a long time, that you can’t have free and fair elections in south county, for decades. And it’s spreading across the country.”

However, Fuentes’ attorney decried the fact there was any kind of ballot-harvesting legislation in Arizona at all, saying that the legislation was aimed at minority voters who, as the AP put it, “have historically relied on others to help them vote.”

“[T]his prosecution shows that the law is part of ongoing anti-democratic, state-wide, and national voter suppression efforts,” said Anne Chapman, Fuentes’ arrogant attorney. She didn’t mention her client’s plea, however.

Voters are getting concerned that their one vote doesn't count anymore. There's no doubt that voter corruption exists, but to what extent is unknown. One thing is certain, with mail-in voting and ballot harvesting, it's only going to get worse and soon, voters will be too apathetic to vote, especially when illegal aliens arrive at the ballot box.

Virginia County Supervisor Indicted on 82 Counts in Election Fraud Scheme

Knox District Supervisor Trey Adkins (D) was indicted on May 9th along with his alleged accomplice Sherry Lynn Bailey, over alleged election and voter fraud. The announcement was made by Russell County Commonwealth's Attorney Zach Stoots who said the pair were hit with 94 various felonies.

Adkins was charged with 34 counts of false statement election fraud, 11 counts of absentee voting procedure violations, 8 counts of public embezzlement, 11 counts of forgery of a public record, 15 counts of uttering public record, 3 counts of conspiracy to make a false statement election fraud, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Sherry Lynn Bailey is apparently Adkins’ aunt, and she was charged in connection with the same voter-election scheme. Her indictment was 4 counts of false statement election fraud, 4 counts of conspiracy to make a false statement, 4 counts of forgery of public record, and a 5 golden rings.

Stoots stated, “The Rules of Professional Conduct prevents any lawyer participating in the prosecution of a criminal matter that may be tried to a jury from making an extrajudicial statement that the lawyer knows or should know will have a likelihood of interfering with the fairness of a trial by jury. Based on the Rules of Professional Conduct, my office will not be making any further statements on the pending matters.”

Virginia State Police have apparently been investigating Adkins for approximately two years prior to the current charges getting handed down.

The National File reported that the grand jury’s report detailed “an illegal absentee vote harvesting scheme” that Adkins had been partaking in since first coming into office in 2011 and “repeating the process in his 2015 and 2019 bids for re-election.”

The scheme had Adkins allegedly showing up at the homes of prospective voters with absentee applications and ballots in tow to help ensure that he secured their vote.

Perhaps liberals will now realize the GOP concerns for voter fraud were legitimate.

GA Gov. Kemp signs potent Elections Integrity bill: Dem. Rep. protestor cuffed outside Kemp's office

Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) signed into law a GOP-backed "Elections Integrity Act of 2021" aka SB 202 on Thursday and Democrats had a cow.

The purpose of the bill is to reduce election fraud and tighten up the way elections
are handled in the state. Voter ID will be dealt with and there will be restrictions on drop boxes. In-person voting will be expanded along with other election-related fixes of the current system.

“With Senate Bill 202, Georgia will take another step toward ensuring our elections are secure, accessible and fair,” Kemp said on Thursday. “Ensuring the integrity of the ballot box isn’t partisan, it’s about protecting the very foundation of who we are as Georgians and Americans.”

Georgians will have added ID requirements for absentee-by-mail ballots to avoid fraud. When they return their ballots, voters will be required to use an identification form to actually verify who they are--what a novel concept. This change replaces the signature matching on applications that were formerly used to verify the voter and will match ballot envelopes as well.

SB 202 also expands in-person voting access, NPR noted: “Current Georgia law requires three weeks of Monday through Friday voting during ‘normal business hours’ and a mandatory Saturday session from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, with counties allowed to add more hours — including on the weekends — as they saw fit.”

Kemp’s signing of the bill sparked protesting from Democratic representatives.

Democratic Rep. Park Cannon, [not a joke] was detained by Georgia State Patrol after she made it to an entrance of the governor’s office. She was escorted out of the building in handcuffs, but it remains unclear if Cannon will be charged with anything as well she should be.

Here’s some of the video, from @hannahjoyTV, showing the Democratic Rep. [and explosive[ Park Cannon being detained by Georgia State Patrol outside an entrance to the Governor’s office. #gapol pic.twitter.com/LXSInsaErj

Last month, elected Democrats clashed with police in the Georgia State Capitol while protesting a similar Republican-backed election integrity bill, HB 531. Cannon, was again at the center of the protest. She claimed the bill targets voters by race and status because she does not believe that minorities, the elderly and mthers are capable of obtaining IDs and the other necessities needed to vote.  “The goal of me speaking today is so that black people, people across the state of Georgia, poor people, mothers and seniors can vote,” the racist Democrat said at the time.

'Voter fraud' star witness case in MI was a former stripper at Bada Bing

Melissa Carone, 33, was the main witness in Trump's voter fraud case in Michigan. It turns out she worked at a strip club known as Bada Bing, [not to be confused with "Badabah Badabing, upside the head"] a name inspired by the TV show "The Sopranos." The establishment had been shut down after the manager and three others were charged with torturing a male victim in the basement. They drilled a hole in his hand with an electric drill.

Carone worked at Bada Bing as a stripper and danced there in 2010. Her dance costume consisted mainly of her epidermis and perhaps a set of earrings.

The "gentlemen's" joint even takes after the mobster strip club from "The Sopranos" as it has its own history of violence.

Ms. Carone became a public sensation during a hearing with President Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani last week when rendering a bizarre, belligerent and generally discredited testimony concerning her claims of election fraud.

According to DailyMail.com, Carone revealed that she had recently completed a year of parole in September for a  crime, which stemmed from her being accused of sending her fiancé's ex-wife pornographic videos and then trying to frame the ex-wife for stealing them.

On Monday, a Michigan health official mandated for Carone to go into quarantine due to her exposure to Giuliani, who has since tested positive for Covid-19.

President Trump, never one to allow a day to go by without telling the world what he has been thinking, tweeted a link to a story by pro-Trump outlet Justthenews.com featuring her testimony. He also tweeted: 'Melissa is great!'

It isn't known if the President was saying her testimony was great, or that she was a great stripper, but it's likely he wasn't aware of her past artwork.

An anonymous source [which should cause the reader to question the source's veracity] from Carone's hometown of Lincoln Park, Michigan, described her dancing days as the "worst kept secret in our little town." Because her little town is filled with gossipers with little lives. The source described Carone as conceited and hard to get along with, but it isn't known if the source tried him- or herself to get along with her.

Over the weekend full details of Carone's criminal past were made public, first reported by Deadline Detroit. Had she testified on behalf of Joe Biden instead of Trump, the left would have labeled her detractors as sexists who think they're better than her just because she's trying to earn a living for her two children.

Carone, known then Melissa Wright, reportedly harassed the 42-year-old victim for a period of two years, stalking her and sending her explicit videos from an anonymous account of herself having sex with her partner, the victim's ex-husband.

But she got caught and finally admitted to sending the videos.

As exclusively reported by DailyMail.com, Carone was initially charged with obscenity and computer crimes, but the charges were later reduced to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.

Her probation ended on September 13, some weeks before Election Day, when a temporary staffing agency hired the former stripper cum video porn performer to assist Dominion Voting Systems in Detroit.

Carone had struck a plea deal with Michigan prosecutors, who in turn dropped a first degree obscenity charge against her.

"The reason I got charged for it is it was sent off of my phone,' Carone, a self-described cybersecurity analyst, said. "I just said screw it, I'm going to have to take it."

After serving her one year probation, Carone was contracted by Dominion to work at a Detroit polling station throughout the presidential election to undertake IT work. It's in the capacity of working as a contractor that she claims to have witnessed widespread voting fraud. She testified that workers were shuttled to a facility called the "Chicago Warehouse" where she claimed to have witnessed the alleged fraud.

She appeared on Fox Business' "Lou Dobbs Tonight" segment to say that vans of food for election workers may have actually been filled with ballots. She also appeared as a witness on Tuesday for the Trump campaign at a hearing of the Michigan House Oversight Committee.

Her election fraud claims went viral last week, after she made a number of accusations of mass criminality at the polling center.

"Everything that happened at that TCF Center was fraud," Carone claimed at one point. 'Every single thing."

Giuliani tried to stifle her at one point, but she asserted: 'I know what I saw. I know what I saw. If I'm wrong I can go to prison.'

On Thursday, she lashed out at suggestions she had been drinking after her belligerent performance, proclaiming: 'Absolutely not!'

Carone had told the Michigan House Oversight Committee hearing on Wednesday about her claims that she saw poll workers running ballots through voting machines 'thousands of times,' which a judge had already said was 'not credible.'

But if you cannot believe a stripper with a big heart, who finished serving her parole, who can you believe?

GA Sec. of State investigating Warnock's registration group

Wow, this is incredible! It's an allegation, but it's big news if true.

A voter registration group led by Georgia Democratic [read: socialist] Senate candidate Raphael Warnock up until February of this year, is being investigated for allegedly sending ballot applications to non-Georgia residents, the Georgia secretary of state said Monday.

The New Georgia Project, the voter registration group where Warnock served as CEO, is one of four voter sign-up groups being probed for improper registration activities, Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger said at a press conference.

By "improper," he means "illegal."

Democrats have praised Republican Raffensperger for pushing back against President Trump's allegations of election fraud in the state. That will not last long now that he is having the socialist Warnock and his group investigated.

Warnock is in a fight for a US Senate seat against Republican Kelly Loeffler. If he should win, it could determine party control of the government, all but the Supreme Court. However, the Democrats will likely stuff the SCOTUS, end the filibuster, and make Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. states, which will put immeasurable power in their hands.

Although Raffensperger stated that he hasn't seen indications of systemic fraud, he agreed there is evidence of "third-party groups working to register people in other states to vote here in Georgia."

Raffensperger said the New Georgia Project "sent voter registration applications to New York City," in a potential violation of state law.

"Voting in Georgia when you are not a resident of Georgia is a felony," said Raffensperger. "These third-party groups have a responsibility to not encourage illegal voting. If they do so, they will be held responsible."

But Warnock has nothing to worry about in any case--his party and the legacy media will protect him like they did for John Brennan, who lied to Congress, James Comey, who also lied, and Hillary Clinton, who destroyed evidence in a case against her and nothing happened.

The New Georgia Project is allegedly a "nonpartisan effort to register and civically engage Georgians," according to its website. The group, which was founded by failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, who still claims to be the Governor of Georgia no matter what the voters say.

The New Georgia Project was the subject of a prior voter fraud probe by the secretary of state's office in 2014, when contractors working for the group were accused of forging voter registration applications. The case was referred to law enforcement in 2017, but charges were never brought.

Raffensperger said Monday that three additional voter registration groups are also under investigation by his office. One of the organizations, America Votes, allegedly sent "absentee ballot applications to people at addresses where they have not lived since 1994," said Raffensperger.

A group called Vote Forward is accused of registering at least one dead Alabama voter in Georgia who did not want to vote this time.

Operation New Voter Registration Georgia, is another group that is being accused of encouraging college students to temporarily change their residency for the purpose of voting in the state.

So far, nobody has gone to prison, and it's very unlikely anyone will. Just ask Brennan, Comey and Clinton what are the chances.

Dominion rep and ballot-scanner in GA county also worked for Kamala Harris

(L to R) Kamala Harris and Aric Thompson

Aric Thompson, a Dominion representative had the serendipitous task of scanning election ballots in Floyd County, Georgia. He not only scans, he photographs, and he did so for presumptive Vice President elect Kamala Harris. He was her official photographer for her campaign in 2019. He even posted it to his LinkedIn profile and has an online portfolio with photos he took of the Queen of Fake Laughter.

Coincidentally, over 3,000 votes, most for President Trump, initially went uncounted in the county. Not so coincidentally, there are reports that no observers were allowed to be present for part of the scanning.

Did Thompson take this photo?

In early November, the Board of Elections in Georgia’s Floyd County voted to fire Chief of Elections Clerk Robert Brady after thousands of uncounted ballots were discovered, most going to Trump.

The problem was touted to be a failing to upload votes from a memory card, as Republican [RINO] Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had alleged incorrectly.

Fox News' Kristin Fisher calls Giuliani a liar

While some members of the media went after President Trump's lawyer, Rudi Giuliani, for dripping hair dye during a press conference regarding the presidential election, Fox News' White House reporter Kristin Fisher went a step further and ostensibly called Rudi a liar.

The first thing was about optics, the second was about character.

With zero independent verification, Fisher gave her opinion about Giuliani's statements saying they were "light on facts," "baseless," or "simply not true."

Her exact words: "That was certainly a colorful news conference from Rudy Giuliani," Fisher began,  but it was light on facts. So much of what he said was simply not true or has already been thrown out in court."

Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis outlined the president's legal challenge to the election results at a press briefing Thursday.

"What I'm describing to you is a massive fraud," Giuliani told reporters. And while he didn't lay out anything of real substance, Fisher was not privy to what the Trump team knows at this point.

"What emerged very quickly is there is not a single voter fraud in one state," he continued. "This pattern repeats itself in a number of states, almost exactly the same pattern. Which, to any experienced investigator, prosecutor would suggest that there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these various acts of voter fraud, specifically focused on big cities. And, as you can imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats. And particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption."

Fisher rejected off-hand, Giuliani's statements and claims as "baseless."

"Giuliani, he opened by making this really bold and baseless claim that a lot of this alleged nationwide voter fraud that he's referring to all come from one centralized place," she said afterward. "He called it a nationwide conspiracy. And, yet, he failed to provide any hard evidence to back up that one specific claim, especially when you're really dealing with a claim that cuts to the core of our Democratic process."

The evidence doesn't do anything if provided to the public--it must be provided in court. We do not know if, in fact, there is any evidence to substantiate Giuliani's claims, but neither does Kristin Fisher.

Twitter was abuzz with another Fox News rejection of Trump's legal challenge in the contested election they called for Biden early this month.

Conservative Fox News radio host Todd Starnes tweeted:
"Is Fox News White House correspondent Kristin Fisher a reporter or a commentator? It's hard to tell the difference."
Giuliani reminded the media he cannot turn over the signed affidavits under the penalty of perjury from witnesses for fears of retaliation against them, publicly or professionally.

"We've lost lawyers in this case, because they've been threatened. We have lawyers who need protection. What's going on in this country is horrible, and the censorship that you're imposing is making it worse."

Trump's team is running out of time. If they plan to "release the Kraken," they'd better do it very soon . . . like yesterday.

La La Land voter fraud: 2 charged allegedly submitting applications on behalf of homeless

Biden voters
Two people have been charged with voter fraud after submitting multiple fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, as per the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with a 41-count criminal complaint last week. The Democratic duo faces four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor county of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit
according to the LA DA's office.

In addition, Montenegro faces 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit [aka voter mail-in ballot].

Montenegro submitted over 8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October of this year, according to the district attorney’s office. Additionally, Montenegro allegedly falsified, “names, addresses and signatures on nomination papers under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”

Montenegro faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, while Arevalo faces up to seven years. It is not beyond belief that should Joe Biden win the election, he will not serve any hard time.

The matter remains under investigation, reports NBC 4 and the full criminal complaint can be read here.

Funny that the media isn't all over the story about Dallas Jones, a Joe Biden campaign operative who was accused of electoral fraud. In fact, witnesses allege that state Sen. Boris Miles (D-Houston) and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (D-Pct 1) were putting together a ballot harvesting scheme with the help of Dallas Jones. Two testimonials name Miles and Ellis as leaders of the fraud scheme that involves stealing absentee ballots from nursing homes and forging voter signatures.

But you'd never know about this story unless you read it here or on one of the conservative blogs or websites.

Original reports on this story claimed that Jones had been arrested, but there is no evidence that this is the case.

There is no doubt that voter fraud and voter suppression goes on within both parties, but let's not kid ourselves; the Democrats have made it an art form.

While Democrats push for voting by mail, some get busted for a voter fraud scheme

Michael Jackson [L] Alex Mendez [R]
New Jersey politicians have been charged in a massive mail-in voter fraud scheme and face serious prison time.

[H/T: The Blaze]

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal filed voter fraud charges against four men, including two Paterson City officials, who allegedly engaged in a mail-in ballot scheme during last month's special election.

Grewal charged Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, Councilman-elect Alex Mendez, and two other scumcrumpets after the U.S. Postal Inspection Service alerted his office that it had found hundreds of ballots in a single Paterson City mailbox, according to InsiderNJ.

Over 3,000 ballots were set aside over voter fraud concerns in the Paterson City Council election, according to WNBC-TV. In all, they received 16,747 ballots, but only 13,557 were deemed legitimate.

Thus, 19% of the ballots were rejected, and over 800 of those were found tethered together in mailboxes. Unless a huge family of 800 individuals mailed their ballots in a family stack, the tethered ballots were fraudulent.

The alleged fraud is very significant in that election as the incumbent councilman only kept his seat by eight votes and Mendez was elected by less than 250 votes.

Jackson was charged with four crimes, including fraud in casting mail-in vote and falsifying records.

The Attorney General's office stated:
It is alleged that Jackson violated state election laws as a candidate by approaching one or more voters in Paterson in the district where he was running and collecting their official mail-in ballots for delivery to the Passaic County Board of Elections. It is further alleged that these mail-in ballots were delivered to the Board of Elections without information identifying the bearer, in violation of state election laws. In addition, Jackson allegedly procured and had in his possession more than three official mail-in ballots which were neither his own ballots, nor ballots for which he was identified as an authorized bearer. Lastly, Jackson allegedly received the official mail-in ballot of one voter without the ballot having been voted or sealed, and that ballot was subsequently delivered to the Board of Elections in a sealed envelope without information identifying the bearer.

Mendez was charged with six criminal charges, including election fraud and falsifying records.

From the Attorney General's Office:
It is alleged that Mendez violated state election laws as a candidate by approaching one or more voters in Paterson in the district where he was running and collecting their official mail-in ballots for delivery to the Passaic County Board of Elections. It is further alleged that these mail-in ballots were delivered to the Board of Elections without information identifying the bearer in violation of state election laws. In addition, Mendez allegedly procured or submitted one or more voter registration applications, which he knew to be false, fictitious, or fraudulent, in that he knew the person for whom the application was procured was not eligible to vote in the election district identified on the application.
"Today's charges send a clear message: if you try to tamper with an election in New Jersey, we will find you and we will hold you accountable," Grewal said. "We will not allow a small number of criminals to undermine the public's confidence in our democratic process."

Jackson faces more than 10 years in prison while Mendez faces more than 31 years in prison. It will be a veritable miracle if either man serves anything close to that amount of time in the slammer.

Democrats continue in their nationwide push for mail-in voting as a method, along with massive public protests in the streets, to reduce coronavirus spread.

Republicans generally oppose mail-in voting and the destruction of property, arguing the former opens the door to voter fraud while the latter is anarchy.

Over 1,500 dead PA County Democratic voters are registered

Respect of the dead is a universal value. We all respect the dead and we try not to speak ill of them.

But hell, they shouldn't vote!

In Allegheny County, PA, home to Pittsburgh, over 1,500 dead folks are registered, mostly as Democrats. And while it seems logical that dead people would vote for Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election, it's just wrong.

In Allegheny, a lawsuit has been filed  by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), over duplicate voting registrants and also listing dead voters [H/T Washington Free Beacon].

Last week, PILF aimed its legal attack at Allegheny County’s election manager as well as three Board of Elections members. The group alleges the board broke federal and state law by not properly maintaining the county’s voter record.

According to the filing documents, the voter roll includes at least 7,500 records with almost 1,600 dead people planning to vote for "Sleepy Joe." Some of the dead (one lady in particular) go back as far as 1800 and never qualified for Obamacare. And you can bet that she no longer has the mental capacity to make an informed judgment at the voting booth.

In PA, back in 2016, of the almost six million votes cast in that county, President Trump only won by 44,000, or less than one percent.

So those dead voters can throw the election results to the wrong party.

Voter suppression of dead people should not be a Democratic talking point, [although they forget to mention the physical state of those voters].

PILF wants two things for Allegheny citizens, as listed by Communications Director Logan Churchwell.

One, the flaws in voter registration need to be addressed "head-on."

And second, the federal courts need to help establish guardrails to prevent a repeat of this situation. Churchwell said,  "If our intelligence services are correct, we must always be vigilant against outside intrusion and sabotage attacks in these systems. Energetic voter list maintenance efforts are frontline protections against that threat.”

“Anyone who has a problem with cleaning up duplicated voter registrations is no longer allowed to proclaim they stand for the tenet of ‘one person, one vote,'” he added.

Sounding like a Joe Biden guy,  the Allegheny County Elections Division Manager responded to the lawsuit thusly:

“The first and foremost concern of Allegheny County is to protect the voting rights of all citizens. Each citizen registered to vote gets one vote should they choose to exercise that right. There are no allegations that anything to the contrary has occurred. The allegations in this lawsuit will be reviewed and addressed as necessary consistent with all applicable federal and state laws. As is always the case with voter registration list maintenance, the utmost care will be taken to ensure that no one is disenfranchised.”

It seems as if protecting the rights of voters, a substantial number of whom were born in the 1800's, with a total of 1.523 over 100, is more important than actually knowing if the rights you are protecting are for those folks who are dead and need no voter protection.

That is, unless you're voting for them.

Then there’s the issue of doubling up, plus more — some voters “managed to become registered to vote two and even up to seven times with matching or substantially similar names and other biographical information with the same addresses.”

The Pennsylvania suit comes on the heels of a similar filing by PILF in swing-state city Detroit.

There, 2,500 deceased voters are on the books with 512,000 registered to vote but less than 480,000 folks of voting age.

It sounds like Brian Williams MSNBC math.

Dem wins honors now faces election fraud charges

Michigan -- Sherikia Hawkins, 38, was honored earlier this year with an award from the state's Democratic Party. Now she faces six felony charges for allegedly forging records and marking valid absentee ballots as invalid during the 2018 election.

The Democratic award winning clerk of Southfield was busted Monday after the Oakland County Clerk's office discovered discrepancies in voter counts while certifying absentee ballots. State police [often referred to as "pigs" by Democrats] investigated and found that 193 voter files were improperly listed as invalid.

“Our elections are the foundation of our democracy, and under my and Attorney General [Dana] Nessel’s administration there will be no tolerance for any actions that undermine that foundation — anywhere, anytime, by any person or official,” Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a fellow Democrat and former Dean of Wayne State University, said in a statement. Crain's named Benson one of Michigan's "Most Influential Women" in 2018.

According to court documents, Michigan police found that the absentee voter files were changed in the city’s computer system to say they either had no signature or no return date, when they had both valid signatures and return dates. Police stated that after Oakland County Election Director Joseph Rozell found that Hawkins had submitted altered reports, his staff found the original ones in a trash can at the election division office, proving that Ms. Hawkins isn't all that bright when it comes to covering up her alleged crime. Allegedly.

Sherikia Hawkins is now facing election fraud charges and if found guilty, she ought to be deported to a country that has no free and fair elections. Just sayin',

Benson insisted that the alleged fraud did not affect the outcome of the election, which is, of course, totally irrelevant.

“All valid votes in the election were ultimately counted and the final official vote total was accurate,” she said, according to The Detroit News.

Hawkins’ arrest comes just months after she was honored on May 18 at the Michigan Democratic Party’s Legacy Dinner, where she received the Dingell/Levin Award for being a brave Democratic soldier in the fight against the Republican Party and free elections. [I made the last part up.]

In 2017, Hawkins was listed among the "40 under 40" by the Michigan Chronicle, according to a government bio from her previous role as Pontiac city clerk.

Hawkins has been charged with falsifying records in violation of state election law, forgery of a public record, misconduct in office and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. The top count carries a maximum penalty of 14 years in prison but it's more likely she'll get 14 days based on the recent powderpuff sentences being handed out for outrageous behavior by the left.

She was arraigned on Monday and released on $15,000 bond, according to a state press release. Hawkins has a probable cause conference set for Sept. 30, and another hearing scheduled for Oct. 15.

If convicted, she plans to run for state senate upon her release and has received the endorsement of Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Jerrold Nadler.

Snipes pulls the race card

It was only a matter of time. Put a Democrat in an uncomfortable situation they can't wriggle out of without exposing their incompetence and they will reach into their pocket and pull out their worn-out race card.

Predictably, Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes, who is as competent in her job as Michael Avenatti is at his, is now claiming that the backlash over her total inability to handle the midterm election is "probably" due to racism. Seriously? Aren't Democrats getting tired of the nonsense they spout?

This is a person who didn't know what a canvasser's job is regarding elections. This is a person who destroyed election returns after only 12 months, when the law requires they be held for 22 months. This is a person who failed to get the recounting done in time.

I could go on, but it isn't worth the time. Google her and see for yourself.

Racism has nothing to do with her incompetence and she should realize that when she makes those kinds of stupid claims, it makes her sound divisive.

Snipes came under a lot of criticism over her mishandling of the Florida recount. She told The Guardian that she thinks protesters who camped outside the Broward recount center could be there out of hatred of her skin color.

Seriously? Don't you realize how stupid that sounds?

Under the "leadership" of Snipes, Broward embarrassingly missed the machine recount Thursday and on Saturday, had to stop its manual recount about an hour after it began because the volunteers were counting the wrong ballots.

I call her an incompetent because I'm not a racist. I do not hold lower expectations for her because she is not my skin color. I hold normal expectations for her because she is in a supervisory position that is extremely important and entails a ton of responsibility.

She has been duly elected by the voters for her position, but she is not doing a good job. If she was doing a good job, we wouldn't be talking about the uncounted votes more than a week after the elections.

I hate that people use the race card to exonerate themselves from responsibility. Snipes should be better than that.

Snipes should resign.

Sore loser Stacey Abrams can't win in GA governor race but will sue over mismanagement

The Georgia gubernatorial race between Republican Brian Kemp and Democrat Stacey Abrams has been decided. Kemp won, Abrams lost.

But Democrats cannot deal with loss and Abrams is no exception. She refused to give a concession speech and vowed to file a federal lawsuit challenging the "gross mismanagement" of Georgia's elections.

Had she won, it is doubtful she would have challenged the state's "gross mismanagement." Somehow that would not have been an issue.

Abrams' speech to her supporters ended her bid for governor, but she made it clear that she was a sore loser and was not in no way, uh-uh, conceding the race to Kemp. No way, no how.

This has become the latest Democratic tactic in their playbook titled: "Call Them Racist, Bigoted, Homophobic, Science Denying, Islamophobes," by Kamala Harris.

Abrams said that because she lost, "the state failed its voters."

What she meant was the state failed its Democratic voters but rewarded its Republican voters.

She is really a poor, sad, sore loser.

"I acknowledge that former Secretary of State Brian Kemp will be certified as the victor in the 2018 gubernatorial election. But to watch an elected official--who claims to represent the people in this state, baldly pin his hopes for election on the suppression of the people's democratic right to vote--has been truly appalling," the gap-toothed Abrams said. "So let's be clear, this is not a speech of concession."

"Because concession means to acknowledge an action is right, true or proper. As a woman of conscience and faith, I cannot concede that. But my assessment is the law currently allows no further viable remedy," she bloviated, then added that although she could fight to keep the election going until the chickens come home to roost, she doesn't "want to hold public office if I need to scheme my way into the post."

Abrams hoped to become the first black governor of Georgia and the first black, obese female governor of any state.

By the way, there is absolutely no evidence in the state of Georgia for unlawful voter suppression.

Kemp is unofficially ahead of Abrams with about 50.2 percent of over 3.9 million votes, and gives him about 18,000 votes over the threshold to win by a majority and avoid a Dec. 4th runoff.

Kemp said in a statement of Abrams: "I appreciate her passion, hard work, and commitment to public service. The election is over and hardworking Georgians are ready to move forward. We can no longer dwell on the divisive politics of the past but must focus on Georgia's bright and promising future."

Kemp, Georgia's former secretary of state, was endorsed by President Trump who took to Twitter to congratulate his win.
"Congratulations to Brian Kemp on becoming the new Governor of Georgia. Stacey Abrams fought brilliantly and hard--she will have a terrific political future! Brian was unrelenting and will become a great Governor for the truly Wonderful People of Georgia!"
Abrams wasn't impressed. "In the coming days," she began, "we will be filing a major federal lawsuit against the state of Georgia for the gross mismanagement of this election and to protect future elections."

After Abrams made her sore loser announcement, a fellow sore loser jumped on the loser bandwagon. Hillary Clinton tweeted:
"Thank you, @StaceyAbrams, for fighting for Georgia and for the integrity of our elections. Everyone should be able to exercise their right to vote. Every vote should be counted."
Legal, illegal, citizens, non-citizens, green card holders, credit card holders, with or without ID, after the deadline, whenever. Just as long as those voters vote Democrat.

No, Hillary, not everyone should be able to exercise their right to vote if they don't have the right to vote in our elections. And states need to meet their deadlines in counting those votes to avoid voter fraud, like is suspected in Florida's Broward County.

Texas investigating Democrat's mailers asking non-citizens to register to vote

Texas Secretary of State Rolando Pablos has asked state Attorney General Ken Paxton to start an investigation into the Democratic Party's efforts to ask non-citizens to sign up to vote. That would be the only way a Democrat would have a chance of winning in the Lone Star State.

"The numerous calls and complaints we have received regarding pre-filled voter registration applications sent to ineligible voters are highly disturbing," Pablos said in a statement Monday.

Mr. Pablos was referring to mailers sent out by the state Democratic Party. It urged people to sign up to vote, and warning about impending deadlines they needed to beat. Interestingly, the mailing included a voter application that already had the boxes pre-checked for age and citizenship.

Hopefully, the investigation will also look into possible voters who have died over the last several decades, when Social Security numbers were issued.

Some of the mail was sent to non-citizens, which makes them ineligible. Can you hear it now: "Oops, that was just an oversight."

The mailings were sent from the state party, but had pre-addressed return envelopes addressed to election officials, making it seem as if the communication were official from the state.

Encouraging fraudulent voter registration is a crime, but officials said they would have to first investigate to know if the Democrats crossed that line.

The Washington Times reported about the mailings last week when Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed complaints with prosecutors in two Texas counties. PILF praised the secretary of state's request for an investigation.

"The Texas Democratic Party had no business altering voter registration forms," PILF spokesman Logan Churchwell said. "The party apparently does not grasp the lifelong consequences their actions can carry against affected immigrants--yet it was willing to risk them to squeeze votes for an overhyped Senate race."

The Democratic Party refused to allow any media to question them and insisted questions be emailed.

The Washington Times did, in fact, email them questions, but they too have not been answered.

When a reporter went to the state Democratic Headquarters, a sign was hung outside that read: "Will return in 15 minutes," but they never returned and the reporter thought he saw someone peeking through the blinds and movement by the dumpster.

Dems apparently afraid to cooperate with Trump on voter fraud

Democratic state officials who may or may not be guilty of voter fraud involvement are refusing to cooperate with the investigation of the same ordered by President Trump. They refuse to hand over "voter roll data" the commission is seeking, possibly due to the fact that it will negate their own elections.

The refusal comes after Kris Kobach of Kansas (aka KKK) who is the secretary of state and serving as vice chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity wrote to all 50 states (not 57, as Mr. Obama believed) asking for their input along with voter registration data.

According to an anonymous source, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-Va.) was literally shaking with fear and looked as if he lost much sleep over the request. He said in a statement, "I have no intention of honoring this request. Virginia conducts fair, honest, and democratic elections."

The same source, who asked to be called Vinny Boombots,  said that he noticed McAuliffe had his fingers crossed when he wrote the statement.

The leftist governor claimed the commission is based on the "specious and false notion that there was widespread voter fraud last November."

Hey, what's a few million votes in a country as big and as wonderful as the good ole US of A?

Mr. Trump created the panel via executive order in May to review alleged voter fraud after seeing a show on TV about that topic. He made the tremendous and incredible claim that 3 million to 5 million people illegally voted in the 2016 presidential election.

The Kobach letter politely asked for recommendations on how to improve election integrity, "which had Democratic lawmakers literally rolling on the floor with laughter," Vinny Boombots said.
McAuliffe and a clapping felon

What really got the Democrat's goat was Kobach's request for voter information that would actually identify voters. You know, identification information like their names, date of birth, political party, voter history ("elections voted in"), the last four digits of their Social Security numbers, felony convictions, military status and more.

In other words, could they prove these people existed and were actual US citizens.

Kobach was clear in the request that he was only asking for "publicly-available voter roll data" under each state's laws.

This got the Democrats scurrying like rats on the Titanic without sheet music, Vinny said cryptically.

Connecticut Secretary of State Denise Merrill said in a statement that her office would provide the requested information "in the spirit of transparency," but added that some of the requested data is not sharable under state law, and she would ensure "the privacy of voters is honored by withholding protected data." She also seemed concerned that state officials "have not been told precisely what the Commission is looking for."

Virginia and California were obviously more peeved in their response.

McAuliffe, a close Clinton family ally and possible secret shopper said, "At best this commission was set up as a pretext to validate Donald Trump's alternative election facts, and at worst is a tool to commit large-scale voter suppression."

He was perhaps referring to illegal alien voter suppression, which he sees as racist and a sign of white privilege. He declared he wouldn't "divert resources" to this, as a little bead of sweat trickled down his cheek.

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla said in a statement that he would "not provide sensitive voter information to a commission that has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally."

Padilla added, "California's participation would only serve to legitimize the false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the President, the Vice President, and Mr. Kobach."

Show me the debunking.

Kobach told The Kansas City Star he's simply looking for the "best data possible."

He called it "nonsense" that the data could be used to suppress the vote. "The purpose of the commission is to quantify different forms of voter fraud and registration fraud and offer solutions. And so you have to have this data in order to do any meaningful research."

Trump's claims of voter fraud and a commission to investigate it have been controversial from the start.

In January, Trump called for a major investigation into voter fraud after telling lawmakers that 3 to 5 million people voted illegally in the November election. This allegation may have been inspired by the fact that Hillary Clinton [of Benghazi and illegal private server fame] received more popular votes than Trump and he punched back by claiming that those extra votes were illegal and without them, he would have also won the popular vote.

House Speaker Paul Ryan said at the time Trump first made the claim that he saw "no evidence" to corroborate the existence of fraud.

But there have been documented cases of voter fraud, including some cases Kobach pursued in Kansas.

But 3 to 5 million?

Who knew?

Hillary be running hard

Hillary Clinton, multimillionaire, wife of serial cheater/rapist/sexual abuser Bill Clinton, and BFF of Muslim Brotherhood darling Huma Abedin, called for federal legislation that would automatically register Democratic voters when they turn 18 and that there be a mandate of at least 20 days of early voting across the nation.

Speaking in Ebonics at Texas Southern University, a black college, the former First Lady and useless Secretary of State blasted states like Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida and said that Republicans in those states, as well as others, have enacted "sweeping effort to disenfranchise and disempower people of color, poor people, and young people."

She wants Congress to pass a bill to enable automatic voter registration particularly for those voters who fit the demographics of the people she was making the argument to. She agreed that it would be difficult to do because Congress is controlled by patriots.

"Every young man or young woman should be automatically registered to vote when they turn 18 unless they actively choose to opt-out," the aging Hillary said. "I think this would have a profound impact on our elections and our democracy."

What she really meant was, "You young men and young women should not have to make the effort to register to vote and if you do vote, you should vote for me because of the sympathy I have for you."

If Hillary thought for one second that young voters tended to vote for conservative candidates, she would not have made this speech, but the opposite is true--young voters have no life experiences so they tend to be idealistic and unrealistic and vote for liberal candidates who will eventually give these young voters reason to kick themselves in the butt when they realize how stupid they were.

"If families coming out of church on Sundays are inspired to vote, they should be able to do just that," she bellowed in that monotone we all know so well. Of course, most liberals don't go to church on Sundays but she was talking to black students who tend to be church-goers so she was sucking up to them.

Hillary also tried to challenge anti-fraud voting laws, which she claims disenfranchise voters who are more likely to be Democrats. Liberals do not want voter ID laws, although they do want attendees to their speeches to show ID before entering the area. They also do not want people to be allowed to carry guns, except themselves and their security staff.

Funny, but the majority of Americans support some level of voter ID. Perhaps they believe that their one vote should count and people who should not be voting, or vote more than once, should not be allowed to do that.

Hillary also secretly hopes that illegal aliens will get the right to decide who should run the USA, as long as it is Hillary.

Orlando Watson (and Dawn) the Republican National Committee's communications director for black media, agrees that Hillary's bs on voting rights "is misleading and divisive" because "in reality, the vast majority of Americans--including minority voters--support commonsense measures to prevent voter fraud."

Hillary embraces it.
